Abstract
Description
Cable bobbin assembly, cable laying device and method for manufacturing cable bobbin assembly
[0001] The present invention relates to a cable bobbin assembly, a cable installation device, and a method for manufacturing a cable bobbin assembly. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cable bobbin assembly, a cable installation device, and a method for manufacturing a cable bobbin assembly, which can minimize the use of heavy equipment in vertical cable installation work and minimize the work space, work time, and safety accidents in cable installation for mining.
[0002] Mining cables are cables laid inside underground tunnels to provide power or communication lines to underground work sites. These underground work sites include mining operations or tunnel construction sites, and can be connected to aboveground facilities via mining cables to supply power or control signals for various work equipment.
[0003] The length of the tunnel connecting to the underground work site can be hundreds of meters or more, and a single mine cable is laid to the underground work site without a separate cable connection section.
[0004] Since the cable installation section of these cables often includes vertical tunnels, the cables are installed vertically.
[0005] Figure 1 illustrates an example of the installation process of a conventional mining cable.
[0006] In the case of vertical installation methods such as general mining cables, the weight of the cable itself reaches several tons when the vertical installation section is hundreds of meters long.
[0007] In cases where the length of a mining cable (c) is several hundred meters or more, the cable to be installed is laid out horizontally, and then a clamp (cl) is installed on the cable to prevent the cable from falling into a vertical tunnel (m), a support wire (w) is connected to the clamp (cl), and the support wire (w) is slowly inserted into the vertical tunnel using heavy equipment, etc., and the cable is installed. At the rear end of the cable, a fixing structure called an armor pot (a) is provided through which the cable is installed so as to be fixed to an armor member, etc. that constitutes the cable. When the installation of the mining cable is completed, the cable is fixed to a support (300), which is a ground fixing structure, at the entrance of the tunnel to support the load of the cable so that the cable does not fall downwards.
[0008] When vertically laying a cable in this manner, if the support wire (w) connecting the fixed end (31) of the heavy equipment and the clamp (cl) is broken or the fixing state of the clamp (cl) and the cable is not strong, an accident may occur in which the mine cable (c) falls into the vertical tunnel.
[0009] Furthermore, conventional cable installation methods require cable placement space proportional to the vertical cable length. In other words, if the vertical tunnel depth is several hundred meters, the cable length is also several hundred meters, and the length of the cable laid horizontally on the ground for installation preparation is also proportional to the depth.
[0010] In addition, as shown in Fig. 1, it is common to use mobile heavy equipment (30) or the like to prevent the cable from falling into the vertical tunnel, and since such heavy equipment (30) must use a method of slowly moving forward by pulling the cable and laying the cable into the vertical tunnel (m), a driving space must be provided in which the heavy equipment vehicle (30) can drive.
[0011] However, cables laid vertically underground are mainly used in mines, and since such mines are generally located in mountainous areas, it is not easy to secure a place where cables can be laid or heavy equipment vehicles (30) can drive.
[0012] In addition, a method is used in which a support wire (w) is connected to a heavy equipment vehicle (30) and the support wire (w) is connected to a clamp (cl) mounted on the cable to support the load of the cable, but if the fastening state of the clamp (cl) is loose, the load of the cable cannot be supported and the cable may fall, and if the fastening state is excessive, the jacket of the mining cable (c) may be damaged. In addition, since the work of installing the clamp (cl) on the cable at regular intervals is repeated, the work time for vertical cable installation is greatly increased.
[0013] Fig. 2 illustrates the finishing stage of a conventional vertical installation work of a mine cable. In the finishing stage of the installation process of such a mine cable, when the mine cable (c) is installed inside a vertical tunnel (m), it is necessary to fix the armor pot (a) installed at the rear end of the mine cable (c) to a support (300) on the ground, and in the completion stage of the installation work of the mine cable (c), the armor pot (a) installed at the rear end of the cable is fixed to a heavy equipment (30') such as a crane using a wire, etc., to support the load of the mine cable (c), and the armor pot (a) is fixed to the support (300) at the entrance of the tunnel (m), thereby completing the vertical installation work of the mine cable (c). That is, in this process, the means of supporting the load of the vertically laid mining cable (c) inside the tunnel (m) is changed from mobile heavy equipment to heavy equipment such as a crane, and the heavy equipment such as a crane can support the load of the vertically laid mining cable by connecting wires, etc. to the armor pot and complete the laying work.
