[0021] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described.

[0022] First Embodiment First, a container 100a according to a first embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0023] 1 and 2, the container 100a includes a body 1a including a front body 11a and a rear body 12a, a bottom 2a disposed at the lower end of the body 1a, and an adhesive tab 3 for closing the side ends of the front body 11a and the rear body 12a. As shown in FIG. 1, the container 100a is configured so that the bottom 2a can be folded between the front body 11a and the rear body 12a.

[0024] As shown in Fig. 2, the container 100a is configured to be self-standing and has a storage space formed by unfolding the bottom 2a. Contents (not shown) can be placed in and removed from the container 100a through an opening at the top end of the body 1a. A hole 13 is formed at the top end of the body 1a, allowing the container 100a to be hung.

[0025] The front body portion 11a, the rear body portion 12a, the bottom portion 2a, and the adhesive margin portion 3 are formed from a single sheet material 100A (see FIG. 4). This sheet material 100A is made of, for example, paper and is not coated with a resin film or the like. In other words, the sheet material 100A is a single layer of paper, and the container 100a does not have barrier properties.

[0026] Here, the sheet material 100A as shown in Figure 4 is formed by, for example, punching. The sheet material 100A has holes 13 formed during punching. Furthermore, folds Fa1 to Fa7 are formed in the sheet material 100A. Note that the fold Fa1 is an example of a "first fold" in the present invention, the fold Fa2 is an example of a "second fold" in the present invention, the fold Fa3 is an example of a "third fold" in the present invention, the fold Fa4 is an example of a "fourth fold" in the present invention, the fold Fa5 is an example of a "fifth fold" in the present invention, and the fold Fa6 is an example of a "sixth fold" in the present invention.

[0027] This sheet material 100A is substantially rectangular and includes a front body portion 11a, a rear body portion 12a, a bottom portion 2a, and a glue tab 3. The bottom portion 2a is connected to the front body portion 11a via a fold line Fa1, and the rear body portion 12a is connected to the bottom portion 2a via a fold line Fa2. That is, the front body portion 11a, the bottom portion 2a, and the rear body portion 12a are arranged so that they are continuous in the longitudinal direction (X direction), and the bottom portion 2a is arranged between the front body portion 11a and the rear body portion 12a. Holes 13 are formed in the front body portion 11a and the rear body portion 12a, respectively. The front body portion 11a, the rear body portion 12a, and the bottom portion 2a are set to have the same dimensions in the short direction (Y direction). The fold lines Fa1 and Fa2 are formed to extend in the Y direction.

[0028] The front body portion 11a is connected to the adhesive tab 3 via a fold line Fa6. The adhesive tab 3 is formed to protrude outward in the short side direction from the front body portion 11a and is provided over the entire length of the front body portion 11a in the longitudinal direction. The fold line Fa6 is formed to extend in the X direction.

[0029] The bottom 2a includes a bottom main body 21a that forms the lower end of the storage space when unfolded, a front attachment portion 22a that is attached to the lower end 111a of the front torso portion 11a, and a rear attachment portion 23a that is attached to the lower end 121a of the rear torso portion 12a. The bottom main body 21a and the front attachment portion 22a are connected via a fold line Fa4, and the bottom main body 21a and the rear attachment portion 23a are connected via a fold line Fa5. The fold line Fa4 is curved so that its center is located closer to the front torso portion 11a than both end portions in the Y direction. The fold line Fa5 is curved so that its center is located closer to the rear torso portion 12a than both end portions in the Y direction.

[0030] The front attachment portion 22a is located on the front trunk portion 11a side of the bottom main body 21a and is connected to the lower end portion 111a via fold line Fa1. That is, the front attachment portion 22a is defined by fold lines Fa1 and Fa4. The rear attachment portion 23a is located on the rear trunk portion 12a side of the bottom main body 21a and is connected to the lower end portion 121a via fold line Fa2. That is, the rear attachment portion 23a is defined by fold lines Fa2 and Fa5.

[0031] The bottom body 21a is defined by folds Fa4 and Fa5 and is formed into an elliptical shape. A fold Fa3 extending in the Y direction is formed in the bottom body 21a, and the bottom body 21a has a front body side 211a and a rear body side 212a. The front body side 211a is defined by folds Fa3 and Fa4 and is formed into a semi-elliptical shape. The rear body side 212a is defined by folds Fa3 and Fa5 and is also formed into a semi-elliptical shape. Two folds Fa7 extending in the X direction are also formed in the bottom body 21a, and the two folds Fa7 are spaced apart in the Y direction.

[0032] The front body portion 11a, the front attachment portion 22a, and the front main body side 211a, and the rear body portion 12a, the rear attachment portion 23a, and the rear main body side 212a are formed symmetrically with respect to the fold line Fa3.

[0033] Then, in this sheet material 100A, folds Fa1 and Fa2 are valley-folded, and fold Fa3 is mountain-folded. This stacks the front and rear trunk sections 11a and 12a, and the folded bottom section 2a is sandwiched between the stacked front and rear trunk sections 11a and 12a. At this time, the front attachment section 22a is attached to the lower end 111a of the front trunk section 11a, and the rear attachment section 23a is attached to the lower end 121a of the rear trunk section 12a. The bottom section 2a is folded back at fold Fa3, so that the front attachment section 22a and the front main body side 211a are flush with each other, and the rear attachment section 23a and the rear main body side 212a are flush with each other. Next, fold Fa6 is valley-folded, and the glue tab 3 is attached to the side end of the rear trunk section 12a. In this manner, a container 100a as shown in FIG. 1 is manufactured.

