[0060] In order to make the objectives, technical solutions and advantages of the present application clearer, the embodiments of the present application will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
[0061] When the following description refers to the accompanying drawings, unless otherwise indicated, the same numbers in different drawings represent the same or similar elements. The embodiments described in the following exemplary embodiments do not represent all embodiments consistent with the present application. Instead, they are merely examples of devices and methods consistent with certain aspects of the present application, as detailed in the appended claims.
[0062] Example 1
[0063] Referring to Figures 1 to 3 , an embodiment of the present application provides a connector 10. Connector 10 includes a housing 11 and a connector terminal 12. Housing 11 includes a first housing portion 111 and a second housing portion 112 connected to first housing portion 111. First housing portion 111 has higher heat resistance than second housing portion 112. First housing portion 111 is formed with a first port 1111 and a second port 1114. Connector terminal 12 is mounted to first housing portion 111 via second port 1114. In conjunction with Figures 4 and 5 , connector terminal 12 is configured to electrically connect to compressor terminal 21 that extends through first port 1111.
[0064] In the embodiment of the present application, the housing 11 is split into a first housing portion 111 and a second housing portion 112, which facilitates the assembly of the connector terminals 12. The first housing portion 111 has higher heat resistance than the second housing portion 112. Compared with the second housing portion 112, the first housing portion 111 is less likely to deform under high temperature conditions. Thus, the first port 1111 is disposed in the first housing portion 111. When the connector 10 is connected to the compressor 20, the first housing portion 111 is close to the compressor 20. The first housing portion 111 has higher heat resistance, which can prevent the internal connector terminals 12 from being softened by high temperatures, thereby extending the service life of the connector terminals 12.
[0065] The first housing portion 111 can be made of a highly heat-resistant material. For example, the first housing portion 111 can include at least one of PBT (poly butylene terephthalate) and GF (glass fiber). In the embodiment of the present application, the first housing portion 111 is made of PBT + 30% GF, a high-temperature and fire-resistant insulation material that prevents softening of the connector terminals 12 during operation.
[0066] 3 , the second housing portion 112 can cover the second port 1114 and the connector terminal 12. The provision of the second port 1114 facilitates installation of the connector terminal 12 within the housing 11. The second housing portion 112 covers the second port 1114 and the connector terminal 12, allowing the connector terminal 12 and the compressor terminal 21 to be enclosed by the housing 11 of the connector 10 when connected, thereby preventing the presence of refrigerant near the connector terminal 12 and the compressor terminal 21 from sparking when connected.
[0067] The second housing portion 112 may include an injection-molded housing portion connected to the first housing portion 111, and / or the second housing portion 112 may include a glue-filled housing portion connected to the first housing portion 111. The injection-molded housing portion is formed by an injection molding process, and the injection-molded housing portion is connected to the first housing portion 111, so that the injection-molded housing portion and the first housing portion 111 are at least an integrally-molded structure. Specifically, after the first housing portion 111 is molded, at least the first housing portion 111 is placed in a mold to form a cavity for molding the injection-molded housing portion, and then a molding compound is injected into the cavity to obtain the injection-molded housing portion.
[0068] The glue-potted housing portion is formed by a glue-potting process, and the glue-potted housing portion is connected to the first housing portion 111. Therefore, the glue-potted housing portion and the first housing portion 111 are at least an integrally molded structure formed by glue-potting. Specifically, the first housing portion 111 is formed with a molding groove, and at least the molding groove participates in constructing the glue-potted housing portion. Then, molding material is injected into the molding groove to obtain the glue-potted housing portion.
[0069] In summary, regardless of whether the second housing portion 112 includes an injection-molded housing portion or a glue-filled housing portion, the second housing portion 112 and the first housing portion 111 can be integrally formed. This improves the tightness of the connection between the second housing portion 112 and the first housing portion 111, and the sealing between the second housing portion 112 and the first housing portion 111, compared to independently molding the second housing portion 112 and the first housing portion 111 and then assembling them. The second housing portion 112 and the first housing portion 111 of the connector 10 are sealed, and when the connector 10 is connected to the compressor 20, the first housing portion 111 and the surface of the compressor 20 are sealed due to the presence of the seal 13. Thus, the overall sealing of the connector 10 can be improved.
