Description

[0001] METHOD AND SYSTEM FOR MANUFACTURING A SHELL, AS WELL AS A METHOD FOR CONTROLLING SUCH A SYSTEM

[0002] AREA OF TECHNOLOGY

[0003] The present invention relates to means for producing cylindrical elements, in particular to a method and system for producing a shell, as well as to a method for controlling such a system.

[0004] LEVEL OF TECHNOLOGY

[0005] Currently, the state of the art knows various methods and systems for manufacturing a shell from various materials, as well as various methods for controlling such systems for manufacturing a shell using control computing devices.

[0006] One of the illustrative examples of a method for manufacturing a shell, a system for manufacturing a shell and a method for controlling such a system is described in Russian patent No. 209510 (hereinafter RU 209510), published on March 16, 2022). In particular, patent RU 209510 discloses a method for manufacturing a shell, according to which: (i) a pre-treated polymer sheet is placed in a Wegener SM 440 automated CNC machine for welding the joints of this polymer sheet to obtain a cylindrical part made of a polymer material; (j) the resulting cylindrical part is placed in an SGN-600 / 2400 winding machine for winding said cylindrical part with resin-impregnated fiberglass, which acts as the inner layer of resin-impregnated fiberglass;(iii) a metal reinforcing mesh is stretched along the entire perimeter of the said cylindrical part with resin-impregnated glass fiber wound onto it, ensuring its fastening to the said resin-impregnated glass fiber using fasteners; and (iv) resin-impregnated glass fiber is applied over the said metal reinforcing mesh, performing the function of the outer layer of resin-impregnated glass fiber, using the SGN-600 / 2400 winding machine.

[0007] One of the disadvantages of the known method for manufacturing a shell, the known system for manufacturing a shell, or the known method for controlling such a system is that they require moving the part used for manufacturing the shell from one technological operation to another technological operation, ensuring its proper positioning at each such technological operation in relation to the working element of the functional device that ensures the possibility of carrying out the said technological operation.

[0008] Consequently, the main technical problem solved by the present invention consists in creating a method for manufacturing a shell, a system for manufacturing a shell and a method for controlling such a system, in which the above-mentioned drawback of the known method and system for manufacturing a shell is at least partially eliminated, consisting in the need for precise positioning of the part used for manufacturing the shell at each technological operation in relation to the working element of the functional device, ensuring the possibility of carrying out the said technological operation.

[0009] An additional technical problem solved by the present invention consists in expanding the arsenal of means for manufacturing shells.

[0010] DISCLOSURE OF THE ESSENCE OF THE INVENTION

[0011] The objective of the present invention is to create a method for manufacturing a shell, a system for manufacturing a shell and a method for controlling such a system, which solve at least the technical problem outlined above.

[0012] Another object of the present invention is to provide an alternative method for manufacturing a shell, a system for manufacturing a shell and a method for controlling such a system in relation to the known methods for manufacturing shells, systems for manufacturing shells and methods for controlling such systems, respectively.

[0013] Each of the set tasks is solved in the first aspect of the present invention due to the fact that the proposed method for producing a shell includes the steps of: (i) rotating a mandrel by means of a rotating device; (ii) moving an extrusion device relative to the rotating mandrel with the possibility of applying molten thermoplastic thereto; (iii) moving a laminating device relative to the rotating mandrel with the possibility of laminating said applied thermoplastic; and (iv) moving a winding device relative to the rotating mandrel with the possibility of winding glass roving onto said captive thermoplastic to obtain a shell on said mandrel.

[0014] Each of the set tasks is solved in the second aspect of the present invention due to the fact that the proposed system for producing a shell comprises: (i) a rotating device, made with the possibility of connection to a mandrel with the possibility of its rotation; (ii) an extrusion device, made with the possibility of movement relative to said rotating mandrel with the possibility of applying molten thermoplastic to it; (iii) a laminating device, made with the possibility of movement relative to said rotating mandrel with the possibility of laminating said applied thermoplastic; and (iv) a winding device, made with the possibility of movement relative to said rotating mandrel with the possibility of winding glass roving onto said captive thermoplastic to obtain a shell on said mandrel.

[0015] Each of the set tasks is also solved in the third aspect of the present invention due to the fact that the proposed method for controlling a system for producing a shell, performed on a control computing device, comprises the steps according to which: (i) issuing control instructions to a rotating device with the ability to rotate a mandrel by means of a rotating device, (ii) issuing control instructions to an extrusion device with the ability to move the extrusion device relative to the rotating mandrel for applying molten thermoplastic to it, (iii) issuing control instructions to a laminating device with the ability to move the laminating device relative to the rotating mandrel for laminating said applied thermoplastic, and (iv) issuing control instructions to the winding device to allow the winding device to move relative to the rotating mandrel to wind the glass roving onto said captive thermoplastic to form a shell on said mandrel.

[0054] In particular, the control unit in each functional device of the system 1000 from the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 can be a combination of hardware and software that ensures the execution of the specified functions or functionalities described in this document in relation to the specified functional device. In particular, the control unit in each functional device of the system 1000 from the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 may be a microcontroller, a processor or any other suitable computing device configured to access control software instructions with the ability to execute them to implement the functional capabilities described in this document with respect to the specified functional device.

[0055] In addition, the control unit in each functional device of the system 1000 from the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 can have or can access at least one remote database (not shown) via a communication network or in another way involving the use of at least one of the wireless communication means known in the art, or can contain at least one local database stored in the memory of such a control unit, or can receive data from a local database stored on a local storage device to which the said control unit can have access or can access.

[0056] The control device of the system 1000, which can be used for issuing control instructions to one or more of the control unit of the extrusion device 200, the control unit of the laminating device 300, the control unit of the winding device 400, the control unit of the painting device 500 and the control unit of the cutting device 600 for remote control of the operation of the functional devices, the control units of which have received the said control instructions, can be implemented, for example, in the form of a control panel, a control server, a personal computer, a portable user device (for example, a tablet, laptop, smartphone, netbook, etc.). It should also be noted that the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300 and the winding device 400 are each successively moved in a deactivated state on their carriage (not shown) under the control of the control device of the system 1000 from the same final location on the linear guide 800 to their final stop located on the linear guide 800 after the mandrel 10,wherein the extrusion device 200, which moves first along the linear guide 800 with respect to the rotating mandrel 10 under the control of the control device of the system 1000, is located in the parking place 810, the laminating device 300, which moves second or moves after the extrusion device 200 along the linear guide 800 with respect to the rotating mandrel 10 under the control of the control device of the system 1000, is located in the parking place 820, and the winding device 400, which moves third (last) or moves after the laminating device 300 along the linear guide 800 with respect to the rotating mandrel 10 under the control of the control device of the system 1000, is located in the parking place 830. Thus, the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300 and the winding device 400 essentially alternately (one after another after a given period of time, controlled by the control device of the system 1000) travel along the linear guide 800 in relation to the rotating mandrel 10 the same path, equal to the distance between the initial location on the linear guide 800 and the final location on the linear guide 800, wherein the said distance traveled by each main functional device of the system 1000 essentially corresponds to the length of the part of the mandrel 10 that will be processed by the said functional device of the system 1000 when implementing its purpose described in this document.