[0034] In this container 100a, as the distance between the flat cylindrical front body portion 11a and rear body portion 12a is increased, the folds Fa4 and Fa5 are folded and the fold Fa3 is stretched, as shown in Fig. 2, and the bottom portion 2a is unfolded. At this time, the bottom body 21a becomes the bottom surface of the storage space. As shown in Fig. 3, the bottom portion 2a is formed to have an elliptical shape when viewed from the bottom in the unfolded state.

[0035] In the container 100a, the legs are formed by the lower end 111a of the front body 11a and the front adhesive portion 22a, and the legs are formed by the lower end 121a of the rear body 12a and the rear adhesive portion 23a. Therefore, when the container 100a is placed on a placement surface (not shown), the folds Fa1 and Fa2 abut against the placement surface. At this time, the bottom body 21a is spaced apart from the placement surface.

[0036] -Effects- In the first embodiment, as described above, the container 100a is made of one sheet material 100A, which makes it possible to reduce the number of parts.

[0037] Furthermore, in the first embodiment, the container 100a is made of paper, which reduces the environmental impact compared to when it is made of plastic.

[0038] In addition, in the first embodiment, the fold Fa7 is formed in the bottom body 21a, which makes it easier for the bottom 2a to unfold.

[0039] Second Embodiment Next, a container 100b according to a second embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0040] 5 and 6, the container 100b includes a body 1b including a front body 11b and a rear body 12b, a bottom 2b disposed at the lower end of the body 1b, and a glue tab 3 for closing the side ends of the front body 11b and the rear body 12b. As shown in Fig. 5, the container 100b is configured so that the bottom 2b can be folded between the front body 11b and the rear body 12b.

[0041] As shown in Fig. 6, the container 100b is configured to be self-standing and has a storage space formed by unfolding the bottom 2b. Contents (not shown) can be placed in and removed from the container 100b through an opening at the top end of the body 1b. A hole 13 is formed at the top end of the body 1b, allowing the container 100b to be hung.

[0042] The front body portion 11b, the rear body portion 12b, the bottom portion 2b, and the adhesive margin portion 3 are formed from a single sheet material 100B (see FIG. 8). This sheet material 100B is made of, for example, paper and is not coated with a resin film or the like. In other words, the sheet material 100B is a single layer of paper, and the container 100b does not have barrier properties.

[0043] Here, the sheet material 100B as shown in Figure 8 is formed by, for example, punching. The sheet material 100B has holes 13 formed during punching. Furthermore, folds Fb1 to Fb8 are formed in the sheet material 100B. Note that the fold Fb1 is an example of a "first fold" in the present invention, the fold Fb2 is an example of a "second fold" in the present invention, the fold Fb3 is an example of a "third fold" in the present invention, the fold Fb4 is an example of a "fourth fold" in the present invention, the fold Fb5 is an example of a "fifth fold" in the present invention, and the fold Fb6 is an example of a "sixth fold" in the present invention.

[0044] This sheet material 100B is substantially rectangular and includes a front body portion 11b, a rear body portion 12b, a bottom portion 2b, and a glue tab 3. The bottom portion 2b is connected to the front body portion 11b via a fold Fb1, and the rear body portion 12b is connected to the bottom portion 2b via a fold Fb2. That is, the front body portion 11b, the bottom portion 2b, and the rear body portion 12b are arranged so that they are connected in the longitudinal direction (X direction), and the bottom portion 2b is arranged between the front body portion 11b and the rear body portion 12b. Holes 13 are formed in the front body portion 11b and the rear body portion 12b, respectively. The front body portion 11b, the rear body portion 12b, and the bottom portion 2b are set to have the same dimensions in the short direction (Y direction). The folds Fb1 and Fb2 are formed to extend in the Y direction.

[0045] Additionally, the front body portion 11b is connected to the glue tab 3 via a fold Fb6. The glue tab 3 is formed to protrude outward in the short side direction from the front body portion 11b and is provided over the entire length of the front body portion 11b in the longitudinal direction. The fold Fb6 is formed to extend in the X direction.

[0046] The bottom portion 2b includes a bottom main body 21b that forms the lower end of the storage space when unfolded, a front attachment portion 22b that is attached to the lower end 111b of the front torso portion 11b, and a rear attachment portion 23b that is attached to the lower end 121b of the rear torso portion 12b. The bottom main body 21b and the front attachment portion 22b are connected via a fold line Fb4, and the bottom main body 21b and the rear attachment portion 23b are connected via a fold line Fb5. The fold line Fb4 has a straight portion extending in the Y direction near the fold line Fb1 and inclined portions that slope from both ends of the straight portion away from the fold line Fb1. The fold line Fb5 has a straight portion extending in the Y direction near the fold line Fb2 and inclined portions that slope from both ends of the straight portion away from the fold line Fb2.

[0047] The front attachment portion 22b is disposed on the front trunk portion 11b side of the bottom body 21b and is connected to the lower end portion 111b via the fold Fb1. That is, the front attachment portion 22b is defined by the folds Fb1 and Fb4. The rear attachment portion 23b is disposed on the rear trunk portion 12b side of the bottom body 21b and is connected to the lower end portion 121b via the fold Fb2. That is, the rear attachment portion 23b is defined by the folds Fb2 and Fb5.

