[0032] The present application is described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments.

[0033] The applicant discovered that the problem of liquid spraying caused by the electronic atomization device at the moment of atomization is: at the end of atomization, the liquid pressure inside the nozzle, liquid guide pipe and liquid storage chamber will not be released instantly and quickly, but will gradually flow out with the internal liquid, and the internal pressure will gradually decrease. The outflow of liquid will stop only when the pressure gradually balances with the outside world; during this process, the liquid in the liquid storage chamber flows out synchronously and the outflowing liquid is not uniform, resulting in the problem of liquid spraying.

[0034] In addition, the spraying liquid will also cause atomizing medium to remain inside the nozzle, which will also bring the following problems: First, the atomizing medium remaining in the nozzle is in contact with the air for a long time, which is easy to breed microorganisms, causing the atomizing medium to be contaminated by microorganisms and deteriorate; second, after the moisture of the atomizing medium remaining in the nozzle is evaporated, the atomizing medium will solidify, and the solidified atomizing medium will easily clog the nozzle, causing the electronic atomizing device to be unable to normally atomize aerosol the next time it is used; third, since other components such as the air pump have stopped working, this part of the abnormal process liquid will not be effectively atomized, causing waste and reducing the user experience; in addition, even if part of the spraying liquid can be atomized by delaying the shutdown time of the air pump and other components, due to the extremely low subsequent liquid pressure, this part of the spraying liquid cannot be effectively atomized, which will also reduce the user experience.

[0035] 1 to 7 , FIG1 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the electronic atomization device provided in the present application; FIG2 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the electronic atomization device provided in the present application with part of the shell removed; FIG3 is a cross-sectional view of the liquid storage assembly and the nozzle module in the nozzle module provided in the present application when the mechanical valve is in the second state; FIG4 is a cross-sectional view of the liquid storage assembly and the nozzle module in the nozzle module provided in the present application when the mechanical valve is in the first state; FIG5 is an enlarged structural diagram of the X area in FIG3 ; FIG6 is an enlarged structural diagram of the Y area in FIG4 ; and FIG7 is a structural exploded diagram of an embodiment of the nozzle module provided in the present application.

[0036] To solve the above problems, an embodiment of the present application provides an electronic atomization device 100 , including a housing 101 and a liquid storage assembly 10 and a nozzle module 20 disposed in the housing 101 .

[0037] The liquid storage assembly 10 has a liquid storage chamber A for storing an atomized medium. The atomized medium includes, but is not limited to, liquid medicine, nutrient solution, beauty serum, essence, essence lotion, disinfectant, insecticide, and pesticide, so that the electronic atomization device 100 using the atomized medium can be applied to various fields, such as the medical field, the beauty field, and the agricultural field.

[0038] The nozzle module 20 is connected to the liquid storage component 10, specifically to the liquid storage cavity A in the liquid storage component 10, and is used to atomize the atomizing medium from the liquid storage component 10 to form an aerosol.

[0039] Referring to FIG2 , in one embodiment, the electronic atomization device 100 may further include an air supply unit 30 for providing high-pressure gas to the nozzle module 20. The high-pressure gas can shear the atomizing medium entering the nozzle module 20 into atomized particles of a suitable particle size, i.e., aerosol, and carry the aerosol to be ejected from the spray port of the nozzle module 20. The air supply unit 30 may be an air pump.

[0040] In one embodiment, the nozzle module 20 may further include an atomizing element (not shown) for atomizing the atomizing medium to form an aerosol. The atomizing element may be an ultrasonic atomizing element, an electrically heated atomizing element, a two-phase flow atomizing nozzle, or the like, as known in the art. Specifically, as shown in FIG3 , a two-phase flow atomizing nozzle is used in this embodiment, i.e., a high-speed airflow and liquid are interacted to generate an aerosol.

