[0038] Hereinafter, embodiments according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0039] FIG. 1 is a perspective view of a reclining seat (1) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 2 is a side view of a reclining seat (1) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIG. 3 is a side cross-sectional view of a reclining seat (1) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0040] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, the reclining seat (1) may be configured in the form of a chair so that a user can rest. The reclining seat (1) may be covered with leather or fabric material that can come into contact with the user's skin.
[0041] A reclining seat (1) may include a seat (100) that supports the user's buttocks, a leg part (101) that supports the user's legs, and a backrest part (200) that supports the user's upper body.
[0042] The backrest (200), seat (100), and leg (101) are not limited to those illustrated in the drawing, and may be formed to wrap around the user's head, back, arms, buttocks, and legs, respectively. In addition, a massage module may be provided to provide a massage to the user.
[0043] The seat (100), leg (101), and backrest (200) may each include a seat frame (160), a leg frame, and a backrest frame (260) that form the framework of the seat (100), leg (101), and backrest (200), respectively. Among these, the seat frame (160) and the leg frame may be configured to be connected.
[0044] The backrest (200) can be angle-adjusted based on the seat (100), and the seat (100) can also be angle-adjusted. The angles of the backrest (200) and the seat (100) can be adjusted using power transmitted by the actuator (300).
[0045] The reclining seat (1) may include a base portion (400) to be stably supported on the floor. The base portion (400) may include a side portion (410) that is supported on the floor. In addition, the base portion (400) may include a supporter (420) that is supported between the side portions (410) and connected to the actuator (300). The side portion (410) may also include an armrest portion (411) that can support the user's arm.
[0046] The base part (400) can serve to support the reclining seat (1) on the floor, while also helping in terms of aesthetics by making the electrical components under the reclining seat (1) not easily visible from the outside.
[0047] The actuator (300) may be composed of a first lifter (310) for adjusting the angle of the seat (100), a second lifter (320) for adjusting the angle of the backrest (200), and a third lifter (330) for adjusting the angle of the leg (101).
[0048] One end of the first lifter (310) and the second lifter (320) may be supported on the base (400), and the other end may be connected to the seat (100) and the backrest (200), respectively. More specifically, one end of the first lifter (310) and the second lifter may be supported on the supporter (420). The third lifter (330), which adjusts the angle of the leg (101), may be connected to the seat (100) or the base (400).
[0049] The first lifter (310), the second lifter (320), and the third lifter (330) may include motors. Linear motion may be enabled through the motors. For example, the motors included in the actuator (300) may be linear motors. The power of the second lifter may be transmitted to the backrest (200) through a drive link (321) coupled to the end of the second lifter (320).
[0050] Referring to FIG. 3, the backrest (200) may include a backrest frame (260) that can serve as a skeleton of the backrest (200) and a plate (210) that is provided to support a user. The shapes of the backrest frame (260) and the plate (210) are sufficient as long as they are provided to support a user.
[0051] Additionally, the backrest (200) may include a cushion layer (220) that is placed on a plate (210) and comes into direct contact with the user. The cushion layer (220) may have an elastic foam on the inside and may be formed of a soft material such as leather or cloth on the outside.
[0052] The backrest (200) of the reclining seat (1) may include a sensor (230) for measuring the user's activity and sleep state. The seat (100) may also include a seat sensor (130) for measuring the user's activity and sleep state.
[0053] Fig. 4 is a rear view of a reclining seat (1) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 5 is a plan view showing a state in which a rear cover (240) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is removed, and Fig. 6 is a drawing showing a state in which the rear cover (240) of a reclining seat (1) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure is disassembled.
[0054] The sensor (230) of the backrest (200) may be placed between the plate (210) and the cushion layer (220) to detect the user's activity. Various types of electrical components, as well as the sensor (230), may be placed inside the backrest (200). Periodic replacement of the sensor (230) and electrical components inside the backrest (200) may be required, or repair may be required in the event of a malfunction. If the components forming the exterior of the backrest (200), including the cushion layer (220), are formed integrally, access to the interior of the backrest (200) may not be easy, making it difficult to replace and repair the sensor (230).
[0055] To solve this problem, a rear cover (240) may be provided so that the rear of the backrest (200) can be opened and closed, as shown in Fig. 4. The rear cover (240) may include a plurality of holes through which screws can pass along the edge of the rear cover (240) for fastening.
[0056] However, it is not limited to screw connection and can be connected using other connection methods such as grooves and projections.
