[0079] FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating user input or interaction through a first sensor (204) and a second sensor (205) according to various embodiments.

[0080] In one embodiment, when a force is detected pressing with a pressure higher than a first designated pressure level at a certain position on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205), the electronic device (101) may determine a user input or interaction as a press (501) on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205). Among the user inputs, the press (501) may be an input pressing with a pressure higher than a first designated pressure level at a certain position on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205).

[0081] In one embodiment, when a force is detected twice at a certain location on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205) with a pressure higher than a first designated pressure level within a certain time interval, the electronic device (101) may determine a double press (503) for a user input or interaction on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205). A double press (503) among user inputs may be an input of pressing twice at a certain location on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205) with a pressure higher than a first designated pressure level within a certain time interval.

[0082] In Fig. 5, a double press (503) is schematically represented by two circles, but this is a schematic representation of the action of pressing twice at the same specific location at a specific time interval, rather than at different locations.

[0083] In one embodiment, when a force is detected pressing a certain location with a pressure higher than a first designated pressure level for a certain time on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205), the electronic device (101) may determine a long press (505) for a user input or interaction on the first sensor (204) and / or the second sensor (205). A long press (505) among user inputs may be an input pressing a certain location with a pressure higher than a first designated pressure level for a certain time on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205).

[0084] In one embodiment, when a force of pressing with a pressure higher than a first specified pressure level at a specific location on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205) is detected N times (N is a natural number greater than or equal to 3) at a specific time interval, the electronic device (101) may determine that a user input or interaction on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205) is N times press. Among the user inputs, the N times press may be an input of pressing with a pressure higher than a first specified pressure level N times at a specific time interval on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205).

[0085] In one embodiment, when a pressing force higher than a first designated pressure level is detected for a specific location on the first sensor (204) and a specific location on the second sensor (205), the electronic device (101) may determine a combination press for a user input or interaction on the first sensor (204) and the second sensor (205). Among the user inputs, a combination press may be an input that presses for a specific location on the first sensor (204) and a specific location on the second sensor (205) with a pressure higher than the first designated pressure level.

[0086] In one embodiment, when a force is detected pressing with a pressure lower than a second specified pressure level at a certain position on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205), the electronic device (101) may determine a user input or interaction as a touch (507) on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205). The touch (507) among the user inputs may be an input pressing with a pressure lower than a second specified pressure level at a certain position on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205). The second specified pressure level may be the same as the first specified pressure level. However, the present invention is not limited thereto, and the second specified pressure level may be a level lower than the first specified pressure level. For example, if the first specified pressure level is 10, the second specified pressure level may be 9, which is lower than 10.

[0087] In one embodiment, when a force is detected twice with a pressure lower than a second specified pressure level at a specific location on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205) within a certain time interval, the electronic device (101) may determine a double touch (509) for a user input or interaction on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205). A double touch (509) among user inputs may be an input of pressing twice with a pressure lower than a second specified pressure level at a specific location on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205) within a certain time interval. In this case, the second touch following the first touch may be a separate input from the first touch. A separate input may be, for example, an input in which an input is released from a specific location on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205) and then a new touch is applied.

[0088] In Fig. 5, a double touch (509) is briefly indicated by two circles, but this schematically represents the action of pressing twice on the same specific location at a specific time interval, rather than on different locations.

[0089] In one embodiment, when a force of pressing with a pressure lower than a second specified pressure level is detected N times (N is a natural number greater than or equal to 3) at a specific location on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205) at a specific time interval, the electronic device (101) may determine that a user input or interaction on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205) is N times touch. Among the user inputs, the N times touch may be an input of pressing with a pressure lower than a second specified pressure level N times at a specific location on the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205) at a specific time interval. In this case, the touches may be separate inputs.

[0090] The swipe front / back (511) of Fig. 5 is further described as follows.

[0091] In one embodiment, when an input is detected that swipes the surface of the first sensor (204) and / or the second sensor (205) from the second side (or back) (202) of the electronic device (101) toward the first side (or front) (201), the electronic device (101) may determine a swipe front (521) for the user input or interaction on the first sensor (204) and / or the second sensor (205).

