Abstract
Description
Garment processing equipment
[0001] The present invention relates to a clothing treatment device.
[0002] Typically, a garment treatment device is equipped to perform at least one of a washing cycle to remove foreign substances from garments and a drying cycle to remove moisture from garments.
[0003] In particular, the garment treatment device that performs the drying cycle is equipped with a front-loading type with an opening located at the front to supply hot air evenly to the entire garment. This garment treatment device is equipped with a door that opens and closes the opening to prevent garments or water from being discharged through the opening. However, when a large amount of garments are contained or the drum rotates rapidly, there is a problem in that the door may be opened arbitrarily due to strong water pressure, etc.
[0004] To prevent this, conventional clothing treatment devices have a locking part that selectively locks the door to a cabinet having an opening to prevent it from being opened arbitrarily.
[0005] However, since the locking member is detachably coupled to the door even when the door is unlocked, there was a problem in that the door could not easily open the opening due to the locking member. Accordingly, the user of the conventional garment treatment device had to apply a strong external force, such as pulling the door away from the opening, to open the opening.
[0006] These conventional garment handling devices had a problem in that the door could not be easily opened when the user was unable to grasp the door, such as when holding laundry with both hands. Consequently, the user had to place the item somewhere else, grasp the door to open it, and then pick up the item again, which was a hassle.
[0007] In particular, in the case of these front-load type washing machines, the opening is positioned lower than the user's waist, which has been a problem in that it puts a strain on the user's waist or knees when placing items or pulling the door.
[0008] Recently, a garment handling device has emerged that features a transparent material on the front of the door, eliminating the plastic from the surface. (See Korean Patent Publication No. 10-2018-0090005.)
[0009] In the case of the above door, if the user is equipped to open it, there is also a problem that fingerprints may appear on the front of the door or the front of the door may become contaminated, thereby reducing the aesthetic appeal.
[0010] The present invention aims to provide a garment treatment device in which the door of the garment treatment device can be opened without pulling the door outside the opening.
[0011] The present invention aims to provide a clothing treatment device in which the door can be opened by touching only a part of the body without the user having to grab the door with his or her hand.
[0012] The present invention aims to provide a clothing treatment device capable of opening an opening of a door by a user simply pressing the door.
[0013] The present invention aims to provide a garment treatment device having two or more methods for opening the door.
[0014] In order to solve the above-described problem, the present invention provides a garment treatment device including a locking unit provided in a cabinet to selectively lock the door to the cabinet, and a sensing unit provided in the door to receive an opening command for the door to open the opening.
[0015] The above locking unit can be controlled to unlock the door when the sensing unit receives the opening command.
[0016] The locking member may be configured to sequentially lock or unlock the door each time the door is pressed toward the opening.
[0017] The above sensing unit may be equipped with a touch panel.
[0018] The above locking portion may be placed on the other side of the opening facing the hinge portion.
[0019] The sensing unit may be provided on the surface of the door, and may be positioned above the hinge unit and the lock unit.
[0020] The sensing unit may be positioned closer to the locking unit than to the hinge unit.
[0021] The sensing unit may be positioned at an upper distance of 90 degrees or more from the hinge unit based on the center of the door, and may be positioned at an upper distance of less than 90 degrees from the lock unit.
[0022] The above sensing unit may be positioned closer to the outer circumference of the door than the center of the door.
[0023] The clothing treatment device of the present invention further includes a first cable connecting a sensing unit and a control panel, and the first cable may be provided to connect the sensing unit and the control panel through the hinge unit.
[0024] A second cable connecting the control panel and the locking unit may be further included.
[0025] The hinge portion may include a mounting portion that is coupled to the cabinet and supports the door, a connecting portion that is rotatably coupled to the mounting portion on one side and coupled to the door on the other side to guide the rotation of the door, and a stopper that is coupled to the connecting portion on one side and coupled to the door on the other side to limit the rotation angle of the door.
[0026] The garment treatment device of the present invention may further include an elastic member that is coupled to the connecting member and the mounting member to adjust the rotation angle of the connecting member and thereby limit the rotation angle of the door.
[0027] At least one of the above mounting portion and the above connecting portion may each include a guide groove for receiving and installing the first cable.
[0028] The drum may further include a driving unit configured to rotate the drum, and the sensing unit may be controlled to deactivate the input of the opening command when the driving unit is operated.
[0029] The above sensing unit can be controlled to deactivate receiving the opening command when the water supply valve is opened.
[0030] The device may further include an execution unit that is positioned above the opening and receives an execution command for executing a course for processing the clothing, and the locking unit may be provided so that when the execution unit is input, the locking unit maintains the lock of the door even when the sensing unit receives the opening command.
[0031] The present invention has the effect of opening the door of a clothing treatment device without having to pull the door out of the opening.
[0032] The present invention has the effect of opening the door by touching only a part of the body without the user grabbing the door with his / her hand.
[0033] The present invention has the effect of opening the door by simply pressing the door.
[0034] The present invention has two or more methods for opening the door, so that even if one method is not possible, the door can be opened using another method.

[0053] Hereinafter, embodiments disclosed in this specification will be described in detail with reference to the attached drawings. In this specification, identical or similar components are given identical or similar reference numerals even in different embodiments, and the description thereof is replaced with the first description. The singular expression used in this specification includes plural expressions unless the context clearly indicates otherwise. In addition, when describing the embodiments disclosed in this specification, if a detailed description of a related known technology is judged to obscure the gist of the embodiments disclosed in this specification, the detailed description thereof will be omitted. In addition, it should be noted that the attached drawings are only intended to facilitate easy understanding of the embodiments disclosed in this specification, and the technical ideas disclosed in this specification should not be construed as being limited by the attached drawings.
[0054] Figure 1 illustrates the appearance of the clothing treatment device of the present invention.
[0055] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may be equipped with either a washing machine (1) or a dryer (2), or may include a composite device (4) in which a washing machine (1) and a dryer (2) are integrated.
[0056] Hereinafter, the garment treatment device of the present invention is described based on the embodiment of a composite device (4), but this is for the purpose of explanation only, and the garment treatment device of the present invention does not exclude a form in which a washing machine (1), a dryer (2), or a washing machine (1) and a dryer (2) are arranged vertically.
[0057] The composite device (4) of the present invention may include a cabinet (10) forming an exterior. An opening may be provided at the front of the cabinet (10) through which clothes can be taken in and out, and the opening may be opened and closed by a door (200).
