[0027] Electronic cloth is a general term for electronic-grade glass fiber cloth used in the electronics industry. Its primary application is in the manufacture of copper-clad laminates within the electronics industry. Among existing electronic cloths, 7628 electronic cloth is the most widely used.
[0028] Currently, existing 7628 electronic fabrics are mostly woven using G75 or G37 electronic yarn. The warp and weft density of 7628 electronic fabric woven with G75 electronic yarn is 44 x 33 ends / inch, with a basis weight of 210g / ㎡. The product quality meets practical needs. However, using G75 electronic yarn to weave 7628 electronic fabric is high in production cost, resulting in low weaving efficiency and low profits. On the other hand, 7628 electronic fabric woven with G37 electronic yarn has a warp and weft density of 22 x 17.1 ends / inch. While this improves production efficiency to a certain extent, 7628 electronic fabric woven with G37 electronic yarn is prone to deformation and has poor dimensional stability. Furthermore, due to the sparse yarn arrangement in the warp and weft directions, the gaps between adjacent yarns are large, resulting in excessive air permeability and other physical properties of the electronic fabric, making it difficult to meet application requirements.
[0029] In order to solve the above problems, relevant solutions are provided in the embodiments of the present application, which are described in detail below.
[0030] According to an embodiment of the present application, a method embodiment of an electronic cloth preparation method is provided. It should be noted that the steps shown in the flowchart of the accompanying drawings can be executed in a computer system such as a set of computer executable instructions, and although a logical order is shown in the flowchart, in some cases, the steps shown or described can be executed in an order different from that shown here.
[0031] Under the above operating environment, an embodiment of the present application provides a method for preparing an electronic cloth, as shown in FIG1 , the method comprising the following steps:
[0032] Step S102, performing a yarn arrangement operation, a sizing operation, a winding operation, and a take-up operation on the high-fiber-opening electronic yarn in sequence to obtain a weaving beam, wherein the linear density of the high-fiber-opening electronic yarn ranges from 72 to 95 tex;
[0033] In the technical solution provided in step S102, the high-fiber-open electronic yarn is subjected to yarn arrangement operation, sizing operation, winding operation, and winding operation in sequence, and before the step of obtaining the weaving shaft, the electronic cloth preparation method also includes: twisting the high-fiber-open electronic raw yarn to obtain the high-fiber-open electronic yarn, wherein the twist value range of the high-fiber-open electronic yarn obtained after the twisting treatment is 15-30 twists, and the linear density range of the high-fiber-open electronic yarn raw yarn is 72-95tex.
[0034] Specifically, the twist of the high-spread electronic yarn obtained by twisting the high-spread electronic yarn in this embodiment can be any value within the above twist value range, such as 15 twists, 30 twists, or 20 twists. Similarly, the linear density of the high-spread electronic yarn and the high-spread electronic yarn raw yarn can be any value within the above linear density range, such as 72 tex, 95 tex, or 80 tex.
[0035] In some embodiments of the present application, the step of twisting the high-fiber-opening electronic yarn to obtain the high-fiber-opening electronic yarn includes: twisting the high-fiber-opening electronic yarn in a first preset temperature range and a preset humidity range, wherein the first preset temperature range is 25-35°C and the preset humidity range is 40-50%.
[0036] Specifically, during the twisting process, the ambient temperature during the twisting process may be any value within the first preset temperature range, such as 25° C., 35° C., or 30° C. The ambient humidity may be any value within the preset humidity range, such as 40%, 50%, or 45%.
[0037] As an optional embodiment, after the high-spreading electronic yarn is sizing, the winding tension of the high-spreading electronic yarn is in the range of 850-950 N, for example, 850 N, 950 N, or 900 N, as long as it is any value within the range of 850-950 N. After the high-spreading electronic yarn is sizing, the winding tension of the high-spreading electronic yarn is in the range of 4000-5000 N, for example, 4000 N, 5000 N, or 4500 N, as long as it is any value within the range of 4000-5000 N.
