[0056] It is characterized by comprising a step of moving the sieve (11) to the discharge worktable position and then lowering the grip head to place the sieve (11) on the discharge worktable.

[0057] In addition, the step of moving the sieve (11) to the position of the discharge work platform (90) and then lowering the grip head (110) to place the sieve (11) on the discharge work platform (90) is characterized in that the raised sieve (11) waits for a certain period of time by the control unit, drops the remaining slurry attached to the sieve (11) and the raw material downward, and then moves the sieve (11) to the position of the discharge work platform (90).

[0058] In addition, a gantry (100) is installed on the upper part of the rapid freezing tank (10) so that the gantry grip head (110) picks up and holds or lifts the tray (11) loaded with the raw material to cool the raw material.

[0059]

[0060] The present invention is described in detail with reference to the attached drawings as follows.

[0061] The present invention relates to a method for cooling raw materials in which a slurry rapid freezing tank is installed, wherein a gantry (100) is installed on top of a rapid freezing tank (10), and a gantry grip head (110) picks up and holds a tray (11) loaded with raw materials or lifts and removes the raw materials to cool the raw materials.

[0062] Additionally, a slurry containing brine and brine ice produced from an ice maker is supplied to the rapid freezing tank (10).

[0063] Additionally, a ring is installed at the bottom of the gantry grip head (110) to lift it by connecting it to a ring installed on the sieve.

[0064] Additionally, the raw material is either immersed and cooled as is or immersed and cooled in a vacuum-packed bag.

[0065]

[0066] The present invention is a method of producing brine ice by mixing salt and water in a brine storage tank, sending 24% brine to an ice maker, mixing 24% brine and brine ice in a slurry storage tank to create slurry, storing the slurry, and sending the slurry from the slurry storage tank to a rapid freezing tank to cool a product.

[0067] An ice storage cart stores ice, but it has wheels at the bottom so it can be moved.

[0068] The slurry supply tank receives slurry from the ice maker and cools the fish raw material.

[0069] The mobile cart carries the sieving plate from the discharge workstation and transports it to the loading workstation.

[0070] A brine storage tank is a tank that dissolves salt to create and store 24% brine.

[0071] The ice maker brine supply pump is a pump that supplies 24% brine stored in the brine storage tank to the auxiliary tank in the ice maker.

[0072] The slurry tank brine supply pump is a pump that supplies 24% brine stored in the brine storage tank to the slurry storage tank.

[0073] An ice storage cart receives and stores brine ice produced by a brine ice maker for manual use. Brine ice is produced by a brine ice maker at temperatures ranging from -18°C to 25°C, but is primarily produced at -21°C.

[0074] The slurry storage tank is a tank that mixes -21℃ brine ice from a brine ice maker and 24% brine supplied from a brine storage tank by a slurry tank brine supply pump to create and store a slurry of about -18℃.

[0075] The slurry supply pump is a pump that supplies -18℃ slurry stored in the slurry storage tank to the quick-freezing tank.

[0076] The salt supply workbench is a workbench for placing salt to be dissolved in advance on a high brine storage tank.

[0077] The loading platform is a platform for loading raw materials to be frozen onto a tray. The loading platform is divided into a pre-loading platform and a waiting platform. The pre-loading platform stacks raw materials or vacuum-packed packs onto the tray, while the waiting platform places loaded trays on the tray for pickup by the gantry.

[0078] Once the loading on the sieve is complete, the worker pushes it to the loading stand, and the gantry grip head lifts the sieve and transports it to the next process.

[0079] The discharge work platform is a work platform where the gantry grip head lifts the tray that has been rapidly frozen from the rapid freezing tank, waits for a certain period of time, drops the -18℃ slurry on the tray, and then places it on the discharge work platform. Then, the worker pulls out the tray and takes out the thawed raw material on the tray.

[0080] A mobile cart is a cart used to load and move a sieving tray when it is difficult for workers to lift and move it due to the weight of the sieving tray.

[0081] A brine ice maker is a device that receives 24% brine and produces brine ice at -21℃.

[0082] The gantry configuration consists of a grip head, left and right transfer devices, and a support frame.

[0083] The grip head is a device that moves up and down with an air cylinder to lift and lower the tray.

[0084] The left-right transfer device is a device for transferring the grip head left-right in the direction of the input worktable-rapid freezing tank-discharge worktable, and is composed of a hollow shaft reducer, a motor, a timing belt, and a sensor for confirming the correct position.

[0085] The support frame is a structure for supporting the left and right transport devices and installing the ice-making address. Safety doors are installed on the front and back to protect workers during gantry transport, and a door opening / closing detection sensor is installed to stop the left and right transport of the grip head when the door is opened.

[0086] The operation of the present invention is described in order. After loading raw materials onto a sieve at an input workstation, a worker pushes the sieve to a loading standby workstation. A sieve detection sensor installed on the loading standby workstation detects the sieve. The detection sensor is a proximity sensor, such as an ultrasonic sensor or an optical sensor.