[0070] The second housing portion 112 can be made of a sealant shell, which provides excellent sealing performance. The second housing portion 112 can be elastic or non-elastic, allowing for flexible design based on actual needs. In the embodiment of the present application, the second housing portion 112 can be made of PVC (Polyvinyl chloride), which has excellent elasticity and sealing properties. The second housing portion 112 can be made of plastic or silicone, without limitation.
[0071] To enhance the connection reliability between the second housing portion 112 and the first housing portion 111, one of the second housing portion 112 and the first housing portion 111 can be provided with a hook 1121, and the other can be provided with a slot 1115 that matches the hook 1121, with the hook 1121 located within the slot 1115. The second housing portion 112 and the first housing portion 111 can be hooked together via the hook 1121, preventing them from easily disengaging. It is understood that the second housing portion 112 can be provided with the hook 1121 and the first housing portion 111 can be provided with the slot 1115; alternatively, the second housing portion 112 can be provided with the slot 1115 and the first housing portion 111 can be provided with the hook 1121, without limitation.
[0072] It is understandable that the second housing portion 112 can be integrally formed as an injection-molded housing portion, or the second housing portion 112 can be integrally formed as a glue-potted housing portion, so as to simplify the processing technology of the second housing portion 112 and reduce the manufacturing cost of the connector 10 .
[0073] Referring to Figures 3 and 5 , connector 10 further includes a seal 13, which is located on one side of first housing portion 111 where first port 1111 is located and surrounds first port 1111. Seal 13 is attached to first housing portion 111. This placement of seal 13 in first housing portion 111 prevents deformation of first housing portion 111, even when heat from the surface of compressor 20 is transferred to seal 13 and first housing portion 111. This provides a stable support for seal 13, ensuring a tight seal between compressor 20 and connector 10, while also ensuring a smooth connection between the two.
[0074] It is understood that opposite sides of the seal 13 may respectively abut the surface of the compressor 20 and the first housing portion 111 to achieve sealing between the surface of the compressor 20 and the first housing portion 111. In an exemplary embodiment, the seal 13 may be disposed on the port surface of the first housing portion 111 where the first port 1111 is located. In this case, to achieve a reliable connection between the seal 13 and the first housing portion 111, the seal 13 and the first housing portion 111 may be connected by adhesive or other means to prevent the seal 13 from falling off.
[0075] In another exemplary embodiment, an annular groove 1113 may be provided on one side of the first port 1111 of the first shell portion 111, and the annular groove 1113 is arranged around the first port 1111. Part of the seal 13 may be located in the annular groove 1113. The setting of the annular groove 1113 can, on the one hand, position the installation position of the seal 13 on the first shell portion 111, thereby speeding up the assembly speed between the seal 13 and the first shell portion 111; on the other hand, it can restrain the seal 13, thereby accommodating the deformation of the seal 13 caused by extrusion and making it difficult to move.
[0076] 3 , the portion of the seal 13 located in the annular groove 1113 may include a first portion 131 and a second portion 132 distributed in the depth direction of the annular groove 1113. The first portion 131 may be located within the annular groove 1113, and the second portion 132 may be located outside the annular groove 1113. The second portion 132 located outside the annular groove 1113 may deform when the connector 10 is connected to the compressor 20, thereby improving the tightness of the connection between the connector 10 and the compressor 20.
[0077] It is understood that the annular groove 1113 may or may not be in communication with the first port 1111. In the embodiment of the present application, the annular groove 1113 is not in communication with the first port 1111 to prevent the seal 13 from deforming toward the first port 1111 during compression and deformation, thereby affecting the installation stability of the seal 13. It should be noted that the seal 13 can be installed in the annular groove 1113 by snap-fitting or by bonding, etc., without limitation.
[0078] The seal 13 can be any device with sealing performance, such as a sealing ring, etc. In the embodiment of the present application, the seal 13 is a device with elasticity and high heat resistance. The seal 13 is elastic so that when the connector 10 is connected to the compressor 20, the seal 13 can be in a compressed state to improve the tightness of the connection between the connector 10 and the compressor 20. The seal 13 has high heat resistance, which can prevent the seal 13 from being damaged by the surface heat of the compressor 20 and improve the service life of the seal 13. Specifically, the seal 13 can be a silicone rubber seal, which has low cost and is elastic and highly heat-resistant.