[0038] Step S104, using a loom to weave the weaving beam in a plain weave structure to obtain an intermediate fabric;
[0039] In the technical solution provided in step S104, the loom used may be an air jet loom. The step of weaving the weaving beam with a plain weave structure using the loom in step S104 is the step of beating the weaving beam with high-fiber electronic yarn.
[0040] Step S106: The intermediate fabric is sequentially subjected to pre-desizing treatment, thermal desizing treatment, surface chemical treatment, and fiber opening treatment to obtain 7628 electronic cloth; wherein the warp density of the 7628 electronic cloth is in the range of 30.5-43.0 ends / inch, the weft density of the 7628 electronic cloth is in the range of 25.4-31.0 ends / inch, and the basis weight of the 7628 electronic cloth is in the range of 207-213 g / ㎡.
[0041] In the technical solution provided in step S106, the step of pre-desizing the intermediate fabric includes: passing the intermediate fabric through a first high-temperature furnace zone and a second high-temperature furnace zone at a preset linear velocity, thereby completing the pre-desizing of the intermediate fabric. The preset linear velocity ranges from 95 to 105 m / min, the temperature ranges from 420 to 440° C. in the first high-temperature furnace zone, and the temperature ranges from 440 to 460° C. in the second high-temperature furnace zone.
[0042] Specifically, during the pre-desizing process, the linear speed of the intermediate fabric can be any value within the aforementioned preset linear speed range, such as 85 m / min, 105 m / min, or 95 m / min. The temperatures of the first and second high-temperature furnace zones can also be any values within the aforementioned corresponding temperature ranges, such as 420°C, 440°C, or 430°C for the first zone, and 440°C, 460°C, or 450°C for the second zone.
[0043] As an optional embodiment, the step of performing a thermal desizing treatment on the intermediate fabric includes: performing a first insulation treatment on the intermediate fabric that has undergone the pre-desizing treatment in a first insulation temperature range, wherein the first insulation temperature range is 150-200°C, and the insulation time of the first insulation treatment ranges from 2 to 3 hours. For example, the first insulation temperature can be 150°C, 200°C or 180°C, as long as it is any value within the range of 150-200°C, and the insulation time can be 2 hours, 3 hours or 2.5 hours, as long as it is any value within the range of 2-3 hours; performing a second insulation treatment on the intermediate fabric that has undergone the first insulation treatment in a second insulation temperature range, wherein the second insulation temperature range is 220-260°C, and the insulation time of the second insulation treatment ranges from 5 to 60 minutes. 6 hours, for example, the second insulation temperature can be 220° C., 260° C. or 250° C., as long as it is any value within the range of 220-260° C., and the second insulation time can be 5 hours, 6 hours or 5.5 hours, as long as it is any value within the range of 5-6 hours. In the third insulation temperature range, the intermediate fabric that has undergone the second insulation treatment is subjected to a third insulation treatment, wherein the third insulation temperature range is 390-410° C., and the insulation time of the third insulation treatment is in the range of 50-53 hours. For example, the third insulation temperature can be 390° C., 410° C. or 400° C., as long as it is any value within the range of 390-410° C., and the insulation time of the third insulation treatment can be 50 hours, 53 hours or 52 hours, as long as it is any value within the range of 50-53 hours.
[0044] In some embodiments of the present application, the step of performing a surface chemical treatment on the intermediate fabric includes: immersing the intermediate fabric that has undergone thermal desizing in a preformed silane coupling agent, thereby completing the surface chemical treatment of the intermediate fabric, wherein the solid content of the preformed silane coupling agent is in a range of 0.10% to 0.45%, and the pH value of the preformed silane coupling agent during the surface chemical treatment of the intermediate fabric is in a range of 2.0 to 5.0.
[0045] Specifically, during the surface chemical treatment of the intermediate fabric, the solid content of the preformed silane coupling agent can be 0.10%, 0.27%, 0.3%, 0.35%, 0.40%, or 0.45%, any value within the range of 0.10%-0.45%. Furthermore, during the surface chemical treatment, the pH of the preformed silane coupling agent can be controlled within the range of 2.0-5.0 by adding an acidic agent such as glacial acetic acid. For example, the pH value can be 2.0, 2.5, 3.0, 4.0, 4.5, or 5, any value within the range of 2.0-5.0.
