[0029] The following describes embodiments of the present disclosure in conjunction with the accompanying drawings. It should be understood that the embodiments described herein are only used to illustrate and explain the present disclosure, and are not used to limit the present disclosure.

[0030] 1 to 4 , according to an embodiment of the present disclosure, a cleaning device includes: a main body 10, a driving device 11 and a cleaning device 12, wherein the driving device 11 is fixedly connected to the main body 10, and the cleaning device 12 is movably connected to the main body 10, and the driving device 11 drives the cleaning device 12 to lift relative to the main body 10 through an eccentric rotating member 13. The eccentric rotating part 13 is driven to rotate by the driving device 11, thereby driving the cleaning device 12 to move relative to the main body 10, so that the cleaning device 12 is lifted relative to the main body 10, and the cleaning device 12 can avoid obstacles on the surface to be cleaned and stay at a preset height, so that the cleaning device 12 has the ability to avoid and overcome obstacles, thereby improving the cleaning performance of the cleaning equipment, meeting the working requirements that the cleaning device 12 does not need to contact the surface to be cleaned, meeting the consumer's independent selection requirements for functions, and expanding the scope of use of the product; at the same time, by lifting the cleaning device 12 upward, it can also avoid the problem of the dirty cleaning device 12 causing secondary pollution to the cleaned surface during the movement with the main body 10 after cleaning, thereby improving the cleaning effectiveness of the cleaning equipment, thereby improving the overall cleanliness after cleaning, and achieving good cleaning effect.

[0031] Furthermore, when using the cleaning equipment, the cleaning equipment needs to be placed on the surface to be cleaned. The cleaning device 12 can be movably connected to the side of the main body 10 close to the surface to be cleaned. The driving device 11 and the eccentric rotating member 13 are installed on the side of the main body 10 away from the surface to be cleaned. The cleaning device 12 is driven to move by the eccentric rotating member 13 to complete the lifting action of the cleaning device 12, so that the cleaning equipment has the ability to overcome obstacles.

[0032] Furthermore, after the cleaning device 12 is lifted, at least part of the cleaning device 12 can be embedded in the body 10 to increase the distance between the cleaning device 12 and the surface to be cleaned, so that the cleaning device 12 has a greater obstacle-crossing height and expands the scope of use of the cleaning equipment.

[0033] In the above embodiment, the cleaning device may be a self-moving cleaning robot or other cleaning robots that meet the requirements, wherein the self-moving cleaning robot is a device that automatically performs cleaning operations in a certain area to be cleaned without user operation.

[0034] Specifically, the cleaning equipment may include a sweeper, a floor scrubber, a sweeper-mop machine, etc.; accordingly, the cleaning device 12 may be various cleaning components such as a main brush and a mop.

[0035] As an embodiment, as shown in Figures 1, 3, and 4, a follower 14 is provided on the cleaning device 12. The follower 14 is rotatably connected to the cleaning device 12, and a contact portion 15 is provided on the follower 14 to contact the eccentric rotating member 13. By providing the follower 14 on the cleaning device 12, the eccentric rotating member 13 rotates to drive the follower 14 to move, thereby driving the cleaning device 12 to move relative to the body 10, thereby achieving the action of lifting the cleaning device 12 relative to the body 10 driven by the eccentric rotating member 13. By rotatably connecting the follower 14 to the cleaning device 12, the follower 14 can freely rotate relative to the cleaning device 12 with its own center line as the axis of rotation. When the driving device 11 drives the eccentric rotating member 13 to rotate, the contact portion 15 will rotate as the contact position of the eccentric rotating member 13 and the contact portion 15 changes, so as to improve the stability of the contact between the eccentric rotating member 13 and the contact portion 15, prevent the follower 14 from shaking, ensure that the cleaning device 12 is subjected to uniform force, and thus ensure the stability of the lifting process of the cleaning device 12.

[0036] The surface of the contact portion 15 is planar, so that the contact portion 15 and the eccentric rotating member 13 are in line contact. By making the surface of the contact portion 15 planar, when the driving device 11 drives the eccentric rotating member 13 to rotate, the contact portion 15 will rotate as the contact position between the eccentric rotating member 13 and the contact portion 15 changes, so that the eccentric rotating member 13 always contacts only the flat contact portion 15, thereby maintaining the contact state between the contact portion 15 and the eccentric rotating member 13. This further improves the stability of the contact between the eccentric rotating member 13 and the contact portion 15, and ensures the stability of the lifting process of the cleaning device 12.

