Abstract
Description
Leakage current induction conduit and electric shock prevention device including the same
[0001] The present invention relates to a leakage current inducing conduit and an electric shock prevention device including the same, and more particularly, to a leakage current inducing conduit and an electric shock prevention device including the same, which prevents electric shock accidents caused by leakage current by preventing it from flowing to the outside when leakage current occurs in electrical devices or electrical equipment, including above-ground electrical installations such as streetlights, electric motors, transformers, and traffic signals, due to submersion, etc., and further, can reliably prevent electric shock accidents and improve management efficiency by automatically recovering leakage current to the power source when it occurs.
[0002] It is a phenomenon in which the human body reacts when the leakage current flowing from the power source through the human body to the ground, which is the ground plane, exceeds a certain level.
[0003] Typically, a leakage current of 15 mA or more causes convulsions, and a current of 50 mA or more can lead to death. The most common cause of death is cardiac arrest, which occurs when the heart stops functioning due to the current flowing through the heart damaging nerves.
[0004] The risk of electric shock is related to the body's resistance when the current is applied, which is largely dependent on the condition of the skin.
[0005] When electrical equipment, such as an outlet, heater, or light, is submerged in water and a human body comes into contact with the water or the metal housing that is energized through the water, current flows from the exposed conductor of the electrical equipment through the water and the human body to the ground, which is the grounding surface.
[0006] At this time, the human body becomes very dangerous because its skin is easily wet with water and in that case, the contact resistance is extremely low.
[0007] A short circuit between power lines is a problem that occurs when the insulation between the two lines decreases, increasing electrical conductivity, causing a sudden flow of current, which can cause fire or short circuit damage to electrical equipment.
[0008] In general, the insulating properties of air are very high, so electrical insulation is maintained between two wires through air.
[0009] However, if a highly conductive fluid fills the space between the two lines due to flooding or other reasons, the current between the phases increases rapidly, causing a short circuit.
[0010] Korean Patent Publication No. 2005-0037986 discloses a device for preventing electric shock due to immersion, which attaches a metal plate or metal mesh to a bare charging part so that when the part is submerged, the current leaking from the bare charging part is conducted to the conductive metal plate or metal mesh, thereby preventing electric shock accidents.
[0011] The metal plate or metal mesh is connected to the neutral and earth terminals among the terminal blocks by wires, and the size of the metal plate is approximately 50 cm × 30 cm.
[0012] The above conventional technology does not explain the principle in detail, but it can be seen that the current flowing to the human body is limited by placing a metal plate between the submerged conductor and the human body in a state where the resistance is much lower than the resistance through the water and the human body when submerged, thereby electrically configuring it in parallel with the human body.
[0013] However, these metal plates or metal meshes cannot effectively block leakage currents by shielding the electric field generated radially from the bare charging section, and there is a problem that spatial restrictions occur during installation.
[0014] For example, in the case of a streetlight, the streetlight is configured such that the pole support is installed above the ground by a flange formed at the bottom of the pole support, and the upper part of the pole support is connected to the lower part of an arm support that gradually narrows toward the top by a separate tapered connecting member. At this time, a lighting fixture arm, to which a lighting fixture is attached, is connected to the upper part of the arm support.
[0015] These streetlights are equipped with various electrical facilities such as power lines and transformers to light the fixtures inside.
[0016] However, these electrical installations leak electricity when flooded, running down streetlights along with rainwater. This poses a risk of electric shock to people who come into contact with or are nearby streetlights.
[0017] Accordingly, the purpose of the present invention to solve the above-mentioned conventional problems is to provide a leakage current induction conduit and an electric shock prevention device including the same, which can reliably prevent leakage current from flowing to the outside of electrical devices or electrical equipment, including ground electrical installations such as streetlights, electric motors, transformers, and traffic signals, due to submersion, etc., thereby preventing electric shock accidents caused by leakage current.