[0059] As shown in Fig. 1, the linear guide 800 is provided with an end position sensor 840 connected for communication with the control device of the system 1000. The end position sensor 840, mounted on the linear guide 800, is configured to determine whether the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300 or the winding device 400 has reached the end position on the linear guide 800, with the ability to issue a warning signal to the control device of the system 1000 indicating that one of said main functional devices has reached the end position, wherein the control device of the system 1000, in response to said warning signal from the end position sensor 840, issues control instructions to the control unit of said main functional device with the ability to deactivate or switch off this main functional device and the ability to move,by means of a carriage, this main functional device in the switched-off state along a linear guide 800 to the final parking place corresponding to the specified main functional device.,

[0060] In addition, as shown in Fig. 1, the extrusion device 200 is provided with a home position sensor 270 connected for communication with the control device of the system 1000, the laminating device 300 is provided with a home position sensor 340 connected for communication with the control device of the system 1000, and the winding device 400 is provided with a home position sensor 480 connected for communication with the control device of the system 1000. The home position sensor 270 mounted on the extrusion device 200, the home position sensor 340 mounted on the laminating device 300, and the home position sensor 480 mounted on the winding device 400 are each configured to determine whether the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, or the winding device 400 has reached the home position on the linear guide 800, respectively, with the possibility of issuing to the control device of the system 1000 a warning signal indicating the reaching of the initial position by one of the said main functional devices, wherein the control device of the system 1000, in response to the warning signal of the initial position sensor of one of the said main functional devices, issues control instructions to the control unit of this main functional device with the possibility of activating or turning on this main functional device and the possibility of moving, by means of the carriage, this main functional device in the turned on state along the linear guide 800 along the rotatable mandrel 10 towards the end position sensor 840 mounted on the said linear guide 800.

[0061] It should be noted that in the system 1000, the control device of the system 1000 preferably controls the operation of the rotating device 100, the operation of the extrusion device 200, the operation of the laminating device 300, the operation of the winding device 400, the operation of the painting device 500 and the operation of the cutting device 600 by issuing control instructions to the corresponding control units in such a way that the said functional devices of the system 1000 have substantially the same speed of movement with respect to the rotating mandrel 10, and the rotating device 100 ensures the rotation of the mandrel 10 with substantially the same speed of rotation and in the same direction of rotation (i.e. clockwise or counterclockwise) when moving each of the said functional devices of the system 1000 with respect to the said rotating mandrel 10.In one embodiment of the present invention, at least one functional device of the system 1000 from the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 can have a speed of movement relative to the rotating mandrel 10 that is different from the speed of movement of each of the other functional devices of the system 1000. In another embodiment of the present invention, the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 can have different (different from each other) speeds of movement relative to the rotating mandrel 10.In another embodiment of the present invention, at least one or each of the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 can perform an odd number of rectilinear movements (one, three, five, seven, nine or more rectilinear movements) relative to the rotating mandrel 10 at a given movement speed, thereby passing two or more distances between the above-described initial location and the final location on the rectilinear guide.

[0062] In addition, as shown in Fig. 1, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 are each mounted on the same linear guide 700 by means of a corresponding carriage (not shown) in such a way that the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 can be moved one after the other or can perform a rectilinear movement one after the other with respect to the mandrel 10, driven into rotation by means of the rotating device 100, from at least the same initial location on the linear guide 700, in which each of the said auxiliary functional devices 500, 600 is switched on or driven (activated) by means of the control device of the system 1000, ensuring the implementation of the functional purpose of this device and which essentially corresponds to the beginning of the mandrel 10, to the same final location on the linear guide 700,in which each of said auxiliary functional devices 500, 600 is deactivated or switched off by means of a control device of the system 1000 and which essentially corresponds to the end of the mandrel 10, wherein the linear guide 700 extends essentially parallel to the linear guide 800 in such a way that they are located on different sides of the mandrel 10 at the same or essentially the same distance from the mandrel 10.,

[0063] It should be noted that the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 are each successively moved in a deactivated state on their carriage (not shown) under the control of the control device of the system 1000, connected to said carriage with the possibility of controlling its operation, from their initial parking place, located on the linear guide 700 to the mandrel 10 (see on the right in the upper part of Fig. 1), to the same initial location on the linear guide 700 (marked in Fig. 1 by a vertical line), which essentially corresponds to the initial position on the linear guide 800.It should also be noted that the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 are each successively moved in a deactivated state on their carriage (not shown) under the control of the control device of the system 1000 from the same final location on the linear guide 700 to their final parking place located on the linear guide 700 after the mandrel 10, wherein the painting device 500, which is moved first along the linear guide 700 with respect to the rotating mandrel 10 under the control of the control device of the system 1000, ends up being located in the parking place 710, and the cutting device 600, which is moved second (last) or moves after the painting device 500 along the linear guide 700 with respect to the rotating mandrel 10 under the control of the control device of the system 1000, ends up being located in the parking place 720.In this way, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 essentially alternately (one after the other after a given period of time controlled by the control device of the system 1000) travel along the linear guide 700 with respect to the rotating mandrel 10 the same path equal to the distance between the initial location on the linear guide 700 and the final location on the linear guide 700, which essentially corresponds to the distance between the initial location on the linear guide 800 and the final location on the linear guide 800, wherein said distance traveled by each auxiliary functional device of the system 1000 essentially corresponds to the length of the part of the mandrel 10 that will be processed by said auxiliary functional device of the system 1000 when implementing its purpose described in this document. In other words, each of the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 travels substantially the same distance along the rotating mandrel 10, thereby processing substantially the same portion of the mandrel 10, the length of which substantially corresponds to the distance between the above-described initial location on the linear guides of the system 1000 and the final location on the linear guides of the system 1000.

[0064] As shown in Fig. 1, the linear guide 700 is provided with an end position sensor 730, connected for communication with the control device of the system 1000, wherein the location of the end position sensor 730 on the linear guide 700 essentially corresponds to the location of the end position sensor 840 on the guide 800. The end position sensor 730, mounted on the linear guide 700, is configured to determine whether the painting device 500 or the cutting device 600 has reached the end position on the linear guide 700, with the possibility of issuing a warning signal to the control device of the system 1000 indicating that the end position has been reached by one of the said auxiliary functional devices, wherein the control device of the system 1000, in response to the said warning signal of the end position sensor 730, issues control instructions to the control unit of the said auxiliary functional device with the provision of the possibility of deactivating or switching off this auxiliary functional device and the possibility of moving, by means of the carriage, this auxiliary functional device in the switched-off state along the linear guide 700 to the final parking location corresponding to the said auxiliary functional device.

[0065] In addition, as shown in Fig. 1, the painting device 500 is provided with a home position sensor 570 connected in communication with the control device of the system 1000, and the cutting device 600 is provided with a home position sensor 640 connected in communication with the control device of the system 1000. The home position sensor 570 mounted on the painting device 500 and the home position sensor 640 mounted on the cutting device 600 are each configured to determine whether the painting device 500 or the cutting device 600 has reached the home position on the linear guide 700, respectively, with the ability to issue a warning signal to the control device of the system 1000 indicating that the home position has been reached by one of the said auxiliary functional devices, wherein the control device of the system 1000, in response to a warning signal from the initial position sensor of one of the said auxiliary functional devices, issues control instructions to the control unit of this auxiliary functional device with the provision of the possibility of activating or switching on this auxiliary functional device and the possibility of moving, by means of the carriage, this auxiliary functional device in the switched-on state along the linear guide 700 along the rotatable mandrel 10 towards the end position sensor 730 installed on the said linear guide 700.