[0037] That is to say, when the follower 14 is fixed and cannot rotate accordingly with the eccentric rotating member 13, the contact portion 15 and the eccentric rotating member 13 are in point contact, and the rotation of the eccentric rotating member 13 will generate a large friction force on the follower 14. Over time, it is easy to cause serious wear at the contact position between the eccentric rotating member 13 and the follower 14, resulting in an increase in the gap between the eccentric rotating member 13 and the follower 14. The moving distance of the follower 14 is reduced under the drive of the eccentric rotating member 13 or there is a problem of being unable to move in time, resulting in insufficient lifting height or inability to lift the cleaning device 12, and limited obstacle crossing capability. By rotatably connecting the follower 14 to the cleaning device 12, the contact position between the follower 14 and the eccentric rotating member 13 can be continuously changed. Since the contact position between the follower 14 and the eccentric rotating member 13 is not fixed and the follower 14 rotates with the eccentric rotating member 13, not only can the friction between the follower 14 and the eccentric rotating member 13 be reduced, but also the problem of severe wear of the contact point caused by the fixed contact position can be solved, thereby ensuring that the cleaning device 12 is stably lifted to the specified height and passes through obstacles.

[0038] It should be noted that when the cleaning device 12 needs to be lifted to overcome an obstacle, the driving device 11 drives the eccentric rotating member 13 to rotate to the extreme position farthest from the cleaning surface. At this time, the driven member 14 moves to the position farthest from the cleaning surface, so that the cleaning device 12 is lifted to the maximum height. When the cleaning device 12 needs to be lowered for cleaning, the driving device 11 drives the eccentric rotating member 13 to rotate past the extreme position farthest from the cleaning surface. At this time, the eccentric rotating member 13 has no supporting effect on the driven member 14. The cleaning device 12 and the driven member 14 descend under the action of their own gravity until the driving device 11 drives the eccentric rotating member 13 to rotate to the extreme position closest to the cleaning surface, so that the cleaning device 12 can contact the cleaning surface with a certain downward force, simplifying the power output of the cleaning device 12 during the descent process, which is conducive to saving energy consumption and reducing usage costs.

[0039] Furthermore, the cleaning device 12 includes a floating bracket 121 and a cleaning module 122. The floating bracket 121 is movably connected to the main body through an elastic reset device. When the cleaning device 12 is lifted upward, the floating bracket 121 compresses the elastic reset device; when the eccentric rotating part 13 rotates past the limit position to cancel the limit on the follower 14, the elastic reset device restores its elastic deformation and generates a downward thrust on the floating bracket 121, so that the cleaning device 12 falls quickly, improving the timeliness of the cleaning device 12 cleaning, and at the same time avoiding the problem of jamming due to poor lubrication during the falling process of the cleaning device after long-term use, ensuring the flexibility and continuity of the lifting and lowering action of the cleaning device, which is conducive to improving the user experience.

[0040] Specifically, the elastic reset device may be a compression spring, a leaf spring, or other elastic member that meets the requirements.

[0041] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, when the contact portion 15 contacts the eccentric rotating member 13, the eccentric rotating member 13 and the contact portion 15 are in a positive pressure state. By placing the contact portion 15 and the eccentric rotating member 13 in a positive pressure state, the force exerted by the eccentric rotating member 13 on the contact portion 15 is perpendicular to the cleaning surface, thereby increasing the response speed of the driven member 14, thereby increasing the flexibility of the lifting action of the cleaning device 12, ensuring the continuity of the cleaning equipment's operation, and improving the working efficiency of the cleaning equipment.

[0042] Furthermore, when the contact portion 15 contacts the eccentric rotating member 13, the force exerted by the eccentric rotating member 13 on the contact portion 15 is directed perpendicular to the cleaning surface. This direction of the force exerted by the eccentric rotating member 13 on the contact portion 15 is perpendicular to the cleaning surface, further improving the response speed of the driven member 14. Furthermore, the distance the cleaning device moves is equal to the distance it is lifted, allowing the cleaning device to be quickly raised to a preset height and avoid obstacles.