[0079] 3 , the connector 10 further includes a cover member, which covers the second port 1114, and the second housing portion 112 covers the cover member. The cover member prevents moisture, dust, and other impurities from entering the first housing portion 111 and affecting the performance of the connector terminal 12. Furthermore, when the second housing portion 112 includes an injection-molded housing portion or a glue-filled housing portion, the cover member prevents the molding compound of the second housing portion 112 from passing through the second port 1114 and reaching the connector terminal 12, thereby wrapping the connector terminal 12 and ensuring effective electrical connection between the connector terminal 12 and the compressor terminal 21.
[0080] The connector terminal 12 and the cover member may abut or have a gap therebetween. Referring to FIG3 , if there is a gap between the connector terminal 12 and the cover member, the connector terminal 12 can deform toward the gap when plugged into the compressor terminal 21 to avoid damage caused by forced insertion of the connector terminal 12 and the compressor terminal 21.
[0081] The cover assembly may include a cover plate 14 , the cover plate 14 covers the second port 1114 and the connector terminal 12 , and the second housing portion 112 covers the cover plate 14 .
[0082] One of the cover plate 14 and the first housing portion 111 can be provided with a limiting protrusion 141, and the other can be provided with a limiting groove 1116, with the limiting protrusion 141 located within the limiting groove 1116. The provision of the limiting protrusion 141 and the limiting groove 1116 can facilitate positioning of the cover plate 14 and the first housing portion 111 during assembly, thereby improving assembly efficiency of the cover plate 14 and the first housing portion 111. It is understood that the limiting protrusion 141 can be provided on the cover plate 14 and the limiting groove 1116 can be provided on the first housing portion 111; alternatively, the limiting groove 1116 can be provided on the cover plate 14 and the limiting protrusion 141 can be provided on the first housing portion 111, without limitation. In the embodiment of the present application, a limiting protrusion 141 is provided on the cover plate 14, and a limiting groove 1116 is provided on the first shell portion 111. Since the cover plate 14 is relatively thin, providing the limiting protrusion 141 on the cover plate 14 is more conducive to improving the structural strength of the cover plate 14 than the limiting groove 1116.
[0083] Referring to FIG. 5 , the first housing portion 111 is formed with a first cavity 1117 for accommodating the connector terminal 12. The first cavity 1117 may be formed with a second port 1114. The connector 10 may include at least two connector terminals 12, and the first housing portion 111 may be formed with at least two first cavities 1117, equal in number to the at least two connector terminals 12. Each connector terminal 12 is mounted in a one-to-one correspondence with each first cavity 1117. For example, the connector 10 may include two connector terminals 12 and the first housing portion 111 may be formed with two first cavities 1117; alternatively, the connector 10 may include three connector terminals 12 and the first housing portion 111 may be formed with three first cavities 1117, and so on, without limitation.
[0084] It should be noted that when at least two first chambers 1117 are formed on the first housing portion 111 , the first housing portion 111 has at least two second ports 1114 , and the cover plate 14 covers all the second ports 1114 .
[0085] It is understood that when the connector 10 includes at least two connector terminals 12, the compressor 20 includes at least two compressor terminals 21, the same number as the at least two connector terminals 12, and each compressor terminal 21 is electrically connected to each connector terminal 12 in a one-to-one correspondence. Due to factors such as manufacturing errors, the compressor terminals 21 of the compressor 20 inevitably have tolerances. For example, there are certain tolerances in the thickness of the compressor terminals 21, the inclination of the compressor terminals 21, and the spacing between adjacent compressor terminals 21. To ensure effective electrical connection between the compressor terminals 21 and the connector terminals 12 despite these tolerances, the connector terminals 12 are movable within the first chamber 1117 along a first direction to accommodate the tolerances of the compressor terminals 21.
[0086] Specifically, the connector terminal 12 may have a mating surface 121 and a back surface 122 opposite the mating surface 121. The mating surface 121 is configured to contact the compressor terminal 21 when the connector terminal 12 is connected to the compressor terminal 21, while the back surface 122 is configured to face away from the compressor terminal 21 when the connector terminal 12 is connected to the compressor terminal 21. The mating surface 121 may extend along the mating direction between the compressor terminal 21 and the connector terminal 12. The first direction may be perpendicular to the mating direction between the compressor terminal 21 and the connector terminal 12. The connector terminal 12 can move within the first cavity 1117 along the first direction by providing a gap between the back surface 122 and the inner wall of the first cavity 1117 along the first direction. This allows the compressor terminal 21, when inserted into the first cavity 1117 to contact the connector terminal 12, to deform toward the gap to accommodate the tolerance of the compressor terminal 21.
