Abstract
Description
[0001] Henkel AG & Co. KGaA 2023P00191WO Improving the washfastness of Level 2 colorations by sealing with silanes The subject matter of the present application is a cosmetic method for coloring keratinic fibers, in particular human hair, comprising the use of a Level 2 colorant which contains at least one oxidation dye precursor, a direct dye and an oxidizing agent, and the use of an aftertreatment agent containing at least one organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxy-silane. A second subject matter is a method for improving the washfastness and / or leveling ability of colored keratinic fibers which have been colored by using a Level 2 colorant, wherein an aftertreatment agent containing at least one organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxy-silane is applied to the colored keratinic fibers. The change in shape and color of keratin fibers,The coloring of hair, especially of human hair, represents an important area of modern cosmetics. Depending on the coloring requirements, experts are familiar with various coloring systems for changing hair color. Oxidation dyes are commonly used for permanent, intensive colorings with good fastness properties and good gray coverage. Such dyes contain oxidation dye precursors, so-called developer components and coupler components, which, under the influence of oxidizing agents such as hydrogen peroxide, form the actual dyes. Oxidation dyes, especially natural shades, are characterized by very long-lasting coloring results. Many oxidative dyes, in addition to the oxidation dye precursor(s), also contain one or more direct dyes, which give a shade a particularly bright, are intended to impart a fashionable color or are used to fine-tune the shade. When a relatively low hydrogen peroxide concentration is used, such colorants are also referred to by experts as Level 2 colorants or intensive tints. Compared to a permanent Level 3 color, the hydrogen peroxide content in an intensive tint is often lower and the proportion of direct dyes is higher. The durability of an intensive tint lies between a tint made with only direct dyes and a permanent Level 3 color. Due to the comparatively low concentration of hydrogen peroxide used, the hair is not significantly lightened. An intensive tint or Level 2 color is washed out after approximately 24 washes on average. The particular challenge with Level 2 colorations isthat two very different dye classes are used: direct dyes and oxidation dye precursors. Direct dyes wash out of the hair more easily and quickly than oxidation dye precursors, so that after several washes, not only a weakening of the desired color nuance, but also a color shift or a color shift can become visible. Depending on the degree of damage to the colored hair, this color shift can also be more pronounced in the differently damaged areas. If, for example, the color shift in the nuance is less pronounced in the undamaged root area of the hair than in the severely damaged tip area, the result is a very uneven color across the length of the hair strand, which the user perceives as patchy, can be perceived as inconsistent and unattractive. For this reason, the leveling ability and washfastness of Level 2 colorations or intensive tints still require improvement. The object of the present invention was to find a process in which keratin fibers or hair are colored with a Level 2 coloration or an intensive tint, whereby improved leveling ability and better washfastness can be achieved on the colored keratin fibers. In particular, the washfastness and leveling ability of intensive tints in the fashionable red, copper, and violet ranges should be improved. Surprisingly, it has now been found that this object can be achieved if, for coloring the keratin fibers, a conventional, intensive tinting or level 2 coloration based on oxidative and direct dyes is applied and then, in a subsequent step, a post-treatment agent is applied which contains at least one nitrogen-containing compound selected from the group of organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxy-silanes. A first aspect of the present invention is a method for dyeing keratin fibers, in particular human hair, comprising the following steps in the given order: (1) applying a dye (F) to the keratin fibers, wherein the dye (F) contains: (F-1) at least one oxidation dye precursor and (F-2) at least one direct dye, and (F-3) at least one oxidizing agent, (2) allowing the dye (F) to act on the keratin fibers, (3) rinsing out the dye (F), (4) applying a post-treatment agent N) to the keratin fibers, wherein the aftertreatment agent (N) contains: (N-1) at least one nitrogen-containing compound selected from the group of organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxysilanes, (5) allowing the aftertreatment agent (N) to act, and (6) optionally rinsing the aftertreatment agent (N). Hair colored using the above-mentioned method was characterized by an intense color result with improved washfastness. Furthermore, the hair colored in this way was very evenly colored over its entire length, regardless of the degree of damage. The advantage of the method according to the invention lies primarily in the fact that the user can continue to use their usual oxidative Level 2 coloration and, by applying the aftertreatment agent, improve its washfastness and leveling ability. Especially when the aftertreatment agent is applied as part of the usual hair washing after shampooing, the user can delay the time until the next hair coloring. This gives the user the opportunity to improve the durability of the colorant with a very quick, simple, and convenient application, and overall, they also have to color their hair less often. Within the scope of one embodiment, the applicant can therefore either carry out a successive coloring process in which they color the keratin fibers with the oxidative colorant (F) and then, after rinsing out the colorant (F), treat them with the after-treatment agent (N). Within the scope of this embodiment, the colorant (F) and the after-treatment agent (N) are preferably made available to the user together in an outer packaging. Within the scope of another embodiment, the user can also treat their already colored keratin fibers with the after-treatment agent. In this form of application, the colorant can be a conventional,The dyeing agent can be a commercially purchased dyeing agent with oxidation dye precursors, direct dyes, and oxidizing agents, and the aftertreatment can, but does not necessarily have to, be carried out directly after the dyeing. Within this embodiment, the aftertreatment agent can also be provided as a separate product with appropriate instructions for use. A second subject matter of the present application is therefore a method for improving the washfastness and / or leveling ability of dyed keratin fibers that have been dyed by using a dyeing agent (F) containing at least one oxidation dye precursor (F-1), at least one direct dye (F-2), and at least one oxidizing agent (F-3), preferably hydrogen peroxide, wherein a aftertreatment agent (N) is applied to the dyed keratin fibers.which contains at least one nitrogen-containing compound selected from the group of organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxysilanes (N-1). In this embodiment, the aftertreatment agent can be formulated, for example, in the form of a gel, a lotion, or a concentrate, which is preferably used regularly before, during, or after washing the colored keratin fibers, or the aftertreatment agent is applied to the colored and washed keratin fibers after shampooing. Keratin fibers. Keratin fibers are understood to mean hair, wool, and fur. Keratin fibers are most preferably understood to mean human hair. In the context of this invention, colored keratin fibers or hair are understood to mean keratin fibers that have previously been colored with an intensive tint or with a Level 2 coloration containing at least one oxidation dye precursor,Contains at least one direct dye and at least one oxidizing agent. Colored means that the coloration caused by the dyes must still be visible. The coloration caused by the dyes may thus be weakened – for example, due to previous hair washes – but is still perceived by the user as a color shift compared to the hair color before coloring. The color shift can be quantified, for example, by colorimetric measurement of the keratin fibers or hair (measurement of the Lab values) before and after coloring (or coloring and washing). Colorant (F) Before applying the aftercare product (N), the keratin fibers, preferably human hair, are colored with a colorant (F). The colorant (F) can be applied to moistened or dry keratin fibers. The application or use can be carried out, for example, with the aid of a brush,a brush or a nozzle, or the user can use a gloved hand. After a contact time of 5 to 60 minutes, preferably 10 to 45 minutes, the dye can be rinsed out with water or with water using a shampoo. The dye (F) is rinsed out before the after-treatment agent (N) is applied. The oxidative dye (F) is understood to be the ready-to-use dye containing the oxidation dye precursor(s) (F-1), the direct dye(s) (F-2) and the oxidizing agent (F-3), preferably adjusted to an alkaline pH and thus, in the form in which it is present, can be applied to the keratin fibers. Couplers with a basic structure of resorcinol (1,3-Dihydroxybenzene) is used. Couplers based on the resorcinol basic structure include resorcinol itself, 4-chlororesorcinol, and 2-methylresorcinol. In a March 2021 statement, the SCCS (Scientific Committee on Consumer Safety) concluded that the use of resorcinol in oxidative hair colorants is considered safe at a resorcinol concentration of up to 1.25% by weight in the ready-to-use mixture. The SCCS mentioned that resorcinol has an antithyroid effect. While a clear exposure level required for such an effect cannot be derived from the available human studies, most of these studies indicate a relatively much higher exposure than is the case with cosmetics. Nevertheless, to address some consumers' concerns regarding product safety, it may be preferable to use a Level 2 colorant.which dispenses with the use of resorcinol-type couplers. In this embodiment, the process according to the invention preferably uses a colorant (F) in which the total amount of the couplers from the group of resorcinols, in particular from the group of resorcinol, 2-methylresorcinol, and 4-chlororesorcinol, contained in the colorant (F) is below 0.1 wt.