[0065] According to various embodiments, each component (e.g., a module or a program) of the above-described components may include one or more entities, and some of the entities may be separated and placed in other components. According to various embodiments, one or more components or operations of the aforementioned components may be omitted, or one or more other components or operations may be added. Additionally or alternatively, a plurality of components (e.g., a module or a program) may be integrated into a single component. In such a case, the integrated component may perform one or more functions of each of the plurality of components identically or similarly to those performed by the corresponding component among the plurality of components prior to the integration. According to various embodiments, the operations performed by a module, program, or other component may be executed sequentially, in parallel, iteratively, or heuristically, or one or more of the operations may be executed in a different order, omitted, or one or more other operations may be added.

[0066] FIG. 2 is a drawing illustrating an example of an electronic device (101-2) in an unfolded state according to one embodiment. FIG. 3 is a drawing illustrating an example of an electronic device (101-2) in a folded state according to one embodiment.

[0067] Reference numeral 601 in FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the electronic device (101-2) when it is in an unfolded state, viewed from one direction (e.g., a direction facing the display (200-2)). Reference numeral 602 in FIG. 2 is a perspective view of the electronic device (101-2) when it is in an unfolded state, viewed from another direction (e.g., a direction facing the covers (631, 632)). Reference numeral 701 in FIG. 3 is a perspective view of the electronic device (101-2) when it is in a folded state, viewed from another direction (e.g., a direction facing the second cover (632). Reference numeral 702 in FIG. 3 is a perspective view when the electronic device (101-2) is in a folded state, as viewed from another direction (e.g., a direction looking at the first cover (631)).

[0068] According to one embodiment, the foldable housing may include a first housing (310-2), a second housing (320-2), and a hinge housing (330-2). For example, in an unfolded state, the first housing (310-2) and the second housing (320-2) may be arranged parallel to each other. When the electronic device (101-2) is in a folded state, the first housing (310-2) and the second housing (320-2) may be rotated about the folding axis F so that one side of the first housing (310-2) and one side of the second housing (320-2) face each other. In an unfolded state, the hinge housing (330-2) may be accommodated inside the first housing (310-2) and the second housing (320-2). As the foldable housing is unfolded, the hinge housing (330-2) may be exposed to the outside.

[0069] According to one embodiment, the first housing (310-2) and the second housing (320-2) may be formed at least partially of a metallic material. Alternatively, the first housing (310-2) and the second housing (320-2) may be formed at least partially of a non-metallic material. The first housing (310-2) and the second housing (320-2) may be formed of a material having rigidity for supporting at least a portion of the display (200-2).

[0070] According to one embodiment, the first housing (310-2) and the second housing (320-2) may form a space in which electronic components (e.g., a printed circuit board, an antenna, a battery, a processor) of the electronic device (101-2) may be placed. The first housing (310-2) and the second housing (320-2) may form a side (or a side frame) of the electronic device (101-2). For example, various types of components for performing various functions of the electronic device (101-2) may be placed inside the first housing (310-2) and / or the second housing (320-2). For example, electronic components such as a front camera, a receiver, and a sensor (e.g., a proximity sensor) may be placed inside the first housing (310-2) and / or the second housing (320-2). Although not shown in the drawing, the electronic components described above may be visually exposed to the front (e.g., in the z-axis direction) of the electronic device (101-2) through at least one opening or recess provided on the display (200-2).

[0071] In one embodiment, the display (200-2) may include a flexible display. For example, the display (200-2) may be arranged across the first housing (310-2), the second housing (320-2), and the hinge housing (330-2). The display (200-2) may include a first region (621) corresponding to at least a portion of the first housing (310-2), a second region (622) corresponding to at least a portion of the second housing (320-2), and a folding region (623) positioned between the first region (621) and the second region (622). The display (200-2) may form a portion of the surfaces of the first housing (310-2) and the second housing (320-2). The electronic device (101-2) may further include a display (290-3) that is visually exposed through at least a portion of the first cover (631). The display (290-3) may be arranged to be exposed through at least a portion of the second cover (632), or may be arranged across the first cover (631) and the second cover (632).