[0087] When placed at a certain position on the loading standby workbench, the sensor transmits a signal to the control unit, and the control unit moves the grip head to the sieving position through the grip head drive unit, and the grip head moves and then descends to lift the sieving.

[0088] The lifted tray is lowered to a fixed position in the rapid freezing tank by the left-right transport device, and the grip head is raised.

[0089] The raw material is quickly frozen for a set freezing time according to the raw material.

[0090] When the raw material is rapidly frozen, the grip head moves to the position where the tray is placed, and the grip head lowers to lift the tray.

[0091] A hook-shaped ring is installed at the bottom of the gantry grip head, and it is lifted by connecting with a hook-shaped ring installed vertically upward in the center of the sieve. Soon, the grip head's left-right movement device is adjusted forward, backward, left-right by the control unit, and it is precisely connected with the sieve hook at the bottom.

[0092] The lifted sieve waits for a certain period of time by the control unit and drops the -21℃ slurry on the sieve and raw material downward.

[0093] After waiting for a certain period of time, the sieve is moved to the discharge worktable location, and then the grip head is lowered to place the sieve on the discharge worktable.

[0094] The rapid freezing tank stores -18℃ slurry, and is a tank that rapidly freezes the raw material when a tray loaded with raw material is supplied to the tank. The tank is equipped with an insulating cover on the sides and bottom to prevent condensation from forming on the surface of the tank.

[0095] The temperature compensation recovery pump is a pump that compensates the temperature of the rapid freezing tank to -18℃ by recovering the slurry with a temperature rise of -21℃ when the raw material loaded on the tray enters the tank and supplying -18℃ slurry to the slurry supply pump connected to the slurry storage tank.

[0096] The tank circulation pump is a pump for circulating -18℃ slurry inside the rapid freezing tank by sucking -18℃ slurry from the lower rear part of the rapid freezing tank discharge part and discharging -18℃ slurry from the upper rear part of the inlet part.

[0097] Two quick-freezing tanks are installed side by side and are connected to each other by pipes. Automatic opening / closing valves are installed in the pipes, and the control unit can set the cooling temperature and cooling time of each quick-freezing tank differently depending on the operating conditions, that is, the type of raw fish being fed or the condition of the raw fish.

[0098] Meanwhile, in the case of the present invention, since it is a direct immersion cooling method that directly contacts food, the calcium chloride, propylene glycol, and ethylene glycol, although having a low freezing point, may cause a change in taste, so brine in which sodium chloride (NaCl) is significantly dissolved is mainly used.

[0099]

[0100] Meanwhile, the same brine is supplied to the quick-freezing tank and the ice maker, but the brine supplied to the ice maker contains more brine by using the brine auxiliary tank, so that the concentration of ice, that is, the concentration of the entire slurry in the quick-freezing tank, increases, and when the temperature of the slurry rises, the ice melts and the sodium chloride (NaCl) ratio in the entire brine increases above a certain level. In other words, the control unit can control the opening of the automatic control valve of the brine auxiliary tank according to the setting data of the storage unit to control the supply of more brine from the brine auxiliary tank depending on the temperature of the quick-freezing tank. The brine auxiliary tank stores brine with a high concentration containing 30 to 40% sodium chloride (NaCl).

[0101] In addition, in the case where the raw material of the present invention is packaged in a pack, the type of coolant may be one or a mixture of sodium chloride (NaCl), calcium chloride (CaCl2), propylene glycol, and ethylene glycol in addition to brine. In particular, the liquid may be brine, and the ice obtained through the ice maker may be made of calcium chloride, propylene glycol, and ethylene glycol, which have low freezing points, and thus different substances may be used depending on the liquid and solid phases.

[0103] Vacuum packaging takes a little more time than raw material processing.

[0104]

[0105] The worker manually inputs raw materials and vacuum-packed workpieces through the input touch panel. Separate buttons are configured for raw materials and vacuum-packed workpieces, and buttons are displayed to specify the fish species. Once the above data is entered, the control unit calculates the work time. Furthermore, a load cell, which is a weight sensor, is installed beneath the sieve, and when a signal from the load cell is input to the control unit, the control unit calculates the work time for each workpiece stored in the storage unit through the calculation unit, controls it, and displays it on the output unit. The input / output unit uses a dual-purpose touch panel and touch screen.

[0106] The controller consists of a control unit, input / output unit, operation unit, and storage unit. Additionally, a communication module is installed in the controller, allowing it to transmit operation status to a remote server or the operation manager's smartphone. A dedicated application for the raw material cooling system is downloaded and installed on the operation manager's smartphone, allowing them to monitor the operation status.