%, preferably below 0.05 wt.%, particularly preferably below 0.01 wt.%, and most preferably 0 wt.%. The quantity of the resorcinol-type couplers in percent by weight is based on the total weight of the colorant (F). In a further preferred embodiment, the process according to the invention for coloring the keratin fibers or for improving the washfastness and / or leveling ability of the colored keratin fibers is characterized in thatthat - based on the total weight of the colorant (F) - the total amount of the couplers contained in the colorant (F) from the group of resorcinols, in particular from the group of resorcinol, 2-methylresorcinol and 4-chlororesorcinol, is below 0.1% by weight, preferably below 0.05% by weight, particularly preferably below 0.01% by weight and very particularly preferably 0% by weight. Therefore, a method for dyeing keratin fibers, in particular human hair, comprising the following steps in the given order is also very particularly preferred: (1) Application of a dye (F) to the keratin fibers, wherein the dye (F) contains: (F-11) at least one oxidation dye precursor of the developer type, which is selected from the group consisting of p-toluenediamine, 2-methoxymethyl-p-phenylenediamine, 2-(2-hydroxyethyl)-p-phenylenediamine, N,N-bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)-p-phenylenediamine, p-phenylenediamine, 4-amino-3-methylphenol, p-aminophenol, 4,5-Diamino-1-(2-hydroxyethyl)pyrazole and their physiologically acceptable salts, and (F-12) at least one oxidation dye precursor of the coupler type, which is selected from the group consisting of 3-aminophenol, 5-amino-2-methylphenol, 3-amino-2-chloro-6-methylphenol, 2-hydroxy-4-aminophenoxyethanol, 5-amino-4-chloro-2-methylphenol, 5-(2-hydroxyethyl)-amino-2-methylphenol, 2,4-dichloro-3-aminophenol, 2-aminophenol, 3-phenylenediamine, 2-(2,4-diaminophenoxy)ethanol, 1,3-bis(2,4-diaminophenoxy)propane, 1-methoxy-2-amino-4-(2-hydroxyethylamino)benzene, 1,3-bis(2,4-diaminophenyl)propane, 2,6-Bis(2'-hydroxyethylamino)-1-methylbenzene, 1-amino-3-bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)aminobenzene, 2-amino-3-hydroxypyridine, 3-amino-2-methylamino-6-methoxypyridine, 2,6-dihydroxy-3,4-dimethylpyridine, 3,5-diamino-2,6-dimethoxypyridine, 1-phenyl-3-methylpyrazol-5-one, 1-naphthol, 1,5-dihydroxynaphthalene, 2,7-dihydroxynaphthalene, 1,7-dihydroxynaphthalene, 1,8-dihydroxynaphthalene, 4-hydroxyindole, 6-hydroxyindole,7-hydroxyindole, 4-hydroxyindoline, 6-hydroxyindoline, 7-hydroxyindoline and their physiologically acceptable salts, and (F-2) at least one direct dye, and (F-3) at least one oxidizing agent, wherein - based on the total weight of the colorant (F) - the total amount of the couplers contained in the colorant (F) from the group of resorcinols, in particular from the group of resorcinol, 2-methylresorcinol and 4-chlororesorcinol, is below 0.1 wt.%, preferably below 0.05 wt.%, particularly preferably below 0.01 wt.% and very particularly preferably 0 wt.%, (2) exposure of the colorant (F) to the keratin fibers, (3) rinsing out the colorant (F), (4) application of a post-treatment agent N) to the keratin fibers, wherein the post-treatment agent (N) contains: (N-1) at least one nitrogen-containing compound selected from the group of organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxy-silanes,(5) allowing the aftertreatment agent (N) to act; and (6) optionally rinsing out the aftertreatment agent (N). Direct dyes (F-2) in the colorant. In addition to the oxidation dye precursor(s) (F-1), the Level 2 colorant (F) or intensive tint used in the process according to the invention contains at least one direct dye (F-2). These are dyes that are absorbed directly onto the hair and do not require an oxidative process to develop the color. Direct dyes are typically nitrophenylenediamines, nitroaminophenols, azo dyes, anthraquinones, triarylmethane dyes, or indophenols. The direct dyes within the meaning of the present invention have a solubility in water (760 mmHg) at 25°C of more than 0.5 g / L and are therefore not to be regarded as pigments. Preferably, the direct dyes within the meaning of the present invention have a solubility in water (760 mmHg) at 25°C of more than 1.0 g / L. The water solubility of direct dyes can be determined, for example, in the following way: 0.1 g of the direct dye is placed in a beaker. A stir bar is attached. Then 100 ml of water is added. This mixture is heated to 25 °C on a magnetic stirrer while stirring. It is stirred for 60 minutes. The aqueous mixture is then visually assessed. If undissolved residues remain, the amount of water is increased – for example, in 10 ml increments. Water is added until the used amount of dye has completely dissolved. If the dye-water mixture cannot be assessed visually due to the high intensity of the dye, the mixture is filtered. If a portion of undissolved dye remains on the filter paper, the solubility test is repeated with a larger amount of water. If 0.If 1 g of the anionic direct dye is dissolved in 100 ml of water at 25 °C, the solubility of the dye is 1.0 g / L. Direct dyes can be divided into cationic, anionic, and non-ionic direct dyes. When used in the process according to the invention, good color results with good leveling power could be achieved with non-ionic, anionic, and / or cationic dyes (F-2). In a further embodiment, the process according to the invention for dyeing keratin fibers or for improving the washfastness and / or leveling power of the dyed keratin fibers is characterized in that the colorant (F) contains at least one direct dye (F-2) selected from the group consisting of non-ionic, cationic, and anionic direct dyes.Particularly preferred are non-ionic direct dyes. Particularly suitable non-ionic direct dyes are the compounds known under the international names or trade names HC Yellow 2, HC Yellow 4, HC Yellow 5, HC Yellow 6, HC Yellow 12, HC Orange 1, Disperse Orange 3, HC Red 1, HC Red 3, HC Red 10, HC Red 11, HC Red 13, HC Red BN, HC Blue 2, HC Blue 11, HC Blue 12, Disperse Blue 3, HC Violet 1, Disperse Violet 1, Disperse Violet 4, Disperse Black 9, as well as 1,4-diamino-2-nitrobenzene, 2-amino-4-nitrophenol, 1,4-bis-(2-hydroxyethyl)-amino-2-nitrobenzene, 3-nitro-4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-aminophenol, 2-(2-Hydroxyethyl)amino-4,6-dinitro-phenol, 4-[(2-Hydroxyethyl)amino]-3-nitro-1-methylbenzene, 1-amino-4-(2-hydroxyethyl)-amino-5-chloro-2-nitrobenzene, 4-amino-3-nitrophenol,1-(2'-Ureidoethyl)amino-4-nitrobenzene, 2-[(4-amino-2-nitrophenyl)amino]benzoic acid, 6-nitro-1,2,3,4-tetrahydroquinoxaline, 2-hydroxy-1,4-naphthoquinone, picramic acid and its salts, 2-amino-6-chloro-4-nitrophenol, 4-ethylamino-3-nitrobenzoic acid and 2-chloro-6-ethylamino-4-nitrophenol. Suitable cationic direct dyes are HC Blue 16, Basic Blue 7, Basic Blue 26, Basic Violet 2 and Basic Violet 14, Basic Yellow 57, Basic Red 76, Basic Blue 16, Basic Blue 347 (Cationic Blue 347 / Dystar), HC Blue No. 16, Basic Blue 99, Basic Brown 16, Basic Brown 17, Yellow 87, Basic Orange 31 and Basic Red 51. Suitable anionic direct dyes are those known under the international names or trade names Bromophenol Blue, Tetrabromophenol Blue, Acid Yellow 1, Yellow 10, Acid Yellow 23, Acid Yellow 36, Acid Orange 7, Acid Red 33, Acid Red 52, Pigment Red 57:1, Acid Blue 7, Acid Green 50, Acid Violet 43,Acid Black 1 and Acid Black 52. In Level 2 colorations or intensive tints, the proportion of direct dyes is relatively high compared to the oxidation dye precursors present. The color shift caused by the washing out of the direct dyes is all the more visible the greater the proportion of direct dyes in the colorant. The improvement in leveling power that can be achieved by using the aftertreatment agent (N) is accordingly particularly pronounced in colorants with a high direct dye content (F-2). For this reason, the object of the invention could be achieved particularly well when the colorant (F) - based on the total weight of the colorant (F) - contains one or more direct dyes (F-2) in a total amount of 0.01 to 10.0 wt. %, preferably 0.05 to 7.5 wt. %, more preferably 0.1 to 5.0 wt.0 wt.% and most preferably from 0.3 to 2.5 wt.%. In a further embodiment, a process according to the invention is characterized in that the colorant (F) - based on the total weight of the colorant (F) - contains one or more direct dyes (F-2) in a total amount of from 0.01 to 10.0 wt.%, preferably from 0.05 to 7.5 wt.%, more preferably from 0.1 to 5.0 wt.% and most preferably from 0.3 to 2.5 wt.