For example, the "first" component may be an element of the same or similar form as the "second" component.

[0049] FIG. 1 is a functional block diagram illustrating the internal configuration of a computing device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention. According to one embodiment, the computing device (100) is any device for managing or monitoring internal traffic of an airport, and may include a virtual object setting unit (102), a route calculation unit (104), a traffic calculation unit (106), etc. In addition, the computing device (100) may communicate with the airport's check-in system (110), control system (120), terminal system (130), etc., and may exchange data and / or information necessary for traffic management.

[0050] In one embodiment, various image sensors may be installed within the airport. The image sensors may be used to detect pedestrians within the airport and may include camera sensors, radar sensors, Lidar sensors, and the like. For example, the image sensors may be installed in fixed locations within the airport or installed on devices such as mobile robots and drones that move within the airport to detect pedestrians within the airport.

[0051] According to one embodiment, the computing device (100) can identify pedestrians within the airport using a plurality of image sensors. That is, the computing device (100) can identify people passing through the airport using camera sensors, radar sensors, lidar sensors, etc. When a pedestrian is identified in this way, the virtual object setting unit (102) can create a virtual object corresponding to the identified pedestrian and assign an ID to the created virtual object. Here, the virtual object may be a three-dimensional object of a digital twin model associated with the airport. That is, the virtual object setting unit (102) can create a three-dimensional object on the digital twin model corresponding to the identified pedestrian and assign an ID to the created object to monitor the movement of the corresponding pedestrian.

[0052] According to one embodiment, the path calculation unit (104) can obtain location information of a plurality of virtual objects including virtual objects to which IDs are assigned, and estimate the movement paths of the plurality of virtual objects. That is, the path calculation unit (104) can obtain location information of where each 3D object corresponding to a pedestrian moves on the digital twin model, and estimate the movement path based on the information. For example, the path calculation unit (104) can estimate the future movement path of the virtual object based on the past movement path and movement direction of the virtual object through any algorithm and / or machine learning model.

[0053] In this case, the traffic calculation unit (106) can calculate pedestrian traffic at the airport based on the movement paths of multiple virtual objects. Here, pedestrian traffic can represent the density of pedestrians in a certain space. For example, the traffic calculation unit (106) can divide the area inside the airport into multiple sub-areas and calculate pedestrian traffic at the airport using the number of pedestrians present in each of the multiple sub-areas during a specific time period. In this case, the traffic calculation unit (106) can calculate current pedestrian traffic based on the current location of each virtual object, or calculate future pedestrian traffic based on the estimated future movement paths of each virtual object.

[0054] Using the pedestrian traffic calculated in this manner, the computing device (100) can display guidance information for traffic distribution through a display panel (150) within the airport when a traffic concentration is expected in a specific detailed area within the airport. For example, the display panel (150) can be installed in any space within the airport where pedestrians can secure a view, and the guidance information can include information on areas where pedestrian concentration is expected, detour routes, etc. In other words, the computing device (100) can manage traffic within the airport by guiding the movement of pedestrians through the display panel (150).

[0055] According to one embodiment, when a pedestrian checks in at a check-in counter within an airport, relevant flight information may be matched and stored on a virtual object corresponding to the pedestrian. For example, when check-in is performed for a virtual object, the virtual object setting unit (102) may obtain flight information, including information on the flight number, boarding time, and boarding terminal associated with the virtual object, from the check-in system (110). The virtual object setting unit (102) may then match the obtained flight information with the virtual object and store it. In other words, the corresponding flight information may be set on the virtual object at the time the pedestrian checks in.

[0056] Additionally, upon check-in, the computing device (100) may obtain user information including the number of the user terminal (140) associated with the virtual object from the check-in system (110). Using the user information obtained in this manner, the computing device (100) may calculate a recommended route to the terminal and / or boarding gate and transmit the same to the corresponding user terminal (140). For example, the route calculation unit (104) may calculate and provide a recommended route for boarding the virtual object based on pedestrian traffic and flight information of the virtual object. In other words, the recommended route may be a route calculated to take the least amount of time by taking into account the current location of the pedestrian, the location of the terminal and / or boarding gate, traffic within the airport, etc.

[0057] Additionally, when pedestrian traffic changes in each detailed area within the airport, the computing device (100) may change the recommended route for boarding the virtual object and transmit the changed recommended route to the user terminal (140) associated with the virtual object. In this way, when the recommended route is provided to the user terminal (140), the pedestrian can check the recommended route through the user terminal (140) and move smoothly to the boarding gate.

[0058] Additionally or alternatively, the computing device (100) may obtain real-time location information of an airplane associated with a virtual object based on flight information from the control system (120), and transmit the obtained real-time location information of the airplane to a user terminal (140) associated with the virtual object. Here, the airplane associated with the virtual object may be an airplane object implemented in three dimensions on a digital twin model, and the real-time location information may be location information on a digital twin model visualizing such an airplane object. In other words, a pedestrian associated with the virtual object can easily visually check the real-time location of the airplane object implemented in three dimensions.

