Description

electric compressor

[0001] The present invention relates to an electric compressor, and more particularly, to an electric compressor that reduces impact noise and extends the lifespan and durability of a reed valve and a retainer by alleviating impact between the reed valve and the retainer, and further reduces impact noise by applying a non-metallic material such as a composite material, synthetic resin, or reinforced plastic to the retainer and integrally injection-molding it, thereby reducing weight and reducing production costs.

[0002]

[0003] Typically, automobiles are equipped with air conditioning (A / C) systems to cool and heat the interior. These A / C systems, as a component of the cooling system, include a compressor that compresses low-temperature, low-pressure gaseous refrigerant drawn from the evaporator into high-temperature, high-pressure gaseous refrigerant and sends it to the condenser.

[0004] Compressors can be divided into reciprocating types, which compress refrigerant through the reciprocating motion of a piston, and rotary types, which compress through a rotary motion. Reciprocating types, depending on the method of transmission of the drive source, include crank types, which transmit refrigerant to multiple pistons using a crank, and swash plate types, which transmit refrigerant through a rotating shaft with a swash plate installed. Rotary types include vane rotary types, which use a rotating rotary shaft and vanes, and scroll types, which use an orbiting scroll and a fixed scroll.

[0005] Scroll compressors are widely used for refrigerant compression in air conditioning systems because they can achieve a relatively high compression ratio compared to other types of compressors, and because the suction, compression, and discharge cycles of the refrigerant are smoothly connected to obtain stable torque.

[0006] Scroll compressors may be implemented as electric compressors, in which case they may be named electric compressors and fall under the category of scroll compressors.

[0007] In the case of an electric scroll compressor (hereinafter referred to as an electric compressor), the refrigerant is compressed through the interaction between an orbiting scroll and a fixed scroll. At this time, the orbiting scroll is connected to an eccentric bush located at the end of a drive shaft connected to a motor, and as the drive shaft rotates, the rotational force transmitted by the eccentric bush forms a compression region with the fixed scroll. The compressed refrigerant is then discharged through a discharge port formed in the fixed scroll.

[0008] Recently, as electric vehicles powered by secondary batteries have become more widespread, electric compressors are becoming more preferred.

[0009]

[0010] Meanwhile, referring to FIGS. 1 to 2a, a conventional electric compressor is disclosed, comprising a fixed scroll (40), a reed valve (20), and a retainer (30). Although not shown in the drawing, a plurality of spiral scrolls are formed inside the fixed scroll (40), which are interlocked with an orbiting scroll (not shown) to compress the refrigerant.

[0011] The compressed refrigerant is discharged through a discharge port (not shown), but before the refrigerant compression level of the rotating scroll and the fixed scroll (40) reaches a certain pressure, the reed valve (20) closes the discharge port as shown in Fig. 1, so the refrigerant is not discharged.

[0012] Afterwards, when the orbiting scroll and the fixed scroll (40) compress the refrigerant and reach a certain pressure, the reed valve (20) is pushed to the rear of the fixed scroll (40) by the pressure, the discharge port is opened, and the refrigerant is discharged. The reed valve (20) is placed at the rear of the fixed scroll (40) to discharge the refrigerant and prevent backflow.

[0013] At this time, the body (31) of the retainer (30) is fixed to the rear of the fixed scroll (40) by a fastening bolt (10) as disclosed in FIG. 1 and FIG. 2a, a plurality of arms (32) are extended, and a head (33) is formed at the end of the plurality of arms (32).

[0014] Referring to Fig. 2c, the contact surface (33a) of each head (33) has a shape corresponding to the reed valve (20), and when the reed valve (20) is pushed to the rear of the fixed scroll (40), the opening range of the reed valve (20) is limited.

[0015] However, since the reed valve (20) is momentarily pushed out by high pressure, the reed valve (20) strongly hits the head (33) of the retainer (30). This causes damage to both the reed valve (20) and the retainer (30) and generates a hitting noise.

[0016]

[0017] Meanwhile, conventional retainers (30) are manufactured by pressing and bending using rolled steel plates made by cold rolling hot-rolled steel plates at room temperature. Accordingly, conventional retainers (30) are heavy and have a hard surface, which is disadvantageous for impact noise.

[0018] In addition, a spring back phenomenon occurs due to bending, etc. during manufacturing, making it difficult for the contact surface of the reed valve (20) to maintain a geometric surface outline.