%. Oxidizing agent (F-3) in the colorant The oxidative colorant (F) contains at least one oxidizing agent (F-3). Hydrogen peroxide and / or one of its solid addition products with organic or inorganic compounds is preferably used as the oxidizing agent. Examples of such addition products are addition products with urea, melamine and sodium borate. In principle, potassium peroxodisulfate,Ammonium peroxodisulfate and / or sodium peroxodisulfate can be used as oxidizing agents. Hydrogen peroxide is very particularly preferred. As already described, the proportion of oxidizing agent or hydrogen peroxide in Level 2 colorations is relatively low compared to permanent Level 3 colorations, which means that although the oxidation dye precursors can form colored condensation products in the oxidative process, a significant lightening of the hair or keratin fibers does not occur. Preferred oxidative coloring agents (F) according to the invention contain the oxidizing agent (F-3), in particular hydrogen peroxide, therefore in an amount of 0.2 to 12.5 wt. %, preferably 0.4 to 7.0 wt. %, more preferably 0.5 to 4.5 wt. %, and very particularly preferably 0.7 to 3.5 wt.% - based on the total weight of the oxidative colorant (F). In a further embodiment, the process according to the invention for coloring the keratin fibers or for improving the washfastness and / or leveling ability of the colored keratin fibers is characterized in that the colorant (F) contains one or more oxidizing agents (F-3) in a total amount of 0.2 to 12.5 wt.%, preferably 0.4 to 7.0 wt.%, more preferably 0.5 to 4.5 wt.%, and most preferably 0.7 to 3.5 wt.%, based on the total weight of the colorant (F). In a further embodiment, the process according to the invention is also characterized in that the colorant (F) - based on the total weight of the colorant (F) - contains hydrogen peroxide (F-3) in an amount of 0.2 to 12.5 wt.%, preferably 0.4 to 7.0 wt.%, more preferably 0.5 to 4.5 wt.% and most preferably 0.7 to 3.Contains 5% by weight. Alkalizing agents Dyeing processes on keratin fibers usually take place in an alkaline environment. In order to protect the keratin fibers and also the skin as much as possible, setting an excessively high pH is undesirable. Therefore, it is preferred if the pH of the ready-to-use agent is between 6 and 11, in particular between 7 and 10.5. The pH values within the meaning of the present invention are pH values measured at a temperature of 22°C. The alkalizing agents usable according to the invention to set the preferred pH can be selected from the group consisting of ammonia, alkanolamines, basic amino acids, and inorganic alkalizing agents such as (alkali earth) metal hydroxides, (alkali earth) metal metasilicates, (alkali earth) metal phosphates and (alkali earth) metal hydrogen phosphates. Preferred inorganic alkalizing agents are magnesium carbonate,Sodium hydroxide, potassium hydroxide, sodium silicate, and sodium metasilicate. Organic alkalizing agents usable according to the invention are preferably selected from monoethanolamine, 2-amino-2-methylpropanol, and triethanolamine. The basic amino acids usable as alkalizing agents according to the invention are preferably selected from the group consisting of arginine, lysine, ornithine, and histidine, particularly preferably arginine. In a further embodiment, the method according to the invention for coloring the keratin fibers or for improving the washfastness of the colored keratin fibers is characterized in that the coloring agent (F) contains at least one alkalizing agent selected from the group consisting of C1-C6 alkanolamines, basic amino acids, and ammonia, preferably from C1-C6 alkanolamines. Furthermore, the colorant (F) may also contain further active ingredients, auxiliaries, and additives, such as, for example, cationic, nonionic, amphoteric, zwitterionic, and / or anionic surfactants, thickening polymers, film-forming polymers, structuring agents such as glucose, maleic acid, and lactic acid, hair-conditioning compounds such as phospholipids, for example, lecithin and cephalins; perfume oils, dimethyl isosorbide, and cyclodextrins; fiber-improving agents, especially mono-, di- and oligosaccharides such as glucose, galactose, fructose,Fructose and lactose; dyes for coloring the product; anti-dandruff active ingredients such as piroctone olamine, zinc omadine and climbazole; amino acids and oligopeptides; protein hydrolysates of animal and / or plant origin, as well as in the form of their fatty acid condensation products or, where appropriate, anionically or cationically modified derivatives; light protectants and UV blockers; active ingredients such as panthenol, pantothenic acid, pantolactone, allantoin, pyrrolidinone carboxylic acids and their salts and bisabolol; polyphenols, in particular hydroxycinnamic acids, 6,7-dihydroxycoumarins, hydroxybenzoic acids, catechins, tannins, leucoanthocyanidins, anthocyanidins, flavanones, flavones and flavonols; ceramides or pseudoceramides; vitamins, provitamins and vitamin precursors; plant extracts; Fats and waxes such as fatty alcohols, beeswax, montan wax and paraffins; swelling and penetrating agents such as glycerol, propylene glycol monoethyl ether, carbonates, hydrogen carbonates, guanidines,Ureas as well as primary, secondary and tertiary phosphates; opacifiers such as latex, styrene / PVP and styrene / acrylamide copolymers; pearlescent agents such as ethylene glycol mono- and distearate and PEG-3 distearate; and propellants such as propane-butane mixtures, N2O, dimethyl ether, CO2 and air. The selection of these additional substances will be made by the person skilled in the art according to the desired properties of the agent. Regarding further optional components and the amounts of these components used, reference is expressly made to the relevant manuals known to the person skilled in the art. The additional active ingredients and excipients are preferably used in the preparations according to the invention in amounts of 0.0001 to 25 wt.%, in particular 0.0005 to 15 wt.%, based on the total weight of the respective agent.After-treatment agent Following the application of the oxidative colorant (F), the after-treatment agent (N) is applied to the keratin fibers. The after-treatment agent (N) contains at least one nitrogen-containing compound selected from the group of organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxysilanes (N-1), which form a uniform and smooth film around the surface of the colored keratin fibers and thus prevent the oxidative and direct dyes from being washed out to varying degrees. The after-treatment agent (N) can, for example, be applied to the keratin fibers that are still damp from the washing out of the colorant (F) or to the dried keratin fibers. It is also possibleThe aftertreatment agent (N) is applied to the still damp or dried keratin fibers after washing the dyed keratin fibers. Organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxy-silanes (N-1) in the aftertreatment agent (N) As an essential component, the aftertreatment agent used in the process according to the invention contains at least one nitrogen-containing compound selected from the group of organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxy-silanes (N-1). According to IUPAC rules, the term silane refers to a group of chemical compounds.which are based on a silicon backbone and hydrogen. In organic silanes, the hydrogen atoms are completely or partially replaced by organic groups such as (substituted) alkyl groups and / or alkoxy groups. In organic silanes, some of the hydrogen atoms can also be replaced by hydroxyl groups. Organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxy-silanes have at least one amino group as part of their structural unit, which can also be substituted and thus represent an alkylamino group, a dialkylamino group, or a trialkylamino group. This amino group is linked to the silane part of the molecular structure via a C1-C6-alkylene linker (abbreviated to C1-C6-alkyl in the above designation). Furthermore, one to three C1-C6-alkoxy groups are located on the silicon atom forming the silane.which can hydrolyze in the presence of water and thus represent reactive groups. The C1-C6 alkoxy group(s) is preferably an ethoxy group or a methoxy group. Particularly suitable silanes (N-1) are the silanes of the formula (I) R1R2N-L-Si(OR3)a(R4)b (I), where - R1, R2, independently of one another, represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-C6 alkyl group, - L represents a linear or branched, divalent C1-C6 alkylene group, - R3 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group, - R4 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group, - a represents an integer from 1 to 3, and - b represents the integer 3 – a. In a further very particularly preferred embodiment, a process according to the invention is characterized in that the aftertreatment agent (N) contains at least one organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxysilane (N-1) of the formula (I) and / or its hydrolysis and / or condensation products, R1R2N-L-Si(OR3)a(R4)b (I), where - R1,R2 independently represents a hydrogen atom or a C1-C6 alkyl group, - L represents a linear or branched, divalent C1-C6 alkylene group, - R3 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group, - R4 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group, - a represents an integer from 1 to 3, and - b represents the integer 3 - a. The substituents R1, R2, R3, R4 and L in the compounds of formula (I) and (II) are exemplified below: Examples of a C1-C6 alkyl group are the groups methyl, ethyl, propyl, isopropyl, n-butyl, s-butyl and t-butyl, n-pentyl and n-hexyl. Propyl, ethyl and methyl are preferred alkyl radicals. Examples of a C2-C6 alkenyl group are vinyl, allyl, but-2-enyl, but-3-enyl, and isobutenyl. Preferred C2-C6 alkenyl radicals are vinyl and allyl. Examples of a linear divalent C1-C20 alkylene group are, for example, the methylene group (-CH2-), the ethylene group (-CH2-CH2-),the propylene group (-CH2-CH2-CH2-) and the butylene group (-CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-). The propylene group (-CH2-CH2-CH2-) is particularly preferred. From a chain length of 3 carbon atoms, divalent