[0046] As an optional implementation method, the step of performing fiber opening treatment on the intermediate fabric includes: passing the intermediate fabric that has completed surface chemical treatment through a high-pressure water jet, thereby completing the fiber opening treatment of the intermediate fabric to obtain 7628 electronic cloth, wherein the pressure range of the high-pressure water jet is 0.5-4.0MPa, the nozzle aperture range of the high-pressure water jet is 0.1-0.2mm, and the water conductivity of the high-pressure water jet does not exceed 10μs / cm.
[0047] Specifically, during the fiber opening process, the pressure of the high-pressure water jet can be any value within the aforementioned pressure range, such as 0.5 MPa, 4.0 MPa, or 3 MPa. The nozzle aperture of the high-pressure water jet can be any value within the aforementioned aperture range, such as 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, or 0.15 mm.
[0048] Through the above steps, it is possible to use high-fiber electronic yarn as raw material to weave 7628 electronic cloth. This ensures that the basis weight of the 7628 electronic cloth meets the requirements while effectively reducing the warp and weft density during weaving, improving the weaving efficiency, and better meeting market and usage needs.
[0049] In addition, compared with the 7628 electronic cloth woven with conventional G75, the 7628 electronic cloth woven with high-fiber electronic yarn has a lower warp and weft density, so the yarn width can be further increased, which can fill the gap between adjacent yarns, reduce the thickness of the electronic cloth, and improve the physical properties of the electronic cloth.
[0050] Moreover, in the preparation method of the electronic cloth provided in the embodiment of the present application, by controlling the temperature, humidity and twist of the high-spreading raw yarn when twisting it into the high-spreading electronic yarn within a preset range, the twisted high-spreading electronic yarn can have good bundling properties, reduce the generation of yarn surface hairiness, and make the woven electronic cloth have a smooth and bright surface. By controlling the winding tension after sizing and the winding tension after warping within a preset range, the weaving shaft has good hardness while ensuring good flatness of the cloth surface and improving the uniformity of the cloth surface tension. By adopting a specific method of pre-desizing treatment and thermal desizing treatment, the sizing residue of the electronic cloth can be burned to a great extent, improving the permeability and compatibility between the surface treatment agent and the electronic cloth. Moreover, by adopting the surface treatment and fiber opening treatment of the present invention, the high-spreading electronic yarn in the electronic cloth is fully opened after fiber opening and fully contacted with the surface treatment agent, the thickness of the cloth surface is reduced, and the excess surface treatment agent will be removed by the high-pressure water flow, improving the uniformity of the subsequent bonding of the electronic cloth with the resin.
[0051] According to an embodiment of the present application, a 7628 electronic cloth is also provided. The 7628 electronic cloth is obtained by interweaving multiple groups of high-fiber electronic yarns arranged in the warp direction and multiple groups of high-fiber electronic yarns arranged in the weft direction. [0106] The first step is to select a high-fiber-opening electronic yarn and twist the high-fiber-opening electronic yarn on a twisting machine to obtain the high-fiber-opening electronic yarn; the temperature of the high-fiber-opening electronic yarn during twisting is controlled to be 25° C. and the humidity to be 50%;

[0110] Specifically, the pre-desizing process involves passing the intermediate fabric through multiple high-temperature furnace zones at a constant line speed of 105 m / min. The high-temperature furnace zones consist of a first zone at 420°C and a second zone at 440°C. [0111] Compared with the prior art, the 7628 electronic cloth and preparation method provided in the embodiment of the present application can effectively improve its production efficiency and reduce production costs while ensuring that the performance of the 7628 electronic cloth meets the requirements. Specifically, the 7628 electronic cloth woven with G37 electronic raw yarn in the prior art is shown in Figure 3, and its warp and weft density is 22×17.1ends / inch, and the basis weight is 210g / ㎡. It can be seen that the warp and weft density of the 7628 electronic cloth woven with G37 electronic raw yarn is low. Although the weaving efficiency is high, the dimensional stability of the produced 7628 electronic cloth is poor. At the same time, the yarn arrangement in the warp and weft directions is too sparse, resulting in the electronic cloth's physical properties such as air permeability exceeding the standard.