[0058] The door (200) may be rotatably coupled to the cabinet (10) and configured to selectively open and close the opening. When the door (200) is fixed or locked to the cabinet (10), the front surface may be configured such that only the transparent material is exposed. For this purpose, the front surface of the door (200) may be configured with glass or a transparent plastic material, such as acrylic.
[0059] A control panel (100) for controlling the garment treatment device of the present invention may be placed on the upper part of the door (200). The control panel (100) may be installed on the front panel of the cabinet.
[0060] The control panel (100) may be configured to receive various commands from the user. The control panel (100) may also be configured to display information about the garment treatment device externally. To this end, at least a portion of the control panel (100) may be configured as a touch panel.
[0061] The control panel (100) may be configured such that its width is greater than its height, and may be configured in an oval shape or a track-like shape. Accordingly, the control panel (100) may display more information than when it is configured in a circular shape, or may easily display complete sentences, phrases, etc.
[0062] The garment treatment device of the present invention may further include a control panel (100) that is provided to receive a command to perform the course, display a status of performing the course, information required to perform the course, etc.
[0063] The above control panel (100) may include one or more of a plurality of buttons or a touch panel for receiving commands from a user, a microphone for receiving a user's voice, a camera or proximity sensor for receiving a user's movement or status, a screen for displaying visual information to a user, and a speaker for transmitting auditory information to a user.
[0064] When the garment treatment device of the present invention is equipped with a front-load type in which the opening is provided at the front of the cabinet, the control panel (100) may be positioned above the door (11) at the front of the cabinet (10). This ensures accessibility and identification.
[0065] Of course, if the garment treatment device of the present invention is equipped with a top-load type in which an opening is provided at the top of the cabinet, the control panel (100) may be placed in front of the door (11) on the upper surface of the cabinet (10).
[0066] The garment treatment device of the present invention can perform the functions of both a washing machine (1) and a dryer (2), and a drawer-type garment treatment device (hereinafter, mini-device) can be additionally installed at the bottom. In this case, the control panel (100) can be provided as a composite panel that can control at least one of the washing machine (1), the dryer (2), and the lower mini-device (5) at the same time.
[0067] When the garment treatment device of the present invention is equipped with a composite device (4), a filter (14) can be detachably installed on the upper part of the cabinet (10).
[0068] The above filter (14) is provided to filter foreign substances in a circulation duct that circulates air and is accommodated inside the cabinet (10), and the circulation duct can be arranged closer to the upper part of the cabinet (10) than to the lower part of the cabinet (10).
[0069] The above door (200) can be combined with the above cabinet (10) in the form of a push button.
[0070] Accordingly, even in a situation where the user cannot pull the door (200), such as when the user is holding laundry in both hands, the door (200) can be sequentially fixed to the cabinet (10) or separated from the cabinet (10) when pressure is applied toward the opening or the cabinet (10).
[0071] Since the door (200) is rotatably connected to a hinge described later on one side of the opening, it is preferable that the part where the door (200) is connected to the cabinet (10) be installed in an area facing the hinge with respect to the opening.
[0072] Accordingly, the door (200) may have a pressure member (250) positioned in an area opposite the hinge with respect to the opening. The specific details of the pressure member (250) will be described later.
[0073] The above door (200) may further include a sensing unit (240) that is equipped to receive a user's pressure or touch and separate the door (200) from the cabinet (10).
[0074] The sensing unit (240) may be configured to detect physical contact with a user. For example, the sensing unit (240) may include any configuration that can detect physical contact with a user, such as a touch film, touch panel, physical button, or piezoelectric element installed on the door (200).
[0075] The door (200) can be opened from the cabinet (10) without being pressed toward the cabinet (10) when the user touches or presses the sensing unit (240). This can prevent damage or scratches from occurring when the door (200) is pressed by a user or an object.
[0076] The sensing unit (240) may be provided near the pressurizing unit (250). Thus, the user can intuitively recognize that the sensing unit (240) and the pressurizing unit (250) are areas that receive user input.
[0077] The sensing unit (240) may be built into the door (200), and may be provided so as to be displayed on the outer surface of the door (200). Accordingly, the sensing unit (240) may further include a separate light-emitting body. Of course, the area where the sensing unit (240) is installed on the surface of the door (200) may be indicated by marking, shading, etc.
[0078] The garment treatment device of the present invention may additionally include a mini device (5) arranged at the bottom of the composite device (3). The mini device (5) may be arranged at the bottom of the composite device (3), and the composite device (3) may be arranged and mounted above the mini device (5).
[0079] The above composite device (3) can be installed at a higher height due to the mini device (5). Therefore, when the door (200) of the composite device (3) is provided as a front-load type that is positioned at the front of the cabinet (10), the user can easily access the door (200) with less bending or without bending the waist.
[0080] The detailed configuration of the above composite device and the above mini device is described later.
[0081] Figure 2 illustrates an example of the internal structure of the garment treatment device of the present invention when it includes a composite device.
[0082] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may include a tub (20) accommodated inside the cabinet (10) to store water, and a drum (30) rotatably accommodated in the tub (20) to store water.
[0083] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may include a water supply unit (50) that supplies water to the tub (20) and a drain unit (60) that drains water to the tub (20).
[0084] The above water supply unit (50) may include a water supply valve (51) that is connected to an external water supply source and selectively supplies water to the cabinet (10), a water supply pipe (52) that extends from the water supply valve (51) and delivers water supplied from the external water supply source, and a detergent box (53) that stores detergent and receives water supplied from the water supply pipe (52) and delivers it to the tub (20).
[0085] The above drainage unit (60) may include a drain pipe (61) connected to the lower portion of the tub (20) to drain water from the tub (20), a drainage pump (62) that provides power to drain water supplied from the drain pipe (61) to the outside of the cabinet (10), and a drainage pipe (63) that extends from the drainage pump (62) to the outside of the cabinet (10) to drain water.
[0086] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may further include a water level sensor (21) that detects the water level of the tub (20).
[0087] The water level sensor (21) may be provided in any configuration as long as it can detect the water level inside the tub (20). The water level sensor (21) may include a communication pipe that is connected to the tub (20) and has a blocked end, and a device portion that is positioned on the upper portion of the communication pipe and detects a pressure change inside the communication pipe.
[0088] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may further include a support member (70) that supports the tub (20) in the cabinet (10).
[0089] The above support member (70) may include at least one of a suspension supporting the lower portion of the tub (20) and a spring supporting the upper portion of the tub (20).
[0090] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may include a driving unit (40) having the same structure as a general washing machine (1).
