Description

Heating pipe modular panel having upper and lower plates and method for installing the same

[0001] The present invention relates to a heating pipe module panel having an upper plate and a lower plate and a method for installing the same, and more specifically, to a heating pipe module panel having an upper plate and a lower plate, in which the lower plate is positioned on a slave layer with a relief pattern facing upward, and then the upper plate is covered over the lower plate while the relief pattern formed on the upper plate faces downward, and a heating pipe is inserted therein, and a method for installing the same.

[0002] In general, multi-family housing such as apartments or multi-family housing is constructed by pouring aerated concrete into the foundation floor layer built through inter-floor skeleton construction for underfloor heating, then filling in heating materials that supply hot water, and then finishing the floor. In Korea, most multi-family housing is constructed using this ondol method.

[0003] Most traditional ondol structures are constructed using a wet method. This involves pouring lightweight aerated concrete on a concrete slab, installing wire mesh on top, securing the ondol heating material to the wire mesh, and then pouring concrete mortar to finish the construction. This is called a wet method, and it has the problems of being very vulnerable to impact from inter-floor noise and vibration. In addition, the concrete is heavy, and in order to embed the heating material, the concrete must be laid to a certain thickness, so its self-load is very high. In addition, there is a waiting period for the concrete to harden after pouring, and construction is impossible in winter.

[0004] In addition, when a defect such as a leak occurs in the heating material, the poured concrete must be removed to inspect it, making it very difficult to find the leak point and difficult to maintain.

[0005] Recently, a dry floor construction structure has been proposed to improve this by using modular panels for heating pipes to support the heating pipes, and its scope of use is gradually expanding.

[0006] An example of a module panel for heating pipes like the above is presented in Patent Publication No. 10-2009-82742 (July 31, 2009), Patent Registration No. 10-1267516 (May 20, 2013), etc.

[0007] Fig. 1 is a cross-sectional view of a floor constructed using a heating pipe support panel in a dry manner, and Fig. 2 is a plan view of a heating pipe support panel of a conventional embodiment. After the slab layer (10) is firmly dried, a boiler heating pipe module panel (20) having a relief pattern (21) formed thereon is installed, and a heating pipe (3) is installed in the space between the relief patterns (21) formed on the heating pipe support panel (20). As illustrated in Fig. 2, the space (25) between the relief patterns (21) through which the heating pipe (3) is routed is filled with the heating pipe (3) to form a relatively flat surface, so that it exhibits pressure-resistant characteristics even when a high pressure is applied from above. As illustrated in Fig. 2, the space (27) between the relief patterns (21) that is not filled with the heating pipe (3) and remains an empty space is relatively vulnerable to pressure applied from above.

[0008] That is, the conventionally proposed heating pipe support panel has various patterns for easy installation of heating pipes, but if the heating pipe (3) is installed and the remaining pattern space (27) is left as is, residents will feel uneven when sitting on the floor, so a separate finishing material must be inserted to block the remaining pattern space, and since this insertion work cannot be performed in a factory, it must be done manually one by one, which has the problem of lengthening the work time.

[0009] In cases where a separate finishing material is not used to fill the empty space, as shown in Fig. 1, after installing the heating pipe support panel (20), the space between the patterns is removed and a thick metal plate (30) is laid on top of the heating pipe support panel (20) or mortar is poured to provide a floor with improved heat storage function. Then, a floor finishing material (50, flooring or paneling) is installed on top of the layer on which the metal plate (30) or mortar is poured to finish the floor.

[0010] However, this conventional construction method had the problem of increasing costs due to the addition of a separate thick metal plate, and not being able to enjoy the benefits of the dry method because mortar had to be applied on top of the metal plate.

[0011] The present invention is intended to solve the above-mentioned problems, and provides a heating pipe module panel having an upper plate and a lower plate that does not require separate treatment for the space between patterns through which heating pipes do not pass, and does not require a thick metal plate or mortar treatment on the upper plate, and a method for installing the same.

