Abstract
Description
Garment processing equipment
[0001] The present invention relates to a garment treatment device and a control method thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a garment treatment device and a control method thereof capable of performing refreshing processes, such as sterilizing, wrinkle removal, deodorizing, and drying, on garments by supplying steam and hot air to the garments.
[0002] Garment treatment equipment refers to devices developed for washing, drying, and removing wrinkles from clothing, both at home and in laundries. These devices include washing machines, dryers, washer / dryers with both washing and drying functions, garment care machines, which refresh clothing, and steamers, which remove wrinkles from clothing.
[0003] Recently, a clothing treatment device has appeared that can keep clothes comfortable and clean without having to soak them in water and wash them with detergent.
[0004] In this conventional clothing treatment device, a clothing treatment device has appeared that performs a refreshing process of supplying either high-temperature air (hot air) or steam to the clothing to deodorize the clothing, dry the clothing, and remove wrinkles from the clothing.
[0005] Typically, these garment handling devices accommodate garments by placing them on top of each other. This allows the garment handling device to arrange garments in a height-wise direction, allowing multiple garments to be placed along their width-wise direction.
[0006] The above-mentioned garment treatment device may be equipped with a structure (hereinafter, a moving hanger) for holding the garment inside thereof that is movable. Accordingly, a conventional garment treatment device can shake the garment with the moving hanger when supplying hot air and steam to the garment, thereby effectively removing dust and foreign substances from the garment.
[0007] Since the above moving hanger is provided to hang the clothing at the top of the receiving space of the clothing processing device, the degree and form of shaking of the clothing may vary depending on the driving frequency and driving speed of the moving hanger.
[0008] Accordingly, the conventional clothing treatment device has designed various moving hanger operation methods to maximize the refreshing effect by shaking the clothing in an optimal shape at each point in time.
[0009] Figure 1 illustrates an example of shaking clothing in a conventional clothing treatment device. (Refer to Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2021-016611A)
[0010] The more the clothing shakes, the faster foreign substances or moisture contained in the clothing can be separated, so it may be desirable for the moving hanger to always be driven at maximum output.
[0011] However, referring to the left picture of Fig. 1(a), if the moving hanger moves too quickly, the excitation force generated by the moving hanger is transmitted only to the upper part of the clothing, and the lower part of the clothing may not be able to follow the movement of the moving hanger and thus may not vibrate with sufficient amplitude.
[0012] Accordingly, the lower part of the garment may have a slight fluffing effect, and there is a risk that the difference in displacement between the upper and lower parts of the garment may be large, causing the fabric to stretch or be damaged.
[0013] Therefore, referring to the right side of Fig. 1(a), it is desirable that the moving hanger be driven at an optimal speed so that the vibration generated from the moving hanger can be evenly transmitted from the upper part to the lower part of the clothing.
[0014] The clothing stored in the above garment handling device may initially be at its heaviest, due to the supply of water or steam. Heavy clothing has a high inertial force, making it less likely to be shaken by the moving hanger.
[0015] Additionally, as hot air is supplied and moisture evaporates from the garment, the garment may become lighter. Lighter garments also have less inertial force, making them more susceptible to swaying on a moving hanger.
[0016] Therefore, it may be desirable to shake the moving hanger according to the change in inertial force of the clothing.
[0017] Referring to Fig. 1(b), the conventional clothing treatment device initially operates the moving hanger at the maximum speed (PV1-1) when the clothing is estimated to be at its heaviest state, and then, considering that the clothing becomes lighter as moisture is dried by the hot air or moisture is removed by vibration of the moving hanger, the operating speed of the moving hanger can be gradually reduced and operated (PV1-2,3, PV2).
[0018] This allows for even distribution of the pile force across the entire garment while preventing damage to the garment, rather than simply operating the moving hanger at a constant speed.
[0019] However, these conventional clothing treatment devices are not equipped to drive the moving hanger according to the weight, length, type, and material of the clothing.
[0020] That is, since the conventional clothing treatment device cannot directly detect the weight, length, material, etc. of the clothing, it cannot control the operating speed of the moving hanger according to the condition of the clothing, and instead adopts a standardized moving hanger operating method using a simple algorithm.
[0021] In other words, conventional clothing treatment devices had a limitation in that they could not drive the moving hanger according to the condition of the clothing, even though the form of movement by the moving hanger differed depending on the weight, length, material, etc. of the clothing.
[0022] Figure 2 illustrates a control method of another conventional clothing treatment device equipped with a moving hanger.
[0023] A garment treatment device equipped with a moving hanger typically supplies steam and hot air to the hung garments to refresh the garments.
[0024] Specifically, a conventional clothing treatment device is operated in a preheating step (C1) of preheating a steam generator, a steam step (C2) of supplying steam from the steam generator, a waiting step (C3) of stopping the supply of steam so that the supplied steam is applied to clothing, a cooling step (C4) of lowering the surface temperature of the clothing and lowering the humidity of the receiving space, and a drying step (C5) of supplying hot air to the clothing by driving a heater or compressor to dry the clothing.
[0025] Conventional clothing treatment devices have fundamental limitations in that they cannot directly detect the weight, length, and material of clothing, and thus cannot control the steam supply method and spray amount appropriate for the condition of the clothing, nor can they control the supply amount and supply time of the hot air.
[0026] In addition, since the moving hanger is designed to move at the top of the clothing storage space of the clothing handling device, there is a limitation in that it is difficult to install a separate load sensor, etc.
[0027] Moreover, conventional clothing treatment devices had a fundamental limitation in that they could not optimally refresh clothes by taking into account the condition of the clothes placed on the clothes, as they could only rely on user input for information regarding the characteristics of the clothes, such as weight, length, and material of the clothes.
[0028] The present invention aims to provide a garment treatment device that implements customized performance according to the characteristics of garments.

[0102] The inner case (20) may be provided with a height greater than its width. As a result, the clothing can be accommodated in the accommodation space (21) without being folded or wrinkled.
[0103] The garment treatment device (1) of the present invention may include a clothes hanger capable of holding clothes in the receiving space (21) of the inner case (20). The clothes hanger may be mounted on a moving hanger (100) that is provided and secured to the inner case (20) to hold clothes.

[0111] The above machine room (30) can be placed at the bottom of the inner case (20). Thus, when hot air and steam with low specific gravity are supplied to the inner case (20), the hot air and steam can be naturally supplied to the clothing.
[0112] The above machine room (30) may include a circulation duct that circulates air inside the inner case (20), and a plurality of heat exchangers that are arranged on the circulation duct to cool and condense the air and heat the air.
[0113] The above machine room (30) may be equipped with a heat pump system including a compressor that is connected to the plurality of heat exchangers and can compress a refrigerant that cools or heats the air.
[0114] The above-mentioned machine room (30) may also be equipped with a steam supply unit (50) capable of supplying steam to the interior of the inner case (20). The steam supply unit (50) may heat water to generate steam. [0120] The above-mentioned mounting plate (60) may be provided with a light-emitting unit that irradiates light into the interior of the inner case (20). The light-emitting unit is provided to irradiate light toward the inner surface of the inner case (20) to prevent glare.
[0121] Figure 4 illustrates an example of the structure of a machine room.
[0122] The above machine room (30) is arranged at the bottom of the inner case (20) to provide a space in which the heat pump system (80) and the steam supply unit (50) are installed, and may include a duct (90) that provides a path for circulating air inside the inner case (20).
[0123] The above duct (90) can form a circulation path that is connected to the inlet and outlet of the inner case (20), respectively, and can form a space in which air inside the inner case (20) moves. A blower fan can be provided inside the duct (90). The blower fan can generate a pressure difference that sucks in and discharges air inside the receiving space (21).
[0124] The above duct may be provided in a rectangular shape with a partially open upper portion, and a separate cover may be combined at the upper portion to complete the internal flow path. The duct (90) may include an inlet duct (91) that communicates with the inner case (20) and allows air to flow in, an exhaust duct (92) that is spaced apart from the inlet duct (91) and communicates with the inner case (20) and allows air to be discharged, and a moving duct (93) that connects the inlet duct (91) and the exhaust duct (92) and forms a flow path for air to move.
[0125] The above heat pump system (80) may include an evaporator (81) accommodated inside the duct (90) to cool the air, a condenser (82) that heats the air passing through the evaporator (81) to generate hot air, and a compressor (83) that compresses and heats the refrigerant passing through the evaporator (81) and supplies it to the condenser (82), and may further include an expansion valve that expands and cools the refrigerant passing through the condenser (82) and delivers it to the evaporator (81).
[0126] The above evaporator (81) and the above condenser (82) can be accommodated in the moving duct (93), and the above compressor (82) and the above expansion valve can be placed outside the above duct (90).
[0127] The above evaporator (81) and the condenser (83) may be arranged along the direction in which air moves. For example, the evaporator (81) may be arranged closer to the inlet duct (91) than the condenser (83), and the condenser (83) may be arranged closer to the exhaust duct (92) than the evaporator (81).
[0128] The above steam supply unit (50) can be placed inside the above duct (90).
[0129] The above steam supply unit (50) may be placed outside the duct (90) so as not to obstruct the flow of air moving along the duct (90).
[0130] The above steam supply unit (50) may include a steam generator (51) that receives and stores water and generates steam by heating the water with a heater or the like inside, and a steam nozzle (52) that supplies the steam generated in the steam generator (51) to the receiving space (21).
[0131] In an embodiment, the steam supply unit (51) may include a first heater and a second heater. The first heater and the second heater may be driven independently of each other. The first heater and the second heater may have the same or different power consumption. For example, the power consumption of the first heater may be higher than that of the second heater. When the first heater and the second heater are driven simultaneously, the power consumption is high but steam can be generated quickly. When only one of the first heater and the second heater is driven, the power consumption is relatively low but the amount of steam generated and supplied per unit time is reduced.
[0132] The amount of steam supplied is closely related to the temperature of the receiving space (21). As the amount of steam supplied increases, the temperature of the receiving space (21) increases. As the amount of steam supplied decreases, the temperature of the receiving space (21) relatively decreases.
[0133] The above steam nozzle (52) may be provided to communicate with the inner case (20) and may be arranged adjacent to the discharge duct (92). The steam generator (51) may be supported by being installed on the upper portion of the duct (90) and may be provided to support the steam nozzle (52).
[0134] The above steam supply unit (50) may further include a return pipe (54) that connects the steam nozzle (52) and the steam generator (51).
[0135] The above recovery pipe (54) can recover the condensed water that cannot be discharged to the outside from the steam nozzle (52) back to the steam generator (51). The steam nozzle (52) can be arranged above the steam generator (51) so that steam is automatically supplied to the inner case (20) due to the density difference, and water is recovered to the steam generator (51) by gravity.
[0136] The above steam nozzle (52) is not a simple hose, but may be provided in the shape of a case made of plastic material or the like, and capable of containing one or more of steam, air, or water inside.
[0137] The above steam supply unit (50) may further include a steam pipe (53) connecting the steam generator (51) and the steam nozzle (52). Steam generated in the steam generator (51) may be supplied into the steam nozzle (52) along the steam pipe (53) and then supplied into the inner case (20).
[0138] The above machine room (30) may further include a water supply unit (60) capable of supplying water for generating steam in the steam supply unit (50).
[0139] The above water supply unit (60) may be provided to receive water from a water tank (31) installed in front of the machine room (30) and supply it to the steam supply unit (50).
[0140] The above water supply unit (60) may include a water supply pipe (61) that receives water from the water tank (31), a supply pipe (63) that supplies water from the water supply pipe (61) to the steam supply unit (50), and a water supply pump (62) that provides power to supply water from the water supply pipe (61) to the supply pipe (63).
[0141] The above water tank (31) can be detachably installed in front of the duct (90), and the water supply pump (62) can be placed outside the duct (90).
[0142] The above supply pipe (63) may be connected to the steam generator (51) and provided to supply water to the steam generator (51).
[0143] Alternatively, the supply pipe (63) may be provided to be connected to the steam nozzle (52) and to supply water to the steam nozzle (52). That is, the water supply unit (60) may be provided to directly supply water to the steam nozzle (52) and indirectly supply it to the steam generator (51) through the return pipe (54). This allows the flow path structure to be simplified.
[0144] The above machine room (30) may further include a drainage unit (70) that collects water condensed in the evaporator (81) into the drainage tank (32).
[0145] The above drainage unit (70) may include a drain pipe (71) that communicates with the lower surface of the duct (90) and discharges water collected in the lower part of the duct (90) to the outside of the duct (90), a drainage pump (72) that supplies water discharged through the drainage pipe (71) to a drainage tank (32), and a drainage pipe (73) that supplies water supplied to the drainage pump (72) to the drainage tank (32).
[0146] Meanwhile, the drainage unit (70) may further include a recovery duct (74) that connects the duct (90) and the drainage tank (32) to guide water in the drainage tank (32) back into the duct (90). As a result, even if the drainage tank (32) is full, water collected in the drainage tank (32) can be prevented from leaking to the outside.
[0147] The clothing treatment device of the present invention can supply hot air and steam to the inner case (20) at an appropriate time through the machine room (30) when the refreshing process of clothing, such as sterilization, deodorization, wrinkle removal, and drying, is performed, and can condense moisture discharged from the inner case (20) and collect it in the drain tank (32).
[0148] Figure 5 illustrates one embodiment of a moving hanger (100) of the clothing treatment device of the present invention.
[0149] Referring to FIG. 5(a), the moving hanger (100) may include a hanging part (700) on which the clothing or clothes hanger part (900) is placed, a plurality of power transmission parts (400) that are connected to the hanging part (700) and support the load of the clothing, a connecting part (600) that connects the plurality of power transmission parts (400), and a driving part (200) that provides power to reciprocate the connecting part (600) and the plurality of power transmission parts (400).
[0150] A plurality of power transmission units (400) can be spaced apart from each other along the direction in which the clothing is placed in the receiving space (21).
[0151] A plurality of power transmission units (400) may be arranged along the height direction of the garment treatment device, and the connecting unit (600) may be provided to be mounted on the upper surface of the inner case (20).
[0152] The above connecting part (600) may be provided as an integral part with a plurality of power transmission parts (400), and may be provided to be connected to the driving part (200) at the upper part.
[0153] The above driving unit (200) and the above connecting unit (600) can be supported by a separate support frame and placed on the upper part of the inner case (20).
[0154] The above connecting part (600) may include a connecting bar (630) having a rod shape, and the connecting bar (630) may be connected to the driving part (600) in a scotch yoke structure.
[0155] Accordingly, when power is generated to rotate the driving unit (600), the connecting bar (630) can reciprocate along the longitudinal direction or the direction in which the power transmission unit (400) is spaced apart.
[0156] The above driving unit (200) may include a motor unit (210) that transmits power to reciprocate the connecting bar (630), a power shaft (240) that rotates by the motor unit (210), a transmission unit (230) that transmits power of the power shaft (240), and a displacement generating unit (300) that is connected to the transmission unit (230) and transforms the rotational motion of the power shaft (240) into motion along a predetermined trajectory.
[0157] For example, the transmission unit (230) may include a transmission rod (236) having one end coupled to the power shaft (240) and the other end extending along the radial direction of the rotational shaft (210) to rotate together with the power shaft (240). The displacement generating unit (300) may include an eccentric shaft (310) coupled to the other end of the transmission rod (236) and coupled to the connecting bar (630). The eccentric shaft (310) may be provided to rotate along a longer trajectory than the power shaft (240).
[0158] Referring to FIG. 5(b), the connecting bar (630) may have a slit (631) into which the eccentric shaft (310) is inserted, and the slit (631) may be formed perpendicular to the movement direction of the connecting bar (630). For example, the slit (631) may be formed in the thickness direction of the connecting bar (630).
[0159] The length of the above slit (631) may be provided to be more than twice the radius of rotation (R) of the eccentric shaft (310), and the width of the above slit (631) may be formed to be larger than the diameter of the above eccentric shaft (310).
[0160] Figure 6 illustrates an example of the operation of the above moving hanger.