[0072] In one embodiment, the display (200-2) may form at least a portion of a curved surface. For example, the display (200-2) may include a first curved region (621A) and a second curved region (621B) that extend seamlessly from the first region (621) toward the first housing (310-2). For example, the first curved region (621A) and the second curved region (621B) may be included at opposite edges of the first region (621) adjacent to the folding axis F. The display (200-2) may include a third curved region (622A) and a fourth curved region (622B) that extend seamlessly from the second region (622) toward the second housing (320-2). For example, the third curved area (622A) and the fourth curved area (622B) may be included at both ends of the edge of the second area (622) adjacent to the folding axis F.

[0073] In one embodiment, the first curved region (621A) may extend from the first region (621) to the edge of the first housing (310-2). The second curved region (621B) may extend from the first region (621) to the edge of the first housing (310-2). The third curved region (622A) may extend from the second region (622) to the edge of the second housing (320-2).

[0074] According to one embodiment, when viewed from the side (e.g., in the X-axis direction, the -X-axis direction, the Y-axis direction, or the -Y-axis direction) of the electronic device (101-2), the first housing (310-2) or the second housing (320-2) may have a first thickness (or width) on a side that does not include curved areas (621A, 621B, 622A, 622B) (e.g., a side where the first decorative member (613) or the second decorative member (614) is arranged, in the Y-axis direction, or in the -Y-axis direction), and may have a second thickness that is thinner than the first thickness on a side that includes the curved areas (621A, 621B, 622A, 622B).

[0075] According to one embodiment, at least one end of the curved regions (621A, 621B, 622A, 622B) may be formed in a curved (or curved) shape. For example, the display (200-2) may include a plurality of layers. When the electronic device (101-2) is switched from an unfolded state to a folded state, a slip phenomenon may occur in which the plurality of layers of the display (200-2) are pushed away from the folding axis F by different lengths. The slip phenomenon may occur in the first region (621) and the second region (622) adjacent to the folding region (623), but the slip phenomenon may not occur in the curved regions (621A, 621B, 622A, 622B) that are not directly adjacent to the folding region (623). Accordingly, in order to alleviate the stress occurring at the boundary between the portion where the slip phenomenon occurs and the portion where it does not occur, a bend may be formed at the end of the curved areas (621A, 621B, 622A, 622B).

[0076] According to one embodiment, the first cover (631) and the second cover (632) may be positioned on the lower portions of the first housing (310-2) and the second housing (320-2) (e.g., the opposite side to the side on which the display (200-2) is arranged) to form the rear surface of the electronic device (101-2). For example, the first cover (631) and the first housing (310-2) may be formed integrally, and the second cover (632) and the second housing (320-2) may also be formed integrally.

[0077] According to one embodiment, the electronic device (101-2) may include a first decorative member (613) (or a first decorative component). For example, the first decorative member (613) may be positioned on an edge of the first region (621) that faces in the opposite direction from the edge adjacent to the folding region. When the display (200-2) is viewed from the front, the first decorative member (613) may overlap at least a portion of the edge of the first region (621) (e.g., an upper edge or a flat edge of the first region (621). For example, the first decorative member (613) may be integrally formed with the first housing (310-2) or detachably coupled to the first housing (310-2). The first decorative member (613) may extend from the first housing (310-2) to cover a portion of the surface of the first region (621).

[0078] In one embodiment, the electronic device (101-2) may include a second decorative member (614) (or a second decorative component). For example, the second decorative member (614) may overlap at least a portion of an edge of the second region (622) (e.g., a lower edge or a flat edge of the second region (622). For example, the second decorative member (614) may be integrally formed with the second housing (320-2) or detachably coupled to the second housing (320-2). The second decorative member (614) may extend from the second housing (320-2) so as to cover a portion of a surface of the second region (622).

[0079] According to one embodiment, in the unfolded state, the first decorative member (613) and the second decorative member (614) may be arranged to protrude in the image output direction (e.g., Z-axis direction) of the display (200-2) more than the plane of the display (200-2). In the folded state, due to the contact between the first decorative member (613) and the second decorative member (614), the first region (621) and the second region (622) of the display (200-2) may be spaced apart and face each other, and damage to the display (200-2) may be reduced.