[0091] In addition, the clothing treatment device of the present invention may further include a heat supply unit (90) capable of circulating air inside the tub (20) and heating the air. The heat supply unit (90) may be positioned lower than the tub (20).
[0092] However, since the tub (20) is the closest configuration to the drum (30) and the lower part of the tub (20) is provided with a drainage part (60), the heat supply part (90) can be installed and placed on the tub (20).
[0093] The heat supply unit (90) may be positioned and secured on the upper portion of the tub (20). That is, the heat supply unit (90) may be positioned above the opening of the tub.
[0094] The heat supply unit (90) may include at least one of a circulation duct (91) extending in the front-rear direction of the tub (20) to circulate air inside the tub (20), an evaporator (92) accommodated in the circulation duct (91) to cool the air and condense moisture, a condenser (93) disposed downstream of the evaporator to heat the air, a compressor (94) supplying refrigerant that heats the air to the condenser (93), an expansion valve that expands and cools the refrigerant discharged from the condenser (93) and delivers it to the evaporator (92), and a circulation fan (96) disposed inside the circulation duct (91) to provide power to circulate the air.
[0095] Meanwhile, since the heat supply unit (90) is provided with the tub (20), the collection unit and storage tank for collecting condensate can be omitted. That is, water condensed within the circulation duct (91) can be collected in the tub (20) and discharged to the drain unit (60).
[0096] The garment treatment device of the present invention can perform multiple courses for treating garments based on the above configuration. The courses may include a washing course for removing foreign substances from garments and a drying course for removing moisture from garments.
[0097] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may include an integrated control unit in which a control unit for performing a washing course and a control unit for performing a drying course are integrated, and the integrated control unit may be built into the control panel (100) or may be installed separately from the control panel (100) and mounted inside the cabinet (10).
[0098] Figure 3 illustrates a structural example of a control panel (100) of the garment treatment device of the present invention.
[0099] The above control panel (100) can be switched to either a washing mode that receives a command to perform a washing course or displays the status of the washing course, or a drying mode that receives a command to perform a drying course or displays the status of the drying course.
[0100] Additionally, if there is a mini-device described later, a command to execute the mini-device can be entered or a mini-mode can be switched to display the status of the mini-device.
[0101] The above control panel (100) must implement all of the washing mode for performing the washing course, the drying mode for performing the drying course, and the mini mode for performing the mini device.
[0102] Accordingly, it is preferable that the control panel (100) be entirely equipped with a touch panel, omitting physical buttons and the like, so that the washing mode, drying mode, and mini mode are selectively displayed. This makes it possible to omit multiple buttons and displays for performing the washing mode, drying mode, and mini mode separately.
[0103] The above control panel (100) may be provided with a display portion (150) in the central square portion.
[0104] On one side of the display unit (150), a power unit (110) that receives a power command to supply power and an execution unit (120) that receives a execution command to perform a selected course may be arranged.
[0105] The power supply unit (110) and the execution unit (120) may be provided with a touch area that allows touch input, and may be provided to light up when touch input is possible and to turn off when touch input is not possible.
[0106] The above display unit (150) may be provided to display weight information related to the weight of the detected clothing and status information related to the selected course and option.
[0107] Furthermore, the display unit (150) may be equipped with a touch panel and may also serve as a course input unit (130) that receives a course selection command for selecting one of the courses provided by the garment treatment device, and an option selection unit (140) that receives an option selection command for adding additional conditions and functions to the course.
[0108] For example, a course selection unit (130) for selecting a course may be displayed on the display unit (150). For example, a selected course (C1) may be displayed in large letters, and courses (C2, C3) that can be changed may be displayed in small letters on the left and right. Thus, the display unit (150) may perform the function of the course selection unit (130).
[0109] The above display unit (150) may further include a status display unit (153) that displays the status of the garment treatment device. The status display unit (153) may display one or more of the internal water level status, internal temperature status, lock status, sound transmission status, and course progress status in the form of icons, etc.
[0110] The above option selection unit (140) may be placed outside the course selection unit (130) or the area where the course is displayed. The above option selection unit (140) may be placed below and away from the status display unit (153).
[0111] When the above option selection unit (140) is input, options that can be selected or adjusted may be displayed on the display unit (150). During this process, the course selection unit (130) and the display of the course (C) may disappear.
[0112] Figure 4 illustrates the appearance of a mini device that can be included in the garment treatment device of the present invention.
[0113] The above mini device (5) may be provided with a smaller height and volume than the above composite device (4).
[0114] The above mini-device may be installed as an auxiliary garment processing device in addition to the above composite device (4). Of course, the above mini-device (5) may be installed independently.
[0115] When the garment treatment device of the present invention is equipped with a mini device (5), the cabinet (10) may include a mini cabinet (10b) whose height is lower than the width in the left-right direction and the length in the front-back direction.
[0116] Since the above mini cabinet (10b) is provided with a low height, it can be placed under the composite device (4).
[0117] Of course, the above mini device (5) may be placed on top of the above composite device (4), but for convenience of explanation, the following description will be based on the case where the mini device (5) is placed on the bottom of the above composite device (4) or placed independently.
[0118] The above mini cabinet (10b) may be provided with an opening at the front.
[0119] The above mini device (5) may further include a drawer (80) that is provided in the mini cabinet (10b) so as to be inserted and removed through the opening.
[0120] The above drawer (80) may include a drawer body (82) that accommodates a tub or a rotating drum that accommodates water therein, a drawer panel (81) that is arranged in front of the drawer body (81) and opens and closes the opening, and a rail (83) that allows the drawer body (82) to be drawn in and out of the mini cabinet (10b).
[0121] The above drawer body (82) may be provided in a case shape with an open top, and may further include a mini door (29) for opening or closing the tub and drum inside.
[0122] The above mini device (5) is equipped with a drawer (80) so that it can be prevented from being interfered with when used even if there is another clothing treatment device or home appliance above it.
[0123] The above mini device (5) may also be equipped with its own control panel in the drawer (80).
[0124] Figure 5 illustrates an example of the internal structure of the garment treatment device of the present invention when it is equipped as a mini device.
[0125] The above mini device (5) may include a mini tub (20b) that accommodates water inside a drawer (80) and a mini drum (30b) that is rotatably provided in the mini tub and can accommodate clothes.
[0126] The above mini tub (20b) and the above mini drum (30b) may be provided with a height smaller than the diameter, and an inlet for inserting clothes may be formed at the top.
[0127] The above mini door (29) is coupled to the upper part of the mini tub (20b) to prevent water or clothing inside the mini tub (20b) from leaking out randomly.