[0161] Referring to Fig. 6(a), the power shaft (240) has a fixed position, and the eccentric shaft (310) continuously rotates in either the clockwise or counterclockwise direction while drawing a trajectory along a rotation radius (R) based on the power shaft (240).
[0162] The above eccentric shaft (310) can move to the right of the power shaft (240) while rotating the power shaft (240). In this process, the slit (631) provided in the connecting bar (630) receives a force to move to the right by the eccentric shaft (310), and the connecting bar (630) can move to the right.
[0163] Referring to Fig. 6(b), the eccentric shaft (310) can rotate more continuously in the same direction and move to the left of the power shaft (240). In this process, the slit (631) provided in the connecting bar (630) receives a force to move to the left by the eccentric shaft (310), and the connecting bar (630) can move to the left.
[0164] When the above eccentric shaft (310) rotates further, the positions of Fig. 6(a) and Fig. 6(b) are repeated, and the connecting bar (630) can reciprocate left and right.
[0165] As a result, the power transmission unit (400) coupled to the connecting bar (630) can also move back and forth left and right, and the hanging unit (700) coupled to the power transmission unit (400) and the clothes placed on the hanging unit (700) can also shake.
[0166] When the above eccentric shaft (310) rotates once, the above connecting bar (630) can move back and forth left and right once, and the direction of movement can be changed twice.
[0167] Figure 7 illustrates another embodiment of the moving hanger (100) of the garment treatment device of the present invention and how the moving hanger operates.
[0168] The new embodiment of the moving hanger (100) may also include a power transmission unit (400) arranged on the upper portion of the inner case (10) to swing the hanger (900).
[0169] A hanging part (700) on which the clothes hanger (900) can be mounted or placed may be provided at the lower portion of the power transmission part (400).
[0170] Accordingly, when the power transmission unit (400) moves, the hanging unit (700) moves, and the hanger (900) placed on the hanging unit (700) shakes, causing the clothes to flutter.
[0171] The power transmission unit (400) may be provided in multiple units, and the hanging unit (700) coupled to the power transmission unit (400) may also be provided in multiple units. As a result, a large number of clothes corresponding to the number of power transmission units (400) can be placed inside the inner case (20) and refreshed.
[0172] The above moving hanger (100) may further include a driving unit (200) that provides power to move the power transmission unit (400).
[0173] The above driving unit (200) may be provided so as to be exposed inside the inner case (20) if it can transmit power to the power transmission unit (400). However, since the driving unit (200) is provided so as to operate by receiving electric energy, it is preferable that exposure to steam or hot air be blocked.
[0174] Accordingly, the driving unit (200) can be placed between the upper surface of the inner case (20) and the cabinet (10) to prevent it from being exposed to the receiving space (21).
[0175] The power transmission unit (400) can transmit power to the driving unit (200) by penetrating the upper part of the inner case (20). The power transmission unit (400) can extend downward by penetrating the upper part of the inner case (20) so that the lower part is exposed to the receiving space (21).
[0176] The above power transmission unit (400) may be provided in a rod shape, a tube shape, or a plate shape, etc., in which the length is longer than the thickness.
[0177] Meanwhile, the upper surface of the inner case (20) may be provided to support the load of the power transmission unit (400) and the driving unit (200). However, clothes are placed and moved on the power transmission unit (400), and the load of the driving unit (200) is also provided to be relatively heavy. Therefore, in order to stably install the moving hanger (100) on the upper surface of the inner case (20), the clothing treatment device (1) of the present invention may further be provided with a support unit (800).
[0178] The above support member (800) is placed on the upper portion of the inner case (20), and can be supported by being coupled to the cabinet (1). The above support member (800) can be made of a metal material whose shape is difficult to change.
[0179] The power transmission unit (400) and the driving unit (200) can be mounted on the support unit (800) and placed on the upper surface of the inner case (20).
[0180] Meanwhile, the driving unit (200) includes a motor that rotates the rotation shaft. The driving unit (200) may be provided to move the power transmission unit (400) using the power that rotates the rotation shaft.
[0181] However, it may be difficult to sufficiently shake the power transmission unit (400) by simply rotating the rotation axis in place.
[0182] Accordingly, the moving hanger (100) may further include a displacement generating unit (300) that is coupled to the rotation shaft and generates sufficient displacement to enable the power transmission unit (400) to move.
[0183] The displacement generating unit (300) may be provided to connect the rotation shaft and the power transmission unit (400) to each other and transmit the power of the rotation shaft to the power transmission unit (400).
[0184] The displacement generating unit (300) may include an eccentric shaft that rotates along a trajectory larger than the diameter of the rotational shaft. The eccentric shaft may generate a displacement that causes the power transmission unit (400) to reciprocate within a certain range.
[0185] Accordingly, when the driving unit (200) operates, the power generated from the rotating shaft is transmitted to the power transmission unit (400), so that the power transmission unit can move back and forth within a certain range.
[0186] The above moving hanger (100) may be provided to shake the clothing by rotating the power transmission unit (400) back and forth rather than moving the power transmission unit (400) back and forth left and right.
[0187] Specifically, the moving hanger (100) may be provided so that the power transmission unit (400) does not move back and forth in a straight line, but rather rotates back and forth within a certain angular range.
[0188] Accordingly, the power transmission unit (400) can be provided to reciprocate left and right from a fixed position, and clothes placed on the power transmission unit (400) can only reciprocate left and right, and not move back and forth left and right.
[0189] As a result, even if the clothing rotates due to the power transmission unit (400) inside the inner case (20), the movement of the center of gravity inside the inner case (20) can be limited. Accordingly, even if the moving hanger (100) operates, the vibration generated inside the inner case (20) can be drastically reduced, and as a result, noise generation can also be minimized.
[0190] The above moving hanger (100) may further include a reciprocating rotation unit (500) that converts continuous rotational energy generated from the driving unit (200) or the displacement generating unit (300) into a reciprocating rotational motion of the power transmission unit (400).
[0191] The reciprocating rotation part (500) may be provided to connect the displacement generating part (300) and the power transmission part (400) to each other. The reciprocating rotation part (500) may be provided to connect the displacement generating part (300) and the power transmission part (400) to each other above the inner case (20), thereby preventing the clothing from being damaged by the moving hanger (100).
[0192] Meanwhile, the moving hanger (100) may be provided to reciprocate only one of the plurality of power transmission units (400).
[0193] However, if only one power transmission unit (400) rotates, there is a risk that clothing placed on the rotating power transmission unit may collide with clothing placed on another power transmission unit (400), causing damage to the clothing or damage to the moving hanger (100).
[0194] Therefore, it is preferable that the moving hanger (100) be equipped to rotate all of the plurality of power transmission units (400). In addition, the moving hanger (100) may be equipped to simultaneously rotate the plurality of power transmission units (400) at the same angle. This prevents the power transmission units (400) from colliding with each other.
[0195] Meanwhile, in the moving hanger (100), the power of the driving unit (200) may be directly transmitted to all of the plurality of power transmission units, which may be advantageous in controlling the rotation of all power transmission units (400).
[0196] However, if the driving unit (200) is provided in multiple units and is provided to transmit power to each power transmission unit (400), not only may an excessive load be applied to the upper portion of the inner case (20), but the inconvenience of having to control multiple driving units (200) may also arise.
[0197] Therefore, the above moving hanger (100) can be equipped so that one driving unit (200) rotates a plurality of power transmission units (400).
[0198] At this time, if the power transmitted from one driving unit (200) is connected so that the displacement generating unit (300) and the reciprocating rotating unit (400) are each transmitted to all power transmission units (400), the arrangement and structure of the displacement generating unit (300) and the reciprocating rotating unit (400) become complicated, and thus reliability may decrease.
[0199] Accordingly, the moving hanger (100) of the present invention may be equipped to transmit the power generated from the driving unit (200) to only some of the plurality of power transmission units (400).
[0200] The above reciprocating rotation unit (500) may be provided to transmit power transmitted from the driving unit (200) or the displacement generating unit (300) to only some of the power transmission units (400).
[0201] Accordingly, the configuration of the reciprocating rotating part (500) is simplified, so that reliability in transmitting power can be secured.
[0202] Meanwhile, the moving hanger (100) may further include a connecting part (600) that is provided to transmit power transmitted to a specific power transmission part (400) to another power transmission part (400).
[0203] For example, the above connecting portion (600) may be provided to connect a plurality of power transmission portions (400) to each other. Accordingly, when one power transmission portion (400) rotates, all power transmission portions (400) adjacent to or spaced apart from it may rotate.
[0204] Specifically, the moving hanger (100) may be provided to transmit the power of the driving unit (200) to only one of the plurality of power transmission units (400), and to transmit the power transmitted to the power transmission unit through the connecting unit (600) to the remaining power transmission units (400).
[0205] The displacement generating unit (300) or the reciprocating rotating unit (400) may be provided to intensively transmit power generated from one driving unit (200) to one power transmission unit (400). In addition, the connecting unit (600) may transmit power transmitted to a specific power transmission unit (400) to all power transmission units (400).
[0206] The above connecting part (600) may be provided as a rigid body to connect all power transmission parts (400), and all power transmission parts (400) may be provided to simultaneously rotate in the same direction and at the same angle due to the connecting part (600).
[0207] Accordingly, the moving hanger (100) of the present invention can reciprocate multiple power transmission units (400) at the same angle simultaneously or simultaneously with one driving unit (200) with a simple configuration.
[0208] Referring to Fig. 7(a), the power transmission unit (400) can rotate to the right by the reciprocating rotation unit (500) when the driving unit (200) operates. At this time, the power transmission units (400) connected to the connecting unit (600) can also rotate to the right.
[0209] Referring to Fig. 7(b), the power transmission unit (400) can rotate to the left by the reciprocating rotation unit (500) when the driving unit (200) is further operated. At this time, the power transmission units (400) connected to the connecting unit (600) can also rotate to the left.
[0210] As this process is repeated, the power transmission unit (400) can rotate left and right.
[0211] The power transmission unit (400) may be provided to rotate left and right while fixed in a fixed position. The power transmission unit (400) may be fixed to the support unit (800) so that there is no change in position in the forward, backward, left and right directions when rotating.
[0212] The above power transmission unit (400) can be fixed so that its position does not move in the vertical, front-back, and width directions.
[0213] However, the power transmission unit (400) may be configured to rotate left and right with the vertical or height direction in which the power transmission unit extends as the rotation axis. As a result, when the driving unit (200) is driven, the hook unit (700) may reciprocate left and right with the power transmission unit (400) as the axis, and there may be no positional movement.
[0214] Referring to Fig. 7(c), the clothes hanger (900) may include a ring portion (910) that is mounted on the hanger portion (700) and a mounting portion (900) that is coupled to the ring portion (910). A surface portion (950) that prevents clothing from slipping may be provided on the surface of the mounting portion (950).
[0215] The above-mentioned fixing portion (950) may be provided symmetrically left and right with the ring portion (910) as the center. The above-mentioned hanger portion (900) may be mounted on the above-mentioned hook portion (700) so that the fixing portion (950) is arranged in the front-back direction.
[0216] When the power transmission unit (400) rotates to the left, the clothes hanger unit (900) can rotate the left side of the mounting unit (950) to the left and the right side of the mounting unit (950) to the right with respect to the hook unit (910). At this time, the angle (I) at which the left side of the mounting unit (950) rotates is the same as the angle (theta) at which the right side of the mounting unit (950) rotates, and the distance at which the left side of the mounting unit (950) moves can be the same as the distance at which the right side of the mounting unit (950) moves.
[0217] As a result, the weight and force moving to the left based on the above-mentioned hanger part (900) are equal to the weight and force moving to the right, so they can cancel each other out.
[0218] Likewise, even if the power transmission unit (400) rotates to the right, the weight and force moving to the left with respect to the clothes hanger unit (900) will be equal to the weight and force moving to the right, and thus will cancel each other out.
[0219] As a result, even if the power transmission unit (400) rotates, the forces applied to the clothes hanger unit (900) can be offset from each other, and as a result, the vibration force, excitation force, and inertial force generated from the clothes hanger unit (900) itself can be minimized. Accordingly, the inertial force generated from the plurality of power transmission units (400) can be minimized, and the vibration or noise generated from the entire moving hanger (100) can be minimized, and the vibration or noise generated from the entire clothing treatment device (1) can be drastically reduced.
[0220] As a result, even if the driving unit (200) is driven at maximum output, vibration may not occur significantly in the moving hanger (100) or the entire clothing treatment device (1).
[0221] Instead, since each surface of the clothes placed on the above-mentioned clothes hanger (900) rotates left and right and is shaken, the shaking force can be greatly secured.
[0222] In addition, the power transmission unit (400) may be provided to penetrate the inner case (20) and receive the power to rotate reciprocally in a clockwise and counterclockwise direction.
[0223] The above power transmission unit (400) may be provided to rotate left and right while being fixed in position at the upper portion of the receiving space (21).
[0224] The above power transmission unit (400) is fixed so as not to change up, down, left, or right. In addition, not only the upper part but also the lower part of the power transmission unit (400) is fixed so as not to change its position up, down, left, or right.
[0225] That is, the power transmission unit (400) may be provided to rotate back and forth at a certain angle less than one rotation while the center of rotation is fixed.
[0226] No matter how fast the power transmission unit (400) rotates, the position of the power transmission unit (400) is fixed.
[0227] Therefore, the vibration and noise generated by the power transmission unit (400) inside the inner case (20) can be minimized.
[0228] Figure 8 illustrates the structure of the moving hanger (100), showing the moving hanger (100) separated from the inner case (20).
[0229] The above moving hanger (100) may include a driving unit (200) that is fixed to the upper portion of the inner case (20) and provides power for moving the power transmission unit, a plurality of reciprocating rotating units (500) that are respectively coupled to the plurality of power transmission units (400) and receive the power from the driving unit (200) and rotate so that the rotation direction is repeatedly changed, and a connecting unit (600) that is provided to connect the plurality of reciprocating rotating units to each other.
[0230] The above connecting portion (600) may include a singular link that is provided to connect the plurality of reciprocating rotating portions (500) and rotate the plurality of reciprocating rotating portions (500) as one unit.
[0231] The above connecting portion (600) may be provided to connect the power transmission portions (400).
[0232] If the above connecting part (600) is provided to connect the reciprocating transmission parts (500), the connecting part (600) can be installed above the support part (800), so that it may not be exposed inside the inner case (20).
[0233] If the above connecting part (600) is provided as a single link, interference between the driving part (200) and the connecting part (600) can be minimized.
[0234] For example, the single link may be coupled to the front or rear of the reciprocating rotating part (500), and the displacement generating part (300) or the driving part (200) described below may be arranged to the rear or front of the reciprocating rotating part (500).
[0235] The above connecting portion (600) may be provided to reciprocate in the width direction of the inner case (20) and rotate a plurality of the reciprocating rotating portions (500).
[0236] The above driving unit (200) may include a motor (210) that rotates a rotation shaft (210), a power shaft (240) that is provided to rotate together when the rotation shaft (210) rotates, and a transmission unit (230) that connects the power shaft (240) and the rotation shaft (210) to transmit the rotational force of the rotation shaft (210) to the power shaft (240).
[0237] The above motor (210) may be fixed to the upper portion of the inner case (20) and may be provided to rotate the rotation shaft (220). However, the rotation shaft (220) is provided to rotate at a speed that is too fast compared to the appropriate cycle for reciprocating the power transmission unit (400) in the motor (210). In consideration of this, if the RPM of the rotation shaft is lowered, there is a concern that the output of the motor (210) may not be transmitted to the power transmission unit (400).
[0238] To solve this problem, the transmission unit (230) may be provided to transmit the output of the rotation shaft (220) as is to the power transmission unit (400), but to transmit it by lowering the RPM of the rotation shaft (220).
[0239] The above-mentioned transmission unit (230) is provided to be connected to the rotation shaft (220) and rotate, but is provided to have a diameter larger than the rotation shaft (220) so that it can rotate. Accordingly, the transmission unit (230) can be provided to transmit the torque of the rotation shaft (220) while rotating slower than the RPM of the rotation shaft (220).
[0240] The above power shaft (240) can be provided to rotate by the transmission unit (230), and is provided separately from the rotation shaft (230) and is configured to directly transmit power to the power transmission unit (400).
