The proposed technical solution is aimed at eliminating the shortcomings of the current level of technology and differs from previously known ones in that the proposed solution ensures high-quality and efficient standardized data entry, and obtaining a calculation of the tariff under insurance contracts for B2B and B2C users.
[0006] ESSENCE OF THE INVENTION
[0007] The technical task that the declared solution is aimed at solving is the creation of a software and hardware complex for standardized data entry and obtaining a tariff calculation for insurance contracts for B2B users.
[0008] The technical result consists of resource-intensive and efficient data entry and automated receipt of tariff calculations for insurance contracts for B2B users.
[0009] An additional technical result is an increase in the speed of data processing, and as a consequence - an increase in the productivity of computing systems when solving a given task (i.e. the solution allows data processing with the receipt of a result in a shorter amount of time, due to the complete automation of the process), thereby reducing the load on the central processors of computing devices (servers), due to a decrease in the number of requests processed.
[0010] The stated technical results are achieved through the implementation of a hardware and software complex for standardized data entry and obtaining a tariff calculation under insurance contracts for B2B users, containing: a server part using the Laravel PHP framework and implemented for the interaction of the hardware and software complex with the servers of insurance companies, wherein the server part, before sending data to the insurance company server, for the calculation: validates the data, checking the input data for compliance with pre-established rules and formats; cleans the data, removing incorrect values that may affect the correctness of the calculations; transforms the data; fills the data, adding missing data that may be required for the correct calculation; aliases the data, creating pseudonyms or synonyms for fields or data to ensure correct access to them during further processing;generates a structured query that contains the data required to perform calculations; a user part implemented as a user interface; a relational database implemented for storing data; a non-relational database used to store the data cache. a WebSocket channel for establishing a permanent bidirectional connection between the server and the user and transmitting data in real time, implemented to provide a mechanism for updating data on the user side; wherein the hardware and software complex integrates with B2B services of insurance companies, via the server part and API (Application Programming Interface) of insurance companies for interaction with their servers.
[0011] In a particular embodiment of the described method, data conversion by the server part is the conversion of date and time, units of measurement and currency.
[0012] DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
[0013] The implementation of the invention will be described further in accordance with the attached drawing, which is presented to explain the essence of the invention and in no way limits the scope of the invention. The following drawing is attached to the application:
[0014] Fig. 1 illustrates a block diagram of the registration of an insurance policy.
[0015] Fig. 2 illustrates a flow chart of the process of obtaining a preliminary estimate.
[0016] Fig. 3 illustrates a flow chart of the insurance policy process.
[0017] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0018] In the following detailed description of the embodiment of the invention, numerous implementation details are set forth in order to provide a clear understanding of the present invention. However, it will be apparent to one skilled in the art how the present invention may be used with or without these implementation details. In other instances, well-known methods, procedures, and components have not been described in detail in order not to unnecessarily obscure the features of the present invention.
[0019] In addition, it will be clear from the above description that the invention is not limited to the embodiment shown. Numerous possible modifications, changes, variations and substitutions, preserving the essence and form of the present invention, will be obvious to those skilled in the art.
[0020] This technical solution automates and scales the repetitive actions of an insurance agent (for example, an employee of the credit and insurance department at a car dealer), which significantly saves resources and time on data entry, both at the policy calculation stage and at the stage of drawing up an insurance contract. Also, by minimizing the input of information and the ability to do this faster, the number of errors in data entry is minimized and the speed of user training is increased (for example, new employees in specialized departments of insurance brokers and car dealers).
[0021] This hardware and software complex integrates with B2B services of insurance companies using the server part and API (Application Programming Interface) of insurance companies to interact with their servers. The solution allows you to combine the calculation of several insurance companies in one window. Fast calculation is achieved by simultaneously making a calculation in all insurance companies specified in the user's portfolio. The complex also allows you to automate many monotonous tasks and simplifies interaction with complex interfaces of insurance companies, which reduces the training time of insurance agents, increases their productivity and improves the efficiency of the task.
[0022] The server part of the proposed hardware and software complex uses the Laravel PHP framework, which provides convenient tools and functionality for creating powerful and scalable resources, including route processing, database management, user authentication and other functions. The server part of the complex is responsible for interaction with the servers of insurance companies and calculation. User data is received in the MySQL database. From the database, information is sent to the server part, where the calculation is performed. The server part prepares the data and sends it to the servers of insurance companies for calculation. After receiving the calculation, the obtained results are saved in the MySQL database and sent to the WebSocket channel, which will transfer the data to the user part to display the calculation results. The server part also uses the Redis database for caching reference books.
[0023] The server part, before sending data to the insurance company's server to perform the calculation, for the purpose of standardized data entry, performs the following actions: validates the data, checking the input data for compliance with pre-established rules and formats; cleans the data, removing incorrect values that may affect the correctness of the calculations; transforms and fills the data (for example, converts date and time, units of measurement and currency), adding missing data that may be required for the correct calculation; aliases the data, creating pseudonyms or synonyms for fields or data to ensure correct access to them during further processing; forms a structured query that contains the data required to perform the calculations.