[0014] In this way, the work of vertically laying a mining cable underground in the conventional manner requires a wide preparation space or driving space above ground, and requires separate heavy equipment for supplying the cable underground by fixing the mining cable as shown in Fig. 1 with a clamp or the like, and heavy equipment for supporting the load of the underground-laid mining cable by connecting the armor pot with a wire in order to finish the cable in the vertical direction at the laying finishing stage as shown in Fig. 2.
[0015] In this way, the conventional method of laying mining cables required a large space and a lot of heavy equipment, which increased the cost of laying mining cables, and there was also a problem of a high risk of safety accidents in the process of supporting the load of mining cables with heavy equipment and switching heavy equipment.
[0016] The present invention aims to solve the problem of providing a cable bobbin assembly, a cable installation device, and a method for manufacturing a cable bobbin assembly, which can minimize the use of heavy equipment in vertical cable installation work and minimize the work space, work time, and safety accidents in cable installation for mining.
[0017] In order to solve the above problem, the present invention provides a cable bobbin assembly for a mine, which includes a pair of flanges and a cable winding section connecting the flanges and on which a cable is wound, and a cable bobbin that is driven by a driving motor during cable installation to supply the cable, wherein the cable bobbin assembly comprises: an armor pot that is installed at the boundary between an underground installation area where the cable is installed in an underground mine tunnel and an above-ground installation area where the cable is installed on the surface of the mine; and a traction means that supports the load of the cable bobbin by having one end connected to the armor pot and the other end fixed to the cable winding section of the cable bobbin.
[0018] In addition, the cable winding part of the cable bobbin can be divided into an underground installation area winding part in which the underground installation area of the mining cable is wound in the longitudinal direction, an armor pot mounting area winding part in which the armor pot mounting area of the mining cable equipped with the armor pot is wound, and an above-ground installation area winding part in which the above-ground installation area of the mining cable is wound.
[0019] And, in the cable winding section, the length of the underground installation area winding section is the longest, and at least one partition blade may be provided in the circumferential direction in the boundary area between the underground installation area winding section and the armor pot mounting area winding section and the boundary area between the armor pot mounting area winding section and the above-ground installation area winding section.
[0020] Here, a plurality of partition blades may be provided spaced apart from each other in each boundary area.
[0021] In this case, the traction means may be a sling belt or steel wire.
[0022] And, the other end of the above-mentioned traction means can be fixed to a fixing means provided inside the cable winding part by penetrating the cable winding part of the cable bobbin.
[0023] Additionally, the fixing means may be a shackle member or U-bolt that is wound and fixed to the other end of the sling belt.
[0024] In addition, an expansion cover may be provided to enlarge the diameter of the above-ground installation area winding section of the above-mentioned cable bobbin.
[0025] In addition, in order to solve the above problem, the present invention can provide a cable installation device for a mine, including: a cable bobbin constituting a cable bobbin assembly; a drive motor for electrically driving the cable bobbin; and a reduction unit provided between the rotational shaft of the cable bobbin and the drive motor.
[0026] In addition, a brake for stopping rotation of the driving motor may be further included between the driving motor and the reduction gear.
[0027] In addition, in order to solve the above problem, the present invention provides a method for manufacturing a cable bobbin assembly, comprising: a traction means installation step of fixing one end of a traction means for supporting the load of a mining cable to a winding portion of an armor pot mounting area of the cable bobbin and winding it; a first cable winding step of sequentially winding an above-ground installation area, an armor pot mounting area, and an underground installation area of the mining cable to an above-ground installation area winding portion, an armor pot mounting area winding portion, and an underground installation area winding portion of the cable bobbin; an armor pot mounting step of, after the first cable winding step, unwinding the above-ground installation area and the armor pot mounting area of the mining cable from the above-ground installation area winding portion and the armor pot mounting area winding portion of the cable bobbin, mounting an armor pot to the armor pot mounting area, and connecting the other end of the traction means to the armor pot; And, a method for manufacturing a cable bobbin assembly including a second cable winding step of sequentially winding the armor pot mounting area and the above-ground installation area of the mining cable after the armor pot mounting step onto the armor pot mounting area winding part and the above-ground installation area winding part of the cable bobbin can be provided.
[0028] And, in the step of installing the traction means, one end of the traction means can be inserted into a traction means mounting hole formed on the cable winding portion of the cable bobbin and one end of the traction means can be fixed using a fixing means from the inside.