[0080] According to one embodiment, the first housing (310-2) may include a first protective structure (691) and a second protective structure (692). For example, the first protective structure (691) may be disposed between the first curved area (621A) and the third curved area (622A) of the display (200-2). The second protective structure (692) may be disposed between the second curved area (621B) and the fourth curved area (622B) of the display (200-2). The first protective structure (691) and the second protective structure (692) may reduce external impact from being directly applied to the side of the folding area (623). The first protective structure (691) and the second protective structure (692) may also reduce foreign substances from entering through the side of the folding area (623).

[0081] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 4 is a flowchart (400) illustrating a process for an operation method for an electronic device to measure the thickness of an object. FIG. 5 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a structure for an electronic device to measure the size of an object. FIG. 6 is a conceptual diagram illustrating a structure for an electronic device having a predetermined thickness to measure the size of an object.

[0082] Referring to FIG. 4, in operation 410 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (120) can obtain location information of an object (515). The electronic device (500) of FIGS. 5 and 6 may correspond to the electronic device (101) of FIG. 1 or the electronic device (101-2) of FIGS. 2 and 3.

[0083] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, information regarding the position of the object (515) may include information indicating whether the object (515) has been touched on the first display. For example, the electronic device (500) may obtain coordinate values corresponding to a location where a touch input is detected through the first display as information regarding the position of the object (515). The first display may be formed on at least a portion of a first surface of a first housing (505) and a third surface of a second housing (510). The first housing (505) may include a first surface facing a first direction and a second surface facing a second direction opposite to the first direction. The second housing (510) may include a third surface facing a third direction and a fourth surface facing a fourth direction opposite to the third direction. For example, the first surface and the third surface, and the second surface and the fourth surface may be respectively arranged in a parallel direction in an unfolded state of the electronic device (101-2) of FIG. 2. For example, the first side and the third side may be arranged to face each other when the electronic device (101-2) of FIG. 3 is folded. For example, when the electronic device (101-2) of FIG. 3 is folded, the fourth side may face the +z direction and the second side may face the -z direction. Whether the object (515) has come into contact with the first display may be determined, for example, by the processor (120) based on whether one side of the object (515) has come into contact with a first area included in the first surface of the first display area. For example, whether the object (515) has come into contact with the first display may be determined, for example, by the processor (120) based on a touch input detected by the object (515) on a second area included in the third surface of the first display area.

[0084] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, whether an object (515) has come into contact with a first display can be determined by the processor (120) receiving a touch input of the object (515). For example, the processor (120) can detect the touch input of the object (515) through a touch panel included in the first display. For example, if the object (515) is a conductive object, the processor (120) can detect the touch input through a capacitance value that changes as the object (515) approaches the display.

[0085] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (120) may display a visual object on the first display that includes touch map information (e.g., touch map information (900) of FIG. 9) that indicates whether the object (515) has been contacted on the first display and information about the area where the object (515) has been contacted in FIG. 9 or 11. The processor may display the visual object on the second display formed on at least a portion of the fourth surface of the second housing based on whether the object (515) has received a touch input through at least one of the first area or the second area of the first display while the angle formed by the first housing and the second housing is within a specified range. For example, the processor (120) may display a visual object indicating “the object was not contacted correctly” on the second display. For example, the processor (120) may display a visual object indicating “an X” on the second display. When the object (515) comes into contact with the first display, the processor (120) can identify the location where the object (515) comes into contact with the first display. The processor can output a vibration through the electronic device (100) based on whether the object (515) receives a touch input through at least one of the first area or the second area of the first display while the angle formed by the first housing and the second housing is within a specified range. For example, if the touch input is received accurately, the processor (120) can output a first vibration. For example, if the touch input is not received accurately, the processor (120) can output a second vibration that is different from the first vibration.