[0043] It should be noted that the positive pressure state means that the direction of the force on the contact part 15 is always perpendicular to the surface to be cleaned. When the contact part 15 is in a non-positive pressure state, the direction of the force on the contact part 15 will be at an angle to the plane where the cleaning surface is located, and a horizontal force will be generated, which is an effective force for lifting the non-cleaning device 12; and when the follower 14 is in a positive pressure state, the eccentric rotating part 13 only applies a force perpendicular to the direction of the cleaning surface to the follower 14, thereby making the force direction of the cleaning device consistent with the lifting direction of the cleaning device, which is conducive to the rapid lifting of the cleaning device.

[0044] In the above embodiment, the follower 14 is a columnar structure, and the contact portion 15 is disposed on the side surface of the follower 14 along its height. During product assembly, the contact portion 15 must be rotated to the side of the follower 14 closer to the eccentric rotating member 13, so that the eccentric rotating member 13 contacts the contact portion 15, thereby driving the follower 14 to move.

[0045] As another embodiment, as shown in Figures 3 and 4, an eccentric rotating member 13 is mounted on the output shaft of the driving device 11. The eccentric rotating member 13 is fixedly connected to the output shaft and rotates synchronously with the output shaft. By directly fixing the eccentric rotating member 13 to the output shaft of the driving device 11 to drive the rotation of the driven member 14, the cleaning device 12 can be ensured to be raised into position without the need for a complex eccentric rotating mechanism, thereby achieving stability and reliability of the cleaning device 12. At the same time, the space occupied by the eccentric mechanism is reduced, the spatial layout of the product is rationally utilized, and the weight and volume of the product are reduced.

[0046] As shown in FIG4 , the mounting portion 131 is sleeved on the output shaft and fixedly connected to the output shaft. The eccentric portion 132 is disposed at the end of the mounting portion 131 away from the driving device 11 and protrudes in a direction away from the axis of the mounting portion 131 to drive the movement of the driven member 14. The mounting portion 131 is fixed to the output shaft, ensuring synchronization of the rotation of the entire eccentric rotating member 13 with the output shaft, thereby facilitating precise control of the lifting height of the driven member 14. By causing the eccentric portion 132 to protrude in a direction away from the axis of the mounting portion 131 so that the eccentric portion 132 protrudes from the outer surface of the mounting portion 131, the eccentric portion 132 rotates eccentrically relative to the output shaft, thereby driving the driven member 14 to move relative to the body 10. The simple eccentric rotating member 13 can achieve the lifting action of the cleaning device 12, thus enabling the cleaning device 12 to overcome obstacles.

[0047] In the above embodiment, the eccentric portion 132 is a rod-shaped structure, the side surface of the eccentric portion 132 is arranged parallel to the axis of the output shaft, and the follower 14 is arranged perpendicular to the axis of the output shaft, so that the side wall of the eccentric portion 132 is in vertical contact with the follower 14, avoiding lateral pressure on the follower 14 when the eccentric portion 132 rotates, preventing the follower 14 from shaking due to the continuous change in the force direction, ensuring the stability of the follower 14 during movement, and then ensuring the stability of the cleaning device 12 during the lifting process, reducing the wear of the movable connection between the cleaning device 12 and the main body 10, thereby extending the service life of the product.

[0048] Furthermore, the connection between the eccentric portion 132 and the mounting portion 131 has a smooth transition to reduce stress concentration, avoid tilting or deformation of the eccentric portion 132, and ensure that the contact surface between the eccentric portion 132 and the follower 14 is always parallel to the output shaft, thereby driving the follower 14 to move smoothly, thereby ensuring the stability of the cleaning device 12 during the lifting process.

[0049] Specifically, the eccentric portion 132 can be an integrated structure with the mounting portion 131 , which has high connection strength, reliable structure, and is easy to manufacture, which is beneficial to improving production efficiency and reducing production costs.