alkylene groups can also be branched. Examples of branched, divalent C3-C20 alkylene groups are (-CH2-CH(CH3)-) and (-CH2-CH(CH3)-CH2-). In the organic silicon compounds of the formula (I) R1R2N-L-Si(OR3), a (R4) b(I), the radicals R1 and R2 independently of one another represent a hydrogen atom or a C1-C6 alkyl group. Most preferably, the radicals R1 and R2 both represent a hydrogen atom. In the middle part of the organic silicon compound there is the structural unit or the linker -L- which represents a linear or branched, divalent C1-C6 alkylene group. A divalent C1-C6 alkylene group can alternatively be referred to as a divalent or divalent C1-C6 alkylene group, which means that each group L can form two bonds. One bond is from the amino group R1R2N to the linker L, and the second bond is between the linker L and the silicon atom. Preferably, -L- represents a linear, divalent (i.e., divalent) C1-C6 alkylene group. More preferably, -L- represents a linear divalent C1-C4 alkylene group.Particularly preferably, -L- represents a methylene group (-CH2-), an ethylene group (-CH2-CH2-), a propylene group (-CH2-CH2-CH2-), or a butylene group (-CH2-CH2-CH2-CH2-). Very particularly preferably, L represents a propylene group (-CH2-CH2-CH2-). The linear propylene group (-CH2-CH2-CH2-) can alternatively also be referred to as a propane-1,3-diyl group. The organic silicon compounds of the formula (I) R1R2N-L-Si(OR3). a (R4) b(I), each carry the silicon-containing group -Si(OR3)a(R4)b at one end. In the terminal structural unit -Si(OR3)a(R4)b, the radical R3 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group, and the radical R4 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group. Particularly preferably, R3 and R4 independently represent a methyl group or an ethyl group. Here, a represents an integer from 1 to 3, and b represents the integer 3 - a. If a represents the number 3, then b is 0. If a represents the number 2, then b is 1. If a represents the number 1, then b is 2. If the index number a represents the number 2 or 3, multiple OR3 units are present in the silane molecule of formula (I). In this case, the radical R3 in each of the OR3 units can be chosen independently of the other OR3 units. If, for example, a stands for the number 3, the silane molecule comprises three OR3 units, of which, for example, one unit can represent a hydroxyl group and two units an ethoxy group. Particularly resistant films could be produced if the colorant (F) contains at least one organic silicon compound (F-1) of the formula (I), in which, independently of one another, the radical R3 represents a hydrogen atom, a methyl group, or an ethyl group, and the radical R4 represents a methyl group or an ethyl group. When using the process for coloring human hair, colorations with the best washfastness and leveling properties could be obtained if the aftertreatment agent (N) contains at least one organic silicon compound (N-1) of the formula (I), in which, independently of one another, - the radical R3 represents a methyl group or an ethyl group, and - the radical R4 represents a methyl group or an ethyl group.Furthermore, dyeings with the best washfastness properties could be obtained when the aftertreatment agent (N) contains at least one organic silicon compound of the formula (I) in which the radical a stands for the number 3. In this case, the radical b stands for the number 0. In a further preferred embodiment, the dyeing agent (F) used in the process is characterized in that it contains at least one organic silicon compound (F-1) of the formula (I), where - R3 stands for a methyl group or an ethyl group, and - R4 stands for a methyl group or an ethyl group, and - a stands for the number 3, and - b stands for the number 0. Organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxy-silanes of the formula (I) which are particularly suitable for achieving the object according to the invention are - (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane. - (3-Aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane - (2-Aminoethyl)triethoxysilane - (2-Aminoethyl)trimethoxysilane - (3-Dimethylaminopropyl)triethoxysilane
[0002] - (3-Dimethylaminopropyl)trimethoxysilane - (2-Dimethylaminoethyl)triethoxysilane. - (2-Dimethylaminoethyl)trimethoxysilane and When used in a water-containing carrier, complete hydrolysis of the aforementioned organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxysilanes (N-1) leads to the corresponding silanetriols. These include, for example, the following compounds: 1-(2-Dimethylaminoethyl)silanetriol - 1-(3-Aminopropyl)silanetriol 1-(3-Dimethylaminopropyl)silanetriol The partial and complete hydrolysis products are also encompassed by the subject matter of the present invention. In a further preferred embodiment, a process according to the invention is characterized in that the aftertreatment agent (N) contains one or more amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxysilanes (N-1) selected from the group consisting of (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane, (3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane, (2-aminoethyl)triethoxysilane, (2-aminoethyl)trimethoxysilane, (3-dimethylaminopropyl)triethoxysilane, (3-dimethylaminopropyl)trimethoxysilane, (2-dimethylaminoethyl)triethoxysilane, (2-dimethylaminoethyl)trimethoxysilane, and / or their hydrolysis and / or condensation products. The aforementioned organic silicon compounds of the formula (I) are commercially available. (3-Aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane can be purchased, for example, from Sigma-Aldrich. (3-Aminopropyl)triethoxysilane is also commercially available from Sigma-Aldrich.It has been found to be preferred if the aftertreatment agent (N) - based on the total weight of the aftertreatment agent (N) - contains one or more organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxy-silanes (N-1) and / or their hydrolysis and / or condensation products in a total amount of 0.1 to 20 wt.%, preferably 1 to 15 wt.%, more preferably 2 to 12 wt.% and particularly preferably 2 to 8 wt.%. In a further particularly preferred embodiment, a process according to the invention is characterized in that the aftertreatment agent (N) - based on the total weight of the aftertreatment agent (N) - contains one or more organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxysilanes (N-1) in a total amount of 0.1 to 20 wt.%, preferably 1 to 15 wt.%, more preferably 2 to 12 wt.% and particularly preferably 2 to 8 wt.%.In further dyeing tests, it has also been found to be particularly advantageous if the aftertreatment agent (N) used in the process additionally contained at least one organic silicon compound (N-2) of the formula (II) R5Si(OR6). k (R7) m (II). The organic silicon compound(s) of formula (II) can also be referred to as silanes of the alkylalkoxysilane or alkylhydroxysilane type, R5Si(OR6)k(R7)m (II), where - R5 represents a C1-C 18-alkyl group, - R6 represents a C1-C6-alkyl group, - R7 represents a C1-C6-alkyl group, - k represents an integer from 1 to 3, and - m represents the integer 3 - k. In a further preferred embodiment, a process according to the invention is characterized in that the aftertreatment agent (N) contains at least one organic silicon compound (N-2) of the formula (II) and / or its hydrolysis and / or condensation products, R5Si(OR6)k(R7)m (II), where - R5 represents a C1-C 18 -alkyl group, - R6 represents a C1-C6-alkyl group, - R7 represents a C1-C6-alkyl group, - k represents an integer from 1 to 3, and - m represents the integer 3 – k. In the organic silicon compounds of the formula (II), the radical R5 represents a C1-C18-alkyl group. This C1-C 18 -Alkyl group is saturated and can be linear or branched. Preferably, R5 represents a linear C1-C 18-Alkyl group. R5 preferably represents a methyl group, an ethyl group, an n-propyl group, an n-butyl group, an n-pentyl group, an n-hexyl group, an n-octyl group, an n-dodecyl group, or an n-octadecyl group. R5 particularly preferably represents a methyl group, an ethyl group, an n-hexyl group, or an n-octyl group. In the organic silicon compounds of the formula (II), the radical R6 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group. R6 particularly preferably represents a methyl group or an ethyl group. If the index number k represents the number 2 or 3, several OR6 units are present in the silane molecule of the formula (II). In this case, the radical R6 in each of the OR6 units can be selected independently of the other OR6 units. For example, if k represents the number 3, the silane molecule comprises three OR6 units, of which one unit can represent a hydroxy group and two units an ethoxy group. In the organic silicon compounds of form (II), the radical R7 represents a C1-C6 alkyl group. R7 particularly preferably represents a methyl group or an ethyl group. Furthermore, k represents an integer from 1 to 3, and m represents the integer 3 – k. If k represents the number 3, then m is 0. If k represents the number 2, then m is 1. If k represents the number 1, then m is 2. Particularly stable films, i.e. colorations with particularly good washfastness properties, could be obtained when an aftertreatment agent (N) was used in the process which, in addition to the silane(s) (N-1) of formula (I), contained at least one organic silicon compound of formula (II) in which the radical k represents the number 3. In this case, the radical m represents the number 0. Organic silicon compounds of formula (II) which are particularly suitable for achieving the object according to the invention are - methyltrimethoxysilane. - Methyltriethoxysilane
[0003] - Ethyltriethoxysilane - n-hexyltriethoxysilane - n-dodecyltrimethoxysilane and / or - n-Dodecyltriethoxysilane.