[0241] The above reciprocating rotation part (500) can be coupled to the power transmission part (400) and provided to be rotatable together with the power transmission part (400).
[0242] The above reciprocating rotating part (500) may include a reciprocating lever (510) coupled to the upper portion of the power transmission part (400) to rotate the power transmission part (400).
[0243] The above reciprocating lever (510) may be provided in the shape of a rib or rod with a center of rotation coupled to the support shaft (410).
[0244] The above reciprocating lever (510) can be respectively coupled to the upper end of a plurality of power transmission units (400), and some of the reciprocating levers (510) can be connected to the transmission unit (230) to receive power from the motor (210).
[0245] The above reciprocating lever (510) may be provided to reciprocate at a certain angle when the transmission unit (230) is rotated by the motor (210). The power transmission unit (400) may be provided to be coupled to the rotation center of the reciprocating lever (510) and rotate together with the reciprocating lever (510).
[0246] A plurality of reciprocating levers (510) can be arranged and connected by a connecting portion (600).
[0247] The above connecting portion (600) may be provided to connect one end of a plurality of reciprocating levers (510).
[0248] Accordingly, when any one of the plurality of reciprocating levers (510) rotates, the connecting portion (600) moves so that the plurality of reciprocating levers (510) can rotate simultaneously and at the same time.
[0249] The power transmission unit (400) and reciprocating lever (510) may be supported on the support unit (800). In addition, the motor (210) and transmission unit (230) may also be supported on the support unit (800).
[0250] The power transmission unit (400) may be provided to extend from the upper part to the lower part of the inner case, and the hanging unit (700) may be coupled to the lower part of the power transmission unit (400).
[0251] The above reciprocating rotation part (500) can be coupled to each of the power transmission parts (400), and can be easily connected to the driving part (200) by being coupled to the upper part of the power transmission part (400).
[0252] The power transmission unit (400) and the reciprocating rotation unit (500) are provided in multiple units and are arranged at a certain distance apart along the width direction of the inner case.
[0253] The above connecting portion (600) is provided to connect a plurality of the power transmission portions (400) or a plurality of the reciprocating rotation portions (500) to each other. Thus, the connecting portion (600) can be provided to rotate a plurality of the power transmission portions (400) or a plurality of the reciprocating rotation portions (500) simultaneously.
[0254] The power transmission unit (400) may include a support shaft (410) that penetrates the upper part of the inner case (20) and is coupled to the reciprocating lever (510).
[0255] The above support shaft (410) may penetrate the support portion (800) and be exposed to the upper portion of the support portion (800) or the upper portion of the inner case (20).
[0256] The power transmission unit (400) may include an auxiliary support unit (420) that is coupled to the support shaft (410) and exposed to the receiving space. The auxiliary support unit (420) may be provided in a rod shape and may be fixed by coupling a hook unit (700) to the lower portion.
[0257] The above auxiliary support member (420) may be fixed to the support shaft (410) and may be provided to rotate together with the support shaft (410). Accordingly, when the support shaft (410) rotates by the reciprocating lever (510), the auxiliary support member (420) coupled to the support shaft (410) also rotates, so that the hook member (700) can also rotate left and right.
[0258] The above reciprocating lever (510) may include a main lever (511) that receives power directly from the driving unit (200) and rotates reciprocally, and an auxiliary lever (512) that receives power from the main lever (511) through a connecting portion (600).
[0259] The above main lever (511) may be provided in a single unit so as to directly receive power from the driving unit (200).
[0260] In the above driving unit (200), the motor (210) may include a vertical motor (211) coupled to the support unit (800) and a vertical rotation shaft (221) rotated by the vertical motor (211).
[0261] The above transmission unit (230) may include a power pulley (231) coupled to the vertical rotation shaft (221) and rotating together with the vertical rotation shaft (221), a transmission pulley (232) coupled to the power shaft (240) and rotating the power shaft (240), and a belt (233) connecting a portion of the outer circumference of the power pulley (231) and the transmission pulley (232).
[0262] The above transmission unit (230) may further include a pulley support unit (224) that rotatably supports the power shaft (240) and the transmission pulley (232). The pulley support unit (224) is provided to support the transmission pulley (232) so that it is arranged parallel to the power pulley (231), and may be provided by being mounted on the support unit (800).
[0263] The above power shaft (240) may be provided to transmit power transmitted from the rotation shaft (220) to one of the two ends of the main lever (511).
[0264] The above power shaft (240) is coupled with a displacement generating unit (300) described later to enable the main lever (511) to reciprocate around the support shaft (410).
[0265] The above connecting portion (600) may include a link bar (610, bar) connecting one end of the main lever (511) that is not connected to the power shaft (240) and one end of the auxiliary lever (512).
[0266] The above auxiliary lever (512) may be rotatably coupled with the support shaft (410) and may be provided to extend in one direction from the portion coupled with the support shaft (410) and be connected to the link bar (610).
[0267] The above link bar (610) may be provided in the form of a straight frame connecting one end of the main lever (511) and one end of the auxiliary levers (512). At this time, one end of the main lever (511) and one end of the auxiliary lever (512) may be arranged parallel to each other based on the link bar (610) or the width direction.
[0268] The above link bar (610) may be provided in a single unit and may be provided to simultaneously and simultaneously rotate the main lever (511) and the auxiliary lever (512) around their respective support shafts (410).
[0269] The inner case (20) may be provided with a through hole (23) in which a part of the support part (800) is fixed and the power transmission part (400) is exposed to the receiving space (22).
[0270] The through hole (23) may be provided on the upper surface (22) of the inner case, and the through hole (23) may be provided along the direction in which the power transmission unit (400) is arranged.
[0271] For example, the power transmission units (400) may be arranged spaced apart from each other along the width direction of the inner case, and the through holes (23) may be arranged along the width direction of the inner case.
[0272] The clothing treatment device (1) of the present invention may further include a support frame (12) that is placed outside the inner case and supports the cabinet (1).
[0273] The above support frame (12) may be provided with a metal material that is arranged at each position corresponding to the corner of the cabinet (1) or the corner of the inner case (20) to maintain the appearance of the garment processing device. The support member (800) is supported by being secured at both ends to the support frame (12), thereby preventing unnecessary impact or load from being transmitted to the upper surface (22) of the inner case.
[0274] Figure 9 illustrates the operation method of the moving hanger (100) of the present invention.
[0275] Referring to FIG. 9(a), the main lever (511) may include a main body (5111) coupled to the support shaft (410) and coupled to the connecting bar (610).
[0276] The above main body (5111) may include a main center hole (5115) that is coupled to the support shaft (410) and can rotate the support shaft (410), and may be provided to extend to both sides from the main center hole (5115).
[0277] The above main body (5111) may be provided with a main receiving hole (5112) that receives power from the driving unit (200) at one end, and may include a main transmission hole (5113) at the other end where the connecting bar (610) is mounted and connected.
[0278] The main body (5111) may further include a stepped portion that extends from the central hole to the main receiving hole (5112) and forms a step. Due to the stepped portion, one end of the main body (5111) or the main transmission hole (5113) may be positioned lower than the main central hole (5115).
[0279] In this way, the length of the power shaft (240) or the eccentric shaft (310) described later, which is positioned above the main center hole (5115), can be secured to extend from the transmission unit (230).
[0280] Meanwhile, the auxiliary lever (512) may include an auxiliary body (5121) having an auxiliary center hole (5125) coupled to the support shaft (410) and an auxiliary transmission hole (5123) extending to one side from the auxiliary center hole (5125) and coupled to the link bar (610).
[0281] The above auxiliary body (5121) may be provided with a shorter length than the above main body (5111).
[0282] The distance from the main center hole (5115) to the main transmission hole (5113) can be set to be the same as the distance from the auxiliary center hole (5125) to the auxiliary transmission hole (5123).
[0283] The above link bar (610) can be installed on the upper portion of the auxiliary transmission hole (5123) and the main transmission hole (5113) to connect the auxiliary lever (512) and the main lever (511) to each other.
[0284] The above driving unit (200) may be provided so that the power shaft (240) is inserted into the main receiving hole (5112). Accordingly, the driving unit may be provided so as to directly rotate the power shaft (240) to rotate the main receiving hole (5112) left and right.
[0285] In other words, the rotation of the power shaft (240) alone may not generate sufficient displacement to rotate the main receiving hole (5112) left and right with respect to the main center hole (5115).
[0286] To this end, the moving hanger (100) of the present invention may include a displacement generating unit (300) that is coupled to the power shaft (240) and can generate a displacement greater than the rotation radius of the power shaft (240).
[0287] The displacement generating unit (300) may be configured to convert the stationary rotational motion of the power shaft (240) into a displacement motion that moves back and forth within a certain range. The displacement motion may be transmitted to the reciprocating rotation unit (500) so that the power transmission unit (400) may reciprocate.
[0288] For example, the displacement generating unit (300) may further include an eccentric shaft (310) that extends from the power shaft (240) and rotates along a trajectory of a certain radius.
[0289] The diameter of the eccentric shaft (310) may be set smaller than the diameter or width of the main receiving hole (5112). Thus, the eccentric shaft (310) may be inserted into and supported in the main receiving hole (5112).
[0290] However, the radius of rotation of the eccentric shaft (310) may be set to be larger than the width or diameter of the main receiving hole (5112). As a result, when the eccentric shaft (310) rotates, the main receiving hole (5112) may be pushed by the eccentric shaft (310) and move left and right with respect to the main center hole (5115).
[0291] As a result, when the eccentric shaft (310) rotates in a specific direction (x), the main receiving hole (5112) of the main body (511) also rotates back and forth along a specific direction (y), and as a result, the central hole (5115) of the main body also rotates in the same direction as the main receiving hole (5112), and the main transmission hole (5113) can rotate back and forth in a direction opposite to the specific direction (z).
[0292] When the above eccentric shaft (310) rotates, the support shaft (410) reciprocates together with the main center hole (5115), so that the power transmission unit (400) can reciprocate, and the main transmission hole (5113) also reciprocates to reciprocate and move the link bar (610) back and forth, so that the auxiliary lever (521) can also reciprocate around the auxiliary center hole (5125) and the support shaft (410). The power transmission unit (400) coupled to the auxiliary lever (521) can also reciprocate.
[0293] The power transmission unit (400) may be provided with a screw thread along the circumference of the upper portion of the support shaft (410).
[0294] The above main transmission hole (5113) and the above auxiliary center hole (5125) can be directly connected and fixed to the support shaft (410) using a screw thread or the like.
[0295] However, the power transmission unit (400) may further include a transmission coupling unit (415) that is coupled to the screw thread of the support shaft (410) so that the support shaft (410) passes through the main transmission hole (5113) and the auxiliary center hole (5125) and then fixes the support shaft (410) to the main transmission hole (5113) and the auxiliary center hole (5125).
[0296] Therefore, the support shaft (410) and the reciprocating lever (510) are coupled by the transmission coupling part (415), so that the support shaft (410) and the reciprocating lever (510) can rotate simultaneously.
[0297] Referring to Fig. 9(a), the main receiving hole (5112) of the main lever (511) can rotate to the left with respect to the main center hole (5115) by rotation of the eccentric shaft (310). (No. 1)
[0298] When the above main receiving hole (5112) rotates to the left, the above main center hole (5115) can also rotate counterclockwise. (2) In this process, the power transmission unit (400) coupled to the above main center hole (5115) can rotate counterclockwise.
[0299] The above main receiving hole (5113) rotates counterclockwise in the main center hole (5115). At this time, the link bar (610) can move to the right as the main receiving hole (5113) moves. (No. 3)
[0300] When the above link bar (610) moves to the right, the auxiliary receiving hole (5123) of the above auxiliary lever (512) rotates counterclockwise with respect to the above auxiliary center hole (5125). Since the above link bar (610) is connected to the above plurality of auxiliary levers (512), all auxiliary levers (512) rotate counterclockwise. (No. 4)
[0301] When the above auxiliary lever (512) rotates counterclockwise, the power transmission unit (400) coupled to the auxiliary center hole (5125) also rotates counterclockwise. (No. 5)
[0302] Referring to Fig. 9(b), the main receiving hole (5112) of the main lever (511) can rotate to the right with respect to the main center hole (5115) by rotation of the eccentric shaft (310). (No. 1)
[0303] When the above main receiving hole (5112) rotates to the right, the above main center hole (5115) can also rotate clockwise. (2) In this process, the power transmission unit (400) coupled to the above main center hole (5115) can rotate clockwise.
[0304] The above main receiving hole (5113) rotates clockwise in the main center hole (5115). At this time, the link bar (610) can move to the left as the main receiving hole (5113) moves. (No. 3)
[0305] When the above link bar (610) moves to the left, the auxiliary receiving hole (5123) of the above auxiliary lever (512) rotates clockwise with respect to the above auxiliary center hole (5125). Since the above link bar (610) is connected to the above plurality of auxiliary levers (512), all auxiliary levers (512) rotate clockwise. (No. 4)
[0306] When the above auxiliary lever (512) rotates clockwise, the power transmission unit (400) coupled to the auxiliary center hole (5125) also rotates clockwise. (No. 5)
[0307] When this process is repeated, the main lever (511) receives power from the driving unit (200) and rotates clockwise and counterclockwise to reciprocate the power transmission unit (400) coupled to the main lever (511) and reciprocate the link bar (610) left and right.
[0308] The above link bar (610) can reciprocate the auxiliary lever (512) by moving back and forth left and right, and can reciprocate the power transmission unit (400) coupled to the auxiliary lever (512).
[0309] The above link bar (610) is provided as a rigid body, and the auxiliary lever (512) and the main lever (511) are connected to the link bar (610) at a location spaced apart from the support shaft (410) by the same length.
[0310] Accordingly, due to the link bar (610), the auxiliary lever (512) and the main lever (511) can reciprocate at the same angle, and as a result, all power transmission units (400) can rotate at the same angle simultaneously and at the same time, and the reciprocating rotation angles can also be the same.
[0311] The above main lever (511) may be positioned between the above auxiliary levers (512). In addition, the above auxiliary levers (512) may be positioned symmetrically with respect to the above main lever (511). As a result, a load may be evenly applied to both sides of the connecting bar (610) connected to the main lever (511).
[0312] However, if the power of the main lever (511) can be transmitted to the auxiliary lever (512), the main lever (511) and the auxiliary lever (512) may be arranged in any arrangement or order.
[0313] Figure 10 illustrates a system in which the above moving hanger operates.
[0314] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may include a control unit (C) that performs an arbitrary course for treating the clothing by driving at least one of the moving hanger (100), the steam generating unit (50), and the heat pump system (80).
[0315] The above control unit (C) can perform various courses consisting of a series of control methods that can perform refreshing processes such as drying, deodorizing, sterilizing, and removing wrinkles on the clothing.
[0316] The garment treatment device of the present invention may further include an input unit (I) for receiving a command to perform the course from the control unit (C), and a display unit (D) for receiving information from the control unit (C) and displaying the status of the garment treatment device. The input unit (I) and the display unit (D) may be provided on either the cabinet (10) or the door (11).
[0317] The above control unit (C) can operate the moving hanger (100) when a command to perform the course is input from the input unit (I) or a command to supply power is input.
[0318] The above control unit (C) can operate the moving hanger (100) by driving the driving unit (200). The driving unit (200) can be provided to receive a command from the control unit (C) and operate the transmission unit (300) to shake the clothing.
[0319] The above control unit (C) can provide a signal to directly drive the driving unit (200), and can also be equipped to receive information from the driving unit (200).
[0320] The clothing treatment device of the present invention may include a current detection unit (260) that receives electrical information such as current and voltage output from the driving unit (200) and transmits the information to the control unit (C).
[0321] In addition, the garment treatment device of the present invention may include a position detection unit (270) that detects the position of the power transmission unit (400) or the connection unit (600) and transmits it to the control unit (C). The position detection unit (270) may be provided to detect the rotation angle of the rotation shaft (210) and the power shaft (240) or the position of the eccentric shaft (310).