[0128] The above driving unit (40) may be arranged at the bottom of the mini tub (20b) to rotate the mini drum (30b).
[0129] The above driving unit (40) may include a mini stator (41b) that is coupled to the lower portion of the mini tub (20d) and generates a rotating magnetic field, a mini rotor (42b) that is rotated by the mini stator (41b), and a mini rotation shaft (43b) that is coupled to the lower portion of the mini drum (30b) and that is rotated by the mini rotor.
[0130] The above water supply unit (80) may include a mini water supply valve (51b) coupled to a mini cabinet (10b), a mini water supply pipe (52b) extending from the mini water supply valve (51b) to a drawer to supply water, and a mini box (53b) guiding water supplied from the mini water supply pipe (52b) to a tub.
[0131] The above mini water pipe (52b) may be provided with a structure that extends forward by the length that the drawer (80) is extended from the mini cabinet (10b). The above mini box (53b) may be provided to store detergent.
[0132] The above drainage unit (80) may include a mini drain pipe (61b) for draining water from the mini tub (20b), a mini pump (62b) coupled to the mini drain pipe (61b) to provide power for draining water, and a mini drain pipe (63b) extending from the mini pump (62b) to the outside of the mini cabinet (10b).
[0133] The above mini drain pipe (63b) may be provided with a structure that extends forward by the length that the drawer (80) is pulled out of the mini cabinet (10b).
[0134] The above support member (70) may include a mini suspension (70d) connecting the inner surface of the drawer (80) and the outer surface of the mini tub (20b).
[0135] Figure 6 illustrates an embodiment of the door opening / closing structure of the garment treatment device of the present invention.
[0136] Figure 6(a) illustrates a state in which the door (200) closes the opening, and Figure 6(b) illustrates a state in which the door (200) opens the opening.
[0137] The garment treatment device of the present invention may further include a locking member (600) that selectively fixes or locks the door (200) to the cabinet (10).
[0138] The meaning that the locking part (600) above locks the door (200) means that even if the door (200) is pulled from the cabinet (10), the door (200) does not open the opening.
[0139] The meaning that the locking part (600) unlocks the door (200) means that the door (200) is in a state where the door (200) can open the opening when the door (200) is pulled from the cabinet (10). Therefore, even if the locking part (600) unlocks the door (200) to the cabinet (10), the door (200) can maintain the opening closed.
[0140] The above cabinet (10) has an opening that passes through the front panel (11) in a circular shape, and has a mounting surface (12) on the outer surface of the opening on which the door (200) can be mounted.
[0141] The above-mentioned settling surface (12) is provided in a ring shape and can form an opening on the inner surface.
[0142] The above-mentioned mounting surface (12) may be provided to be recessed inward from the front panel (11) and have an inner surface identical to the outer surface of the door (200). Accordingly, when the door (200) closes the opening, the door (200) can be at least partially accommodated in the mounting surface (12).
[0143] The above locking part (600) may include a fastening part (610) provided on the door (200) and a coupling part (650) provided on the cabinet (10) and detachably coupled to the fastening part (610). The coupling part (650) may be provided on the inside of the mounting surface (12).
[0144] The above fastening portion (610) may be provided with either a protruding hook or a fixing portion fastened to the hook, and the connecting portion (650) may be provided with the other of the hook and the fixing portion.
[0145] FIG. 6 illustrates an embodiment in which the fastening portion (610) is provided as a hook provided on the door (200) and the coupling portion (650) is provided as a fixing portion coupled with the hook, but the fastening portion (610) of the door (200) may be provided as a fixing portion and the coupling portion (650) may be provided as a hook protruding from the cabinet.
[0146] When the connecting portion (650) is provided on the above-mentioned settling surface (12), the connecting portion (650) may be provided with a through hole (15) so that the connecting portion (650) is exposed to the outside.
[0147] In this embodiment, the fixing part is exposed through the through hole (15), but in other embodiments, the hook may protrude through the through hole (15).
[0148] The above door (200) includes an outer surface (210) having an area corresponding to the area of the mounting surface (12), a door frame (220) that is coupled to the outer surface (220) and supports the outer surface (220), and an inner surface (230) coupled to the door frame (220).
[0149] The outer surface (210) is provided in a transparent circular shape, the door frame (220) is provided in a ring shape so that the opening is exposed to the outside, and the inner surface (230) is provided with a transparent material so that the inside of the drum is exposed to the outside of the door (200). The inner surface (230) may protrude so that at least a portion thereof is inserted into the opening so as to push clothes approaching the opening into the drum.
[0150] The garment treatment device of the present invention may further include a hinge part (300) that rotatably connects the door (200) to the cabinet (10).
[0151] The above hinge portion (300) can be placed on at least one of both sides of the opening. That is, it can be placed on either side of the mounting surface (12).
[0152] When the hinge part (300) is placed on one side of the mounting surface (12), it is preferable that the locking part (600) corresponds to the other side of the mounting surface (12).
[0153] Accordingly, the locking part (600) can fix the area of the door (200) with the greatest rotational momentum and movement distance, thereby preventing the door (200) from being separated from the mounting surface (12).
[0154] Meanwhile, the door (200) may be equipped with the aforementioned sensing unit (240). When the sensing unit (240) is touched, the locking unit (600) may be equipped to unlock the door (200) even if it is not pressed.
[0155] That is, when the sensing unit (240) is input, the control panel (100) or the control unit of the garment treatment device of the present invention can control the locking unit (600) to unlock the door (200).
[0156] For example, the sensing unit (240) may be provided to release the coupling unit (650) from the fastening unit (610).
[0157] To this end, the locking portion (600) may further include an actuator that releases the fastening portion (610) from the coupling portion (650).
[0158] The above actuator may be provided in any manner as long as it is provided so that when a signal is input, the fastening portion (610) releases the coupling portion (650).
[0159] For example, the actuator may be provided to provide a physical force to at least one of the coupling portion (650) and the fastening portion (610) so that the fastening portion (610) is released from the coupling portion (650). One embodiment of the actuator will be described later.
[0160] The sensing unit (240) may be positioned above the locking unit (600). This allows the user to easily reach out and manipulate the sensing unit (240).
[0161] The sensing unit (240) may be positioned above the pressurizing unit (250) in the door (200).
[0162] The sensing unit (240) may be positioned between the outer surface (210) of the door and the door frame (220). The sensing unit (240) may be provided on the inner wall of the outer surface (210) of the door so as to detect static electricity, current, etc. flowing through the user's body.