[0019] Accordingly, when the reed valve (20) strikes the metal retainer (30) during operation of the electric compressor, the striking noise is loud and the fatigue strength of the reed valve (20) and retainer (30) is reduced due to surface tension.

[0020]

[0021] The present invention has been made to solve the problems in the related technical field as described above, and the purpose of the present invention is to provide an electric compressor that reduces impact between a reed valve and a retainer, thereby extending the lifespan and increasing durability of the reed valve and retainer, and reducing impact noise, and further reduces weight and production costs by applying a non-metallic material such as a composite material, synthetic resin, or reinforced plastic to the retainer and integrally injection-molding it.

[0022]

[0023] The present invention for achieving the above objects relates to an electric compressor, comprising: a driving unit for generating power; a compression mechanism including an orbiting scroll and a fixed scroll that is engaged with the orbiting scroll and compresses refrigerant; a rotating shaft that rotates to receive power from the driving unit and transmit it to the compression mechanism; a discharge port formed in the fixed scroll and through which refrigerant is discharged; a reed valve disposed in the fixed scroll and opening and closing the discharge port; and a retainer member disposed in the fixed scroll and limiting an opening range of the reed valve; wherein the retainer member may be made of a non-metallic material.

[0024] Additionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the retainer member may be made of one or more materials selected from composite materials, synthetic resins, and reinforced plastics and may be injection-molded.

[0025] In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, the retainer member may include: a body part; a fixing part formed on one side of the body part and fixing the body part to the fixed scroll by a fastening part; an arm part connected to the other side of the body part and formed to bend in the opposite direction of the reed valve; and a head part arranged at an end of the arm part and limiting an opening range of the reed valve.

[0026] In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, the retainer member may further include a reinforcing means that is integrally injection-molded with the body part, the arm part, and the head part, and protrudes in the opposite direction of the reed valve from the body part, the arm part, and the head part.

[0027] Additionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing means may be in the form of a reinforcing block protruding in the opposite direction of the reed valve from the body portion, the arm portion, and the head portion.

[0028] Additionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing means may protrude from an area of the body portion other than the seat area of the fastening member.

[0029] Additionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing block may have an interference avoidance groove formed so as not to interfere when the fastening member is fastened.

[0030] In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing means may include a body reinforcing wall formed along the outer circumference of the body portion and protruding in the opposite direction of the reed valve; a female reinforcing wall formed along the outer circumference of the female portion and protruding in the opposite direction of the reed valve; and a head reinforcing wall formed along the outer circumference of the head portion and protruding in the opposite direction of the reed valve.

[0031] Additionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the inner side of the body reinforcement wall, the arm reinforcement wall, and the head reinforcement wall may be formed with a receiving portion that forms the same plane as the body portion.

[0032] In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, in order to prevent interference when the fastening member is fastened, the body reinforcing wall may have both ends open in an area corresponding to the seat area of the fastening member in the body portion.

[0033] Additionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the reinforcing means may have a thickness that increases from the head portion toward the body portion.

[0034] In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, a shock absorbing means for reducing a shock between the head portion and the reed valve is further included, wherein the shock absorbing means is a concave groove or engraved line formed concavely on the inside of the head portion, and the concave groove or engraved line can reduce a contact area between the head portion and the reed valve to reduce a shock.

[0035] In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, the retainer member further includes an oil storage means formed on a surface of the female portion facing the reed valve and temporarily storing oil; the oil storage means forms an oil film on the surface of the female portion to mitigate impact between the female portion and the reed valve.

[0036] Additionally, in an embodiment of the present invention, the oil storage means may be in the form of an oil storage groove that is arranged along the longitudinal direction of the dark portion and is concavely formed on the inside of the dark portion.

[0037] In addition, in an embodiment of the present invention, the oil storage means is connected to the concave groove, and a portion of the oil stored in the oil storage means flows into the concave groove, forms an oil film on the surface of the head portion, and can alleviate impact between the head portion and the reed valve.

[0038]

[0039] According to the present invention, by alleviating the impact between the reed valve and the retainer, the fatigue strength of the reed valve and the retainer can be maintained, the lifespan can be extended, durability can be increased, and impact noise can be reduced.

[0040] In addition, by applying a non-metallic material and integrally injection molding, a geometric surface outline can be formed on the striking surface with the reed valve, thereby evenly distributing the striking force and increasing durability.

