Description

Electronic device mounting structure and display device

[0001] The present disclosure relates to an electronic device mounting structure and a display device, and more particularly to an electronic device mounting structure and a display device that enable mounting positions suitable for various uses to be realized.

[0002] For example, Patent Document 1 discloses a camera viewfinder fixing structure that allows a viewfinder mounting device for a video camera, which allows the viewfinder to be moved forward, backward, left, and right, to be easily fixed or released at any position.

[0003] There are mounting structures that use round or square pipes to enable viewfinder position adjustment, but in all cases there is play (gap) between the fixing mechanism and the pipe, making it difficult to ensure the levelness of the LCD panel relative to the camera or to maintain its position.

[0004] However, these problems can be solved by using a rail on which camera accessories can be attached.

[0005] JP 2009-122488 A

[0006] However, when using rails as described above, the mounting position of the LCD panel is fixed. To realize mounting positions for the LCD panel that can be used for various purposes, such as a viewfinder, an operation panel used by the cameraman, or a monitor checked by an assistant, an additional movable mechanism must be provided, which increases the number of parts.

[0007] The present disclosure has been made in consideration of such circumstances, and aims to realize mounting postures that are suitable for a variety of uses while reducing the number of parts.

[0008] The electronic device mounting structure of the present disclosure is an electronic device mounting structure that includes a rotation mechanism to which an electronic device is rotatably mounted at one end of a rotation shaft, a first guide portion into which a rail is fitted so as to be slidable perpendicular to the rotation shaft, and a second guide portion that is perpendicular to the first guide portion and into which the rail is fitted so as to be slidable parallel to the rotation shaft.

[0009] The display device of the present disclosure is a display device comprising a display unit, and a fixed portion formed on the back and side of the display unit, the fixed portion being fixed to one end of a rotating shaft of an attachment structure having a rotation mechanism for rotatably attaching an electronic device to one end of the rotating shaft, a first guide portion that fits into a rail so as to be slidable in a direction perpendicular to the rotating shaft, and a second guide portion that is perpendicular to the first guide portion and fits into the rail so as to be slidable in a direction parallel to the rotating shaft.

[0010] In the present disclosure, a rotation mechanism includes an electronic device rotatably attached to one end of a rotation shaft, a rail fitted to a first guide portion so as to be slidable in a direction perpendicular to the rotation shaft, and a second guide portion so as to be slidable in a direction perpendicular to the first guide portion and parallel to the rotation shaft.

[0012] Modes for carrying out the present disclosure (hereinafter referred to as embodiments) will be described below. The description will be made in the following order.

[0013] 1. Video camera system configuration 2. Hinge member configuration 3. Rail configuration and hinge member mounting configuration 4. Display device configuration and hinge member mounting configuration 5. Examples of display device mounting orientations according to application 6. Other

[0014] 1. Configuration of Video Camera System FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing an example configuration of a video camera system to which the technology according to the present disclosure is applied.

[0015] The video camera system 1 shown in FIG. 1 is configured to include a video camera 10 , a mounting member 20 , and a viewfinder 30 .

[0016] Video camera 10 may be configured as a professional video camera used, for example, in video production. In Fig. 1, only the lens barrel and the adjacent housing portion of video camera 10 are shown. In Fig. 1, the shooting direction of video camera 10 (the direction of the optical axis of the lens) is toward the upper left of the page.

[0017] A mounting member 20 is joined to the top surface of the housing of the video camera 10 by screws or the like. A viewfinder 30 is attached to the mounting member 20 via a support member made up of a hinge member 100 and a rail 200, and a display device 300.

[0018] The mounting member 20 has a rod that extends in a direction perpendicular to the shooting direction of the video camera 10 .

[0019] A hole that fits onto the rod of the mounting member 20 is provided at one end of the rail 200, and the rail 200 is rotatable in the pitch direction based on the shooting direction of the video camera 10. A hinge member 100 that is slidable along the rail 200 is attached to the other end of the rail 200.

[0020] As will be described in detail later, hinge member 100 is provided with a rotation mechanism to which display device 300 is rotatably attached at one end of a rotation shaft. In the example of Fig. 1, one end of the rotation shaft of hinge member 100 is fixed to the back surface of a display unit (display surface) of display device 300, and display device 300 is rotatable in the pitch direction with respect to the shooting direction of video camera 10.

[0021] 1, a viewfinder 30 is attached to the display surface side of the display device 300. The display device 300 and the video camera 10 are connected by a cable (not shown), and the video captured by the video camera 10 is displayed on the display surface of the display device 300. The cameraman can check the video captured by the video camera 10 through the viewfinder 30.

[0022] In the following, the configurations of the hinge member 100, the rail 200, and the display device 300, which realize various mounting positions of the display device 300 relative to the video camera 10, will be described.

