[0041] Referring to FIG. 1 , in some embodiments, a method for using a laser device is used in a production line 9 , which includes a plurality of laser devices 10 , each of which is used to process a pole piece 11 . The method for using the laser device includes the following steps:
[0042] S1, dividing the multiple laser devices 10 into a first laser group and a second laser group, turning on the laser devices 10 in the first laser group and processing the pole piece 11;
[0043] S2, when any temperature value of the galvanometer mirror and the field mirror of the laser device 10 in the first laser group reaches a set value, the laser device 10 in the first laser group is turned off, and the laser device 10 in the second laser group is turned on to continue processing the electrode 11;
[0044] S3, when any temperature value of the galvanometer mirror and the field mirror of the laser device 10 in the second laser group reaches the set value, the laser device 10 in the second laser group is turned off, and the laser device 10 in the first laser group is turned on to continue processing the pole piece 11;
[0045] S4. Repeat steps S2 to S3.
[0046] Specifically, the first laser group includes a plurality of laser devices 10, and the second laser group includes a plurality of laser devices 10. The laser devices 10 in the first laser group are used to process the pole piece 11, such as grooving the pole piece 11. Afterwards, when any temperature value of the galvanometer or field lens of the laser device 10 in the first laser group reaches a set value, the laser device 10 in the first laser group is turned off, which can protect the galvanometer and field lens of the laser device 10 in the first laser group and prevent the galvanometer and field lens from reducing the processing quality of the pole piece 11. At the same time, the laser device 10 in the second laser group is turned on to continue processing the pole piece 11, which can process the pole piece 11 uninterruptedly. Improve production efficiency; further, when any temperature value of the galvanometer or field mirror of the laser device 10 in the second laser group reaches the set value, the laser device 10 in the second laser group is turned off, which can protect the galvanometer and field mirror of the laser device 10 in the second laser group and prevent the galvanometer and field mirror from reducing the processing quality of the electrode 11. At the same time, the laser device 10 in the first laser group is turned on to continue processing the electrode 11, which can continuously process the electrode 11 and improve production efficiency; in this way, by switching the laser devices 10 in the first laser group and the second laser group, the electrode 11 can be processed uninterruptedly, which can make the production efficiency of the production line 9 higher. Specifically, the method of using the laser device can ensure that the laser device 10 has a high quality of grooving the electrode 11, and can also make the production efficiency of the production line 9 higher.
[0047] Please refer to Figure 2, which illustrates a laser device 10. Laser device 10 includes a galvanometer and a field lens. The position and tilt angle of the field lens are adjusted to control the position and size of the laser beam. In other words, the field lens primarily serves to adjust the focal length. A galvanometer is a vibrating mirror. By controlling the vibration direction and frequency of the galvanometer in laser device 10, the laser beam is accurately directed onto the object being processed. The galvanometer primarily performs scanning and positioning functions. The aforementioned set values refer to the maximum temperature the galvanometer and field lens can withstand. The maximum temperature the galvanometer and field lens can withstand is between 35°C and 50°C. In other words, the set temperature range is between 35°C and 50°C. To prevent substandard product quality due to excessively high galvanometer or field lens temperatures, in this application, the laser device 10 must be stopped when the galvanometer or field lens temperature reaches 35°C to prevent substandard product quality.
[0048] The above-mentioned processing of the electrode 11 refers to the formation of the electrode 11 after the foil is coated with the active material. Before the electrode 11 is wound or stacked to form a battery cell, the surface of the electrode 11 is grooved by the laser of the laser device 10. Grooving can also refer to drilling blind holes on the electrode 11, thereby increasing the exposed surface area of the electrode 11 and improving the fast charging capability of the battery. Among them, when the laser device 10 grooves the electrode 11, the shape of the groove can be linear, such as a straight groove, and extends along the length direction of the electrode 11. The groove can also extend along the width direction of the electrode 11.
[0049] In addition, referring to FIG3 , in some embodiments, the laser devices 10 in the first laser group and the laser devices 10 in the second laser group are alternately arranged along the conveying direction of the pole piece 11. The conveying device can be formed by a combination of an unwinding device 12, a rewinding device 16, and a driven roller 13, and the conveying device can convey the pole piece 11. The following example illustrates the alternating arrangement of the laser devices 10 in the first laser group and the laser devices 10 in the second laser group. The first laser group can have four laser devices 10, respectively named as a first laser device 100, a second laser device 300, a third laser device 500, and a fourth laser device 700. The second laser group can have four laser devices 10. The laser devices 10 in the first laser group and the laser devices 10 in the second laser group are respectively named as the fifth laser device 200, the sixth laser device 400, the seventh laser device 600, and the eighth laser device 800. Along the conveying direction of the pole piece 11, the laser devices 10 in the first laser group and the laser devices 10 in the second laser group are distributed as follows: the first laser device 100, the fifth laser device 200, the second laser device 300, the sixth laser device 400, the third laser device 500, the seventh laser device 600, the fourth laser device 700, and the eighth laser device 800. When the pole piece 11 is grooved, the first laser device 100, the second laser device 300, the third laser device 500, and the fourth laser device 700 are all turned on to groove the pole piece 11, while the fifth laser device 200, the sixth laser device 400, the seventh laser device 600, and the eighth laser device 800 are all turned off. When the temperatures of the galvanometer mirrors and field lenses in the first laser device 100, the second laser device 300, the third laser device 500, and the fourth laser device 700 are too high, the first laser device 100, the second laser device 300, the third laser device 500, and the fourth laser device 700 are shut down, and the fifth laser device 200, the sixth laser device 400, the seventh laser device 600, and the eighth laser device 800 are turned on to continue processing the electrode piece 11. Furthermore, when the temperatures of the galvanometer mirrors and field lenses in the fifth laser device 200, the sixth laser device 400, the seventh laser device 600, and the eighth laser device 800 are too high, the fifth laser device 200, the sixth laser device 400, the seventh laser device 600, and the eighth laser device 800 are shut down, and the first laser device 100, the second laser device 300, the third laser device 500, and the fourth laser device 700 are turned on to continue processing the electrode piece 11. This cycle continues until processing of the electrode piece 11 is completed.
