[0006] [Specific Implementation] The present invention will be further described below with reference to the accompanying drawings and examples of its embodiments. Referring to Figures 1, 2, and 3, an embodiment of the present invention provides a food processing device 100 comprising a container 1 for holding cut food, a fixed frame 2, a blade holder 3, a top cover 4 pivoting relative to the fixed frame, and a pressing block 5 for pressing the food to be cut toward the blade holder 3. Specifically, the container 1 has an open end, to which the fixed frame 2 is attached. The fixed frame 2 is provided with an open slot, into which the blade holder 3 is attached. The blade holder 3 comprises a frame and multiple blades disposed within the frame. When the pressing block 5 presses against the blade holder 3, the multiple blades can effectively cut the food. Referring to Figures 4, 5, and 6, the top cover 4 preferably has a recess 41 formed therein, into which the pressing block 5 is removably mounted. A grille 411 is provided at the bottom of the recess 41. Specifically, the pressing block 5 is provided with multiple protrusions 51, the arrangement of which matches the grille 411, and each protrusion 51 can pass through the grille 411 and abut against the blade holder 3. It is understood that each protrusion 51 on the pressing block 5 can pass through the grille 411 and can also be removed from the grille 411. During the removal process, the grille 411 can remove food residue, facilitating easy cleaning of food residue. The shape of the protrusions is not a limitation of the present invention and can, for example, be cylindrical, rectangular, or rhombic. The number and arrangement of the protrusions are not limitations of the present invention and can, for example, be evenly distributed or arranged in a matrix. Furthermore, the first end of the groove 41 has a connecting mechanism that connects the pressing block 5 to the top cover 4; and the second end of the groove 41 has a locking mechanism that locks the pressing block 5 to the top cover 4. Preferably, the connection can be a pivot connection or a snap connection. Referring to Figures 4 and 6 , in this embodiment, the locking mechanism includes a first slider 55, a first positioning boss 56, and a first positioning groove 412 provided on the pressure block 5. Specifically, the first positioning groove 412 is provided on the inner wall of the recess 41 and engages with the first positioning boss 56. When the first slider 55 slides to the first position, the first positioning boss 56 engages with the first positioning groove 412, thereby locking the pressure block 5 and the top cover 4. When the first slider 55 slides to the second position, the first positioning boss 56 disengages from the first positioning groove 412.Referring to Figures 4 and 5, the connecting mechanism includes a fixed shaft 43 provided at one end of the groove 41 and a rotating shaft groove 51 provided at one end of the pressure block 5, and the rotating shaft groove 51 is pivotally connected to the fixed shaft 43. In this way, the pressure block 5 is pivotally connected to the top cover 4 by pivoting the rotating shaft groove 51 and the fixed shaft 43. Referring to Figure 4, further, when the rotating shaft groove 51 pivots to a bayonet that matches the fixed shaft 43, the fixed shaft 43 is separated from the rotating shaft groove 51 from the bayonet; thus, the pressure block 5 is detachably mounted on the groove 41 of the top cover 4. Referring to Figures 7-10, Figure 9 can be understood as a schematic diagram of Figure 8 rotated at a certain angle. The fixed frame (2) is provided with the same number of opening slots as the tool holder (3). In this embodiment, there are two tool holders 3. Accordingly, the fixed frame 2 is provided with two opening slots; the two tool holders 3 are respectively clamped to the two opening slots. Furthermore, the fixed frame 2 forms a first peripheral edge 21 surrounding the two blade holders 3. Connecting ears 7 are provided at the four corners of the outer wall of the first peripheral edge 21, namely, connecting ears 7A, connecting ears 7A', connecting ears 7B, and connecting ears 7B'. Two pivot slots 8 are provided at one end of the top cover 4, namely, pivot slot 8A and pivot slot 8B. These two pivot slots 8 are pivotally connected to two adjacent connecting ears 7 located at the same end. For example, pivot slots 8A and 8B respectively connect adjacent connecting ears 7A and 7AS, or pivot slots 8A and 8B respectively connect adjacent connecting ears 7B and 7B'. This allows the pressing block 5 passing through the grille 411 of the top cover 4 to flexibly press food toward the blade of either blade holder 3. Preferably, the fixed frame 2 is provided with a sliding second slider 22 between the two tool holders 3, and a second positioning boss 23 and a third positioning boss 24 respectively provided on both sides of the second slider 22 (refer to Figure 10). The two tool holders 3 are respectively provided with matching second positioning grooves 31 and third positioning grooves corresponding to the second positioning bosses 23 and the third positioning bosses 24; when the second slider 22 slides to the third position, the second positioning bosses 23 and the third positioning bosses 24 are simultaneously and correspondingly engaged with the second positioning grooves 31 and the third positioning grooves 32, so that the two tool holders 3 are locked in the two open grooves of the fixed frame 2.When the second slider slides to the fourth position, the second and third positioning bosses 23 and 24 simultaneously separate from the second and third positioning slots 31, respectively, allowing both blade holders 3 to be removed from both openings. This allows for the simultaneous locking and unlocking of both blade holders 3. Referring to Figures 4 and 7 , preferably, a pivoting space is provided at one end of the top cover 4 with the pivot slot 8, and an opening for the pivoting space is also formed between the top cover 4 and the fixed frame 2. The pivoting space of the top cover 4 is provided with a baffle 15 to shield the opening, thereby preventing a user's fingers from entering the pivoting space and protecting the user from being cut by the blade. Referring to Figure 3 , in a preferred embodiment, the edge of the fixed frame 2 forms a first flange 26, and the edge of the open end of the accommodating box 1 forms a second flange 11. When the fixed frame 2 is engaged with the open end of the accommodating box 1, the first flange 26 and the second flange 11 are aligned and flush. Furthermore, the bottom end of the fixing frame 2, facing the receiving box 1, is provided with a second edge 27 that mates with the opening of the receiving box 1. When the fixing frame 2 is engaged with the opening of the receiving box 1 and the first flange 26 and second flange 11 are aligned and flush, the second edge 27 engages the opening of the receiving box 1, ensuring a more stable engagement between the fixing frame 2 and the receiving box 1. Referring to Figures 2 and 3, in this embodiment, the top cover 4 pivots relative to the fixing frame 2, and the edge of the pivoting space abuts and is restrained by the first flange 26. This allows the top cover 4 to be further supported by the first flange 26 when it is open relative to the fixing frame 2. Furthermore, referring to Figures 1, 3, and 4, the bottom edge of the top cover 4 at the end away from the pivot slot 8 gradually converges upward, forming a gap between the top cover 4 and the first flange 26. This facilitates reaching into the gap to lift the top cover 4 when the top cover 4 is closed. Referring to Figure 11 , a perspective schematic diagram of another embodiment of a food processing device is provided. In this embodiment, there may be more than one pressing block 5, for example, two. The number and arrangement of the pressing blocks do not constitute limitations of the present invention. The top cover 4 may also be connected to the fixing frame 2 by a snap-fit mechanism. The above embodiments merely represent preferred implementations of the present invention, and while the descriptions are relatively specific and detailed, they should not be construed as limiting the scope of the present invention. It should be pointed out that, those skilled in the art may make several modifications and improvements without departing from the concept of the present invention, such as combining different features in various embodiments, and all of these modifications and improvements fall within the scope of protection of the present invention.