[0057] When accessing the interior of the backrest (200) through the rear cover (240), replacement and repair of components such as the sensor (230) and speaker can be facilitated. The ease of replacement and repair of components such as the sensor (230) and speaker of the backrest (200) can mean that damage to external components forming the exterior of the reclining seat (1), such as the cushion layer (220), can be minimized, and failure or malfunction of the sensor (230) and internal components can be resolved with less force.
[0058] Referring to FIGS. 5 and 6, a backrest frame (260), a sensor (230), and a sensor holder (231) can be placed toward the rear of the plate (210).
[0059] The plate (210) may include multiple openings. Among them, the opening where the sensor (230) is placed is referred to as a plate opening (211). However, when the sensor (230) is coupled to the plate (210), it is not necessarily necessary to do so only through the plate opening (211). Hereinafter, a case in which the sensor (230) is coupled through the plate opening (211) will be described.
[0060] Depending on what state or activity of the user is to be detected, a plurality of sensors (230) of various types may be placed on the reclining seat (1).
[0061] The plate opening (211) is positioned so that the sensor (230) can detect the user's activity. While FIGS. 5 and 6 illustrate multiple plate openings (211) and multiple sensors (230), the plate opening (211) and the sensor (230) may each be configured as one. (See FIG. 14)
[0062] The sensor (230) can be coupled to the plate (210) while being coupled with the sensor holder (231). The sensor holder (231) can be coupled while being supported by the edge of the plate opening (211). The edge of the plate opening (211) can include a plurality of holes through which screws can pass so that the sensor holder (231) can be coupled to the plate (210). However, the coupling is not limited to screws, and other coupling methods such as grooves and protrusions can be coupled. The backrest frame (260) can also be coupled to the plate (210) through a similar coupling method.
[0063] The rear cover (240) may have a curvature and may be formed symmetrically on both sides. In Fig. 5, the rear cover (240) is illustrated as being formed as a single body, but is not necessarily limited thereto and may be formed to include a plurality of divided covers.
[0064] Figure 7 is a drawing showing the sensor (230) in Figure 6 in an exploded form.
[0065] The sensor (230) of the backrest (200) may be coupled to a sensor holder (231). The sensor holder (231) may include a sensor receiving portion (not shown) capable of receiving the sensor (230). The sensor holder (231) may be provided to place the sensor (230) in an appropriate position to accurately detect the user's activity.
[0066] However, it is not necessary for the sensor (230) to be positioned so as to be supported on the plate (210) by being combined with the sensor holder (231), and it is sufficient for it to be positioned and arranged in a manner that facilitates replacement and repair of the sensor (230) when the rear cover (240) is removed. In some cases, the plate opening (211) may not be present, and the sensor (230) may be positioned so as to be detachable from the plate (210).
[0067] The sensor (230) coupled to the sensor holder (231) may include a pressure sensor capable of detecting pressure, or a plurality of sensors of various types capable of detecting user activity may be coupled together to one sensor holder (231).
[0068] FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing a part of a reclining seat (1) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIG. 9 is a drawing showing the left part of FIG. 8 fixed at a predetermined angle.
[0069] Referring to Fig. 8, the lower part of the seat (100) can be connected to the first lifter (310). The first lifter (310) is supported by the supporter (420) of the base (400) and can adjust the angle of the seat (100). The seat (100) and the first lifter (310) can be detachably coupled through a fixing pin (311). In order to be coupled through the fixing pin (311), a hollow can be formed at the end of the first lifter (310) for the fixing pin (311) to pass through, and the seat (100) can also have a corresponding hollow formed therein.
[0070] However, the connection between the left part (100) and the first lifter (310) is not limited to the connection method using the fixed pin (311), and may be connected in another connection method that allows for separation.
[0071] Referring to Fig. 9, it can be seen that the angle of the seat (100) can be freely adjusted when separated from the first lifter (310). The seat (100) includes a seat cushion layer (120), a seat plate (110), and a seat sensor (130) or electrical components arranged therebetween. As with the backrest (200), a lower cover (140) may be provided to enable access from the lower portion of the seat (100).
[0072] When the seat (100) is separated from the first lifter (310) and the angle is adjusted toward the backrest (200), the seat (100) may fall toward the ground due to gravity. Accordingly, inconvenience may occur when replacing or repairing the seat sensor (130) inside the seat (100).
[0073] To solve this problem, a seat fixing pin (500) capable of fixing the seat (100) at a predetermined angle may be included in the side portion (410). The seat fixing pin (500) may be inserted into the interior of the side portion (410) when the seat (100) is supported by the first lifter (310). In addition, when the seat (100) is to be fixed at a predetermined angle, the pin may be ejected to the outside by a spring. (See FIG. 13)
[0074] Although the method in which the left fixing pin (500) is included in the side portion (410) is illustrated, the left fixing pin (500) may be included in the left portion (100) as long as the left portion (100) can be fixed at a predetermined angle.
