Description
Acoustic transducer for speakers
[0001] The present disclosure relates to an acoustic transducer for a speaker.
[0002] The flat-type vehicle speaker described in Japanese Patent No. 5758021 is configured to use a vehicle pillar as a vibration target. In the flat-type vehicle speaker described in Japanese Patent No. 5758021, a frame that houses a magnet part is provided with multiple protrusions, and a vibrating part is disposed inside the multiple protrusions. Furthermore, the multiple protrusions and the vibrating part are bonded to the vehicle pillar via an adhesive.
[0003] In the acoustic transducer described in Japanese Patent No. 5758021, when the vibrating part vibrates, vibrations are generated in the vibrating part and the magnet part. However, if the frame is made of a non-elastic material, the vibrations of the vibrating part and the magnet part are suppressed, and the frequency band of the vibration target is narrowed.
[0004] The present disclosure has been made in consideration of the above circumstances, and aims to provide an acoustic transducer for a speaker that can widen the frequency band of a separately formed, plate-shaped vibration target.
[0005] An acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a first aspect of the present disclosure comprises a magnetic circuit portion fixed to a vibration object via a frame portion, and a vibration portion that vibrates relative to the magnetic circuit portion, and the frame portion has a holding portion that holds the magnetic circuit portion, a fixing portion that is fixed to the vibration object, and an elastic portion that is provided between the holding portion and the fixing portion and elastically supports the holding portion.
[0006] In the acoustic transducer for speaker according to the first aspect of the present disclosure, the frame portion has an elastic portion between a holding portion that holds the magnetic circuit portion and a fixed portion that is fixed to a vibration target, and that elastically supports the holding portion. This gives the frame portion a structure that is elastic in the vibration direction, and vibrations of the vibrating portion and the magnetic circuit portion are not suppressed, improving the efficiency of vibration transmission to the glass, thereby widening the reproducible frequency band.
[0007] The acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a second aspect of the present disclosure has the configuration described in the first aspect, wherein the holding portion is supported by the elastic portion and is arranged to protrude from the fixed portion in the vibration direction of the vibrating portion.
[0008] In the acoustic transducer for speaker according to the second aspect of the present disclosure, the holding portion that holds the magnetic circuit portion is arranged to protrude from the fixed portion in the vibration direction of the vibrating portion, thereby ensuring the stroke of vibrations generated by the vibrating portion and the magnetic circuit portion.
[0009] An acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a third aspect of the present disclosure is configured as described in the second aspect, wherein the elastic portion comprises a first elastic portion extending from the holding portion along a first direction and a second elastic portion extending from the holding portion along a second direction different from the first direction, and the frame portion is formed by connecting the first elastic portion, the holding portion, and the second elastic portion in this order.
[0010] In the acoustic transducer for speaker according to the third aspect of the present disclosure, the frame portion is formed by connecting the first elastic portion, the holding portion, and the second elastic portion in this order. This allows the outer shell to be made smaller than when the frame portion is configured as a box-shaped enclosure. Furthermore, the first elastic portion and the second elastic portion are arranged symmetrically with respect to the holding portion, which is the center of vibration. This suppresses deviation in the vibration direction of the magnetic circuit portion and increases the efficiency of transmission of vibration to the vibrating object.
[0011] The acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a fourth aspect of the present disclosure has the configuration described in the first aspect, and includes a first joint portion that joins the fixed portion to the vibration object, and a second joint portion that joins the vibration portion to the vibration object, and the elastic portion is arranged between the first joint portion and the second joint portion when viewed from the vibration direction of the vibration portion.
[0012] In the acoustic transducer for speaker according to the fourth aspect of the present disclosure, since no elastic body is interposed between the vibration target and the joint, it is possible to further reduce the transmission loss of vibration.
[0013] An acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a fifth aspect of the present disclosure has the configuration described in the first aspect, wherein the elastic portion is formed in a plate shape extending from the holding portion to the fixing portion and has an opening penetrating in the thickness direction of the plate.
[0014] In the acoustic transducer for speaker according to the fifth aspect of the present disclosure, the provision of the opening makes the elastic portion flexible, and the elasticity of the elastic portion in the vibration direction can be further increased.
[0015] An acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a sixth aspect of the present disclosure is the same as that according to the first aspect, wherein the holding portion exposes at least a portion of the magnetic circuit portion when the magnetic circuit portion is held.
[0016] In the acoustic transducer for speaker according to the sixth aspect of the present disclosure, heat generated in the magnetic circuit portion can be efficiently released to the outside.
[0017] Incidentally, since the shape of the mounting surface of the vibration target is expected to differ depending on the type of object used as the vibration target, it is necessary to stabilize the joint surface even when the mounting surface is curved, etc. In particular, it is more difficult to stabilize the joint surface of the vibration unit placed inside the frame unit compared to the joint surface of the frame unit when the mounting surface of the vibration target is not flat.
[0018] An acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a seventh aspect of the present disclosure comprises a magnetic circuit portion fixed to the vibration object via a frame portion, a vibration portion that vibrates relative to the magnetic circuit portion, and a support member interposed between the vibration object and the frame portion, wherein the support member has a first joint portion interposed at the joint position between the vibration object and the frame portion, a second joint portion interposed at the joint position between the vibration object and the vibration portion, and an elastic support portion that connects the first joint portion and the second joint portion and elastically supports the vibration portion relative to the frame portion.
[0019] In the acoustic transducer for a speaker according to the seventh aspect of the present disclosure, when the elastic support portion of the support member deforms to conform to the shape of the mounting surface, the positions of the first joint portion and the second joint portion are displaced in accordance with the deformation of the elastic support portion. This allows the second joint portion to be positioned in an optimal position to match the shape of the mounting surface, thereby stabilizing the joint surface of the second joint portion. As a result, it is possible to stabilize the joint surface between the vibration target, which is configured as a separate body, and the vibrating portion that transmits vibrations to the vibration target.
[0020] An acoustic transducer for a speaker according to an eighth aspect of the present disclosure has the configuration described in the seventh aspect, wherein the elastic support portion is formed in a plate shape with the vibration direction of the vibrating portion as the plate thickness direction, and has an opening that penetrates in the plate thickness direction.
[0021] In the acoustic transducer for speaker according to the eighth aspect of the present disclosure, by providing the opening, the elastic support portion can be made flexible, and elasticity in the vibration direction can be increased.