[0086] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, information about the position of the object (515) may include information indicating a position at which the object (515) is in contact with the first display. The position at which the object (515) is in contact with the first display may include information about a distance from the object to the folding axis of the first housing (505) and the second housing (510) (e.g., the folding axis (F) of FIG. 2). For example, information about the distance from the object (515) to the folding axis may be information about a horizontal distance from the center of the object (515) to the folding axis, as illustrated in FIG. 5. For example, if the first housing (505) or the second housing (510) has a predetermined thickness (t), information about the distance from the object (515) to the hinge (520) may be information about the horizontal distance (P) from the center of the object (515) to the vertex created by the intersection of a line passing through the center of the first housing (505) and a line passing through the center of the second housing (510).

[0087] However, the method for obtaining the position information of an object is not limited to the above-described method. In one embodiment, the position information of an object may be a predetermined value. For example, an electronic device (e.g., the electronic device (101) of FIG. 1, the electronic device (101-2) of FIGS. 2 and 3) may display a visual object that guides contact of an object at a designated position on a first display (e.g., the display (200-2) of FIG. 2), and determine a position corresponding to the position where the visual object is displayed as the position information of the object.

[0088] Referring to FIG. 4, in operation 420 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (120) can identify the angle formed by the housings (505, 510) when the object (515) is in contact with the display.

[0089] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the angle formed by the housings (505, 510) can be described with reference to FIG. 5. The angle formed by the housings (505, 510) may, for example, mean the angle formed by the first surface of the first housing (505) and the third surface of the second housing (510) of the object (515). However, the angle formed by the first surface of the first housing (505) and the third surface of the second housing (510) of the object (515) may also mean the angle formed by a line passing through the center of the first housing (505) and a line passing through the center of the second housing (510) when the first housing (505) and the second housing (510) have a predetermined thickness (t).

[0090] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (120) can identify the angle formed by the housings (505, 510) through a sensor. For example, the processor (120) can identify a change in the folded state (e.g., the unfolded state of FIG. 2, the folded state of FIG. 3) of the first housing (505) and the second housing (510) through a gyro sensor or an acceleration sensor when the object (515) comes into contact with the first surface and the third surface. For example, information regarding the angle formed by the first housing (505) and the second housing (510) may be stored in advance in the electronic device (500). Accordingly, when the object (515) comes into contact with the first surface and the third surface, thereby causing the first housing (505) and the second housing (510) to form a specific angle, the processor (120) can identify the angle formed by the first housing (505) and the second housing (510) using angle information stored in advance in the electronic device (500).

[0091] Referring to FIG. 4, in operation 430 according to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (120) may determine a thickness value of the object (515) based on the acquired position information of the object (515) and the identified angle.

[0092] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (120) can measure the thickness of the object (515) using the information about the position of the object (515) acquired in operation 410 and the angle of the housings (505, 510) identified in operation 420. For example, the distance (r) from the first surface contacted by the object (515) to the center of the object (515) can be determined based on the following mathematical expression 1.

[0093]

[0094] P may refer to a horizontal distance from the center of the object (515) to the hinge (520). θ may refer to an angle formed by the first housing (505) and the second housing (510). However, as illustrated in FIG. 6, when the first housing (505) and the second housing (510) have a predetermined thickness t, the position (P1) at which the object (515) comes into contact with the first display may be determined based on mathematical expression 2.

[0095]

[0096] d may refer to a horizontal distance from the center of the object (515) to the hinge (520). X1 may refer to a distance from the hinge (520) to a vertex formed by the center line of the first housing (505) and the center line of the second housing (510). Accordingly, the distance (r1) from the first surface to the center of the object (515) may be determined based on mathematical expression 3.

[0097]

[0098] θ1 may refer to an angle formed by the center line of the first housing (505) and the center line of the second housing (510). According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (120) may determine the thickness value of the object (515) based on the measured r1 value. For example, if the object (515) is a round object, r1 may be the radius of the object (515). However, the object (515) is not limited to a round object.

[0099] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 7 is a flowchart (700) illustrating a process for an operating method for an electronic device to obtain information regarding the touch of an object. FIG. 8 is a diagram illustrating an example of an electronic device displaying a visual object for receiving a touch input of an object. FIG. 9 is a diagram conceptually illustrating a touch map corresponding to a touch input received by the electronic device.

[0100] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, in operation 710 of FIG. 7, the processor (120) may display visual objects (840, 845, 850) for receiving touch input on the first display (825).