[0041] In addition, by applying non-metallic materials such as composites, synthetic resins, and reinforced plastics to the retainer and integrally injection molding it, impact noise can be reduced, the weight of the electric compressor can be reduced, and production costs can be reduced.

[0069]

[0070] First, with reference to FIG. 3, let us examine the structure of an electric compressor or scroll compressor to which the present invention is applied.

[0071] Referring to FIG. 3, an electric compressor or scroll compressor to which the present invention is applied may include a casing (110), a driving unit (120) that generates driving force inside the casing (110), a rotating shaft (130) that is rotated by the driving unit (120), and a compression mechanism (140) that is driven by the rotating shaft (130) to compress refrigerant.

[0072] The casing (110) may include a first housing (111) that accommodates the driving unit (120), a second housing (112) that accommodates an inverter (150) that controls the driving unit (120), a center head (190) that partitions the driving unit (120) and the compression mechanism (140), a compression mechanism (140) that includes a rotating scroll (142) coupled to a rotating shaft (130) that passes through the center head (190) and a fixed scroll (141) that compresses refrigerant by engaging the rotating scroll (142), and a third housing (113) that is coupled to the fixed scroll (141) of the compression mechanism (140) and forms a discharge chamber (F).

[0073] The first housing (111) includes an annular wall (111a), a first partition wall (111b) covering one end of the annular wall (111a), and the annular wall (111a), and the annular wall (111a), the first partition wall (111b), and the center head (190) can form a driving unit receiving space in which the driving unit (120) is received.

[0074] The second housing (112) can be coupled to the first bulkhead (111b) side to form an inverter receiving space in which the inverter (150) is received.

[0075] The above third housing (113) can be coupled to the fixed scroll (141) of the compression mechanism (140) to form a discharge chamber (F).

[0076] Here, the center head (190) divides the driving unit (120) and the compression mechanism (140), and an axial hole (190a) through which a rotation shaft (130) that links the driving unit (120) and the compression mechanism (140) passes may be formed on the center side of the center head (190).

[0077] Meanwhile, the rotary scroll (142) of the compression mechanism (140) may be connected to a rotary shaft (130) penetrating the center head (190) by an eccentric bush (149), and the third housing (113) may be fastened to the fixed scroll (141). However, this is not limited to the third housing (113), and the third housing (113) may accommodate the compression mechanism (140) and be fastened to the center head (190).

[0078] The above driving unit (120) may include a stator (121) fixed to the first housing (111) and a rotor (122) that rotates by interaction with the stator (121) inside the stator (121).

[0079] The above rotational axis (130) may penetrate the center of the rotor (122), and one end (130a) of the rotational axis (130) may protrude toward the first partition wall (111b) with respect to the rotor (122), and the other end (130b) of the rotational axis (130) may protrude toward the center head (190) with respect to the rotor (122).

[0080] One end (130a) of the above rotational shaft (130) can be rotatably supported by a first bearing (171) provided on the center side of the first bulkhead (111b).

[0081] Here, a first support groove (111d) into which the first bearing (171) and one end of the rotation shaft (130) are inserted is formed on the center side of the first bulkhead (111b), and the first bearing (171) can be interposed between the first support groove (111d) and one end (130a) of the rotation shaft (130).

[0082] The other end (130b) of the above-mentioned rotary shaft (130) can be connected to the compression mechanism (140) by an eccentric bush (149) through the shaft hole (190a) of the center head (190).

[0083] In addition, the eccentric bush (149) can be rotatably supported on the third bearing (173) provided in the compression mechanism (140). And, in conjunction with the third bearing (173), it transmits rotational force to the rotating scroll (142).

[0084] Here, a second support groove (192) in which the second bearing (172) is placed is formed in the shaft hole (190a) of the center head (190), and the second bearing (172) can be interposed between the second support groove (192) and the rotation shaft (130).

[0085] And, the third bearing (173) can be interposed between the rotating scroll (142) and the eccentric bush (149).

[0086] The above compression mechanism (140) may include a fixed scroll (141) positioned on the opposite side of the driving unit (120) with respect to the center head (190) and a rotating scroll (142) that is engaged with the fixed scroll (141) to form a compression chamber (C) and rotates by the rotating shaft (130).

[0087] The above fixed scroll (141) may include a fixed plate portion (141a) in the shape of a disk and a fixed wrap (141c) that protrudes from a compression surface (141b) of the fixed plate portion (141a) and engages with the rotating scroll (142).

