Description

Elastic layer for wearable sanitary products and preparation method thereof Technical Field

[0001] The present invention relates to the field of sanitary care, and in particular to an elastic layer for wearable sanitary products and a preparation method thereof. Background Art

[0002] The waistband of the wearable sanitary product is provided with an elastic layer to provide elasticity, thereby making the diapers / pull-up pants suitable for users with different waist circumferences.

[0003] Existing elastic layers typically consist of two base materials on either side, with multiple rubber bands added between them. To ensure the elastic effect, manufacturers minimize the spacing between the rubber bands. However, when making the elastic layer, each rubber band typically needs to be sprayed with glue. This is done by placing multiple rubber bands into the gaps of a dedicated spraying device, with one rubber band placed in each gap. The spray gun then sprays the rubber bands in the gaps. This method has the following drawbacks:

[0004] The smaller the spacing between the rubber bands, the higher the gap accuracy requirement for the spraying device. It is difficult for general spraying devices to achieve this accuracy requirement, which increases the cost and difficulty of spraying.

[0005] The information disclosed in this background section is only intended to enhance understanding of the overall background of the invention and should not be considered as an admission or any form of suggestion that the information constitutes the prior art already known to a person skilled in the art.

[0070] Example 1

[0071] FIG1A is a schematic diagram of the internal structure of a first elastic layer for a wearable sanitary product provided by an embodiment of the present invention; FIG1B is a three-dimensional exploded view corresponding to FIG1A .

[0072] As shown in FIG. 1A and FIG. 1B , the elastic layer for a wearable sanitary product of Example 1 includes: a first base material 101 , a second base material 102 , a third base material 103 , a plurality of first elastic bands 201 , and a plurality of second elastic bands 202 .

[0073] The first base material 101 , the second base material 102 and the third base material 103 are stacked in sequence.

[0074] The plurality of first elastic cords 201 constitute a first group of elastic cords. The plurality of first elastic cords 201 are disposed between the first base material 101 and the second base material 102. The spacing D1 between two adjacent elastic cords in the plurality of first elastic cords 201 is 0.2 to 12 mm (e.g., 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1 mm, 1.1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.3 mm, 1.4 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.6 mm, 1.7 mm, 1.8 mm, 1.9 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, 11 mm, or 12 mm). Preferably, the spacing D1 between two adjacent elastic cords in the plurality of first elastic cords 201 is 2 to 12 mm.

[0075] The plurality of second elastic cords 202 constitute a second group of elastic cords. The plurality of second elastic cords 202 are disposed between the second base material 102 and the third base material 103. The spacing D2 between two adjacent elastic cords in the plurality of second elastic cords 202 is 0.2 to 12 mm (e.g., 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1 mm, 1.1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.3 mm, 1.4 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.6 mm, 1.7 mm, 1.8 mm, 1.9 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, 11 mm, or 12 mm). Preferably, the spacing D2 between two adjacent elastic cords in the plurality of second elastic cords 202 is 2 to 12 mm.

[0076] The projections of the plurality of first elastic bands 201 and the plurality of second elastic bands 202 in the vertical direction are staggered so that the combined spacing D0 of adjacent first elastic bands 201 and second elastic bands 202 is 0.1 to 6 mm (e.g., 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 3.5 mm, 4 mm, 4.5 mm, 5 mm, 5.5 mm, 6 mm). Preferably, the combined spacing D0 of adjacent first elastic bands 201 and second elastic bands 202 is 1 to 6 mm.

[0077] In Example 1, the projections of the first elastic cords 201 and the second elastic cords 202 are staggered in the vertical direction, so that the elastic layer can meet the smaller spacing while reducing the precision requirement of the spraying device, thereby reducing the cost and difficulty of spraying during the production process.

[0078] For example, in the prior art, when the spacing between adjacent rubber bands is 3 mm, the gap accuracy of the spraying device is also required to be 3 mm.