[0101] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to obtain position information of an object (515), the processor (120) may display visual objects (840, 845, 850) on a first display (825) (e.g., display (200-2) of FIG. 2). For example, the processor (120) may display a first visual object (840) and a second visual object (845) on a first area (830) of the first display (825) (e.g., first area (621) of FIG. 2). For example, the processor (120) may display a third visual object (850) on a second area (835) of the first display (825) (e.g., second area (622) of FIG. 2). However, the area where visual objects (840, 845, 850) are displayed is not limited to the above-described area, and may be appropriately changed within the purpose range for receiving touch input of the object (515) and displayed on the first display (825).

[0102] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the first display (825) may be formed on at least a portion of the first surface (815) of the first housing (805) of the electronic device (800) and the third surface (820) of the second housing (810). The electronic device (800) of FIG. 8 may correspond to the electronic device (101) of FIG. 1. The electronic device (800) of FIG. 8 may correspond to the electronic device (101-2) of FIGS. 2 to 3. The first display (825) may correspond to the display (200-2) of FIG. 2. The first housing (805) may correspond to the second housing (320-2) of FIG. 2. The second housing (810) may correspond to the first housing (310-2) of FIG. 2. The first area (830) of the first display (825) may correspond to the second area (622) of FIG. 2. The second area (835) of the first display (825) may correspond to the first area (621) of FIG. 2.

[0103] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, a first visual object (840) representing a position of a touch input for receiving a touch input of an object (515) as an image may be displayed on at least a portion of a first area (830) of a first display (825). For example, if the object (815) is a human hand, the processor (120) may display a first visual object (840) representing a portion of a human finger on at least a portion of the first area (830). The shape of the first visual object (840) may be changed and displayed according to the shape of the object (815).

[0104] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (120) may display a second visual object (845) in another part of the first region (830) to explain subsequent operations for identifying an angle of the object (515). For example, if the object (815) is a human hand, the processor (120) may display a second visual object (845) including the sentence “Please raise your finger and close the flip.” For example, if the purpose of measuring the object (815) is to measure the thickness of a finger as a prerequisite for wearing a wearable electronic device, the processor may display a second visual object (845) including the sentence “Please raise your finger to wear the smart ring and close the flip.”

[0105] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, the processor (120) may display a third visual object (850) in at least a portion of the second area (835) to specifically explain a method for using the first visual object (840) or the second visual object (845). For example, if the object (815) is a human hand, the processor (120) may display an image of a human finger being placed on the area where the first visual object (840) is displayed as the third visual object (850). For example, if the object (815) is a human hand, the processor (120) may display a video image representing an action of placing a finger on the area where the first visual object (840) is displayed and closing a housing including a side opposite to the side where the finger is placed as described in the second visual object (845) as the third visual object (850). However, the object (815) is not limited to a human hand, and the first visual object (840) to the third visual object (850) may be changed depending on the object (815).

[0106] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, in operation 720 of FIG. 7, the processor (120) may obtain touch map information (900) based on reception of a touch input. The touch map information (900) may intuitively indicate an area where the object (515) has come into contact on the first display (825). When the object (515) comes into contact at a location indicated by the first visual object (840), the processor (120) may display touch map information (900) indicating the contacted area through at least one of the first display (825) or the second display (13310) of FIG. 13. 910 is an example of representing information on an area where the object (515) has come into contact as touch map information. 920 is an example of representing information on an area where the center of the object has come into contact among the parts where the object (515) has come into contact as touch map information.

[0107] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 9 is an example showing touch map information (900) of a finger when a human hand touches an object (515). The touch map information (900) may include information corresponding to the touch intensity for each location where a touch input is detected. For example, the touch map information (900) may include a touch intensity value corresponding to the magnitude of a change in electrostatic capacity detected by the touch panel. For example, since a human finger is conductive and has an oval-shaped round shape, information on a touch map where a finger has touched may be displayed as 910. As illustrated in 910, the farther away a human finger is from the center, the farther away it is from the first display (825). Accordingly, referring to 920, the touch map information may display a dark color at the center of the finger with the strongest conductivity. In addition, referring to 910, the displayed color density may gradually become lighter as the distance from the center of the finger increases. However, the method of indicating touch map information (900) is not limited to the example of FIG. 9, and may be appropriately changed within the range for indicating the contact area of the object.