[0048] The bottom body 21b is defined by folds Fb4 and Fb5 and is formed into a hexagonal shape. The bottom body 21b has a fold Fb3 extending in the Y direction and has a front body side 211b and a rear body side 212b. The front body side 211b is defined by folds Fb3 and Fb4 and is formed into a trapezoid shape. The rear body side 212b is defined by folds Fb3 and Fb5 and is also formed into a trapezoid shape.

[0049] Furthermore, two folds Fb7 extending in the X direction are formed in the bottom portion 2b, and the two folds Fb7 are spaced apart in the Y direction. The folds Fb7 are positioned so as to pass through two vertices (corners) of the hexagonal bottom main body 21b. Therefore, the two folds Fb7 divide the bottom main body 21b into a rectangular region 213b and triangular regions 214b located at both ends of region 213b in the Y direction. Furthermore, folds Fb8 are formed in each of the front torso portion 11b and the rear torso portion 12b so as to connect with the folds Fb7.

[0050] The front body portion 11b, the front attachment portion 22b, and the front main body side 211b, and the rear body portion 12b, the rear attachment portion 23b, and the rear main body side 212b are formed symmetrically with respect to the fold line Fb3.

[0051] Then, in this sheet material 100B, folds Fb1 and Fb2 are valley-folded, and fold Fb3 is mountain-folded. This stacks the front and rear torso sections 11b and 12b, and the folded bottom section 2b is sandwiched between the stacked front and rear torso sections 11b and 12b. At this time, the front attachment section 22b is attached to the lower end 111b of the front torso section 11b, and the rear attachment section 23b is attached to the lower end 121b of the rear torso section 12b. The bottom section 2b is folded back at fold Fb3, so that the front attachment section 22b and the front main body side 211b are flush with each other, and the rear attachment section 23b and the rear main body side 212b are flush with each other. Next, fold Fb6 is valley-folded, and the glue tab 3 is attached to the side end of the rear torso section 12b. In this manner, a container 100b as shown in FIG. 5 is manufactured.

[0052] In this container 100b, by widening the gap between the flat cylindrical front body portion 11b and rear body portion 12b, the folds Fb4 and Fb5 are folded and the fold Fb3 is stretched, as shown in Fig. 6, and the bottom portion 2b is unfolded. At this time, the bottom body 21b becomes the bottom surface of the storage space. As shown in Fig. 7, the bottom portion 2b is shaped to have a hexagonal shape when viewed from the bottom in the unfolded state.

[0053] In addition, in the container 100b, the legs are formed by the lower end 111b of the front body portion 11b and the front adhesive portion 22b, and the legs are formed by the lower end 121b of the rear body portion 12b and the rear adhesive portion 23b. Therefore, when the container 100b is placed on a placement surface (not shown), the folds Fb1 and Fb2 abut against the placement surface. At this time, the bottom body 21b is spaced apart from the placement surface. In the bottom body 21b, the rectangular region 213b is arranged parallel to the placement surface, and the triangular region 214b is inclined upward from the region 213b.

[0054] -Effect- In the second embodiment, as described above, the fold Fb8 is formed in the front torso portion 11b and the rear torso portion 12b, which makes it easier for the bottom portion 2b to be maintained in a hexagonal state when the bottom portion 2b is unfolded.

[0055] The other effects of the second embodiment are the same as those of the first embodiment.

[0056] Third Embodiment Next, a container 100c according to a third embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0057] 9 and 10 , the container 100c includes a body 1c including a front body 11c and a rear body 12c, a bottom 2c disposed at the lower end of the body 1c, and an adhesive tab 3 for closing the side ends of the front body 11c and the rear body 12c. As shown in FIG. 9 , the container 100c is configured so that the bottom 2c can be folded between the front body 11c and the rear body 12c.

[0058] As shown in Fig. 10, the container 100c is configured to be self-standing and has a storage space formed by unfolding the bottom 2c. Contents (not shown) can be inserted into and removed from the container 100c through an opening at the top end of the body 1c. A hole 13 is formed at the top end of the body 1c, allowing the container 100c to be hung.

[0059] The front body portion 11c, the rear body portion 12c, the bottom portion 2c, and the adhesive margin portion 3 are formed from a single sheet material 100C (see FIG. 13). This sheet material 100C is made of, for example, paper and is not coated with a resin film or the like. In other words, the sheet material 100C is a single layer of paper, and the container 100c does not have barrier properties.

[0060] Here, the sheet material 100C shown in Figure 13 is formed by, for example, punching. The sheet material 100C has holes 13 formed during punching. Furthermore, folds Fc1 to Fc12 are formed in the sheet material 100C. Note that the fold Fc1 is an example of a "first fold" in the present invention, the fold Fc2 is an example of a "second fold" in the present invention, the fold Fc3 is an example of a "third fold" in the present invention, the fold Fc4 is an example of a "fourth fold" in the present invention, the fold Fc5 is an example of a "fifth fold" in the present invention, and the fold Fc6 is an example of a "sixth fold" in the present invention.

[0061] This sheet material 100C is substantially rectangular and includes a front body portion 11c, a rear body portion 12c, a bottom portion 2c, and a glue tab 3. The bottom portion 2c is connected to the front body portion 11c via a fold Fc1, and the rear body portion 12c is connected to the bottom portion 2c via a fold Fc2. That is, the front body portion 11c, the bottom portion 2c, and the rear body portion 12c are arranged so that they are connected in the longitudinal direction (X direction), and the bottom portion 2c is arranged between the front body portion 11c and the rear body portion 12c. Holes 13 are formed in the front body portion 11c and the rear body portion 12c, respectively. The front body portion 11c, the rear body portion 12c, and the bottom portion 2c are set to have the same dimensions in the short direction (Y direction). The folds Fc1 and Fc2 are formed to extend in the Y direction.