[0029] According to the cable bobbin assembly according to the present invention, the installation work space for cables to be installed in mines, etc. can be minimized, thereby minimizing limitations on location.
[0030] In addition, according to the cable bobbin assembly according to the present invention, when laying a cable inside a vertical tunnel of a mine, the cable can be laid inside the vertical tunnel by driving the bobbin by a driving motor, thereby shortening the work time, preventing damage to the cable, and preventing various safety accidents.
[0031] In addition, according to the cable bobbin assembly according to the present invention, a sling belt-shaped traction means is connected and fixed to the cable bobbin and the armor pot of the mining cable, so that the load of the cable can be supported and the work can be completed in the final stage of laying, and the use of mobile heavy equipment can be omitted.
[0032] Figure 1 illustrates an example of the installation process of a conventional mining cable.
[0033] Figure 2 illustrates an example of a process for laying a mining cable using a mining cable laying device to which a cable bobbin assembly according to the present invention is applied.

[0038] FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 illustrate a completed cable bobbin assembly according to the present invention, in which a mining cable is wound around a cable bobbin constituting the cable bobbin assembly according to the present invention, and an armor pot is installed at the boundary between the above-ground and underground installation areas of the mining cable.
[0039] FIGS. 12 and 13 illustrate another embodiment of a cable bobbin constituting a cable bobbin assembly according to the present invention and the cable bobbin assembly.
[0040] Hereinafter, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. However, the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described herein and may be embodied in other forms. Rather, the embodiments introduced herein are provided to ensure that the disclosure is thorough and complete, and to sufficiently convey the spirit of the invention to those skilled in the art. Like reference numbers designate like elements throughout the specification.
[0041] Figure 3 illustrates an example of a process for laying a mining cable (c) using a mining cable laying device to which a cable bobbin assembly (100) according to the present invention is applied.
[0042] In the past, as described with reference to FIG. 1, a method was used in which a clamp was installed on a cable (c), a wire was connected to the clamp, and the cable (c) was gradually unwound using heavy equipment to lay the cable (c) inside a vertical tunnel (m). However, as shown in FIG. 3, a cable laying device (200) to which a cable bobbin assembly (100) according to the present invention is applied can perform laying work by electrically unwound the cable (c) directly from the bobbin (110) into the vertical tunnel (m).
[0043] The cable installation device (200) to which the cable bobbin assembly (100) according to the present invention is applied uses a driving motor to electrically drive a cable bobbin (110) in which a mining cable (c) is pre-wound, thereby unwinding the mining cable from the cable bobbin (110) and vertically installing it in a tunnel with the direction changed by an auxiliary roller (400), etc. In addition, the cable installation device (200) of the present invention can be installed such that an anchor fixing part (155) at the bottom of a support is fixed to the ground by an anchor (K) in order to stably support the load of the mining cable (c) installed in the tunnel.
[0044] Accordingly, as shown in FIG. 3, heavy equipment for supporting the load of the mine cable (c) laid underground in the tunnel can be omitted, and the cable laying device (200) to which the cable bobbin assembly (100) according to the present invention is applied can be installed on the ground not far from the vertical tunnel (m) to lay the cable (c), so there is no need for a separate waiting space for laying the cable (c).
[0045] Accordingly, since mine tunnels (m) are generally located in mountainous areas, it is difficult to secure a space for laying cables (c) and a space for running heavy equipment, but the cable installation device (200) to which the cable bobbin assembly (100) according to the present invention is applied does not require a space for laying cables (c) on the ground or a space for running heavy equipment, and the work of installing clamps on the cables so that the heavy equipment can support the cables as the cables (c) are laid can be omitted, so the work time and work cost of vertical cable laying can be minimized.
[0046] And, the cable installation device (200) to which the cable bobbin assembly (100) according to the present invention is applied may be provided with a traction means (sb) that connects the armor pot (a) mounted on the mine cable and the cable bobbin (110) to prevent the mine cable from being sucked into the mine by the load of the mine cable that is mostly installed in the mine tunnel at the time when the cable installation is completed.
[0047] Accordingly, even if the rear end of the above-mentioned mining cable (c) is completely released and separated from the cable bobbin (110), the above-mentioned traction means (sb) can be in a state of connecting the cable bobbin (110) and the mining cable and supporting the load of the mining cable (c).