[0066] In one embodiment of the present invention, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 can be mounted on different guides, each of which can be made similar to the above-described guide 700, with the possibility of their sequential movement relative to the rotating mandrel 10 under the control of the control device of the system 1000, ensuring the possibility of implementing their functional purposes described in this document.

In addition, as shown in Fig. 1, the rotating device 100 comprises a rotary drive 110 configured to ensure the possibility of rotating the mandrel 10, fastened or connected to the rotating device 100, in a given direction and at a given rotation speed. The rotary drive 110 in the rotating device 100 is connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the rotating device 100, so that the control unit of the rotating device 100 can issue control instructions to the rotary drive 110 with the possibility of actuating (activating) or turning on the drive 110, the possibility of deactivating or turning off the drive 110, the possibility of setting or changing the operating characteristics or parameters of the drive 110 for setting or changing the rotation speed of the mandrel 10, setting or changing the rotation direction of the mandrel 10 and / or the like, and / or the like, wherein said control instructions of the control unit of the rotating device 100 can be generated in response to the corresponding control instructions of the control device of the system 1000, received by the control unit of the rotating device 100 from the control device of the system 1000.

[0071] In addition, as shown in Fig. 1, the rotating device 100 comprises a rotation speed sensor 120 configured to detect the rotation speed of the mandrel 10 fastened or connected to the rotating device 100, and a rotation direction sensor 130 configured to detect the rotation direction of the mandrel 10.The sensors 120, 130 in the rotating device 100 are each connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the rotating device 100, so that the control unit of the rotating device 100 can receive readings from said sensors 120, 130 in real time or in real time mode, ensuring the possibility of monitoring the rotation direction of the mandrel 10 and the rotation speed of the mandrel 10, wherein the control unit of the rotating device 100 can send a system request to the rotation speed sensor 120 and / or the rotation direction sensor 130 to receive their readings in response to control instructions received by the control unit of the rotating device 100 from the control device of the system 1000, or can issue readings from said sensors 120, 130 to the control device of the system 1000 in real time or in real time mode. The readings of the rotation speed sensor 120 and / or the readings of the rotation direction sensor 130, which the control device of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the rotating device 100 in real time, can allow the control device of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of the rotating device 100 (for example, the drive 110) depending on the current operating characteristics (operating parameters) or the current operating state of at least one or each of the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600.Alternatively, the readings of the rotation speed sensor 120 and / or the readings of the rotation direction sensor 130, which the control device of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the rotating device 100 in real time, can allow the control device of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of at least one or each of the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 depending on these readings.

[0072] Fig. 2 shows a structural diagram of an extrusion device 200 in the system 1000 for producing a shell according to the present invention, shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 2a, in turn, shows a functional module for applying molten thermoplastic, which is part of the extrusion device 200 shown in Fig. 2.

[0073] As a thermoplastic in the extrusion device 200 shown in Fig. 2, polypropylene (1111) is preferably used, but alternatively, polyethylene terephthalate (PET), polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), polyetheretherketone (PEEK), polyoxymethylene (POM), polyethersulfone (PES) or ABS plastic can be used as said thermoplastic. It should be obvious to a person skilled in the art that any suitable polymeric material known in the art that is capable of reversibly changing to a highly elastic or viscous state upon heating can be used as a thermoplastic in the extrusion device 200 shown in Fig. 2.

[0074] As shown in Fig. 2, the extrusion device 200 comprises a linear drive 210 configured to move a carriage on which the extrusion device 200 is mounted in a given direction and at a given speed of movement along a linear guide 800. The linear drive 210 in the extrusion device 200 is connected to the control unit of the extrusion device 200 for data exchange, so that the control unit of the extrusion device 200 can issue control instructions to the linear drive 210 to enable (activate) or turn on the drive 210, to deactivate or turn off the drive 210, to set or change the operating characteristics or parameters of the drive 210 to set or change the speed of movement of the carriage of the extrusion device 200 along the guide 800, to set or change the direction of movement of the carriage of the extrusion device 200 along the guide 800, and / or the like, and / or etc., wherein said control instructions of the control unit of the extrusion device 200 can be generated in response to corresponding control instructions of the control device of the system 1000, received by the control unit of the extrusion device 200 from the control device of the system 1000.

[0075] In addition, the extrusion device 200 comprises a hopper or container for thermoplastic granules (not shown), an extruder 240 communicating with the said container of the extrusion device 200 to provide the possibility of feeding thermoplastic granules into the melting zone of the extruder 240.In addition, the extrusion device 200 contains an infrared heater 260, configured to heat the thermoplastic granules in the melting zone of the extruder 240 to a specified temperature, ensuring the possibility of melting them to obtain molten thermoplastic 250, and connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the extrusion device 200, wherein the extruder 240 is configured to extrude the molten thermoplastic 250 through the head of the extruder 240 for metered feeding of the said extrudate, ensuring the possibility of applying it to the mandrel 10 when the extrusion device 200 moves along the guide 800 relative to the mandrel 10 under the control of the control device of the system 1000.It should be noted that the control unit of the extrusion device 200 can issue control instructions to the infrared heater 260 with the possibility of actuating (activating) or turning on the infrared heater 260, the possibility of deactivating or turning off the infrared heater 260, the possibility of setting or changing the operating characteristics or parameters of the infrared heater 260 for setting or changing the heating temperature of the thermoplastic granules in the melting zone of the extruder 240 and / or the like, wherein said control instructions of the control unit of the extrusion device 200 can be generated in response to the corresponding control instructions of the control device of the system 1000, received by the control unit of the extrusion device 200 from the control device of the system 1000.

[0076] In addition, the extrusion device 200 comprises a thermoplastic granule level sensor 230, configured to determine the level of thermoplastic granules in the reservoir of the extrusion device 200, and a thermoplastic melt temperature sensor 220, configured to determine the temperature of the molten thermoplastic 250 extruded through the head of the extruder 240. The sensors 220, 230 in the extrusion device 200 are each connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the extrusion device 200, so that the control unit of the extrusion device 200 can receive readings from the sensor 220 and / or the sensor 230 in real time or in real time mode, respectively, ensuring the possibility of monitoring the temperature of the molten thermoplastic 250 output by the extruder 240, and / or the possibility of monitoring the residual amount of thermoplastic granules in the reservoir of the extrusion device 200,wherein the control unit of the extrusion device 200 can send a system request to the thermoplastic melt temperature sensor 220 and / or the thermoplastic granule level sensor 230 to obtain their readings in response to the control instructions received by the control unit of the extrusion device 200 from the control device of the system 1000, or can output the readings of said sensors 220, 230 to the control device of the system 1000 in real time or in the real time mode. The readings of the thermoplastic melt temperature sensor 220 and / or the readings of the thermoplastic granule level sensor 230 received by the control unit of the extrusion device 200 from said sensors 220, 230 allow the control unit of the extrusion device 200 to correct or regulate the operation of the extrusion device 200. In particular, the readings of the thermoplastic melt temperature sensor 220 allow the control unit of the extrusion device 200 to correct or regulate the operation of the infrared heater 260. In addition, the readings of the thermoplastic melt temperature sensor 220 and / or the readings of the thermoplastic granule level sensor 230, which the control device of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the extrusion device 200 in real time, can allow the control device of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of the rotating device 100 (for example, the drive 110) depending on at least one or each of these readings. Alternatively, the readings of the thermoplastic melt temperature sensor 220 and / or the readings of the thermoplastic granule level sensor 230, which the control device of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the extrusion device 200 in real time, may allow the control device of the system 1000 to adjust or regulate the operation of at least one or each of the rotating device 100, the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 depending on at least one or each of the specified indications.,