[0018] In addition, another purpose of the present invention is to provide a leakage current induction conduit and an electric shock prevention device including the same, which can automatically detect and recover leakage current, thereby reliably preventing electric shock accidents and improving management efficiency.
[0019] The problems solved by the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other problems not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.
[0020] According to one aspect of the present invention for achieving the above objects and other features of the present invention, a leakage current inducing conduit is provided, characterized in that it comprises: a first leakage current inducing conduit formed of a tubular body of an insulating material in a conduit through which a wire passes; a first leakage current induction unit provided in the first leakage current induction unit and configured to transmit the leakage current to a second leakage current induction unit when a leakage current occurs; a second leakage current induction unit provided at one end of the first leakage current induction unit and formed of a tubular body of an insulating material; and a second leakage current induction unit provided in the second leakage current induction unit and configured to be connected to the first leakage current induction unit.
[0021] According to another aspect of the present invention, there is provided an electric shock prevention device for preventing electric shock caused by leakage current of a wire supplying electric power to a power supply object, the device comprising: a leakage current inducing wire conduit according to the above-described aspect; an automatic leakage current recovery module configured to automatically induce leakage current transmitted from the leakage current inducing wire conduit to a neutral line of the wire; and a leakage prevention unit that connects the neutral line of the wire and the power supply object and prevents leakage when submerged.
[0022] According to the present invention, a leakage current inducing conduit and an electric shock prevention device including the same provide the following effects.
[0023] First, the present invention has the effect of preventing electric shock accidents caused by leakage current and human casualties by reliably preventing leakage current from flowing to the outside of electrical devices or electrical equipment due to submersion or the like.
[0024] Second, the present invention has the effect of shielding the leakage current so that it is not released to the outside even when the insulation of the wire is broken and leakage current occurs due to wire protection and use.
[0025] Third, the present invention has the effect of improving management efficiency by automatically recovering leakage current when it occurs.
[0026] Fourth, the present invention has the effect of universality as it can be applied to various electrical devices or electrical equipment such as street lights, electric motors, transformers, and traffic signals.
[0027] The effects of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above, and other problems not mentioned can be clearly understood by those skilled in the art from the description below.

[0039] Additional objects, features and advantages of the present invention can be more clearly understood from the following detailed description and accompanying drawings.
[0040] Before going into a detailed description of the present invention, it should be understood that the present invention can be modified in various ways and can have various embodiments, and that the examples described below and illustrated in the drawings are not intended to limit the present invention to specific embodiments, but include all modifications, equivalents, and substitutes included in the spirit and technical scope of the present invention.
[0041] In addition, when describing with reference to the attached drawings, identical components will be assigned the same reference numerals regardless of the drawing numbers, and redundant descriptions thereof will be omitted. When describing the present invention, if a detailed description of a related known technology is judged to unnecessarily obscure the gist of the present invention, such detailed description will be omitted.
[0042] Hereinafter, a leakage current induction conduit and an electric shock prevention device including the same according to a preferred embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings.
[0043] First, the leakage current induction conduit according to the present invention will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 1 to 3.
[0044] FIG. 1 is a drawing showing a leakage current induction conduit according to the present invention, FIG. 2 is a drawing showing a component of a leakage current induction conduit according to the present invention in isolation, and FIG. 3 is a drawing showing a leakage current shielding conduit included in a leakage current induction conduit according to the present invention, where (A) is a cross-sectional view and (B) is a longitudinal cross-sectional view.
[0045] The leakage current inducing conduit according to the present invention, which is a conduit in which a wire for supplying power to an electrical device or equipment is guided, largely includes, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, a first leakage current inducing conduit section (110), a first leakage current induction section (120), a second leakage current induction section (130), and a second leakage current induction section (140). For example, when the electrical device is a streetlight, a wire for supplying power to the streetlight is connected to pass through the leakage current inducing conduit underground.