[0322] The garment treatment device of the present invention may be equipped to detect garment information including at least one of the weight, length, material, property, and type of the garment based on the control system that drives the moving hanger (100). The garment treatment device of the present invention may optimize and control at least one of the intensity, type, time, and option values of the refresh course for processing the garment based on the detected garment information.
[0323] For example, the clothing treatment device of the present invention can be operated by controlling one or more of the driving speed of the moving hanger (100), the driving time and driving output of the steam generator (50), and the driving time and driving rpm of the heat pump (80) according to the detected clothing information.
[0324] The driving speed of the above moving hanger (100) can be defined as either the driving rpm of the driving unit (200) or the speed at which the power transmission unit (400) moves.
[0325] The driving speed of the above moving hanger (100) may be defined based on the speed at which the clothing shakes or the speed at which the upper part of the clothing shakes.
[0326] The garment treatment device of the present invention can adjust the mechanical force applied to the garment, the amount of steam supplied to the garment, the steam exposure time, the temperature of the hot air supplied to the garment, and the exposure time of the hot air according to the detected garment information.
[0327] Accordingly, the garment treatment device of the present invention can process the garment in a customized manner according to the garment information, rather than performing a standardized course regardless of the garment information.
[0328] Of course, the garment treatment device of the present invention may be equipped with a separate detection unit to detect the above-mentioned garment information. For example, the garment treatment device of the present invention may be equipped with a load sensor, etc., installed on the moving hanger (100) to detect the weight of the garment, and may be equipped with a radar sensor using light, radio waves, etc., or the position detection unit (270) inside the inner case to detect the length, material, type, etc. of the garment.
[0329] However, if multiple sensing units that directly detect the above clothing information are installed in a clothing treatment device, not only will production and repair costs increase, but it may also be difficult to maintain the durability of the sensing units due to the nature of hot air and steam being supplied inside the clothing.
[0330] To this end, the clothing treatment device of the present invention may be equipped so that the control unit (C) operates the electrical information applied to or output from the moving hanger (100) while driving the moving hanger (100).
[0331] The above electrical information may include one or more of the current value, power value, current or power waveform, amplitude, and period applied or output to the motor unit (210) while driving the driving unit (200).
[0332] Typically, washing machines and dryers calculate the weight of clothes by analyzing the current output from the drive unit that rotates the drum that holds the clothes. This is possible because the clothes held in the washing machine and dryer are lumped together inside the drum, regardless of the type, material, or length of the clothes. In other words, washing machines and dryers determine the current required to rotate the drive unit or the current output from the drive unit based on the weight of the clothes, regardless of the condition of the clothes, and there are virtually no variables that affect the current value.
[0333] However, in the garment treatment device of the present invention, such as a garment manager, the garment is placed in a state where only the upper part is placed on the moving hanger (100) and the remaining part is hung in the receiving space (21). As a result, when the moving hanger (100) is driven, the garment vibrates in the height direction, forming various waveforms.
[0334] In other words, the clothing vibrates independently of the vibration of the moving hanger (100), and the vibration generated from the clothing acts as a load on the moving hanger (100).
[0335] The amplitude or vibration pattern generated from the above clothing affects the current value or power value applied or output to the driving unit (200).
[0336] As a result, if the clothing treatment device of the present invention simply detects the weight of the clothing using only the electrical information while driving the moving hanger (100), the reliability may be very low.
[0337] For example, depending on the length of the garment, even if the garment vibrates at the same frequency, the vibration waveform or amplitude is formed differently. In addition, even if the weights of the garments are the same, if the lengths are different, the vibration waveform or amplitude of each garment may be different even if each garment vibrates at the same frequency. As a result, even if the motor (210) of the driving unit (200) is driven at the same speed, if the lengths of the garments placed on the power transmission unit (400) are different, the control unit is very likely to calculate that the weights of the garments are different.
[0338] If the moving hanger (100) is driven slowly, the clothing may move along the moving hanger (100) from top to bottom and shake. However, if the moving hanger (100) is driven quickly, the upper part of the clothing may begin to shake with a large amplitude and period, but the lower part of the clothing may not be able to follow the vibration of the upper part of the clothing due to inertial force or may follow it slowly, which may cause diffraction, such as bending of the clothing.
[0339] Furthermore, when the driving frequency of the moving hanger (100) or the power transmission unit (400) corresponds to the resonant frequency of the clothing, the clothing may vibrate in a stationary wave in which the vibrating region and the fixed region are fixed. When the clothing vibrates in a stationary wave, an inertial force different from that when the clothing does not vibrate in a stationary wave is transmitted to the moving hanger (100), which may cause a large error in the electrical information of the driving unit (200).
[0340] In addition, even if the clothing vibrates while forming a standing wave, the multiple (n) of the standing wave generated from the clothing may vary depending on the driving speed of the driving unit (200) or the power transmission unit (400), and in this case, even if the clothing vibrates with the same standing wave, it may provide a different inertial force to the moving hanger (100) to provide an effect that causes the electrical information of the driving unit (200) to vary.
[0341] In summary, when the moving hanger (100) is driven, the electrical information applied to the driving unit (200) and the electrical information output from the driving unit (200) are greatly affected not only by the weight of the clothing but also by the vibration characteristics of the clothing. Since the vibration characteristics of the clothing depend on the driving speed of the driving unit (200) or the power transmission unit (400), the factors affecting the electrical information detectable by the driving unit (200) can be considered to be the weight of the clothing and the driving speed of the driving unit (200) or the power transmission unit (400).
[0342] Accordingly, the garment treatment device of the present invention may be equipped to calculate garment information including at least one of the weight and length of the garment while considering not only the weight of the garment but also the vibration characteristics of the garment according to the driving speed of the driving unit (200) or the power transmission unit (400).
[0343] Figure 11 illustrates an example in which the control unit of the garment treatment device of the present invention accurately calculates garment information using a moving hanger.
[0344] The clothing treatment device of the present invention operates the moving hanger (100) by driving the driving unit (200) with the control unit (C).
[0345] The above driving unit (200) can shake the clothing by continuously rotating the rotation shaft (210) and the power shaft (240) in one direction and moving the power transmission unit (400) back and forth through the transmission unit (300).
[0346] The reciprocating movement of the power transmission unit (400) above is a concept that includes at least one of the following: the power transmission unit (400) reciprocating in a straight line, rotating at a constant angle, performing a pendulum movement, and moving periodically.
[0347] In other words, regardless of the embodiment in which the moving hanger (100) is provided, the moving hanger (100) installed in the garment treatment device of the present invention can reciprocally move the power transmission unit (400) by controlling the driving unit (200).
[0348] In the clothing treatment device of the present invention, when the moving hanger (100) is driven, regardless of how the driving unit (200) and the transmission unit (300) operate, the power transmission unit (400) can change the movement direction of the hanging unit (700) twice per cycle.
[0349] Each time the above-mentioned hook (700) and the clothes hung on the hook (700) via the hanger (900) change their direction of movement, a significant inertial force is generated. Accordingly, the hook (700) transmits the inertial force to the power transmission unit (400) twice during one reciprocating cycle.
[0350] When the above-mentioned hook (700) reciprocates, the driving unit (200) receives a load that moves the power transmission unit (400), and also receives the inertial force. Each time the driving unit (200) receives the inertial force periodically, an additional load is applied.
[0351] As a result, as the driving unit (200) operates, the clothing generates the inertial force at a certain cycle, so the electrical information output from the driving unit (200) or received through the driving unit (200) may include a graph that can determine the movement state of the hanging unit (700).
[0352] Accordingly, the control unit (C) of the clothing treatment device of the present invention can calculate clothing information including the vibration characteristics of the clothing by analyzing the electrical information itself and the inertial force of the clothing that can be detected from the electrical information.
[0353] Furthermore, the control unit (C) can detect the inertial force applied to the driving unit (200) to recognize the cycle in which the hook unit (700) reciprocates and can also recognize the point in time when the hook unit (700) changes its direction of movement.
[0354] In addition, the control unit (C) can detect the size of the inertial force and the change in the size of the inertial force, thereby detecting the movement state of the clothing.
[0355] For example, when the control unit (C) of the clothing treatment device of the present invention receives the electrical information from the driving unit (200), it can extract the DC component and the AC component from the electrical information.
[0356] The DC component is an electrical signal with a certain absolute value and contains information regarding the load required to drive the driving unit (200) at a specific RPM. Since the heavier the clothing, the greater the load required for the driving unit (200), and therefore, the DC component may contain information reflecting the weight of the clothing. Accordingly, the control unit (C) can analyze the DC component to obtain the information necessary to calculate the weight of the clothing.
[0357] The AC component may contain information reflecting the vibration characteristics of the garment as an electrical signal having a certain period. During the process of the garment vibrating or the process of the hanging member (700) periodically changing its direction of movement, the inertial force may be transmitted to the driving member (200), and the transmitted inertial force may be reflected as the AC component.
[0358] The above control unit (C) can obtain information necessary to calculate the vibration characteristics of the clothing and the vibration cycle of the clothing by analyzing the AC component.
[0359] In the case of a periodic AC component, such as the above, the second harmonic has the clearest signal in the periodic graph and holds reliable information regarding the periodicity. Therefore, the control unit (C) can extract or select the second harmonic from the detected AC components with priority and analyze the vibration characteristics of the clothing in detail through the second harmonic.
[0360] The vibration characteristics of the garment may vary depending on its length and material. Therefore, the vibration characteristics include clothing information related to the garment's length and material. Accordingly, the control unit (C) can calculate clothing information, such as the garment's length and material, based on the vibration characteristics analyzed through the AC component analysis.
[0361] Furthermore, the control unit (C) can change the driving speed of the driving unit (200) or the power transmission unit (400) to additionally track and detect changes in the electrical information of the driving unit (200), thereby confirming previously detected clothing information and recalculating the clothing information.
[0362] As a result, the control unit (C) can calculate the clothing information by analyzing both the absolute value of electrical information including at least one of current and voltage and the vibration characteristics of the electrical information when driving the driving unit (200).
[0363] Figure 12 illustrates a state in which clothing vibrates when a moving hanger is operated.
[0364] Referring to Fig. 12(a), the clothing treatment device of the present invention can be placed inside the receiving space (20) with long clothing (L) placed on a moving hanger (100).
[0365] Referring to Fig. 12(b), the moving hanger (100) of the garment treatment device of the present invention can drive the driving unit (200) to reciprocate the power transmission unit (400). The hanging unit (700) is coupled to the power transmission unit (400), and the clothes hanger unit (900) is mounted on the hanging unit (700), so that clothes mounted on the clothes hanger unit (900) can reciprocate and vibrate together with the power transmission unit (400).
[0366] The above moving hanger (100) can be driven at a specific frequency to shake the clothing supported by the power transmission unit (400).
[0367] That the moving hanger (100) is driven at a specific frequency means that the moving hanger (100) moves back and forth periodically. In other words, that the moving hanger (100) is driven at a specific frequency means that the power transmission unit (400) that actually moves the clothes back and forth is driven at a specific frequency periodically. In addition, the driving unit (200) will drive at a specific speed to drive the power transmission unit (400) at a specific frequency. That is, when the motor unit (210) is driven at a specific RPM, the power transmission unit (400) can be driven at a specific frequency, and it can be defined that the moving hanger (100) is driven at a specific frequency.
[0368] When the above moving hanger (100) starts to operate at a low frequency, the long garment (L) moves back and forth along the power transmission unit (400). In this process, the upper part of the garment (L) moves together with the power transmission unit (400), but as it moves away from the power transmission unit (400), an inertial force acts on the garment (L) to maintain a stationary state. As a result, the garment moves in a state lagging behind the upper part of the garment from the top to the bottom, and the lower part of the garment (L) moves in a state lagging behind the most among the garments (L).
[0369] In addition, when the power transmission unit (400) stops to change the direction of movement, the upper part of the clothing (L) stops together with the power transmission unit (400), but the lower part of the clothing maintains a state of moving due to inertial force. As a result, the clothing moves further than the power transmission unit (400) from the upper part to the lower part, and the lower part of the clothing moves more.
[0370] When the frequency at which the moving hanger (100) or the driving unit (200) operates is low and the power transmission unit (400) moves back and forth at a relatively low speed, the amplitude at which the lower part of the clothing moves back and forth is formed to be greater than the amplitude at which the upper part of the clothing moves back and forth.
[0371] In this situation, when the frequency at which the moving hanger (100) or the driving unit (200) operates increases, the power transmission unit (400) moves back and forth more quickly than before, and the magnitude of the inertial force generated by the clothing (L) becomes larger. As a result, the displacement difference between the lower part of the clothing and the upper part of the clothing may become larger.
[0372] In addition, when the power transmission unit (400) moves, the inertial force generated by the displacement difference in the entire garment (L) acts as an additional load that the moving hanger (100) must bear. In addition, the load that the moving hanger (100) receives from the garment occurs most greatly when the power transmission unit (400) changes the direction of movement.
[0373] Referring to Fig. 12(c), when the moving hanger (100) or the driving unit (200) is driven at a faster frequency, the speed at which the power transmission unit (400) reciprocates becomes faster. At this time, the displacement difference between the upper and lower parts of the clothing causes the direction in which the upper and lower parts of the clothing move to differ.
[0374] In addition, as the displacement difference becomes larger from the top to the bottom of the clothing, and the power transmission unit (400) engages with the reciprocating displacement, the clothing generates sections in which each section moves in a different direction from the top to the bottom, and the clothing vibrates while forming a wave shape.
[0375] When the above clothing vibrates, the vibration energy is transmitted to the moving hanger (100) and acts as an additional load applied to the driving unit (200).
[0376] Additionally, when the moving hanger (100) is driven at a faster frequency, the garment vibrates while forming more waveforms. As a result, the garment (L) does not move in the same direction as a whole, but instead moves in different directions from top to bottom, causing the entire garment to vibrate.
[0377] In other words, when the driving unit (200) is driven at a low speed and accelerated, and then driven at a speed exceeding a certain speed, the clothing (L) cannot move in the same direction as a whole, and the directions of movement become different, so that the clothing may bend, form a wave shape, and diffract.
[0378] The occurrence of diffraction on the above clothing (L) can be defined as the occurrence of points on the clothing (L) with different movement directions or amplitude directions.
[0379] When the driving unit (200) is driven at a speed higher than that which causes diffraction in the clothing (L), the clothing (L) forms a node (n) region that does not vibrate at least momentarily with respect to the moving hanger (100) and a belly (a) region that vibrates most in the direction of movement or the opposite direction with respect to the moving hanger (100).
[0380] As the power transmission unit (400) moves back and forth more quickly, more nodes (n) and folds (a) are formed in the clothing (L).
[0381] In addition, when the moving hanger (100) is driven at the same frequency as the resonant frequency of the clothing, the clothing (L) can vibrate or diffract while forming a standing wave.
[0382] That the above garment vibrates in a standing wave means that the garment vibrates in such a way that the position of a node (n) that appears to be stationary on the garment does not change over time when the garment vibrates, and the position of a ship (a) that vibrates with the largest amplitude on the garment also does not change over time.
[0383] The above-mentioned standing wave is generated whenever the moving hanger (100) is driven at a multiple of n of the resonant frequency. As a result, the clothing vibrates as a standing wave whenever the driving unit (200) reaches a specific speed range, so that the positions of the area where the node (n) is formed and the area where the fold (a) is formed in the clothing may not change.
[0384] The vibrations generated from the garment may not be fully transmitted to the moving hanger (100) if the amplitude directions are different from each other, thereby canceling each other out. When the garment vibrates in a standing wave, the vibration patterns generated from the garment may be formed symmetrically along the height direction of the garment. As a result, when the garment vibrates in a standing wave, most of the vibrations generated from the garment may be canceled out, and the vibration transmitted to the moving hanger (100) may be minimal.
[0385] Figure 13 illustrates changes in the vibration pattern of clothing depending on the driving frequency of the moving hanger.
[0386] Referring to Fig. 13(a), when the moving hanger (100) is driven at a frequency lower than the fundamental frequency, the clothing (L) can move in the same direction as a whole. When the moving hanger (100) is driven at the fundamental frequency, the clothing (L) can move in the same direction for all, with only the amplitude differing depending on the area.