[0163] For example, the sensing unit (240) may include a touch film or a touch panel that receives an opening command to open the opening portion through a user's physical contact or pressure, and a PCB panel that receives the opening command and converts it into an electric signal. The touch film or touch panel may be identifiable and arranged on the surface of the door. For example, the touch film or touch panel may be attached to the inner wall of the outer surface (210) of the door, and the PCB panel may be mounted and fixed to the door frame (220).
[0164] The sensing unit (240) may be provided closer to the pressing unit (250) and the locking unit (600) than to the hinge unit (300). This allows for a natural indication that the sensing unit (240) has the function of opening the door (200).
[0165] The sensing unit (240) can be positioned close to the control panel (100). This allows the user to easily control the control panel (100) and the sensing unit (240).
[0166] The sensing unit (240) may be positioned in an area of 0 degrees or more and 90 degrees or less from the center of the door (200) and the locking unit (600) or the pressing unit (250) upward. The sensing unit (240) may not be positioned in the 90 degree area, i.e., the upper end of the door (200). As a result, incorrect input of the sensing unit (240) while operating the control panel (100) can be prevented.
[0167] For example, the sensing unit (240) may be positioned in the 1 o'clock or 2 o'clock direction with respect to the center of the door (200).
[0168] Figure 7 illustrates the connection relationship between the sensing unit and the locking unit.
[0169] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may include a cable (260) that receives an input signal from the sensing unit (240) and transmits an opening signal for the locking unit (600) to open the door (200).
[0170] The above cable (260) may be provided to directly or indirectly connect the sensing unit (240) and the locking unit (600). Accordingly, even if the sensing unit (240) is provided on the door and the locking unit (600) is provided on the cabinet (10), the locking unit (600) can be operated according to the input of the sensing unit (240).
[0171] The above cable (260) can be extended from the sensing unit (240) to the inside of the cabinet (10) through the hinge unit (300) and connected to the lock unit (600). In this case, the lock unit (600) can directly receive an input signal from the sensing unit (260) to unlock the door (200).
[0172] In addition, the cable (260) may include a transmission unit (261, 262) extending from the sensing unit (240) to the control panel (100) or control unit through the hinge unit (300), and an input unit (263) connecting the control panel (100) or control unit and the locking unit (600).
[0173] In this case, the input signal of the sensing unit (240) may be detected by the control panel (100), and the control panel (100) may be provided to transmit an opening signal to the locking unit (600). Accordingly, power supplied to the control panel (100) or the control unit may be supplied to the sensing unit (240) and the locking unit (600), and the control panel (100) or the control unit may control the sensing unit (240) and the locking unit (600).
[0174] The above transmission unit (261, 262) may include a first wire (261) extending from the sensing unit (240) along the door frame (220) to the hinge unit (300), and a second wire extending from the first wire (261) or connected to the first wire (261) and extending from the hinge unit (300) to the control panel (100).
[0175] The above input unit (263) may include a third wire extending from the control panel (100) to the lock unit (600).
[0176] Figure 8 illustrates the arrangement of the above cables.
[0177] The above sensing unit (240) is positioned closer to the upper part than the lower part of the door (200).
[0178] Accordingly, the first wire (261) can extend from the sensing unit (240) to the hinge unit (300) along the upper portion of the door frame (220).
[0179] The above hinge portion (300) may be provided to accommodate and guide the cable (260). The hinge portion (300) may include a groove at the top to accommodate the cable (260) and not expose it to the outside.
[0180] The second wire (262) can be guided along the groove of the hinge portion (300) and extended through the mounting surface (12) into the interior of the cabinet (10).
[0181] When the sensing unit (240) is input through one or more of the above-mentioned cable (260) and control panel (100), the lock unit (600) can unlock the door.
[0182] Figure 9 illustrates a specific structural example of the hinge portion (300).
[0183] The hinge part (300) may include a mounting part (310) that is coupled to the cabinet and supports the door (200), a connecting part (330) that is rotatably coupled to the mounting part (310) on one side and rotatably coupled to the door (200) on the other side to guide the rotation of the door, and a rotating part (320) that rotatably couples the connecting part (320) to the mounting part (310).
[0184] The above mounting part (310) may include a mounting body (311) that is coupled to the inner side of the mounting surface (12) at one side of the opening to support the load of the door (200), and a door support part (312) that penetrates the mounting surface (12) from the mounting body (311) and is exposed to the front of the cabinet (10).
[0185] The above door support member (312) may be provided in the shape of a rib or bar extending forward from the mounting body (311). The door support members (312) may be provided in multiple pieces spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction of the mounting body (311).
[0186] The free end or terminal of the above door support member (312) can rotatably support the above connecting member (330).
[0187] The above connecting portion (330) may include a first member (331) that is rotatably coupled to the door support member (312), and a second member (332) that extends from the first member (311) and supports the door (200).
[0188] The above first member (331) may be provided in a plate shape, one side may be coupled to the rotating part (320), and the other side may be connected to the second member (332).
[0189] The second member (332) may extend from one side of the first member (331) to the other side of the first member (331) to form an acute angle with the first member (331).
[0190] A third member (333) may extend from the upper and lower sides of the other side of the second member (332). The third member (333) may be a rib or rod-shaped member formed by arranging a cut portion in the central portion of the other side of the second member (332).
[0191] The first member (331), the second member (332), and the third member (333) may be formed integrally, and the second member (332) and the third member (333) may be arranged to form an acute angle with the first member (331).
[0192] The door (200) can be rotatably coupled to the free end of the third member (333).
[0193] The above-mentioned rotating part (320) may include a first rotating shaft (321) inserted into the end of the door support part (312) and one side of the first member (331), and a second rotating shaft (322) provided at the free end of the third member (333) to rotatably connect the door (200).
[0194] The second rotation axis (322) may be provided in a cylindrical shape protruding in the height direction from each free end of the third member (333). As a result, the separate provision of the second rotation axis (322) may be omitted.
[0195] The above mounting part (310), the connecting part (320), and the rotating part (320) may be made of a metal material with strong rigidity.
[0196] The above connecting portion (330) may further include a bushing portion (334) that is provided to surround the second rotation axis (322) and induce rotation of the door (200). The bushing portion (334) may be provided with a material having low friction, such as plastic.
[0197] In this way, the connecting part (330) rotates on the mounting part (310) to first rotate the door (200) to open and close the opening, and the opening angle of the door (200) can be additionally secured as the door (200) rotates on the third member (333).