[0077] As shown in Fig. 2a, the functional module for applying molten thermoplastic, included in the extrusion device 200 shown in Fig. 2, is a pressing device 280, provided with a pressing roller and a drive connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the extrusion device 200 and operatively connected to the said pressing roller with the possibility of pressing the molten thermoplastic 250, dosed by the extruder 240, to the mandrel 10 by means of the said pressing roller under the control of the control unit of the extrusion device 200, so that when the extrusion device 200 moves along the guide 800 with respect to the rotating mandrel 10, the pressing device 280 allows the molten thermoplastic 250 to be wound uniformly and tightly onto the said rotating mandrel 10 along its length.

[0078] In addition, as shown in Fig. 2a, the pressing device 280 is provided with a roller pressure sensor 285, designed to determine the degree of pressure of the pressing roller of the pressing device 280 to the mandrel 10 and connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the extrusion device 200.It should be noted that the control unit of the extrusion device 200 can receive readings from the roller pressure sensor 285 in real time or in real time mode with the ability to monitor the force with which the pressure roller of the pressing device 280 is pressed against the mandrel 10, while the control unit of the extrusion device 200 can send a system request to the roller pressure sensor 285 to receive its readings in response to control instructions received by the control unit of the extrusion device 200 from the control device of the system 1000, or can output readings of the roller pressure sensor 285 to the control device of the system 1000 in real time or in real time mode. The readings of the roller pressure sensor 285 received by the control unit of the extrusion device 200 from the roller pressure sensor 285 allow the control unit of the extrusion device 200 to correct or regulate the operation of the extrusion device 200 as a whole or the operation of the functional module for applying molten thermoplastic included in the extrusion device 200, in particular. In addition, the readings of the roller pressure sensor 285, which the control unit of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the extrusion device 200 in real time, can allow the control unit of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of the rotating device 100 (for example, the PO drive) depending on these readings.Alternatively, the readings of the roller pressure sensor 285, which the control device of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the extrusion device 200 in real time, can allow the control device of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of at least one or each of the rotating device 100, the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 depending on these readings.

[0079] In one embodiment of the present invention, the pressing device 280 may not be part of the extrusion device 200, but may be a separate functional device that is part of the system 1000 and is equipped with its own control unit that is connected with the ability to exchange data with the control device of the system 1000.

[0080] It should be noted that the molten thermoplastic applied to the mandrel 10 using the extrusion device 200 hardens on the surface of the mandrel 10 without losing its properties, forming at least one layer of thermoplastic on the said mandrel 10, which performs the function of a supporting or main layer on the said mandrel 10.

[0081] Fig. 3 shows a structural diagram of the laminating device 300 in the system 1000 for producing a shell according to the present invention, shown in Fig. 1. Fig. 3a in turn shows a functional module for stretching the textile material, which is part of the laminating device 300, shown in Fig. 3.

[0082] As shown in Fig. 3, the laminating device 300 comprises a linear drive 340 configured to enable movement of the carriage on which the laminating device 300 is mounted in a given direction and at a given speed of movement along a linear guide 800. The linear drive 340 in the laminating device 300 is connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the laminating device 300, so that the control unit of the laminating device 300 can issue control instructions to the linear drive 340 to enable actuation (activation) or switching on of the drive 340, the ability to deactivate or switch off the drive 340, the ability to set or change the operating characteristics or parameters of the drive 340 to set or change the speed of movement of the carriage of the laminating device 300 along the guide 800, to set or change the direction of movement of the carriage of the laminating device 300 along the guide 800, and / or the like, and / or etc., wherein said control instructions of the control unit of the laminating device 300 can be generated in response to corresponding control instructions of the control device of the system 1000, received by the control unit of the laminating device 300 from the control device of the system 1000.

[0083] The laminating device 300 is designed with the possibility of winding or applying a backing 310 in the form of a woven or non-woven textile material (i.e. an adhesive layer) onto a thermoplastic previously applied to the mandrel 10 by means of the extrusion device 200, when laminating said thermoplastic with the possibility of obtaining a backed thermoplastic on the mandrel 10 (i.e. the possibility of obtaining a thermoplastic with an adhesive layer applied to it on the mandrel 10). In other words, the operation of applying the backing 310, carried out by means of the laminating device 300, is an operation of applying an adhesive layer to a thermoplastic layer previously applied to the mandrel 10 by means of the extrusion device 200.Thus, as a result of processing the mandrel 10 with a layer of thermoplastic previously applied to it using the laminating device 300, a captive thermoplastic is obtained on the mandrel, in which a woven or non-woven textile material, performing the function of an adhesive layer, is at least partially embedded in the said layer of thermoplastic.

[0084] It should be noted that the non-woven textile material in the form of which the lining 310 can be made, wound or applied to the thermoplastic applied to the mandrel using the laminating device 300, can be a material made of threads or fibers of polypropylene (1111), polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), connected to each other without using the weaving methods known in the prior art. As an alternative, the non-woven textile material in the form of which the lining 310 can be made can be a material made of pile fibers, wool fibers or cotton fibers connected to each other without using the weaving methods known in the prior art, i.e. the lining 310 can be a pile non-woven textile material, a woolen non-woven textile material or a cotton non-woven textile material. It should also be noted that the woven textile material in the form of which the backing 310 can be made, wound or applied to the thermoplastic applied to the mandrel using the laminating device 300, can be a material made of threads or fibers of polypropylene (1111), polyethylene terephthalate (PET) or polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF), but already connected to each other using weaving methods known in the art. It should be obvious to a person skilled in the art that any suitable woven or non-woven material known in the art and providing the possibility of adhesion of the below-described fiberglass layer to the above-described thermoplastic layer can be used as the backing 310 applied to the thermoplastic layer using the laminating device 300.

[0085] The laminating device 300 can be made in the form of any laminating device known in the prior art and suitable for winding or applying laminating film 310 in its specific design onto a layer of thermoplastic on the mandrel 10.