[0387] The above fundamental frequency can be defined as the driving frequency of the moving hanger (100) at which a waveform or vibration begins to occur on the clothing.
[0388] When the above moving hanger (100) is driven below the fundamental frequency, no waveform is generated in the clothing, so the entire clothing can move in the same direction.
[0389] As the speed at which the above driving unit (200) operates, the first speed can be defined as the speed at which the moving hanger (100) operates at a fundamental frequency. When the driving unit (200) operates from a stationary state to the first speed at which diffraction can begin to occur in the clothing (L), the direction of movement of the entire clothing (L) can be the same.
[0390] In other words, the amplitude of the upper part of the clothing and the amplitude of the lower part of the clothing may be different, but the direction of movement of the power transmission unit (400) and the direction of movement of the entire clothing may be the same.
[0391] Referring to Fig. 13(b), if the moving hanger (100) is driven at a frequency higher than the fundamental frequency, diffraction may occur in the clothing (L). In addition, if the moving hanger (100) is driven at a resonant frequency faster than the fundamental frequency, the clothing (L) may vibrate as a standing wave.
[0392] The garment can vibrate by forming a standing wave whenever the frequency corresponds to a multiple of n of the minimum resonant frequency. Therefore, the minimum frequency at which the moving hanger (100) can initially vibrate the garment as a standing wave can be defined as the minimum resonant frequency.
[0393] When the above moving hanger (100) is driven at the minimum resonant frequency, the driving speed of the driving unit (200) can be defined as the second speed. The second speed can be set to be faster than the first speed. The second speed can be defined as the minimum resonant speed.
[0394] When the above driving unit (200) is driven at a speed higher than the first speed, diffraction may occur in the clothing (L). As a result, an area in which the direction of vibration in the clothing (L) changes along the height direction may be formed.
[0395] When the above driving unit (200) drives the second speed, the reciprocating cycle of the moving hanger (100) can correspond to the reciprocal of the resonant frequency of the clothing (L), and the clothing (L) can vibrate as a standing wave.
[0396] When the above clothing (L) vibrates in a standing wave, the position of the node (n), which is an area where there is no vibration in the clothing (L), is fixed, and the position of the ship (a), which is an area where the amplitude is maximum, is also fixed.
[0397] When the above driving unit (200) is driven at the second speed and the first standing wave occurs in the clothing (L), one node (n) is formed, and the belly (a) can be formed in a number that is one more than the node (n), including the upper part of the clothing.
[0398] In other words, when the driving unit (200) is driven at the second speed, the clothing shakes at the first resonant frequency (f1) and can vibrate at the first (n=1) standing wave.
[0399] The resonant frequency at which the above clothing (L) vibrates as a standing wave can be determined as a unique characteristic of each clothing.
[0400] -- Equation (1)
[0401] The above equation (1) represents the resonant frequency of the moving hanger (100) that can vibrate the clothing (L) to form a standing wave.
[0402] The above resonant frequency (f) corresponds to the reciprocal of the vibration period (T) or the reciprocating period (T) of the moving hanger (100).
[0403] In equation (1), v is related to the tension and linear density of the clothing and can be determined by the fiber characteristics of each clothing, and l represents the length of the clothing.
[0404] As a result, the resonant frequency f that generates a standing wave in the clothing (L) is set differently depending on the length (l) of the clothing, and becomes smaller as the length (l) of the clothing becomes longer.
[0405] Referring to Fig. 13(c), the moving hanger (100) can be driven at a frequency twice faster than the minimum resonant frequency.
[0406] As a result, the driving speed of the driving unit (200) can be doubled, and the vibration period of the power transmission unit (400) can be reduced by half. As a result, the clothing can vibrate while forming a standing wave with f2, which is twice the first resonant frequency.
[0407] When the above moving hanger (100) is driven at twice the minimum resonant frequency (n=2), the driving speed of the driving unit (200) can be defined as the third speed.
[0408] That is, the clothing (L) can vibrate in the form of a second standing wave (n=2) in which there are two nodes (n) in the clothing (L) and three boats (a).
[0409] When the clothing (L) vibrates with the second standing wave (n=2), the positions where the node (n) and the fold (a) occur are formed differently from the positions where the node (n) and the fold (a) occur when the clothing (L) vibrates with the first standing wave (n=1).
[0410] Accordingly, if the frequency at which the moving hanger (100) operates is determined as a multiple of the resonant frequency, the area where the maximum amplitude occurs in the clothing can be controlled to vary.
[0411] By utilizing this, the garment treatment device of the present invention can concentrate the energy generated by the moving hanger (100) on a specific area of the garment. In addition, the moving hanger (100) can vibrate the specific area of the garment in a focused manner by changing the frequency. As a result, the garment treatment device of the present invention can more powerfully remove dust or foreign substances from the garment.
[0412] Referring to Fig. 13(d), the moving hanger (100) can be driven at a frequency three times faster than the minimum resonant frequency.
[0413] When the above moving hanger (100) is driven at three times the minimum resonant frequency, the driving speed of the driving unit can be defined as the fourth speed.
[0414] The above driving unit (200) can be driven at a speed three times faster than the second speed, which is the speed at which the clothing vibrates in the first normal wave, and the cycle of the power transmission unit (400) is shortened to 1 / 3.
[0415] As a result, the clothing vibrates while forming a third standing wave (n=3) with a resonant frequency of f3, so that three nodes (n) can be formed in the clothing (L) and four folds (a). When the clothing (L) vibrates with the third standing wave (n=3), the positions at which the nodes (n) and the folds (a) occur are all different from the positions at which the nodes (n) and the folds (a) occur when the clothing (L) vibrates with the first standing wave (n=1) and when the clothing (L) vibrates with the second standing wave (n=2). In addition, the interval between the nodes (n) and the nodes (n) can become narrower than before.
[0416] However, the amplitude of the above ship (a) may be the same as when the moving hanger (100) is driven at a minimum resonant frequency or a resonant frequency that is twice faster than the minimum resonant frequency.
[0417] The clothing treatment device of the present invention can adjust the frequency of the moving hanger (100) to make the area where the clothing vibrates larger so that it vibrates evenly, or to make the area where the clothing vibrates smaller so that it vibrates intensively.
[0418] Referring to Fig. 13(e), when the moving hanger (100) is driven at a speed four times faster than the minimum resonant frequency, and the driving unit (200) is driven four times faster than the second speed when the clothing vibrates with the first standing wave, the reciprocating cycle of the power transmission unit (400) is shortened to 1 / 4.
[0419] When the above moving hanger (100) is driven at four times the minimum resonant frequency, the driving speed of the driving unit can be defined as the fifth speed.
[0420] In this way, when the moving hanger (100) is driven at k times (n=k) the minimum resonant frequency, the driving speed of the driving unit (200) can be defined as k+1 speed.
[0421] As a result, the clothing vibrates with a resonant frequency of f4, and the clothing (L) vibrates with a fourth standing wave (n=4). The clothing (L) can vibrate with four nodes (n) and five folds (a). When the clothing (L) vibrates with a fourth standing wave (n=4), the positions at which the nodes (n) and folds (a) occur are all different from the positions at which the nodes (n) and folds (a) occur when the clothing (L) vibrates with a first standing wave (n=1), when the clothing (L) vibrates with a second standing wave (n=2), and when the clothing (L) vibrates with a third standing wave (n=3).
[0422] Additionally, the spacing between the above nodes (n) and the above nodes (n) can be narrower than before. If the amplitude of the power transmission unit (400) is the same, the amplitude of the ship (a) can be formed the same.
[0423] If the above driving unit (200) is driven faster, the spacing between the nodes (n) formed in the clothing may become narrower, and the positions at which the nodes (n) are formed may also change.
[0424] In this way, when the moving hanger (100) vibrates at a multiple of n of the minimum resonant frequency or the driving unit (200) vibrates at a multiple of n of the second speed corresponding to the minimum resonant speed, the clothing (L) can vibrate in the form of a standing wave proportional to the multiple of n.
[0425] According to equation (1), the resonant frequency at which the garment vibrates in a standing wave is determined differently depending on the length of the garment. In addition, the driving speed or driving RPM of the driving unit (200) that enables the garment to vibrate in a standing wave can also be determined as a unique value for each garment.
[0426] Meanwhile, the clothing treatment device of the present invention may be equipped to distinguish whether the clothing vibrates randomly or vibrates while forming a standing wave.
[0427] When the above moving hanger (100) increases the driving frequency, if the driving frequency corresponds to the resonant frequency of the clothing on which it is mounted, the vibration characteristics of the clothing become different from when it does not vibrate as a standing wave.
[0428] In other words, when the clothing does not vibrate in a standing wave, the vibration change is linear or the amount of vibration change is predictable, but when the clothing vibrates in a standing wave, the vibration characteristics change rapidly, unlike when it vibrates in a previous frequency or when it vibrates in a subsequent frequency.
[0429] Using this, the control unit (C) can detect that the frequency of the moving hanger (100) is the resonant frequency of the clothing on which it is placed through a rapid change in the current value or power value output or applied from the motor unit (210) of the driving unit (200).
[0430] For example, when the clothing vibrates at a resonant frequency, the current value or power value detected by the driving unit (200) may have a peak value momentarily.
[0431] Alternatively, when the garment is made to vibrate in a standing wave, the vibration can be more attenuated and a smaller amount of vibration can be transmitted to the moving hanger (100) than when it is not vibrating in a standing wave. Accordingly, the control unit (C) can detect that the frequency is the resonant frequency of the hung garment through the rapid decrease in the load applied to the driving unit (200).
[0432] Alternatively, the control unit (C) can detect whether the frequency of the moving hanger (100) corresponds to the resonant frequency of the clothing in the manner described in FIG. 15. The control unit (C) can analyze the characteristics of the second harmonic in electrical information including the current value or power value of the driving unit (200) to detect in real time whether the clothing vibrates at the resonant frequency. For example, the control unit (C) can detect that the frequency of the moving hanger (100) is the resonant frequency of the clothing by detecting the occurrence of a singularity where at least one of the waveform, amplitude, and period of the second harmonic rapidly changes.
[0433] In addition, the control unit (C) can detect whether the clothing vibrates at the resonant frequency by detecting a change in the driving speed of the driving unit (200) when the clothing vibrates at the resonant frequency. For example, the control unit (C) can detect the resonant frequency of the clothing by detecting a temporary change in the driving speed of the driving unit (200) when the clothing vibrates at the resonant frequency and when the clothing vibrates at a frequency different from the resonant frequency.
[0434] In addition, the control unit (C) can detect the resonant frequency by temporarily varying the inertial force transmitted to the moving hanger (100) when it vibrates at the resonant frequency.
[0435] In addition, even if the actual clothing does not vibrate at the resonant frequency, the control unit (C) can immediately estimate the resonant frequency of the clothing by matching the second harmonic wave output from the driving unit (200) when the clothing vibrates with a table or data stored in advance.
[0436] In addition, the control unit (C) can confirm whether the detected resonant frequency corresponds to the actual resonant frequency. For example, when the moving hanger (100) is driven at a frequency that is a multiple of the resonant frequency detected by the control unit (C), it can be confirmed whether the change detected by the above-described method appears periodically.
[0437] As a result, the control unit (C) can calculate and detect at least one of the resonant frequency of the clothing through the moving hanger (100), the driving speed of the driving unit (200) for vibrating the clothing at the resonant frequency, the RPM of the driving unit (200), and the reciprocating cycle of the power transmission unit (400).
[0438] Below, an embodiment of a control method for accurately detecting the weight of clothing by using the vibration characteristics of the clothing treatment device of the present invention is described.
[0439] Meanwhile, when the clothing (L) vibrates and a node (n) is formed on the clothing, the vibration occurring below the node (n) may not be fully transmitted to the moving hanger (100).
[0440] In addition, when the clothing (L) vibrates in a standing wave, the position of the node (n) is always fixed, so the vibration generated from the clothing (L) may be blocked by the node (n) and may not be fully transmitted to the moving hanger (100).
[0441] In addition, as the clothing (L) vibrates with a larger multiple of the standing wave (L), the distance between the nodes (n) and the nodes (n) becomes shorter, so the total amount of vibration energy of the clothing remaining between each node becomes smaller. As a result, the position of the node closest to the moving hanger (100) also becomes closer to the moving hanger (100) as the clothing vibrates with a larger standing wave, so less vibration or inertial force is transmitted to the moving hanger (100).
[0442] In summary, even if the weight of the clothing is the same, the vibration energy or inertial force transmitted from the clothing (L) to the moving hanger (100) varies depending on the location where the node (n) occurs in the clothing (l), the distance between the node (n) and the moving hanger (100), and whether the clothing (l) vibrates in a standing wave or an arbitrary wave form. Therefore, in order for the clothing treatment device of the present invention to accurately and consistently calculate the weight of the clothing placed on the moving hanger (100), it is necessary to minimize or block the vibration generated from the clothing.
[0443] To this end, the clothing treatment device of the present invention may be equipped to calculate the weight of the clothing while driving the moving hanger (100) at a frequency lower than the resonant frequency at which a standing wave is generated in the clothing.
[0444] In addition, the clothing treatment device of the present invention may be equipped to calculate the weight of the clothing while driving the moving hanger (100) at a lower frequency (period) than the fundamental frequency at which a wave or vibration begins to occur on the clothing.
[0445] That is, when calculating the weight of clothing placed on the moving hanger (100), the clothing treatment device of the present invention may be equipped to drive the driving unit (200) in a range below the speed at which the clothing vibrates in a standing wave.
[0446] The clothing treatment device of the present invention can calculate the weight of the clothing by driving the driving unit (200) in a speed range lower than the second speed, which is the minimum resonant speed.
[0447] Specifically, the control unit (C) of the garment treatment device of the present invention can detect the weight of the garment through electrical information applied or output to the driving unit (200) while increasing the driving frequency of the moving hanger (100) in the range of the second speed from the speed at which the moving hanger (100) is stopped.
[0448] In addition, the control unit (C) can detect the weight of the clothing while driving the driving unit (200) in a section lower than the first speed in order to minimize the influence of the vibration of the clothing on the driving unit (200) and to exclude the influence of the node (n) that occurs when the clothing vibrates while causing diffraction.
[0449] That is, the control unit (C) drives the moving hanger (100) in a speed range lower than the speed immediately before diffraction occurs in the clothing, thereby preventing the vibration of the clothing from affecting the driving unit (200), and can calculate the weight of the clothing by analyzing the load applied to the driving unit (200).
[0450] The control unit (C) above calculates the weight of the clothing by driving the driving unit (200) by using a method of using a motor to rotate a drum in a conventional washing machine or dryer, and the method described in FIG. 11 can also be applied as is.
[0451] As a result, the garment treatment device of the present invention can accurately detect the weight of the garment. In addition, the garment treatment device of the present invention can operate the machine room to supply the steam or hot air to the garment after detecting the weight of the garment. That is, one or more of the steam and hot air supplied to the garment can be set differently depending on the detected weight of the garment, and the driving frequency of the moving hanger (100) can also be controlled differently.
[0452] For example, when the garment treatment device of the present invention detects the weight of the garment, it drives the moving hanger (100) at a frequency lower than the fundamental frequency, but when performing any course for treating the garment, it can drive the moving hanger (100) at a frequency higher than the fundamental frequency. Accordingly, the garment treatment device of the present invention can transmit more physical force to the garment when treating the garment, thereby removing more foreign substances from the garment or exposing the garment more evenly to the supplied steam and hot air.
[0453] The garment treatment device of the present invention can determine a standard frequency for driving the moving hanger (100) differently depending on the weight and / or length of the garment. The garment treatment device of the present invention can control the standard frequency for driving the moving hanger (100) to vary depending on the weight and / or length of the garment when supplying at least one of the steam and the hot air to the inner case (20).
[0454] Figure 14 illustrates a process in which the garment treatment device of the present invention detects the weight of garments through a moving hanger.