[0198] The above connecting portion (330) may be provided with a guide groove (337) on the upper surface into which the cable (260) can be inserted and received. The guide groove (337) may be provided by recessing the upper ends of the first member (331), the second member (332), and the third member (333). The guide groove (337) may be provided to be larger than the diameter of the cable (260). Accordingly, the cable (260) may be prevented from being exposed to the outside of the hinge portion (300) and thus from being disconnected or exposed to moisture, etc.
[0199] The above connecting portion (300) may further include a shielding cover (338) that is coupled to the guide groove (337) to prevent exposure of the cable (260). The shielding cover (338) may be formed to correspond to the upper shape of the connecting portion (330).
[0200] The above mounting portion (310) may be provided to receive the cable (260) passing through the connection portion (330) and guide it into the interior of the cabinet (10). To this end, a groove through which the cable (260) passes may be formed on the lower surface of the door support portion (312) positioned at the top, and a portion of the mounting body (331) through which the door support portion (312) positioned at the top extends may be provided to have an interior that is perforated so that the cable (260) may pass through it.
[0201] Even if the sensing unit (240) is provided in the door (200), it can be electrically connected to at least one of the control panel (100) and the locking unit (600) provided inside the cabinet (10) by the cable (260) and the hinge unit (300) to transmit an input signal.
[0202] Figure 10 illustrates an additional embodiment in which a door is opened in the garment treatment device of the present invention.
[0203] Figure 10(a) illustrates a state in which the door closes the opening, and Figure 10(b) illustrates a state in which the door opens the opening.
[0204] The above locking part (600) may be provided as a push-button type to lock the door (200). This means that the locking part is provided to sequentially lock or unlock the door (200) only when pressure is applied by the door (200) and the cabinet (10). Accordingly, even if the door (200) is pressed outward by clothing or water pressure inside the cabinet (10), the locking part (600) may not open the door (200).
[0205] Accordingly, when the pressurizing member (250) disposed on the door (200) is pressurized, the cabinet (10) and the door (200) can be repeatedly fixed or separated.
[0206] The above pressurizing part (250) can be placed at a position corresponding to the above locking part (600).
[0207] The above-mentioned pressing part (250) may serve to indicate the area where the locking part (600) is placed. To this end, the pressing part (250) may be provided with a marking indicating the area on the outside of the door (200) or may be provided with a separate light-emitting part.
[0208] It can be placed opposite the above hinge portion (300).
[0209] The above pressurizing portion (250) may be positioned at a position that at least partially overlaps the locking portion (600) when the door (200) closes the opening.
[0210] The above pressurizing portion (250) can be placed at the same height as the hinge portion (300).
[0211] Referring to Fig. 10(b), when the pressurizing part (250) is pressurized, the locking part (600) can unlock the door (200) even if the door (200) is locked.
[0212] Specifically, the fastening portion (610) moves a certain distance toward the coupling portion (650), and then is released from the coupling portion (650) and can be removed from the through hole (15).
[0213] The above door (200) can be opened by the pressurizing unit (250) even if the sensing unit (240) fails to function.
[0214] Fig. 11 illustrates an embodiment of the above locking structure.
[0215] The above fastening portion (610) is provided to protrude from the door frame (220) toward the opening, and the detachable portion (650) can be provided on the cabinet (10).
[0216] In this case, the fastening portion (610) may be provided as a protrusion protruding toward the opening in the door frame (220).
[0217] The above detachable part (650) may be provided with a first body (651) fixed to the mounting surface (12), and a second body (655) that is provided to be reciprocally movable within the first body (651) and to which the fastening part (610) is detachably coupled.
[0218] The first body (651) includes an insertion hole (652) into which the second body (655) is inserted, a spring (653) that provides elasticity to the second body (655), and a guide (654) for controlling the position of the second body (655).
[0219] The above spring (653) is provided to press the second body (655) toward the insertion hole (652).
[0220] As illustrated in Fig. 11 (b), the guider (654) may be provided with a first path (654a) extending toward the rear surface of the first body (651) (in a direction away from the insertion hole) in the direction in which the insertion hole (652) is located, a second path (654b) extending from one end of the first path toward the insertion hole (652), a third path (654c) extending from the second path toward the direction away from the insertion hole (652), and a fourth path (654d) extending from the third path (654c) toward the insertion hole (652) and connected to the other end of the first path (654a).
[0221] In this case, the second body (655) may be provided with a bar (655a) that is rotatably coupled to the second body through an axis (655b), a projection (655c) that is provided on the bar and inserted into the guider (654), a first detachable bar (655d) that is rotatably coupled to the second body (655) and exposed to the outside of the first body (651) through an insertion hole (652), and a second detachable bar (655e).
[0222] The locking member (60) having the above-described structure moves the second body (655) toward the rear surface of the first body (651) when the door (200) closes the opening.
[0223] When the second body (655) is pressurized, the protrusion (655c) is positioned at the connection point (first point) of the second path (654b) and the third path (654c) along the first path (654a) and the second path (654b), and the first attachment / detachment bar (655d) and the second attachment / detachment bar (655e) rotate toward the fastening portion (61) while interfering with the insertion hole (652).
[0224] As illustrated in Fig. 11(b), when the protrusion (655c) provided on the second body is positioned at the first point, the fastening portion (610) is fixed between the attachment and detachment bars (655d, 655e), so the door (200) will be locked to the cabinet (10). Accordingly, the present invention can prevent the drawer from being pulled out of the cabinet during rotation of the drum.
[0225] Meanwhile, in this state, if the user pushes the door (200) once more in the direction where the opening is located, the fastening portion (610) will press the second body (655). In this case, the protrusion (655c) moves to the connecting point (second point) of the fourth path (654d) and the first path (654a) through the third path (654c) and the fourth path (654d).
[0226] As illustrated in Fig. 11(a), when the protrusion (655c) provided on the second body is positioned at the second point, the first detachable bar (655d) and the second detachable bar (655e) will move to the outside of the first body (651) through the insertion hole (652), so that the fastening portion (610) becomes detachable from the second body (655). Accordingly, the door (200) is released from being locked to the cabinet (10), and the user can open the door (200).
[0227] Unlike the above locking part (600) as shown, the positions of the fastening part (610) and the detachable part (650) can be changed.
[0228] Meanwhile, even if the locking part (600) is provided as a push button type, the locking part (600) must maintain the locking of the door when the drum (30) rotates, the water supply part (50) supplies water, or water is stored in the tub (20).
[0229] To this end, the garment treatment device of the present invention may further include an actuator (700) capable of maintaining the locking of the locking part (600).
[0230] For example, the actuator (700) can be physically connected to lock or unlock the locking part (600).