[0012] The above object of the present invention is to provide a heating pipe module panel formed by installing a heating pipe between a lower plate and an upper plate, the lower plate including a base plate having a first thickness, a first pattern area formed with a first relief pattern provided on the upper portion of the base plate, and a second pattern area formed with a second relief pattern provided on the upper portion of the base plate - when viewed in a planar direction, the first pattern area is formed in one row, and the second pattern area is formed in an adjacent row, and when the first pattern area and the second pattern area formed in the adjacent rows are projected in the row direction, they are formed to be spaced apart from each other by a second distance in the column direction -, - when viewed in a planar direction, the first pattern area and the second pattern area are projected in the column direction, they are formed to be spaced apart from each other by a second distance in the row direction -, and the first pattern and the second pattern each have a curved relief pattern and a straight relief pattern. It is possible to achieve this by a lower plate forming a module panel for heating pipes, characterized in that the first pattern and the second pattern are formed in a shape that is symmetrical to each other based on a diagonal line - when viewed in a planar direction, the diagonal line means a diagonal line drawn in a direction in which the first pattern area and the second pattern area do not contact each other in an imaginary square of the minimum size that includes one first pattern area and one second pattern area inside.

[0013]

[0014] Another object of the present invention is to provide a heating pipe module panel including a lower plate and an upper plate that are joined to the lower plate at an upper portion to provide a space into which a pipe is inserted, the heating pipe module panel comprising a lower plate having a relief pattern of a first shape, an upper plate having a relief pattern of the same shape as the relief pattern of the first shape, - the heights (thicknesses) of the base substrates of the upper plate and the lower plate may be different - the lower plate and the upper plate are joined in a direction such that the relief patterns formed on each do not overlap each other but are positioned in an area that is misaligned, thereby forming a space into which a heating pipe is inserted.

[0015]

[0016] Another object of the present invention is to provide a heating pipe module panel including a lower plate and an upper plate that are joined to the lower plate at an upper portion to provide a space into which a pipe is inserted, wherein the lower plate includes a base plate having a first thickness, a first pattern area formed on the upper portion of the base plate in a relief first pattern, and a second pattern area formed on the upper portion of the base plate in a relief second pattern, and the upper plate includes a base plate having a second thickness, a first pattern area formed on the upper portion of the base plate in a relief first pattern, and a second pattern area formed on the upper portion of the base plate in a relief second pattern, and the lower plate and the upper plate are joined at positions where the relief patterns formed on each of the lower plate and the upper plate are offset from each other so as not to overlap each other, thereby forming a space into which a heating pipe is inserted.

[0017]

[0018] Another object of the present invention is a method for installing a heating pipe module panel supporting a heating pipe, comprising: a first step of preparing a lower plate including a base plate having a first thickness, a first pattern area formed with a first relief pattern formed on the upper portion of the base plate, and a second pattern area formed with a second relief pattern formed on the upper portion of the base plate; a second step of preparing an upper plate including a base plate having a second thickness, a first pattern area formed with a first relief pattern formed on the upper portion of the base plate, and a second pattern area formed with a second relief pattern formed on the upper portion of the base plate; a third step of positioning the lower plate so that the base plate of the lower plate is placed on the upper portion of a slab layer of a building; a fourth step of installing a heating pipe so as to be inserted between the formed relief patterns of the lower plate; and a fifth step of positioning the upper plate on the lower plate in a direction in which the relief patterns formed on the lower plate and the upper plate are placed in an area that is misaligned but does not overlap each other - in the fifth step, the upper plate is positioned on the lower plate. This can be achieved by a method for installing a module panel for a heating pipe supporting a heating pipe, characterized in that it includes a top plate positioned in a direction in which a relief pattern is placed and a base substrate of the top plate is positioned on top.

[0019]

[0020] Another object of the present invention is to provide a method for installing a heating pipe module panel supporting a heating pipe, which method comprises: a first step of preparing a lower plate having a first relief pattern, a second step of preparing an upper plate having the same relief pattern as the first relief pattern, a third step of positioning the lower plate so that the base plate of the lower plate is placed on top of a slab layer of a building - the heights (thicknesses) of the base plates of the upper plate and the lower plate may be different - a fourth step of installing the heating pipe so that it is inserted between the formed relief patterns of the lower plate, and a fifth step of positioning the upper plate on top of the lower plate in a direction in which the relief patterns formed on the lower plate and the upper plate do not overlap but are misaligned - in the fifth step, the upper plate is positioned in a direction in which the relief pattern is placed on the lower plate and the base plate of the upper plate is placed on the upper plate.