[0062] Additionally, the front body portion 11c is connected to the glue tab 3 via a fold Fc6. The glue tab 3 is formed to protrude outward in the short direction from the front body portion 11c and is provided over the entire length of the front body portion 11c in the longitudinal direction. The fold Fc6 is formed to extend in the X direction.

[0063] The bottom portion 2c includes a bottom main body 21c that forms the lower end of the storage space when unfolded, a front attachment portion 22c that is attached to the lower end 111c of the front torso portion 11c, and a rear attachment portion 23c that is attached to the lower end 121c of the rear torso portion 12c. The bottom main body 21c and the front attachment portion 22c are connected via a fold line Fc4, and the bottom main body 21c and the rear attachment portion 23c are connected via a fold line Fc5. The fold line Fc4 has a straight portion extending in the Y direction near the fold line Fc1 and inclined portions that slope from both ends of the straight portion away from the fold line Fc1. The fold line Fc5 has a straight portion extending in the Y direction near the fold line Fc2 and inclined portions that slope from both ends of the straight portion away from the fold line Fc2.

[0064] The front attachment portion 22c is disposed on the front trunk portion 11c side of the bottom main body 21c and is connected to the lower end portion 111c via fold line Fc1. That is, the front attachment portion 22c is defined by fold lines Fc1 and Fc4. The rear attachment portion 23c is disposed on the rear trunk portion 12c side of the bottom main body 21c and is connected to the lower end portion 121c via fold line Fc2. That is, the rear attachment portion 23c is defined by fold lines Fc2 and Fc5.

[0065] The bottom body 21c is defined by folds Fc4 and Fc5 and is formed into a hexagonal shape. The bottom body 21c has a fold Fc3 extending in the Y direction, and has a front body side 211c and a rear body side 212c. The front body side 211c is defined by folds Fc3 and Fc4 and is formed into a trapezoid shape. The rear body side 212c is defined by folds Fc3 and Fc5 and is also formed into a trapezoid shape.

[0066] The bottom portion 2c has two folds Fc7 extending in the X direction, spaced apart in the Y direction. The folds Fc7 are arranged so as to pass through two vertices (corners) of the hexagonal bottom body 21c. Therefore, the two folds Fc7 divide the bottom body 21c into a rectangular region 213c and triangular regions 214c located at both ends of the region 213c in the Y direction.

[0067] Additionally, folds Fc8 to Fc10 are formed in the front torso section 11c and the rear torso section 12c, respectively. The folds Fc8 and Fc9 separate the side surface components 112c and 122c that form the side surfaces of the storage space when the bottom section 2c is unfolded. The fold Fc8 is formed to extend in the X direction and is connected to the fold Fc7. The fold Fc9 is connected to the fold Fc8 and is formed to slope outward in the Y direction from the fold Fc8. The fold Fc10 is formed to extend outward in the Y direction from the boundary between the folds Fc8 and Fc9.

[0068] Folds Fc11 and Fc12 are formed in the glue margin 3. The fold Fc11 is formed so as to be line-symmetrical with the fold Fc9 with respect to the fold Fc6. The fold Fc12 is formed so as to be line-symmetrical with the fold Fc10 with respect to the fold Fc6.

[0069] The front body portion 11c, the front attachment portion 22c, and the front main body side 211c, and the rear body portion 12c, the rear attachment portion 23c, and the rear main body side 212c are formed symmetrically with respect to the fold line Fc3.

[0070] Then, in this sheet material 100C, folds Fc1 and Fc2 are valley-folded, and fold Fc3 is mountain-folded. This stacks the front and rear torso sections 11c and 12c, and the folded bottom section 2c is sandwiched between the stacked front and rear torso sections 11c and 12c. At this time, the front attachment section 22c is attached to the lower end 111c of the front torso section 11c, and the rear attachment section 23c is attached to the lower end 121c of the rear torso section 12c. The bottom section 2c is folded back at fold Fc3, so that the front attachment section 22c and the front main body side 211c are flush with each other, and the rear attachment section 23c and the rear main body side 212c are flush with each other. Next, fold Fc6 is valley-folded, and the glue tab 3 is attached to the side end of the rear torso section 12c. In this manner, a container 100c as shown in FIG. 9 is manufactured.

[0071] In this container 100c, the distance between the flat cylindrical front body portion 11c and rear body portion 12c is widened, and folds Fc8 to Fc10 are folded. As a result, as shown in Fig. 10, folds Fc4 and Fc5 are folded and fold Fc3 is stretched, thereby unfolding the bottom portion 2c. As shown in Fig. 11, the bottom portion 2c is formed to have a rectangular shape when viewed from the bottom in the unfolded state.

[0072] Furthermore, in the container 100c, the legs are formed by the lower end 111c of the front body portion 11c and the front attachment portion 22c, and the lower end 121c of the rear body portion 12c and the rear attachment portion 23c. Therefore, when the container 100c is placed on a placement surface (not shown), the folds Fc1 and Fc2 abut against the placement surface. At this time, the bottom body 21c is spaced apart from the placement surface. In the bottom body 21c, the rectangular region 213c is disposed parallel to the placement surface, and the triangular region 214c is raised from the region 213c at a substantially right angle. In other words, the rectangular region 213c forms the bottom surface of the storage space, and the triangular region 214c forms the side surface of the storage space.