[0087] Furthermore, in the first direction, the gap G1 between the back surface 122 and the inner wall of the first chamber 1117 satisfies the following: 0.1 mm ≤ G1 ≤ 2 mm. By properly limiting the gap G1 between the back surface 122 and the inner wall of the first chamber 1117 in the first direction, it is possible to avoid both excessive space waste and insufficient clearance that could damage the compressor terminals 21 and connector terminals 12 due to forced insertion. Optionally, G1 can be 0.1 mm, 0.5 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, and so on, without limitation.
[0088] One of the connector terminal 12 and the compressor terminal 21 can be a male terminal, and the other can be a female terminal. In the embodiment of the present application, the connector terminal 12 is a female terminal, and the compressor terminal 21 is a male terminal. The connector terminal 12 is formed with a plug hole 123, and at least a portion of the compressor terminal 21 is inserted into the plug hole 123 and electrically connected to the connector terminal 12.
[0089] Specifically, in an exemplary solution, referring to FIG6 , the connector terminal 12 includes a first main board 124, two first bent plates 125 connected to the first main board 124, and two second bent plates 126 connected to the first main board 124. The first main board 124 extends along the above-mentioned plug-in direction, and the two first bent plates 125 are located on the same side of the first main board 124 along a direction perpendicular to the board surface of the first main board 124. The two first bent plates 125 are located on opposite sides of the first main board 124 along a direction perpendicular to the plug-in direction and parallel to the board surface of the first main board 124. One end of each first bent plate 125 is connected to the first main board 124, and each first bent plate 126 is connected to the first main board 124. The other end of the plate 125 is bent and extended in a direction away from the first main board 124; one end of each second bent plate 126 is connected to the end of each first bent plate 125 facing away from the first main board 124, and the other end of each second bent plate 126 is bent and extended in a direction toward each other and toward the first main board 124. Each second bent plate 126 is spaced apart from the first main board 124 to form a first insertion hole 1231. The two second bent plates 126 are spaced apart in a direction perpendicular to the insertion direction and parallel to the plate surface of the first main board 124 to form second insertion holes 1232. The insertion holes 123 include a first insertion hole 1231 and a second insertion hole 1232. In this manner, the structure of the connector terminal 12 is more stable and less prone to deformation, and both the first insertion hole 1231 and the second insertion hole 1232 can achieve connection with the compressor terminal 21, making the connection more reliable. The plug-in surface 121 of the connector terminal 12 may include a surface of the first main board 124 close to the two first bent plates 125 and a surface of the two second bent plates 126 close to each other. The back surface 122 of the connector terminal 12 may be a surface of the first main board 124 facing away from the two first bent plates 125, and the first direction may be perpendicular to the surface of the first main board 124.
[0090] In this exemplary embodiment, referring to Figures 6 and 7 , the connector 10 includes three connector terminals 12: a first connector terminal 12a, a second connector terminal 12b, and a third connector terminal 12c. The first main plates 124 of the three connector terminals 12 are arranged at an angle to each other. Specifically, in a clockwise direction, the angle θ1 between the first main plate 124 of the first connector terminal 12a and the first main plate 124 of the second connector terminal 12b is greater than or equal to 20° and less than or equal to 40°, and the angle θ2 between the first main plate 124 of the first connector terminal 12a and the first main plate 124 of the third connector terminal 12c is greater than or equal to 50° and less than or equal to 70°. It will be appreciated that the orientation of the compressor terminals 21 corresponds to the orientation of the corresponding connector terminals 12. This arrangement ensures a feasible mating arrangement between the three connector terminals 12 and the three compressor terminals 21, effectively preventing mis-mating. It can be understood that the angle θ1 between the first main board 124 of the first connector terminal 12a and the first main board 124 of the second connector terminal 12b can be 20°, 25°, 30°, 35°, 40°, etc., and the angle θ2 between the first main board 124 of the first connector terminal 12a and the first main board 124 of the third connector terminal 12c can be 50°, 55°, 60°, 65°, 70°, etc.
[0091] In this exemplary embodiment, referring to Figures 8 and 9, the compressor terminal 21 may include a first plug-in portion 211 inserted into the first plug-in hole 1231, and a second plug-in portion 212 inserted into the second plug-in hole 1232. The first plug-in portion 211 may be a generally sheet-like structure extending in the plug-in direction, and the second plug-in portion 212 may be a generally columnar structure extending in the plug-in direction, thereby enhancing the structural strength of the compressor terminal 21 and preventing deformation. Along the plug-in direction, the cross-sectional profile of the first plug-in portion 211 may be generally narrow square, and the cross-sectional profile of the second plug-in portion 212 may be generally circular, without limitation. The first plug-in portion 211 may be connected to the second plug-in portion 212, and the first plug-in portion 211 may be connected to the main body of the compressor 20.