[0022] An acoustic transducer according to a ninth aspect of the present disclosure is configured as described in the seventh aspect, wherein the support member has a joint surface at the joint position with the vibration object, and the joint surface of the first joint portion and the second joint portion has a different position in the vibration direction of the vibration portion.
[0023] In the acoustic transducer for a speaker according to the ninth aspect of the present disclosure, when the mounting surface is curved, the bonding surface of one of the joints can be made to protrude in the vibration direction more than the bonding surface of the other joint, so that one of the joints can come into contact with the vibration target earlier than the other joint. This makes it possible to effectively increase the pressure load acting on the joint that comes into contact first in accordance with the curved shape of the mounting surface.
[0024] An acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a tenth aspect of the present disclosure is configured as described in the ninth aspect, wherein the support member has a joint surface of the second joint portion that protrudes in the vibration direction relative to the joint surface of the first joint portion at the joint position with the vibration object.
[0025] In the acoustic transducer for a speaker according to the tenth aspect of the present disclosure, when the mounting surface is a concave curved surface, the bonding surface of the second bonding portion comes into contact with the mounting surface before the bonding surface of the first bonding portion, thereby effectively increasing the pressing load at the bonding position between the vibration target and the vibrating portion.
[0026] An acoustic transducer for a speaker according to an eleventh aspect of the present disclosure is configured as described in the ninth aspect, wherein the vibration target has a curved surface, and the support member has a first joint portion and a second joint portion, and the positional difference between the joint surfaces is greater than the positional difference between the mounting surfaces of the vibration target.
[0027] In the acoustic transducer for a speaker according to the eleventh aspect of the present disclosure, when the mounting surface is curved, the protrusion amount of the joint surface can be made larger than the protrusion amount of the curved surface of the vibration target, so that one joint can come into contact with the vibration target earlier than the other joint, thereby effectively increasing the pressure load acting on the joint that comes into contact first in accordance with the curvature of the mounting surface.
[0028] An acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a twelfth aspect of the present disclosure, in the configuration described in the seventh aspect, includes a voice coil having one end inserted into the magnetic gap formed by the magnetic circuit portion and the other end joined to the vibration object via the second joint, and the diameter of the second joint is larger than the diameter of the voice coil.
[0029] In the acoustic transducer for speaker according to the twelfth aspect of the present disclosure, when the second joint portion is bonded to the vibration object, the pressure load acting from the voice coil of the drive unit is received over a wide area of the second joint portion, thereby stabilizing the joint surface with the vibration object.
[0030] An acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a thirteenth aspect of the present disclosure has the configuration described in the seventh aspect, wherein the first joint and the second joint have at least one groove extending in one direction from the edge of the joint surface with the vibration object.
[0031] In the acoustic transducer for a speaker according to the thirteenth aspect of the present disclosure, air that has entered the joint surface can be released through the groove, thereby preventing air from pooling on the joint surface.
[0032] An acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a fourteenth aspect of the present disclosure is configured as described in the thirteenth aspect, wherein the first joint and the second joint have a plurality of grooves extending in multiple directions from the edge of the joint surface with the vibration object.
[0033] In the acoustic transducer for speaker according to the fourteenth aspect of the present disclosure, air that has entered the joint surface can be released into multiple grooves extending in multiple directions, thereby effectively suppressing the occurrence of air pockets.
[0034] When the vibration target and the acoustic transducer are configured as separate bodies, it is desirable to provide a means for sufficiently pressing the vibrating portion of the acoustic transducer that transmits vibrations against the vibration target.
[0035] An acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a fifteenth aspect of the present disclosure comprises a magnetic circuit portion fixed to a vibration object via a frame portion, a vibration portion that vibrates relative to the magnetic circuit portion, a main body portion attached to the vibration portion and having a joint surface that is joined to the vibration object, and a pressing portion having a flange portion protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the main body portion and capable of pressing the joint surface against the vibration object by pressing the flange portion.
[0036] In the acoustic transducer for speaker according to the fifteenth aspect of the present disclosure, by pressing the flange portion of the pressing portion, the joint surface of the main body portion can be pressed against the vibration target, and therefore the vibrating portion can be sufficiently pressed against the vibration target which is formed as a separate body.

[0038] In the acoustic transducer for speaker according to the sixteenth aspect of the present disclosure, by pressing the portion exposed on the outside of the frame portion when viewed from the pressing direction, the joint surface of the main body portion can be pressed against the vibration object, and therefore the vibration portion can be easily and sufficiently pressed against the vibration object which is formed as a separate body.
[0039] The acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a seventeenth aspect of the present disclosure is the acoustic transducer for a speaker according to the fifteenth aspect, wherein the joint surface protrudes toward the vibration target with respect to the flange portion.
[0040] In the acoustic transducer for a speaker according to the seventeenth aspect of the present disclosure, when the flange portion is pressed, the joint surface can be pressed against the vibration target before the flange portion.
[0041] An acoustic transducer for a speaker according to an eighteenth aspect of the present disclosure is the acoustic transducer for a speaker according to the fifteenth aspect, wherein the plate thickness of the joint surface is greater than the plate thickness of the flange portion.
[0042] In the acoustic transducer for speaker according to the eighteenth aspect of the present disclosure, the main body is less likely to deform when the flange is pressed, so deformation of the vibrating part fixed to the main body can be suppressed.
[0043] An acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a 19th aspect of the present disclosure is configured as described in the 15th aspect, wherein the frame portion has a holding portion that holds the magnetic circuit portion, and an opening that communicates with the space between the holding portion and the flange portion and allows a jig to be inserted from the side of the frame portion.
[0044] In the acoustic transducer for a speaker according to the nineteenth aspect of the present disclosure, a jig can be inserted through the opening of the frame portion, and the flange portion can be pressed using the jig.
[0045] An acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a twentieth aspect of the present disclosure is configured as described in the nineteenth aspect, wherein the frame portion further has a pair of extension portions extending from the holding portion and fixed to the vibration target, and the opening is formed on the inside by connecting the pair of extension portions to the holding portion.
[0046] In the acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a twentieth aspect of the present disclosure, an opening is formed on a side of the frame due to the configuration of the frame that connects the pair of extension parts and the holding part, which makes it possible to insert a jig from the side of the frame with a simple structure and facilitates manufacturing.