[0048] In the past, in order to prevent a mining cable (c) from being sucked into a tunnel, as shown in FIG. 1, a heavy equipment was used to support the mining cable with a clamp, and then a separate heavy equipment as shown in FIG. 2 was used to position the armor pot (a) so that it faces the tunnel entrance, and the armor pot (a) was mounted on a support at the tunnel entrance to complete the installation of the mining cable (c). However, the mining cable installation device (200) of the present invention as shown in FIG. 3 does not require a mobile heavy equipment that supports the cable in a horizontal direction, and the installation of the mining cable (c) can be completed by connecting a wire or the like to the armor pot (a) while the traction means as shown in FIG. 3 supports the load of the mining cable.
[0049] In this way, a traction means (sb) for supporting the rear end of the mining cable (c) together with the mining cable can be provided by being wound around the cable bobbin (110) and connected to the mining cable (c) in a state where the cable bobbin (110) constituting the mining cable installation device (200) of the present invention is connected to the mining cable (c).
[0050] As a method of connecting the above-mentioned traction means to a cable, one end of the traction means (sb) is fixed to a cable bobbin (110), and the other end is fixed to an armor pot (a) for fixing a ground support of a mining cable (c).
[0051] The above armor pot (a) is fixedly mounted on the outer surface of the mining cable using the armor member of the mining cable (c), etc., and may be composed of a material such as metal. When the mining cable equipped with such an armor pot (a) is wound together with a cable bobbin (110), the armor pot (a) may damage the surface of the adjacent mining cable and encroach on the winding space of the cable bobbin (110), making it difficult to wind it to the required length.
[0052] Accordingly, the cable installation device (200) for mining of the present invention optimizes the structure of the cable bobbin (110), thereby presenting a novel cable bobbin (110) that facilitates fixing of the traction means (sb) and prevents damage to surrounding cables by the armor pot (a) while maximizing the workability of cable installation work. The cable installation device (200) for mining of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIG. 4 and below.
[0053] Figures 4 and 5 illustrate perspective views of a cable laying device for mining to which a cable bobbin assembly according to the present invention is applied.
[0054] A cable installation device (200) to which a cable bobbin assembly (100) according to the present invention is applied may be configured to include a cable bobbin (110) on which a mining cable (c) is wound to form a cable bobbin assembly (100), a support (150) that rotatably supports the cable bobbin (110), a drive motor (120) that rotates the cable bobbin (110) to supply the mining cable (c) wound on the cable bobbin (110) into a vertical tunnel (m) and provides a driving force to support the load of the mining cable (c) supplied into the tunnel (m), a reduction unit (130) provided between the rotational axis of the cable bobbin (110) and the drive motor (120), and a control panel (140) for controlling the drive motor (120) located near the reduction unit (130).
[0055] The above mining cable (c) is wound around a cable bobbin (110) to the length required for installation, and the rear end area thereof may be equipped with the armor pot (a) and the aforementioned traction means (not shown).
[0056] The cable bobbin (110) constituting the cable winding device of the present invention may be configured to include a pair of disc-shaped flanges (113) and a cable winding section (111) connecting the flanges and on which the cable is wound.
[0057] As described above, the present invention is a cable bobbin (110) in which a mining cable (c) equipped with a traction means (sb) and an armor pot (a) for temporarily supporting the load of the mining cable (c) during the cable laying process is wound together, and in order to prevent damage to the mining cable (c) and to take into account the order of the laying process, the cable winding section (111) of the cable bobbin (110) is divided into several sections in consideration of the order of the process.
[0058] The above cable bobbin (110) may be composed of a pair of side flanges (113) and a cable winding portion (111) in the form of a pipe that connects the flanges (113) and on which the cable is wound.
[0059] When the mining cable illustrated in Fig. 2 is classified by region, the mining cable can be divided into an underground installation region in which the cable is installed within an underground vertical shaft of a mine and has the longest length, and an above-ground installation region in which the cable is installed above the mine surface and has a shorter length than the underground installation region, and an armor pot (a) mounted on a ground fixed structure can be installed at the boundary between the underground installation region and the above-ground installation region.
[0060] Accordingly, the cable winding part (111) constituting the cable bobbin (110) of the cable winding device of the present invention corresponding to the area of the mining cable (c) can be divided into an underground installation area winding part (111x) in which the underground installation area of the mining cable (c) is wound in the longitudinal direction, an armor pot mounting area winding part (111y) in which the armor pot mounting area where the armor pot (a) is mounted is wound, and an above-ground installation area winding part (111z) in which the above-ground installation area of the mining cable (c) is wound.