[0079] When the implementation scheme of Example 1 is adopted, the spacing between adjacent first rubber bands 201 and second rubber bands 202 is also 3 mm (i.e., D0 is 3 mm). Since the projections of the plurality of first rubber bands 201 and the plurality of second rubber bands 202 in the vertical direction are staggered, only the spacing between two adjacent rubber bands among the plurality of first rubber bands 201 needs to be 6 mm (i.e., D1 is 6 mm), and only the spacing between two adjacent rubber bands among the plurality of second rubber bands 202 needs to be 6 mm (i.e., D2 is 6 mm). At this time, the gap accuracy of the spraying device only needs to be 6 mm.

[0080] In an exemplary embodiment, the first base material 101 / the second base material 102 / the third base material 103 can be non-woven fabrics, such as spunlace fabrics, spunbond fabrics or spunmelt fabrics.

[0081] When the diaper is worn on a person, the first base material 101, the second base material 102, the third base material 103, the first elastic bands 201 and the second elastic bands 202 of the elastic layer of the wearable sanitary product extend along the circumference of the waist of the human body.

[0082] It should be noted that Figures 1A to 6 of the present invention merely illustrate the general shapes of the layers and the approximate positional relationships between them. To better distinguish the boundaries between the layers, gaps are shown between the layers in Figures 1A to 6. However, in actual products, there are no gaps between the first base material 101, the second base material 102, and the third base material 103; instead, they are bonded together.

[0083] In an exemplary embodiment, the peel strength between the first base material 101 and the second base material 102 is from about 1 N / cm to about 15 N / cm (e.g., 1 N / cm, 2 N / cm, 3 N / cm, 4 N / cm, 5 N / cm, 6 N / cm, 7 N / cm, 8 N / cm, 9 N / cm, 10 N / cm, 11 N / cm, 12 N / cm, 13 N / cm, 14 N / cm, 15 N / cm).

[0128] Example 13

[0129] As shown in FIG5I , the elastic layer for a wearable sanitary product of Example 13 includes: a first base material 101 , a second base material 102 , a third base material 103 , a fourth base material 104 , a plurality of first elastic bands 201 , a plurality of second elastic bands 202 , and a plurality of third elastic bands 203 .

[0131] The plurality of first rubber bands 201 constitute a first group of rubber bands. The plurality of first rubber bands 201 are disposed between the first base material 101 and the second base material 102 , and a distance between two adjacent rubber bands in the plurality of first rubber bands 201 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0132] The plurality of second rubber bands 202 constitute a second group of rubber bands. The plurality of second rubber bands 202 are disposed between the second base material 102 and the third base material 103 , and a distance between two adjacent rubber bands in the plurality of second rubber bands 202 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0133] The plurality of third rubber bands 203 constitute a third group of rubber bands. The plurality of third rubber bands 203 are disposed between the third base material 103 and the fourth base material 104 , and a distance between two adjacent rubber bands in the plurality of third rubber bands 203 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0134] The projections of the plurality of first rubber bands 201 , the plurality of second rubber bands 202 and the plurality of third rubber bands 203 in the vertical direction are staggered, so that the combined spacing D0 between adjacent rubber bands is 0.1 to 6 mm.

[0135] The difference between Example 13 and Example 5 is that the number of third elastic bands 203 in Example 13 is less than that in Example 5. This results in multiple combined spacings in Example 13, namely, combined spacings D01 and D02. This embodiment can also vary the final combined spacing, that is, more than one combined spacing can be present in the same elastic layer.

[0136] Example 14

[0137] As shown in FIG6 , the elastic layer for a wearable sanitary product of Example 14 includes: a first base material 101 , a second base material 102 , a third base material 103 , a fourth base material 104 , a fifth base material 105 , a plurality of first elastic bands 201 , a plurality of second elastic bands 202 , a plurality of third elastic bands 203 , and a plurality of fourth elastic bands 204 .

[0138] The first base material 101 , the second base material 102 , the third base material 103 , the fourth base material 104 and the fifth base material 105 are stacked in sequence.

