Description

Wokjil device

[0001] The present invention relates to a cooking device, and more particularly, to a wok device that enables automatic wok cooking.

[0002] Stir-frying is a process in which various ingredients are placed in a frying pan, or wok, and heated and stirred for a set period of time. During this process, the wok is shaken back and forth (hereafter referred to as "wokjil") to ensure even mixing and even cooking of the ingredients.

[0003] Traditionally, when wok-frying, the cook would hold the handle and shake it directly. This approach, however, created problems: the taste of the dish could vary depending on skill level, and the cook was unable to perform other tasks while wok-frying.

[0004] To solve the above problem, a device capable of automatically stir-frying has been proposed, but it is not being utilized because its function and performance are not satisfactory.

[0005] The purpose of the present invention is to propose a device that can automatically perform stir-frying by automatically implementing wok quality.

[0006] The present invention achieves the above object by proposing a wok-making device that has a wok support formed to reciprocate back and forth as well as up and down in the process, and operates by placing a wok on the wok support so that the wok automatically performs back and forth and up and down reciprocating movements, thereby performing wok-making.

[0007] According to the present invention, since it is possible to stir-fry while automatically stirring the wok, by using it in a restaurant, even an unskilled person can repeatedly complete and provide a stir-fry that is cooked evenly.

[0008] Figure 1 is an exemplary diagram of a workpiece device according to the present invention;

[0009] Figure 2 is a front view showing a state in which a wok is mounted on a wok-making device according to the present invention.

[0010] Figure 3 is an exemplary diagram showing the planar configuration of a workpiece device according to the present invention.

[0011] Figures 4 to 7 are exemplary diagrams showing the operation of the workpiece device according to the present invention.

[0012] The present invention proposes a wok-making device that has a wok support that is formed to reciprocate back and forth as well as up and down in the process, and operates by placing a wok on the wok support so that the wok automatically performs back and forth and up and down reciprocating movements, thereby performing wok-making.

[0013] Hereinafter, the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings, FIGS. 1 to 7.

[0014] FIG. 1 is an exemplary drawing of a wok-making device according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a front view showing a state in which a wok is mounted on the wok-making device according to the present invention, FIG. 3 is an exemplary drawing showing a planar configuration of the wok-making device according to the present invention, and FIGS. 4 to 7 are exemplary drawings showing the operation of the wok-making device according to the present invention.

[0015] The wok-stirring device according to the present invention is provided with a wok support (200) so that a wok can be placed on the wok support (200) and moved back and forth and up and down, thereby automatically performing wok-stirring and stir-frying without the help of a skilled chef.

[0016] The wok support (200) can be formed to include a bowl support (240) that supports the bowl of the wok and a handle support (220) that supports the handle. In this configuration, the wok is formed to include an appropriate fixing device to prevent the wok support (200) from coming off during the forward and backward and up and down reciprocating process. For example, the handle support (220) may be formed to be concave in a U shape, but may be configured to form a spring device that elastically protrudes on both walls so that the handle can be detachably attached.

[0017] The wok support (200) is formed on the body (100).

[0018] The body (100) may be formed to include a vertically erected wall. A three-dimensional shape may be formed by including the wall. In the drawing, only the wall is illustrated, and a configuration in which a wok support (200) is formed on one side is exemplified. In the case in which the body (100) is formed to have a three-dimensional shape, the wok support (200) may be formed to be exposed to the outside, and components such as a motor (800) for driving the device may be formed to be accommodated inside.

[0019] An operating table (300) is formed on the body (100), and a wok support table (200) can be coupled to a reciprocating slider (400) or formed integrally with the reciprocating slider (400) and coupled to the operating table (300).

[0020] The operating platform (300) is formed in a rod shape and is formed horizontally on the body (100). One end (rear end) of the operating platform (300) is connected to the body (100) by an axis (820) so that the operating platform (300) can rotate around the axis (820). Accordingly, the other end (front end) of the operating platform (300) can reciprocate up and down like a pendulum around the axis (820). It is preferable that the operating platform (300) be formed so that it reciprocates downward within a predetermined angle range while in a horizontal state. In addition, it is preferable that a guide hole (920) is formed in the vertical direction at the point where the other end of the operating platform (300) reaches so that the other end of the operating platform (300) is fitted therein so that the operating platform (300) can reciprocate only in the vertical direction.

[0021] The reciprocating slider (400) can be formed into a rod shape of a predetermined length and is coupled to the operating platform (300) so as to be able to reciprocate back and forth along the operating platform (300). As the wok support (200) reciprocates back and forth according to the reciprocating movement of the reciprocating slider (400), the wok placed on the wok support (200) naturally reciprocates back and forth.