[0073] Below the body 1c of the container 100c, the side surfaces of the storage space are formed by the side surface forming portions 112c and 122c. The dimensions of these side surfaces are constant from the bottom end to the fold line Fc10, and become smaller as they move upward from the fold line Fc10, disappearing before reaching the top end. Therefore, in the container 100c, as shown in FIG. 12, the opening at the top end of the body 1c can be easily kept closed when the bottom 2c is unfolded.

[0074] -Effect- In the third embodiment, as described above, by forming the folds Fc8 to Fc10 in the front torso section 11c and the rear torso section 12c, it is possible to form side surfaces on the underside of the torso section 1c.

[0075] The other effects of the third embodiment are the same as those of the first embodiment.

[0076] Fourth Embodiment Next, a container 100d according to a fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0077] 14, the container 100d includes a body 1a including a front body 11a and a rear body 12a, a bottom 2a disposed at the lower end of the body 1a, an adhesive tab 3 for closing the side ends of the front body 11a and the rear body 12a, and a sealing material 4 for sealing the opening of the body 1a. The container 100d is configured so that the bottom 2a can be folded between the front body 11a and the rear body 12a.

[0078] As shown in Fig. 15, the container 100d is configured to be self-standing and has a storage space formed by unfolding the bottom 2a. Contents (not shown) can be placed in and removed from the container 100d through an opening at the top end of the body 1a. A hole 13 is formed at the top end of the body 1a, allowing the container 100d to be hung.

[0079] The front body 11a has a printed area 5. The printed content of the printed area 5 (not shown) may include decorative designs or may include letters or codes for communicating information. The printed area 5 is provided on the outer surface of the front body 11a (the surface opposite the storage space) and is provided in a portion of the front body 11a. The printed content of the printed area 5, the dimensions of the printed area 5, and the position of the printed area 5 on the front body 11a can be changed as appropriate depending on the container 100d.

[0080] The front body portion 11a, the rear body portion 12a, the bottom portion 2a, and the adhesive margin portion 3 are formed from a single sheet material 100A (see FIG. 4). This sheet material 100A is made of paper, such as bleached kraft paper, and is not coated with a resin film or the like. In other words, the sheet material 100A is a single layer of paper, and the container 100d does not have barrier properties.

[0081] -Method of Manufacturing Container- Next, a method of manufacturing the container 100d of the fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0082] First, a sheet material 100A is formed by punching as shown in Fig. 4. The sheet material 100A is as described in the first embodiment.

[0083] 18, adhesive Ga1, which will become the sealing material 4 (see FIG. 17), is applied to the front body portion 11a of the sheet material 100A. The adhesive Ga1 is a hot melt adhesive. The adhesive Ga1 is in the form of dots, and is provided so as to be continuous in the Y direction near the hole portion 13. The adhesive Ga1 is an example of the "fourth adhesive" of the present invention.

[0084] Next, adhesive Ga2 is applied to the front attachment portion 22a, and adhesive Ga3 is applied to the rear attachment portion 23a. The adhesives Ga2 and Ga3 are, for example, vinyl acetate resin emulsion adhesives. The adhesives Ga2 and Ga3 are examples of the "first adhesive" and "second adhesive" in the present invention, respectively.

[0085] Thereafter, the adhesive Ga1 is solidified, and while the adhesives Ga2 and Ga3 are not solidified, the fold Fa3 is mountain-folded and the folds Fa1 and Fa2 are valley-folded. That is, after the adhesive Ga1 is solidified and before the adhesives Ga2 and Ga3 are solidified, the folds Fa1 to Fa3 are folded.

[0086] As a result, the front and rear trunk sections 11a and 12a are stacked, and the folded bottom section 2a is sandwiched between the stacked front and rear trunk sections 11a and 12a. At this time, the front attachment section 22a is attached to the lower end 111a of the front trunk section 11a with adhesive Ga2, and the rear attachment section 23a is attached to the lower end 121a of the rear trunk section 12a with adhesive Ga3. The bottom section 2a is folded back along fold line Fa3, so that the front attachment section 22a and the front main body side 211a are arranged on the same plane, and the rear attachment section 23a and the rear main body side 212a are arranged on the same plane. Thus, the sheet material 101A shown in FIG. 19 is formed.

[0087] Next, adhesive Ga4 is applied to the rear trunk portion 12a. The adhesive Ga4 is, for example, a vinyl acetate resin emulsion adhesive. The adhesive Ga4 is placed on both ends in the Y direction and extends in the X direction. The adhesive Ga4 is an example of the "third adhesive" in the present invention.

[0088] Then, the fold line Fa6 is folded inward, and the glue tab 3 is attached to the side edge of the rear body portion 12a with adhesive Ga4. Thereafter, printing is performed on the print area 5 (see FIG. 14) of the front body portion 11a using, for example, a laser printer (not shown). That is, printing is performed after the sheet material 100A is folded into a bag shape. In this manner, the container 100d shown in FIG. 14 is manufactured.

[0089] --Configuration of Container-- Next, the configuration of the container 100d of the fourth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0090] As shown in Fig. 14, container 100d has flat, cylindrical front and rear trunk sections 11a and 12a that are stacked and arranged opposite each other. When the distance between front and rear trunk sections 11a and 12a is increased, folds Fa4 and Fa5 are folded and fold Fa3 is unfolded, as shown in Fig. 15, resulting in unfolding of bottom section 2a. At this time, bottom body 21a forms the bottom surface of the storage space. As shown in Fig. 16, bottom section 2a is shaped to have an elliptical shape when viewed from the bottom in the unfolded state.