[0075] In order to stably fix the seat (100), the seat fixing pins (500) may be configured in multiple numbers so as to fix both sides of the seat (100).
[0076] FIG. 10 is a plan view of a seat (100) of a reclining seat (1) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 11 is an exploded view of the seat (100) of a reclining seat (1) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, and FIG. 12 is an exploded view of a reclining seat (1) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure.
[0077] Referring to FIG. 10, the lower cover (140) of the reclining seat (1) may be formed to be openable so as to allow access to the seat sensor (130) and various electrical components from the lower portion of the seat (100). When the seat sensor (130) and electrical components mounted on the seat (100) are accessed through the lower cover (140), replacement and repair can be facilitated. In other words, a malfunction or failure of the seat sensor (130) can be resolved with little force without damaging the seat cushion layer (120) arranged on the upper portion of the seat (100).
[0078] To achieve this purpose, a lower cover (140) that can open and close the lower portion of the seat (100) as shown in Fig. 11 may be provided. The lower cover (140) may include a plurality of holes through which screws can pass along the edge of the lower cover (140) for joining.
[0079] However, the lower cover (140) is not limited to a joining method in which it is joined by a screw, and may be joined by other joining methods such as a groove or a protrusion.
[0080] The seat (100) may include a seat plate (110) and a seat frame (160) that form the skeleton of the seat (100) and can support the user's weight.
[0081] The left plate (110) may include a left plate opening (111) formed to allow the left sensor (130) to pass through. The left sensor (130) may be supported and coupled to the edge of the left plate opening (111) while being coupled with the left sensor holder (131). The edge of the left plate opening (111) may include a plurality of holes through which screws may pass so that the left sensor holder (131) may be coupled. However, the coupling is not limited to screws, and may be coupled using other coupling methods such as grooves and protrusions.
[0082] The left sensor holder (131) may include a left sensor receiving portion (not shown) capable of receiving the left sensor (130). The left sensor holder (131) may be provided to place the left sensor (130) in an appropriate position to accurately detect the user's activity.
[0083] However, it is not necessary that the left sensor (130) be positioned so as to be supported on the left plate (110) by being combined with the left sensor holder (131), and it is sufficient that it be positioned and arranged in a manner that facilitates replacement and repair of the left sensor (130) when the lower cover (140) is removed. In some cases, there may be no left plate opening (111), and the left sensor (130) may be positioned so as to be detachable from the left plate (110).
[0084] The left sensor (130) coupled to the left sensor holder (131) may include a pressure sensor capable of detecting pressure, or a plurality of sensors of various types capable of detecting the user's activity may be coupled together to one left sensor holder (131).
[0085] Fig. 14 is a plan view showing a state with the rear cover (240) removed according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, and Figs. 15 to 18 are rear views of the reclining seat (1) according to one embodiment of the present disclosure. Figs. 14 to 18 are drawings showing embodiments related to the sensor (230) of the backrest portion (200) and the rear cover (240), and similar embodiments can be applied to the left sensor (130) and the lower cover (140).
[0086] Referring to FIG. 14, the shape of the plate (210) can be modified in various ways depending on the number or type of sensors (230). For example, as shown in FIG. 14, the plate (210) has openings formed at the top and bottom, and a plate opening (211) can be formed between the openings to which a sensor holder (231) can be coupled to the plate (210).
[0087] In order to accurately detect the user's activity, the sensor (230) may be formed symmetrically left and right based on the center line of the backrest (200). Similarly, the left sensor (130) may also be formed symmetrically based on the center line of the left (100).
[0088] Referring to Fig. 15, a rear case (250) covering the rear of the backrest (200) may be included. The rear case (250) may be formed by combining with a cushion layer (220), a plate (210), or a backrest frame (260).
[0089] The rear case (250) may include a case opening (251) that is formed so that at least a portion thereof corresponds to the plate opening (211). This may mean that sufficient space is secured for performing tasks such as replacement and repair of components inside the backrest (200), such as the sensor (230). As shown in FIG. 16, the case openings (251) and the rear cover (240) may be formed in multiple pieces, or the rear cover (240) may be formed to cover multiple case openings (251) simultaneously.
[0090] Additionally, the rear cover (240) can be formed to be rotatable by a hinge unit (241) based on the rear case (250).