[0048] In the acoustic transducer for speaker according to the twenty-first aspect of the present disclosure, by pressing the elastic pressing portion and arranging the elastic pressing portion at a position overlapping the flange portion, the joint surface of the main body portion can be pressed against the vibration target from outside the frame portion, which makes it possible to easily and sufficiently press the vibrating portion against the vibration target that is configured separately.
[0049] The acoustic transducer for a speaker according to a twenty-second aspect of the present disclosure is the acoustic transducer for a speaker according to the twenty-first aspect, wherein the elastic pressing portion is disposed radially outward of the vibrating portion.
[0050] In the acoustic transducer for speaker according to the twenty-second aspect of the present disclosure, the elastic pressing portion can be provided in a position that does not interfere with the vibration of the vibrating portion even after the acoustic transducer is attached.
[0051] As described above, the acoustic transducer for a speaker according to the present disclosure can widen the frequency band of a plate-shaped vibration target that is configured as a separate body.

[0053] Hereinafter, with reference to the drawings, several embodiments and modifications of an acoustic transducer for a speaker (hereinafter also simply referred to as an "acoustic transducer") according to the present disclosure will be described. The acoustic transducer according to the present disclosure can be attached to a separately configured plate-shaped vibration target, and vibrate the vibration target to reproduce sounds in the human audible frequency band. In each of the embodiments and modifications described below, a plate-shaped glass is used as the vibration target, as an example.
[0054] Generally, plate-shaped glass has a high inelastic modulus, but its specific gravity is heavier than paper, etc. Therefore, if the frame of the acoustic transducer has a structure with a high inelastic modulus like glass, the vibrations generated between the vibration part and the magnetic circuit part of the acoustic transducer are suppressed, and the reproducible frequency band becomes wider.
[0055] In contrast, the acoustic transducer according to the present disclosure has a structure that improves the elasticity of the frame of the acoustic transducer. This allows, for example, in a structure that uses a plate of glass as the vibration target, to adjust the frequency band as desired and vibrate the vibration target. For example, the configuration according to the present disclosure makes it possible to vibrate the vibration target in a frequency band of 800 Hz to 20 kHz.
[0056] <First Embodiment> An acoustic transducer 10A according to the first embodiment will be described with reference to Figures 1 to 9. As shown in Figure 1, the acoustic transducer 10A can be attached to, for example, a glass roof 14 of a vehicle 12. The glass roof 14, which is the vibration target, is made of plate-shaped glass and forms part of the ceiling of the vehicle 12. The acoustic transducer 10A is attached to the glass roof 14 from the interior side of the vehicle 12. The glass roof 14 is gently curved so as to form a convex shape toward the outside of the vehicle 12, and forms a concave curved surface relative to the acoustic transducer 10A arranged on the interior side of the vehicle 12.
[0057] 2 is a cross-sectional view of the acoustic transducer 10A attached to the glass roof 14. As shown in this figure, the acoustic transducer 10A has a magnetic circuit section 20 and a vibration section 30 as drive units that transmit vibrations to the glass roof 14. The magnetic circuit section 20 is attached to the glass roof 14 via an elastically deformable frame section 50. The vibration section 30 is attached to the glass roof 14 via a support member 60A supported by the frame section 50.
[0058] (Magnetic Circuit Section) The magnetic circuit section 20 has a pot-shaped yoke 21 that is a cylindrical shape with a bottom, and a magnet 22 and a pole piece 23 that are housed inside the yoke 21. The magnet 22 is attached to the bottom surface of the yoke 21. The pole piece 23 is attached to the magnet 22. By placing the yoke 21 and the pole piece 23 on either side of the magnet 22, a magnetic gap is generated between the yoke 21 and the pole piece 23.
[0059] (Vibration Unit) The vibration unit 30 has a voice coil 31 made of a conductive wire and a cylindrical bobbin 32 around which the voice coil 31 is wound. The voice coil 31 is wound in a spiral shape to form a cylindrical shape.
[0060] The voice coil 31 is disposed with its axial direction aligned with the vibration direction of the acoustic transducer 10A, and one axial end is inserted into the magnetic gap formed by the magnetic circuit unit 20. Both ends of the voice coil 31 are connected to external wiring that supplies a drive current via lead wires (not shown). As a result, when a drive current is supplied to the voice coil 31, the magnetic circuit unit 20 and the vibration unit 30 vibrate.
[0061] The voice coil 31 is fixed to one axial end of the bobbin 32, and the other axial end protrudes from the voice coil 31. A pressing portion 40 is attached to the other end protruding from the voice coil 31.
[0062] (Pressing Section) The pressing section 40 has a main body section 41 attached to the vibrating section 30 and a flange section 42 protruding from the outer peripheral surface of the main body section 41. The pressing section 40 is made of, for example, a resin molded product, and the main body section 41 and the flange section 42 are integrally formed.
[0063] The main body 41 is formed in a cylindrical shape with a bottom that opens toward the vibrating part 30. The other axial end of the bobbin 32 protruding from the voice coil 31 is fixed inside the main body 41. Note that the bobbin 32 may be omitted, and the other axial end of the voice coil 31 may be directly fixed to the main body 41.
[0064] The surface of the main body 41 that faces the glass roof 14 is a joint surface S1. A part of a support member 60A (described later) is fixed to the joint surface S1. The pressing unit 40 is joined at the joint surface S1 of the main body 41 to the glass roof 14 via the support member 60A.
[0065] The flange 42 protrudes radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the main body 41 (see FIGS. 3 and 4). The flange 42 is formed in an overall annular shape when viewed in the axial direction of the main body 41. The flange 42 also has a tongue 43 that extends in a cantilevered manner from a portion of the annular outer peripheral end. The tongue 43 is provided in a pair along the radial direction of the main body 41.
[0066] Fig. 4 shows the appearance of the acoustic transducer 10A as viewed from the magnetic circuit unit 20 side along the vibration direction. Fig. 5 shows the appearance of the acoustic transducer 10A as viewed from the side. As shown in Figs. 4 and 5, the pair of tongue portions 43 provided on the pressing portion 40 are provided to protrude from both sides in the width direction of the frame portion 50, and are exposed to the outside of the frame portion 50.
[0067] When attaching the vibrating section 30 of the acoustic transducer 10A to the glass roof 14, the flange section 42 is pressed in the vibration direction, thereby pressing the pressing section 40 against the glass roof 14. In this embodiment, it is sufficient to press the tongue section 43, which is exposed on the outside of the frame section 50 when viewed from the pressing direction. This allows the joining surface S1 of the pressing section 40 to be easily and sufficiently pressed when joining the pressing section 40 to the glass roof 14 via the support member 60A.