[0107] Meanwhile, the distinction between raw materials and vacuum-packed workpieces is determined by the camera. The camera image data is captured by a light sensor, and the control unit automatically distinguishes between raw materials and vacuum-packed workpieces based on preset values. Meanwhile, the camera image signal is used to distinguish the raw material type through OPENCV and an AI module. To achieve this, leveling and machine learning must be performed on the relevant fish species using a dataset.

The coolant is a mixture of a liquid coolant and a slurry made from ice that has been rapidly frozen by the coolant. The slurry is a mixture of brine and brine ice made from an ice maker. In the rapid freezing tank into which the raw material coolant is injected, A ring is installed at the bottom of the grip head (110) of the above gantry (100) to lift it by connecting it to the ring installed on the sieve (11), and the raw material is immersed and cooled as is, or immersed and cooled by putting it in a vacuum-packed bag. The brine is supplied to the rapid freezing tank (10) and the ice maker in the same manner, but the brine supplied to the ice maker contains more brine by using a brine auxiliary tank. The control unit controls the opening of the automatic control valve of the brine auxiliary tank by the setting data of the storage unit to adjust the supply of more brine from the brine auxiliary tank according to the temperature of the rapid freezing tank (10). The brine auxiliary tank stores brine containing sodium chloride (NaCl). This method involves mixing salt and water in a brine storage tank (6) to send the brine to an ice maker to produce brine ice, mixing brine and brine ice in a slurry storage tank (30) to create slurry and storing it, and sending the slurry from the slurry storage tank (30) to a rapid freezing tank (10) to cool the product. The ice storage cart (20) stores ice, and is moved by having wheels attached to the bottom. The slurry supply tank receives slurry from the ice maker and cools the raw fish, the moving cart (40) loads the sieve (11) from the discharge work platform and transports it to the input work platform, the brine storage tank (6) is a tank that melts salt to make brine and stores it, the brine supply pump (7) of the ice maker is a pump that supplies the brine stored in the brine storage tank (6) to the brine auxiliary tank in the ice maker, the brine supply pump (7) of the slurry tank is a pump that supplies the brine stored in the brine storage tank (6) to the slurry storage tank (30), and the ice storage cart (20) is a cart that receives and stores brine ice from the brine ice maker when it is to be used manually, and the brine ice uses brine ice from the brine ice maker, and the slurry storage tank (30) stores brine ice from the brine ice maker and brine ice from the brine storage tank (6). This is a tank that mixes the brine supplied by the brine supply pump (7) of the slurry tank to make slurry and stores it, and the slurry supply pump (60) is a pump that supplies the slurry stored in the slurry storage tank (30) to the quick-freezing tank, and the salt supply work platform (5) is a work platform for placing salt to be melted in advance because the brine storage tank (6) is high, and the input work platform (80) is a support for loading raw materials to be frozen onto a sieve (11), and the input work platform is divided into an input pre-work platform and an input standby work platform, and the input pre-work platform is a work platform for stacking raw materials or vacuum-packed packs onto the sieve, and the input standby work platform is a work platform for placing the loaded sieve (11) at a location where the gantry (100) will pick it up. When the loading on the sieve (11) is completed, the worker pushes it to the loading standby work platform, and the gantry grip head (110) lifts the sieve (11) and transfers it to the next process, and the discharge work platform (90) is a work platform where the gantry grip head (110) lifts the sieve (11) that has completed rapid freezing from the rapid freezing tank, waits for a certain period of time, drops the slurry on the sieve (11), and then places it on the discharge work platform (90), and the worker pulls down the sieve (11) to take out the thawed raw material in the sieve (11), and the moving cart (40) is a cart for loading and moving the sieve (11) when it is difficult for the worker to lift and move it considering the weight of the sieve (11). The brine ice maker (200) is a device that receives brine and makes brine ice, and the gantry (100) is composed of a grip head (110), a left-right transport device, and a support frame. The grip head (110) is a device that moves up and down with an air cylinder and lifts or lowers a tray (11), and the left-right transport device is a device that moves the grip head left and right and is composed of a hollow shaft reducer, a motor, a timing belt, and a sensor for confirming the correct position. The support frame is installed with safety doors on the front / rear to protect workers when transporting the gantry (100), and a door opening / closing detection sensor is installed to stop the grip head from moving left and right when the door is opened. The rapid freezing tank is a tank that stores slurry and rapidly freezes the raw material when a tray loaded with raw material is supplied to the tank. The tank is equipped with a heat-insulating cover on the side and bottom to prevent condensation from forming on the surface of the tank. The temperature compensation recovery pump (50) is a pump that compensates the temperature of the rapid freezing tank by recovering the slurry whose temperature has increased when the raw material loaded on the sieve (11) enters the tank and supplying the slurry to the slurry supply pump (60) connected to the slurry storage tank (30). A rapid freezing tank into which raw coolant is injected, characterized in that the tank circulation pump is a pump for circulating slurry inside the rapid freezing tank by sucking slurry from the lower rear side of the rapid freezing tank discharge section and discharging the slurry to the upper rear side of the inlet section.
