[0001] The present invention relates to assembly furniture, and more particularly, to assembly furniture that allows shelves for various purposes to be easily assembled and replaced.

[0002] The shape of furniture varies greatly depending on the purpose of the furniture or the characteristics of the space in which it is placed. For example, pillar-type furniture can be used to display items in a narrow space.

[0003] Pillar-type furniture can be formed by spaced apart along the length of an erected pillar, forming multiple shelves or other structures. Shelves are often detachable from the pillar, or the pillar itself is often assembled into several short sections, each of which contains shelves or other structures.

[0004] However, prefabricated pillar-type furniture may not be able to maintain its assembled state firmly, and even though it is prefabricated, it is difficult to replace some shelves, etc. while in use.

[0005] The purpose of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems of the prior art, and to provide a modular furniture that can be easily assembled into a sturdy form and also allows easy replacement of parts of the furniture.

[0006] The problems to be solved by the present invention are not limited to the problems mentioned above, and other problems not mentioned will be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.

[0007] The above object is achieved by an assembly-type furniture according to the present invention, comprising: a flat base portion; a support portion that is coupled to an upper surface of the base portion and is positioned upright; and a plurality of coupling modules that are arranged along the length of the support portion and have a functional portion for mounting or storing; wherein each of the coupling modules comprises: an internal module having a circular cross-section in which a plurality of internal component members having an arc-shaped cross-section are coupled to wrap the support portion; and an external module having a circular cross-section in which a plurality of external component members having an arc-shaped cross-section are coupled to wrap the internal module, each of the external component members being fixed to each of the internal component members to maintain a coupled state of the internal component members.

[0008] On the outer surface of the inner component member, a joining groove extending in the circumferential direction and having a cross-sectional size that decreases from one side to the other side may be formed, and on the inner surface of the outer component member, a joining protrusion having a cross-section that is smaller than the cross-sectional size of one end of the joining groove and larger than the cross-sectional size of the other end may be formed.

[0009] In a state where the above-mentioned coupling protrusion is located at the other end of the above-mentioned coupling groove, the contact portions of the internal component members and the contact portions of the external component members may be located at different positions on the circumference.

[0010] The inner module may have a first magnet for coupling between the inner component members, and the outer module may have a second magnet for coupling between the outer component members.

[0011] On the outer surface of the above-mentioned supporting member, a plurality of fixing grooves spaced apart along the longitudinal direction of the above-mentioned supporting member may be formed, and on the inner surface of the above-mentioned internal module, a fixing projection formed to be insertable into the fixing grooves may be provided.

[0012] The above functional part can be formed so that the inclination can be adjusted.

[0013] The above functional unit may include a fixing member formed by protruding from the outer surface of the external module; a rotating member having a through hole through which the fixing member passes and coupled to the fixing member; a functional member fixed to the rotating member and having a space for mounting or storing; and an adjusting screw that is screw-fastened to the rotating member and pressurizes the outer surface of the fixing member.

[0014] The above-mentioned coupling module may have a support brace having one end coupled to the external module and the other end coupled to the lower surface of the functional unit.

[0015] The above supporting members may be formed such that a plurality of them are positioned in parallel with each other, and at least some of the connecting modules are formed to connect the plurality of supporting members to each other.

[0016] The modular furniture of the present invention is not only easy to assemble, but also allows for easy replacement of the connecting module located in the middle of the support section while the furniture is in use.

[0017] The coupling module can be more stably coupled to the support part by means of the coupling groove and coupling projection, the first magnet and the second magnet, the fixing groove and fixing projection, the brace, etc., and the fixing work of the coupling module can be easily performed.

[0018] In the assembled furniture of the present invention, the functional part having a space for standing or storing is formed to be angle-adjustable or a plurality of supporting parts are formed, so that the usability of the assembled furniture of the present invention can be increased.

[0024] Figure 7 is an explanatory drawing of one embodiment of a functional part constituting an assembly-type furniture according to the present invention.

[0025] Hereinafter, specific embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0026]

[0027] FIG. 1 shows an overall perspective view of a modular furniture (1) according to the present invention, and FIG. 2 shows an explanatory view of a connecting module (30) constituting the modular furniture (1) according to the present invention.

[0028] The assembled furniture (1) according to the present invention is largely composed of a base (10), a support (20), and a plurality of connecting modules (30), and each connecting module (30) has an inner module (31) and an outer module (32).

[0029] The base portion (10) is formed in a flat plate shape and serves to support other components by forming the floor of the assembly furniture (1) according to the present invention. In order to stably support other components, the base portion (10) may have a large weight. The base portion (10) may be formed in a circular plate shape, for example.