[0041] Referring to Figures 3 to 7, in one embodiment, the nozzle module 20 includes a nozzle 21 and a mechanical valve 22. The nozzle 21 is used to atomize the atomizing medium, and the mechanical valve 22 is arranged in the fluid path B between the liquid storage component 10 and the nozzle 21. Specifically, the mechanical valve 22 is used to conduct or cut off the fluid path B between the liquid storage component 10 and the nozzle module 20. For example, when the electronic atomization device 100 is in an atomizing state, the mechanical valve 22 is used to conduct the fluid path B between the liquid storage component 10 and the nozzle to allow the liquid storage chamber A to supply liquid to the nozzle 21 to atomize and generate an aerosol. Alternatively, when the electronic atomization device 100 is in a non-atomizing state, the mechanical valve 22 is used to cut off the fluid path B between the liquid storage component 10 and the nozzle 21 to prohibit the liquid storage chamber A from supplying liquid to the nozzle 21, thereby avoiding problems such as leakage and liquid spraying.

[0042] In the embodiments of the present application, the volume of liquid storage chamber A is variable. It is understood that the variable volume portion of liquid storage chamber A specifically refers to the portion of space where the atomized medium is actually stored. A variable volume liquid storage chamber A facilitates the delivery of liquid at a constant pressure while ensuring consistent liquid supply. The liquid pressure in fluid path B is related to the volume compression rate of liquid storage chamber A, which is the change in volume per unit time. The variable volume of liquid storage chamber A can be implemented as a piston-type liquid storage chamber A, where a slidable piston compresses the volume of liquid storage chamber A. Adjusting the piston's stroke speed or the volume compression rate of liquid storage chamber A changes the liquid pressure in fluid path B connected to liquid storage chamber A. Alternatively, the variable volume of liquid storage chamber A can be implemented as an elastic liquid storage chamber A, where the walls of the elastic liquid storage chamber A are elastic and can contract or expand, thereby changing the volume of liquid storage chamber A and, in turn, the liquid pressure in fluid path B connected to liquid storage chamber A. It can be understood that when the compression rate is 0, that is, the liquid storage chamber does not supply liquid to the outside, the volume of the liquid storage chamber A should remain unchanged; at the same time, there is no positive pressure in the fluid path B to drive the liquid to flow.

[0043] In the embodiment of the present application, the mechanical valve 22 switches to different states based on the liquid pressure in the fluid path B. For example, when the liquid pressure in the fluid path B is greater than a preset threshold, the mechanical valve 22 is configured to the first state to connect the liquid storage chamber A with the nozzle 21; when the liquid pressure in the fluid path B is less than the preset threshold, the mechanical valve 22 is configured to the second state to block the fluid path between the liquid storage chamber A and the nozzle 21. Specifically, through this design, at the moment when the electronic atomization device 100 ends atomization or a preset time before the end of atomization, the volume compression rate of the liquid storage chamber A or the stroke speed of the piston assembly can be changed to change the liquid pressure in the fluid path B connected to the liquid storage chamber A, thereby switching the mechanical valve 22 to the second state, blocking the fluid path B between the liquid storage chamber A and the nozzle 21, thereby preventing the electronic atomization device 100 from gushing out liquid at the moment when atomization ends, and thereby preventing other associated problems caused by the gushing out liquid (such as deterioration of the atomization medium remaining in the nozzle 21, clogging of the nozzle 21, etc.).

[0044] In one embodiment, the mechanical valve 22 includes a movable part 222. When the liquid pressure in the fluid path B is greater than a preset threshold, the movable part 222 opens under the action of the liquid pressure to connect the liquid storage chamber A with the nozzle 21; when the liquid pressure in the fluid path B is less than the preset threshold, the movable part 222 closes under the action of elastic force to block the fluid path B between the liquid storage chamber A and the nozzle 21.

[0045] Specifically, the preset threshold value is related to the inherent elasticity of the movable member 222. The inherent elastic force of the movable member 222 and the force (i.e., liquid pressure) exerted on the movable member 222 by the liquid pressure in the fluid path B are in opposite directions. The movable member 222 is configured to open or block the fluid path B under the influence of its inherent elastic force and the liquid pressure in the fluid path B. That is, if the liquid pressure generated by the liquid pressure exerted on the movable member 222 is greater than the inherent elastic force of the movable member 222, the mechanical valve 22 opens; if the liquid pressure generated by the liquid pressure exerted on the movable member 222 is less than the inherent elastic force of the movable member 222, the mechanical valve 22 closes.