[0455] The garment treatment device of the present invention can provide a control method including a detection step (A) for detecting the garment information when a power command for supplying power to the control unit (C) is input through the input unit (I), an execution command for the control unit (C) to perform an arbitrary course is input, or the door (12) detects that the receiving space (21) has been opened and then closed, and a driving step (S) for driving the machine room (30) to process the garment.
[0456] The above detection step (A) may include a weight detection step (A1) for detecting the weight of the clothing, and the weight detection step (A1) may include calculating the weight of the clothing through electrical information applied to the moving hanger (100) or output from the moving hanger (100) while the control unit (C) drives the moving hanger (100).
[0457] In the above weight detection step (A1), the control unit (C) can detect the weight of the clothing while driving the driving unit (200) at a first speed (V1) for a first time (t1).
[0458] Among the driving speeds of the above driving unit (200), the first speed (V1) may be defined as a speed at which no diffraction occurs in the clothing, and the second speed (V2) may be defined as a minimum speed at which the clothing vibrates at a resonant frequency.
[0459] The above first speed (V1) may correspond to the minimum speed at which diffraction never occurs on the clothing.
[0460] The control unit (100) can detect the weight of the clothing by analyzing the electrical information of the driving unit (200) while driving the driving unit (200) at a constant speed of a first speed (V1). Since errors related to vibration of the clothing (L) are excluded from the electrical information as much as possible, the control unit (C) can accurately calculate the weight of the clothing only by driving the moving hanger (100).
[0461] The above detection step (A) may include an acceleration step (A2) capable of detecting the resonant frequency of the clothing.
[0462] In the acceleration step (A2), the control unit (C) can detect that the clothing vibrates in a standing wave by driving the moving hanger (100) at a second speed or higher. Since the second speed is the initial speed at which the clothing vibrates in a standing wave, the acceleration step (A2) can be viewed as a step in which the control unit (C) detects the second speed, and can be viewed as a step in which the driving unit (200) detects the minimum speed at which the clothing is driven in a standing wave.
[0463] In the above acceleration step (A2), the control unit (C) can detect and confirm the resonant frequency of the clothing while accelerating the driving speed of the driving unit (200) by a multiple of the second speed.
[0464] Meanwhile, in the driving step (S), the control unit (C) can drive the driving unit (200) at a processing speed faster than the first speed and the second speed. Therefore, the detection step (A) may correspond to a step of driving the moving hanger (100) for a certain period of time at a lower speed than the driving step (B).
[0465] In addition, since the driving step (S) is performed by utilizing the information detected in the detection step (A), the control unit (C) can set one or more of the driving speed, driving cycle, driving frequency, and driving RPM of the moving hanger (100) driven in the driving step (S) differently according to the clothing information detected in the detection step (A).
[0466] For example, in the driving step (S), the speed of the driving unit (200) can be gradually accelerated or decelerated in a region corresponding to a multiple of the resonant frequency (f), and acceleration and deceleration can be repeated.
[0467] For example, in the driving step (S), the control unit (C) can drive the driving unit (200) at the maximum speed, and then drive the driving unit (200) by decelerating to a K+1 speed that generates a Kth standing wave in the clothing. The k can be any natural number. That is, the control unit (C) can drive the clothing (L) at various types of resonant frequencies by arbitrarily changing the k value.
[0468] For example, the control unit (C) may drive the driving unit (200) by accelerating the driving speed to the maximum speed, then decelerating the driving speed of the driving unit (200) to a third speed that generates a second standing wave, and then drive the driving unit (200) by decelerating the driving speed to a second speed that generates a first standing wave in the clothing.
[0469] Figure 15 illustrates another embodiment of a process in which the garment treatment device of the present invention detects the weight of garments through a moving hanger.
[0470] The first speed is the speed at which the garment does not experience diffraction, but this can be set differently depending on the material and length of the garment. Therefore, the control unit (C) may have difficulty verifying whether the speed set by the driving unit (200) in the weight sensing step (A1) corresponds to the first speed of the garment.
[0471] Accordingly, when the weight detection step (A1) of the present invention is performed, the clothing treatment device can detect a section corresponding to the first speed by gradually accelerating the driving unit (200) while it is stopped.
[0472] The above control unit (C) can drive the driving unit (200) to accelerate from a stationary state to a speed at which diffraction occurs in the clothing or a speed at which the clothing vibrates while forming a standing wave.
[0473] The above control unit (C) can accelerate the driving speed of the driving unit (200) and, when it detects that diffraction occurs in the clothing or that the clothing vibrates in a standing wave, define a speed lower than that as the first speed.
[0474] In addition, the control unit (C) may accelerate the driving speed of the driving unit (200) and, if it detects that diffraction occurs in the clothing or that the clothing vibrates in a standing wave, store the speed, then decelerate the driving speed of the driving unit (200) again and then accelerate it again to check whether the stored speed is the speed at which diffraction occurs in the clothing or that the clothing vibrates in a standing wave.
[0475] Through this process, the control unit (C) can check not only the first speed but also the second speed, and can calculate the weight of the clothing by analyzing the electrical information of the driving unit (200) when accelerating to the first speed.
[0476] Alternatively, the control unit (C) can re-drive the moving hanger (100) at a speed lower than the first speed (V1) and analyze the electrical information of the driving unit (200) to calculate the weight of the clothing.
[0477] In addition, the control unit (C) can accelerate the driving speed of the driving unit (200) to a second speed (V2) or higher in the acceleration step (A2) to check whether the second speed (V2) is the minimum resonance speed that causes the clothing to vibrate in a normal wave.
[0478] For example, the control unit (C) can detect the resonant frequency of the clothing by checking whether the clothing (L) vibrates in the k-1th standing wave at the second speed (V2) and the speed (Vk) corresponding to a k multiple of the second speed in the acceleration step (A2). k can correspond to any natural number.
[0479] When the driving step (S) is performed after the detection step (A), the control unit (C) accelerates the driving unit (200) to the maximum speed (Vmax) to shake the clothing, and then decelerates or accelerates to a speed range corresponding to a multiple of the second speed to gradually focus on shaking a specific area of the clothing.
[0480] In order to prevent overload of the above driving unit (200), in the driving step (S), the driving speed of the above driving unit (200) can be gradually reduced in sections such as the third speed, the fourth speed, and the nth speed, which are multiples of the second speed.
[0481] Figure 16 illustrates the principle by which the garment treatment device of the present invention can detect the length of the garment.
[0482] FIG. 16(a) illustrates that the driving unit (200) operates at a specific speed greater than the second speed (V2) when a long garment (L) is placed on the moving hanger (100), and FIG. 16(b) illustrates that the driving unit (200) operates at the same specific speed as when the long garment (L) is placed on the moving hanger (100) when a garment (l) shorter than the long garment (L) is placed on the moving hanger (100).
[0483] According to equation (1), since the resonant frequency is inversely proportional to the length of the clothing, the short clothing (l) has a higher resonant frequency than the long clothing (L), and the moving hanger (100) must be driven at a faster speed to form a standing wave of the same order in the short clothing (l).
[0484] Referring to Fig. 16(a), the specific speed may correspond to a speed four times faster than the second speed or the minimum resonant speed based on the long garment (L). Accordingly, the long garment (L) may vibrate while forming the fourth standing wave.
[0485] Referring to Fig. 16(b), even when the short garment (l) is placed, the driving unit (200) can be driven at the same speed. In other words, even in Fig. 16(b), the driving unit (200) can be driven at a driving speed capable of forming a fourth standing wave in the long garment (L).
[0486] In the case of the short garment (l), the driving speed may correspond to a driving speed that forms a second standing wave in the short garment. That is, in the case of the short garment (l), since the length of the garment is longer than that of the long garment (L), it has a different resonance frequency from that of the long garment (L).
[0487] The clothing treatment device of the present invention can detect the length of the clothing by driving the moving hanger (100) using the property that the clothing has different resonant frequencies depending on its length.
[0488] Figure 17 illustrates an embodiment in which the garment treatment device of the present invention detects not only the weight of the garment but also the length.
[0489] The control method of the garment treatment device of the present invention may include a length detection step (A2) for detecting the length of the garment in the detection step (A). That is, the acceleration step (A2) may be considered to include the length detection step (A2).
[0490] -- (1)
[0491] Referring to the aforementioned equation (1), the resonant frequency (fn) at which the garment vibrates in a standing wave is inversely proportional to the length of the garment. However, even if the resonant frequency (fn) is known, there may be a limitation in that the length (l) of the garment cannot be accurately detected unless the v value of equation (1) is clearly known.
[0492] ----(2)
[0493] Referring to the above equation (2), the v is the root value of the value obtained by dividing the tension (T) of the clothing by the linear density (m), and the tension of the clothing corresponds to the weight of the clothing.
[0494] Since the above linear density (m) corresponds to a constant value when the clothing is the same, the control unit (C) can determine the length (l) of the clothing by detecting the weight of the clothing and the resonant frequency (fn).
[0495] To this end, the control unit (C) directly calculates the weight of the clothing through the electrical information of the driving unit (200) in the weight detection step (A1), and while changing the driving speed of the driving unit (200) in the length detection step (A2), detects one or more resonant frequencies at which the clothing can vibrate as a standing wave, and calculates the length of the clothing using the weight of the clothing and the resonant frequency.
[0496] If the above control unit (C) cannot specifically detect or calculate the linear density (m), the control unit (C) may detect two or more resonant frequencies at which the clothing can vibrate as a standing wave and calculate the length (l) of the clothing through these frequencies.
[0497] In addition, the control unit (C) detects the resonant frequency at which the clothing can vibrate as a normal wave through the moving hanger (100), and can also calculate the length (l) of the clothing through electrical information output from the driving unit (200) when changing the driving frequency of the moving hanger (100).
[0498] As a result, the control unit (C) can calculate the weight of the clothing by driving the driving unit (200) in a speed range lower than the second speed (v2) at which the clothing can first vibrate at the resonant frequency, and can calculate the length of the clothing by driving the driving unit (200) in a speed range higher than the second speed at which the clothing can first vibrate at the resonant frequency.
[0499] The speed section lower than the second speed may include the first speed, and in the driving section (s), the driving unit (200) may be driven at a speed faster than the second speed.
[0500] Referring to Fig. 17, the control unit (C) can perform a detection step (A) of detecting the clothing information.
[0501] The above control unit (C) can perform a weight detection step (A1) of calculating the weight of the clothing through electrical information including current applied to the driving unit (200) or output from the driving unit (200) while driving the driving unit (200) at the first speed (v1) for a first time (t1) in the detection step (A).
[0502] When the weight detection step (A1) is completed, the above control unit (C) can perform a length detection step (A2) for detecting the length of the clothing in the detection step (A).
[0503] The above length sensing step (A2) can be performed in a speed range faster than the above weight sensing step (A1), and can be performed in a speed range including the second speed or resonance speed (V2) that generates the first resonance frequency.
[0504] In addition, the length detection step (A2) can be performed during a second time (t2), and since the length of the clothing is calculated while driving the driving unit (200) at a speed faster than the resonance speed (v2) and the resonance speed (v2), the second time (t2) can be set longer than the first time (t1).
[0505] Meanwhile, the control unit (C) can obtain information for calculating the length (l) of the clothing while gradually increasing the speed of the driving unit (200) during the second time period.
[0506] For example, the control unit (C) can detect the minimum resonant frequency by driving the moving hanger (100) for the second-1 hour (t21) at the second speed or resonant speed, which is the minimum driving speed at which the clothing vibrates in a normal wave.
[0507] In addition, the control unit (C) can further accelerate the driving unit (200) until the garment vibrates in a normal wave, and when the garment vibrates in a normal wave again, the moving hanger (100) can be driven for a second-second time period (t22) to detect another resonant frequency. During the second-second time period (t22), the moving hanger (100) will be driven at a speed that is twice the second speed.
[0508] The above control unit (C) can further accelerate the driving unit (200) until the garment vibrates again in a standing wave, and can repeat this process k times, and when the garment vibrates again in a standing wave, the resonant frequency of the garment can be detected while driving the moving hanger (100) at a speed that is k times the second speed for a second-k time.
[0509] As a result, the control unit (C) can accelerate the driving speed of the driving unit (200) to a section where the clothing drives the moving hanger (100) at a resonant frequency, and when the clothing drives at a resonant frequency, maintain the driving speed of the driving unit (200) to store the electrical information of the driving unit (200). When the electrical information of the driving unit (200) is acquired in various resonant speed sections, the control unit (C) can calculate the length of the clothing through at least one of the electrical information and the weight of the clothing.
[0510] The above control unit (C) can optimize and perform the driving step (S) based on the clothing information when at least one of the length of the clothing and the weight of the clothing is detected.
[0511] In the above driving step (S), the moving hanger (100) can be driven for a third time (t3), and the third time can be set longer than the first time (t1) and the second time (t2).
[0512] In the above driving step (S), the moving hanger (100) can be driven at a faster speed than the speed at which the moving hanger (100) was driven in the above detection step (A).
[0513] For example, in the driving step (S), the moving hanger (100) may be driven at the maximum speed (Vmax), may be driven in a speed section including the second speed but faster than the second speed, and the driving speed may be linearly or stepwise varied in a speed section faster than the second speed.
[0514] Figure 18 is a drawing to explain the behavior of a sample (M) according to frequency and the range of frequencies (frequencies) defined as standard frequencies, and records and shows the lateral behavior of the sample (M).
[0515] The sample (M) is placed on a hanger (900) inside a clothing treatment device (1). The behavior of the sample (M) is wave-like. The sample (M) is a cotton fabric, has a size of 20x90cm (width x height), and weighs 151g / m2.
[0516] In the diagram, moving from left to right indicates that the sample (M) is being exercised at higher frequencies. The range with two nodes is defined as the standard frequency. At frequencies lower than the standard frequency, there is one or fewer nodes. At frequencies lower than the standard frequency, there may be no nodes. At frequencies higher than the standard frequency, there are three or more nodes.
[0517] The frequency when the vibrating garment vibrates in the form of a second standing wave (n=2) with two nodes (n) and three times (a) can be defined as the standard frequency. When two nodes occur, the amplitude of the garment is sufficiently secured, so the processing efficiency is high. When there are three nodes, the amplitude of the garment is not as large as when there are two nodes, but when the garment is wet, excessive impact may be applied, causing deformation of the garment. According to the moving hanger of the embodiment referenced in Fig. 5, the standard frequency may be 200 rpm to 250 rpm.
[0518] Figure 19 shows the behavior of a hemp sample, a cotton sample, and a silk sample according to the result of exciting the cotton sample at the standard frequency.
[0519] The size of each sample is the same, 20x90cm (width x height). In the experimental example, when a cotton sample is excited with the standard frequency, two nodes are generated in the cotton sample. When a hemp sample is excited with the standard frequency of a cotton sample, two nodes are generated. When a silk sample is excited with the standard frequency of a cotton sample, three nodes are generated.
[0520] Figure 20 shows the behavior of a cotton sample, a silk sample, and a silk sample according to the result of exciting the silk sample at the standard frequency.
[0521] When a silk sample is excited with the standard frequency of silk, two nodes can be generated. In the experimental example, when a cotton sample is excited with the standard frequency of silk, one node can be generated. When a hemp sample is excited with the standard frequency of silk, zero nodes can be generated.
[0522] As can be seen from the experimental examples in Figures 19 and 20, the better the drape (flexibility) of a fabric, the more nodes it has at a given rpm. As the number of nodes increases, the size of the resulting folds (the thicker portion of the wave) decreases, thus altering the degree of force concentration. Drape is largely determined by the weight and length of the garment.
[0523] Figure 21 illustrates an embodiment in which the clothing treatment device of the present invention controls a moving hanger by detecting the weight and resonant frequency of clothing.
[0524] The garment treatment device of the present invention can determine a standard frequency that balances vibration and garment treatment efficiency according to the weight and / or length of the garment. The standard frequency may be determined as a frequency that can vibrate to the maximum extent below a limit vibration that allows vibration generated from the garment to radiate outside the cabinet (10). The garment treatment device of the present invention can reduce vibration generated from the garment treatment device by driving the moving hanger (100) at the standard frequency, while applying sufficient physical force to the garment.