[0023] 2. Configuration of Hinge Member FIG. 2 is a perspective view showing an example configuration of a hinge member 100 having an attachment structure to which the technology according to the present disclosure is applied.

[0024] As shown in FIG. 2, the hinge member 100 is composed of a base portion 110 , a rotating portion 120 , a first fixed portion 130 , a hook portion 140 , and a second fixed portion 150 .

[0025] The base 110 is made up of a rectangular parallelepiped housing portion that is a vertically long plate, and a disk portion that protrudes from the housing portion in a disk shape. A circular hole is provided in the center of the disk portion of the base 110.

[0026] The rotating part 120 has an overall cylindrical shape with a size corresponding to the disk portion of the base part 110. A hole corresponding to the hole in the disk portion of the base part 110 is provided in the center of the rotating part 120.

[0027] The first fixed part 130 is composed of a knob part of a size corresponding to the disk part of the base part 110 , and a shaft part that passes through a hole in the disk part of the base part 110 and a hole in the rotating part 120 .

[0028] The rotating part 120 and the first fixed part 130 are joined to the disk part of the base part 110 so as to sandwich the disk part of the base part 110 therebetween.

[0029] Rotating part 120 is configured by enclosing, in order from the case part 121 side, sliding sheet 123, wave washer 124, flange 125, and sliding sheet 126 in a space formed by case part 121 and lid part 122. Rotating part 120 configured in this manner can rotate around the shaft part of the first fixed part as a rotation axis while being joined to the disk part of base part 110.

[0030] As shown in detailed view D11 of Fig. 2 , the tip of the shaft portion constituting the first fixed portion 130 is formed with a male screw 131. When the first fixed portion 130 is joined to the disk portion of the base portion 110, the male screw 131 formed at the tip of the shaft portion protrudes from the case portion 121 of the rotating portion 120. When a user turns the knob portion of the first fixed portion 130 by hand, the male screw 131 protruding from the case portion 121 of the rotating portion 120 is fixed to a female screw formed on the back or side of the display portion (display surface) of the display device 300, as will be described later.

[0031] In this way, the rotating part 120 and the first fixed part 130 form a rotating mechanism in which the display device 300 is rotatably attached to one end of the rotating shaft, and the male screw 131 functions as a fixing part that fixes one end of the rotating shaft of the rotating mechanism to the back or side of the display device 300.

[0032] Two protrusions are provided on the top surface of the base portion 110 (the surface on the side where the disk portion is not provided).

[0033] The hook portion 140 has a flat plate shape that is large enough to cover the top surface of the base portion 110. Two holes are formed in the hook portion 140, and these holes fit into two protrusions provided on the top surface of the base portion 110, thereby joining the base portion 110 and the hook portion 140 together.

[0034] Furthermore, a through hole is provided between the two holes formed in the hook portion 140 .

[0035] As shown in detailed view D12 of Figure 2, second fixing part 150 is composed of a shaft part with a threaded structure at its tip, a spring, and a lever part. The shaft part of second fixing part 150 is fastened to the top surface of base part 110 via the threaded structure and through the through-hole of hook part 140. The user can adjust the degree of connection between base part 110 and hook part 140 by adjusting the force with which the lever part of second fixing part 150 is turned by hand.

[0036] The hinge member 100 is provided with a guide portion that allows the hinge member 100 to slide along the rail 200 .

[0037] FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating the guide portion provided on the hinge member 100. As shown in FIG.

[0038] 3A, a groove V110 is provided in the base portion 110 constituting the hinge member 100, the groove V110 being formed to extend perpendicularly to the shaft portion (the rotation axis of the rotation mechanism) of the first fixed portion 130. Similarly, a groove P110 is provided in the base portion 110, the groove P110 being formed to be perpendicular to the groove V110 and extending parallel to the shaft portion (the rotation axis of the rotation mechanism) of the first fixed portion 130.

[0039] 3B, in the hook portion 140 constituting the hinge member 100, a groove V140 is provided at a location facing the groove V110 provided in the base portion 110, the groove V140 being formed to extend perpendicular to the shaft portion (the rotation axis of the rotation mechanism) of the first fixed portion 130. Similarly, in the hook portion 140, a groove P140 is provided at a location facing the groove P110 provided in the base portion 110, the groove P140 being formed to extend parallel to the shaft portion (the rotation axis of the rotation mechanism) of the first fixed portion 130.

[0040] That is, by joining the base portion 110 and the hook portion 140, a first guide portion is formed into which the rail 200 fits so as to be slidable in a direction perpendicular to the shaft portion of the first fixed portion 130 (the rotation axis of the rotation mechanism).