[0092] In this exemplary embodiment, 0.2 mm ≤ G1 ≤ 2 mm. Further, 0.4 mm ≤ G1 ≤ 1 mm. For example, G1 can be 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.9 mm, 1 mm, etc., without limitation.
[0093] Specifically, in another exemplary embodiment, referring to Figures 10 to 16 , connector terminal 12 includes an electrical connection portion 127 for electrically connecting to compressor terminal 21. Electrical connection portion 127 is formed with a plug-in hole 123 and includes an inlet portion 1271 and a mounting portion 1272 arranged along the insertion direction. Inlet portion 1271 is closer to first port 1111 than mounting portion 1272. That is, when plugged into connector terminal 12, compressor terminal 21 first enters inlet portion 1271 and then enters mounting portion 1272. The inner diameter of inlet portion 1271 gradually decreases and then increases along the direction from inlet portion 1271 to mounting portion 1272. This allows compressor terminal 21 to be constrained by the smaller diameter of inlet portion 1271 when connected to connector terminal 12, thus avoiding the risk of mismatch between compressor 20 and connector 10. When the compressor terminal 21 is connected to the mounting portion 1272 of the connector terminal 12, the large diameter of the mounting portion 1272 facilitates installation of the compressor terminal 21 and improves installation efficiency. The inner diameter of the guide portion 1271 gradually decreases and then increases along the direction from the guide portion 1271 to the mounting portion 1272. This allows for a smooth change in the inner diameter of the guide portion 1271, enhancing the smooth connection between the compressor terminal 21 and the connector terminal 12.
[0094] In this exemplary embodiment, the compressor terminal 21 can be substantially cylindrical and extend in the plugging direction to simplify the structure of the compressor terminal 21 and reduce manufacturing costs. The cross-sectional profile of the compressor terminal 21 along the plugging direction can be substantially circular, square, etc., without limitation.
[0095] In this exemplary embodiment, the connector terminal 12 may be provided with at least one notch 1273 . The notch 1273 extends along the axis of the insertion hole 123 and penetrates the end of the connector terminal 12 near the first port 1111 . When the compressor terminal 21 is initially inserted into the connector terminal 12 , the notch 1273 facilitates deformation of the connector terminal 12 , thereby accommodating tolerances of the compressor terminal 21 , such as thickness, tilt, etc. The notch 1273 may be provided on the electrical connection portion 127 .
[0096] In this exemplary embodiment, 0.1 mm ≤ G1 ≤ 1 mm. Further, 0.1 mm ≤ G1 ≤ 0.8 mm. For example, G1 can be 0.1 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, etc., without limitation.
[0097] First housing portion 111 may further include a second chamber 1118 communicating with first chamber 1117. Second chamber 1118 is closer to first port 1111 than first chamber 1117. Along the insertion direction, the cross-sectional profile of second chamber 1118 is larger than the cross-sectional profiles of all first chambers 1117. Furthermore, along the insertion direction, the cross-sectional profiles of all first chambers 1117 are located within the cross-sectional profile of second chamber 1118. Thus, when connector 10 includes at least two connector terminals 12 and compressor 20 includes at least two compressor terminals 21, when connecting to connector terminals 12, all compressor terminals 21 can pass through second chamber 1118 and then reach their corresponding first chamber 1117, thereby achieving electrical connection with the corresponding connector terminals 12. Further, referring to Figures 8, 9 and 14, the compressor 20 may include a terminal seat 23 for fixing the compressor terminal 21, and the terminal seat 23 protrudes relative to the compressor body. When the compressor terminal 21 is connected to the connector terminal 12, the terminal seat 23 can be located in the second chamber 1118.
[0098] Referring again to Figures 1 to 3, the connector 10 also includes a connecting wire 15, which is electrically connected to the connector terminal 12 and is used to enable signal interaction between the compressor 20 and the outside world when the connector terminal 12 is connected to the compressor terminal 21. Among them, one end of the connecting wire 15 connected to the connector terminal 12 is wrapped by the second shell portion 112 to improve the connection reliability between the connecting wire 15 and the connector terminal 12 and improve the sealing of the connector 10. Specifically, when the second shell portion 112 includes an injection molding shell portion and / or a glue-filling shell portion, the second shell portion 112 can directly wrap the end of the connecting wire 15 connected to the connector terminal 12 during injection molding and / or glue-filling. If the connector 10 includes multiple connector terminals 12, the connecting wire 15 is electrically connected to the multiple connector terminals 12.