[0091] In the container 100d, the legs are formed by the lower end 111a of the front body 11a and the front adhesive portion 22a, and the legs are formed by the lower end 121a of the rear body 12a and the rear adhesive portion 23a. Therefore, when the container 100d is placed on a placement surface (not shown), the folds Fa1 and Fa2 abut against the placement surface. At this time, the bottom body 21a is spaced apart from the placement surface.

[0092] As shown in FIG. 17 , the sealing material 4 is positioned at the upper end of the barrel 1a and below the hole 13. The sealing material 4 is provided on the inner surface of the front barrel 11a, with dots of hot-melt adhesive 41 applied in a continuous pattern across the width of the barrel 1a. The hot-melt adhesive 41 is primarily composed of, for example, a polyolefin resin and is formed by solidifying the adhesive Ga1 described above. The sealing material 4 is configured to seal the opening of the barrel 1a by being heated and melted while the upper ends of the front barrel 11a and the rear barrel 12a are pressed against each other. In other words, the melted and solidified sealing material 4 bonds the upper ends of the front barrel 11a and the rear barrel 12a together. Note that the hot-melt adhesive 41 is not provided at both widthwise ends of the barrel 1a, and even when sealed with the sealing material 4, ventilation is permitted through both ends.

[0093] -Effects- In the fourth embodiment, as described above, the container 100d is made of one sheet material 100A, which makes it possible to reduce the number of parts.

[0094] In addition, in the fourth embodiment, the container 100d is made of paper, which reduces the environmental impact compared to when it is made of plastic.

[0095] In the fourth embodiment, the provision of the printed area 5 improves the merchantability of the container 100d. Furthermore, printing is performed after the sheet material 100A is formed into a bag, making it easy to change the content printed in the printed area 5 and enabling small-lot production. The user (consumer) of the container 100d may be able to instruct the manufacturer (manufacturer) of the container 100d on the content to be printed in the printed area 5.

[0096] In the fourth embodiment, the opening of the body 1a can be sealed by providing the sealing material 4. Furthermore, the amount of resin used can be reduced compared to when a resin film layer for sealing the opening of the body is formed on a sheet material. This reduces the environmental impact and reduces manufacturing costs.

[0097] In the fourth embodiment, the sealing material 4 is made of dotted hot melt adhesive 41, and when sealing is performed, the shape changes as the hot melt adhesive 41 melts and solidifies, so that it is possible to visually check whether the package has been sealed or not. In other words, it is possible to visually distinguish between an unsealed state and a sealed and opened state.

[0098] In the fourth embodiment, the fold Fa7 is formed in the bottom body 21a, which makes it easier for the bottom 2a to unfold.

[0099] Fifth Embodiment Next, a container 100e according to a fifth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0100] 20 , the container 100e includes a body 1b including a front body 11b and a rear body 12b, a bottom 2b located at the lower end of the body 1b, an adhesive tab 3 for closing the side ends of the front body 11b and the rear body 12b, and a sealing material 4 for sealing the opening of the body 1b. The container 100e is configured so that the bottom 2b can be folded between the front body 11b and the rear body 12b.

[0101] As shown in Fig. 21, the container 100e is configured to be self-standing and has a storage space formed by unfolding the bottom 2b. Contents (not shown) can be inserted into and removed from the container 100e through an opening at the top end of the body 1b. A hole 13 is formed at the top end of the body 1b, allowing the container 100e to be hung.

[0102] The front body 11b has a printed area 5. The printed content of the printed area 5 (not shown) may include decorative designs or may include letters or codes for communicating information. The printed area 5 is provided on the outer surface of the front body 11b (the surface opposite the storage space) and is provided in a portion of the front body 11b. The printed content of the printed area 5, the dimensions of the printed area 5, and the position of the printed area 5 on the front body 11b can be changed as appropriate depending on the container 100e.

[0103] The front body portion 11b, the rear body portion 12b, the bottom portion 2b, and the adhesive margin portion 3 are formed from a single sheet material 100B (see FIG. 8). This sheet material 100B is made of paper, such as bleached kraft paper, and is not coated with a resin film or the like. In other words, the sheet material 100B is a single layer of paper, and the container 100e does not have barrier properties.

[0104] -Method of Manufacturing Container- Next, a method of manufacturing the container 100e of the fifth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 8, 24 and 25. FIG.

[0105] First, a sheet material 100B is formed by punching as shown in Fig. 8. The sheet material 100B is as described in the second embodiment.

[0106] Then, in such a sheet material 100B, as shown in Fig. 24, adhesive Gb1, which will become the sealing material 4 (see Fig. 23), is applied to the front body portion 11b. The adhesive Gb1 is a hot melt adhesive. The adhesive Gb1 is in the form of dots, and is provided so as to be continuous in the Y direction near the hole portion 13. The adhesive Gb1 is an example of the "fourth adhesive" of the present invention.

[0107] Next, adhesive Gb2 is applied to the front attachment portion 22b, and adhesive Gb3 is applied to the rear attachment portion 23b. The adhesives Gb2 and Gb3 are, for example, vinyl acetate resin emulsion adhesives. The adhesives Gb2 and Gb3 are examples of the "first adhesive" and the "second adhesive," respectively, in the present invention.