[0108] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 10 is a diagram illustrating a visual object for an electronic device to obtain information about a touch map. [0109] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, in order to receive a touch input of an object (515), the processor (120) may display visual objects (1000, 1020, 1030) on the first display (825) to determine in real time whether the object (515) has accurately contacted the first display (825). For example, the processor (120) may display a second visual object (1020) guiding the object (515) to contact the measurement area (1000) on at least a portion of the first display (825). For example, the processor (120) may display a first visual object (1030) including a video image explaining an operation method of the second visual object (1020) on another portion of the first display (825). For example, the measurement area (1000) may include a scale to indicate the area where the object (515) is in contact and a guide line (1010) to provide a guide for positioning the object (515).

[0110] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, FIG. 11 may be an example of touch map information detected when a measurement target object (e.g., a human finger) is placed on a measurement area (1000) of FIG. 10. The touch map (1100) may correspond to touch map information detected in the measurement area (1000). FIG. 13 is a diagram illustrating an electronic device displaying information regarding the results of measuring the thickness of an object through a display.

[0112] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, operations 1210 to 1230 may be included in operation 430. Operations 1210 to 1230 may be performed as subsequent operations of operation 420.

[0113] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to FIG. 12, in operation 1210, the processor (120) may display information regarding the first thickness value of the object (515) determined according to operation 1210 of FIG. 4 on a second display (1310). The second display (1310) may be arranged on at least a portion of the fourth surface (1300) of the electronic device (800).

[0114] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, information about the first thickness value may include information about whether the object (515) has come into contact with the first display (825) to a degree that allows the thickness to be measured. For example, if the object (515) has come into contact with the first area (830) of the first display (825) but no touch input has been received, the processor (120) may display a visual object (1330) on the second display (1310) that states, “The thickness value of the object cannot be measured because no touch input of the object has been received for the first area.” For example, if an object (515) is in contact with a second area (835) of a first display (825) but a touch input for the second area (835) of the object (515) is not received, the processor (120) may display a visual object (1330) on the second display (1310) that states, “The angle formed by the first housing (805) and the second housing (810) cannot be identified because a touch input of the object for the second area is not received.”

[0115] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, information about the first thickness value may include the thickness value of the object (515). For example, when a touch input of the object is received for at least one of the first area (830) or the second area (835), the processor (120) may display a visual object (1330) of “Measurement is complete. The thickness value of the object (515) is 80 mm” on the second display (1310). Information about the first thickness value may include touch map (900) information of the object. For example, the processor (120) may display a visual object (1330) of “Measurement of the object (515) is complete. For example, an operation of re-measuring at a different location from the location where the first thickness of the object (515) was measured may be preset in the electronic device (800). For example, an operation of re-measuring by contacting a different surface of the object (515) from the surface that was contacted when measuring the first thickness may be preset in the electronic device (800). For example, before measuring the first thickness, an error range according to the type of object to be measured or the purpose of measurement is preset in the electronic device (800), and if the error of the first thickness value is determined to be greater than a threshold, the processor (120) may decide to re-measure.

[0117] According to one embodiment of the present disclosure, referring to FIG. 12, if the processor (120) determines not to re-measure the second thickness value of the object (515) in operation 1220, the procedure may be terminated. Referring to FIG. 12, if the processor (120) determines to re-measure the second thickness value of the object (515) in operation 1220, the processor (120) may determine the final thickness value of the object based on the first thickness value and the second thickness value in operation 1230. For example, the processor (120) may determine the arithmetic mean of the measured first thickness value and the second thickness value as the final thickness value. For example, if the first thickness value and the second thickness value are values measured at different locations or different sides of the object (515), the processor (120) may apply a weight to the first thickness value and the second thickness value to determine the final thickness value. The weight may be preset in the electronic device (800), or the processor (120) may determine the weight according to the type or purpose of the object (515) to be measured.