[0068] 7 shows a cross section of the pressing portion 40 passing through the tongue portion 43. As shown in Fig. 7, the joint surface S1 of the main body portion 41 protrudes toward the glass roof 14 (the vibration target side) relative to the flange portion 42. This makes it possible to increase the pressing load acting on the joint surface S1 of the main body portion 41 when the flange portion 42 is pressed.
[0069] Furthermore, the thickness T1 of the joint surface S1 is set to be thicker than the thickness T2 of the flange portion 42. Therefore, the main body portion 41 is less likely to deform when the flange portion 42 is pressed, and deformation of the bobbin 32 and the voice coil 31 fixed to the main body portion 41 can be suppressed.
[0070] (Frame section) Fig. 3 is a side view of the acoustic transducer 10A, showing the appearance of the frame section 50 as seen from the side. As shown in Fig. 3, the frame section 50 has a holding section 51 that holds the magnetic circuit section 20, and a pair of extension sections 52 that extend from the holding section 51 and are fixed to the glass roof 14.
[0071] The holding portion 51 is formed in a cylindrical shape that penetrates in the axial direction. An open end on one axial side of the holding portion 51 serves as a receptacle for the magnetic circuit portion 20, and the pot-shaped yoke 21 is inserted from this open end. A stepped portion 511 that protrudes radially inward is formed in the axial middle portion of the holding portion 51 (see FIG. 2 ). The open end of the pot-shaped yoke 21 inserted inside the holding portion 51 is fixed to the stepped portion 511.
[0072] The holding portion 51 has the above-described cylindrical shape, and therefore exposes at least a portion of the magnetic circuit portion 20 when the magnetic circuit portion 20 is held. In this embodiment, the bottom of the pot-shaped yoke 21 is exposed to the outside of the holding portion 51. This allows heat generated in the magnetic circuit portion 20 to be efficiently released to the outside.
[0073] The extending portion 52 has a fixing portion 53 that is fixed to the glass roof 14 and an elastic portion 54 that is provided between the fixing portion 53 and the holding portion 51 .
[0074] The fixing portion 53 is formed in a plate shape with the vibration direction of the acoustic transducer 10A as its plate thickness direction, and is fixed to the glass roof 14 via a support member 60A.
[0075] The elastic portion 54 has a plate-shaped horizontal portion 541 extending radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the holding portion 51 and a plate-shaped inclined portion 542 extending obliquely from the end of the horizontal portion 541 toward the fixed portion 53. The elastic portion 54 is curved by the horizontal portion 541 and the inclined portion 542, thereby enhancing its elasticity in the vibration direction of the magnetic circuit portion 20. In other words, the holding portion 51 of the frame portion 50 is elastically supported by the elastic portion 54. Therefore, the frame portion 50 has a structure that is elastic in the vibration direction, and vibrations generated between the vibrating portion 30 and the magnetic circuit portion 20 are not suppressed, reducing vibration transmission loss. As a result, the efficiency of vibration transmission to the glass is improved, thereby widening the reproducible frequency band.
[0076] Furthermore, when viewed from the vibration direction of the vibrating section 30, the elastic section 54 is disposed between the joint (first joint 61) that joins the fixed section 53 and the glass roof 14 and the joint (second joint 62) that joins the vibrating section 30 and the glass roof 14. Therefore, no elastic body is interposed between the joint and the glass roof 14, which is the object of vibration, and therefore vibration transmission loss can be further reduced.
[0077] 4 and 5, the elastic portion 54 has an opening 543 penetrating through in the plate thickness direction. Therefore, compared to a plate-shaped configuration without an opening, the elastic portion 54 is more flexible and can have even greater elasticity.
[0078] The retaining portion 51 is supported by the elastic portion 54 and protrudes from the fixed portion 53 in the vibration direction of the vibrating portion 30. This ensures a sufficient vibration stroke between the vibrating portion 30 and the magnetic circuit portion 20. A pair of elastic portions 54 extend from the retaining portion 51, and the frame portion 50 is formed by connecting the elastic portion (first elastic portion) of the first extending portion 52A, the retaining portion 51, and the elastic portion (second elastic portion) of the second extending portion 52B in this order. As an example, in this embodiment, the pair of elastic portions 54 and the retaining portion 51 form an arch shape. This configuration allows for a smaller outer shell compared to a case where the frame portion is configured as a box-shaped enclosure. Furthermore, the elastic portions 54 are arranged symmetrically with respect to the retaining portion 51, which is the center of vibration. This configuration also has the advantage of suppressing deviation in the vibration direction of the magnetic circuit portion 20 and improving the efficiency of vibration transmission to the glass roof 14.
[0079] The extension portion 52 is a pair of first extension portion 52A extending from the holding portion 51 in a first direction and second extension portion 52B extending in a second direction different from the first direction. The frame portion 50 forms an opening 55 on the inside by connecting the pair of extension portions 52A, 52B to the holding portion 51. In this embodiment, the first extension portion 52A, the holding portion 51, and the second extension portion 52B further form an arch shape.
[0080] As shown in FIG. 3 , the opening 55 is formed on the side of the frame portion 50 and communicates with the space between the holding portion 51 and the flange portion 42 of the pressing portion 40 .
[0081] In addition, a terminal block 74 is provided on the fixed portion 53 of the first extending portion 52A. A lead wire (not shown) extending from the voice coil 31 and an external wiring are connected to the terminal block 74. The lead wire extending from the voice coil 31 is connected to the terminal block 74 through an opening 543 formed in the elastic portion 54.
[0082] 2 and 6, the support member 60A is a member interposed between the glass roof 14, which is the vibration target, and the frame section 50. The support member 60A has a first joint portion 61 interposed at the joint between the glass roof 14 and the frame section 50, a second joint portion 62 interposed inside the first joint portion 61 at the joint between the glass roof 14 and the vibration section 30, and an elastic support portion 63 connecting the first joint portion 61 and the second joint portion 62.
[0083] As an example, the support member 60A is formed in a flat plate shape with its thickness direction aligned with the vibration direction, and is formed in a long rectangular shape when viewed from the vibration direction. The support member 60A is made of, for example, a resin molded product, and the first joint portion 61, the second joint portion 62, and the elastic support portion 63 are integrally formed.