[0086] In addition, as shown in Fig. 3, the laminating device 300 comprises an infrared heater 320, configured to heat the working area on the outer surface of the thermoplastic applied to the mandrel, to which it is supposed to apply the laminating film 310 at a given or current moment in time, to a given temperature, ensuring the possibility of at least partial melting or fusion of the upper layer of the thermoplastic in the said working area, but excluding the possibility of the thermoplastic in the said working area being converted into a fluid mass or the possibility of the destruction of the thermoplastic molecules in the said working area, wherein the infrared heater 320 is additionally connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the laminating device 300. It should be noted that the thermoplastic (i.e.Thermoplastic material (thermoplastic material) is a class of polymers characterized by the ability to reversibly change the aggregate state depending on the temperature without changing its chemical composition or its chemical structure, i.e. the thermoplastic is capable of hardening without losing its properties when the temperature of the thermal effect decreases or the source of the thermal effect is removed. Thus, the infrared heater 320 provides the ability to heat the working area on the outer surface of the thermoplastic applied to the mandrel immediately before applying the kashira to the said working area, as a result of which adhesion (sticking) or gluing of the said kashira to the said thermoplastic occurs without using any binder (for example, without using resin or glue). It should also be noted that the control unit of the laminating device 300 can issue control instructions to the infrared heater 320 with the possibility of actuating (activating) or turning on the infrared heater 320, the possibility of deactivating or turning off the infrared heater 320, the possibility of setting or changing the operating characteristics or parameters of the infrared heater 320 for setting or changing the heating temperature of the working area on the outer surface of the thermoplastic applied to the mandrel and / or the like, wherein said control instructions of the control unit of the laminating device 300 can be generated in response to the corresponding control instructions of the control device of the system 1000, received by the control unit of the laminating device 300 from the control device of the system 1000.

[0087] In one embodiment of the present invention, the infrared heater 320 may not be part of the laminating device 300, but may be a separate functional device in the system 1000, designed with the possibility of heating the polypropylene applied to the mandrel 10 by means of the extrusion device 200, to the temperature of melting or melting the upper layer of thermoplastic when applying the lamination 310 in the form of a textile material to the said polypropylene applied to the mandrel and equipped with its own control unit, connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control device of the system 1000.

[0088] In addition, as shown in Fig. 3, the laminating device 300 comprises a working area temperature sensor 330, configured to determine the temperature of the working area on the outer surface of the thermoplastic, onto which the laminating film 310 is supposed to be applied, and connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the laminating device 300.It should be noted that the control unit of the laminating device 300 can receive readings from the working area temperature sensor 330 in real time or in real time mode with the ability to control the temperature required for proper melting of the outer surface of the thermoplastic on the mandrel 10 in a specific working area, while the control unit of the laminating device 300 can send a system request to the working area temperature sensor 330 to receive its readings in response to control instructions received by the control unit of the laminating device 300 from the control device of the system 1000, or can issue readings from the working area temperature sensor 330 to the control device of the system 1000 in real time or in real time mode. The readings of the working area temperature sensor 330 received by the control unit of the laminating device 300 from the working area temperature sensor 330 allow the control unit of the laminating device 300 to correct or regulate the operation of the extrusion device 200 as a whole or the operation of the infrared heater 320 included in the laminating device 300, in particular. In addition, the readings of the working area temperature sensor 330, which the control unit of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the laminating device 300 in real time, can allow the control unit of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of the rotating device 100 (for example, the drive 110) depending on the said readings.Alternatively, the readings of the working area temperature sensor 330, which the control device of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the laminating device 300 in real time, can allow the control device of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of at least one or each of the rotating device 100, the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 depending on these readings.

[0089] As shown in Fig. 3a, the functional module for tensioning the textile material, which is part of the laminating device 300 shown in Fig. 3, is a tensioning device (not shown) containing tension rollers 350, operatively connected to a drive 360 with the possibility of tensioning the laminate 310, passed between said tension rollers 350, before its application to the melted section of the upper layer of thermoplastic on the mandrel 10, corresponding to a specific working area. In other words, the tensioning device of the laminating device 300 is designed with the possibility of tensioning the textile material, in the form of which the laminate 310 is made, when it is applied or wound onto the melted section of the upper layer of thermoplastic applied to the mandrel.

[0090] In addition, as shown in Fig. 3a, the tensioning device of the laminating device 300 is provided with a tension sensor 370 configured to determine the degree of tension of the laminate 310 and connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the laminating device 300. It should be noted that the control unit of the laminating device 300 can receive readings from the tension sensor 370 in real time or in real time mode with the possibility of monitoring the degree of tension of the laminate 310 applied to the thermoplastic formed on the mandrel, wherein the control unit of the laminating device 300 can send a system request to the tension sensor 370 to receive its readings in response to control instructions received by the control unit of the laminating device 300 from the control device of the system 1000, or can issue readings from the tension sensor 370 to the control device of the system 1000 in real time or in real time mode. The readings of the tension sensor 370, received by the control unit of the laminating device 300 from the tension sensor 370, allow the control unit of the laminating device 300 to correct or regulate the operation of the laminating device 300 as a whole or the operation of the functional module for tensioning the textile material, which is part of the laminating device 300, in particular. In addition, the readings of the tension sensor 370, which the control device of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the laminating device 300 in real time, can allow the control device of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of the rotating device 100 (for example, the drive 110) depending on these readings.Alternatively, the readings of the tension sensor 370, which the control device of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the laminating device 300 in real time, can allow the control device of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of at least one or each of the rotating device 100, the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 depending on these readings.

[0091] In one embodiment of the present invention, the tensioning device of the laminating device 300 may not be part of the laminating device 300, but may be a separate functional device included in the system 1000 and equipped with its own control unit connected with the ability to exchange data with the control device of the system 1000. In another embodiment of the present invention, the tension sensor 370 may not be part of the laminating device 300, but may be a separate functional device in the system 1000, made with the ability to determine the degree of tension of the web 310 and equipped with its own control unit connected with the ability to exchange data with the control device of the system 1000.

[0092] It should be noted that the melted thermoplastic hardens on the surface of the mandrel 10 together with the laminate 310 applied to it using the laminating device 300, in such a way that the said laminate 310 is partially embedded in the said thermoplastic with the formation of a laminated thermoplastic on the said mandrel 10.

[0093] Fig. 4 shows a structural diagram of a winding device 400 in the system 1000 for producing a shell according to the present invention, shown in Fig. 1.

[0094] As shown in Fig. 4, the winding device 400 comprises a linear drive 440 configured to provide the possibility of moving the carriage on which the winding device 400 is mounted in a given direction and at a given speed of movement along the linear guide 800. The linear drive 440 in the winding device 400 is connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the winding device 400, so that the control unit of the winding device 400 can issue control instructions to the linear drive 440 to provide the possibility of actuating (activating) or turning on the drive 440, the possibility of deactivating or turning off the drive 440, the possibility of setting or changing the operating characteristics or parameters of the drive 440 for setting or changing the speed of movement of the carriage of the winding device 400 along the guide 800, setting or changing the direction of movement of the carriage of the winding device 400 along the guide 800 and / or the like, and / or the like., wherein said control instructions of the control unit of the winding device 400 can be generated in response to corresponding control instructions of the control device of the system 1000, received by the control unit of the winding device 400 from the control device of the system 1000.