[0108] Thereafter, the adhesive Gb1 is solidified, and while the adhesives Gb2 and Gb3 are not solidified, the fold Fb3 is mountain-folded and the folds Fb1 and Fb2 are valley-folded. In other words, the folds Fb1 to Fb3 are folded after the adhesive Gb1 is solidified and before the adhesives Gb2 and Gb3 are solidified.

[0109] As a result, the front and rear trunk sections 11b and 12b are stacked, and the folded bottom section 2b is sandwiched between the stacked front and rear trunk sections 11b and 12b. At this time, the front attachment section 22b is attached to the lower end 111b of the front trunk section 11b with adhesive Gb2, and the rear attachment section 23b is attached to the lower end 121b of the rear trunk section 12b with adhesive Gb3. The bottom section 2b is folded back along fold line Fb3, so that the front attachment section 22b and the front main body section 211b are flush with each other, and the rear attachment section 23b and the rear main body section 212b are flush with each other. Thus, the sheet material 101B shown in FIG. 25 is formed.

[0110] Next, adhesive Gb4 is applied to the rear trunk portion 12b. The adhesive Gb4 is, for example, a vinyl acetate resin emulsion adhesive. The adhesive Gb4 is placed on both ends in the Y direction and extends in the X direction. The adhesive Gb4 is an example of the "third adhesive" in the present invention.

[0111] Then, the fold Fb6 is folded inward, and the glue tab 3 is attached to the side edge of the rear body portion 12b with adhesive Gb4. Thereafter, the print area 5 (see FIG. 20) of the front body portion 11b is printed using, for example, a laser printer (not shown). That is, printing is performed after the sheet material 100B is folded into a bag shape. In this manner, the container 100e shown in FIG. 20 is manufactured.

[0112] --Configuration of Container-- Next, the configuration of the container 100e of the fifth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS. 20 to 23. FIG.

[0113] As shown in Fig. 20, in container 100e, flat cylindrical front and rear trunk sections 11b and 12b are arranged opposite each other and stacked. When the distance between front and rear trunk sections 11b and 12b is increased, folds Fb4 and Fb5 are folded and fold Fb3 is unfolded, as shown in Fig. 21, thereby unfolding bottom section 2b. At this time, bottom body 21b becomes the bottom surface of the storage space. As shown in Fig. 22, bottom section 2b is shaped to have a hexagonal shape when viewed from the bottom in the unfolded state.

[0114] In addition, in the container 100e, the legs are formed by the lower end 111b of the front body portion 11b and the front adhesive portion 22b, and the legs are formed by the lower end 121b of the rear body portion 12b and the rear adhesive portion 23b. Therefore, when the container 100e is placed on a placement surface (not shown), the folds Fb1 and Fb2 abut against the placement surface. At this time, the bottom body 21b is spaced apart from the placement surface. In the bottom body 21b, the rectangular region 213b is arranged parallel to the placement surface, and the triangular region 214b is inclined upward from the region 213b.

[0115] As shown in FIG. 23 , the sealing material 4 is positioned at the upper end of the body 1b and below the hole 13. The sealing material 4 is provided on the inner surface of the front body 11b, with dots of hot-melt adhesive 41 applied in a continuous pattern across the width of the body 1b. The hot-melt adhesive 41 is primarily composed of, for example, a polyolefin resin and is formed by solidifying the adhesive Gb1 described above. The sealing material 4 is configured to seal the opening of the body 1b by being heated and melted while the upper ends of the front body 11b and the rear body 12b are pressed against each other. In other words, the melted and solidified sealing material 4 bonds the upper ends of the front body 11b and the rear body 12b together. Note that the hot-melt adhesive 41 is not provided at both widthwise ends of the body 1b, and even when sealed with the sealing material 4, ventilation is permitted through both ends.

[0116] -Effect- In the fifth embodiment, as described above, the fold Fb8 is formed in the front torso portion 11b and the rear torso portion 12b, which makes it easier for the bottom portion 2b to be maintained in a hexagonal state when the bottom portion 2b is unfolded.

[0117] The other effects of the fifth embodiment are the same as those of the fourth embodiment.

[0118] Sixth Embodiment Next, a container 100f according to a sixth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0119] 26, the container 100f includes a body 1c including a front body 11c and a rear body 12c, a bottom 2c disposed at the lower end of the body 1c, an adhesive tab 3 for closing the side ends of the front body 11c and the rear body 12c, and a sealing material 4 for sealing the opening of the body 1c. The container 100f is configured so that the bottom 2c can be folded between the front body 11c and the rear body 12c.

[0120] As shown in Fig. 27, the container 100f is configured to be self-standing and has a storage space formed by unfolding the bottom 2c. Contents (not shown) can be inserted into and removed from the container 100f through an opening at the top end of the body 1c. A hole 13 is formed at the top end of the body 1c, allowing the container 100f to be hung.

[0121] The front body 11c has a printed area 5. The printed content of the printed area 5 (not shown) may include decorative designs or may include letters or codes for communicating information. The printed area 5 is provided on the outer surface of the front body 11c (the surface opposite the storage space) and is provided in a portion of the front body 11c. The printed content of the printed area 5, the dimensions of the printed area 5, and the position of the printed area 5 on the front body 11c can be changed as appropriate depending on the container 100f.

[0122] The front body portion 11c, the rear body portion 12c, the bottom portion 2c, and the adhesive margin portion 3 are formed from a single sheet material 100C (see FIG. 13). This sheet material 100C is made of paper, such as bleached kraft paper, and is not coated with a resin film or the like. In other words, the sheet material 100C is a single layer of paper, and the container 100f does not have barrier properties.