[0139] The plurality of first rubber bands 201 constitute a first group of rubber bands. The plurality of first rubber bands 201 are disposed between the first base material 101 and the second base material 102 , and a distance between two adjacent rubber bands in the plurality of first rubber bands 201 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0140] The plurality of second rubber bands 202 constitute a second group of rubber bands. The plurality of second rubber bands 202 are disposed between the second base material 102 and the third base material 103 , and a distance between two adjacent rubber bands in the plurality of second rubber bands 202 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0141] The plurality of third rubber bands 203 constitute a third group of rubber bands. The plurality of third rubber bands 203 are disposed between the third base material 103 and the fourth base material 104 , and a distance between two adjacent rubber bands in the plurality of third rubber bands 203 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0142] The plurality of fourth rubber bands 204 constitute a fourth group of rubber bands. The plurality of fourth rubber bands 204 are disposed between the fourth base material 104 and the fifth base material 105 . The distance between two adjacent rubber bands in the plurality of fourth rubber bands 204 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0143] The projections of the first rubber bands 201 , the second rubber bands 202 , the third rubber bands 203 and the fourth rubber bands 204 in the vertical direction are staggered so that the combined spacing D0 between adjacent rubber bands is 0.1 to 6 mm.

[0144] The material of the base material, the peel strength between adjacent base materials, the average decitex, stretching range and number of rubber bands in Examples 2 to 12 and 14 are similar to those in Example 1 and will not be repeated here.

[0145] In an exemplary embodiment, at least one of the (N-2) layers of base materials in the N layers of base materials is a discontinuous base material.

[0146] FIG7A is a first schematic diagram of a discontinuous base material, and FIG7B is a second schematic diagram of a discontinuous base material. Both FIG7A and FIG7B are viewed from top to bottom.

[0147] Example 15

[0148] In Examples 1 to 14, each layer of base material is a continuous layer. In Example 15, as shown in FIG. 7A and FIG. 7B , the first base material 101 is a discontinuous layer.

[0149] When N is 3, one layer of base material may be discontinuous, which may be the first base material 101 or the second base material 102 or the third base material 103 in FIG. 1A , FIG. 2A , FIG. 3A and FIG. 4 .

[0150] When N is 4, one or two layers of base material may be discontinuous, that is, it may be any one or any two layers of the first base material 101, the second base material 102, the third base material 103, and the fourth base material 104 in Figures 5A to 5I.

[0151] When N is 5, one layer of base material, two layers of base material, or three layers of base material may be discontinuous, that is, it may be any one layer, any two layers, or any three layers of the first base material 101, the second base material 102, the third base material 103, the fourth base material 104, and the fifth base material 105 in Figure 6.

[0152] By analogy, at least one layer of the (N-2) layers of base materials in the N layers of base materials may be a discontinuous base material.

[0153] The extending direction of the breaking line of the discontinuous base material is perpendicular to the extending direction of the elastic band, that is, the extending direction of the multiple segments formed by the same layer of discontinuous base material is perpendicular to the extending direction of the elastic band.

[0154] The number and size of the multiple segments formed by the discontinuous base material may be different. For example, the number and size of the segments formed by the first base material 101 in FIG. 7A and FIG. 7B are different after being broken.

[0155] The embodiment of the present invention further provides a method for preparing an elastic layer for a wearable sanitary product. The relevant preparation method is introduced below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0156] In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG8 and FIG9 , a method for preparing an elastic layer for a wearable hygiene product includes:

[0157] Step a1) preparing N layers of base material, where N is an integer greater than or equal to 3.

[0158] Step b1) forms one group of elastic band between any two adjacent base materials, and each group of elastic band comprises multiple elastic bands, and the spacing between two adjacent elastic bands in each group of elastic bands is 0.2 to 12 mm (e.g., 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1 mm, 1.1 mm, 1.2 mm, 1.3 mm, 1.4 mm, 1.5 mm, 1.6 mm, 1.7 mm, 1.8 mm, 1.9 mm, 2 mm, 3 mm, 4 mm, 5 mm, 6 mm, 7 mm, 8 mm, 9 mm, 10 mm, 11 mm, 12 mm). Preferably, the spacing between two adjacent elastic bands in each group of elastic bands is 2 to 12 mm.