[0084] When the acoustic transducer 10A is attached to the glass roof 14, the first joint portions 61 are interposed between the fixing portions 53 of the pair of extension portions 52 and the glass roof 14. The first joint portions 61 have a side surface located on one side in the plate thickness direction fixed to the fixing portions 53, and a side surface S2 located on the other side in the plate thickness direction fixed to the glass roof 14 via an adhesive member 68. The adhesive member 68 is formed of, for example, double-sided tape.
[0085] When the acoustic transducer is attached to the glass roof 14, the second joint 62 is interposed between the pressing part 40 attached to the vibrating part 30 and the glass roof 14. The second joint 62 is formed in a circular shape when viewed in the vibration direction, and has a size equivalent to the joint surface S1 (bottom surface) of the main body part 41, which is a cylindrical body with a bottom, of the pressing part 40.
[0086] The second joining portion 62 has a side surface located on one side in the thickness direction joined to the joining surface S1 of the pressing portion 40, and a side surface S3 located on the other side in the thickness direction fixed to the glass roof 14 via an adhesive member 68.
[0087] The side surface S3 fixed to the glass roof 14 has a rectangular central region S3a. The central region S3a protrudes in the vibration direction relative to the other regions of the side surface S3. Therefore, the central region S3a of the side surface S3 is fixed to the glass roof 14 via an adhesive member 68.
[0088] 8(B) is a partially enlarged plan view of the support member. As shown in FIG. 8(B), the second joint portion 62 has a size equivalent to that of the joint surface S1 (bottom surface) of the pressing portion 40, and the diameter φ1 of the second joint portion 62 is larger than the diameter (reference numeral omitted) of the voice coil 31. Therefore, when the second joint portion 62 is bonded to the glass roof 14, the pressure load acting from the voice coil 31 and bobbin 32 of the vibrating portion 30 is received over a wide area of the second joint portion 62, thereby stabilizing the bond between the glass roof 14 and the joint surface.
[0089] Meanwhile, the diameter φ2 of the central region S3a of the side surface S3 of the second joint portion 62 is smaller than the diameter φ1 of the second joint portion 62. Furthermore, in this embodiment, the diameter φ2 of the central region S3a is set to be smaller than the diameter of the voice coil (reference numeral omitted). This reduces the bonding area between the second joint portion 62 and the glass roof 14, thereby improving the transmission efficiency of vibrations transmitted from the vibrating portion 30 to the glass roof 14.
[0090] In this way, the second joint 62 increases the contact area with the vibrating part 30 and reduces the contact area with the glass roof 14, thereby improving workability during installation and improving vibration transmission during use.
[0091] On the other hand, the elastic support portion 63 extends in a flat band shape and connects the first joint portion 61 and the second joint portion 62. This elastic support portion 63 essentially connects the frame portion 50 and the vibration portion 30 arranged inside the frame portion 50. Therefore, the radial movement of the vibration portion 30 is restricted by the elastic support portion 63. Furthermore, the vibration portion 30 is elastically supported by the elastic support portion 63 so as to be movable in the vibration direction relative to the frame portion 50.
[0092] That is, the support member 60A properly maintains the position of the vibration unit 30 relative to the frame unit 50. This allows the vibration unit 30 to move in the vibration direction within the narrow magnetic gap without coming into contact with the magnetic circuit unit 20. In known acoustic transducers in which the vibration target and the frame are integrated, such a support member is provided as a damper. The damper is also called a spider.
[0093] Generally, in an acoustic transducer that is integral with a vibration target, the vibration part is elastically supported by a frame part via a plate-shaped damper with a corrugated wave pattern. The damper is often disposed between the vibration target and the vibration part and is included in the frame part.
[0094] In contrast, in the acoustic transducer 10A according to this embodiment, the support member 60A disposed between the frame section 50 and the glass roof 14 is structured to function as a damper. This allows the frame section 50 to be made smaller than in a structure in which a damper is incorporated into the frame section 50. In particular, this has the advantage that the height of the outer shell of the frame section 50 can be reduced, reducing the amount of protrusion from the glass roof 14.
[0095] Furthermore, by disposing the support member 60A between the frame section 50 and the glass roof 14, it is possible to stabilize the joint surface between the glass roof 14 and the vibration section 30. That is, the joint position (second joint section 62) between the vibration section 30 and the glass roof 14 is located inside the frame section 50 relative to the joint position (first joint section 61) between the frame section 50 and the glass roof 14, making the work difficult and stabilizing the joint surface. In particular, when the mounting surface is curved, as in the case of the glass roof 14, stabilizing the joint surface is even more difficult.
[0096] However, in this embodiment, when the elastic support portion 63 deforms to conform to the shape of the mounting surface, the positions of the first joint portion 61 and the second joint portion 62 are displaced in accordance with the deformation of the elastic support portion 63. As a result, the second joint portion 62, which is disposed inside the frame portion 50, is also disposed in an optimal position to conform to the shape of the mounting surface, thereby stabilizing the joint surface of the second joint portion 62.
[0097] Furthermore, for example, when the mounting surface is a concave curved surface, as in this embodiment, the linear distance between the first joint portions 61 is smaller than when the mounting surface is a flat surface. In this case, the elastic support portions 63 bend so that the support member 60A becomes convex toward the concave curved surface, thereby stabilizing the joint surface of the second joint portions 62. When the mounting surface is a convex curved surface, the opposite occurs: the elastic support portions 63 bend so that the support member 60A becomes concave toward the convex curved surface, thereby stabilizing the joint surface of the second joint portions 62.
[0098] In this embodiment, the elastic support portion 63 is formed in a plate shape with its thickness direction being the vibration direction of the vibrating portion 30, and has an opening 64 that penetrates in the plate thickness direction. This opening 64 makes the elastic support portion 63 flexible, further increasing its elasticity in the vibration direction.
[0099] 8A is a partially enlarged side view of the support member 60A. As shown in FIG. 8A, the support member 60A has a first joint portion 61 with a thickness T3 that is different from a thickness T4 of the second joint portion 62. Therefore, the support member 60A is configured such that, at the joint position with the glass roof 14, a position D1 of the joint surface of the first joint portion 61 (side surface S2) and a position D2 of the joint surface of the second joint portion 62 (central region S3a of side surface S3) are different in the vibration direction.