[0092] In one embodiment, when an input is detected that swipes the surface of the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205) from the first side (or front) (201) of the electronic device (101) toward the second side (or back) (202) of the electronic device (101), the electronic device (101) may determine a swipe back (523) for the user input or interaction on the first sensor (204) and / or the second sensor (205).

[0093] In one embodiment, an input that swipes the surface of the first sensor (204) and / or the second sensor (205) from the second side (or back) (202) toward the first side (or front) (201) or from the first side (or front) (201) toward the second side (or back) (202) of the electronic device (101) may be a horizontal swipe. A horizontal swipe may include an input that swipes the surface of the first sensor (204) and / or the second sensor (205) from the second side (or back) (202) toward the first side (or front) (201) or from the first side (or front) (201). A horizontal swipe may include a swipe front (521) and / or a swipe back (523).

[0094] In one embodiment, the detection area of the first sensor (204) may include a front portion adjacent to the first side (201) and a rear portion adjacent to the second side (202). The detection area of the second sensor (205) may include a front portion adjacent to the first side (201) and a rear portion adjacent to the second side (202). A swipe front (521) is a user input that swipes from the rear to the front in the detection area, and a swipe back (523) is a user input that swipes from the front to the rear in the detection area.

[0095] The swipe up / down (513) of Fig. 5 is further explained as follows.

[0096] In one embodiment, when an input is detected that swipes the surface of the first sensor (204) and / or the second sensor (205) from the bottom to the top (or, +y direction) of the electronic device (101), the electronic device (101) may determine a swipe up (525) for the user input or interaction on the first sensor (204) and / or the second sensor (205).

[0097] In one embodiment, when an input is detected that swipes the surface of the first sensor (204) or the second sensor (205) from the top to the bottom (or, -y direction) of the electronic device (101), the electronic device (101) may determine a swipe down (527) for the user input or interaction on the first sensor (204) and / or the second sensor (205).

[0098] In one embodiment, an input that swipes the surface of the first sensor (204) and / or the second sensor (205) from bottom to top (or in the + y direction) or from top to bottom (or in the - y direction) may be a vertical swipe user input. The vertical swipe user input may include an input that swipes the surface of the first sensor (204) and / or the second sensor (205) from bottom to top (or in the + y direction) or from top to bottom (or in the - y direction). The vertical swipe user input may include a swipe up (525) and / or a swipe down (527).

[0099] In one embodiment, the detection area of the first sensor (204) may include a top portion adjacent to the upper direction (or, + y direction) and a bottom portion adjacent to the lower direction (or, -y direction). The detection area of the second sensor (205) may include a top portion adjacent to the upper direction (or, + y direction) and a bottom portion adjacent to the lower direction (or, -y direction). A swipe up (525) is a user input of swiping from the lower part to the upper part in the detection area, and a swipe down (527) is a user input of swiping from the upper part to the lower part in the detection area.

[0100] FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating various exemplary haptic feedback (620) of an electronic device (101) according to various embodiments.

[0101] A first sensor (204) and a second sensor (205) may be arranged on at least a portion of the third surface (203). Referring to FIGS. 3 and 4, an actuator (401) capable of providing haptic feedback under the control of a processor (120) may be included below the first sensor (204) and the second sensor (205) or inside the electronic device (101). The actuator (401) may include a piezo actuator, a horizontal motor, a vertical motor, a soundboard, a coil motor, and / or a combination thereof.

[0102] In one embodiment, the electronic device (101) can output various vibrations or vibration patterns (620) through the actuator (401) based on user inputs input to the first sensor (204) and the second sensor (205).

[0103] In one embodiment, the vibration or vibration pattern (620) may include patterns for start / transition (601), failure / error (603), induction / pause (605), imminent termination (607), operation (609), termination (611), augmentation / weakness (612), and preparation / confirmation (613). In a graph representing the vibration patterns of 601, 603, 605, 607, 609, 611, 612, and 613, the horizontal axis may represent time and the vertical axis may represent vibration intensity.

[0104] For example, when shooting starts using at least one camera (280a, 280b), the electronic device (101) can output a vibration pattern regarding start / transition (601) through the actuator (401). For example, when shooting using at least one camera (280a, 280b) ends, the electronic device (101) can output a vibration pattern regarding end (611) through the actuator (401).