[0021] In the case of the modular panel for heating pipes presented in the past, since it is composed only of a lower plate having a relief pattern formed thereon, there was an inconvenience in that a separate finishing material had to be manually inserted on-site to fill the space left empty by the relief pattern formed on the lower plate even after the heating pipes were installed. In contrast, the modular panel for heating pipes according to the present invention is composed of an upper plate and a lower plate having the same relief pattern, and can be easily constructed by arranging the relief patterns formed on the upper plate and the relief patterns formed on the lower plate so that they are offset from each other when viewed in a planar direction, so that a separate manual work by a worker on-site to fill the space left by the relief pattern is not required.

[0022] Conventionally proposed modular panels for heating pipes have used separate components, such as a thick metal plate placed on top of a lower plate having a raised pattern, to enhance heat storage performance. In contrast, the modular panel for heating pipes according to the present invention has an upper plate placed on top of the lower plate to provide heat storage function, thereby eliminating the need for separate components as in the prior art. In addition, the modular panel for heating pipes according to the present invention can provide the base substrate of the upper plate in various colors and can be manufactured with floor finishing materials, thereby having the advantage of eliminating the need for a separate floor finishing material.

[0023] The modular panel for heating pipes according to the present invention is constructed by inserting heating pipes into a lower plate having a relief pattern formed thereon and then covering the upper plate with the same relief pattern so that the relief patterns are misaligned. Therefore, construction is completed by simply assembling the upper and lower plates, enabling quick installation. Furthermore, since construction is possible without the use of separate adhesives, the modular panel for heating pipes can be easily dismantled in the event of a leak or other need.

[0024] The modular panel for heating pipes according to the present invention comprises an upper plate and a lower plate having a relief pattern of the same shape, and thus has the advantage of being easily manufactured in a factory. Since multiple upper plates and lower plates having the same relief pattern can be assembled into multiple plates in a block fashion, construction is simplified, thereby reducing construction costs.

[0068]

[0069] Hereinafter, in order to enable those skilled in the art to easily practice the present invention, preferred embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.

[0070]

[0071] FIGS. 3 and 4 are plan views of the upper and lower plates constituting the heating pipe support panel of one embodiment according to the present invention. The upper plate (100) and the lower plate (200) constituting the heating pipe support panel according to the present invention have the same shape in which a pattern is formed in relief on the upper part of the base plate. The base plates of the upper plate (100) and the lower plate (200) may have different thicknesses. If the base plates of the upper plate (100) and the lower plate (200) are formed to have the same thickness, the upper plate (100) and the lower plate (200) have the same shape and can be used interchangeably. Since the upper plate (100) and the lower plate (200) have the same configuration except for the thickness of the base plate, only the lower plate will be described in detail below, and the description of the lower plate applies equally to the upper plate.

[0072] As illustrated in FIG. 3, the lower plate of the heating pipe support panel according to the present invention is provided with a first pattern area (22) formed on the upper portion of the base substrate, in which a first embossed pattern is formed, and a second pattern area (24) formed on the upper portion of the base substrate, in which a second embossed pattern is formed. In the embodiment presented in FIG. 3, when viewed in a planar direction, the first pattern area (22) is formed in an odd row, and the second pattern area (24) is formed in an even row, and when the first pattern area (22) and the second pattern area (24) formed in adjacent rows are projected in the row direction, they are formed to be spaced apart from each other by a second spacing (2L) in the column direction. In addition, when viewed in a planar direction, the first pattern area (22) and the second pattern area (24) are also formed to be spaced apart from each other by a second spacing (2L) in the row direction when projected in the column direction. In Fig. 3, two first pattern areas (22) and two second pattern areas (24) are formed in each row, but the number of first pattern areas (22) and second pattern areas (24) formed in each row can be varied as described below. The second spacing interval (2L) has the same length as the diameter of the heating pipe.

[0073] In the case of a conventional heating pipe support panel, a custom pattern is formed in the border area to fit with a neighboring heating pipe support panel, but it can be seen that the heating pipe support panel according to the present invention is not provided with a custom pattern for fitting separately in the border area, as shown in FIG. 3.