[0100] In this embodiment, the plate thickness T4 of the second joint portion 62 is thicker than the plate thickness T3 of the first joint portion 61. Therefore, the joint surface (central region S3a) of the second joint portion 62 protrudes in the vibration direction further than the joint surface (side surface S2) of the first joint portion 61. Therefore, when attaching the acoustic transducer 10A to the concave curved surface of the glass roof 14, the second joint portion 62 can be brought into contact with the attachment surface before the first joint portion 61, thereby increasing the pressing load acting on the second joint portion 62 (vibration portion 30). This stabilizes the state in which the acoustic transducer is attached to the concave curved surface.
[0101] 8A shows the position difference Δd1 between the joint surface with the glass roof 14 at the first joint portion 61 and the second joint portion 62. FIG. 9 shows the position difference Δd2 between the mounting surface of the glass roof 14 at the first joint portion 61 and the second joint portion 62. As shown in FIGS. 8A and 9 , the support member 60A is configured such that the position difference Δd1 between the joint surfaces at the first joint portion 61 and the second joint portion 62 is greater than the position difference Δd2 between the mounting surface of the glass roof 14. Therefore, the protrusion amount (Δd1) of the joint surface is greater than the protrusion amount (Δd2) of the curved surface of the glass roof 14. This allows the second joint portion 62 to come into contact with the mounting surface before the first joint portion 61, and the pressing load acting on the second joint portion 62 (vibration portion 30) can be increased to match the curvature of the glass roof 14.
[0102] The positions of the joint surfaces of the first joint portion 61 and the second joint portion 62 may be adjusted without changing the plate thickness, for example, by embossing the joint portions.
[0103] 8(B), the first joint portion 61 and the second joint portion 62 have at least one groove 65A extending in one direction from the edge of the joint surface with the glass roof 14. This allows air that has entered the joint surface when the acoustic transducer 10A is attached to the glass roof 14 to escape through the groove, thereby preventing air from pooling on the joint surface.
[0104] In this embodiment, the groove 65A is formed by intersecting a first groove 65Aa1 and a second groove 65Aa2 that extend in different directions. The first groove 65Aa1 and the second groove 65Aa2 each cross the joining surface. This allows air that has entered the joining surface to escape to the multiple grooves that extend in multiple directions, thereby more effectively preventing air pockets from forming.
[0105] (Operations and Effects) Next, operations and effects of the first embodiment will be described.
[0106] The acoustic transducer 10A of the first embodiment comprises a magnetic circuit section 20 fixed to the glass roof 14 via a frame section 50, and a vibration section 30 that vibrates relative to the magnetic circuit section 20 by being inserted into the magnetic gap formed by the magnetic circuit section 20, and a pressing section 40 is attached to the vibration section 30.
[0107] Here, the pressing unit 40 has a main body 41 having a joining surface S1 that is joined to the glass roof 14, and a flange 42 that protrudes from the outer peripheral surface of the main body 41. By pressing the flange 42, the pressing unit 40 can press the joining surface S1 of the main body 41 against the glass roof 14. This allows the vibration unit 30 to be sufficiently pressure-bonded to the glass roof 14, which is formed as a separate body.
[0108] Furthermore, the joint surface S1 of the main body 41 protrudes toward the glass roof 14 relative to the flange 42. Therefore, when the flange 42 is pressed, the joint surface S1 of the main body 41 can be pressed against the glass roof 14 before the flange 42.
[0109] 7, the thickness T1 of the joint surface S1 of the main body 41 is thicker than the thickness T2 of the flange 42. Therefore, the main body 41 is less likely to deform when the flange 42 is pressed, and deformation of the bobbin 32 and the voice coil 31 fixed to the main body 41 can be suppressed.
[0110] 4 , the pressing portion 40 is provided with a tongue portion 43 that extends in a cantilevered manner from the flange portion 42, and the tongue portion 43 is exposed to the outside of the frame portion 50 when viewed from the pressing direction of the flange portion 42. Therefore, when pressing the pressing portion 40 against the glass roof 14, it is sufficient to press the tongue portion 43 that is exposed to the outside of the frame portion 50 when viewed from the pressing direction. This makes it possible to easily and sufficiently press the joining surface S1 of the pressing portion 40 against the glass roof 14.
[0111] In this embodiment, the frame section 50 has a holding section 51 that holds the magnetic circuit section 20, a fixed section 53 that is fixed to the glass roof 14, and an elastic section 54 that is provided between the holding section 51 and the fixed section 53 and elastically supports the holding section 51. This gives the frame section 50 a structure that is elastic in the vibration direction, and as a result, vibrations generated between the vibrating section 30 and the magnetic circuit section 20 are not suppressed, improving the efficiency of vibration transmission to the glass and making it possible to widen the reproducible frequency band.
[0112] Specifically, in this embodiment, the frequency band that can be reproduced by the glass roof 14 is set to 800 [Hz] to 20 [kHz].
[0113] In this embodiment, the holding portion 51 of the frame portion 50 is supported by the elastic portion 54 and is provided so as to protrude from the fixed portion 53 in the vibration direction of the vibrating portion 30. This ensures a sufficient stroke of vibrations generated by the vibrating portion 30 and the magnetic circuit portion 20.
[0114] In this embodiment, the frame 50 is formed by connecting the elastic portion (first elastic portion) of the first extension 52A, the retaining portion 51, and the elastic portion (second elastic portion) of the second extension 52B in this order. This allows the outer shell to be made smaller than when the frame 50 is configured as a box-shaped enclosure. Furthermore, the elastic portion 54 is disposed symmetrically with respect to the retaining portion 51, which is the center of vibration. This reduces deviation in the vibration direction of the magnetic circuit 20 and improves the efficiency of vibration transmission to the glass roof 14.
[0115] Furthermore, the elastic portion 54 is formed in a plate shape extending from the holding portion 51 to the fixing portion 53, and has an opening 543 penetrating through in the plate thickness direction. The opening 543 makes the elastic portion more flexible than a configuration formed in a plate shape without an opening, and can increase elasticity in the vibration direction.
[0116] Furthermore, the elastic portion 54 is disposed between the first joint portion 61 and the second joint portion 62 of the support member 60A when viewed from the vibration direction of the vibrating portion 30. This prevents an elastic body from being interposed between the glass roof 14, which is the object of vibration, and the joint portion, thereby reducing vibration transmission loss.
[0117] Furthermore, when the magnetic circuit unit 20 is held by the holding portion 51, at least a portion of the magnetic circuit unit 20 is exposed, which allows heat generated in the magnetic circuit unit 20 to be efficiently released to the outside.