[0024] The user part of the complex is a user interface, which is implemented using the AngularJS JavaScript framework.
[0025] MySQL - A relational database used in a complex that provides reliable and efficient data storage.
[0026] Redis - A non-relational database used in conjunction with other applications to store cached data.
[0027] WebSocket - Used in a complex, in the user part subsystem, to establish a permanent bidirectional connection between the server and the user and transfer data in real time. It provides a mechanism for updating data on the user side on an ongoing basis.
[0028] An additional difference between this technical solution and other well-known sources of information is its own methodologies and algorithms for quality testing (QA). Tools such as Selenium and Zenoposter are used to regularly check insurance premium calculations. This process uses pre-prepared test data sets.
[0029] The testing involves two key stages. In the first stage, the tools are used to calculate insurance premiums. The calculation is then repeated, sending it to the insurance company's front end. Both calculations are based on the same input data, ensuring comparability of conditions for analyzing the results.
[0030] This approach ensures reliable operation of insurance premium calculation algorithms and maintains high consistency between calculations in the system and calculations performed in the front-end part of the insurance company.
[0031] Examples of implementation of this technical solution.
[0032] Registration. The user initiates the registration process by providing the necessary information (last name, first name, region of agency agreements, organization name, mobile phone number, email address) and sets up their portfolio of insurance companies. After registration, the user is automatically sent access data and instructions for further interaction by email. All information about the user, including their registration data and insurance company portfolio settings, are saved in the MySQL relational database. This ensures safe storage of user data and allows them to be used for further operation of the software and hardware complex.
[0033] After registration, the user gets access to the list of available companies and can choose those with which he wants to cooperate. This gives the user the opportunity to receive offers from selected insurance companies and compare conditions and prices.
[0034] Filling in data to perform calculation. To provide assistance in filling in data, the complex makes requests to its database and external data sources. For example, to display a list of car models, the complex can use its database with information on models of different brands of cars. After filling in the form, the user sends a request for calculation. The data, including the filled in form fields, are transferred to the servers of insurance companies to perform the calculation and receive the results. This allows insurance companies to assess risks (run the data through automatic scoring checks and issue a response in the form of an insurance premium, or information on manual approval, or refusal of insurance based on the entered parameter values) and offer the user the appropriate rates and insurance conditions. Checking the calculation parameters. After the calculation is complete, the complex provides the user with results including various insurance offer options from the selected insurance companies. The user can review the calculation parameters, such as the insurance premium amount, deductible, as well as other proposed insurance terms and other terms of the offers. The user has the ability to analyze the provided results and insurance offer options, compare them and select the most suitable option. If the user wishes to make changes to the calculation parameters, he can adjust the data, for example, change the insurance amount, select a different deductible or include / exclude certain types of coverage. After making adjustments, the user can recalculate to see new results based on the changed parameters. This allows the user to assess the impact of the changes on the insurance cost and conditions. As a result, the user can decide on the selection of a specific insurance offer that meets his requirements and preferences, and proceed to the process of registering the selected insurance policy.
[0035] As shown in the block diagram (FIG. 1), when the calculation form is initially loaded, the complex loads a data set to provide hints to the user. Additional data from external sources from insurance companies is also loaded. If the form has been filled in correctly (namely, all required parameters have been entered, there are no errors in the values (for example, there are no fractions where an integer is required, etc.)), then a request for calculation is sent. The data, including the filled form fields, are saved in the database, prepared and sent by request to the insurance company servers to perform the calculation. After receiving the result of the request from the insurance company server, the complex processes the received data, saves it in the database and, using WebSocket, sends this data to the channel for subsequent display to the user.During the calculation process, algorithms are launched that listen to the Realplexor channel and, upon receiving a message with the calculation result in the channel, display this result to the user in his interface. After receiving the calculation results, the user can compare the results, such as the cost of the premium, coverage, franchise and other conditions and choose the best option for him. If the user wants to make changes to the calculation parameters, he can adjust the data, for example, increase or decrease the insurance amount, select a different franchise or include / exclude certain types of coverage. After making adjustments, the user can recalculate to see new results based on the changed parameters. The complex sends previously filled in data to the server of the selected insurance company. After receiving the exact calculation result from the insurance company's server, the user can fill in additional data (if required) and continue to issue the policy (go to the draft contract - to the policy issue stage). At the next stage, the exact calculation data is saved in the database, prepared and sent for verification to the insurance company's server. After successful verification, the insurance company's server returns the verification results and a sample printed version of the policy, as well as a link to make a payment on the insurance company's website. This data is also saved in the database. The original policy will be available to the user after the payment is made.
[0036] The present application materials present a preferred disclosure of the implementation of the claimed technical solution, which should not be used as limiting other, particular embodiments of its implementation that do not go beyond the scope of the requested scope of legal protection and are obvious to specialists in the relevant field of technology.