[0046] In one embodiment, the fluid path B includes a first liquid-conducting line B1 connecting the liquid storage chamber A and the mechanical valve 22 , and a second liquid-conducting line B2 connecting the mechanical valve 22 and the nozzle 21 . It can be understood that since the mechanical valve 22 is connected to the liquid storage chamber A through the first liquid guiding line B1, the liquid pressure in the liquid storage chamber A is positively correlated with the liquid pressure in the first liquid guiding line B1, and the opening and closing of the mechanical valve 22 is associated with the liquid pressure in the first liquid guiding line B1. Therefore, when the liquid pressure in the first liquid guiding line B1 is greater than the preset threshold, that is, the liquid pressure generated by the liquid in the first liquid guiding line B1 acting on the movable part 22 is greater than the self-elastic force of the movable part 22, the movable part 222 opens under the action of the liquid pressure, and the mechanical valve 22 is configured to the first state to connect the liquid storage chamber A with the nozzle 21; when the liquid pressure generated by the liquid in the first liquid guiding line B1 acting on the movable part 22 is less than the preset threshold, that is, the liquid pressure in the first liquid guiding line B1 is less than the self-elastic force of the movable part 22, and it is closed under the action of the elastic force, the mechanical valve 22 is configured to the second state to block the fluid path B between the liquid storage chamber A and the nozzle 21. It is understood that the liquid pressure is converted to the liquid pressure acting on the movable member 22 through the equivalent contact area with the movable member 22. Typically, the equivalent contact area does not change significantly with the on-off state of the movable member, that is, the equivalent contact area is a constant value. Therefore, the liquid pressure is linearly positively correlated with the liquid pressure. In this application, the liquid pressure acting on the movable member 22 and the liquid pressure are equivalent after conversion, and therefore no distinction is made.

[0047] In some embodiments, the nozzle module 20 is detachably connected to the liquid storage assembly 10; and / or the mechanical valve 22 is detachably connected to the nozzle 21.

[0048] Specifically, by providing a detachable connection between the nozzle module 20 and the liquid storage assembly 10, and a detachable connection between the mechanical valve 22 and the nozzle 21, it is possible to facilitate the individual replacement or maintenance of the above components, thereby reducing user usage costs.

[0049] 3 and 8 , FIG8 is a schematic structural diagram of an embodiment of the second accommodating chamber provided by the present application. In one embodiment, the liquid storage assembly 10 includes a second accommodating chamber 11 , a piston assembly 12 , and a driving mechanism 13 .

[0050] The second accommodating chamber 11 has a second accommodating chamber A2 and a second liquid outlet A21. The second accommodating chamber A2 is connected to the mechanical valve 22 through the second liquid outlet A21 and the first liquid conduit B1. The piston assembly 12 is disposed in the second accommodating chamber A2 and is slidable relative to the second accommodating chamber A2. The piston assembly 12 and the second accommodating chamber A2 cooperate to form a liquid storage chamber A. The volume of the liquid storage chamber A is related to the position of the piston assembly 12 in the second accommodating chamber A2. The driving mechanism 13 includes a push rod 133, which is used to drive the piston assembly 12 to slide in the second accommodating chamber A2 to change the volume of the liquid storage chamber A. The liquid pressure in the first liquid conduit B1 is related to the rate at which the push rod 133 drives the piston assembly 12 to slide in the second accommodating chamber A2 (equivalent to the rate at which the volume of the liquid storage chamber A is compressed).

[0051] 2 , in one embodiment, the electronic atomization device 100 further includes a control unit 40 , which is connected to the driving mechanism 13 and configured to control the driving mechanism 13 to drive the piston assembly 13 to slide in the second accommodating chamber A2 to change the volume of the liquid storage chamber A.