[0118] In the acoustic transducer 10A according to this embodiment, the support member 60A has a first joint portion 61 located at the joint between the glass roof 14 and the frame portion 50, a second joint portion 62 located inside the first joint portion 61 at the joint between the glass roof 14 and the vibration portion 30, and an elastic support portion 63 connecting the first joint portion 61 and the second joint portion 62 and elastically supporting the vibration portion 30 relative to the frame portion 50. Therefore, when the acoustic transducer 10A is attached to the glass roof 14, the elastic support portion 63 deforms to conform to the shape of the attachment surface. At this time, the positions of the first joint portion 61 and the second joint portion 62 are displaced in accordance with the deformation of the elastic support portion 63, so that the second joint portion 62, located inside the frame portion 50, is also positioned at an optimal position to match the shape of the attachment surface. This stabilizes the bonding surface of the second joint portion 62.
[0119] Furthermore, the support member 60A is configured such that the positions of the joint surfaces of the first joint portion 61 and the second joint portion 62 at the joint position with the glass roof 14 differ in the vibration direction of the vibrating portion 30. Therefore, when the mounting surface is curved, by making the joint surface of one joint portion protrude further in the vibration direction than the joint surface of the other joint portion, one joint portion can be made to contact the vibration target before the other joint portion. This makes it possible to effectively increase the pressing load acting on the joint portion that comes into contact first in accordance with the curved shape of the mounting surface.
[0120] 8A, in this embodiment, at the joint position between the support member 60A and the glass roof 14, which has a concave curved surface, the joint surface of the second joint portion 62 protrudes in the vibration direction relative to the joint surface of the first joint portion 61. As a result, the joint surface of the second joint portion 62 comes into contact with the mounting surface of the glass roof 14 before the joint surface of the first joint portion 61. This effectively increases the pressing load at the joint position between the glass roof 14 and the vibrating portion 30.
[0121] Furthermore, the support member 60A is configured such that the positional difference Δd1 between the joining surfaces at the first joining portion 61 and the second joining portion 62 is greater than the positional difference Δd2 between the joining surfaces of the glass roof 14. This allows the protrusion amount (Δd1) of the joining surfaces to be greater than the protrusion amount (Δd2) of the curved surface of the glass roof 14, effectively increasing the pressing load acting on the joining portion that comes into contact first in accordance with the curvature of the mounting surface.
[0122] 8(B), each of the first and second joint portions 61 and 62 has at least one groove 65A extending in one direction from the edge of the joint surface with the glass roof 14. This allows air that has entered the joint surface to escape through the groove, preventing air from pooling on the joint surface.
[0123] Furthermore, the groove 65A has a first groove 65Aa1 and a second groove 65Aa2 that extend in different directions, allowing air that has entered the joining surface to escape to the multiple grooves that extend in multiple directions, effectively preventing air pockets from forming.
[0124] Second Embodiment An acoustic transducer 10B according to a second embodiment will be described below with reference to Figures 10(A) and 10(B). Note that the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. The acoustic transducer 10B according to the second embodiment differs from the acoustic transducer 10A according to the first embodiment in that the flange 42 attached to the vibration section 30 does not have a tongue portion 43 formed thereon.
[0125] A notch 56A is formed in the frame part 50 of the acoustic transducer 10B at a position that overlaps with the flange part 42 along the pressing direction of the flange part 42 (the vibration direction of the vibrating part 30). As a result, the flange part 42 is exposed to the outside of the frame part 50 when viewed from the pressing direction, similar to the first embodiment.
[0126] The cutouts 56A are formed in the extending portion 52 in the plate-shaped horizontal portion 541 that extends radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the holding portion 51. The cutouts 56A penetrate the horizontal portion 541 in the plate thickness direction and are formed, for example, in a semicircular shape. The cutouts 56A are provided in pairs at both ends of the frame portion 50 in the width direction.
[0127] According to the above-described configuration, when the pressing portion 40 is pressed against the glass roof 14, the flange portion 42 is pressed through the cutout portion 56A. This allows the joining surface S1 of the pressing portion 40 to be easily and sufficiently pressed.
[0128] Furthermore, in the acoustic transducer 10B according to the second embodiment, the flange portion 42 of the pressing portion 40 does not protrude from the outer shell of the frame portion, so the acoustic transducer 10B can be made smaller than in the first embodiment.
[0129] <Third embodiment> An acoustic transducer 10C according to a third embodiment will be described below with reference to Figures 11(A) and 11(B). Note that the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. The acoustic transducer 10C according to the third embodiment differs from the acoustic transducer 10A according to the first embodiment in that the flange 42 attached to the vibration section 30 does not have a tongue portion 43 formed thereon.
[0130] In the acoustic transducer 10C according to the third embodiment, a jig 70 for pressing the flange 42 can be inserted through an opening 55 formed on the side of the frame 50. The jig 70 is made of a plate-shaped member and has a gripping portion 71 that is held by an operator and a pair of pressing pieces 72 that extend in a cantilevered manner from the gripping portion 71.
[0131] As described above, the opening 55 formed on the side of the frame portion 50 communicates with the holding portion 51 that holds the magnetic circuit portion 20 and the space between the holding portion 51 and the flange portion 42. When pressing the pressing portion 40 against the glass roof 14, a jig 70 is inserted through the opening 55 and the pair of pressing pieces 72 are positioned so that they overlap the flange portion 42, sandwiching the main body portion 41 of the pressing portion 40 between them. Then, by pressing the flange portion 42 with the pressing pieces 72, the pressing portion 40 can be pressed against the glass roof 14. This allows the joining surface S1 of the pressing portion 40 to be easily and sufficiently crimped.
[0132] Furthermore, in the acoustic transducer 10C according to the third embodiment, the flange portion 42 of the pressing portion 40 does not protrude from the outer shell of the frame portion, so the acoustic transducer 10C can be made smaller than in the first embodiment.
[0133] <Fourth embodiment> An acoustic transducer 10D according to a fourth embodiment will be described below with reference to Figures 12(A) and 12(B). Note that the same components as those in the first embodiment are denoted by the same reference numerals, and detailed description thereof will be omitted. The acoustic transducer 10D according to the fourth embodiment differs from the acoustic transducer 10A according to the first embodiment in that the flange 42 attached to the vibration section 30 does not have a tongue portion 43 formed thereon.