[0231] The above actuator (700) may include a solenoid (710) that generates an electromagnetic field and a magnetic part (720) that is provided to receive force from the solenoid (710).
[0232] The above solenoid (710) can be placed in the first body (651), and the magnetic part (720) can be placed in the second body (655).
[0233] When the solenoid (710) above is operated in the first mode of generating a magnetic field, the magnetic part (720) can be fixed in position. Accordingly, even if the door (200) is pressurized or the sensing part (240) is input, the locking part (600) can maintain the door's locked state.
[0234] Meanwhile, the actuator (700) can be controlled to forcibly unlock the locking part (600) of the door (200).
[0235] Specifically, when the solenoid (710) is operated in a second mode that generates a stronger magnetic field than the first mode, the magnetic part (720) can move further toward the solenoid (710). That is, an effect of the attachment / detachment part (650) being pressed by the fastening part (610) can be produced.
[0236] When an unlocking command is transmitted from the control panel (100) to the locking unit (600) to unlock the door (200), or a command is received from the sensing unit (240) to unlock the door (200), and the driving unit (40), the water supply unit (50), and the drain unit (60) are not operating, and there is no water stored inside the tub (20), the solenoid (710) can be operated in the second mode.
[0237] Meanwhile, the sensing unit (240) may be provided so that input is disabled when the garment treatment device is in operation. Specifically, the sensing unit (240) may be disabled so that input is not possible in at least one of the following situations: when the driving unit (40) is in operation, the drum (30) is rotating, water is being supplied to the tub (20), or there is a water level inside the tub (20).
[0238] That is, the sensing unit (240) may be deactivated from receiving an opening command in a situation where the locking unit (600) is controlled not to unlock the door.
[0239] For example, if the sensing unit (240) is deactivated, the sensing unit (240) may not react even if a user touches or presses on it, and if the sensing unit (240) is provided to emit light, the sensing unit (240) may be turned off.
[0240] Figure 12 illustrates that the opening angle of the door needs to be limited.
[0241] Since the front of the above door (200) is made of glass and a sensing unit (240) is arranged inside, if it is opened excessively, it may collide with the wall (w).
[0242] When the locking part (600) unlocks the door (200) and the user pulls the door (200), if the door (200) rotates too easily or the door (200) suddenly opens at an angle of 90 degrees or more, it may collide with an object such as a wall (w) near the clothing treatment device.
[0243] If the front surface of the door (200) collides with an external object, there is a high risk that a crack may form on the front surface (210) of the door or that the sensing unit (240) may be damaged.
[0244] Therefore, there is a need to limit at least one of the rotation angle and rotation speed of the connecting portion (330) based on the mounting portion (310), or to limit the angle at which the door (200) arbitrarily rotates at the connecting portion (330).
[0245] Fig. 13 illustrates an embodiment of limiting the rotation angle of the door.
[0246] The above door (200) can open and close the opening by rotating it toward or away from the opening based on the hinge portion (300).
[0247] The above door (200) may be provided so that the inner side of the door frame (220) is rotatably connected to the end of the connecting portion (330) so that the connecting portion (330) rotates to be withdrawn from the mounting portion (310) and is further moved away from the opening.
[0248] The above stopper (400) is provided to additionally connect the connecting portion (330) and the door (200), thereby preventing the door (200) from further rotating arbitrarily at the connecting portion (330). Accordingly, the door (200) can be prevented from rotating arbitrarily and colliding with a wall or the like.
[0249] Figure 14 illustrates the position where the stopper is installed.
[0250] The garment treatment device of the present invention may further include a stopper (400) that limits the angle at which the door (200) rotates at the hinge portion (300).
[0251] The stopper (400) may have one side coupled to the connecting portion (330) and the other side coupled to the door frame (220). The stopper (400) may be provided to limit the angle at which the door (200) rotates with respect to the connecting portion (330).
[0252] The above stopper (400) may be provided to completely fix the arrangement angle of the door (200) and the connecting portion (330). In this case, the rotation angle of the door (200) may be determined solely by the rotation angles of the connecting portion (330) and the mounting portion (310). As a result, the door (200) may be prevented from rotating arbitrarily with respect to the connecting portion (330).
[0253] The above stopper (400) may be provided to allow the door (200) to rotate at the connecting portion (330), but to restrict the door (200) from rotating beyond a certain angle at the connecting portion (330).
[0254] In this case, the door (200) can open the opening by rotating the stopper (400) by an angle greater than the angle at which the connecting portion (330) rotates in the mounting portion (310).
[0255] In this way, the door (200) can be prevented from randomly rotating at the connecting portion (330) and colliding with the outside, and when a lot of force is required to open the connecting portion (330) at the mounting portion (310), the door (200) can be provided to move away from the opening more easily by the stopper (400), thereby ensuring user convenience.
[0256] Figure 15 illustrates a structure in which the stopper and hinge portion are connected to a door.
[0257] Among the hinge portions (300), the connecting portion (330) can be coupled to the door frame (220).
[0258] The above door frame (220) can rotate based on the mounting portion (310) together with the connecting portion (330).
[0259] The above door frame (220) may be coupled to the second rotation axis (322) of the connecting portion (330) and may be provided to rotate with respect to the second rotation axis (322). That is, the door frame (220) may be provided to rotate both clockwise and counterclockwise with respect to the second rotation axis (322) at the connecting portion (330).
[0260] The above stopper (400) may be provided so that one side is coupled to the connecting portion (330) and the other side is coupled to the door (200).
[0261] The above stopper (400) may be provided to rotate only at a certain angle based on the connecting portion (330), or may be provided to not rotate at all. Accordingly, the door frame (220) may be restricted from rotating arbitrarily at the connecting portion (330) by the stopper (400).
[0262] The above door frame (220) may be provided with a joining groove (221) opposite the fastening portion (610) to which the connecting portion (330) and the stopper (400) are joined. The joining groove (221) may be shielded by a door cover joined to the inner surface of the door frame (220).
[0263] The door cover that shields the door frame (220) and the joining groove (221) can support the hinge portion (300) and the stopper (400) on both sides. As a result, the joining force between the door (200) and the hinge portion (300) can be guaranteed.
[0264] The above stopper (400) can be installed in the area cut out in the above connecting portion (330).
[0265] The above stopper (440) can be fixed to a rotation axis (323) extending from the end of the third member (333) in a direction in which the third members (333) face each other.
[0266] Since the third member (333) is the area that is positioned at the outermost edge of the hinge portion (300), when the stopper (400) is installed in the third member (333), the rotation angle of the door (200) can be controlled most effectively.