[0525] Therefore, the garment treatment device of the present invention can drive the moving hanger at a resonant frequency at which the garment vibrates in a standing wave at least in some sections during any course of processing the garment.
[0526] The garment treatment device of the present invention operates at a standard frequency (Optimum Hz) corresponding to the weight of the garment, but can operate the moving hanger (100) at a resonant frequency so that the garment can vibrate at a normal frequency at least in some sections. This allows for the transmission of concentrated physical force to a specific area of the garment while minimizing vibration generated by the garment.
[0527] In an embodiment, the garment treatment device of the present invention can drive the moving hanger (100) at two or more resonant frequencies so that the garment can vibrate in two or more standing wave forms. This allows for varying the area where the garment vibrates intensively, sequentially applying concentrated physical force to the entire garment. Accordingly, the effect of removing foreign substances from the garment and the effect of exposing it to steam and hot air can be maximized.
[0528] In addition, the control unit (C) can repeatedly drive the moving hanger (100) at a standard frequency and a resonant frequency. This allows for intensive shaking of a specific area of clothing while minimizing vibration transmitted to the cabinet (10).
[0529] In addition, the control unit (C) can drive the moving hanger (100) at a first resonant frequency at which the clothing vibrates in a normal wave for a first time period, and at a second resonant frequency at which the clothing vibrates in a different normal wave for a second time period. The control unit (C) can also completely omit driving at a standard frequency.
[0530] The above first and second times may be the same.
[0531] Additionally, the first time may be different from the second time. For example, the first time may be set shorter than the second time.
[0532] In addition, the control unit (C) can drive the moving hanger (100) at a first resonant frequency at which the clothing vibrates in a normal wave for a first time period, at a second resonant frequency at which the clothing vibrates in a different normal wave for a second time period, and at a standard frequency for a third time period.
[0533] Here, the first resonant frequency may be any frequency that is a multiple of n of the minimum resonant frequency at which the clothing can be driven at the resonant frequency.
[0534] Additionally, the second resonant frequency may be any frequency that is n+1 multiples of the minimum resonant frequency, which is another frequency at which the clothing can be driven at the resonant frequency.
[0535] Specifically, the control unit (C) determines a standard frequency for driving the moving hanger based on the weight of the detected clothing, and can drive the moving hanger (100) at a resonant frequency close to the standard frequency at least in some sections during course execution.
[0536] That is, even if the control unit (C) drives the moving hanger (100) at a resonant frequency, it drives it at a resonant frequency close to the standard frequency, thereby suppressing vibration transmitted from the clothing as much as possible and stably shaking the clothing.
[0537] Referring to Fig. 21(a), as the driving frequency of the moving hanger (100) changes, the positions of the nodes (n) and folds (a) formed in the clothing (L) change.
[0538] The above control unit can drive the moving hanger (100) at a resonant frequency (High Hz) higher than the standard frequency (Optimum Hz) and a resonant frequency (Low Hz) lower than the standard frequency during at least some sections of the course.
[0539] The above control unit can repeatedly drive the moving hanger (100) at a resonant frequency (High Hz) higher than the standard frequency (Criteria Hz) for a certain period of time and at a resonant frequency (Low Hz) lower than the standard frequency for a certain period of time.
[0540] The above control unit (C) can drive the moving hanger (100) at a high resonant frequency (High Hz), then drive it at a standard frequency, and then drive it at a low resonant frequency (Low Hz), and repeat this.
[0541] Referring to Fig. 21(b), if the moving hanger (100) is driven at a resonant frequency (Hihg Hz) higher than the standard frequency, the clothing may vibrate as shown in the figure on the right. If the moving hanger (100) is driven at a resonant frequency (Low Hz) lower than the standard frequency, the clothing may vibrate as shown in the figure on the left.
[0542] Using this, the control unit (C) can drive the driving unit (200) to vibrate the clothing in a left-hand direction for a certain period of time, then accelerate the driving speed of the driving unit (200) to vibrate the clothing in a right-hand direction for a certain period of time, and then decelerate the driving speed of the driving unit (200) to vibrate the clothing in a left-hand direction, and so on, repeatedly.
[0543] In this way, the control unit (C) can change the driving speed or driving cycle of the moving hanger (100) to change the position of the fold (a) formed on the clothing, thereby appropriately distributing the hair pulling force on the clothing. The control unit (C) can change the positions of the nodes (n) and fold (a) formed on the clothing (L), and then fix the positions of the nodes (n) and fold (a) again, thereby intensively separating foreign substances in other areas.
[0544] The time for which the above driving unit (200) is driven at various multiples of the second speed can be set longer than the time for which the above driving unit (200) accelerates or decelerates.
[0545] FIG. 21(b) illustrates that the control unit (C) accelerates and decelerates the moving hanger (100) at two resonant frequencies, but this is only one example, and the control unit (C) can drive the moving hanger (100) to gradually accelerate and decelerate at three, four or more resonant frequencies.
[0546] Meanwhile, the control unit (C) can actively utilize the minimization of vibration transmitted from the clothing when driven at the resonant frequency. For example, the control unit (C) can suppress the vibration of the clothing (L) by driving the moving hanger (100) at a frequency corresponding to the resonant frequency when the clothing vibrates at a frequency other than the resonant frequency and excessive vibration occurs in the clothing. For example, the control unit (C) can suppress the vibration of the clothing (L) by driving the moving hanger (100) at a frequency corresponding to the resonant frequency when the clothing vibrates at a standard frequency and excessive vibration occurs in the clothing.
[0547] Improving Clothing Processing Efficiency through Frequency Variable Control
[0548] According to an embodiment of the present invention, the frequency applied to clothing can be variably controlled, and the efficiency of clothing processing can be improved through variable frequency control. The frequency applied to clothing by the moving hanger (100) can be varied within the frequency range referenced in FIG. 22.
[0549] The first frequency is a frequency lower than the standard frequency. In an embodiment, the first frequency is a frequency within a frequency range in which the number of nodes (n) is 1 or less. The first frequency is a frequency lower than the standard frequency, and may be a frequency that is 40% or more of the standard frequency. When clothing is excited at the first frequency, damage to the clothing can be prevented. For example, stretching of knitwear and the like, or occurrence of hanger marks can be prevented. However, the pilling power and wrinkle removal power may be low. When clothing is excited at the first frequency, the position of the disheveled clothing can be straightened.
[0550] The standard frequency is referred to as the second frequency. The standard frequency may be determined differently depending on the clothing. The number of nodes (n) at the standard frequency may be two. When clothing is excited at the standard frequency, vibration increases compared to when excited at the first frequency, but the pulling power and wrinkle removal power may be improved. In addition, compared to when excited at the third frequency, the pulling power and wrinkle removal power may decrease, but the vibration may be reduced. In addition, damage to the clothing may be less than when excited at the third frequency. In other words, the standard frequency is a frequency that excites clothing while each element such as vibration, pulling power, wrinkle removal power, and clothing damage is balanced.
[0551] The third frequency is a frequency higher than the standard frequency. In an embodiment, the third frequency is a frequency within a frequency range in which the number of nodes (n) is three or more. In an embodiment, the third frequency may be a frequency higher than the standard frequency and a frequency lower than the fourth frequency. Exciting clothing with the third frequency can maximize the ability to remove hair and wrinkles. However, vibration and noise may increase.
[0552] The fourth frequency, the highest frequency, may be the frequency corresponding to the motor's maximum output. The motor's maximum output may be set by considering the motor's own vibration and the noise caused by the vibration of the garment treatment device (1). Exciting garments at the fourth frequency can secure higher hair removal power than the third frequency. However, this may increase vibration and noise.
[0553] According to the moving hanger (100) referenced in FIG. 7, based on a cotton fabric sample having a size of 20x90cm (widthxheight) and a weight of 151g / m2, the first frequency may be 120rpm to 200rpm, the second frequency may be 200rpm to 300rpm, the third frequency may be 300rpm to 350rpm, and the fourth frequency may be 350rpm. In this case, since the first frequency is 120rpm to 200rpm and the fourth frequency is 350rpm, the difference is 230rpm, so that the frequency range is wide, and precise clothing processing is possible simply by varying the frequency, and high clothing processing performance can be expected.
[0554] In an embodiment, according to the moving hanger (100) referenced in FIG. 5, based on a cotton fabric sample having a size of 20x90cm (width x height) and a weight of 151g / m2, the first frequency may be 80rpm to 150rpm, the second frequency may be 150rpm to 200rpm, the fourth frequency may be 200rpm to 250rpm, and the sixth frequency may be 250rpm.
[0555] Referring to FIG. 23, various motion modes provided by a moving hanger (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention are described.
[0556] Motion mode is a control method by which the moving hanger (100) moves the clothing. Each motion mode moves the clothing using a different vibration frequency.
[0557] The first motion mode is a mode that excites the garment at a second frequency, which is a standard frequency. In an embodiment, while operating in the first motion mode, the vibration frequency may be maintained at the set second frequency. Alternatively, while operating in the first motion mode, two driving speeds may be alternately changed within the second frequency range.
[0558] The second motion mode is a mode that vibrates the garment at a fourth frequency. In an embodiment, the vibration frequency can be maintained at the set fourth frequency while operating in the second motion mode. According to the second motion mode, the maximum output of the motor is used to shake the garment at the maximum vibration frequency, thereby removing dust from the garment. Furthermore, since the second motion mode can transmit maximum vibration energy to the garment, the maximum wrinkle removal effect can be achieved.
[0559] The third motion mode is a mode in which the frequency is variable within a frequency range below the standard frequency. In an embodiment, the third motion mode may vary the frequency between the first frequency and the second frequency.
[0560] According to the third motion mode, wind can be evenly circulated between the clothes. If the third motion mode is applied to a section that reduces the moisture content of the clothes, the drying efficiency of the clothes can be increased. In an embodiment, the moving hanger (100) can be operated in the third motion mode during the drying cycle. If the third motion mode is applied to a section that increases the moisture content of the clothes, the moisture content of the clothes can be increased. In an embodiment, the moving hanger (100) can be operated in the third motion mode during the steam cycle.
[0561] Referring further to Fig. 26, the third motion mode is described. In the third motion mode, the frequency is varied between a first frequency higher than the lowest vibration frequency and a second frequency which is a standard frequency. The time for which a specific frequency is maintained can be set to 20 seconds to 1 minute. If the maintenance time of a specific frequency is less than 20 seconds, the intended vibration may not be transmitted to the clothing. If the maintenance time of a specific frequency is greater than 1 minute, the frequency variation may not sufficiently occur within the limited stroke time. However, the maintenance time of a specific frequency and the frequency variation cycle may be changed according to the design specifications.
[0562] The fourth motion mode is a mode in which the frequency is variable within a frequency range higher than the standard frequency. In an embodiment, according to the fourth motion mode, the frequency can be varied between the second frequency and the fourth frequency.
[0563] Referring further to Fig. 25, the fourth motion mode is described. In the fourth motion mode, the frequency is varied between a second frequency belonging to the standard frequency, a third frequency greater than the second frequency, or a fourth frequency. According to the fourth motion mode, the position of the node (n) according to the wave motion of the clothing can be changed, thereby improving the wrinkle removal performance. The fourth motion mode can be applied to a section for wrinkle removal. The fourth motion mode can be applied to a section where the moisture content increases. When the fourth motion mode is applied, a uniform wrinkle removal performance can be obtained.
[0564] The fifth motion mode is a mode that excites clothing at a first frequency. While operating in the fifth motion mode, the frequency can be maintained at the set first frequency. Alternatively, while operating in the fifth motion mode, the frequency can be varied within the first frequency range. The fifth motion mode is a mode for processing knitwear that is prone to stretching and blouses that are susceptible to damage. The fifth motion mode prevents stretching of knitwear and prevents hanger marks from forming on clothing. Meanwhile, when clothing is excited at a lower frequency among the first frequencies, the disheveled clothing can be moved back into place.
[0565] Figure 24 is a diagram showing an example of a processing course provided by a clothing processing device (1) and the motion mode of the hanger module for each cycle.
[0566] A standard course according to an embodiment is described. The standard course can sequentially perform a pre-steam cycle (PreSteam), a pre-heat cycle (PreHeat), a steam cycle (Steam), a stay cycle (Stay), and a drying cycle (Drying). While the pre-steam cycle is in progress, the moving hanger (100) is driven in the second motion mode. While the pre-heat cycle is in progress, the moving hanger (100) is driven in the fourth motion mode. While the steam cycle is in progress, the moving hanger (100) is driven in the fourth motion mode. While the stay cycle is in progress, the moving hanger (100) is driven in the second motion mode. While the drying cycle is in progress, the moving hanger (100) is driven in the first motion mode. According to the standard course of the embodiment, wrinkles can be effectively removed because the clothes are excited in the fourth motion mode while the moisture content of the clothes increases.
[0567] A first customized course according to an embodiment is described. The first customized course is a course for processing clothing belonging to the first group described below. The first customized course can sequentially perform a pre-steam cycle (PreSteam), a pre-heat cycle (PreHeat), a steam cycle (Steam), a stay cycle (Stay), and a drying cycle (Drying). While the pre-steam cycle (PreSteam), the pre-heat cycle (PreHeat), the steam cycle (Steam), the stay cycle (Stay), and the drying cycle (Drying) are in progress, the moving hanger (100) is driven in the second motion mode.
[0568] Clothing in Group 1 is thin and lightweight. Due to the inherent nature of the material, clothing in Group 1 tends to wrinkle easily. Frequently worn clothing prone to wrinkles requires vigorous shaking to enhance wrinkle removal performance. The First Custom Course is a specialized course for Group 1 clothing. This course activates the garment in Second Motion mode, maximizing wrinkle removal and dust removal.
[0569] A second customized course according to an embodiment is described. The second customized course is a course for processing clothing belonging to the second group described below. The second customized course can sequentially perform the pre-steam cycle (PreSteam), pre-heat cycle (PreHeat), steam cycle (Steam), stay cycle (Stay), and drying cycle (Drying).
[0570] While the pre-steam cycle is in progress, the moving hanger (100) is driven in the second motion mode. While the pre-heat cycle (PreHeat), steam cycle (Steam), stay cycle (Stay), and drying cycle (Drying) are in progress, the moving hanger (100) is driven in the third motion mode.
[0571] Clothing in Group 2 includes short, thick garments. Thick garments tend to retain odors and are difficult to remove, so powerful steam is needed to effectively remove odors and enhance deodorizing performance. In other words, the second customized cycle requires increasing the steam moisture content of the garment during the steam cycle. Furthermore, the drying cycle requires increased drying power.
[0572] The Second Customized Course is a specialized course for garments belonging to Group 2. By operating the garment in the third motion mode during the steam and drying cycles, the Second Customized Course increases moisture content and improves drying performance. Consequently, the Second Customized Course offers enhanced deodorizing performance, providing differentiated performance to garments belonging to Group 2.
[0573] A third customized course according to an embodiment is described. The third customized course is a course for processing clothing belonging to the third group described below. The third customized course can sequentially perform the pre-steam cycle, pre-heat cycle, steam cycle, stay cycle, and drying cycle.
[0574] While the pre-steam cycle is in progress, the moving hanger (100) is driven in the second motion mode. While the pre-heat cycle, steam cycle, stay cycle, and drying cycle are in progress, the moving hanger (100) is driven in the fifth motion mode.
[0575] Clothing in Group 3 includes long, heavy garments. Long, heavy garments are generally considered high-end. High-end garments require minimal damage. Because they are generally vulnerable to heat, optimal temperature control is essential. Furthermore, high-end garments require treatments that prevent shrinkage or discoloration.
[0576] The third customized course is a specialized course for garments belonging to Group 3. The third customized course operates garments in the fifth motion mode during the steam and drying cycles, thereby reducing damage to the garments.
[0577] Figure 27 is a diagram explaining the driving state of each configuration for each administration according to one embodiment of the present invention.
[0578] The garment treatment device (1) according to the embodiment can provide five cycles. The garment treatment device (1) can include a pre-steam cycle (PreSteam), a pre-heat cycle (PreHeat), a steam cycle (Steam), a stay cycle (Stay), and a drying cycle (Drying).