[0061] The above armor pot (a) is a fixture that is fixed to the steel wire armor of the mine cable (c) to withstand the load during vertical installation of the mine cable (c), and has a certain volume due to the fastening structure for fastening to the support (300) at the entrance of the tunnel (m).
[0062] In addition, the above armor pot (a) is installed at the boundary between the underground installation area and the above-ground installation area of the mining cable.
[0063] In this case, in order to solve the problem that the jacket of the mining cable (c) is damaged by the armor pot (a) made of metal when winding the mining cable (c) on the upper or lower part of the armor pot (a) or that the mining cable (c) cannot be efficiently wound on the upper and lower part of the armor pot due to the volume of the armor pot, etc., the present invention provides a cable winding section (111) connecting the two flanges (113) constituting the cable bobbin (110) is divided into an underground installation area winding section (111x), an armor pot (a)-mounted armor pot-mounted section (111y), and an above-ground installation area winding section (111z), and each of the cable winding sections (111x, 111y, 111z) can be divided by a partition blade (112) provided in the circumferential direction of the cable winding section (111) near the boundary.
[0064] The above-described partition blade (112) is configured to protrude from the surface of the cable bobbin (110) in the circumferential direction of the cable bobbin (110) in order to partition the cable bobbin (110) in the longitudinal direction, and can form a plurality of winding areas of the cable bobbin (110) as needed. In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 2, the partition blades (112) are provided in two locations in order to partition the winding area of the cable bobbin (110) into three, but the partition blades (112) may be provided in one location or three or more locations to partition the winding area of the cable bobbin (110) into two or four or more.
[0065] Even if the winding area of the above-mentioned cable bobbin (110) is divided by the partition blade (112), the underground installation area, the armor pot mounting area, and the above-ground installation area of the mining cable (c) must be connected, so that, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, the partition blade (112) may have a discontinuous portion (112e) so that the underground installation area winding portion (111x), the armor pot mounting area winding portion (111y), and the above-ground installation area winding portion (111z) are connected on the cable bobbin (110).
[0066] In addition, a traction means mounting hole (h) may be provided in the armor pot mounting area winding part (111y) of the cable bobbin (110) according to the present invention.
[0067] The above-mentioned traction means mounting hole (h) may be configured to communicate with the inside of the cable winding part (111) of the cable bobbin (110) so that the aforementioned traction means (sb) may be inserted and fixed to the fixing means. A description related to the above-mentioned traction means mounting hole (h) will be postponed.
[0068] And the cable laying device (200) to which the cable bobbin assembly (100) according to the present invention is applied may be provided with a support that rotatably supports the cable bobbin (110).
[0069] The above support (150) may be provided with a roller part that rotatably supports both flanges (113) of the cable bobbin (110) on a support plate (153), and may be provided with an anchor fixing part (155) that is fixed to an anchor at the installation site.
[0070] The above flange (113) is configured in a circular shape, and when the cable bobbin (110) is rotated by a driving motor (120) or the like, the lower part of the flange (113) of the cable bobbin (110) is supported by a roller portion to support the rotation of the cable bobbin (110).
[0071] A roller part may be provided to support each flange (113) constituting the cable bobbin (110), and each roller part may be provided with at least two support rollers (151) to support one flange (113).
[0072] The cable installation device (200) to which the cable bobbin assembly (100) according to the present invention, as shown in FIGS. 3 and 4, is applied, has a first roller part for supporting a left flange (113) and a second roller part for supporting a right flange (113) on a support plate (153) constituting a support (150), and each roller part may be provided with a plurality of support rollers (151) for supporting each flange (113).
[0073] In addition, the cable installation device (200) to which the cable bobbin assembly (100) according to the present invention is applied can be detachably mounted on the support (150) so that cable bobbins (110) of various specifications can be mounted.
[0074] The gap between the roller parts supporting a pair of flanges (113) of the cable bobbin (110) can be configured to be adjustable according to the length of the cable bobbin (110) of the cable bobbin (110) mounted on the support.
[0075] That is, the support roller (151) constituting each roller section may be mounted on a slide guide (not shown) or the like and may have a structure in which the position on the support varies depending on the size of the cable bobbin (110), specifically the length of the cable bobbin (110).
[0076] One side of the cable bobbin (110) may be provided with a reduction unit (130) to which a rotation axis (not shown) of the cable bobbin (110) is connected, and a driving motor (120) that provides driving force to the reduction unit (130).