[0041] Similarly, by joining the base portion 110 and the hook portion 140, a second guide portion is formed into which the rail 200 fits so as to be slidable in a direction parallel to the shaft portion of the first fixed portion 130 (the rotation axis of the rotation mechanism).

[0042] The first guide portion formed by grooves V110 and V140 and the second guide portion formed by grooves P110 and P140 may be arranged in a position where the rail 200 and the display device 300 attached to the male screw 131 of the first fixing portion 130 do not interfere with each other.

[0043] As will be described later, the first guide portion formed by the grooves V110 and V140 and the second guide portion formed by the grooves P110 and P140 are formed so as to clamp the rail 200.

[0044] 3. Rail Configuration and Hinge Member Mounting Mode> Here, an example of the rail 200 configuration and hinge member 100 mounting mode will be described.

[0045] FIG. 4 is a perspective view showing an example of the configuration of the rail 200.

[0046] Rail 200 is formed of, for example, a NATO rail. Two protrusions that fit into grooves V110 and V140 or grooves P110 and P140 of hinge member 100 are formed side by side in the extension direction on each of the head and bottom of rail 200.

[0047] One end of the rail 200 is provided with a clamp hole 210 for clamping the rod of the mounting member 20. By tightening a screw 220 from the bottom side of the rail 200, the clamp hole 210 can clamp the rod of the mounting member 20 with enough force to prevent the rail 200 from falling off.

[0048] Furthermore, the clamp hole 210 can fix the rail 200 to the rod of the mounting member 20 in a predetermined position by tightening the fixing part 230 from the head side of the rail 200. As shown in detailed view D21 of Figure 4, the fixing part 230 is composed of a shaft part with a threaded structure at the tip, a spring, and a lever part. The user can adjust the force with which the clamp hole 210 fixes the rod by adjusting the amount of force by turning the lever part of the fixing part 230 by hand.

[0049] A cable clamp 240 for holding a cable connecting the display device 300 and the video camera 10 can be attached to one side of the rail 200 (the side to which the hinge member 100 is not attached).

[0050] Furthermore, at the other end of the rail 200 where the clamp hole 210 is not provided, a locking portion 250 made up of a set screw, a spring, and a stepped pin is provided between the end portions of the two protrusions formed side by side in the extension direction. The locking portion 250 can prevent the hinge member 100 sliding on the rail 200 from departing from the other end of the rail 200.

[0051] FIG. 5 is a cross-sectional view of the hinge member 100 with the rail 200 clamped thereto.

[0052] In FIG. 5, the convex portions formed on the head and bottom of the other side of the rail 200 are clamped by a first guide portion formed by grooves V110 and V140.

[0053] Although not shown, the convex portions formed on the head and bottom of the other side of the rail 200 can also be clamped by a second guide portion formed by the grooves P110 and P140.

[0054] As described above, the second fixing portion 150 adjusts the degree of connection between the base portion 110 and the hook portion 140, thereby adjusting the force with which the first guide portion or the second guide portion clamps the rail 200. In other words, the second fixing portion 150 functions as a fixing mechanism that fixes the first guide portion or the second guide portion clamping the rail 200 at a predetermined position on the rail.

[0055] Furthermore, the first guide portion formed by the grooves V110 and V140 and the second guide portion formed by the grooves P110 and P140 are formed so as to be able to clamp the rail 200 regardless of the orientation.

[0056] 6 and 7 are diagrams showing examples of how the hinge member 100 is attached to the rail 200. FIG.

[0057] In the example of FIG. 6, the first guide portion formed by the grooves V110 and V140 clamps the rail 200, thereby allowing the hinge member 100 to be slidably attached on the rail 200.

[0058] 6A, the first guide portion clamps the rail 200 so that the rotation mechanism (rotating portion 120 and first fixed portion 130) of the hinge member 100 is positioned on the bottom side of the rail 200. On the other hand, in FIG. 6B, the first guide portion clamps the rail 200 so that the rotation mechanism (rotating portion 120 and first fixed portion 130) of the hinge member 100 is positioned on the head side of the rail 200.

[0059] In this way, the first guide portion formed by grooves V110 and V140 makes it possible to attach the hinge member 100 to the rail 200 so that the rotation axis of the hinge member 100 is perpendicular to the extension direction of the rail 200, and regardless of the orientation.

[0060] In the example of FIG. 7, the second guide portion formed by the grooves P110 and P140 clamps the rail 200, so that the hinge member 100 is attached so as to be slidable on the rail 200.

[0061] 7A, the second guide portion clamps the rail 200 so that the rotation mechanism (rotating portion 120 and first fixed portion 130) of the hinge member 100 is positioned on the bottom side of the rail 200. On the other hand, in FIG. 7B, the second guide portion clamps the rail 200 so that the rotation mechanism (rotating portion 120 and first fixed portion 130) of the hinge member 100 is positioned on the head side of the rail 200.