[0004] n-Octadecyltrimethoxysilane and / or n-octadecyltriethoxysilane. When used in a water-containing medium, these compounds also hydrolyze and, upon complete hydrolysis, form the corresponding triols. These partial or complete hydrolysis products are also encompassed by the subject matter of the present invention. In a further preferred embodiment, a process according to the invention is characterized in that the aftertreatment agent (N) contains one or more organic C1-C18-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxysilanes (N-2) selected from the group consisting of methyltrimethoxysilane, methyltriethoxysilane, ethyltrimethoxysilane, ethyltriethoxysilane, hexyltrimethoxysilane, hexyltriethoxysilane, octyltrimethoxysilane, octyltriethoxysilane, dodecyltrimethoxysilane, dodecyltriethoxysilane, and / or their hydrolysis and / or condensation products. It has been found to be preferred if the aftertreatment agent (N) - based on the total weight of the aftertreatment agent (N) - contains one or more organic C1-C18-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxysilanes (N-2) and / or their hydrolysis and / or condensation products in a total amount of 0.1 to 30.0 wt.%, preferably of 0.5 to 20.0 wt.%, more preferably of 5.0 to 15.0 wt.% and very particularly preferably of 6.0 to 8.0 wt.%. In a further particularly preferred embodiment, a process according to the invention is therefore characterized in that the aftertreatment agent (N) - based on the total weight of the aftertreatment agent (N) - one or more organic C1-C18-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxysilanes (N-2) and / or their hydrolysis and / or condensation products in a total amount of 0.1 to 30.0 wt.%, preferably from 0.5 to 20.0 wt.%, more preferably from 5.0 to 15.0 wt.% and very particularly preferably from 6.0 to 8.0 wt.-%. In an explicitly particularly preferred embodiment, a method is characterized in that a post-treatment agent (N) is applied to the keratinic fibers, which post-treatment agent contains at least one organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxy-silane (N-1) selected from the group consisting of (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane and (3-aminopropyl)trimethoxysilane, and additionally contains at least one organic C1-C18-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxy-silane (N-2) selected from the group consisting of methyltrimethoxysilane, methyltriethoxysilane, ethyltrimethoxysilane, ethyltriethoxysilane, propyltrimethoxysilane, propyltriethoxysilane, hexyltrimethoxysilane and hexyltriethoxysilane. Oligomers and / or condensation products of the organosilicon compounds In the case of the previously described organic silicon compounds or silanes of the formulas (I) and (II), even the addition of small amounts of water leads to hydrolysis or oligomerization and / or polymerization. The extent of oligomerization or polymerization depends on the amount of water that comes into contact with the silane(s) of formulas (I) or (II). The aim of the process according to the invention is that the formation of the colored film, i.e. the final polymerization originating from the silanes (N-1), occurs when the aftertreatment agent (N) is already present on the keratin fibers. However, due to the high reactivity of the silanes (N-1) (or (N-1) and (N-2)), oligomerization or precondensation may have already taken place before application of the aftertreatment agent (N), and the silanes may already be hydrolyzed, oligomerized, or in small proportions even polymerized in the aftertreatment agent (N). For this reason, both the silanes of formulas (I) or (II) and their hydrolysis products, oligomers, and / or condensation products may be present in the aftertreatment agent (N).According to the invention, the term "silanes of formula (I) or (II)" therefore also encompasses their hydrolysis products, oligomers, and / or condensation products. The corresponding hydrolysis products, oligomers, and / or condensation products are, for example, the following compounds: Hydrolysis of C1-C6-alkoxysilane of formula (I) with water (reaction scheme using 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane as an example): Depending on the amount of water used, the hydrolysis reaction can also take place several times per C1-C6 alkoxy silane used: Hydrolysis of C1-C6 alkoxy silane of formula (II) with water (reaction scheme using methyltrimethoxysilane as an example): Depending on the amount of water used, the hydrolysis reaction can also take place several times per C1-C6 alkoxy silane used: or OMe OH CH3 Si OMe + 3 H 2 O CH3 Si OH + 3 MeOHOMe OH Possible condensation reactions are, for example (shown using the mixture (3-aminopropyl)triethoxysilane and methyltrimethoxysilane): In the above exemplary reaction schemes, the condensation to form a dimer is shown in each case, but more extensive condensations to form oligomers with several silane atoms are also possible and also preferred. A condensation product is understood to be a product which is formed by the reaction of at least two organic silicon compounds, each having at least one hydroxyl group or hydrolyzable group per molecule, with elimination of water and / or with elimination of an alkanol. The condensation products can be, for example, dimers, but also trimers or oligomers, whereby the condensation products are in equilibrium with the monomers.Depending on the amount of water used or consumed in the hydrolysis, the equilibrium shifts from monomeric organic silicon compounds to condensation product. Particularly good results were obtained when silanes of the formula (I) and (II) were used in the process. Since, as already described, hydrolysis / condensation begins even with traces of moisture, the hydrolysis and / or condensation products of the organic silicon compounds (I) and (II) are also encompassed by this embodiment. Cosmetic carrier of the aftertreatment agent (N) The aftertreatment agent (N) particularly preferably contains the silanes (N-1) (or the silanes (N-1) and (N-2)) in a cosmetic carrier. The aftertreatment agent (N) is preferably formulated with a low water content or without water, and this cosmetic carrier is therefore preferably not water.Particularly suitable as cosmetic carriers are, for example, compounds from the group consisting of ethanol, isopropanol, 1,2-propylene glycol, 1,3-propylene glycol, ethylene glycol, 1,2-butylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, glycerin, phenoxyethanol, benzyl alcohol, poly-C1-C6-alkylene glycols, dimethyl carbonate, diethyl carbonate, ethylene carbonate, propylene carbonate, butylene carbonate, and glycerol carbonate. Ethanol and isopropanol have shown particularly good suitability in this regard. In a further particularly preferred embodiment, a process according to the invention is characterized in that the aftertreatment agent (N) contains at least one solvent (N-3) other than water, which is selected from the group consisting of ethanol, isopropanol, 1,2-propylene glycol, 1,3-propylene glycol, ethylene glycol, 1,2-butylene glycol, dipropylene glycol, diethylene glycol monoethyl ether, glycerol, phenoxyethanol, benzyl alcohol, poly-C1-C6-alkylene glycols, dimethyl carbonate, diethyl carbonate, ethylene carbonate, propylene carbonate, butylene carbonate, and glycerol carbonate, preferably from the group consisting of ethanol and isopropanol. Suitable poly-C1-C6-alkylene glycols include, in particular, the polyethylene glycols, as described, for example, by the formula (AG). where p is an integer from 1 to 1000, preferably 1 to 100, particularly preferably 2 to 50. The alkylene glycols of the formula (AG) are protic substances having at least one hydroxyl group which, due to their repeating unit -CH2-CH2-O-, provided p is at least 2, can also be referred to as polyethylene glycols. In the alkylene glycols of the formula (AG), p is an integer from 1 to 10,000. In the context of the work leading to this invention, it has been found that these polyethylene glycols are particularly suitable for improving the fastness properties of the colorants and for optimally adjusting the viscosity of the agents. 1,2-Propylene glycol is alternatively also called 1,2-propanediol and has the CAS numbers 57-55-6 [(RS)-1,2-dihydroxypropane], 4254-14-2 [(R)-1,2-dihydroxypropane] and 4254-153 [(S)-1,2-dihydroxypropane].1,3-Propylene glycol is alternatively known as 1,3-dihydroxypropane or 1,3-propanediol and has the CAS number 504-63-2. 