[0046] Specifically, the leakage current inducing conduit according to the present invention is a conduit in which a wire for providing power to an electrical device or an electrical equipment is guided, as shown in FIGS. 1 to 3, comprises: a first leakage current inducing conduit (110) formed of an insulating material, in which a wire is guided inside; a first leakage current inducing conduit (120) provided on the inside of the first leakage current inducing conduit (110) and configured to transmit the leakage current when a leakage current occurs to a second leakage current inducing conduit (140) provided in the second leakage current inducing conduit (130); a second leakage current inducing conduit (130) formed of an insulating material and provided at one end of the first leakage current inducing conduit (110); And a second leakage current induction section (140) provided in the second leakage current induction section (130) and configured to be electrically conductively connected to the first leakage current induction section (120);
[0047] The first leakage current induction tube (110) is a tubular component formed of an insulating material, through which a wire is guided inside.
[0048] Specifically, the first leakage current induction pipe (110) is formed of a resin material such as plastic, and the insulating material for forming it is not limited thereto. Preferably, as described below, considering that the first leakage current induction pipe (120) is provided in the first leakage current induction pipe (110), it is preferable to form it of a resin material in consideration of moldability and manufacturability (e.g., extrusion).
[0049] In addition, when the length of the first leakage current induction pipe (110) is extended, two or more may be connected, and in this case, the first leakage current induction pipes (120) formed in the neighboring first leakage current induction pipes (110) may be connected through a connecting port that can be electrically connected.
[0050] Continuing, the first leakage current induction unit (120) is provided on the inside of the first leakage current induction tube unit (110) and is a component configured to transmit the leakage current to the second leakage current induction tube unit (130) when a leakage current occurs.
[0051] Specifically, the first leakage current induction section (120) is composed of a conductor formed on the inner wall (inner surface) of the first leakage current induction tube section (110), and preferably, one or more conductor strips may be formed in a spiral shape and provided on the inner surface of the first leakage current induction tube section (110).
[0052] Here, it is preferable that a spiral groove is formed on the inner surface of the first leakage current induction pipe section (110), and that the first leakage current induction section (120) is provided in the spiral groove.
[0053] The first leakage current inductor (120) can be formed by fusing a conductive component, such as graphene or graphite, that can be compounded with resin into a spiral groove. It is preferable that the first leakage current inductor (120) be formed to have a conductivity of 200 ohms (Ω) or less.
[0054] In addition, when the first leakage current induction part (120) is provided in the spiral groove of the first leakage current induction pipe part (110), the upper surface of the first leakage current induction part (120) (or the height of the first leakage current induction part (120)) is provided such that the deviation (D) with respect to the upper surface of the spiral groove is at least 1 mm or more. This forms a tolerance to prevent short circuit and withstand voltage when the covering of the wire is damaged.
[0055] In the drawing, the spiral grooves formed in the first leakage current induction pipe (110) so that the first leakage current induction section (120) is provided are formed in four pieces at 90° intervals.
[0056] In this way, when the first leakage current induction section (120) is formed in a plurality of two or more (four in the drawing), even if some of them are damaged, the leakage current induction section is always connected to the second leakage current induction section (140) of the second leakage current induction tube section (130), so that even if the insulation of the wire is damaged at some point inside the first leakage current induction tube section (110) and leakage current is generated, it is shielded and can be transmitted to the neutral line (the leakage current transmission section of the second leakage current induction section (140)).
[0057] In addition, the spiral groove formed in the first leakage current induction pipe section (110) may be formed in a semicircle as shown in the drawing, but is not limited thereto and may be formed in various shapes or forms.
[0058] Continuing, the second leakage current induction pipe (130) is formed of an insulating material and is formed as a tubular body provided at one end of the first leakage current induction pipe (110).
[0059] The second leakage current induction pipe (130) is configured to be detachably connected to the first leakage current induction pipe (110), and the connection side end of the second leakage current induction pipe (130) (the end on the side connected to the first leakage current induction pipe (110)) is formed to have a size and shape that can be coupled to the inside of the first leakage current induction pipe (110).