[0134] A notch 56B is formed in the frame portion 50 of the acoustic transducer 10D at a position that overlaps with the flange portion 42 along the pressing direction of the flange portion 42 (the vibration direction of the vibrating portion 30). As a result, the flange portion 42 is exposed to the outside of the frame portion 50 when viewed from the pressing direction, similar to the first embodiment.
[0135] The cutouts 56B are formed in the extending portion 52 in the plate-shaped horizontal portion 541 that extends radially outward from the outer peripheral surface of the holding portion 51. The cutouts 56B penetrate the horizontal portion 541 in the plate thickness direction and are formed, for example, in a rectangular shape. The cutouts 56B are provided in pairs at both ends of the frame portion 50 in the width direction.
[0136] An elastic pressing portion 57 is provided in the frame portion 50 so as to bridge the cutout portion 56B. This elastic pressing portion 57 is disposed to the side of the main body portion 41 of the pressing portion 40. In addition, the elastic pressing portion 57 is disposed further outward on the frame portion 50 than the vibrating portion 30.
[0137] The elastic pressing portion 57 can be made of an elastic material such as rubber or a leaf spring, and is elastically deformed inward (toward the main body portion 41) when pressed from the side of the frame portion 50 in the direction of the arrow shown in Fig. 12(A). As shown in Fig. 12(B), the elastic pressing portion 57 is elastically deformed inward and positioned so as to overlap the flange portion 42. This allows the flange portion 42 to be pressed via the elastic pressing portion 57, and when the pressing portion 40 is pressed against the glass roof 14, the joining surface S1 of the pressing portion 40 can be easily and sufficiently compressed.
[0138] Furthermore, since the elastic pressing portion 57 is disposed outside the vibrating portion 30, it is provided in a position that does not interfere with the vibration of the vibrating portion 30 when it is driven, even after the acoustic transducer 10D is attached.
[0139] Furthermore, in the acoustic transducer 10D according to the fourth embodiment, the flange portion 42 of the pressing portion 40 does not protrude from the outer shell of the frame portion, so the acoustic transducer 10C can be made smaller than in the first embodiment.
[0140] <Modifications of Support Member> Hereinafter, variations of modifications of the support member 60A according to each of the above embodiments will be described with reference to FIGS. 13(A) to 13(C) and 14. FIG.
[0141] Fig. 13(A) is a side view of a support member 60B according to a first modification. As shown in Fig. 13(A), in the support member 60B, the thickness T3 of the first joint portion 61 is greater than the thickness T4 of the second joint portion 62. Therefore, at the joint portion between the support member and the vibration target, the joint surface of the first joint portion (side surface S2) protrudes in the vibration direction relative to the joint surface of the second joint portion 62 (central region S3a of side surface S3). Therefore, when the mounting surface is a convex curved surface, the second joint portion 62 contacts the mounting surface of the glass roof 14 first, and the first joint portion 61 contacts the glass roof 14 immediately thereafter. This effectively increases the pressing load of the second joint portion 62 and stabilizes the state of attachment of the acoustic transducer to the convex curved surface.
[0142] Fig. 13(B) is a plan view of a support member 60C according to a second modified example. In each of the above embodiments, the second joint portion is configured such that only the central region S3a of the side surface S2 facing the glass roof 14 is joined to the glass roof 14 via the adhesive member 68. In the support member 60C according to the second modified example, as shown in Fig. 13(B), substantially the entire side surface S3 of the second joint portion 62 forms a joint surface with the glass roof 14. In this case, the diameter φ3 of the joint surface with the glass roof 14 is larger than the diameter (reference number omitted) of the voice coil 31, allowing the vibrating portion 30 to be strongly joined to the glass roof 14.
[0143] 13(C) is a plan view of a support member 60D according to a third modified example. Similar to the above-described embodiments, the first and second joint portions 61, 62 of the support member 60D according to the third modified example have multiple grooves 65B extending in one direction from the edges of the joint surfaces (side surface S2, central region S3a) with the glass roof 14. The multiple grooves 65B each extend from different positions on the edge of the joint surface toward the center. This allows air that has entered the joint surface to escape into the multiple grooves extending in multiple directions, effectively preventing air pockets from forming.
[0144] FIG. 14 is a perspective view of a support member 60E according to a fourth modified example. The support member 60E according to the fourth modified example includes an annular ring portion 80 formed at the first and second joint portions 61, 62. In the first joint portion 61, the ring portion 80 is formed on the outer periphery of the first joint portion 61. The ring portion 80 protrudes in a bank-like manner from the center of the first joint portion 61. This allows the side surface S2 of the first joint portion 61 that is bonded to (adhered to) the glass roof 14 to be formed in an annular shape. Meanwhile, in the second joint portion 62, the ring portion 80 is formed by causing the central region S3a of the second joint portion 62 to protrude in a bank-like manner. This allows the side surface (central region S3a) of the second joint portion 62 that is bonded to (adhered to) the glass roof 14 to be formed in an annular shape. Furthermore, a groove 65C that connects the inside and outside of the ring portion 80 is formed on the surface (side surface S, central region S3a) of the ring portion 80. The number of grooves 65C may be one or more. Each groove 65C extends in one direction from the edge of the joining surface (side surface S2, central region S3a) with the glass roof 14 toward the center in the first joining portion 61 and the second joining portion 62. This allows air that has entered the inside of the ring portion 80 to escape to the outside of the ring portion 80 through the grooves 65C, and therefore does not remain on the joining surface. The ring portion 80 allows stable adhesive strength to be obtained at the joining surface (side surface S2, central region S3a) with the glass roof 14.
[0145] In the support members according to the above-described embodiment and each modified example, the support member is bonded to the vibration target using an adhesive member, but the present disclosure is not limited to this. The support member and the frame portion may be bonded to the vibration target by mechanical bonding such as fastening. [Supplementary explanation]
[0146] In the above-described embodiments and modifications, the acoustic transducer is configured to be attached to a glass roof, but the present disclosure is not limited to this. The object to which the acoustic transducer is attached is not limited to a vehicle, and may be any plate-shaped member. Furthermore, in the case of a vehicle, the acoustic transducer may be attached to, for example, a window glass such as a windshield, rear window, or side window of the vehicle. Furthermore, the acoustic transducer may be attached to a pillar or the side of the vehicle body.
[0147] Furthermore, in the above-described embodiments and modifications, the acoustic transducer is attached to a concave curved surface, but the present disclosure is not limited to this. It may be attached to a convex curved surface or a flat surface. Furthermore, the vibration target configured as a separate body is not limited to a plate-shaped glass.