1,2-Butylene glycol can also be called 1,2-butanediol and has the CAS numbers 584-03-2 (racemate), 40348-66-1 ((R)-enantiomer), and 73522-17-5 ((S)-enantiomer). Dipropylene glycols (or oxydipropanols) form a group of substances derived from the glycol ether. The group of dipropylene glycols includes 2,2′-oxydi-1-propanol with CAS number 108-61-2, 1,1′-oxydi-2-propanol with CAS number 110-98-5 and 2-(2-hydroxypropoxy)-1-propanol with CAS No. 106-62-7. The mixture of these three isomers has CAS No. 25265-71-8. Ethanol has CAS No. 64-17-5. Isopropanol is also known as 2-propanol and has CAS No. 67-63-0. Ethylene glycol is also known as 1,2-ethanediol and has CAS No. 107-21-1.Diethylene glycol monoethyl ether can also be referred to as ethoxydiglycol, ethyldiglycol, or 2-(2-ethoxyethoxy)ethanol and has the CAS number 111-90-0. Glycerin is also referred to as 1,2,3-propanetriol and has the CAS number 56-81-5. Phenoxyethanol has the CAS number 122-99-6. Benzyl alcohol can also be referred to as phenylmethanol and has the CAS number 100-51-6. All of the solvents described above are commercially available from various chemical suppliers such as Aldrich or Fluka. One solvent particularly suitable for the post-treatment agent (N) is ethylene glycol, which belongs to the group of poly-C1-C6-alkylene glycols and contains repeating -CH2-CH2-O- units. Ethylene glycols are compounds of the formula (EG). (EG), where y is an integer from 1 to 10,000, preferably an integer from 2 to 500, more preferably an integer from 3 to 100, and most preferably an integer from 5 to 30. If y is the number 1, the ethylene glycol of the formula (EG) is ethylene glycol itself, which is alternatively also referred to as 1,2-ethanediol and has the CAS number 107-21-1. The polyethylene glycols of the formula (EG) are protic substances with at least two hydroxyl groups, which, due to their repeat unit -CH2-CH2-O-, since y is a value of at least 2, can also be referred to as polyalkylene glycols or polyethylene glycols. In the alkylene glycols of the formula (EG), y is an integer from 1 to 10,000.In the course of the work leading to this invention, it has been found that these polyethylene glycols are particularly suitable for improving the fastness properties of the colorants and for optimally adjusting the viscosity of the agents. Depending on their chain length, polyethylene glycols are liquid or solid, water-soluble polymers. Polyethylene glycols with a molecular weight between 200 g / mol and 400 g / mol are non-volatile liquids at room temperature. PEG 600 has a melting range of 17 to 22 °C and thus a paste-like consistency. With molecular weights above 3000 g / mol, the PEGs are solid substances and are marketed as flakes or powder. In particular, the use of low molecular weight alkylene glycols (or polyethylene glycols) has proven particularly suitable for solving the problem according to the invention.Polyethylene glycols) in the sense of the present invention, y is an integer from 1 to 100, preferably an integer from 1 to 80, more preferably an integer from 2 to 60, even more preferably an integer from 3 to 40, even more preferably an integer from 4 to 20 and very particularly preferably an integer from 6 to 15. In a further very particularly preferred embodiment, an aftertreatment agent (N) according to the invention is characterized in that it contains at least one polyethylene glycol of the formula (EG-1). (EG-1), where y1 is an integer from 2 to 100, preferably an integer from 2 to 80, more preferably an integer from 2 to 60, even more preferably an integer from 3 to 40, even more preferably an integer from 4 to 20, and most preferably an integer from 6 to 15. A particularly preferred low-molecular-weight polyethylene glycol is, for example, PEG-8. PEG-8 comprises on average 8 ethylene glycol units (y1 = 8), has an average molecular weight of 400 g / mol, and has the CAS number 25322-68-3. PEG-8 is alternatively also referred to as PEG 400 and is commercially available, for example, from APS. Other suitable low-molecular-weight polyethylene glycols include PEG-6, PEG-7, PEG-9, and PEG-10. Another suitable polyethylene glycol is, for example, PEG-32.PEG-32 comprises 32 ethylene glycol units (y1 = 32), has an average molecular weight of 1500 g / mol, and bears the CAS number 25322-68-3. PEG-32 is also alternatively referred to as PEG 1500 and can be purchased commercially, for example, from Clariant. Furthermore, the use of high-molecular-weight polyethylene glycols has also proven particularly suitable for achieving the objective of the invention. High-molecular-weight polyethylene glycols within the meaning of the present invention can be represented by the formula (EG-2), where the index number y2 represents an integer from 101 to 10,000. In the case of particularly suitable high-molecular-weight polyethylene glycols, y2 is an integer from 101 to 1000, preferably an integer from 105 to 800, more preferably an integer from 107 to 600, even more preferably an integer from 109 to 400, and most preferably an integer from 110 to 200. In a further very particularly preferred embodiment, an aftertreatment agent (N) according to the invention is characterized in that it contains at least one alkylene glycol of the formula (EG-2), (EG-2), where y2 is an integer from 101 to 1000, preferably an integer from 105 to 800, more preferably an integer from 107 to 600, even more preferably an integer from 109 to 400, and most preferably an integer from 110 to 200. A particularly suitable high-molecular-weight polyethylene glycol is, for example, PEG 6000, which can be obtained commercially from National Starch (China). The molecular weight of PEG 6000 is 6000 to 7500 g / mol, which corresponds to a y2 value of 136 to 171. Another suitable polyethylene glycol is PEG 12000, which is marketed commercially, for example, under the trade name Polyethylene Glycol 12000 S (or PEG 12000 S) by CG Chemicals. The molecular weight of PEG 12000 is given as 10500 to 15000 g / mol, corresponding to a y2 value of 238 to 341.Another highly suitable polyethylene glycol is PEG 20000, which is commercially available from Clariant under the trade name Polyglycol 20000 P or under the alternative name PEG-350. PEG 20000 has an average molecular weight of 20000 g / mol, corresponding to a y2 value of 454. The solvent(s) are preferably used in specific quantity ranges in the post-treatment agent (N). The post-treatment agent (N) preferably contains one or more solvents in a total amount of 10.0 to 99.0 wt. %, preferably 30.0 to 99.0 wt. %, more preferably 50.0 to 99.0 wt. %, and most preferably 70.0 to 99.0 wt. %, based on the total weight of the post-treatment agent (N).Within the scope of a further particularly preferred embodiment, a process according to the invention is therefore characterized in that the aftertreatment agent (N) - based on the total weight of the aftertreatment agent (N) - contains one or more solvents in a total amount of 10.0 to 99.0 wt.%, preferably 30.0 to 99.0 wt.%, more preferably 50.0 to 99.0 wt.% and very particularly preferably 70.0 to 99.0 wt.%. Within the scope of a further very particularly preferred embodiment, a process according to the invention is therefore characterized in that the aftertreatment agent (N) contains one or more ethylene glycols of the formula (EG). where y is an integer from 1 to 10,000, preferably an integer from 2 to 500, more preferably an integer from 3 to 100 and most preferably an integer from 5 to 30. In a very particularly preferred embodiment, a process according to the invention is characterized in that the aftertreatment agent (N) - based on the total weight of the aftertreatment agent (N) - contains one or more ethylene glycols of the formula (EG) in a total amount of 10.0 to 99.0 wt.%, preferably 30.0 to 99.0 wt.%, more preferably 50.0 to 99.0 wt.% and most preferably 70.0 to 99.0 wt.%, where y is an integer from 1 to 10,000, preferably an integer from 2 to 500, more preferably an integer from 3 to 100, and most preferably an integer from 5 to 30. Further optional ingredients in the aftertreatment agent (N) In principle, the aftertreatment agent (N) can also contain one or more further cosmetic ingredients. The cosmetic ingredients that can optionally be used in the aftertreatment agent (N) can be any suitable components for imparting further positive properties to the agent. For example, the aftertreatment agent (N) may contain one or more solvents, a thickening or film-forming polymer, a surface-active compound from the group of nonionic, cationic, anionic, or zwitterionic / amphoteric surfactants, fatty components from the group of C8-C30 fatty alcohols, hydrocarbon compounds, fatty acid esters, acids and bases belonging to the group of pH regulators, perfumes, preservatives, plant extracts, and protein hydrolysates. The selection of these additional substances will be made by the person skilled in the art according to the desired properties of the agent. Regarding further optional components and the amounts of these components used, reference is expressly made to the relevant manuals known to the person skilled in the art. As already described above, the organic C1-C6 alkoxysilanes can react not only with water but also with other cosmetic ingredients. To avoid these undesirable reactions, the aftertreatment agent (N) therefore preferably contains no further ingredients or only selected ingredients that have been found to be chemically inert towards the C1-C6 alkoxysilanes. In this context, it has proven particularly preferred to use a cosmetic ingredient from the group consisting of hexamethyldisiloxane, octamethyltrisiloxane, decamethyltetrasiloxane, hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane, octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and / or decamethylcyclopentasiloxane in composition (A). Hexamethyldisiloxane has the CAS number 107-46-0 and can be purchased commercially, for example, from Sigma-Aldrich. CH3CH3H3C Si O Si CH3CH3CH3Octamethyltrisiloxane has the CAS number 107-51-7 and is also commercially available from Sigma-Aldrich. . Decamethyltetrasiloxane has the CAS number 141-62-8 and is also commercially available from Sigma-Aldrich. Hexamethylcyclotrisiloxane has the CAS No. 541-05-9. Octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane has the CAS No. 556-67-2. Decamethylcyclopentasiloxane has the CAS No. 541-02-6. The use of hexamethyldisiloxane in the aftertreatment agent (N) has proven particularly preferred. Particularly preferably, hexamethyldisiloxane—based on the total weight of the aftertreatment agent (N)—is present in the aftertreatment agent (N) in amounts of 10.0 to 50.0 wt.