[0074]

[0075] As illustrated in FIG. 4, when multiple pattern areas are provided in each row of the lower plate (200), pattern areas formed in adjacent positions in the same row are formed to be spaced apart by the first spacing interval. For example, it can be seen that two first pattern areas (22) formed in the first row in FIG. 4 are formed to be spaced apart by the first spacing interval, and two second pattern areas (24) formed in the second row are also formed to be spaced apart by the first spacing interval.

[0076] FIG. 5 is a separate example of a rectangular area indicated by A in FIGS. 3 and 4. As illustrated in FIG. 5(a), it can be seen that a first pattern area (22) and a second pattern area (24) are provided at positions symmetrical to each other with respect to the OO' diagonal in the rectangular area indicated by A. As described above, the first pattern area (22) and the second pattern area (24) are formed to be spaced apart from each other by a first spacing interval (2L) in the row and column directions. The A rectangular area can also be defined as a minimum-sized rectangular area including one first pattern area (22) and one second pattern area (24). The diagonal line (O-O') means a diagonal line drawn in a direction in which the first pattern area and the second pattern area do not touch in the A rectangular area.

[0077] FIG. 5(b) is an example showing a relief pattern formed in the first pattern area (22) and the second pattern area (24) of FIG. 5(a), and FIG. 5(c) is a front view of FIG. 5(b). Linear relief patterns (23a, 23b) and curved relief patterns (21a, 21b) are formed in the first pattern area (22) and the second pattern area (24). The linear relief patterns (23a, 23b) and the curved relief patterns (21a, 21b) are patterns formed in a relief shape on the upper portion of the base substrate (110). The first pattern is composed of a linear relief pattern (23a) and a curved relief pattern (21a), and the second pattern is composed of a linear relief pattern (23b) and a curved relief pattern (21b). As illustrated in Fig. 5(b), the first pattern and the second pattern have shapes that are symmetrical with respect to the diagonal line (O-O'), and when viewed in the planar direction, the straight-line raised patterns (23a, 23b) are formed closer to the diagonal line (O-O') than the curved raised patterns (21a, 21b). The thickness (height) of the base substrate (110) was formed to be approximately 2 mm, and the height of the raised patterns was formed to be approximately 16 mm.

[0078]

[0079] FIG. 6 is a plan view and a front view of the first pattern area and the second pattern forming area of the lower plate of the heating pipe support panel illustrated in FIGS. 3 and 4 implemented with specific patterns. FIG. 6(a) is a plan view, and FIG. 6(b) is a front view. As illustrated in FIG. 6(b), it can be seen that the lower plate of the heating pipe support panel has a first pattern area and a second pattern area in which a linear relief pattern (23, 23b) and a curved relief pattern (21a, 21b) are formed on the upper portion of the base substrate (110).

[0080]

[0081] Fig. 7 is a plan view and a front view of a lower plate constituting a heating pipe support panel according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 7, the lower plate (200) is configured such that one first pattern area (22) and one second pattern area (24) are formed in each row, as shown in Fig. 7(a). Fig. 7(b) is a plan view of the lower plate showing the first pattern and the second pattern provided in Fig. 7(a), and Fig. 7(c) is a front view of Fig. 7(b).

[0082] Fig. 8 is a plan view and a front view of a lower plate constituting a heating pipe support panel according to one embodiment of the present invention. As shown in Fig. 8(a), the lower plate (200) presented in Fig. 8 is provided with one first pattern area (22) in odd rows and two second pattern areas (24) in even rows. Fig. 8(b) is a plan view of the lower plate showing the first and second patterns provided in Fig. 8(a), and Fig. 8(c) is a front view of Fig. 8(b).

[0083]

[0084] FIGS. 9A to 9C are a perspective plan view, cross-sectional views before and after joining, illustrating a method of joining the upper plate and the lower plate constituting the heating pipe support panel manufactured according to the present invention shown in FIG. 6 so that the relief patterns are positioned at misaligned positions. FIG. 9A is a perspective plan view of the upper plate and the lower plate constituting the heating pipe support panel joined together, FIG. 9B is a front view of the upper plate and the lower plate constituting the heating pipe support panel before joining, and FIG. 9C is a front view of the upper plate and the lower plate constituting the heating pipe support panel after joining.