[0088] A discharge port (141d) may be formed on the center side of the fixed plate portion (141a) to discharge the refrigerant compressed in the compression chamber by penetrating the fixed plate portion (141a). Here, the discharge port (141d) may be communicated with a discharge space formed between the fixed scroll (141) and the third housing (113).

[0089] The above-described rotary scroll (142) may include a circular rotary plate portion (142a) and a rotary wrap (142c) that protrudes from a compression surface (142b) of the rotary plate portion (142a) and engages with the fixed scroll (141). In addition, the above-described rotary scroll (142) may include a boss portion (142e) to which the eccentric bush (149) is coupled.

[0090] A scroll compressor according to this configuration can transmit rotational force to the orbiting scroll (142) when power is applied to the driving unit (120) so that the rotating shaft (130) rotates together with the rotor (122). Then, the orbiting scroll (142) performs a rotational movement by the rotating shaft (130), so that the compression chamber (C) can continuously move toward the center and reduce its volume. Then, the refrigerant can be introduced into the driving unit receiving space through the refrigerant inlet (not shown) formed in the annular wall (111a) of the first housing (111). Then, the refrigerant in the driving unit receiving space can be sucked into the compression chamber (C) through the refrigerant passage hole (not shown) formed in the center head (190). Then, the refrigerant sucked into the compression chamber (C) can be compressed and discharged into the discharge space through the discharge port (141d) while moving toward the center along the movement path of the compression chamber (C). The refrigerant discharged into the discharge space is discharged to the outside of the scroll compressor through the refrigerant discharge port formed in the third housing (113), and a series of processes are repeated.

[0091] In this process, the rotary shaft (130) is rotatably supported by the first bearing (171) and the second bearing (172), and the orbiting scroll (142) is rotatably supported with respect to the rotary shaft (130) by the third bearing (173). The third bearing (173) may be formed as a bearing (173) different from the first bearing (171) and the second bearing (172) in order to reduce the weight and size of the assembly (hereinafter, the orbiting body) of the third bearing (173) and the orbiting scroll (142).

[0092] Specifically, the first bearing (171) and the second bearing (172) fixed to the casing (110) may each be formed as ball bearings to minimize friction loss.

[0093] On the other hand, the third bearing (173), which is proportional to the weight and size of the rotating body as it rotates together with the rotating scroll (142), may be formed of a needle roller bearing or a slide bush bearing, which is smaller in weight and size and cheaper than a ball bearing. In addition, the third bearing (173) may be press-fitted into the boss portion (142e) of the rotating scroll with a predetermined press force.

[0094]

[0095] Meanwhile, one side of the reed valve (181) can be fixed to the fixed scroll (141) by a fastening member (183), and the other side of the reed valve (181) can move in an unfixed state to open and close the discharge port (141d). Before the refrigerant compression degree of the orbiting scroll (142) and the fixed scroll (141) reaches a specific pressure, the reed valve (181) closes the discharge port (141d), and thus the discharge port (141d) is not opened, so the refrigerant is not discharged from the compression chamber (C) to the discharge chamber (F).

[0096] Afterwards, when the refrigerant compression level reaches a certain pressure, the refrigerant pushes the reed valve (181) due to the pressure, and the discharge port (141d) opens, causing the refrigerant to be discharged from the compression chamber (C) to the discharge chamber (F).

[0097] A retainer member (200) can be placed on the fixed scroll (141) and can limit the opening range of the reed valve (181). The reed valve (181) is momentarily pushed toward the rear of the fixed scroll (141) by the pressure of the refrigerant, and at this time, the retainer member (200) comes into contact with the reed valve (181) to prevent excessive bending of the reed valve (181).

[0098]

[0099] The retainer member (200) according to an embodiment of the present invention may be composed of a non-metallic material.

[0100] At this time, the material of the retainer member (200) may be composed of one or more materials of composite material, synthetic resin, and reinforced plastic.

[0101] Here, a composite can be a mixed material that combines two or more materials to improve the overall material properties. For example, it can be a composite material processed with high-strength fiber materials such as glass fiber, carbon fiber, or aramid fiber and plastic, and various other materials can be added. Furthermore, synthetic resins can be synthetic polymers such as PC, acetal, MC nylon, PP, PEEK, ABS, PEI, etc., and can include both thermoplastic and thermosetting resins. Furthermore, reinforced plastics can be plastics made stronger by adding reinforcing materials such as glass fibers to unsaturated polyester resins, and various other materials can be added.