%, preferably 15.0 to 45.0 wt.%, more preferably 20.0 to 40.0 wt.%, even more preferably 25.0 to 35.0 wt.%, and very particularly preferably 31.0 to 34.0 wt.%. In a further very particularly preferred embodiment, a process according to the invention is characterized in that the aftertreatment agent (N) - based on the total weight of the aftertreatment agent (N) - 10.0 to 50.0 wt.%, preferably 15.0 to 45.0 wt.%, more preferably 20.0 to 40.0 wt.%, even more preferably 25.0 to 35.0 wt.-% and most preferably 31.0 to 34.0 wt.% hexamethyldisiloxane.Steps in the process The process for dyeing keratin fibers, in particular human hair, comprises, in the order given, (1) application of a dye (F) to the keratin fibers, wherein the dye (F) contains: (F-1) at least one oxidation dye precursor and (F-2) at least one direct dye, and (F-3) at least one oxidizing agent, (2) exposure of the dye (F) to the keratin fibers, (3) rinsing of the dye (F), (4) application of a post-treatment agent N) to the keratin fibers, wherein the post-treatment agent (N) contains: (N-1) at least one nitrogen-containing compound selected from the group of organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxysilanes and / or their hydrolysis and / or condensation products, (5) exposure of the post-treatment agent (N) and (6) optionally Rinse out the after-treatment agent (N).The process for improving the washfastness and / or leveling ability of dyed keratin fibers dyed by applying a dyeing agent (F) containing at least one oxidation dye precursor (F-1), at least one direct dye (F-2), and at least one oxidizing agent (F-3) comprises applying a post-treatment agent (N) to the dyed keratin fibers, which post-treatment agent contains at least one nitrogen-containing compound selected from the group consisting of organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxysilanes (N-1) and / or their hydrolysis and / or condensation products. In both processes, which are essentially identical in structure, the dyeing agent (F) is first applied to the keratin fibers, followed by the application of the post-treatment agent (N).The washout of the combination of oxidatively condensed oxidation dyes and direct dyes can be reduced or prevented by using the after-treatment product (N). Furthermore, the use of the after-treatment product (N) also minimizes the color shift caused by washout. To maximize this effect, the after-treatment product (N) is preferably applied either directly after applying and washing out the colorant (F), or before, during, or after the first shampoo. Depending on the user's habits, shampooing is typically done every one to four days. The period between the application of the colorant (F) and the application of the after-treatment agent (N) is therefore preferably a maximum of 96 hours, more preferably a maximum of 72 hours, even more preferably a maximum of 48 hours, even more preferably a maximum of 12 hours, and most preferably a maximum of 3 hours. The best results were obtained when the after-treatment agent (N) was applied for the first time before the colored keratin fibers were washed for the first time. In a further very particularly preferred embodiment, a method according to the invention is therefore characterized in that there is a period of a maximum of 48 hours, preferably a maximum of 24 hours, more preferably a maximum of 12 hours, even more preferably a maximum of 6 hours, and most preferably a maximum of 3 hours between the application of the colorant (F) and the application of the after-treatment agent (N).The colorant (F) applied in step (1) of the coloring process represents the ready-to-use colorant or the ready-to-use Level 2 coloration, which is typically obtained by first mixing a color cream containing oxidation dye precursors and direct dyes with an oxidation agent preparation. This ready-to-use colorant (F) can be applied, for example, using a brush or applicator, or with a gloved hand. In step (2), the colorant (F) is allowed to act on the keratin fibers. Typical exposure times are, for example, 5 to 45 minutes. After exposure, the colorant (F) is washed out of the keratin fibers in step (3). Washing out can be done either with water or with water and shampoo. After the dyeing process, in step (4) the after-treatment agent (N) is applied to the keratin fibers and left to act (step (5)).The treatment can be left on for a period of 1 to 60 minutes, preferably 5 to 45 minutes. In principle, the aftertreatment agent (N) can be rinsed out again after treatment. However, a particularly good improvement in washfastness and leveling could be achieved when the aftertreatment agent (N) was designed as a leave-on product, in which the keratin fibers still covered with the aftertreatment agent (N) were dried. Furthermore, it has proven particularly advantageous to apply the aftertreatment agent (N) to damp or towel-dried hair or keratin fibers. When applied to damp hair strands, the amount of water required for the hydrolysis or condensation of the silanes is already present on the keratin fibers, and the hydrolysis and condensation of the silanes begins upon contact between the organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxy-silanes and the damp hair strand.Particularly preferred is therefore also the dyeing of keratin fibers, in particular human hair, comprising, in the order given, (1) application of a dye (F) to the keratin fibers, wherein the dye (F) contains: (F-1) at least one oxidation dye precursor and (F-2) at least one direct dye, and (F-3) at least one oxidizing agent, (2) exposure of the dye (F) to the keratin fibers, (3) rinsing of the dye (F), (4) application of a post-treatment agent N) to moist keratin fibers, wherein the post-treatment agent (N) contains: (N-1) at least one nitrogen-containing compound selected from the group of organic amino-C1-C6-alkyl-C1-C6-alkoxysilanes and / or their hydrolysis and / or condensation products, (5) exposure of the post-treatment agent (N) and (6) If necessary, rinse out the after-treatment agent (N).When the keratin fibers covered with the aftertreatment agent (N) are dried, it can be advantageous to shorten the drying time by means of a heat treatment. In a further explicitly particularly preferred embodiment, a method according to the invention is therefore characterized by heating the keratin fibers covered with the aftertreatment agent (N) to a temperature of more than 40°C. The heating accelerates the evaporation of the water still present and / or the solvents contained in the aftertreatment agent (N), so that the silane film can form particularly well. Since the aftertreatment agent is not washed out before drying, the method in this embodiment is a leave-on aftertreatment method. Heating or heat treatment is understood to mean that the keratin material is brought into contact with a heated device orthis heated device is applied to or on the keratin material. Furthermore, the keratin material can also be brought into contact with warm / hot air for the heat treatment. The device used can be, for example, a hairdryer, a blow dryer, a heat cap, a straightening iron, a curling iron or an infrared lamp. Within the scope of a particularly preferred embodiment, a method according to the invention is characterized in that the heating to more than 40 °C takes place by using a hairdryer, a blow dryer, a heat cap, a straightening iron, a curling iron or an infrared lamp. Furthermore, it has been found that it is preferred if the treatment temperature during the heat treatment is between 40 °C and 210 °C, preferably from 40 °C to 190 °C, more preferably from 45 °C to 170 °C, even more preferably from 45 °C to 100 °C and most preferably from 50 °C to 80 °C.In other