[0050] Furthermore, as mentioned above, when the temperature of either the galvanometer mirror or the field mirror of the laser device 10 in the first laser group reaches a set value, the laser device 10 in the first laser group will be shut down. This can prevent the galvanometer mirror or the field mirror from overheating and causing damage, thereby reducing the processing quality of the electrode 11. When the laser device 10 in the first laser group is shut down, the laser device 10 in the second laser group continues to process the electrode 11. The galvanometer mirror or the field mirror can be cooled so that the first laser group can be quickly put into processing the electrode 11. Specifically, in some embodiments, in step S2, the method for using the laser device further includes the step of cooling the galvanometer mirror and the field mirror of the laser device 10 in the first laser group after shutting down the laser device 10 in the first laser group. In addition, after the galvanometer mirror and the field mirror are cooled, on the one hand, the first laser group can be quickly put into processing the electrode 11, and on the other hand, the galvanometer mirror and the field mirror can be quickly cooled, effectively preventing the galvanometer mirror and the field mirror from being damaged under high temperature conditions.
[0051] Furthermore, in some embodiments, the galvanometer and the field lens are cooled by water cooling or air cooling. Specifically, the method of cooling the galvanometer by water cooling may be to reduce the temperature of the galvanometer by indirectly contacting the liquid and the field lens. The method of cooling the field lens by water cooling may be to reduce the temperature of the field lens by indirectly contacting the liquid and the field lens. The method of cooling the galvanometer by air cooling may be to provide a ventilation channel so that the air passes through and indirectly contacts the galvanometer, thereby reducing the temperature of the galvanometer. The method of cooling the galvanometer by air cooling may be to provide a ventilation channel so that the air passes through and indirectly contacts the field lens, thereby reducing the temperature of the field lens.
[0052] As mentioned above, when the temperature value of either the galvanometer mirror or the field mirror of the laser device 10 in the second laser group reaches the set value, the laser device 10 in the second laser group will be shut down. This can prevent the galvanometer mirror or the field mirror from being overheated and causing damage, thereby reducing the processing quality of the electrode 11. When the laser device 10 in the second laser group is shut down, the laser device 10 in the first laser group continues to process the electrode 11. Among them, the second laser group can be quickly put into the processing of the electrode 11 by cooling the galvanometer mirror or the field mirror. Specifically, in some embodiments, in step S3, the method for using the laser device further includes the step of cooling the galvanometer mirror and the field mirror of the laser device 10 in the second laser group after shutting down the laser device 10 in the second laser group. In addition, after the galvanometer mirror and the field mirror are cooled, on the one hand, the second laser group can be quickly put into the processing of the electrode 11, and on the other hand, the galvanometer mirror and the field mirror can be quickly cooled, effectively preventing the galvanometer mirror and the field mirror from being damaged under high temperature conditions.
[0053] Specifically, while the laser device 10 in the first laser group is processing the pole piece 11, the galvanometer mirror and field mirror in the laser device 10 can be cooled simultaneously. Specifically, in some embodiments, in step S1, while the laser device 10 in the first laser group is turned on and processing the pole piece 11, the galvanometer mirror and field mirror in the laser device 10 are cooled simultaneously. In this way, cooling the galvanometer mirror and field mirror while the laser device 10 is operating can effectively prevent the galvanometer mirror and field mirror from heating up too quickly, and prevent damage to the galvanometer mirror and field mirror due to excessive temperatures.
[0054] Similarly, while the laser device 10 in the second laser group is processing the pole piece 11, the galvanometer mirror and field mirror in the laser device 10 can be cooled simultaneously. Specifically, in some embodiments, in step S2, while the laser device 10 in the second laser group is turned on and processing the pole piece 11, the galvanometer mirror and field mirror in the laser device 10 are cooled simultaneously. In this way, cooling the galvanometer mirror and field mirror while the laser device 10 is operating can effectively prevent the galvanometer mirror and field mirror from heating up too quickly, and prevent damage to the galvanometer mirror and field mirror due to excessive temperatures.