[0095] In addition, as shown in Fig. 4, the winding device 400 contains a functional module for winding glass roving, which includes bobbins 450 of glass roving and scales 455, on the platform of which said bobbins 450 are installed and which are designed with the possibility of determining the amount of glass roving on said bobbins 450, which is connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the winding device 400.It should be noted that the control unit of the winding device 400 can receive readings from the scales 455 in real time or in real time mode with the ability to control the residual amount of glass roving on the bobbins 450, while the control unit of the winding device 400 can send a system request to the scales 455 to receive their readings in response to control instructions received by the control unit of the winding device 400 from the control device of the system 1000, or can issue readings from the scales 455 to the control device of the system 1000 in real time or in real time mode. The readings of the scales 455 received by the control unit of the winding device 400 from the scales 455 allow the control unit of the winding device 400 to correct or regulate the operation of the winding device 400 as a whole or the operation of the functional module for winding the glass roving, which is part of the winding device 400, and / or the operation of the functional module for impregnating the glass roving with a binder (for example, the pump 420) in particular. In addition, the readings of the scales 455, which the control device of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the winding device 400 in real time, can allow the control device of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of the rotating device 100 (for example, the drive 110) depending on the said readings.Alternatively, the readings of the scale 455, which the control device of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the winding device 400 in real time, can allow the control device of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of at least one or each of the rotating device 100, the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 depending on these readings.

[0096] In addition, the functional module for winding glass roving, related to the winding device 400 shown in Fig. 4, includes a winding or winding device 460, operatively connected to the bobbins 450 of glass roving with the possibility of unwinding the glass roving from one or more of said bobbins 450 with the possibility of dispensing said glass roving (i.e. a continuous glass fiber thread) for its application to the captured thermoplastic formed or obtained on the mandrel 10 as a result of the operation of the laminating device 300, in particular to the laminating layer, which is formed or obtained on the thermoplastic layer as a result of the operation of the laminating device 300 and which essentially represents an adhesive layer based on a woven or non-woven textile material. It should be noted that the winding device 400 can be implemented, for example, in the form of any suitable device for oblique longitudinal-transverse winding (K1P1N).

[0097] The functional module for winding glass roving, related to the winding device 400, shown in Fig. 4, also includes a rolling device 465 in the form of a rolling blade, installed with the possibility of rolling or pressing the dispensed glass roving to the laminated thermoplastic formed or obtained on the mandrel 10 as a result of the operation of the laminating device 300, in particular to the layer of lamination formed or obtained on the layer of thermoplastic as a result of the operation of the laminating device 300.

[0098] In addition, as shown in Fig. 4, the winding device 400 contains a functional module for impregnating glass roving with a binder, which is an impregnating device and which includes containers 410 for resin and scales 415, on the platform of which the said containers 410 are installed and which are designed with the possibility of determining the amount of resin in the said containers 410, wherein the scales 415 are connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the winding device 400.It should be noted that the control unit of the winding device 400 can receive readings from the scales 415 in real time or in real time mode with the ability to control the residual volume of resin in the tanks 410, while the control unit of the winding device 400 can send a system request to the scales 415 to receive their readings in response to control instructions received by the control unit of the winding device 400 from the control device of the system 1000, or can issue readings of the scales 415 to the control device of the system 1000 in real time or in real time mode. The readings of the scales 415 received by the control unit of the winding device 400 from the scales 415 allow the control unit of the winding device 400 to correct or regulate the operation of the winding device 400 as a whole or the operation of the functional module for winding the glass roving, which is part of the winding device 400, and / or the operation of the functional module for impregnating the glass roving with a binder (for example, the pump 420) in particular. In addition, the readings of the scales 415, which the control device of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the winding device 400 in real time, can allow the control device of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of the rotating device 100 (for example, the PO drive) depending on the said readings.Alternatively, the readings of the scale 415, which the control device of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the winding device 400 in real time, can allow the control device of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of at least one or each of the rotating device 100, the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 depending on these readings. In one embodiment of the present invention, at least one or each of the resin tanks 410 can further contain a hardener.

[0099] It should be noted that instead of resin, the containers 410 included in the functional module for impregnating glass roving with a binder can be pre-filled with any other suitable liquid or viscous binder known in the art.

[0100] In addition, the functional module for impregnating glass roving with a binder, related to the winding device 400, shown in Fig. 4, also includes a pump 420, hydraulically connected to the tanks 410 with the ability to collect resin from them, and a nozzle 425, to which the pump 420 is hydraulically connected with the ability to feed said collected resin into it and which is designed with the ability to dose the resin for applying it to the glass roving, which is supplied using the functional module for winding glass roving described below, included in the winding device 400.

[0101] In addition, the functional module for impregnating glass roving with a binder, related to the winding device 400 shown in Fig. 4, also includes an infrared heater 470, configured to heat the resin dispensed from the nozzle 425, which provides the possibility of impregnating the glass roving dispensed by the functional module for winding glass roving with preheated resin, which performs the function of a binder, before applying it to the mandrel 10, ensuring the production of a layer of fiberglass, which must be wound or applied by the winding device 400 onto the captive thermoplastic formed or obtained on the mandrel 10 as a result of the operation of the extrusion device 200 and the laminating device 300. It should be noted that the resin heated to a given temperature by means of the heater 470 becomes more fluid, which allows for better impregnation of the glass roving with it.Thus, the glass roving wound on the captive thermoplastic, previously wound or applied to the mandrel 10 as a result of the operation of the laminating device 300, when the winding device 400 moves along the guide 800 along the rotating mandrel 10, turns out to be pre-impregnated with heated resin, supplied by the functional module for impregnating the glass roving with a binder.

[0102] It should be noted that the best adhesion of the above-described fiberglass layer, wound or applied using the winding device 400, to the above-described adhesive layer applied to the thermoplastic layer using the laminating device 300, can be achieved in the case of using the same material (especially polypropylene or polyethylene terephthalate) as the thermoplastic contained in the form of granules in a corresponding container in the extrusion device 200, and as the material of the laminating fibers 310, which ultimately contributes to improving the strength of the resulting shell.

[0103] In one of the alternative embodiments of the present invention, the functional module for impregnating the glass roving with a binder, included in the winding device 400, may contain a container filled with preheated resin, and may be designed to provide the possibility of passing the glass roving, dispensed by the above-described functional module for winding the glass roving, included in the winding device 400, through the heated resin in said container for impregnating the glass roving with said resin before winding it onto the captive thermoplastic formed on the mandrel 10.

[0104] In yet another alternative embodiment of the present invention, the winding device 400 may not contain a functional module for impregnating the glass roving, and the functional module for winding the glass roving may additionally contain a container filled with preheated resin, and may be additionally designed to provide the possibility of passing the glass roving through the heated resin in said container for impregnating the glass roving with said resin before winding it onto the captive thermoplastic formed on the mandrel 10.

[0105] In one embodiment of the present invention, the impregnating device described above as part of the winding device 400 may not be part of this winding device 400, but may be a separate functional device included in the system 1000 and equipped with its own control unit connected with the ability to exchange data with the control device of the system 1000.