[0267] The stopper (400) of the present invention may include a fixed plate (410) that is fixedly coupled to the connecting portion (400), a rotary table (430) that is rotatably provided on the fixed plate (410) and coupled to the door (200), a cylindrical portion (420) that rotatably supports the rotary table (430) on the fixed plate (410), and a limiting portion (440) that limits the rotation angle of the rotary table (430) on one surface of the cylindrical portion (420).
[0268] The above fixed plate (410) can be installed in the cut-out area of the above connecting portion (330). A plurality of the above fixed plates (410) can be arranged on the upper and lower portions of the stopper (400).
[0269] The second rotation axis (322) extending to the lower end of the third member (333) positioned at the top and the second rotation axis (322) extending to the upper end of the third member (333) positioned at the bottom can be inserted and combined, respectively.
[0270] The above cylindrical portion (420) can extend in a direction in which the upper fixed plate (410) and the lower fixed plate (410) become closer to each other.
[0271] The above rotary table (430) can be coupled to a plurality of the above cylindrical portions (420) or a plurality of the above fixed plates so as to rotate along the outer circumference of the above cylindrical portion (420).
[0272] The above-mentioned rotary table (430) may be provided in the shape of a plate that is coupled to accommodate a portion of the circumference of the above-mentioned cylindrical portion (420) and is coupled to the above-mentioned door (200).
[0273] The above-mentioned rotary table (430) may be provided to rotate along the circumference of the above-mentioned cylindrical portion (420). Accordingly, the door (200) coupled to the rotary table (430) can rotate around the third member (333) together with the rotary table (430).
[0274] The above-mentioned limiting member (440) may be fixedly provided on a portion of the circumference of the cylindrical member (420) to prevent the rotary member (430) from further rotating. If the rotary member (430) hits the limiting member (440) while rotating the cylindrical member (420), further rotation may be prevented.
[0275] The above-mentioned limiting member (440) may be installed at a location in the cylindrical member (420) that limits the direction in which the door (200) opens. The angle at which the door (200) rotates may be determined depending on the installation location of the limiting member (440).
[0276] Figure 16 illustrates the operation method of the above stopper.
[0277] In the above stopper (400), the rotary table (430) can be coupled to rotate along the circumference of the cylindrical portion (420). In addition, a limiting portion (440) can be provided at the front portion of the rotary table (430) so as to be fixed to the cylindrical portion (420) and come into contact with the rotary table (430).
[0278] When the above-mentioned turntable (430) is rotated away from the limiting portion (440), the door (200) rotates toward the opening at the connecting portion (330), and when it is rotated closer to the limiting portion (440), the door (200) rotates toward the outside of the side of the cabinet away from the opening at the connecting portion (330).
[0279] The above-mentioned limiting member (440) may be positioned further away from the opening than the turntable (430). As a result, the door (200) may rotate at the connecting member (330) within the range permitted by the limiting member (440) and move away from the opening, and then be caught by the limiting member (440) and the rotation may be restricted.
[0280] This prevents the door (200) from rotating further even if it is opened quickly or pulled away from the opening by the user.
[0281] Figure 17 illustrates an embodiment of reducing the rotational speed of the door.
[0282] The above hinge portion (300) may further include an elastic portion (340) that limits the rotational speed of the connecting portion (330) and the mounting portion (310).
[0283] The elastic member (340) can be fixed at one end to the first part (331) and wrapped around the first rotation axis (321) so that the other end can be fixed to the door support member (312).
[0284] The above elastic part (340) may be provided to provide a restoring force toward the first part (331) toward the mounting body (311).
[0285] Accordingly, when the door (200) is opened, the first part (331) can receive a stronger restoring force the farther away it is from the mounting body (311). Accordingly, the speed at which the first part (331) rotates relative to the door support part (312) can be limited by the elastic part (340), and the door (200) can be prevented from suddenly opening at a high speed. In addition, the door (200) can receive a force to close the opening by the elastic part (340).
[0286] As a result, the door (200) can be prevented from colliding with a wall or object placed on the side of the garment treatment device.
[0287] Figure 18 illustrates how the door is rotated outward from the side of the cabinet (10).
[0288] Referring to Fig. 18(a), the door (200) is in a state where the opening is closed, and the connecting portion (330) can be placed in a state where it is received in the door support portion (331).
[0289] Referring to Fig. 18(b), when the door (200) opens the opening, the connecting portion (330) may rotate in the door support portion (331) and begin to be drawn out of the door support portion (331).
[0290] For example, the door support member (331) can rotate clockwise in the door support member (331).
[0291] Referring to Fig. 18(c), the connecting portion (330) can rotate further and receive greater restoring force by the elastic portion (340). Accordingly, the door (200) may not be able to provide a force that can further pull the connecting portion (330) out from the mounting portion (310). Accordingly, the connecting portion (330) can stop rotating in the mounting portion (310).
[0292] In this way, the door (200) can be prevented from rotating further outward than the outside of the cabinet.
[0293] Referring to Fig. 18(d), if the opening angle of the door (200) is not approximately 90 degrees from the opening, the user may be prevented from putting clothes in or taking them out of the opening by the door (200).
[0294] Accordingly, the user can apply force to further open the door (200). However, the connecting portion (330) may not be able to rotate due to the elastic force provided by the elastic portion (340). At this time, the door (200) may further rotate with respect to the second rotation axis (322) provided to the connecting portion (330). As a result, the angle at which the door (200) opens may be 90 degrees or more. That is, a portion of the door (200) may rotate further outward than the side of the cabinet (10), thereby exposing more of the opening.
[0295] However, the stopper (400) can limit the angle at which the door (200) rotates with respect to the connecting portion (330). Accordingly, the door (200) can be prevented from rotating further when the stopper (400) stops rotating while rotating the connecting portion (330) together with the stopper (400).
[0296] As a result, the door (200) can be prevented from rotating excessively with respect to the third part and from being bent excessively toward the outside of the side of the cabinet (10).
[0297] That is, the door (200) is allowed to rotate further at the connecting portion (330) by the stopper (400), but the angle may be limited.
[0298] In summary, the garment treatment device of the present invention can prevent damage to the door (200) by additionally installing the elastic part (340) and the stopper (400) to the hinge part (300) to prevent rapid opening and excessive opening of the door (200).
[0299] The present invention may be implemented in various modified forms, and the scope of the invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. Therefore, if a modified embodiment includes elements of the claims of the present invention, it should be considered to fall within the scope of the present invention.