[0112] Compared to 7628 electronic cloth made with G75 yarn, the 7628 electronic cloth woven with G75 yarn, as shown in Figure 4, has a warp and weft density of 44×33 ends / inch and a basis weight of 210g g / ㎡. Although the quality of the 7628 electronic cloth made with G75 yarn meets the requirements, its production efficiency is too low. In this application, the 7628 electronic cloth weaved with high-fiber-opening electronic yarn can effectively improve production efficiency while ensuring that the quality of the woven 7628 electronic cloth meets the requirements.
[0113] In summary, the basic parameters of various electronic cloths provided in the embodiments of the present application and electronic cloths in the prior art are shown in the following table:
[0114] As can be seen from the table above, the linear density of the high-open-fiber electronic yarn provided in the embodiment of the present application is greater than that of the G75 electronic yarn. The yarn is thicker, easy to shape, low in cost, and more convenient to weave and use. In addition, in the embodiment of the present application, the original G75 electronic yarn is replaced with a high-open-fiber electronic yarn to weave the 7628 electronic cloth, which reduces the warp and weft density of the weaving, effectively improves the weaving efficiency, improves the dimensional stability of the cloth surface, and reduces the weaving cost, thereby meeting the market demand for the increasing number of electronic cloths. Moreover, it can be seen from the table above that when the preparation method of the 7628 electronic cloth provided in the embodiment of the present application is used to weave the 7628 electronic cloth, since the high-open-fiber electronic yarn can be fully opened, the warp width and weft width of the electronic yarn are further increased compared to the G75 electronic yarn, and the warp and weft width can reach 600-750 μm, which can compensate for the increased yarn gap due to the reduced warp and weft density of the electronic yarn to a certain extent, and help to reduce the overall thickness of the 7628 electronic cloth, thereby improving the physical properties of the 7628 electronic cloth.
[0115] In addition, compared with the 7628 electronic cloth in the prior art, the linear density center value of the general G75 electronic yarn on the market is 69 tex, the linear density center value of the G37 electronic yarn is 137 tex, and the linear density of the high-spread electronic yarn is 72-95 tex. The linear density of the G37 electronic yarn is nearly twice that of the G75 electronic yarn. Although using G37 to weave 7628 electronic cloth can double the weaving efficiency, the warp and weft density used in its weaving is too low, and the woven electronic cloth has poor dimensional stability and is easy to deform, making it difficult to ensure the weaving quality of the electronic cloth. The method of using high-spread electronic yarn to weave 7628 electronic cloth provided in the embodiments of the present application can keep the warp and weft density of the 7628 electronic cloth within an appropriate range, which can not only improve weaving efficiency but also ensure the dimensional stability and weaving quality of the electronic cloth.
[0116] From the above comparison results, it can be seen that the 7628 electronic cloth woven with the high-fiber-opening electronic yarn provided in the embodiment of the present application has better performance in terms of yarn warp and weft width, warp and weft density, and warp and weft strength than the 7628 electronic cloth woven with G75 electronic yarn and the 7628 electronic cloth made with G37 electronic yarn in the prior art. While improving the production and weaving efficiency of the 7628 electronic cloth, it also improves the physical properties of the 7628 electronic cloth, so that the 7628 electronic cloth woven with high-fiber-opening electronic yarn has better performance in terms of air permeability, impregnation, etc.
[0117] Specifically, the weaving process of using G37 electronic yarn to weave 7628 electronic cloth in the related art is as follows:
[0118] The first step is to make G37 electronic raw yarn into warp yarn and weft yarn;
[0119] In the second step, through holes are opened on the outer surfaces of the warp and weft yarns, and then the warp and weft yarns are fed into the air-jet loom for weaving;
[0120] In the third step, the fabric woven in step S2 is sequentially fed into a KH unit and a BH furnace for continuous heat treatment and batch heat treatment. When the KH unit is used to continuously heat treat the fabric in step S1, the furnace temperature is 300-400° C., the heating time is 20-30 minutes, and the residual organic matter content in the fabric after treatment is 0.2-0.4%. When the BH furnace is used to treat the fabric, the temperature is 380-410° C., the treatment time is 30-50 hours, and the residual organic matter content in the fabric after treatment is 0.02-0.04%.