[0060] In addition, an insulating rubber layer is formed on the inner surface of the second leakage current induction pipe (130) so that the interior is insulated. In addition, a hexagonal nut may be formed on the central portion of the outer surface of the second leakage current induction pipe (130). This is to facilitate fixing and loosening with respect to a coupling target when the upper induction portion (142) of the second leakage current induction portion (140) described below is provided in a screw thread form.
[0061] Next, the second leakage current induction unit (140) is a component provided in the second leakage current induction tube unit (130) and configured to be electrically conductively connected to the first leakage current induction unit (120).
[0062] Specifically, the second leakage current induction unit (140) includes a lower induction unit (141) formed on the lower outer surface of the second leakage current induction tube unit (130) to be electrically connected to the first leakage current induction unit (130), and an upper induction unit (142) formed on the upper outer surface of the second leakage current induction tube unit (130) and electrically connected to the lower induction unit (140).
[0063] The lower inductor part (141) is formed in a spiral shape identical to the pattern of the spiral groove formed on the inner wall (inner surface) of the first leakage current induction pipe part (110), so that when the second leakage current induction pipe part (130) is coupled to the inside of the first leakage current induction pipe part (110), the lower inductor part (141) of the second leakage current induction part (140) can be brought into close contact with the first leakage current induction part (120) and electrically connected.
[0064] Here, the lower inductive member (141) can be formed in a screw type, in which case the inner surface of the first leakage current induction member (110) can be processed with a screw tap and connected to the first leakage current induction member (120) by screwing it thereto.
[0065] The upper inductor (142) can be formed in a screw-like shape. As mentioned above, this can allow for easy coupling to a coupling target through a nut, thereby inducing leakage current.
[0066] And a hexagonal nut can be formed in the central portion of the outer surface of the second leakage current induction pipe (130). In this case, a through hole is provided in the proximal end portion of the hexagonal nut, that is, the inner side of the hexagonal nut, and the lower induction part (141) and the upper induction part (142) are connected through the through hole.
[0067] The second leakage current induction unit (140) configured as described above is configured so that when the first leakage current induction tube unit (110) and the second leakage current induction tube unit (130) are connected, the lower inductor (141) is in close contact with the first leakage current induction tube unit (130), and the leakage current generated in the first leakage current induction tube unit (110) is transmitted to the neutral line (the leakage current transmission unit of the second leakage current induction unit (140)) through the second leakage current induction tube unit (130).
[0068] Meanwhile, an automatic leakage current recovery module (200) is configured to be connected to the leakage current induction conduit according to the present invention and to automatically allow the leakage current transmitted from the leakage current induction conduit (100) to flow to the neutral line of the wire, and this automatic leakage current recovery module (200) is included in the electric shock prevention device according to the present invention.
[0069] The above leakage current automatic recovery module (200) is described in detail with reference to FIGS. 4 and 5.
[0070] FIG. 4 is a drawing showing the configuration of a leakage current induction conduit and a leakage current automatic recovery module included in an electric shock prevention device according to the present invention, and FIG. 5 is a drawing showing an embodiment of a leakage current automatic recovery module included in an electric shock prevention device according to the present invention.
[0071] The automatic leakage current recovery module (200) is a component configured to automatically cause the leakage current transmitted from the leakage current induction conduit (100) to flow to the neutral line of the wire, as shown in FIGS. 4 and 5.
[0072] In other words, the automatic leakage current recovery module (200) is a component configured to automatically recover leakage current, and is configured to automatically switch so that the neutral line (N) is connected to the leakage current shielding device section regardless of the direction in which the hot line (L) and the neutral line (N) are connected to the inlet section.
[0073] As shown in Fig. 5, the leakage current automatic recovery module (200) largely includes an inlet section (210), a constant voltage section (220), a NAND gate section (230), an AND gate section (240), an electronic switch section (250), and a display section (260).
[0074] The inlet section (210) is a component where a hot line (L) and a neutral line (N) approved from the outside are connected.
[0075] The constant voltage section (220) outputs a predetermined voltage by connecting the hot line (L) and the neutral line (N) to the ground (G) side and a zener diode (ZD), and the capacitor (C) is a component responsible for maintaining the predetermined voltage.