[0052] For example, when the electronic atomization device 100 is in the atomization state, the control unit 40 drives the piston assembly 13 to slide toward the second liquid outlet A21 through the push rod 133, so that the liquid pressure in the first liquid conduit B1 is continuously greater than the preset threshold value, and the mechanical valve 22 is configured to the first state, ensuring that the liquid storage chamber A continuously supplies liquid to the nozzle 21.

[0053] When the electronic atomization device 100 switches from the atomization state to the non-atomization state, the control unit 40 controls the push rod 133 to slide in the direction away from the piston assembly 12, and the volume of the liquid storage chamber A is no longer compressed by the piston assembly 12, so that the liquid pressure in the first liquid guide pipe B1 is less than the preset threshold value, and the mechanical valve 22 is configured to the second state, cutting off the fluid path B between the liquid storage chamber A and the nozzle 21, thereby avoiding the problem of liquid spurting due to the back pressure on the nozzle 21 at the moment of shutting down the electronic atomization device 100.

[0054] In one embodiment, the control unit 40 responds to receiving an atomization signal, such as the control unit 40 receiving a user suction signal, the control unit 40 receiving a power-on signal of the electronic atomization device 100, the control unit 40 receiving an atomization mode signal of the electronic atomization device 100, etc. The control unit 40 controls the push rod 133 to drive the piston assembly 12 to move in the second accommodating chamber A2 toward the second liquid outlet A21 to compress the volume of the liquid storage chamber A, so that the liquid pressure in the first liquid guide line B1 is continuously greater than the preset threshold value, and the mechanical valve 22 is configured to the first state, ensuring that the liquid storage chamber A continuously supplies liquid to the nozzle 21.

[0055] The control unit 40 responds to the atomization stop signal, for example, the control unit 40 receives a user's suction stop signal, the control unit 40 receives a power-off signal of the electronic atomization device 100, the control unit 40 receives a signal for the electronic atomization device 100 to switch to a non-atomization mode, etc. The control unit 40 controls the push rod 133 to slide in a direction away from the piston assembly 12 so that the volume of the liquid storage chamber A is no longer compressed, thereby making the liquid pressure in the first liquid guide line B1 less than the preset threshold value, so that the mechanical valve 22 quickly switches from the first state to the second state, thereby avoiding the problem of liquid spurting in the electronic atomization device 100.

[0056] Continuing with Figures 3 and 8 , in one embodiment, the second accommodating chamber 11 includes a top wall 111 and an annular sidewall 112. The end of the annular sidewall 112 facing away from the top wall 111 is open, defining a second accommodating chamber A2. The piston assembly 12 seals the open end, cooperating with the second accommodating chamber A2 to form a variable-volume liquid storage chamber A. This structure advantageously facilitates installation of the piston assembly 12 into the second accommodating chamber A2 from the open end, and the second accommodating chamber 11 has a simple structure, making it easy to manufacture.

[0057] In this embodiment, the second liquid outlet A21 can be set on the top wall 111; or, the second liquid outlet A21 can be set at one end of the annular side wall 112 close to the top wall 111, so that when the piston assembly 12 moves toward the second liquid outlet A21, the atomized medium in the liquid storage chamber A can be pushed out from the second liquid outlet A21 to the greatest extent to avoid waste.

[0058] Furthermore, a limiting member (not shown) may be provided at the open end, and the limiting member is used to limit the piston assembly 12 when the piston assembly 12 moves to the open end, so as to prevent the piston assembly 12 from escaping from the second accommodating chamber A2.

[0059] Please continue to refer to Figure 8. In one embodiment, a clamping portion 113 is further provided on the second accommodating compartment 11. The clamping portion 113 is used to clamp with the nozzle module 20 or other components in the electronic atomization device 100 when the liquid storage component 10 is installed in the electronic atomization device 100, so as to achieve the effect of fixing the liquid storage component 10.