[0077] The above driving motor (120) may be an inverter-type driving motor, and it is preferable that it be controlled so that the rotation speed of the driving motor can be adjusted by changing its frequency.
[0078] The above reduction unit (130) may be provided to control the rotational speed of the cable bobbin (110) and amplify the torque.
[0079] In addition, a brake (160) for stopping the rotation of the driving motor (120) may be provided between the driving motor (120) and the reduction unit (130). The driving motor (120) may be stopped by power cut, but it is preferable to provide a brake (160) that can forcibly stop the rotation of the driving motor (120) so that the rotation of the motor can be forcibly stopped in an emergency situation or accident.
[0080] As described above, the cable installation device (200) to which the cable bobbin assembly (100) according to the present invention is applied can accommodate cable bobbins (110) of various specifications, and the rotation axis of the reduction unit (130) and the cable bobbin (110) can be configured in a detachable structure for application to various cable bobbins (110).
[0081] The cable laying device for mining illustrated in FIGS. 4 and 5 is equipped with a cable bobbin assembly according to the present invention, and can lay a cable for mining while minimizing the use of heavy equipment in an underground mine and minimizing the work space.
[0082] A cable bobbin assembly according to the present invention comprises: a traction means installation step of winding by fixing one end of a traction means for supporting the load of a mining cable to the armor pot mounting area winding portion of the cable bobbin; a first cable winding step of sequentially winding the above-ground installation area, the armor pot mounting area, and the underground installation area of the mining cable to the above-ground installation area winding portion, the armor pot mounting area winding portion, and the underground installation area winding portion of the cable bobbin; an armor pot mounting step of unwinding the above-ground installation area and the armor pot mounting area of the mining cable from the above-ground installation area winding portion and the armor pot mounting area winding portion of the cable bobbin after the first cable winding step, mounting the armor pot to the armor pot mounting area, and connecting the other end of the traction means to the armor pot; And, after the armor pot mounting step, the second cable winding step of sequentially winding the armor pot mounting area and the above-ground installation area of the mining cable onto the armor pot mounting area winding part and the above-ground installation area winding part of the cable bobbin can be manufactured through a cable bobbin assembly manufacturing method.
[0083] Figures 6 and 7 illustrate a state in which a traction means and a fixing means for fixing the traction means are mounted on a cable bobbin constituting a cable bobbin assembly according to the present invention, and then the traction means is wound.
[0084] Specifically, FIGS. 6 and 7 illustrate the process of performing the traction means installation step in the manufacturing method of the mining cable bobbin assembly according to the present invention.
[0085] In the following description, the towing means is described as using a sling belt for convenience of explanation, but is not limited to a sling belt. The above-mentioned traction means may be a sling belt, etc., but is not limited thereto, and any means that can temporarily support the load of a mining cable during the installation process of the mining cable, such as a steel wire or a nylon rope, can be used as the traction means, and the shape of the fixing means may also be changed depending on the type of traction means. FIG. 6 illustrates a process in which a sling belt-shaped traction means (sb) is inserted into a traction means mounting hole (h) of a winding part (111y) of an armor pot mounting area of a cable bobbin (110), and a shackle-shaped fixing means (sk) is mounted inside a cable winding part (111) of a cable bobbin (110), and FIG. 7 illustrates a state in which one end of the traction means (sb) inserted into the traction means mounting hole (h) of the cable bobbin (110) is fixed to a fixing means (sk) located inside a cable winding part (111), and then the traction means is wound around the armor pot mounting area winding part (111y) of the cable bobbin (110).
[0086] As described with reference to FIG. 2, the mine cable installation device (200) of the present invention installs the mine cable into the tunnel by using a drive motor without using separate heavy equipment in the process of unwinding the mine cable from the cable bobbin (110) and installing it in the underground tunnel.
[0087] A step of installing a traction means (sb) for supporting the load of a mining cable by fixing one end of the traction means (sb) to the winding portion (111y) of the armor pot mounting area of the cable bobbin may be performed.
[0088] To this end, the present invention connects and fixes a traction means in the form of a sling belt to a cable bobbin (110), and fixes the sling belt by connecting it to an armor pot (a) or the like.
[0089] 'Sling belt' refers to a belt made of flexible fiber material used for various rope-hanging and load-hanging operations. The sling belt is a widely used material with excellent load-bearing performance, and in the present invention, a sling belt of the both ends eye type can be applied.