words, it has proven particularly preferred if the heat treatment is carried out using a device that is heated to a temperature of 40°C to 210°C, preferably from 40°C to 190°C, more preferably from 45°C to 170°C, even more preferably from 45°C to 100°C, and most preferably from 50°C to 80°C. Within the scope of a further particularly preferred embodiment, a method according to the invention is characterized by heating the keratin fibers covered with the aftertreatment agent (N) to a temperature of 40°C to 210°C, preferably from 40°C to 190°C, more preferably from 45°C to 170°C, even more preferably from 45°C to 100°C, and most preferably from 50°C to 80°C. The duration of the heat treatment can be adapted to the selected temperature range. For example, a heat treatment can be carried out for a duration of 5 seconds to 60 minutes, preferably from 15 seconds to 45 minutes, more preferably from 15 seconds to 30 minutes, and most preferably from 15 seconds to 15 minutes. In the course of the method according to the invention, the keratin fibers can be subjected to a heat treatment entirely, but the treatment of partial areas of the keratin fibers can also be included. Complete heat treatment of the keratin fibers is preferred, i.e. preferably all keratin fibers to which the aftertreatment agent (N) has been applied are treated with heat. During the heat treatment or heating, the keratin fibers can also be combed or brushed. For example, the keratin fibers or the hair can be treated with a hairdryer, which blows warm or hot air onto the fibers, if necessary while combing or brushing. This air is most preferably 50 to 80°C.Alternatively, the keratin material or the hair is held under an infrared lamp, which is particularly preferably set to a temperature of 50 to 80°C. For the purpose of heat treatment, hair can also be pressed between two appropriately temperature-controlled plates of a straightening iron, whereby the plates can simultaneously be moved along the fiber. The plates of the straightening iron can, for example, be set to a temperature of up to 210°C. Within the scope of another particularly preferred embodiment, a method according to the invention is characterized in that the heat treatment is carried out using a hair dryer, a blow dryer, a heat cap, a straightening iron, a curling iron, or an infrared lamp.Furthermore, a method comprising the following steps is very particularly preferred (1) applying the colorant (F), as described above, to the keratin fibers, (2) allowing the colorant applied in step (1) to act, (3) rinsing out the colorant, (4) applying the after-treatment agent (N), as described above, (5) allowing the after-treatment agent (N) applied in step (4) to act, and (6) heating the keratin fibers covered with the after-treatment agent (N) to a temperature of more than 40 °C. In the particularly preferred leave-on method, the after-treatment agent (N) is applied to the keratin fibers (step (4)), followed by the act (step (5)). During the act, the after-treatment agent (N) is evenly distributed over the keratin fibers.Since the aftertreatment agent (N) is no longer rinsed out of the keratin fibers in this embodiment, the exposure time cannot be precisely defined, but in principle lasts until the dried aftertreatment agent is removed from the keratin fibers again (e.g. by washing the hair or mechanical abrasion). The exposure (step (5)) and the heating or drying of the keratin fibers (step (6)) can therefore also overlap in time. According to the invention, the exposure of the liquid aftertreatment agent can, for example, last until the aftertreatment agent in step (6) is completely dry, which, depending on the temperature, can take, for example, 5 to 60 minutes. Repeated application of the aftertreatment agent (N) Good improvements in washfastness and leveling were also observed when the aftertreatment agent (N) was repeatedly applied to the dyed keratin fibers.Repeated use is conceivable, for example, before, during, or especially preferably after each hair wash. This allows the user to wash their hair as usual with shampoo, rinse out the shampoo, then apply or spray the aftercare product (N) to damp, slightly dried, or dry hair, and then dry the hair treated with the aftercare product. Improving washfastness and leveling ability The previously described aftercare products (N) improve the washfastness and leveling ability of keratin fibers, or hair colored with an oxidative colorant (F). The washfastness of an oxidative color shade refers to the color change of the hair strand colored with this shade under the influence of multiple hair washes. This color change can involve a shift in the color towards a different shade or a fading of the color. Both color changes are equally undesirable for the user. Color shades with good washfastness do not change in color, or hardly change in color, even after repeated hair washes. For the purposes of the present invention, an improvement in washfastness means that keratin fibers that were previously colored with the oxidative colorant (F) still have a higher color intensity after a defined number of hair washes when using the aftertreatment agent (N) than without the use of the aftertreatment agent (N). The improvement in washfastness can be quantified, for example, by colorimetric measurements (measurement of the L, a, b values) and calculation of the color difference. The smaller the color difference between washed and unwashed hair, the better the washfastness or color retention. Leveling power refers to the color loss that can be seen on different sections of the colored hair - either directly after coloring or after coloring and a defined number of washes. With good leveling power, for example, both the roots and the tips of the hair are colored in exactly the same shade despite their different degrees of damage, and a color shift from the roots to the tips is not noticeable. In the best case, this uniformity of color is present both directly after coloring and after one or more washes. The leveling power can be quantified, for example, by colorimetric measurements (measurement of the L, a, b values) of the different strand sections and calculation of the color difference, i.e.for example, the color difference between the color at the roots of the hair and the color at the ends. The smaller the color difference between the damaged and undamaged parts of the hair, the better the leveling ability of a color. For the purposes of the present invention, an improvement in leveling ability means that keratin fibers with varying degrees of damage, such as leveling strands previously colored with the oxidative colorant (F), exhibit a smaller color difference between the differently damaged hair sections when the aftertreatment agent (N) is used than would be the case without the use of the aftertreatment agent (N).

The hair strands were then rinsed under running water for 1 minute. Immediately afterward, the after-treatment product (N) was applied to the still-damp hair strands (0.4 g after-treatment product per 1 g strand) and massaged in. The after-treatment product was left on for 5 minutes, then water was applied again (0.4 g water per 1 g strand). Each strand was carefully massaged again. After a contact time of 5 minutes, each strand was dried at 50°C without rinsing out the after-treatment product. For comparison, strands were dyed with the dye (F1 or F2), but the strands were not treated with the after-treatment agent (N).After drying, the color of each strand was visually assessed under a daylight lamp. 4. Measurement of Washfastness Following coloring and aftertreatment, each colored strand underwent 8, 12, or 16 manual hair washes. For each wash, the strand was moistened, then a commercially available shampoo (Schwarzkopf, Schauma 7 Kräuter) was massaged into the strand for 25 seconds (0.25 g of shampoo per gram of hair). The strand was then rinsed with lukewarm tap water for 30 seconds and dried. After 8, 12, and 16 washes, the strands were visually assessed again under a daylight lamp. For comparison, hair strands were treated with the colorant (F1 or F2) as described above, but without any aftertreatment and then washed 8, 12, or 16 times.HW = Hair washes Color intensity: ++++ very high +++ high +++ medium + low Comparison, shade brown-orange Shade brown-orange (F1 = Color Cream 1 + OX) (F1 = Color Cream 1 + OX) Coloring without aftercare Coloring and aftercare with (N) brown-orange brown-orange 0 HW ++++ ++++ brown-orange brown-orange 8 HW ++++ ++++ brown-orange brown-orange 12 HW +++ ++++ pale brown-orange brown-orange 16 HW ++ +++ Comparison, shade reddish light brown Shade reddish light brown (F2 = Color Cream 2 + OX) (F2 = Color Cream 2 + OX) Coloring without aftercare Coloring and aftercare with (N) reddish light brown reddish light brown HW +++ +++ reddish light brown reddish light brown HW +++ +++ light brown reddish light brown HW ++ +++ light brown light brown HW + ++.