[0076] The NAND gate unit (230) is a component that outputs a logic value "L (Low)" to the output (4) when both the first input (1) and the second input (2) from the hot line (L) are "H (High)", and outputs a logic value "H" to the output (4) when both the first input (1) and the second input (2) from the hot line (L) are "L".
[0077] The AND gate unit (240) is a component that outputs a logic value "H" to the output (4) when both the first input (1) and the second input (2) from the hotline (L) are "H", and outputs a logic value "L" to the output (4) when both the first input (1) and the second input (2) from the hotline (L) are "L".
[0078] The electronic switch unit (250) is a component that connects the output (6) to terminal 5 when the output of the NAND gate unit (230) is “L” and the output of the AND gate unit (240) is “H”, and connects the output (6) to terminal 8 when the output of the NAND gate unit (230) is “H” and the output of the AND gate unit (240) is “L”.
[0079] The leakage current automatic recovery module (200) may further include a display unit (260), and the display unit (260) may be configured such that when the upper side is connected to the hot line (L), the upper LED (261) lights up, and when the lower side is connected to the hot line (L), the lower LED (262) lights up.
[0080] An example will be described in which the first terminal (TH21) of the inlet (210) is connected to the hot line (L) and the second terminal (TH22) is connected to the neutral line (N).
[0081] Since the first terminal (TH21) of the input section (210) is connected to the hot line (L), "H" is input to the first and second inputs (1, 2) of the NAND gate section (230), and the NAND gate section (230) outputs "L". Then, "H" is input to the first and second inputs (1, 2) of the AND gate section (240), and the AND gate section (240) outputs "H". At this time, the electronic switch section (250) connects the output (6) to terminal 5 since the output of the NAND gate section (230) is "L" and the output of the AND gate section (240) is "H".
[0082] Accordingly, the neutral line (N) connected to the second terminal (TH22) of the inlet (210) is connected to the leakage current induction conduit (100). That is, the leakage current generated in the leakage current induction conduit (100) flows toward the neutral line (N) on the power side.
[0083] Here, the terminal with the symbol FG in the leakage current induction conduit (100) is a terminal that is grounded to the ground, and the terminal with the symbol FC is a terminal that is connected to the casing of electrical equipment (streetlight pole), for example. Due to the presence of the FC terminal, even if a pedestrian touches the streetlight pole when the streetlight pole is submerged, no leakage current flows to the pedestrian's body.
[0084] Meanwhile, a shock prevention device according to the present invention, which includes the above-described leakage current induction conduit (100) and the leakage current automatic recovery module (200) and includes a leakage prevention unit (300), will be described in detail with reference to FIGS. 6 to 11.
[0085] FIG. 6 is a drawing showing some components of an electric shock prevention device according to the present invention in isolation, FIG. 7 is a drawing showing an exploded leakage prevention unit according to the present invention, and FIG. 8 is a drawing showing an application part included in the leakage prevention unit of the electric shock prevention device according to the present invention. FIG. 9 is a drawing showing an application connection part included in the leakage prevention unit of the electric shock prevention device according to the present invention, and FIG. 10 is a drawing showing an application notification part included in the leakage prevention unit of the electric shock prevention device according to the present invention, and FIG. 11 is a drawing showing an electric shock prevention part included in the leakage prevention unit of the electric shock prevention device according to the present invention.
[0086] The electric shock prevention device according to the present invention comprises: a leakage current induction conduit (100); a leakage current automatic recovery module (200) configured to automatically allow leakage current transmitted from the leakage current induction conduit (100) to flow to the neutral line of a power supply line; and a leakage prevention unit (300) that connects the neutral line of the power supply line and a power supply target and prevents leakage when submerged.
[0087] Since the leakage current induction conduit (100) and the leakage current automatic recovery module (200) have been described above, a detailed description thereof will be omitted, and the leakage prevention unit (300) will be described.
