Abstract
Description
[0001] Perimeter element of the suspended ceiling joint
[0002] AREA OF TECHNOLOGY
[0003] The utility model relates to the construction industry and can be used in the field of creating suspended ceilings, in particular for frame-and-sheathing type structures.
[0004] LEVEL OF TECHNOLOGY
[0005] The main problem of suspended ceilings based on frame-sheathing structures is the sooner or later appearance of defects in the form of cracks on its surface. One of the common reasons for the appearance of cracks is the creation of stress zones at the junction of the frame-sheathing structure with the wall of the room at the junction node.
[0006] When installing frame-sheathing structures (KOK), Knauf materials are used and typical designs are used; such structures are made in the form of a metal frame with layers of sheet material placed on its surface - sheathing with subsequent application of a decorative finishing coating. When installing such a structure, guide profiles are used.
[0007] The guide profile is the basis of the frame for plasterboard and is needed for fixing along the perimeter of the structure, and damper tapes are used to decouple the surfaces.
[0008] Recently, the method of designing a joint by including perimeter elements in the design of suspended ceilings with fastening to the wall of the room has become widespread.
[0009] For example, a known joint unit for a suspended ceiling fastening device (patent RU2742420C1, application: 2020126665 dated 10.08.2020, patent holder Sergey Yuryevich Pugachev (RU)), made in the form of a three-component system, the mating parts of which are connected through a damper, providing cushioning of the junction points of the metal frame with the wall, increasing the resistance of such a connection to loads. The disadvantages of this solution include the complexity of the design and installation of the joint unit.
[0010] Also known is the shadow profile "DARKLINE" (Manufacturer LLC "Centersvet" prototype of the claimed technical solution) including a vertical part made in the form of a support and installation wall connected by a horizontal shelf forming a cavity between the plane of the suspended ceiling and the adjacent surface of the room wall, in the lower part of the installation wall there is a mounting shelf for imparting rigidity to the joint unit by placing it between the metal frame and the sheathing, equipped with docking elements for joining with the peripheral part of the sheathing sheet, the edge of which acts as a "beacon" for applying putty compositions when forming the outer plane of the suspended ceiling.
[0011] The disadvantages of the prototype also include the complexity of its design, as well as the insufficient concealment of the resulting cavity in the abutment zone; in addition, the most significant thing is that the design of such a profile does not provide for the possibility of compensating for the movements of the frame-sheathing structure to deformation in the stress zone.
[0012] At present, there is a need to expand the types of perimeter elements to create simple and economical suspended ceiling joints, both in their manufacture and in their use.
[0013] DISCLOSURE OF THE ESSENCE OF THE UTILITY MODEL
[0014] The technical result of the utility model in relation to analogues is an increase in the resistance of the suspended ceiling to deformation in stress zones and, as a consequence, the prevention of cracks on its surface, a simplification of the design of the perimeter element of the suspended ceiling joint, as well as the possibility of hiding the cavity formed along the perimeter of the room.
[0015] A perimeter element of a suspended ceiling joint assembly, made in the form of a profile containing a support wall intended for fastening to a support surface, a mounting shelf and a joint element, characterized in that the mounting shelf is made with the possibility of forming a cavity between the plane of the suspended ceiling and the surface adjacent to it and is located in the lower part of the support wall, which, in turn, is provided with a weakened zone made, for example, in the form of a notch. It is preferable when the lower part of the joint element is made with an indentation from the support surface that does not exceed the length of the mounting shelf. It is also preferable when the place of fastening of the support wall is provided with a landing pad.
[0016] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF DRAWINGS
[0017] Fig. 1 shows a general drawing of the perimeter element of the suspended ceiling joint assembly in accordance with the claimed technical solution;
[0018] Fig. 2 shows the connection unit of the suspended ceiling with the perimeter element in accordance with the claimed technical solution.
[0019] IMPLEMENTATION OF A UTILITY MODEL
[0020] Simplification of the design of the perimeter element (Fig. 1) of the suspended ceiling joint assembly in accordance with the claimed technical solution is achieved by the absence of unnecessary elements in its design, such as additional walls or shelves of the profile 1, for example, metal, mainly made of aluminum. The perimeter element has a supporting wall 2 intended for fastening to a supporting surface, for example, to a wall 3 of the room (as shown in Fig. 2). Such an implementation, where the supporting wall 2 is the main load-bearing element of the structure, allows creating a lever effect for the movements of the frame-sheathing structure. The mounting shelf 4 forms a cavity 5 between the plane b of the suspended ceiling and the adjacent surface of the wall 3, which, after all work has been completed, forms a thin line along the perimeter of the suspended ceiling, making the cavity 5 as hidden from view as possible; for this purpose, the mounting shelf 4 is placed in the lower part of the supporting wall 2, so that the lower part 7 of the connecting element 8 has an indentation no greater than the length of the mounting shelf 4.In addition to the fact that the supporting wall 2 is the main load-bearing element of the structure, allowing to create a lever effect for the movements of the frame-sheathing structure, the compensation of the movements of the frame-sheathing structure to deformation in the stress zones is implemented due to the fact that the supporting wall 2 is provided with a weakened zone 9 made, for example, in the form of a notch (groove) along the length of the profile, which, due to the properties of the metal, allows the docking unit to move freely in the horizontal axis by pressing and squeezing, thereby damping the deformation stresses of the docking unit of the suspended ceiling. Strengthening such an effect is possible if the attachment point 10 of the supporting wall 2 is provided with a landing pad 11 having damping properties, for example, a damper tape combined with the perimeter element along its entire length, or pointwise under the attachment point 10.
[0021] An example of a suspended ceiling connection unit device using the proposed perimeter element.
[0022] At the first stage, the supporting wall 2 of the perimeter element is aligned with the guide profile 12 of the metal frame 13, if necessary, retreating from the mounting shelf 4 of the perimeter element, forming a cavity 5 between the plane b of the suspended ceiling and the surface adjacent to it - wall 3 of the room, by the height of the cladding 14, so that the weakened zone 9 of the supporting wall 2 remains free, providing compensation for the movements of the frame-sheathing structure. Along the cutoff line along the perimeter of the room, the supporting wall 2 of the perimeter element is fixed to the wall 3 of the room by screwing in a self-tapping screw 15 through the landing pad 11, additionally providing the possibility of resistance of the frame-sheathing structure, and it is pressed at the attachment point 10 until it stops. Sheets of sheathing 14 are placed on the metal frame 13 and the suspended ceiling is finished with a decorative finishing coating, for which the lower part 7 of the connecting element 8 is used as a beacon. As a result of the work performed along the perimeter of the ceiling, a thin line is obtained masking the cavity 5 with functional elements of the joint unit with a width of no more than the length of the mounting shelf 4, for example, 0.7 cm. This effect of a thin line along the perimeter of the ceiling has received the common name "shadow gap" in the field of design and architecture for creating interior solutions in style.
[0023] "minimalism". At the same time, the joint with such a perimeter element is maximally mobile and resistant to the stresses created by the movements.