[0123] -Method of Manufacturing Container- Next, a method of manufacturing the container 100f of the sixth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0124] First, a sheet material 100C is formed by punching as shown in Fig. 13. The sheet material 100C is as described in the third embodiment above.

[0125] Then, in such a sheet material 100C, as shown in Fig. 31, adhesive Gc1, which will become the sealing material 4 (see Fig. 29), is applied to the front body portion 11c. The adhesive Gc1 is a hot melt adhesive. The adhesive Gc1 is in the form of dots, and is provided so as to be continuous in the Y direction near the hole portion 13. The adhesive Gc1 is an example of the "fourth adhesive" of the present invention.

[0126] Next, adhesive Gc2 is applied to the front attachment portion 22c, and adhesive Gc3 is applied to the rear attachment portion 23c. The adhesives Gc2 and Gc3 are, for example, vinyl acetate resin emulsion adhesives. The adhesives Gc2 and Gc3 are examples of the "first adhesive" and "second adhesive" in the present invention, respectively.

[0127] Thereafter, the adhesive Gc1 is solidified, and while the adhesives Gc2 and Gc3 are not solidified, the fold Fc3 is folded in a mountain fold and the folds Fc1 and Fc2 are folded in a valley fold. In other words, the folds Fc1 to Fc3 are folded after the adhesive Gc1 is solidified and before the adhesives Gc2 and Gc3 are solidified.

[0128] As a result, the front and rear torso sections 11c and 12c are stacked, and the folded bottom section 2c is sandwiched between the stacked front and rear torso sections 11c and 12c. At this time, the front attachment section 22c is attached to the lower end 111c of the front torso section 11c with adhesive Gc2, and the rear attachment section 23c is attached to the lower end 121c of the rear torso section 12c with adhesive Gc3. The bottom section 2c is folded back along fold line Fc3, so that the front attachment section 22c and the front main body side 211c are arranged on the same plane, and the rear attachment section 23c and the rear main body side 212c are arranged on the same plane. Thus, the sheet material 101C shown in FIG. 32 is formed.

[0129] Next, adhesive Gc4 is applied to the rear trunk portion 12c. The adhesive Gc4 is, for example, a vinyl acetate resin emulsion adhesive. The adhesive Gc4 is placed on both ends in the Y direction and extends in the X direction. The adhesive Gc4 is an example of the "third adhesive" in the present invention.

[0130] Then, the fold Fc6 is folded inward, and the glue tab 3 is attached to the side edge of the rear body portion 12c with the adhesive Gc4. Thereafter, the print area 5 (see FIG. 26) of the front body portion 11c is printed using, for example, a laser printer (not shown). That is, printing is performed after the sheet material 100C is folded into a bag shape. In this manner, the container 100f shown in FIG. 26 is manufactured.

[0131] --Configuration of Container-- Next, the configuration of the container 100f of the sixth embodiment will be described with reference to FIGS.

[0132] As shown in Fig. 26, container 100f has a flat, cylindrical front body portion 11c and a rear body portion 12c that are stacked and disposed opposite each other. In container 100f, the distance between front body portion 11c and rear body portion 12c is increased, and folds Fc8 to Fc10 are folded. As a result, as shown in Fig. 27, folds Fc4 and Fc5 are folded and fold Fc3 is stretched, thereby unfolding bottom portion 2c. As shown in Fig. 28, bottom portion 2c is shaped to have a rectangular shape when viewed from the bottom in the unfolded state.

[0133] Furthermore, in the container 100f, the legs are formed by the lower end 111c of the front body portion 11c and the front adhesive portion 22c, and the lower end 121c of the rear body portion 12c and the rear adhesive portion 23c. Therefore, when the container 100f is placed on a placement surface (not shown), the folds Fc1 and Fc2 abut against the placement surface.

[0134] Below the body 1c of container 100f, the side surfaces of the storage space are formed by side surface forming portions 112c and 122c. The dimensions of these side surfaces are constant from the bottom end to the fold line Fc10, and then become smaller as they move upward from fold line Fc10, until they disappear before reaching the top end. Therefore, in container 100f, as shown in Figure 30, the opening at the top end of body 1c can be easily kept closed when bottom 2c is unfolded.

[0135] As shown in FIG. 29 , the sealing material 4 is positioned at the upper end of the body 1c and below the hole 13. The sealing material 4 is provided on the inner surface of the front body 11c, with dots of hot-melt adhesive 41 applied in a continuous pattern across the width of the body 1c. The hot-melt adhesive 41 is primarily composed of, for example, a polyolefin resin and is formed by solidifying the adhesive Gc1 described above. The sealing material 4 is configured to seal the opening of the body 1c by being heated and melted while the upper ends of the front body 11c and the rear body 12c are pressed against each other. In other words, the melted and solidified sealing material 4 bonds the upper ends of the front body 11c and the rear body 12c. Note that the hot-melt adhesive 41 is not provided at both widthwise ends of the body 1c, and even when sealed with the sealing material 4, ventilation is permitted through both ends.

[0136] -Effect- In the sixth embodiment, as described above, by forming the folds Fc8 to Fc10 in the front torso section 11c and the rear torso section 12c, it is possible to form side surfaces on the underside of the torso section 1c.

[0137] The other effects of the sixth embodiment are the same as those of the fourth embodiment.