[0102] The retainer member (200) according to an embodiment of the present invention uses the non-metallic material described above instead of the metallic material, thereby reducing the weight of the electric compressor (100) and reducing the production cost. In addition, the impact noise when striking the metallic reed valve (181) can be reduced, damage to the surface of the reed valve (181) can be mitigated, and thus the fatigue strength of the retainer member (200) can be prevented from being reduced.

[0103]

[0104] Meanwhile, FIGS. 4A and 4B disclose one form of a first embodiment of a retainer member (200). FIGS. 4A and 4B disclose a surface of the retainer member (200) facing the reed valve (181).

[0105] One form of the first embodiment of the retainer member (200) may include a body portion (210), a fixed portion (220), an arm portion (230), a head portion (240), a shock absorbing means (250), and an oil storage means (260).

[0106] The body part (210) may be a flat plate shape to which a plurality of female parts (230) are connected.

[0107] The fixed portion (220) may be formed on one side of the body portion (210) and may be in the form of a through hole. A fastening member (183), such as a bolt, may pass through the fixed portion (220) and be fastened to the rear of the fixed scroll (141), thereby fixing the body portion (210) to the rear of the fixed scroll (141).

[0108] The arm portion (230) may be in the form of a beam connected to the other side of the body portion (210) and may be formed to bend in the opposite direction of the reed valve (181). In the embodiment of the present invention, three arm portions (230) may be provided, but this is not necessarily limited to the number and may vary depending on the number of reed valves (181).

[0109] The head portion (240) may be arranged at the end of the arm portion (230), and the shape of the head portion (240) may correspond to the shape of the reed valve (181). In the embodiment of the present invention, since the end of the reed valve (181) that opens and closes the discharge port (141d) has a circular plate shape, the head portion (240) may have a circular plate shape. When the reed valve (181) is opened by the refrigerant discharged from the discharge port (141d), the head portion (240) may support the reed valve (181) and limit the opening range of the reed valve (181).

[0110] The impact mitigation means (250) can be formed in the head portion (240) and can mitigate the impact between the head portion (240) and the reed valve (181).

[0111] In the first embodiment of the retainer member (200), the impact mitigation means (250) may be in the form of a concave groove (251) formed concavely on the inside of the head portion (240). In the embodiment of the present invention, the concave groove (251) may be in the form of a circular groove corresponding to the shape of the head portion (240) and may be formed in the central portion of the head portion (240).

[0112] These concave grooves (251) can reduce the impact area between the head portion (240) and the reed valve (181), thereby mitigating the impact. Referring to Fig. 4a, since the contact surface (241) of the head portion (240) is reduced by the area of the concave grooves (251), the overall impact area is reduced.

[0113] That is, the reed valve (181) is momentarily opened by the high-pressure refrigerant discharged from the discharge port (141d) and strikes the head portion (240). At this time, since the reed valve (181) does not strike the head portion (240) by an area equal to the area of the concave groove (251), the impact force on the reed valve (181) and the head portion (240) is mitigated. This can reduce the impact noise and increase the durability and service life between the reed valve (181) and the head portion (240).

[0114] In addition, the contact surface (241) of the head portion (240) can be easily formed with a geometric surface outline by applying a non-metallic material and injection molding, so that the contact surface with the reed valve (181) can be relatively evenly distributed. That is, by making the entire contact surface (241) come into contact with the reed valve (181), only a specific portion of the contact surface (241) comes into contact with the reed valve (181), thereby preventing impact from being concentrated on a specific portion. Since the entire contact surface (241) according to the embodiment of the present invention can evenly come into contact with the reed valve (181), the impact force is dispersed and the durability is expected to increase.

[0115] Conventional retainers use metal materials, so there is a limitation in that the striking surface cannot be brought into uniform contact with the reed valve due to the spring back phenomenon during the bending process. The present invention improves this problem.

[0116] Meanwhile, although not illustrated in the drawing, a plurality of concave grooves (251) may be formed on the contact surface (241) of the head portion (240). For example, they may be formed on the contact surface (241) of the head portion (240) in a structure similar to embossing or a plurality of grooves formed on the surface of a golf ball. This structure can also reduce the contact area between the reed valve and the head portion, thereby reducing damage from impact.