[0088] The leakage prevention unit (300) includes a housing portion (310), an application portion (320) built into the housing portion (310) and electrically connecting a wire and a power supply target (in the case of a streetlight, a lamp), a recovery portion (330) mounted on the application portion (320) and connected to the neutral line of the wire through the application portion (320) to recover leakage current, and an electric shock prevention portion (340) built into the housing portion (310), arranged to surround the application portion (320), connected to the recovery portion (330), and preventing electric shock by directing current from the application portion (320) to the recovery portion (330) when submerged.
[0089] The housing part (310) may include, for example, a lower housing part (311) and an upper housing part (312) covering an upper open area of the lower housing part (311). The lower housing part (311) may be fixedly installed on the inner wall of the power supply target.
[0090] The authorization unit (320) is mounted on the housing unit (310), and a wire and a power supply target are connected through the authorization unit (320) so that the power supply target can be operated (turned on in the case of a streetlight).
[0091] For example, the authorization unit (320) may be configured to include an authorization connection unit (321) and an authorization notification unit (322).
[0092] The power connection (321) can be configured to be connected to a wire to receive power and supply power to another power supply target.
[0093] The authorization connection unit (321) may include a connection input unit (351), a connection connection unit (352), and a connection output unit (353).
[0094] A pair of connection input sections (351) are arranged spaced apart from each other on the left and right, and a live line and a neutral line of a wire can be connected to each of them.
[0095] The connection portion (352) may be electrically connected to the connection input portion (351) at one end and to at least one of the authorization notification portion (322) and the power supply target. For example, the connection portion (352) may include a first connection portion (361) that extends laterally from the connection input portion (351) and is connected to the authorization notification portion (322), and a second connection portion (362) that extends from the first connection portion (361), passes through the authorization notification portion (322), and is connected to the upper conductor (142) of the leakage current induction conduit (100).
[0096] A pair of connection output units (353) may be connected to at least one of the connection input units (351) and the connection connection units (352). For example, the connection output units (353) may be connected to each of the connection input units (351) and may be positioned below the connection input units (351). The connection output units (353) may be connected to the output units of the wire.
[0097] Meanwhile, a connection cover (354) may cover each of the connection input portion (351) and the connection output portion (353). The connection cover (354) includes an insulating material, protects exposed wires to be connected to the connection input portion (351) and the connection output portion (353), and can guide leakage current toward the electric shock prevention portion (340).
[0098] Next, the authorization notification unit (322) can inform whether the recovery unit (330) and the wire are installed normally. For example, if the worker normally connects the recovery unit (330) to the authorization notification unit (322) and the wire to the authorization notification unit (322), the authorization notification unit (322) can inform the user of the normal installation status by sound or lighting.
[0099] The authorization notification unit (322) may include a case unit (371), a notification board unit (372), and a notification light unit (373).
[0100] The case portion (371) can be mounted on the housing portion (310). The case portion (371) can include a lower case and an upper case covering an upper open area of the lower case.
[0101] The notification board (372) is coupled to the case (371) and can be connected to the authorization connection unit (321). For example, the notification board (372) is provided with a circuit for lighting during normal operation and can be connected to the second connection unit (362). The recovery unit (330) can be electrically connected to the notification board (372). The notification board (372) can connect the recovery unit (330) and the neutral line of the wire to a circuit.
[0102] The notification light unit (373) can be turned on when the connection between the recovery unit (330) and the wire is normal. For example, the notification light unit (373) can be mounted on the notification board unit (372), and a notification switch unit (372a) can be additionally provided. Accordingly, when the recovery unit (330) and the wire are electrically connected to the notification board unit (372), even if the positions where the live line and the neutral line of the wire are connected to the connection input unit (351) change, as long as the recovery unit (330) and the neutral line remain connected to each other, the notification light unit (373) can be turned on.
[0103] The authorization notification unit (322) may further include a notification grounding unit (374). The notification grounding unit (374) may connect the notification board unit (372) and the grounding line unit (g).