[0085] In Fig. 9a, the diagonal pattern shows the planar position where the relief pattern formed on the upper plate (100) is placed when the upper plate (100) and the lower plate (200) are combined, and the black solid pattern shows the planar position where the relief pattern formed on the lower plate (200) is placed. When viewed in plan, it can be seen that the relief pattern of the upper plate is not placed in the area where the relief pattern of the lower plate is formed, but is arranged in a misaligned position. As can be confirmed from the front views shown in Figs. 9b and 9c, it can be seen that the upper plate (100) and the lower plate (200) are combined so that the relief patterns face each other. In Figs. 9b and 9c, the relief patterns formed on the upper plate (100) and the lower plate (200) appear to be combined at the same position, but as shown in the plan view of Fig. 9a, it can be seen that they are formed in a misaligned area. Being placed in a misaligned area means that the relief pattern of the upper plate is mutually coupled so that it is placed in an area where the relief pattern of the lower plate is not formed, as shown in Fig. 9a.

[0086]

[0087] Hereinafter, a specific relief pattern shape formed on the lower and upper plates of the heating pipe support panel according to the present invention will be described using a three-dimensional modeling shape.

[0088] Fig. 10 is a perspective view of four lower plates and one upper plate constituting a heating pipe module panel according to the present invention, joined together. In Fig. 10, one lower plate (200) is indicated by a rectangular area with a blue border so that it can be visually distinguished. Fig. 10 illustrates a lower plate (200) having a relief pattern as illustrated in Fig. 6(a) as a three-dimensional modeling image. There are two differences in shape between the curved relief pattern (21b) formed in a fan shape with a central angle of 90 degrees as illustrated in Fig. 6(a) and the curved relief pattern (21b) illustrated in Fig. 10. The first difference is that in the case of the curved relief pattern (21b) having a fan shape with a central angle of 90 degrees, the entire pattern is formed to protrude as a relief pattern in the case of Fig. 6(a), whereas in Fig. 10, the relief pattern is not formed inside the curved relief pattern (21b), but only the border area is formed as a relief pattern with a predetermined thickness. The second difference is that some of the border relief patterns of the curved relief pattern (21b) presented in Fig. 10 are not formed continuously, but some step portions (E) exist.

[0089] As shown in Fig. 10, in the case of the curved relief pattern (21b), the relief pattern is not formed in the central portion, but only in the edge area, and the reason why a step portion (E) is formed in the formed edge relief pattern is that the upper surface of the slab layer on which the lower plate (200) of the heating pipe support pipe is installed is not flat but has an uneven surface, and so that the slab layer can be easily bent to fit the uneven surface and be installed in close contact with the uneven slab layer surface.

[0090] Figure 11 is an enlarged view of a portion of Figure 10, where the translucent green portion in Figure 11 represents the upper plate. The connection between the upper plate and the lower plate is the same as that described in Figure 9.

[0091]

[0092] Fig. 12 is a plan view and a front view of the lower plate of the heating pipe support panel according to one embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 13 is a perspective view. The differences between the lower plate illustrated in Figs. 12 and 13 and the lower plate illustrated in Fig. 10 will be described. The curved relief pattern (21b) having a fan-shaped shape with a central angle of 90 degrees is similar to the curved relief pattern illustrated in Fig. 10 in that only the border area is formed to have the relief pattern. In the embodiment of Figs. 12 and 13, a first step portion (e1) is formed on the circumference (border portion) where the central angle is 45 degrees in the fan-shaped shape with a central angle of 90 degrees, and a second step portion (e2) is formed at the center of the fan. Here, the step portions (e1, e2) refer to portions formed to have a height lower than the height (2L) of the relief formed on the border portion of the curved relief pattern (21b). That is, the height of the relief pattern formed along the edge of the curved relief pattern (21b) in the shape of a fan with a central angle of 90 degrees is '2L', and the height of the lowest part of the first step part (e1) and the second step part (e2) is formed as 'L'. The height of the lowest part of the first step part (e1) and the second step part (e2) may be formed at any height as long as it is lower than '2L'.

[0093] It should be understood that the height of the remaining relief patterns (straight relief pattern, curved relief pattern, first step, second step and first protrusion) excluding the height of the base substrate are measured based on the upper surface of the base substrate.