[0090] Specifically, the above-mentioned traction means (sb) must be pre-wound on the armor pot mounting area winding part (111y) where the armor pot (a) mounted on the mining cable is placed, so that in the final stage of laying the mining cable (c), after the armor pot mounting area of the mining cable (c) is separated from the cable bobbin (110), the traction means (sb) fixed to the cable bobbin (110) can support the load of the mining cable (c) via the armor pot (a), thereby preventing the mining cable (c) from falling into the tunnel.
[0091] As a method of fixing the traction means (sb) in the form of the above sling belt to the cable bobbin (110), the present invention uses a method of forming a traction means mounting hole (h) on the cable winding part (111) of the cable bobbin (110) and fixing the sling belt inserted through the traction means mounting hole (h) with a fixing means within the cable winding part (111).
[0092] The above fixing means may be a shackle member having a fixing pin for winding and fixing a sling belt, etc., as shown in Fig. 5, but a U-bolt, etc. may also be applied.
[0093] If the above fixing means (sk) is structured to be mounted on the end of the sling belt inside the hollow cable winding part (111) of the cable bobbin (110) and prevent the sling belt from being pulled out to the traction means mounting hole (h), various members may be applied.
[0094] Since the cable winding part (111) of the above cable bobbin (110) is generally configured in the form of a hollow pipe, the worker can insert the end of the sling belt into the traction means mounting hole (h) and perform the work of connecting the traction means and the fixing means with a shackle member-shaped fixing means (b) in the lateral direction of the cable bobbin (110).
[0095] In addition, a protective device (p) or the like may be additionally installed on the wound sling belt to prevent the sling belt or the like from being damaged by an armor pot (a) or the like.
[0096] The above protective device (p) can prevent damage to the sling belt-shaped fixing means by the metal armor pot (a) and thus prevent the sling belt from breaking during the laying process of the mine cable (c) and the mine cable (c) from falling into the tunnel.
[0097] Figures 8 and 9 illustrate the process of winding a mining cable after a traction means is wound around a cable bobbin constituting a cable bobbin assembly according to the present invention, and the wound state.
[0098] Specifically, after the above-mentioned traction means installation step, a first cable winding step may be performed in which the above-mentioned above-ground installation area, armor pot mounting area, and underground installation area of the above-mentioned mine cable are sequentially wound around the above-mentioned above-mentioned installation area winding part (111z), the armor pot mounting area winding part (111y), and the underground installation area winding part (111x) of the cable bobbin. When the installation of the above-mentioned sling belt-shaped traction means (sb) and the above-mentioned shackle-shaped fixing means (sk), etc., is completed, the mine cable (c) to be installed may be wound around the cable bobbin (110) in consideration of the depth of the tunnel, the above-mentioned installation length, etc.
[0099] Specifically, the states shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 show a state in which the sling belt is wound on the armor pot mounting area winding section (111y) of the cable bobbin (110), and the above-ground installation area, armor pot mounting area, and underground installation area of the mining cable (c) are sequentially wound on the above-ground installation area winding section (111z), the armor pot mounting area winding section (111y), and the underground installation area winding section (111x), respectively, and a state in which the winding is completed.
[0100] The length of the cable wound around the cable bobbin (110) can be determined depending on the depth of the vertical tunnel in which the mining cable (c) is laid and the length of the ground laying.
[0101] Accordingly, in a state where the sling belt is wound, the entire length of the mining cable is wound from the above-ground installation area winding section (111z) of the cable bobbin (110) toward the underground installation area winding section (111x), so that the end of the mining cable (c) in the underground installation area winding section (111x) is wound at the very top, and the cable is inserted into the tunnel and installed from the end.
[0102] As shown in Fig. 9, after the entire length of the mining cable (c) is wound around the cable bobbin (110), the work of mounting the armor pot (a) on the mining cable can be performed.
[0103] FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 illustrate a completed cable bobbin assembly according to the present invention, in which a mining cable is wound around a cable bobbin constituting the cable bobbin assembly according to the present invention, and an armor pot is installed at the boundary between the above-ground and underground installation areas of the mining cable.
[0104] After the first winding step is completed, the above-mentioned ...
[0105] That is, the above-mentioned armor pod mounting step can be performed by releasing only the ground installation area and the armor pod mounting area, which are part of the cable wound in the first cable winding step, to mount the armor pod (a) and connect the other end of the towing means (sb) to the armor pod (a).