[0106] In another embodiment of the present invention, the winding device 400 may further comprise a spraying device (not shown) hydraulically connected to the functional module for impregnating the glass roving with a binder to ensure the possibility of spraying the resin emitted from the nozzle 425 and preheated by means of the infrared heater 470. Thus, in this embodiment of the present invention, the spraying device of the winding device 400 is designed with the possibility of applying by spraying the preheated resin onto the capped thermoplastic formed on the mandrel before winding the glass roving onto said capped thermoplastic. In one variation of this embodiment of the present invention, the spraying device of the winding device 400 can be designed with the possibility of applying by spraying preheated resin directly onto the glass roving itself, dispensed by the functional module for winding the glass roving, before winding this glass roving onto the capped thermoplastic formed on the mandrel, so that a layer of fiberglass is formed or created on the said laminated thermoplastic.

[0107] In another embodiment of the present invention, the spraying device described above as part of the winding device 400 may not be part of this winding device 400, but may be a separate functional device included in the system 1000 and equipped with its own control unit connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control device of the system 1000.

[0108] In addition, as shown in Fig. 4, the winding device 400 comprises a resin temperature sensor 490, configured to monitor the temperature of the resin applied in a heated state to the dispensed glass roving by means of a functional module for impregnating the glass roving with a binder, and a mandrel working area temperature sensor 475, configured to determine the temperature of the working area on the outer surface of the laminated thermoplastic formed on the mandrel, onto which it is intended to wind or apply the resin-impregnated glass roving (i.e., the fiberglass layer). The sensors 475, 490 in the winding device 400 are each connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the winding device 400, so that the control unit of the winding device 400 can receive readings from the sensor 475 of the temperature of the working area of the mandrel and / or the sensor 490 of the temperature of the resin in real time or in real time mode, respectively, ensuring the possibility of monitoring the temperature of the working area on the outer surface of the laminated thermoplastic formed on the mandrel, onto which it is proposed to wind or apply the resin-impregnated glass roving (i.e.layer of fiberglass), and / or the possibility of monitoring the temperature of the resin emitted by the functional module for impregnating the glass roving with a binder, ensuring the possibility of impregnating the emitted glass roving with said resin, wherein the control unit of the winding device 400 can send a system request to the mandrel working area temperature sensor 475 and / or the resin temperature sensor 490 to obtain their readings in response to control instructions received by the control unit of the winding device 400 from the control device of the system 1000, or can issue readings from said sensors 475, 490 to the control device of the system 1000 in real time or in real time mode. The readings of the working area temperature sensor 475 of the mandrel and / or the readings of the resin temperature sensor 490, received by the control unit of the winding device 400 from the said sensors 475, 490, allow the control unit of the winding device 400 to correct or regulate the operation of the winding device 400. In particular, the readings of the working area temperature sensor 475 of the mandrel and / or the readings of the resin temperature sensor 490 allow the control unit of the winding device 400 to correct or regulate the operation of the infrared heater 470.In addition, the readings of the mandrel working area temperature sensor 475 and / or the readings of the resin temperature sensor 490, which the control device of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the winding device 400 in real time, can allow the control device of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of the rotating device 100 (for example, the drive 110) depending on at least one or each of these readings.Alternatively, the readings of the mandrel working area temperature sensor 475 and / or the readings of the resin temperature sensor 490, which the control device of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the winding device 400 in real time, can allow the control device of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of at least one or each of the rotating device 100, the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 depending on at least one or each of these readings.

[0109] It should be noted that the liner 310 in the composition of the laminated thermoplastic formed on the mandrel 10 as a result of the operation of the extrusion device 200 and the laminating device 300 essentially performs the function of an adhesive layer to ensure the possibility of gluing or sticking to it of the resin-impregnated glass roving (i.e. a layer of fiberglass), wound or applied to the said capped thermoplastic when the winding device 400 moves along the guide 800 along the rotating mandrel 10 with the formation, upon hardening of the resin impregnating the glass roving, of a layer of fiberglass on the liner 310, related to the capped thermoplastic formed or obtained on the mandrel 10 as a result of the operation of the laminating device 300. It should also be noted that as a result of the operation of the winding device 400 on the mandrel 10, essentially a layer is formed or is formed a shell (not shown) made of three layers firmly connected or glued together (i.e.three-layer shell): (1) a load-bearing (base) layer of thermoplastic, (2) an outer layer of fiberglass and (3) an intermediate layer of kashira, glued to said load-bearing layer on one side and glued to said outer layer on the other (opposite) side, so that said formed shell essentially represents a composite shell.

[0110] Fig. 5 shows a structural diagram of a painting device 500 in the system 1000 for producing a shell according to the present invention, shown in Fig. 1. As shown in Fig. 5, the painting device 500 comprises a linear drive 540, designed to ensure the possibility of moving a carriage on which the painting device 500 is mounted, in a given direction and at a given speed of movement along a linear guide 700.The linear drive 540 in the painting device 500 is connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the painting device 500, so that the control unit of the painting device 500 can issue control instructions to the linear drive 540 with the possibility of actuating (activating) or turning on the drive 540, the possibility of deactivating or turning off the drive 540, the possibility of setting or changing the operating characteristics or parameters of the drive 540 for setting or changing the speed of movement of the carriage of the painting device 500 along the guide 700, setting or changing the direction of movement of the carriage of the painting device 500 along the guide 700 and / or the like, and / or the like., wherein said control instructions of the control unit of the painting device 500 can be generated in response to corresponding control instructions of the control device of the system 1000, received by the control unit of the painting device 500 from the control device of the system 1000.

[0111] In addition, as shown in Fig. 5, the painting device 500 comprises a paint container 510, a pump 520, hydraulically connected to the container 510 with the ability to collect paint from it, and a nozzle 530, to which the pump 520 is hydraulically connected with the ability to feed said collected paint into it and which is designed with the ability to dose the paint for applying it to the outer surface of the fiberglass layer formed or obtained on the laminated thermoplastic as a result of the operation of the winding device 400. It should be noted that instead of paint, the container 510 can be pre-filled with a dye or any coloring substance known in the art and suitable for application to the fiberglass roving layer.

[0112] The painting device 500 shown in Fig. 5 also comprises a paint level sensor 550 configured to detect the paint level in the container 510 and connected to the control unit of the painting device 500 for communication, so that the control unit of the painting device 500 can receive readings from the paint level sensor 550 in real time or in real time mode with the ability to respectively monitor the residual volume of paint in the container 510, wherein the control unit of the painting device 500 can send a system request to the paint level sensor 550 to receive its readings in response to control instructions received by the control unit of the painting device 500 from the control unit of the system 1000, or can output readings of said sensor 550 to the control unit of the system 1000 in real time or in real time mode. The readings of the paint level sensor 550 received by the control unit of the painting device 500 from the sensor 550 allow the control unit of the painting device 500 to correct or regulate the operation of the painting device 500. In particular, they allow to correct or regulate the operation of the pump 520. In particular, the readings of the paint level sensor 550 allow the control unit of the painting device 500 to correct or regulate the operation of the pump 520. In addition, the readings of the paint level sensor 550, which the control unit of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the painting device 500 in real time, can allow the control unit of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of the rotating device 100 (for example, the PO drive) depending on these readings.Alternatively, the readings of the paint level sensor 550, which the control device of the system 1000 can receive from the control unit of the painting device 500 in real time, can allow the control device of the system 1000 to correct or regulate the operation of at least one or each of the rotating device 100, the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400, the painting device 500 and the cutting device 600 depending on at least one or each of these readings.