[0159] Step c1) sequentially stacking N layers of base material, with (N-1) groups of elastic bands having projections in the vertical direction staggered so that the combined spacing between adjacent elastic bands is 0.1 to 6 mm (e.g., 0.1 mm, 0.2 mm, 0.3 mm, 0.4 mm, 0.5 mm, 0.6 mm, 0.7 mm, 0.8 mm, 0.9 mm, 1 mm, 1.5 mm, 2 mm, 2.5 mm, 3 mm, 3.5 mm, 4 mm, 4.5 mm, 5 mm, 5.5 mm, 6 mm). Preferably, the combined spacing is 1 to 6 mm.

[0160] In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG8 , before forming a group of elastic bands between any two adjacent layers of base materials (i.e., step b1), the method further comprises:

[0161] Step a2) Spray glue on the plurality of rubber bands.

[0162] The rubber band can be bonded to two adjacent layers of base materials by glue, and each layer of base material is bonded to the adjacent base materials by the glue sprayed on the rubber band.

[0163] In an exemplary embodiment, as shown in FIG9 , before forming a group of elastic bands between any two adjacent layers of base materials (i.e., step b1), the method further comprises:

[0164] Step a3) spraying glue on one of the surfaces of two adjacent layers of base materials in contact with each other among the N layers of base materials.

[0165] The rubber band can be bonded to the two adjacent layers of base materials by glue, and the two adjacent layers of base materials are bonded by glue.

[0166] Taking three layers of base material and two sets of elastic bands as an example, there are four possible preparation methods.

[0167] The first method involves:

[0168] A three-layer base material is prepared, and the three-layer base material includes a first base material 101 , a second base material 102 and a third base material 103 .

[0169] A plurality of first elastic bands 201 are laid on the upper surface of the first base material 101 , and a distance D1 between two adjacent elastic bands in the plurality of first elastic bands 201 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0170] A plurality of second rubber bands 202 are laid on the lower surface of the third base material 103 , and a distance D2 between two adjacent rubber bands in the plurality of second rubber bands 202 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0171] The second base material 102 is laminated on the side of the first base material 101 on which the first elastic cord 201 is laid (ie, the upper surface of the first base material 101 ).

[0172] The side of the third base material 103 with the second elastic band 202 is stacked on the second base material 102, and the projections of the first elastic bands 201 and the second elastic bands 202 in the vertical direction are staggered, and the combined spacing D0 between adjacent first elastic bands 201 and second elastic bands 202 is 0.1 to 6 mm.

[0173] Thus, the elastic layer for wearable sanitary products shown in FIG. 1A is prepared.

[0174] The second method involves:

[0175] A three-layer base material is prepared, and the three-layer base material includes a first base material 101 , a second base material 102 and a third base material 103 .

[0176] A plurality of first rubber bands 201 are laid on the lower surface of the second base material 102, and a plurality of second rubber bands 202 are laid on the upper surface of the second base material 102. The spacing D1 between two adjacent rubber bands in the plurality of first rubber bands 201 is 0.2 to 12 mm, and the spacing D2 between two adjacent rubber bands in the plurality of second rubber bands 202 is 0.2 to 12 mm. The projections of the plurality of first rubber bands 201 and the plurality of second rubber bands 202 in the vertical direction are staggered, and the combined spacing D0 between adjacent first rubber bands 201 and second rubber bands 202 is 0.1 to 6 mm.

[0177] The second base material 102 is laminated on the first base material 101 .

[0178] The third base material 103 is laminated on the second base material 102 .

[0179] At this point, the elastic layer for the wearable sanitary product shown in FIG. 2A is prepared.

[0180] The third method includes:

[0181] A three-layer base material is prepared, and the three-layer base material includes a first base material 101 , a second base material 102 and a third base material 103 .

[0182] A plurality of first elastic bands 201 are laid on the upper surface of the first base material 101 , and a distance D1 between two adjacent elastic bands in the plurality of first elastic bands 201 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0183] The second base material 102 is laminated on the first base material 101 .