[0117] The oil storage means (260) may be formed on the surface of the female part (230) facing the reed valve (181) and may temporarily store oil. Here, the oil storage means (260) may be arranged along the longitudinal direction of the female part (230) and may be in the form of an oil storage groove concavely formed on the inside of the female part (230).

[0118] By this structure, the oil stored in the oil storage means (260) can flow to and cover not only the oil storage groove but also the surface of the arm portion (230), thereby forming an oil film on the surface of the arm portion (230). The oil film can mitigate the impact between the arm portion (230) and the reed valve (181). In other words, the soft oil film can absorb the impact, mitigate the impact damage to the arm portion (230) and the reed valve (181), and extend the service life. In addition, since the oil, which is a fluid, absorbs some of the impact noise, the overall impact noise can be reduced.

[0119] Meanwhile, in the first embodiment of the retainer member (200), the oil-promoting means can be connected to the concave groove (251), and oil stored in the oil storage means (260) can flow into the concave groove (251). The oil flowing into the concave groove (251) can flow to cover not only the concave groove (251) but also the surface of the head portion (240), and form an oil film on the surface of the head portion (240).

[0120] Accordingly, the impact between the head portion (240) and the reed valve (181) can be mitigated. That is, the soft oil film absorbs the impact, mitigating impact damage to the head portion (240) and the reed valve (181) and extending its service life. In addition, since the fluid oil absorbs some of the impact noise, the overall impact noise can be reduced.

[0121] That is, the impact damage to the retainer member (200) and the reed valve (181) can be mitigated by the impact mitigation means (250) and the oil storage means (260), and the maintenance period and cost can be improved. In addition, since the impact noise is reduced, it can also contribute to the comfort of the driver.

[0122]

[0123] Meanwhile, FIGS. 5A and 5B disclose another form of the first embodiment of the retainer member (200). FIGS. 5A and 5B disclose a surface of the retainer member (200) that does not face the reed valve (181). Accordingly, the aforementioned impact mitigation means (250) and oil storage means (260) can be arranged on the opposite surface facing the reed valve (181).

[0124] Another form of the first embodiment of the retainer member (200) may be formed such that the body portion (210), the arm portion (230), and the head portion (240) are formed to be thicker than the form of the first embodiment.

[0125] By the above-described impact mitigation means (250) and oil storage means (260), impact damage between the retainer member (200) and the reed valve (181) is mitigated, and the durability of the retainer member (200) and the reed valve (181) is improved. In another form of the first embodiment, by forming the body portion (210), the arm portion (230), and the head portion (240) thicker, the durability of the retainer member (200) can be further increased.

[0126]

[0127] Meanwhile, a second embodiment of a retainer member (200) is disclosed in FIGS. 6A and 6B. FIGS. 6A and 6B disclose a surface of the retainer member (200) that does not face the reed valve (181). Accordingly, the impact mitigation means (250) and the oil storage means (260) described above may be arranged on the opposite surface of the retainer member (200) that faces the reed valve (181). For a description of the impact mitigation means (250) and the oil storage means (260), refer to the first embodiment.

[0128] A second embodiment of the retainer member (200) may include a body portion (210), a fixing portion (220), an arm portion (230), a head portion (240), and a reinforcing means (270). Since the body portion (210), the fixing portion (220), the arm portion (230), and the head portion (240) are the same as those of the first embodiment, the reinforcing means (270) will be described below.

[0129] The reinforcing means (270) can be integrally injection-molded with the body part (210), the arm part (230), and the head part (240), and can increase the thickness of the body part (210), the arm part (230), and the head part (240). At this time, the reinforcing means (270) can be in the form of a reinforcing block (271) that protrudes in the opposite direction of the reed valve (181) from the body part (210), the arm part (230), and the head part (240). In addition, the reinforcing means (270) can be in a form in which the thickness gradually increases from the head part (240) toward the body part (210).

[0130] Here, the fixed part (220) formed on one side of the body part (210) must be fastened with a fastening member (183) such as a bolt, so it may exist in the form of a thin plate without a reinforcing means (270) formed thereon.

[0131] Specifically, a seating area (221) is formed around the perimeter of the fixed portion (220) on which the head of the fastening member (183) is seated. In the present invention, the fastening member (183) may be a bolt, and in this case, a seating area (221) on which the head of the bolt can be sufficiently seated may be formed.

[0132] Accordingly, when the fastening member (183) is fastened to the fixed member (220), the reinforcing block (271) is not formed in the seat area (221) so as not to interfere with the fastening of the fastening member (183).