[0060] Continuing with Figures 3 and 8 , in one embodiment, the piston assembly 12 includes a second sealing member 121 and a mounting seat 122. The second sealing member 121 cooperates with the second accommodating chamber A2 to form the liquid storage chamber A. The mounting seat 122 is disposed at the end of the sealing member facing away from the liquid storage chamber A and is connected to the second sealing member 121. The end of the mounting seat 122 facing away from the second sealing member 121 is configured to connect to the drive mechanism 13.

[0061] Specifically, by setting a second sealing member 121 on one side of the mounting seat 122 close to the second liquid outlet A21, and the material of the second sealing member 121 can be silicone or rubber, the liquid storage chamber A can be sealed to prevent the atomized medium in the liquid storage chamber A from leaking.

[0062] 3 , in one embodiment, the drive mechanism 13 includes a motor 131, a pull rod 132, and a push rod 133. The motor 131 is electrically connected to the control unit 40. The pull rod 132 is connected to the drive shaft of the motor 131. One of the pull rod 132 and the push rod 133 is provided with an external thread, and the other is provided with an internal thread. The pull rod 132 and the push rod 133 are threadedly connected via the external and internal threads. Specifically, the control unit 40 is used to control the operation of the motor 131. When the motor 131 is in operation, the motor 131 can drive the pull rod 132 to rotate. Since the pull rod 132 and the push rod 133 are threadedly connected, when the pull rod 132 rotates, the push rod 133 can move up and down in a direction perpendicular to the rotation direction, so that the push rod can push the piston assembly 12 to slide in the second accommodating chamber A2 toward the second liquid outlet A21, or move the push rod 133 away from the piston assembly 12 and separate from the piston assembly 12.

[0063] 5-7 , in one embodiment, the nozzle module 20 includes a nozzle base 23 and a second liquid guiding pipe B2 . The nozzle 21 is mounted on the nozzle base 23 and communicates with the mechanical valve 22 through the second liquid guiding pipe B2 .

[0064] The mechanical valve 22 further includes a first accommodating chamber 221 .

[0065] The first accommodating chamber 221 cooperates with the nozzle base 23 to form a first accommodating chamber A1. The first accommodating chamber A1 can be formed by at least one of the first accommodating chamber 221 and the nozzle base 23 having a groove facing the other. The first accommodating chamber A1 has a first liquid inlet A11 and a first liquid outlet A12. The liquid storage chamber A communicates with the first accommodating chamber A1 via the second liquid outlet A21, the first liquid conduit B1, and the first liquid inlet A11. The first accommodating chamber A1 communicates with the nozzle 21 via the first liquid outlet A12 and the second liquid conduit B2. The movable member 222 is movably disposed within the first accommodating chamber A1 and is configured to expose the first liquid inlet A11 when the mechanical valve 22 is in the first state, thereby communicating between the liquid storage chamber A and the first accommodating chamber A1. It is also configured to block the first liquid inlet A11 when the mechanical valve 22 is in the second state, thereby blocking the fluid path B between the liquid storage chamber A and the first accommodating chamber A1.

[0066] Specifically, when the liquid pressure in the first liquid conduit B1 is less than a preset threshold, that is, the elastic force of the movable member 222 is greater than the liquid pressure in the first liquid conduit B1, the movable member 222, under the action of its own elastic force, blocks the first liquid inlet A11, thereby blocking the fluid path B between the liquid storage chamber A and the nozzle 21. When the liquid pressure in the first liquid conduit B1 is greater than the preset threshold, that is, the elastic force of the movable member 222 is less than the liquid pressure in the first liquid conduit B1, the movable member 222 is moved away from the first liquid inlet A11 by the liquid pressure in the first liquid conduit B1, thereby establishing communication between the liquid storage chamber A and the nozzle 21 through the first accommodating chamber A1.

[0067] In one embodiment, the movable member 222 includes a moving member 2221 and an elastic member 2222 .