[0184] A plurality of second rubber bands 202 are laid on the upper surface of the second base material 102, and the spacing D2 between two adjacent rubber bands in the plurality of second rubber bands 202 is 0.2 to 12 mm. The projections of the plurality of first rubber bands 201 and the plurality of second rubber bands 202 in the vertical direction are staggered, and the combined spacing D0 between adjacent first rubber bands and second rubber bands is 0.1 to 6 mm.

[0185] The third base material 103 is laminated on the second base material 102 .

[0186] At this point, the elastic layer for the wearable sanitary product shown in FIG3A is prepared.

[0187] The fourth method includes:

[0188] A three-layer base material is prepared, and the three-layer base material includes a first base material 101 , a second base material 102 and a third base material 103 .

[0189] A plurality of first elastic bands 201 are laid on the lower surface of the second base material 102 , and a distance D1 between two adjacent elastic bands in the plurality of first elastic bands 201 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0190] A plurality of second rubber bands 202 are laid on the lower surface of the third base material 103 , and a distance D2 between two adjacent rubber bands in the plurality of second rubber bands 202 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0191] The second base material 102 is stacked on the first base material 101, and the third base material 103 is stacked on the second base material 102, so that the projections of the plurality of first elastic bands 201 and the plurality of second elastic bands 202 in the vertical direction are staggered, and the combined spacing D0 between adjacent first elastic bands 201 and second elastic bands 202 is 0.1 to 6 mm.

[0192] At this point, the elastic layer for the wearable sanitary product shown in FIG4 is prepared.

[0193] Taking four layers of base material and three sets of rubber bands as an example, there are eight possible preparation methods.

[0194] The first method involves:

[0195] Four layers of base materials are prepared, including a first base material 101 , a second base material 102 , a third base material 103 and a fourth base material 104 .

[0196] A plurality of first elastic bands 201 are laid on the upper surface of the first base material 101 , and a distance D1 between two adjacent elastic bands in the plurality of first elastic bands 201 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0197] The second base material 102 is laminated on the first base material 101 .

[0198] A plurality of second rubber bands 202 are laid on the upper surface of the second base material 102 , and a distance D2 between two adjacent rubber bands in the plurality of second rubber bands 202 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0199] The third base material 103 is laminated on the second base material 102 .

[0200] A plurality of third elastic bands 203 are laid on the upper surface of the third base material 103, with a spacing D3 between adjacent pairs of the plurality of third elastic bands 203 ranging from 0.2 to 12 mm. The projections of the plurality of first elastic bands 201, the plurality of second elastic bands 202, and the plurality of third elastic bands 203 in the vertical direction are staggered, with a combined spacing D0 between adjacent first elastic bands 201, second elastic bands 202, and third elastic bands 203 ranging from 0.1 to 6 mm.

[0201] The fourth base material 104 is laminated on the third base material 103 .

[0202] At this point, the elastic layer for the wearable sanitary product shown in FIG5A is prepared.

[0203] The second method involves:

[0204] Four layers of base materials are prepared, including a first base material 101 , a second base material 102 , a third base material 103 and a fourth base material 104 .

[0205] A plurality of first elastic bands 201 are laid on the upper surface of the first base material 101 , and a distance D1 between two adjacent elastic bands in the plurality of first elastic bands 201 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0206] The second base material 102 is laminated on the first base material 101 .

[0207] A plurality of second rubber bands 202 are laid on the upper surface of the second base material 102 , and a distance D2 between two adjacent rubber bands in the plurality of second rubber bands 202 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0208] The third base material 103 is laminated on the second base material 102 .

[0209] A plurality of third rubber bands 203 are laid on the lower surface of the fourth base material 104 , and a distance D3 between two adjacent rubber bands in the plurality of third rubber bands 203 is 0.2 to 12 mm.

[0210] The fourth base material 104 is stacked on the third base material 103, and the projections of the plurality of first elastic bands 201, the plurality of second elastic bands 202 and the plurality of third elastic bands 203 in the vertical direction are staggered, and the combined spacing D0 between adjacent first elastic bands 201, second elastic bands 202 and third elastic bands 203 is 0.1 to 6 mm.

[0211] At this point, the elastic layer for the wearable sanitary product shown in FIG5B is prepared.

[0212] The third method includes:
