[0089] Specifically, the degree of reduction of ABTS radical by reaction with a sample was measured using ABTS (2,2'-azino-bis(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid), a stable free radical. The white tea tree extract of Preparation Example 1, the lactobacillus fermentation filtrate of Preparation Example 3, or the white tea tree double fermentation of Example 1 were used as samples, and each sample was used at a concentration of 1% (v / v). A group treated with 100 ㎍ / ㎖ of L-ascorbic acid was used as a positive control group.

[0090] Figure 1 is a graph showing ABTS radical scavenging activity (%).

[0091] As a result, as shown in Fig. 1, it was confirmed that the white tea tree extract of Preparation Example 1, the lactobacillus fermentation filtrate of Preparation Example 3, and the white tea tree double fermentation product of Example 1 all had antioxidant activity. In particular, it was confirmed that the white tea tree double fermentation product of Example 1 had significantly superior antioxidant activity compared to the white tea tree extract or the lactobacillus fermentation filtrate.

[0092] Therefore, it was found that the double fermented white tea tree of Example 1 had an excellent antioxidant effect.

[0094] An experiment was conducted to confirm the anti-inflammatory and skin soothing effects of a double-fermented white tea tree extract according to one embodiment.

[0095] Specifically, after treating mouse macrophage Raw 264.7 cells with LPS (liposaccharides), each sample was treated at a concentration of 1% (v / v) to measure the level of NO (Nitric Oxide) gene expression. The group treated with nothing (MO: Media Only) was used as the negative control group. The group treated with 30 ㎍ / ㎖ of L-NMMA was used as the positive control group.

[0096] Figure 2 is a graph confirming NO inhibition ability.

[0097] As a result, as shown in Fig. 2, it was confirmed that the white tea tree extract of Manufacturing Example 1 and the white tea tree double fermentation product of Example 1 significantly inhibited the expression of NO genes that cause skin irritation. In particular, the white tea tree double fermentation product of Example 1 exhibited the best NO inhibition ability.

[0098] Therefore, it was found that the double fermented white tea tree of Example 1 had excellent anti-inflammatory, skin soothing, and skin irritation relief effects.

[0099] Experimental Example 3. Confirmation of skin moisturizing and skin barrier strengthening effects.

[0100] An experiment was conducted to confirm the skin moisturizing and skin barrier strengthening effects of a double fermented white tea tree product according to one embodiment.

[0101] Specifically, after culturing human keratinocytes, each sample was treated at a concentration of 1% (v / v) to determine the level of AQP-3 (Aquaporin-3) gene expression. The group treated with 2 mM CaCl served as a positive control group.

[0102] Figure 3 is a graph showing the level of AQP-3 gene expression.

[0103] As a result, as shown in Fig. 3, it was confirmed that the white tea tree double fermentation product of Example 1 had a significantly superior AQP-3 expression increasing effect compared to the white tea tree extract of Preparation Example 1 or the lactobacillus fermentation filtrate of Preparation Example 3.

[0104] Therefore, it was found that the double fermented white tea tree of Example 1 had excellent skin moisturizing and skin barrier strengthening effects.

[0105] Experimental Example 4. Confirmation of the exfoliating effect

[0106] The exfoliation effect according to the protein-decomposing enzyme activity of the double fermented white tea tree according to one embodiment was confirmed.

[0107] Specifically, a circular paper disc was placed on a 1% skim milk agar plate and cultured, and the protein decomposition efficacy was confirmed through the diameter of the clear zone.

[0108] Figure 4 shows the results of a paper disk experiment that confirmed protein decomposition efficacy.

[0109] As a result, as shown in Fig. 4, the white tea tree double fermentation of Example 1 formed a clear zone with a clearer and larger diameter than the white tea tree extract of Preparation Example 1, confirming that the protein decomposition efficacy according to the colony was superior.

[0110] Therefore, it was found that the double fermentation of white tea tree of Example 1 had excellent protein decomposition efficacy and thus excellent exfoliation effect.

[0111] Experimental Example 5. Confirmation of the skin microbiome regulation effect.

[0112] An experiment was conducted to confirm the skin microbiome control effect of a double-fermented white tea tree extract according to one embodiment.

[0113] Specifically, TSB (Tryptic Soy Broth, BD Difco, USA) was used as the microbial medium. The growth of the bacteria was performed by inoculating 1 × 10 of the corresponding strain into the appropriate medium. 6After inoculating at a concentration of CFU / mL and culturing at 37°C for 24 h, the growth rate was compared by measuring the absorbance at 600 nm, or by confirming the actual number of viable cells through the serial dilution method. The growth rate was compared as a percentage based on the experimental group to which the same amount of phosphate buffered saline (PBS) as the test sample was added. 1 mL of 10% TSB was added to a 12-well plate for co-culture of harmful and beneficial skin bacteria, and harmful bacteria (Pseudomonas aeruginosa, Staphylococcus aureus) were added at a density of 1 × 10 6 CFU / mL concentration. A 0.4 ㎛ cell culture insert was placed on top, and 1 × 10 of Staphylococcus epidermidis was added to 1 mL of 10% TSB. 6 Inoculated at a concentration of 10 CFU / mL. As a control, the same amount of phosphate-buffered saline (PBS) was used. After 12 h of incubation at 32°C, the number of each strain was checked and the degree of growth was compared.

[0114] Figure 5 is a graph showing changes in the number of skin microorganisms before and after co-cultivation in the double fermentation of white tea tree of Example 1.

[0115] As a result, as shown in Fig. 5, it was confirmed that there was no change in the number of S. epidermidis, a beneficial skin bacterium, and S. aureus and P. aeruginosa, harmful skin bacteria, before co-culture. However, after co-culture in the double-fermented white tea tree of Example 1, it was confirmed that there was no effect on S. epidermidis, a beneficial skin bacterium, but the number of S. aureus and P. aeruginosa, harmful skin bacteria, decreased.

[0116] Therefore, it was found that the double-fermented white tea tree of Example 1 had a skin microbiome control effect by reducing skin harmful bacteria without affecting skin beneficial bacteria.