[0030] The support member (20) is formed in the shape of a long rod with a circular cross-section and is joined in an erected state on the upper surface of the base member (10). The base member (10) and the support member (20) can be screw-joined to each other, for example, by forming a screw hole on the upper surface of the base member (10) and forming a screw thread on the lower surface of the support member (20). The base member (10) and the support member (20) may also be formed integrally.

[0031] A plurality of coupling modules (30) are arranged along the length of the support member (20) and have a functional part (33) for mounting or storing, etc. That is, the coupling module (30) has a coupling part with the support member (20) and a functional part (33) that protrudes from the coupling part and can mount or store an object. Each coupling module (30) can be formed in a different size and shape and have various functions.

[0032] The coupling part of the coupling module (30) is composed of an inner module (31) and an outer module (32).

[0033] The internal module (31) is formed by combining a plurality of internal component members (31a) having an arc-shaped cross-section to form an overall circular cross-section. In Fig. 2, for example, the internal module (31) is illustrated as being formed by two internal component members (31a) having a semicircular cross-section, but the internal module (31) may also be formed by three or more internal component members (31a). The internal module (31) formed by combining the internal component members (31a) has an inner diameter that is almost the same as the outer diameter of the support member (20), and can wrap the support member (20) in a combined state.

[0034] The outer module (32) of the coupling module (30), like the inner module (31), is formed by combining a plurality of outer component members (32a) having an arc-shaped cross-section to form an overall circular cross-section. The outer module (32) may be formed of two or three or more outer component members (32a). The outer module (32) formed by combining the outer component members (32a) has an inner diameter that is almost the same as the outer diameter of the inner module (31) and can surround the inner module (31) in a combined state. Each outer component member (32a) is fixed to each inner component member (31a) to maintain the combined state of the inner component members (31a). The functional portion (33) may be formed to protrude from the outer surface of the outer module (32).

[0035] The modular furniture (1) of the present invention can be easily assembled by fitting the connecting module (30) along the support member (20), and it is also possible to easily replace the connecting module (30) located in the middle of the support member (20) while the furniture is in use.

[0036] Specifically, when the part of the coupling module (30) that is coupled to the support member (20) is simply formed of a single member having a circular cross-section, the coupling module (30) can be coupled to or separated from the support member (20) by moving along the longitudinal direction of the support member (20), and therefore, in order to replace a coupling module (30) at a certain position after assembling the furniture, all of the coupling modules (30) above it must be separated from the support member (20). However, in the present invention, since the inner module (31) and the outer module (32) of the coupling module (30) are each composed of a plurality of members having an arc-shaped cross-section, it is possible to separate the coupling module (30) from the support member (20) by disassembling the inner module (31) and the outer module (32) without separating the other coupling module (30) from the support member (20). Likewise, even if another coupling module (30) is positioned on the upper part of a section of the support member (20), it is possible to fix the coupling module (30) to the support member by assembling the internal component (31a) and the external component (32a) around the support member (20) without having to separate the other coupling module (30) from the support member (20).

[0037]

[0038] A joining groove (31b) may be formed on the outer surface of each internal component (31a). The joining groove (31b) extends in the circumferential direction of the internal component (31a) and is formed so that the cross-sectional size decreases from one end to the other end. In other words, the width of the groove decreases from one end to the other end.

[0039] A coupling projection (32b) may be formed on the inner surface of each external component (32a). The coupling projection (32b) is formed to have a cross-section that is smaller than the cross-sectional size of one end of the coupling groove (31b) and larger than the cross-sectional size of the other end.

[0040] Accordingly, as shown in (a) of FIG. 3, when the inner component (31a) is wrapped around the outer component (32a) so that the engaging protrusion (32b) of the outer component (32a) is positioned at one end of the engaging groove (31b), and then the outer component (32a) is rotated relative to the inner component (31a), the outer component (32a) can be fixed to the inner component (31a) while the engaging protrusion (32b) is pressed by the inner surface of the engaging groove (31b) at a position between one end and the other end of the engaging groove (31b).

[0041] As illustrated in (b) of Fig. 3, the inner surface of the engaging groove (31b) may be formed to be inclined so that the outer surface of the groove faces upward. In accordance with this, the engaging protrusion (32b) may be formed to be inclined so as to face downward as it goes toward the distal end. In this case, even when the engaging protrusion (32b) is positioned at one end of the engaging groove (31b) and is not pressed by the inner surface of the engaging groove (31b), the engaging protrusion (32b) does not easily come off from the engaging groove (31b) due to the weight of the external component (32a), and as a result, the work of fixing the external component (32a) to the internal component (31a) can be easily performed.