[0094] In addition, a first protrusion (p1) that fits into the first step (e1) formed on the upper plate and a second protrusion (p2) that fits into the second step (e2) are formed on the lower plate. Since the first protrusion (p1) formed on the lower plate must fit into the first step (e1) of the upper plate, it can be formed so that the sum of the heights of both is '2L'. For example, if the height of the lowest part of the first step (e1) is formed as '2 / 3 L', the height of the highest part of the first protrusion (p1) can be formed as '4 / 3 L', and if the height of the lowest part of the first step (e1) is formed as '0', the height of the highest part of the first protrusion (p1) can be formed as '2L'.

[0095] The second step (e2) formed at the fan-shaped center point of the curved relief pattern (21b) of the lower plate is aligned with the second protrusion (p2) formed at the corresponding position of the upper plate. Therefore, when the two are combined, the total height (excluding the base substrate) should be formed to be '2L'.

[0096] When the heating pipe is placed between the upper and lower plates and construction is completed and then used, when high-temperature hot water flows through the heating pipe, thermal expansion occurs, causing a gap between the adjacent lower plates (or upper plates). According to the embodiment presented in FIGS. 12 and 13, the first step portion (e1) is connected to the first protruding portion (p1), and the second step portion (e2) is connected to the second protruding portion (p2), so that the phenomenon of gapping due to thermal expansion can be significantly prevented.

[0097] Fig. 14 is a plan view of a state in which a heating pipe is installed while a plurality of lower plates are connected as shown in Fig. 12, and Fig. 15 is a partial cross-sectional view of Fig. 14. Fig. 15(a) is a partial cross-sectional view taken along the aa' direction of Fig. 14, Fig. 15(b) is a partial cross-sectional view taken along the bb' direction of Fig. 14, and Fig. 15(c) is a partial cross-sectional view taken along the cc' direction of Fig. 14.

[0098] As shown in FIG. 15(a) and FIG. 15(c), the height of the curved relief patterns (21a, 21b) and the linear relief patterns (23a, 23b) excluding the step portion are formed at a height of '2L' from the upper plate of the base substrate, and as shown in FIG. 15(b), the height of the first protrusion (p1) is formed at 'L", and as shown in FIG. 15(c), the height of the first step portion (e1) is also formed at 'L".

[0099] In addition, as illustrated in FIG. 15, the curved relief patterns (21a, 21b), the linear relief patterns (23a, 23b), and some of the side surfaces of the protrusions and steps were formed to have rounded surfaces along the outer curvature of the heating pipe so that as much of the surface as possible could be in close contact with the heating pipe. Specifically, as illustrated in FIG. 15, among the side surfaces of the curved relief patterns (21a, 21b), the linear relief patterns (23a, 23b), and the protrusions and steps, the side closer to the base substrate was formed to be rounded. Forming the side surfaces in this rounded manner allows the heat generated from the heating pipe to be well transferred to the lower plate and the upper plate.

[0101] Fig. 16 is a partial plan view of the lower plate of the heating pipe support panel of one embodiment according to the present invention. Since a slight modification has been made to the lower plate of the heating pipe support panel presented in Fig. 12, only the differences in the lower plate presented in Fig. 16 and the lower plate configuration presented in Fig. 12 will be described. The first difference is that the second step portion (e2) and the second protrusion portion (p2) provided in the lower plate of Fig. 12 are removed. The second difference is that an island protrusion portion (p3) having a height of 2L is formed within the curved relief pattern (21a). The island protrusion portion (p3) provides a function of supporting each other within the curved relief pattern (21a) when the upper and lower plates are combined. Lastly, in the curved relief pattern (21a) having a fan shape with a central angle of 90 degrees, the height of the first step (e1) is formed as '0' on the circumference (border) at a central angle of 45 degrees, and the height of the first protrusion (p1) corresponding to the first step (e1) is formed as '2L'. As described above, it goes without saying that the sum of the heights of the first step (e1) and the first protrusion (p1) can be adjusted to satisfy '2L'.

[0102] Fig. 17 is a plan view of the upper and lower plates of the heating radiator support panel shown in Fig. 16, joined together. The lower plate is depicted in solid lines, and the upper plate is depicted in dotted lines. It can be confirmed that the first protrusion (p1') of the upper plate is joined to the first step (e1) formed in the lower plate.