[0062] In this way, the second guide portion formed by grooves P110 and P140 makes it possible to attach the hinge member 100 to the rail 200 so that the rotation axis of the hinge member 100 is parallel to the extension direction of the rail 200, regardless of the orientation.

[0063] 4. Configuration of Display Device and Mounting Mode of Hinge Member Next, an example of the configuration of the display device 300 and the mounting mode of the hinge member 100 will be described.

[0064] FIG. 8 is a perspective view showing an example of the configuration of the display device 300. As shown in FIG.

[0065] The display device 300 is configured with, for example, an LCD (Liquid Crystal Display) panel. The display unit of the display device 300 may have a touch panel function that allows the user to perform settings and operations on the video camera 10 using a graphical user interface (GUI) displayed on the display unit.

[0066] In FIG. 8, the back and side (left surface) of the display unit 320 (not shown) of the display device 300 are shown when the display surface of the display unit 320 is the front surface (front face).

[0067] A female screw 311 is formed on the back surface of the display unit of display device 300 (hereinafter simply referred to as the back surface of display device 300) to be threaded with male screw 131, which is one end of the rotation shaft of hinge member 100 shown on the right side of Fig. 8. Also, a connector portion of a cable that connects display device 300 and video camera 10 is provided on the back surface of display device 300.

[0068] Similarly, a female screw 312 that screws into a male screw 131 that is one end of the rotation shaft of the hinge member 100 shown on the right side of FIG. 8 is formed on the side surface (left surface) of the display device 300 .

[0069] That is, the female screws 311 and 312 formed on the rear surface and side surface of the display device 300 function as fastening portions that are fastened to one end of the rotation shaft of the hinge member 100 .

[0070] FIG. 9 is a diagram showing an example of how the hinge member 100 is attached to the display device 300. As shown in FIG.

[0071] In the example of FIG. 9A, the hinge member 100 is attached to the back surface of the display device 300 by threading the female screw 311 formed on the back surface of the display device 300 into the male screw 131 of the hinge member 100 .

[0072] In this way, the female screw 311 makes it possible to attach the display device 300 to the hinge member 100 so that the display surface of the display unit 320 of the display device 300 is perpendicular to the rotation axis of the hinge member 100 .

[0073] In addition, in the example of Figure B in Figure 9, the hinge member 100 is attached to the side (left surface) of the display device 300 by threading the female screw 312 formed on the side (left surface) of the display device 300 into the male screw 131 of the hinge member 100.

[0074] In this way, the female screw 312 also makes it possible to attach the display device 300 to the hinge member 100 so that the display surface of the display unit 320 of the display device 300 is parallel to the rotation axis of the hinge member 100.

[0075] <5. Examples of mounting positions of display device according to application> The configurations of the hinge member 100, the rail 200, and the display device 300 as described above make it possible to realize various mounting positions of the display device 300 relative to the video camera 10.

[0076] 10 to 12, examples of the mounting orientation of the display device 300 relative to the video camera 10 will be described. [0083] (Third Example of Mounting Posture) FIG. 12 is a perspective view showing a third example of the mounting posture of the display device 300 relative to the video camera 10. As shown in FIG.

[0084] 12, the hinge member 100 is attached to the rail 200 so that its rotation axis AX is perpendicular to the extending direction EX of the rail 200. The display device 300 is also attached so that the display surface of its display unit 320 is perpendicular to the rotation axis AX of the hinge member 100. Furthermore, the viewfinder 30 is attached to the display unit 320 (display surface) side of the display device 300.

[0085] With the display device 300 mounted in this manner, the cameraman operating the video camera 10 can check the image being captured by the video camera 10 (displayed on the display unit 320 of the display device 300) through the viewfinder 30 while shooting in the shooting direction OA.

[0086] The mounting position of the display device 300 relative to the video camera 10 is not limited to the example described above.

[0087] In other words, according to the mounting structure to which the technology disclosed herein is applied, by combining the mounting posture of the hinge member 100 to the rail 200 and the mounting posture of the display device 300 to the hinge member 100, it is possible to realize a mounting posture of the display device 300 that is suitable for various uses with a greater degree of freedom.

[0088] <6. Others> In the above-described embodiment, the display device 300 is rotatably attached to one end of the rotation shaft of the rotation mechanism included in the hinge member 100. However, instead of the display device 300, any electronic device may be rotatably attached.

[0089] For example, electronic devices related to shooting with the video camera 10, such as a large microphone such as a shotgun microphone, auxiliary lighting equipment, wireless equipment, etc., can be attached to one end of the rotation shaft of the rotation mechanism provided in the hinge member 100.