[0133] Additionally, an interference avoidance groove (271a) that is concave and curved inward may be formed on the surface of the reinforcing block (271) facing the fixed portion (220). This is to prevent the head of the fastening member (183) from interfering with the reinforcing block (271).

[0134] As the thickness of the body part (210), the arm part (230) and the head part (240) increases by the reinforcing means (270), durability is increased, and even when the reed valve (181) is opened and the arm part (230) and the head part (240) are struck, impact damage can be reduced.

[0135] As described above, since the impact mitigation means (250) and the oil storage means (260) are arranged on the surface facing the reed valve (181) in the arm portion (230) and the head portion (240), the impact mitigation through the impact mitigation means (250) and the oil storage means (260) is combined with the impact mitigation due to the increase in durability itself, thereby improving the service life of the retainer member (200).

[0136]

[0137] Meanwhile, a third embodiment of a retainer member (200) is disclosed in FIGS. 7A and 7B. FIGS. 7A and 7B disclose a surface of the retainer member (200) that does not face the reed valve (181). Accordingly, the impact mitigation means (250) and the oil storage means (260) described above may be arranged on the opposite surface of the retainer member (200) that faces the reed valve (181). For a description of the impact mitigation means (250) and the oil storage means (260), refer to the first embodiment.

[0138] A third embodiment of the retainer member (200) may include a body portion (210), a fixing portion (220), an arm portion (230), a head portion (240), and a reinforcing means (270). Since the body portion (210), the fixing portion (220), the arm portion (230), and the head portion (240) are the same as those of the first embodiment, the reinforcing means (270) will be described below.

[0139] The reinforcing means (270) can be integrally injection-molded with the body part (210), the arm part (230), and the head part (240), and can increase the thickness of the body part (210), the arm part (230), and the head part (240). At this time, the reinforcing means (270) can protrude in the opposite direction of the reed valve (181) from the body part (210), the arm part (230), and the head part (240). In addition, the reinforcing means (270) can be of a form in which the thickness gradually increases from the head part (240) toward the body part (210).

[0140] Here, the fixed part (220) formed on one side of the body part (210) must be fastened with a fastening member (183) such as a bolt, so it may exist in the form of a thin plate without a reinforcing means (270) formed thereon.

[0141] The reinforcing means (270) according to the third embodiment of the retainer may include a body reinforcing wall (273), an arm reinforcing wall (274), and a head reinforcing wall (275).

[0142] The body reinforcement wall (273) is formed along the outer perimeter of the body portion (210) and can protrude in the opposite direction of the reed valve (181).

[0143] The arm reinforcement wall (274) is formed along the outer perimeter of the arm portion (230) and can protrude in the opposite direction of the reed valve (181).

[0144] The head reinforcement wall (275) is formed along the outer perimeter of the head portion (240) and can protrude in the opposite direction of the reed valve (181).

[0145] Meanwhile, a seating area (221) is formed around the perimeter of the fixed part (220) on which the head of the fastening member (183) is seated. In the present invention, the fastening member (183) may be a bolt, and in this case, a seating area (221) on which the head of the bolt can be sufficiently seated may be formed.

[0146] At this time, when the fastening member (183) is fastened to the fixed part (220), both ends (273a) of the body reinforcement wall (273) are open at a portion corresponding to the seat area (221) so that the body reinforcement wall (273) does not interfere with the fastening of the fastening member (183). This open structure allows the fastening member (183) such as a bolt to be smoothly fastened to the fixed part (220).

[0147] And, on the rear side of the body part (210), the arm part (230) and the head part (240), a receiving part (277) can be formed concavely inwardly and surrounded by the body reinforcing wall (273), the arm reinforcing wall (274) and the head reinforcing wall (275). The receiving part (277) can form the same plane as the body part (210) on the inner side of the body reinforcing wall (273), the arm reinforcing wall (274) and the head reinforcing wall (275).

[0148] The receiving portion (277) can reduce the weight of the retainer member (200).

[0149] In addition, the receiving portion (277) can increase the volume of the discharge chamber (F). Referring to FIG. 3, the retainer member (200) is located in the discharge chamber (F), and as the volume of the retainer member (200) increases, the volume of the discharge chamber (F) decreases accordingly. If the volume of the discharge chamber (F) decreases, the discharge capacity decreases, which may cause problems such as a decrease in compressor performance and worsening of pulsation noise.