[0059] Additionally or alternatively, when boarding check-in corresponding to a virtual object is performed, the computing device (100) may transmit real-time location information of the virtual object to a terminal system (130) associated with the virtual object. For example, the computing device (100) may obtain flight information corresponding to the virtual object from the check-in system (110). In this case, the computing device (100) may determine the terminal associated with the airplane object that the virtual object boards based on the obtained flight information, and may transmit real-time location information of the virtual object to the terminal system (130) of the determined terminal. Accordingly, the terminal manager may effectively manage the flight schedule by checking the location of the visualized virtual object on the digital twin model in real time through the terminal system (130).

[0060] Although each functional component included in the computing device (100) is separately described in FIG. 1, this is merely to aid understanding of the invention, and a single computing device may perform more than one function. With this configuration, the computing device (100) can track the movement paths of each pedestrian within the airport through a digital twin model and estimate the expected destinations of each pedestrian. Accordingly, the computing device (100) can effectively reduce congestion within the airport based on the estimated pedestrian information.

[0061] FIG. 2 is a diagram illustrating an example of how virtual objects (210, 220, 230, and 240) are created on a digital twin model according to one embodiment of the present invention. As described above, a computing device (100 of FIG. 1) can use multiple image sensors to identify pedestrians within an airport and create virtual objects corresponding to the identified pedestrians. In addition, the computing device can assign IDs to the created virtual objects.

[0062] In the illustrated example, four pedestrians currently passing through the airport can be detected through multiple image sensors installed in the airport. In this case, the computing device can create a virtual object corresponding to each detected pedestrian and assign an ID to the created virtual object. For example, the computing device can create a first virtual object (210) corresponding to a first pedestrian and assign 'ID: a125' to the first virtual object (210). Similarly, the computing device can create a second virtual object (220) corresponding to a second pedestrian and assign 'ID: b741' to the second virtual object (220), create a third virtual object (230) corresponding to a third pedestrian and assign 'ID: c211' to the third virtual object (230), and create a fourth virtual object (240) corresponding to a fourth pedestrian and assign 'ID: d321' to the fourth virtual object (240).

[0063] By assigning IDs in this manner, the computing device can distinguish each virtual object and individually estimate the movement path of each virtual object. While FIG. 2 illustrates the virtual object ID as a combination of English letters and numbers, this is not limited to this, and the virtual object ID may be any combination of letters and / or numbers to distinguish each virtual object.

[0064] FIG. 3 is a diagram illustrating an example of estimating the movement path of a first virtual object (210) according to one embodiment of the present invention. As described above, the computing device (100 of FIG. 1) can obtain location information of the first virtual object (210) to which an ID is assigned, and estimate the movement path of the first virtual object (210).

[0065] As illustrated, when the first virtual object (210) moves, the location information of the first virtual object (210) may be recorded for each arbitrary distance section and / or time section. For example, the location information of the first virtual object (210) at 10:10:12, the location information of the first virtual object (210) at 10:10:39, and the location information of the first virtual object (210) at 10:11:04 (current time) may be recorded to display the past movement path of the first virtual object (210).

[0066] According to one embodiment, the computing device can estimate the future movement path of the first virtual object (210) based on the past movement path of the first virtual object (210). For example, the computing device can determine the destination of the first virtual object (210) based on the past movement path including the movement direction, movement speed, current location, etc. of the first virtual object (210) based on any algorithm and / or machine learning model, and estimate the movement path according to the time to the destination. For example, the computing device can estimate the movement path of the first virtual object (210) based on the expected location of the first virtual object (210) at 10:12:09 and the expected location at 10:12:33. The movement path of the virtual object estimated in this way can be used to calculate pedestrian traffic at an airport.

[0067] FIG. 4 is a diagram illustrating an example of calculating pedestrian traffic at an airport according to one embodiment of the present invention. As described above, the computing device (100 of FIG. 1) can calculate pedestrian traffic at the airport based on the movement paths of multiple virtual objects. For example, the computing device can divide the area within the airport into multiple sub-areas and calculate pedestrian traffic at the airport using the number of pedestrians present in each of the multiple sub-areas during a specific time period.

[0068] As illustrated, the area within the airport may be divided into multiple sub-areas, including a first sub-area (410) and a second sub-area (420). For example, the first sub-area (410) may be a waiting area in front of the first gate for security procedures, and the second sub-area (420) may be a waiting area in front of the second gate for security procedures.

[0069] The computing device can calculate pedestrian traffic corresponding to each sub-area. For example, there may be eight pedestrians in the first sub-area (410) during a specific time period. Additionally, there may be three pedestrians in the second sub-area (420) during a specific time period. In this case, the computing device can calculate pedestrian traffic in the first sub-area (410) to be higher than that in the second sub-area (420).