[0121] The fourth step is to send the heat-treated cloth into a silane coupling agent for surface chemical treatment to obtain electronic cloth. Before using the silane coupling agent for surface chemical treatment of the cloth, a fluorocarbon surfactant needs to be added to the silane coupling agent. The mass fraction of the fluorocarbon surfactant is 0.5% of the silane coupling agent.
[0122] The physical property parameters of the 7628 electronic cloth prepared by using the high-fiber electronic yarn provided in the embodiment of the present application, the 7628 electronic cloth prepared by using the G37 electronic yarn obtained by the above preparation process, and the 7628 electronic cloth prepared by using the G75 electronic yarn are compared as follows:
[0123] It can be seen that the 7628 electronic cloth woven with high-opening electronic yarn provided in the embodiment of the present application has a significantly lower air permeability than the 7628 electronic cloth in the prior art, while the basis weight of the electronic cloth remains unchanged. This indicates that the electronic cloth prepared using the 7628 electronic cloth preparation method provided in the embodiment of the present application has a smoother surface, better uniformity, and lower thickness. In addition, the electronic cloth prepared using the 7628 electronic cloth preparation method provided in the embodiment of the present application has a low impregnation content, indicating that the 7628 electronic cloth provided in the embodiment of the present application not only has good permeability and compatibility with the surface treatment agent, but also has better bonding with the resin.
[0124] In summary, the preparation method of 7628 electronic cloth woven with high-open-fiber electronic yarn provided in the embodiment of the present application, by reasonably controlling the temperature, humidity and twist when the high-open-fiber raw yarn is twisted into high-open-fiber electronic yarn, can make the twisted high-open-fiber electronic yarn have good bundling properties, reduce the generation of yarn surface hairiness, and the woven electronic cloth has a smooth and bright surface. By reasonably controlling the winding tension after sizing and the winding tension after warping, the weaving shaft has good hardness while ensuring good flatness of the cloth surface and improving the uniformity of the cloth surface tension. By adopting the electronic cloth to pass through multiple high-temperature furnace zones at a certain linear speed for pre-desizing treatment and three-stage temperature insulation for thermal desizing treatment, two high-temperature desizing treatments can greatly burn off the slurry residue of the electronic cloth, improve the permeability and compatibility between the surface treatment agent and the electronic cloth, and the three-stage insulation form can effectively protect the smoothness of the cloth surface, improve the quality of the cloth surface, and be more conducive to the removal of the electronic cloth slurry.
[0125] Furthermore, by employing the surface treatment and fiber opening methods provided in the embodiments of this application, the 7628 electronic cloth is impregnated with a silane coupling agent, which enhances the bond between the electronic cloth and the resin during subsequent processing. Furthermore, when using the silane coupling agent, the acidity is adjusted with glacial acetic acid to facilitate hydrolysis. The highly open-fibered electronic yarn in the electronic cloth is then fully opened and exposed to the surface treatment agent, reducing the thickness of the cloth surface. Excess surface treatment agent is removed by the high-pressure water flow, effectively improving the uniformity of the subsequent bond between the electronic cloth and the resin.
[0126] During the fiber-opening process, the present embodiment controls the pressure of the high-pressure water jet to ensure that the highly open electronic yarn is fully opened and flattened while preventing excessive pressure from causing fluff or even breakage. In this embodiment, the water flow conductivity is controlled to less than 10 μs / cm, which reduces impurities on the fabric and improves the bonding properties of the electronic fabric.
[0127] In the above embodiments of the present application, the description of each embodiment has its own focus. For parts that are not described in detail in a certain embodiment, please refer to the relevant description of other embodiments.
[0128] In the several embodiments provided in this application, it should be understood that the disclosed technical content can be implemented in other ways.
[0129] The above is only a preferred embodiment of the present application. It should be pointed out that for ordinary technicians in this technical field, several improvements and modifications can be made without departing from the principles of the present application.