[0106]
[0107] *As illustrated in FIG. 10, in a state where a mining cable (c) is wound around a cable bobbin (110) of the present invention, the above-ground installation area and the armor pot mounting area, excluding the underground installation area, of the mining cable are sequentially unwound, and an armor pot (a) can be mounted on the armor pot mounting area of the mining cable (c).
[0108] The above armor pot (a) is configured to be connected to the ground structure of the mining cable (c) and to support the load of the mining cable (c), and is fixed in a state where the mining cable (c) penetrates through the inside of the mining cable using an armor member, etc.
[0109] Since it is difficult to specify the location of the armor pot (a) installation in advance, the mine cable can be first wound around the cable bobbin (110) of the cable installation device, and then the armor pot (a) can be installed in the boundary area between the above-ground installation area and the underground installation area.
[0110] And, since the length of the ground installation area of the mining cable (c) is relatively short, the mining cable wound on the ground installation area winding part (111z) and the armor pot mounting area winding part (111y) is unwound, and the armor pot (a) is mounted at an appropriate position, and the two ends of the pre-wound traction means can be connected to a pair of connecting parts provided on the armor pot (a) using a shackle (sk) or the like.
[0111] And, as shown in Fig. 10, after the armor pot is mounted on the mining cable, the armor pot mounting area and the ground installation area of the mining cable can be re-wound on the cable bobbin.
[0112] After the above-mentioned armor pot mounting step, a second cable winding step can be performed in which the armor pot mounting area and the above-mentioned installation area of the above-mentioned mining cable are sequentially wound on the armor pot mounting area winding part (111y) and the above-mentioned installation area winding part (111z) of the cable bobbin (110).
[0113] That is, Fig. 11 shows a state in which a mining cable is installed on an armor pot (a), and then the armor pot installation area and the above-ground installation area are sequentially wound again on the armor pot installation area winding part (111y) of the cable bobbin (110) and the underground installation area winding part (111x), thereby completing the mining cable bobbin assembly (100).
[0114] As shown in Fig. 11, when the installation of the armor pot (a) and the connection shackle member of the fixing means are completed, the armor pot installation area and the ground installation area of the mining cable (c) can be sequentially re-wound on the armor pot installation area winding part (111y) and the ground installation area winding part (111z) of the cable bobbin (110) to complete the mining cable bobbin assembly (100).
[0115] As shown in Fig. 10, when the mining cable bobbin assembly (100) is completed, the cable laying device of the present invention can drive the cable bobbin (110) to lay the mining cable end located at the top of the above-ground laying area winding section (111z) downward into the tunnel.
[0116] FIG. 12 illustrates another embodiment of the cable bobbin (110) of the present invention, and FIG. 13 illustrates an example of a cable bobbin assembly (100) using the cable bobbin (110) illustrated in FIG. 12.
[0117] Mining cables are typically laid underground much longer than aboveground cables.
[0118] Accordingly, as illustrated in FIG. 11, even when the ground installation area of the mining cable (c) is completely wound around the above-ground installation area winding section (111z), the mining cable (c) is placed deep into the internal space of the partition blade (112) and the flange (113), thereby causing left-right asymmetry of the cable bobbin assembly (100) even when the cable bobbin assembly (100) is completed. Therefore, by providing an expansion cover (ed) to the above-ground installation area winding section (111z), the left-right asymmetry of the completed cable bobbin assembly (100) can be eliminated.
[0119] The above-mentioned expansion cover (ed) may be provided with a cable connection hole (c) so that a mining cable (c) can be wound around the outer surface of the expansion cover after crossing the space between the partition blades (112). The connection hole (c) may be formed in the form of a hole formed on the expansion cover, but may also be formed in the form of a cut-out.
[0120] Accordingly, when the above-ground installation area is wound with the above-mentioned expansion cover (c) installed on the above-mentioned ...
[0121] In the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 12 and 13, the expansion cover is depicted as being formed in a ring shape made of a plate material. However, the expansion cover can be modified and applied in various ways, as long as it has a structure that can expand the outer diameter of the winding surface on which the above-ground installation area of the mining cable is wound in the above-ground installation area winding section, and the cables for each area can be connected. For example, a plurality of expansion pins can be mounted circumferentially on the inner surface of the flange to obtain the same expansion effect.
[0122] While this specification has described preferred embodiments of the present invention, those skilled in the art will appreciate that various modifications and variations can be made to the present invention without departing from the spirit and scope of the invention as defined in the claims below. Therefore, any modified implementation that fundamentally includes the elements of the claims should be considered within the technical scope of the present invention.