[0050] As shown in Figures 3 and 4, the eccentric portion 132 rotates to drive the follower 14 to move, thereby raising the follower 14 relative to the body 10 to adjust the height of the cleaning device 12. The eccentric portion 132 rotates eccentrically relative to the output shaft, driving the follower 14 to move relative to the body 10. When the follower 14 moves toward the body 10, the cleaning device 12 is raised relative to the body 10, thereby adjusting the height of the cleaning device 12 through the rotation of the eccentric portion 132.

[0051] Furthermore, the eccentric rotating member 13 is driven to rotate by the driving device 11, and then the position of the eccentric portion 132 is adjusted. When the height of the obstacle on the surface to be cleaned is relatively low, the eccentric portion 132 does not need to be rotated to the extreme position of the highest point, so that the cleaning device 12 can pass through the obstacle, ensuring that the cleaning device 12 can quickly descend and fall back after passing the obstacle, thereby improving the working efficiency of the cleaning equipment.

[0052] As shown in FIG1 , the eccentric portion 132 is located on a side of the follower 14 away from the body 10. When the eccentric portion 132 rotates upward, the eccentric portion 132 drives the cleaning device 12 to move, thereby lifting the cleaning device 12. The eccentric portion 132 is located between the follower 14 and the body 10. When the eccentric portion 132 drives the follower 14 to rotate upward, the eccentric portion 132 drives the follower 14 to move upward, away from the cleaning surface, and then drives the cleaning device 12 to move in a direction away from the cleaning surface, thereby completing the lifting action of the cleaning device 12.

[0053] When the eccentric portion 132 rotates downward, the cleaning device 12 descends. When the eccentric portion 132 rotates downward, the follower 14 is no longer subjected to the thrust or support force of the eccentric portion 132, and the cleaning device 12 falls and moves toward the cleaning surface, completing the descending action of the cleaning device 12. After avoiding obstacles, the cleaning device 12 can quickly reach the cleaning height, ensuring the continuity of the cleaning equipment.

[0054] As shown in Figure 1, the position detection device 16 is mounted on the cleaning device 12. The position detection device 16 is configured to send a control signal to the drive device 11 when the cleaning device 12 reaches a preset height. By mounting the position detection device 16 on the cleaning device 12, when the position detection device 16 detects that the cleaning device 12 has been raised to the preset height, the position detection device 16 sends a signal to stop the drive device 11, thereby causing the cleaning device 12 to stop at the preset height and be raised to its proper position.

[0055] It can be understood that the upward rotation of the eccentric portion 132 means that the eccentric portion 132 rotates in a direction away from the cleaning surface; and the downward rotation of the eccentric portion 132 means that the eccentric portion 132 rotates in a direction close to the cleaning surface.

[0056] The position detection device 16 may be a photoelectric sensor, a contact sensor, or other sensors that meet the requirements, and this disclosure does not make any specific limitations.

[0057] In the above embodiment, the position detection device 16 is arranged on at least one of the floating bracket 121 and the cleaning module, that is, the position detection device 16 can be arranged on the floating bracket 121 or on the cleaning module, or the position detection device 16 is arranged on the floating bracket 121 and the cleaning module at the same time. It can be understood that the position detection device 16 can also be arranged at other positions that meet the requirements to meet different types of needs of the position detection device 16, thereby expanding the scope of use of the product.

[0058] Furthermore, when the position detection device 16 is disposed on the floating bracket 121, a baffle is provided on the body 10. When the floating bracket 121 moves to a preset position, the baffle can trigger the position detection device 16 on the floating bracket 121 to transmit a signal. In other words, the provision of the baffle can improve the timeliness and accuracy of the signal transmitted by the position detection device 16.

[0059] It is easy for those skilled in the art to understand that, under the premise of no conflict, the above-mentioned advantageous methods can be freely combined and superimposed.

[0060] The above are merely preferred embodiments of the present disclosure and are not intended to limit the present disclosure. Any modifications, equivalent replacements, and improvements made within the spirit and principles of the present disclosure shall be included within the scope of protection of the present disclosure. The above are merely embodiments of the present disclosure. It should be noted that those skilled in the art may make various improvements and variations without departing from the technical principles of the present disclosure, and such improvements and variations shall also be considered within the scope of protection of the present disclosure.