[0150] Accordingly, as the receiving portion (277) is formed, unnecessary increase in the volume of the retainer member (200) is prevented, and a volume capable of receiving the discharged refrigerant is provided inside the receiving portion (277), thereby preventing the performance of the compressor, generation of pulsation noise, etc.

[0151] As the outer thickness of the body part (210), arm part (230) and head part (240) is increased by the reinforcing means (270), durability is increased, and even when the reed valve (181) is opened and the arm part (230) and head part (240) are struck, impact damage can be reduced.

[0152] That is, in the third embodiment of the retainer member (200), a reinforcing means (270) is arranged around the outer perimeter of the body part (210), the arm part (230), and the head part (240) to increase durability, and at the same time, a receiving part (277) is formed on the rear side to reduce weight and lower production costs despite increased durability.

[0153] In addition, as described above, since the impact mitigation means (250) and the oil storage means (260) are arranged on the surface facing the reed valve (181) in the arm portion (230) and the head portion (240), the impact mitigation through the impact mitigation means (250) and the oil storage means (260) is combined with the impact mitigation due to the increase in durability itself, thereby improving the service life of the retainer member (200).

[0154]

[0155] Meanwhile, various forms of the impact mitigation means (250) are disclosed in FIGS. 8a to 8c.

[0156] Referring to FIG. 8A, the first form of the impact mitigation means (250) is a negative line (253) formed to be recessed into the inside of the head portion (240), and in the embodiment of the present invention, it may be in the form of a circular groove (254) corresponding to the shape of the head portion (240). This negative line (253) can reduce the contact area between the head portion (240) and the reed valve (182), thereby mitigating the impact. That is, since the contact surface portion (241) of the head portion (240) is reduced by the area of the negative line (253), the impact area with the reed valve (181) is also reduced. As described above, as the impact area is reduced, the impact damage between the reed valve (181) and the retainer member (200) is reduced, so that the durability and service life of the reed valve (181) and the retainer member (200) are improved, and the impact noise is expected to be reduced.

[0157] Referring to Fig. 8b, the second form of the impact mitigation means (250) may be a concave groove (251) that is formed to be sunken inwardly into the head portion (240). This is formed with a larger area than the concave groove (251) described in the first embodiment of the retainer member (200), and accordingly, the contact surface (241) of the head portion (240) may be made smaller, thereby reducing the impact area of the reed valve (181).

[0158] Accordingly, the impact damage between the reed valve (181) and the retainer member (200) is reduced, so that the durability and service life of the reed valve (181) and the retainer member (200) are improved, and the impact noise is expected to be reduced.

[0159] Referring to Fig. 8c, the third form of the impact mitigation means (250) is a negative line (253) formed to be sunken into the inside of the head portion (240), and may be in the form of a pair of semicircular grooves (255a, 255b) arranged at opposite positions on the central side of the head portion (240). That is, a pair of semicircular grooves (255a, 255b) are formed spaced apart from each other at the upper and lower portions of the contact surface portion (241), and the pair of semicircular grooves (255a, 255b) are arranged in a shape opposite to each other, so that the overall arrangement can be close to a circle.

[0160] This engraved line (253) can reduce the contact area between the head portion (240) and the reed valve (182) and thereby mitigate the impact. That is, since the contact surface portion (241) of the head portion (240) is reduced by the area of the engraved line (253), the impact area with the reed valve (181) is also reduced. As described above, due to this reduction in the impact area, the impact damage between the reed valve (181) and the retainer member (200) is reduced, so that the durability and service life of the reed valve (181) and the retainer member (200) are improved, and the impact noise is expected to be reduced.

[0161]

[0162] The present invention can maintain the fatigue strength of the reed valve (181) and the retainer member (200), extend the lifespan and increase durability, and reduce impact noise by alleviating the impact between the reed valve (181) and the retainer member (200) through the above-described configuration. In addition, by applying a non-metallic material such as a composite material, synthetic resin, or reinforced plastic to the retainer member (200) and integrally injection-molding it, it is expected that the impact noise will be reduced and the weight of the electric compressor (100) will be reduced and the production cost will be reduced.

[0163] The above merely illustrates a specific embodiment of an electric compressor.

[0164] Accordingly, it is to be made clear that a person having ordinary skill in the art can easily understand that the present invention can be substituted and modified in various forms without departing from the spirit of the present invention described in the claims below.