[0022] The reciprocating slider (400) can be formed to be able to reciprocate back and forth through the configuration of the rail groove and the rail projection. A guide (320) having a rail groove formed on the operating platform (300) or the reciprocating slider (400) is provided, and a rail projection is formed at a corresponding point. For example, when the guide (320) is formed on the operating platform (300), a rail projection of a predetermined length can be formed on the reciprocating slider (400), or conversely, a rail projection can be formed on the operating platform (300) and the guide (320) can be formed on the reciprocating slider (400). The drawing illustrates the former configuration as an example, and in this configuration, when the rail projection is fitted into the rail groove formed on the guide (320) and coupled, the rail projection is guided along the rail groove and moves forward and backward in a straight line. As a result, the reciprocating slider (400) reciprocates.

[0023] The forward and backward reciprocation of the reciprocating slider (400) can be achieved by a forward and backward reciprocating guidance device (500), which includes a rotating plate (520) and a link (540).

[0024] The pivot plate (520) is connected to a shaft (820) that connects the operating table (300) to the body (100) so that it can rotate by an external force, and the link (540) has one end connected to the shaft at the edge of the pivot plate (520) and the other end connected to the rear end of the operating table (300). At this time, the shaft that connects both ends of the link (540) does not constrain the link (540), so that it can rotate freely.

[0025] In the above configuration, the pivot plate (520) is installed to be constrained to the shaft (820) and is rotated by an external power source, for example, a motor (800). In this process, since the operating platform (300) is coupled without being constrained to the shaft (820), only the pivot plate (520) rotates. When the pivot plate (520) rotates in this way, the link (540) is regularly pushed or pulled to push or pull the reciprocating slider (400). Accordingly, the reciprocating slider (400) reciprocates back and forth along the operating platform (300), and for each rotation of the pivot plate (520), the reciprocating slider (400) moves forward and backward once. As a result, the reciprocating slider (400) regularly reciprocates back and forth by the rotation of the pivot plate (520).

[0026] The up-and-down reciprocating of the reciprocating slider (400) can be achieved by the up-and-down reciprocating guide device (600).

[0027] The up-and-down reciprocating guide device (600) is formed at the bottom of the operating platform (300) to regularly push up the operating platform (300) and may include a rotating body (620).

[0028] The rotating body (620) can be formed in a circular shape and is installed as an axis in the body () to rotate by external power. The rotating body (620) is formed with a protrusion (640), and the protrusion (640) periodically comes into contact with the operating table (300) during the process of rotating the rotating body (620). When a guide (320) is formed in the operating table (300), the protrusion (640) can be formed to come into contact with the guide (320).

[0029] As described above, when the protrusion (640) comes into contact with the operating platform (300), the operating platform (300) rises upwards by the height of the protrusion (640). Thereafter, when the protrusion (640) passes the operating platform (300), the operating platform (300) descends to its original position due to its own weight, and this movement causes the operating platform (300) to reciprocate up and down.

[0030] Meanwhile, the protrusion (640) may be formed into a structure, for example, a roller, that can reduce friction and noise during contact with the operating table (300).

[0031] Here, the forward / backward reciprocating guidance device (500) and the upward / downward reciprocating guidance device (600) can be formed to be interconnected with each other. They can be operated together by a single motor (800), and sprockets are formed on each of the rotating plate (520) and the rotating body (620) and connected by a chain (700), thereby interconnecting each other.

[0032] The motor (800) can be connected to a shaft (820) that couples the pivot plate (520) to the body (), and an example of such is shown in the drawing.

[0033] And it is preferable that the sprockets formed on the rotating plate (520) and the rotating body (620) are installed with the same specifications so that the reciprocating slider (400) makes one up-and-down reciprocation during one back-and-forth reciprocation.

[0034] According to the present invention as described above, the reciprocating slider (400) reciprocates by the forward-backward reciprocating guide device (500), thereby causing the wok support (200) to reciprocate back and forth, and in the process, the operating base (300) reciprocates up and down by the up-and-down reciprocating guide device (600), thereby causing the wok support (200) to reciprocate up and down. Accordingly, the wok placed on the wok support (200) can perform a motion similar to that of a chef woking, thereby enabling automatic stir-frying. In addition, by providing a timer or the like that controls the motor (800), it is possible to ensure that the wok is woked for a desired amount of time, thereby enabling various dishes to be stir-fried evenly and repeatedly. Therefore, it can be widely used in restaurants that provide stir-fried dishes, such as chicken specialty restaurants or Chinese food specialty restaurants, and it can reduce labor costs and shorten the food serving time.