[0099] 4 , the connector 10 further includes a first connector 16. The compressor 20 is provided with a second connector 22. The first connector 16 and the second connector 22 are connected to improve the connection reliability between the connector 10 and the compressor 20. The first connector 16 and the second connector 22 can be connected by plugging, snap-fitting, threading, or the like, without limitation.
[0100] In an embodiment of the present application, the first connecting member 16 and the second connecting member 22 are connected by a nut locking mechanism. Specifically, a mounting hole is formed on the first connecting member 16, and the second connecting member 22 is passed through the mounting hole and fixed with the nut through a thread. By tightening the nut, the distance between the compressor 20 and the connector 10 can be shortened, thereby achieving compression of the seal 13.
[0101] In a second aspect, embodiments of the present application provide a heating and ventilation system, comprising the aforementioned connector 10 and a compressor 20 connected to the connector 10. The heating and ventilation system may include an air conditioner, a multi-split unit, a heat pump, or other heating or cooling system, which is not limited in the embodiments of the present application.
[0102] The HVAC system includes a connector 10. The specific structure of the connector 10 refers to the above embodiment. Since the HVAC system adopts all the technical solutions of all the above embodiments, it at least has all the effects brought by the technical solutions of the above embodiments, which will not be described one by one here.
[0103] Example 2
[0104] 12 and 16 , this embodiment differs from the first embodiment in that, when the connector terminal 12 includes an electrical connection portion 127, the cover member may include a blocking portion 128. The blocking portion 128 is located on the side of the electrical connection portion 127 near the second port 1114. The blocking portion 128 and the electrical connection portion 127 are integrally formed. The second housing portion 112 covers the blocking portion 128, which in turn covers the second port 1114. Alternatively, the blocking portion 128 covers the insertion hole 123 of the electrical connection portion 127. In other words, there is no need for a separate cover plate 14. Instead, the blocking portion 128 on the connector terminal 12 can directly cover the second port 1114 or insertion hole 123. This prevents molding compound from entering the electrical connection portion 127 through the second port 1114 or insertion hole 123 during the injection molding or potting of the housing portion, thereby affecting the effective electrical connection between the electrical connection portion 127 and the compressor terminal 21.
[0105] The blocking portion 128 can be formed by local stamping and bending of the electrical connection portion 127 , which has a simple processing technology and saves materials; for example, the blocking portion 128 is formed by stamping and bending the material corresponding to a stamping hole on the electrical connection portion 127 .
[0106] One of the electrical connection portion 127 and the first housing portion 111 may be formed with a rib 1291, and the other may be provided with a groove, with the rib 1291 positioned within the groove. The provision of the rib 1291 and the groove can improve the connection reliability between the electrical connection portion 127 and the first housing portion 111. The rib 1291 may extend circumferentially or axially of the insertion hole 123, without limitation.
[0107] The connector terminal 12 may further include a lap portion 1292 , which protrudes outward relative to the electrical connection portion 127 and is used to lap the first housing portion 111 to limit the depth of the connector terminal 12 inserted into the first housing portion 111 , etc.
[0108] 12 and 15 , the connector terminal 12 may further include an embedding portion 1293, which is embedded in the second housing portion 112. Thus, when the second housing portion 112 includes an injection-molded housing portion and / or a potted housing portion, the embedding portion 1293 is integrally connected to the second housing portion 112, thereby improving the installation stability of the connector terminal 12 in the housing 11.
[0109] It should be noted that even though the embedding portion 1293 is embedded in the second housing portion 112, since the electrical connection portion 127 is located in the first cavity 1117 of the first housing portion 111 and a gap G1 is present between the back surface 122 of the electrical connection portion 127 and the inner wall of the first cavity 1117, the electrical connection portion 127 can still move toward the gap when electrically connecting to the compressor terminal 21 to accommodate the tolerance of the compressor terminal 21. Furthermore, by using a sealing rubber shell with a certain degree of elasticity in the second housing portion 112, a certain degree of deflection of the electrical connection portion 127 can be achieved.
