[0021] The drywall product (Powerdrywall) of the invention as a substitute for traditional drywall by combining the corrugated carton with the drywall product, comprises a corrugated carton panel (1) in layer 1 , a covering (kraft, grey carton or testliner) (2) on the front and back side of a flat corrugated carton panel (1 ) and a drywall product (3) to be coated on the front and back side of the kraft (2).

[0022] The stabilization of the corrugated carton panel (1 ) is supported by laminating the covering (kraft, gray carton or testliner) product on the front and back side of the corrugated carton panel (1 ) in layer 1 with starch-based glue with an average weight of around 300 gr / m2. This process also increases thickness, sound, and light insulation.

CLAIMS1. The invention relates to a drywall product (Powerdrywall) as a substitute for traditional drywall by combining the corrugated carton with the drywall product, characterized in that it consists of corrugated carton panel (1) in layer 1 , a covering (kraft, grey carton or testliner) (2) on the front and back side of a flat corrugated carton panel (1) and a drywall product (3) to be coated on the front and back side of the kraft (2).

The invention relates to a production method of a drywall product (Powerdrywall) as a substitute for traditional drywall by combining the corrugated carton with the drywall product, characterized in that it consists of the following process steps:- Void-free lamination of the covering (kraft, gray carton or testliner) product on the front and back side of the corrugated carton panel (1) in layer 1 with starch-based glue with an average weight of around 300 gr / m2 - Void-free lamination of the drywall (3) product with starch-based glue weighing around 300gr / m2 on the front and back side of the corrugated carton panel (1 ) product coated with kraft, gray carton or testliner (2) on the 2nd layer.