[0070] In this way, when pedestrian traffic is calculated to be high in the first detailed area (410), the computing device can calculate a recommended route guiding pedestrians to the second detailed area (420) and transmit the calculated route to the user terminal of the pedestrian. Furthermore, the computing device can display or output guidance information guiding pedestrians to the second detailed area (420) via a display panel within the airport. With this configuration, the computing device can provide a recommended route or display guidance information on the display panel to encourage voluntary movement of pedestrians, thereby effectively managing congestion within the airport.

[0071] FIG. 5 is a diagram illustrating an example of obtaining real-time location information of an airplane object (510) according to one embodiment of the present invention. As described above, the computing device (100 of FIG. 1) may obtain real-time location information of an airplane object associated with a virtual object from a control system and transmit the obtained real-time location information of the airplane object to a user terminal associated with the virtual object.

[0072] In one embodiment, a computing device can determine an airplane object associated with a virtual object based on flight information obtained during check-in. The computing device can then visualize the real-time location information and movement path of the determined airplane object on a digital twin model and provide the visualized information to the user terminal. In this case, the computing device can also provide the user terminal with information on the estimated arrival time of the airplane object moving along the movement path. With this configuration, pedestrians can easily grasp the real-time location of their flight as well as the arrival time to the boarding gate.

[0073] FIG. 6 is a diagram illustrating an example of a traffic management method (600) at an airport according to one embodiment of the present invention. The traffic management method (600) at an airport may be performed by at least one processor (e.g., at least one processor of a computing device). The traffic management method (600) at an airport may be initiated by the processor identifying pedestrians within the airport using a plurality of image sensors (S610).

[0074] The processor can create a virtual object corresponding to the identified pedestrian and assign an ID to the created virtual object (S620). In addition, the processor can obtain location information of a plurality of virtual objects, including virtual objects with assigned IDs, and estimate the movement paths of the plurality of virtual objects (S630).

[0075] Then, the processor can calculate pedestrian traffic at the airport based on the estimated movement paths of multiple virtual objects (S640). For example, the processor can divide the area within the airport into multiple sub-areas and calculate pedestrian traffic at the airport using the number of pedestrians present in each of the multiple sub-areas during a specific time period. After calculating pedestrian traffic, if a traffic concentration is expected in a specific sub-area within the airport, the processor can display guidance information for traffic distribution on a display panel within the airport.

[0076] When boarding corresponding to a virtual object is performed through a check-in counter in an airport, the processor may obtain flight information including information on the flight number, boarding time, and boarding terminal associated with the virtual object from the check-in system, and store the obtained flight information by matching it with the virtual object.

[0077] Additionally, when boarding is performed for a virtual object, the processor may obtain user information, including the number of a user terminal associated with the virtual object, from the check-in system, and calculate a recommended route for boarding the virtual object based on the calculated pedestrian traffic and flight information of the virtual object. In this case, the processor may transmit the calculated recommended route to the user terminal associated with the recognized virtual object based on the user information. In this case, if pedestrian traffic changes in each detailed area within the airport, the processor may change the recommended route for boarding the virtual object and transmit the changed recommended route to the user terminal associated with the virtual object.

[0078] When check-in is complete, the processor can obtain real-time location information of the aircraft object associated with the virtual object from the control system and transmit the obtained real-time location information of the aircraft object to the user terminal associated with the virtual object. Furthermore, when boarding is performed for the virtual object, the processor can transmit real-time location information of the virtual object to the terminal system associated with the virtual object.

[0079] FIG. 7 is a block diagram showing the internal configuration of a computing device (100) according to one embodiment of the present invention. The computing device (100) may include a memory (710), a processor (720), a communication module (730), and an input / output interface (740). [0081] These software components may be loaded from a computer-readable recording medium separate from the memory (710). This separate computer-readable recording medium may include a recording medium directly connectable to the computing device (100), for example, a computer-readable recording medium such as a floppy drive, a disk, a tape, a DVD / CD-ROM drive, a memory card, etc. As another example, the software components may be loaded into the memory (710) via a communication module (730) other than a computer-readable recording medium. For example, at least one program may be loaded into the memory (710) based on a computer program that is installed by files provided by developers or a file distribution system that distributes installation files of applications via the communication module (730).

[0082] The processor (720) may be configured to process instructions of a computer program by performing basic arithmetic, logic, and input / output operations. The instructions may be provided to another user terminal (not shown) or another external system via the memory (710) or the communication module (730).

[0083] The communication module (730) may provide a configuration or function for a user terminal (not shown) and a computing device (100) to communicate with each other via a network, and may provide a configuration or function for the computing device (100) to communicate with an external system (e.g., a separate cloud system, etc.). For example, control signals, commands, data, etc. provided under the control of the processor (720) of the computing device (100) may be transmitted to the user terminal and / or the external system via the communication module (730) and the network via the communication module of the user terminal and / or the external system.

[0084] In addition, the input / output interface (740) of the computing device (100) may be a means for interfacing with a device (not shown) for input or output that is connected to the computing device (100) or that the computing device (100) may include. In FIG. 7, the input / output interface (740) is illustrated as an element configured separately from the processor (720), but is not limited thereto, and the input / output interface (740) may be configured to be included in the processor (720).