[0042]

[0043] When the internal component member (31a) and the external component member (32a) are fixed to each other by the joining groove (31b) and the joining projection (32b), as shown in (a) of Fig. 3, the contact portions of the internal component members (31a) and the contact portions of the external component members (32a) can be located at different positions on the circumference while the joining projection (32b) is located at the other end of the joining groove (31b).

[0044] When the contact portions of the internal component members (31a) and the contact portions of the external component members (32a) are located at the same position on the circumference, even if the external component member (32a) is fixed to the internal component member (31a), the internal component members (31a) can be separated by separation of the external component members (32a), or the external component members (32a) can be separated by separation of the internal component members (31a).

[0045] However, if the contact portions of the internal component members (31a) and the contact portions of the external component members (32a) are located at different positions on the circumference while the external component members (32a) are fixed to the internal component members (31a), the two internal component members (31a) can be placed over one external component member (32a), preventing the gap between the internal component members (31a) from widening, and as a result, the component members of the coupling module (30) can be stably maintained in a state of being coupled to each other.

[0046]

[0047] Each of the internal component members (31a) of the internal module (31) may be provided with a first magnet (31c) at both ends in the circumferential direction, and each of the external component members (32a) of the external module (32) may be provided with a second magnet (32c) at both ends in the atomic direction.

[0048] During the process of fixing the coupling module (30) to the support member (20), the first magnet (31c) can maintain the coupling state of the internal component members (31a), and the second magnet (32c) can maintain the coupling state of the external component members.

[0049] That is, although the internal component members (31a) can be easily separated by the worker's manpower even if they are provided with the first magnet (31c), after the internal module (31) is positioned to wrap around the perimeter of the support member (20), the internal module (31) can be maintained in a coupled state between the internal component members (31a) even if the worker does not hold the internal module (31), thereby maintaining the state in which the internal module (31) is fixed to the support member (20). Accordingly, it is possible for the worker to easily proceed with the task of coupling the external module (32) to the internal module (31).

[0050] In addition, the second magnet (32c) maintains a coupled state between the external components (32a) even when the worker does not hold the external module (32) after positioning the external module (32) to surround the perimeter of the internal module (31), thereby allowing the external module (32) to remain fixed to the internal module (31).

[0051]

[0052] The main body (20) may be provided with a plurality of fixing grooves (21), and the internal module (31) may be provided with a fixing projection (31d).

[0053] A plurality of fixing grooves (21) are formed spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the support member (20) on the outer surface of the support member (20). The fixing grooves (21) can be formed in a plurality of rows according to the number of internal component members (31a) constituting the internal module (31). The fixing protrusions (31d) are formed to protrude from the inner surface of each internal component member (31a) constituting the internal module (31) and are formed in a shape that engages with the fixing grooves (21) so as to be insertable into the fixing grooves (21). One or more fixing protrusions (31d) can be formed on one internal component member (31a), and when multiple fixing protrusions are formed, they can be formed according to the spacing between the fixing protrusions (31d).

[0054] By means of the fixing groove (21) and the fixing projection (31d), the inner module (31) can be more stably fixed to the support member (20) during the fixing process of the coupling module (30). In addition, the coupling module (30) can be prevented from sliding downward along the longitudinal direction of the support member (20) due to the load applied to the coupling module (30) during use of the assembly furniture (1) according to the present invention.

[0055]

[0056] The functional part (33) of the coupling module (30) can be formed to enable tilt adjustment.

[0057] In this case, when displaying items in the functional section (33), it is possible to display them at various angles.

[0058] When the functional part (33) of the coupling module (30) is formed to be tilt-adjustable, the functional part (33) may be provided with a fixed part (33a), a rotating part (33b), a functional part (33c), and an adjusting screw (33d). Fig. 4 illustrates an explanatory diagram of this functional part (33).

[0059] The fixed member (33a) is formed by protruding from the outer surface of the external module (32). The fixed member (33a) can protrude perpendicularly to the external module (32) and can have a circular cross-section in the shape of a rod.

[0060] The rotating part (33b) is fitted into the fixed part (33a) by having a through hole through which the fixed part (33a) passes, thereby being coupled to the fixed part. The rotating part (33b) can be moved along the longitudinal direction of the fixed part (33a) to change its position.