[0068] The movable member 2221 is disposed within the first accommodating chamber A1, and the elastic member 2222 is disposed within the first accommodating chamber A1 and connected between the cavity wall of the first accommodating chamber A1 and the movable member 2221. Specifically, in this embodiment, the preset threshold value may be the elastic potential energy possessed by the elastic member 2222 when the elastic member 2222 abuts the movable member 2221 against the first liquid inlet A11. The elastic member 2222 may further elastically deform based on the liquid pressure within the first liquid conduit B1, thereby causing the movable member 2221 connected thereto to block or expose the first liquid inlet A11, thereby achieving the connection or disconnection of the fluid path B between the liquid storage chamber A and the nozzle 21.

[0069] Specifically, when the liquid pressure in the first liquid guiding line B1 is less than a preset threshold value, the elastic member 2222 pushes the movable member 2221 against the first liquid inlet A11 to block the first liquid inlet A11, thereby blocking the fluid path B between the liquid storage chamber A and the nozzle 21; when the liquid pressure in the first liquid guiding line B1 is greater than the preset threshold value, the elastic member 2222 is elastically deformed by the liquid pressure to allow the movable member 2221 to move away from the first liquid inlet A11, so that the liquid storage chamber A is connected to the nozzle 21.

[0070] In conjunction with Figures 3 and 7, in one embodiment, the first accommodating chamber 221 has a first groove C1 facing the nozzle base 23, and the nozzle base 23 has a second groove C2 disposed toward the first groove C1. The first groove C1 and the second groove C2 cooperate to form a first accommodating chamber A1. Specifically, by providing the first accommodating chamber 221 with the first groove C1, the nozzle base 23 with the second groove C2, and the first groove C1 and the second groove C2 cooperating to form the first accommodating chamber A1, the preparation process of the first accommodating chamber A1 can be simplified compared to providing a dedicated first accommodating chamber A1 in the first accommodating chamber 221 or the nozzle base 23.

[0071] In combination with Figures 3 and 7, in one embodiment, the first accommodating chamber 221 has a third groove C3 at one end facing away from the first accommodating chamber A1, the first liquid inlet A11 is located on the bottom wall of the third groove C3, and at least a portion of the first liquid guide line B1 extends into the third groove C3 to improve the connection reliability between the first liquid guide line B1 and the first accommodating chamber 221, and the first liquid guide line B1 is connected to the first accommodating chamber A1 through the first liquid inlet A11.

[0072] In one embodiment, the mechanical valve 22 also includes a first seal 223, which is at least partially arranged between the third groove C3 and the first liquid guide line B1, and is used to seal the first liquid guide line B1 and the first accommodating chamber 221. The material of the first seal 223 can be silicone or rubber. The first seal 223 can prevent leakage of the atomized medium at the connection between the first liquid guide line B1 and the first accommodating chamber 221, thereby avoiding affecting the operation of the electronic atomization device 100 and avoiding hygiene problems.

[0073] Specifically, the electronic atomization device 100 provided in the present application includes a liquid storage component 10 and a nozzle module 20. The nozzle module 20 is used to atomize the atomized medium provided by the liquid storage component 10, and the nozzle module 20 includes a nozzle 21 and a mechanical valve 22. The mechanical valve 22 is provided on the fluid path B between the liquid storage component 10 and the nozzle 21, and the mechanical valve 22 switches to different states based on the liquid pressure in the fluid path B and the size of a preset threshold. Specifically, through this design, at the moment when the electronic atomization device 100 ends atomization or a preset time before the end of atomization, by changing the liquid pressure in the fluid path B, the mechanical valve 22 can be switched to the second state, thereby blocking the fluid path B between the liquid storage chamber A and the nozzle 21, thereby preventing the electronic atomization device 100 from gushing out liquid at the moment when atomization ends, thereby avoiding other associated problems caused by gushing out liquid.

[0074] The above is only an implementation method of the present application and does not limit the patent scope of the present application. Any equivalent structure or equivalent process transformation made using the contents of the description and drawings of this application, or directly or indirectly applied in other related technical fields, are also included in the patent protection scope of the present application.