[0055] The structure of the production line 9 is introduced below. Please refer to Figure 3. The production line 9 is mainly used to process the pole piece 11. The production line 9 includes a unwinding device 12, a driven roller 13, a dust cleaning device 14, a tension device 15, a laser device 10 and a winding device 16, which are arranged in sequence along the conveying direction of the pole piece 11. Among them, the function of the unwinding device 12 is to unwind the material, and the driven roller 13 cooperates with various devices to realize the conveyance of the pole piece 11. The function of the dust cleaning device 14 is to clean the incoming material and clean the dust before winding. The dust cleaning device 14 includes a brush, an air knife, an ion wind and an ultrasonic dust cleaning device. The function of the tension device 15 is to realize tension control to ensure that the pole piece 11 material strip is tensioned. The laser equipment 10 is mainly used for processing the pole piece 11.
[0056] Furthermore, in some embodiments, production line 9 includes: a first laser group, a second laser group, a temperature sensor, and a controller. Both the first and second laser groups include multiple laser devices 10, each used to process a pole piece 11. The temperature sensor is used to detect the temperature of the galvanometer mirror and field lens in the laser devices 10. A controller is connected to the first and second laser groups and the temperature sensor, and is used to receive and send signals.
[0057] The controller is configured to: when it is detected that any temperature value of the galvanometer mirror and the field mirror in the first laser group reaches a set value, turn off the laser device 10 in the first laser group and turn on the laser device 10 in the second laser group;
[0058] When it is detected that any temperature value of the galvanometer mirror and the field mirror in the second laser group reaches a set value, the laser device 10 in the second laser group is turned off, and the laser device 10 in the first laser group is turned on at the same time.
[0059] Specifically, the first laser group includes multiple laser devices 10, and the second laser group includes multiple laser devices 10. The laser devices 10 in the first laser group are used to process the pole piece 11, such as grooving the pole piece 11. Afterwards, the temperature values of the galvanometer and the field lens of the laser device 10 in the first laser group are detected by the temperature sensor. When the temperature sensor detects that any temperature value of the galvanometer or the field lens of the laser device 10 in the first laser group reaches the set value, the temperature sensor sends a signal to the controller, and the controller turns off the laser device 10 in the first laser group. This can protect the galvanometer and the field lens of the laser device 10 in the first laser group and prevent the processing quality of the pole piece 11 by the galvanometer and the field lens from being reduced. At the same time, the controller turns on the laser device 10 in the second laser group to continue processing the pole piece 11 , which can process the pole piece 11 uninterruptedly and improve production efficiency; further, when the temperature sensor detects that any temperature value of the galvanometer or field lens of the laser device 10 in the second laser group reaches the set value, the temperature sensor sends a signal to the controller, and the controller turns off the laser device 10 in the second laser group, which can protect the galvanometer and field lens of the laser device 10 in the second laser group and prevent the galvanometer and field lens from reducing the processing quality of the pole piece 11. At the same time, the controller turns on the laser device 10 in the first laser group to continue processing the pole piece 11, which can process the pole piece 11 uninterruptedly and improve production efficiency; in this way, by switching the laser devices 10 in the first laser group and the second laser group, the pole piece 11 can be processed uninterruptedly, which can make the production line 9 have a higher production efficiency. Specifically, the method of using the laser equipment can ensure that the laser equipment 10 has a high quality of grooving the pole piece 11, and can also make the production line 9 have a high production efficiency.
[0060] A controller is a feedback loop component widely used in industrial control applications, such as a programmable memory or single-chip microcomputer. It internally stores instructions for executing logical operations, sequential control, timing, counting, and arithmetic operations, and controls various types of mechanical equipment or production processes through digital or analog input and output. As can be seen, the controller can send instructions to turn the laser device 10 on and off, and can also receive temperature values detected by a temperature sensor to issue instructions. In this application, the controller can achieve the alternating use of the laser devices 10 in the first laser group and the second laser group. Those skilled in the art can implement this based on existing controller functions. The principles and control methods of the controller are prior art and are not described in detail here.
[0061] Furthermore, in some embodiments, the laser device 10 includes a first cooling element, which is thermally connected to the galvanometer. The first cooling element is provided with a first cooling channel, and the first cooling channel is used to allow a cooling medium to flow. The cooling medium can be a liquid or a gas, and a fast-cooling material, such as ice, can be added to the liquid. As the cooling medium flows through the first cooling channel, the cooling medium can remove heat from the galvanometer, thereby cooling the galvanometer. This can ensure that the galvanometer continues to work and can also effectively prevent the galvanometer from being damaged due to excessive temperature.
[0062] Specifically, in some embodiments, the laser device 10 includes a second cooling element, which is thermally connected to the field lens. The second cooling element is provided with a second cooling channel for the flow of a cooling medium. The cooling medium can be a liquid or a gas, and a fast-cooling material, such as ice, can be added to the liquid. As the cooling medium flows through the second cooling channel, the cooling medium can remove heat from the field lens, thereby cooling the field lens. This ensures that the field lens continues to operate and effectively prevents damage to the field lens due to excessive temperatures.
[0063] Further, referring to FIG3 , in some embodiments, the production line 9 further includes a conveying device, which is used to convey the electrode 11.