[0061] The functional stand (33c) is fixed to the rotating part (33b) and its position and angle can be adjusted together with the rotating part (33b), and has a space for placement or storage, etc. For example, the functional stand (33c) has an overall plate shape and can be coupled to the rotating part (33b) so as to be positioned parallel to the fixed stand (33a).

[0062] The adjusting screw (33d) is screwed into the rotating part (33b) to pressurize the outer surface of the fixed part (33a). The adjusting screw (33d) can be joined to the opposite side of the position where the functional part (33c) is joined in the rotating part (33b). Depending on the degree of fastening of the adjusting screw (33d), the end of the adjusting screw (33d) presses or does not press the outer surface of the fixed part (33a). When it is desired to adjust the angle of the functional part (33c) with respect to the fixed part (33a), the adjusting screw (33d) is loosened so that the end of the adjusting screw (33d) does not pressurize the outer surface of the fixed part (33a), thereby allowing the rotating part (33b) to rotate with respect to the fixed part (33a). After adjusting the angle of the functional member (33c), tighten the adjusting screw (33d) so that the end of the adjusting screw (33d) presses the outer surface of the fixed member (33a), thereby preventing the rotating member (33b) from rotating with respect to the fixed member (33a).

[0063]

[0064] The coupling module (30) may be provided with a support brace (34). Fig. 5 illustrates a diagram of the support brace (34).

[0065] The support brace (34) has an overall rod-shaped shape, and is positioned so that one end is connected to the external module (32) and the other end is connected to the lower surface of the functional part (33). That is, the support brace (34) is positioned along a diagonal line.

[0066] These support braces (34) serve to stably support the functional part (33) that is connected to the external module (32) in a cantilever structure. Accordingly, even when a load of an object is applied to the functional part (33), the problem of the functional part (33) being deformed can be prevented.

[0067] The support brace (34) may be formed to connect the external module (32) and the functional part (33) of one coupling module (30) as shown in (a) of FIG. 5, but may also be formed to connect the external module (32) of one coupling module (30) and the functional part (33) of another coupling module (30) as shown in (b) of FIG. 5. When formed to connect the external modules (32) of different coupling modules (30) and the coupling module (30), the coupling angle of the support brace (34) and the functional part (33) becomes larger, making it possible to support the functional part (33) more stably.

[0068] When formed to connect the external module (32) and the coupling module (30) of different coupling modules (30), the spacing between the coupling modules (30) connected by the support brace (34) may vary, so that the support brace (34) can be coupled to the external module (32) and the functional unit (33) at an angle adjustable.

[0069]

[0070] A plurality of support members (20) may be positioned in parallel with each other, and at least some of the connecting modules (30) may be formed to connect a plurality of support members (20) to each other. Fig. 6 illustrates the overall appearance of the assembled furniture (1) according to the present invention in this case.

[0071] The modular furniture (1) of the present invention provides increased space for storage and placement, and can be used for a wider variety of purposes. For example, it can be used as a cat tower. When the modular furniture (1) of the present invention is used as a cat tower, the base (10) can be formed in the shape of a box with holes in the sides.

[0072] And the joint module (30) supported by a plurality of supporting members (20) can be supported more stably.

[0073]

[0074] The assembled furniture (1) according to the present invention may further include a top functional part (40).

[0075] The top functional part (40) is connected to the upper part of the support part (20) and can have a space for mounting or storage.

[0076] For example, the top functional part (40) can be connected to the support part (20) by a screw connection, a forced fit connection, or the like.

[0077]

[0078] Instead of the top functional unit (40), a light (not shown) may be provided at the top of the support member (20). In this case, a wire (not shown) for supplying power to the light may be arranged along the internal space of the support member (10).

[0079]

[0080] The functional part (33) of the coupling module (30) may have various shapes depending on its function. For example, it may be formed in a simple plate shape, a plate shape with holes for a cup holder function, a plate shape having a protruding support for a book stand function, a basket shape, a clothes hanger shape, etc.

[0081] When the functional part (33) is formed in a basket shape, as shown in Fig. 7, holes can be formed on the top and side surfaces to increase the convenience of storage.

[0082]

[0083] The assembly furniture (1) according to the present invention may further include a second joining module (50) that is placed between joining modules (30) to provide a separation between functional parts (33) of different joining modules (30) and does not have a functional part.

[0084]

[0085] The scope of the present invention is not limited to the embodiments described above, but can be implemented in various forms within the scope of the appended claims. Any person skilled in the art, without departing from the spirit of the invention as claimed in the claims, may make various modifications to the invention, which are deemed to fall within the scope of the claims.