[0579] The pre-steam cycle is a cycle that heats water to generate steam. During the pre-steam cycle, the blower fan operates (On) while generating steam, allowing air in the receiving space (21) to circulate. During this time, the heat pump is turned off.
[0580] The preheat cycle is a cycle for preheating the receiving space (21). In the preheat cycle, the heat pump is turned on to heat the air in the receiving space (21). Steam can be supplied to the receiving space (21) during the preheat cycle. The blower fan can be turned on to circulate the air in the receiving space (21) during the preheat cycle. The moisture content of clothing can increase during the preheat cycle.
[0581] The steam cycle is a cycle that supplies steam to clothing to increase its moisture content. During the steam cycle, steam can be supplied to the receiving space (21). During the steam cycle, the blower fan can operate (On) to circulate air in the receiving space (21). The moisture content of the clothing can increase during the steam cycle. During this time, the heat pump is turned off.
[0582] The Stay cycle is a cycle that maintains the moisture content of the clothing. During the Stay cycle, steam is no longer supplied. During the Stay cycle, the blower fan operates (On) to circulate the air in the receiving space (21). At this time, the heat pump is kept in the Off state. The Stay cycle is a cycle that does not supply steam any longer and does not operate a moisture removal module such as a heat pump to remove moisture. The moisture content of the clothing can be maintained during the Stay cycle. The moisture content of the clothing may increase or decrease during the Stay cycle.
[0583] The drying cycle is the cycle for drying clothes. During the drying cycle, a heat pump is operated. The heat pump removes moisture from the air in the receiving space (21). During the drying cycle, a blower fan is turned on to circulate the air in the receiving space (21). The moist air in the receiving space (21) is circulated through the circulation duct by the blower fan, and moisture is removed by the heat pump. During the drying cycle, the moisture content of the clothes is reduced.
[0584] The garment treatment device (1) provides various treatment courses. The treatment courses are configured by combining one or more of the following: pre-steam cycle (PreSteam), pre-heat cycle (PreHeat), steam cycle (Steam), stay cycle (Stay), and drying cycle (Drying).
[0585] While the pre-steam cycle (PreSteam), pre-heat cycle (PreHeat), steam cycle (Steam), stay cycle (Stay), and drying cycle (Drying) are in progress, the hanger module (100, 100') can be driven in the first motion mode to the fifth motion mode.
[0586] Figure 28 is a drawing explaining a control step of a clothing treatment device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0587] Once garment processing begins, a detection step may be performed. As described above, the detection step may include a weight detection step (A1) and a length detection step (A2). The weight detection step (A1) and the length detection step (A2) may be performed simultaneously.
[0588] After the detection step, a clothing characteristic determination step (S3) may be performed. The control unit (C) can derive the characteristics of the clothing using the detected weight and length.
[0589] Meanwhile, a material detection step may be included to determine the characteristics of clothing. The material detection step may include calculating the material of the clothing by detecting changes in the weight, length, and resonant frequency of the clothing by driving the moving hanger (100) while driving the steam generating unit (50). The material detection step may be performed together with the weight detection step (A1) and the length detection step (A2). When the material detection step is performed, at least one of the steam supply amount and the driving speed of the driving unit (200) may be varied. Accordingly, the control unit (C) can accurately calculate the material of the clothing by acquiring various data.
[0590] The garment processing device can perform a customized process based on the determined garment characteristics. After the garment characteristic determination step (S3), the customized process execution step (S4) can be performed.
[0591] Figure 29 is a drawing that explains in more detail the control steps of a clothing treatment device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0592] The control unit (C) may include a step for detecting the amount of clothing. In an embodiment, the amount of clothing may be obtained through a weight detection step (A1). The amount of clothing may be determined by matching the detected weight to a preset classification. In an embodiment, the amount of clothing may be classified into single, small, and large quantities.
[0593] In an embodiment, if the detected weight is below a set value, the control unit (C) determines the amount of clothing as a single piece. If the detected weight is greater than the set value, the control unit (C) determines the amount of clothing as a small or large amount. The criterion for distinguishing between a small and a large amount may be the difference in the weight of the clothing.
[0594] If the quantity of clothing is detected as a single piece (S11), a customized course can be performed (S4) through a length detection step (A2) and a clothing characteristic judgment step (S3).
[0595] Meanwhile, in an embodiment where detection of single-piece status is based on the weight of the garment being placed, even if two or three pieces of clothing, such as silk or shirts, are placed, they can be determined as single-pieces and the customized course execution step (S4) can proceed. Extremely lightweight garments, such as silk or shirts, have similar characteristics, so even if multiple pieces are processed as a single piece, customized performance can be provided based on the garment's characteristics.
[0596] If the amount of clothing is detected to be small (S12), the standard course can be performed (S5).
[0597] If a large amount of clothing is detected (S13), a strong course can be performed (S6). The strong course may be a course in which at least one of the supply amount and supply time of hot air and steam supplied to the receiving space (21) is greater than that of the standard course.
[0598] Below, the customized course is described in detail with reference to the drawings.
[0599] Figure 30 illustrates deep learning performed using data obtained from a clothing processing device.
[0600] Customized courses can be provided based on clothing characteristics obtained through deep learning-based clothing recognition utilizing the characteristics of the moving hanger motor load current.
[0601] The clothing treatment device (1) may refer to multiple clothing treatment devices (1) provided by a seller or manufacturer. Data including the end of a course or details of course options used by each user in the multiple clothing treatment devices (1) provided by the seller or manufacturer may be collected by the server (1000).
[0602] The above server (1000) can collect and accumulate clothing processing devices (1) provided by producers or sellers and data provided by external organizations to create big data.
[0603] The above server (1000) may be equipped to perform deep learning.
[0604] The server (1000) can analyze the patterns of the data by performing machine learning (deep learning) using the learning formula (A) using the big data. The load current of the moving hanger motor can be used as the learning factor. The learning formula (A) can be an algorithm that obtains weight and length from the load current of the moving hanger motor.
[0605] The above learning formula (A) can generate a recommendation formula (B) by deep learning big data, and then continuously input data into the recommendation formula (B) to learn (update or develop) the recommendation formula (B). The server (1000) generates the recommendation formula (B) through a DNN (Depp Neural Network, A) that is a learning formula. The recommendation formula (B) can be an algorithm or an operation formula that analyzes big data and derives an expected result value when a specific state is input.
[0606] When a producer or seller provides the garment treatment device (1), the recommended formula (B) can be input in advance into the garment treatment device (1). In addition, the recommended formula (B) is provided in the server (1000), and whenever the garment treatment device (1) makes a request, it accesses the server (1000) via a communication module to receive the recommended formula stored in the server (1000), or accesses the learning formula (A) and the recommended formula (B) to use them indirectly.
[0607] As a result, the clothing treatment device (1) can predict the characteristics of clothing by inputting data such as the load current of the moving hanger motor collected into the recommended formula (B), and can calculate, predict, decide, and recommend a customized course or option deemed necessary.
[0608] Figure 31 illustrates that in the weight detection step (A1) and the length detection step (A2), data obtained from a clothing processing device is input into an artificial intelligence model to refine the weight and length of clothing and obtain output values.
[0609] The data obtained through the weight detection step (A1) and length detection step (A2) described above can be input into an artificial intelligence model to derive detailed output values for the weight and length of the garment. For example, the load current of a moving hanger motor can be input into an artificial intelligence model to derive detailed output values for the weight and length of the garment.
[0610] Figure 32 is a drawing explaining classification by clothing characteristics according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0611] Clothing can be classified into Group 1, Group 2 and Group 3 based on weight and length.
[0612] Group 1 (G1) refers to lightweight clothing. Due to the inherent nature of the material, Group 1 (G1) clothing tends to wrinkle easily. Frequently worn clothing prone to wrinkles requires vigorous shaking to improve wrinkle removal.
[0613] The first customized course (CS1) is a specialized course for Group 1 (G1) and is a course with enhanced wrinkle removal performance.
[0614] Group 2 (G2) includes short, thick garments. Group 2 (G2) garments are heavier than Group 1 (G1). Group 2 (G2) garments tend to retain odors and are difficult to remove. Therefore, they require strong steam to effectively remove odors and enhance deodorizing performance.
[0615] The second customized course (CS2) is a specialized course for the second group (G2), and is a course that improves deodorizing performance with powerful steam.
[0616] Group 3 (G3) refers to long, heavy garments. Group 3 garments are heavier than Group 1 (G1) and longer than Group 2 (G2). High-end garments generally fall into Group 3 (G3). Therefore, Group 3 (G3) garments require minimal damage. High-end garments are generally vulnerable to heat, requiring optimal temperature control. Furthermore, high-end garments require treatments that prevent shrinkage or discoloration.
[0617] The third customized course (CS3) is a specialized course for the third group (G3), and is a course that minimizes concerns about shrinkage or discoloration.
[0618] FIG. 33 is a drawing illustrating a control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which determines a standard speed of a moving hanger according to clothing characteristics and provides a customized course.
[0619] In the embodiment, a standard speed determination step (S7) is included to determine the standard speed of the moving hanger based on the characteristics of the clothing determined in the clothing characteristic determination step (S3). The standard speed may be defined as the standard frequency described above. The standard speed is determined based on the characteristics of the clothing calculated in the clothing characteristic determination step (S3).
[0620] The moving hanger performs a customized course based on the determined standard speed (S4).
[0621] A customized course may be provided based on a combination of the processing purpose entered by the user and the detected clothing characteristics. Alternatively, the customized course may be a course recommended by the control unit (C) based on the detected clothing characteristics.
[0622] FIG. 34 is a drawing that further explains a control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which determines the standard speed of a moving hanger according to clothing characteristics and provides a customized course.
[0623] The clothing characteristic determination step (S3) may be a step of assigning the weight and length of the clothing to characteristic groups. In the clothing characteristic determination step (S3), clothing characteristics may be grouped based on the weight and length of the clothing. In an embodiment, the clothing characteristic may be assigned to any one of a plurality of pre-classified groups. In an embodiment, the plurality of pre-classified groups may be the first to third groups described in FIG. 32.
[0624] The clothing characteristic judgment step (S3) may include a step of comparing the weight with a reference value (S31) and a step of comparing the length with a reference value (S32).
[0625] In step S31, where the weight is compared to a reference value, if the weight is less than the reference value, the clothing characteristics are assigned to the first group (G1) that has been previously classified (D11). Then, the standard speed for the subsequent customized course is determined (D12). The standard speed can be determined by a standard frequency derived from the weight and length. The standard frequency can be the first speed.
[0626] In the step (S31) of comparing the weight with the reference value, if the weight is greater than the reference value, the step (S32) of comparing the length with the reference value is performed.
[0627] In the step (S32) of comparing the length with the reference value, if the length is less than the reference value, the clothing characteristics are assigned to the second group (G2) that has been classified (D21). Then, the standard speed of the customized course to be performed thereafter is determined (D22). The standard speed can be determined by a standard frequency derived based on weight and length. The standard frequency can be a second speed. The second speed can be a speed with a higher frequency than the first speed.
[0628] In the step (S32) of comparing the length with a reference value, if the length is greater than the reference value, the clothing characteristics are assigned to the third group (G3) that has been classified (D31). Then, the standard speed of the customized course to be performed thereafter is determined (D32). The standard speed can be determined by a standard frequency derived based on weight and length. The standard frequency can be the third speed. The third speed can be a speed with a lower frequency than the second speed.
[0629] In an embodiment, the customized course execution step (S4) may be determined according to the processing purpose input by the user. For example, if the input processing purpose is wrinkle removal, the first customized course, as exemplified in FIG. 24, may be executed, but the standard speed determined in the standard speed determination step (S7) may be applied as the standard frequency. For example, if the input processing purpose is deodorization enhancement, the second customized course, as exemplified in FIG. 24, may be executed, but the standard speed determined in the standard speed determination step (S7) may be applied as the standard frequency. For example, if the input processing purpose is damage minimization, the second customized course, as exemplified in FIG. 24, may be executed, but the standard speed determined in the standard speed determination step (S7) may be applied as the standard frequency.
[0630] FIG. 35 is a drawing further explaining a control method according to an embodiment of the present invention, which provides a customized course according to a group of classified clothing characteristics.
[0631] The clothing characteristic determination step (S3) according to the embodiment may be a step of assigning the weight and length of the clothing to a characteristic-specific group. In the clothing characteristic determination step (S3), the clothing characteristic may be assigned to any one of multiple groups classified according to the detected weight and length. In the embodiment, the clothing characteristic may be assigned to any one of the first to third groups described in FIG. 32.
[0632] The clothing characteristic judgment step (S3) may include a step of comparing the weight with a reference value (S31) and a step of comparing the length with a reference value (S32).
[0633] In step S31, where the weight is compared to a reference value, if the weight is less than the reference value, the clothing characteristics are assigned to the first group (G1) (D11). Accordingly, step S41, where the first customized course is performed, is performed for the first group (G1). In this case, the standard speed can also be determined based on the standard frequency derived from the weight and length.
[0634] In the step (S31) of comparing the weight with the reference value, if the weight is greater than the reference value, the step (S32) of comparing the length with the reference value is performed.
[0635] In step S32, where the length is compared to a reference value, if the length is less than the reference value, the clothing characteristics are assigned to the second group (G2) (D21). Accordingly, step S42, where a second customized course is performed specifically for the second group (G2), is performed. In this case, the standard speed can also be determined based on the standard frequency derived from the weight and length.
[0636] In step S32, where the length is compared to a reference value, if the length is greater than the reference value, the clothing characteristics are assigned to the third group (G3) (D31). Accordingly, step S43, which performs a third customized course specific to the third group (G3), is performed. In this case, the standard speed can also be determined based on the standard frequency derived from weight and length.
[0637] Figure 36 is a control method according to one embodiment of the present invention, and describes a customized course-specific administrative section.
[0638] Figure 36(a) illustrates the administrative steps of the first customized course. The first customized course is a course that provides enhanced wrinkle removal power.
[0639] According to the first customized course, the moving hanger can vibrate the clothing at a higher frequency than the standard frequency throughout the entire operation.
[0640] Figure 36(b) illustrates the administrative steps of the second customized course. The second customized course is a course that provides enhanced desorption power.
[0641] According to the second customized course, the steam cycle can last longer than the first customized course. Since steam deodorizes clothing, the second customized course can provide enhanced deodorizing power.
[0642] As the steam cycle time increases, the moisture content of the garment increases, so the drying cycle of the second customized cycle can last longer than the first customized cycle. Meanwhile, the drying cycle can be terminated early or extended based on humidity levels collected by the humidity sensor.
[0643] Figure 36(c) illustrates the administrative steps of the third customized course. The third customized course is designed to reduce clothing damage.
[0644] According to the third customized course, the atmosphere of the receiving space (21) can be created as a low-temperature environment in the steam administration (Steam). The low-temperature environment in the steam administration (Steam) can be created by independently controlling the heater of the steam supply unit (51). In the embodiment, the first customized course and the second customized course maximize the steam supply amount by simultaneously driving the first heater and the second heater, whereas the third customized course can create a low-temperature environment by reducing the steam supply amount by including a step of driving only one of the first heater and the second heater.
[0645] However, the third customized course may be conducted for a longer time than the steam treatment of the first or second customized course to obtain sufficient deodorizing power even in a low-temperature environment.
[0646] According to the third customized course, the atmosphere of the receiving space (21) can be created as a low-temperature environment during the drying process. The low-temperature environment during the drying process can be created by controlling the operating time or operating rpm of the compressor (82). In an embodiment, the third customized course can create a low-temperature environment by lowering the operating rpm of the compressor (82) compared to the first customized course and the second customized course.
[0647] However, the drying process of the third customized course may be performed for a longer time than the drying process of the first customized course or the second customized course to obtain sufficient drying even in a low-temperature environment.
[0648] As a result, the third custom course can refresh clothes without damaging them, although the overall processing time is longer.
[0649] The present invention may be implemented in various modified forms, and the scope of the invention is not limited to the above-described embodiments. Therefore, if a modified embodiment includes elements of the claims of the present invention, it should be considered to fall within the scope of the present invention.