[0113] It should be noted that the painting device 500 provides the possibility of applying paint to the outer surface of a layer of fiberglass formed or obtained as a result of the operation of the winding device 400 on the laminated thermoplastic on the mandrel 10, when the painting device 500 moves along the guide 700 along the rotating mandrel 10 with the formation, upon hardening of the said applied paint, of a layer of paint on the said formed layer of fiberglass. It should also be noted that as a result of the operation of the painting device 500 on the shell (not shown), formed or obtained on the mandrel 10 as a result of the sequential movement of the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300 and the winding device 400 along the guide 800 in relation to the mandrel 10, rotated by means of the rotating device 100, a fourth (outer) layer is essentially formed or created, namely a layer of paint, which turns out to be firmly connected or glued to the fiberglass layer of the shell and which additionally protects the said shell from the effects of the external environment.

[0114] Fig. 6 shows a structural diagram of a cutting device 600 in the system 1000 for producing a shell according to the present invention, shown in Fig. 1.

[0115] As shown in Fig. 6, the cutting device 600 comprises a linear actuator 610 configured to enable movement of the carriage on which the cutting device 600 is mounted in a given direction and at a given speed of movement along a linear guide 700. [0116] In addition, as shown in Fig. 6, the cutting device 600 comprises a functional module 620 for cutting the shell in the form of a cutting device (see Fig. 6a), configured to cut off one or more end portions from the painted shell obtained as a result of the operation of the painting device 500 shown in Fig. 5. In particular, as shown in Fig. 6, the functional module 620 for cutting the shell is configured to transversely cut the painted shell obtained as a result of the operation of the painting device 500 in two places corresponding to the cutting lines 12, 14, so that as a result two portions are cut off from the said shell from its opposite ends.It should be noted that as a result of the operation of the cutting device 600, the length of the shell can be shortened or the end parts of the shell can be cut off, which can have undesirable defects in one or more of the layers of the shell (for example, uneven or poor-quality application of the layer), obtained as a result of the sequential operation of the extrusion device 200, the laminating device 300, the winding device 400 and the painting device 500.

[0117] The functional module 620 for cutting the shell in the cutting device 600 is connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the cutting device 600, so that the control unit of the cutting device 600 can issue control instructions to the said functional module 620 with the possibility of actuating (activating) or turning on the functional module 620, the possibility of deactivating or turning off the functional module 620, the possibility of setting or changing the operating characteristics or parameters of the functional module 620 to change the cutting speed, cutting pattern and / or the like, wherein the said control instructions of the control unit of the cutting device 600 can be generated in response to the corresponding control instructions of the control device of the system 1000, received by the control unit of the cutting device 600 from the control device of the system 1000.

[0118] In addition, as shown in Fig. 6, the cutting device 600 comprises a vacuum cleaner or a suction device 630 configured to suck or suck in solid particles generated during cutting of the shell using the functional module 620 for cutting the shell. The suction device 630 is also connected for data exchange with the control unit of the cutting device 600, so that the control unit of the cutting device 600 can issue control instructions to the suction device 630 with the ability to operate (activate) or turn on the suction device 630, the ability to deactivate or turn off the suction device 630, the ability to set or change the operating characteristics or operating parameters of the suction device 630 to change the duration of suction, the suction power and / or the like., wherein said control instructions of the control unit of the cutting device 600 can be generated in response to corresponding control instructions of the control device of the system 1000, received by the control unit of the cutting device 600 from the control device of the system 1000.

[0119] The above-described functional module 620 for cutting the shell, which is part of the cutting device 600 shown in Fig. 6, is shown in more detail in Fig. 6a.

[0120] In particular, as shown in Fig. 6a, the functional module 620 for cutting the casing is a cutter or cutting device provided with a saw blade 622 and a drive 624 connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the cutting device 600 and operatively connected to the said saw blade 622 with the possibility of this saw blade 622 acting on the painted casing under the control of the control unit of the cutting device 600. Thus, when the cutting device 600 moves along the guide 700 to a predetermined place on the guide 700, corresponding to a specific place on the painted casing formed on the mandrel 10, the functional module 620 for cutting the casing is driven by the control unit of the cutting device 600 with the effect of the saw blade 622 on the said casing, rotating together with the mandrel 10 by means of the rotating device 100.

[0121] In addition, as shown in Fig. 6a, the functional module 620 for cutting the casing is provided with a position sensor 626, configured to determine the position of the saw blade 622 in relation to the casing on the mandrel 10 and connected with the possibility of exchanging data with the control unit of the cutting device 600.It should be noted that the control unit of the cutting device 600 can receive readings from the position sensor 626 in real time or in the real time mode with the possibility of monitoring the saw blade 622 in relation to the place on the casing in which it is necessary to make a cut by acting on it with the said saw blade 622, while the control unit of the cutting device 600 can send a system request to the position sensor 626 to receive its readings in response to control instructions received by the control unit of the cutting device 600 from the control device of the system 1000, or can issue readings of the position sensor 626 to the control device of the system 1000 in real time or in the real time mode. The readings of the position sensor 626 received by the control unit of the cutting device 600 from the position sensor 626 allow the control unit of the cutting device 600 to correct or regulate the operation of the cutting device 600 as a whole or the operation of the functional module for cutting the casing included in the cutting device 600 (for example, the saw blade 622), in particular.

[0123] Fig. 7 is a flow chart illustrating the main operations of the method for manufacturing a shell according to the present invention, wherein the method 900 for manufacturing a shell shown in Fig. 7 can be performed using the system 1000 for manufacturing a shell implemented in accordance with any of the relevant embodiments of the present invention described herein.

[0124] In particular, the method 900 for producing a shell shown in Fig. 7 includes the following six (4) main operations or six (6) main steps 910, 920, 930, 940, 950 and 960: at step 910, the mandrel is rotated by means of a rotating device 100; at step 920, the extrusion device 200 is moved along a rectilinear guide 800 relative to the rotating mandrel 10 with the possibility of winding or applying molten thermoplastic onto it (i.e. the possibility of applying a layer of thermoplastic onto the shell 10); at step 930, the laminating device 300 is moved along the rectilinear guide 800 relative to the rotating mandrel 10, ensuring the possibility of laminating the thermoplastic applied to the mandrel at step 920 (i.e. the possibility of winding or applying a layer of lamination onto the specified thermoplastic applied to the mandrel);at step 940, the winding device 400 is moved along the rectilinear guide 800 relative to the rotating mandrel 10 with the possibility of winding or applying the glass roving impregnated with a binder (i.e. the fiberglass layer) onto the captive thermoplastic formed or obtained on the mandrel 10 as a result of performing step 930 (in particular, onto the kashira layer formed or obtained on the thermoplastic layer as a result of performing step 930), in order to obtain or form a three-layer shell on the mandrel 10; at step 950, the painting device 500 is moved along the rectilinear guide 700 relative to the rotating mandrel 10 with the possibility of applying paint to the said formed shell (in particular, onto the fiberglass layer formed or obtained on the kashira layer as a result of performing step 940), in order to obtain a painted shell;and at step 960, the cutting device 600 is moved along the rectilinear guide 700 relative to the rotating mandrel 10 with the possibility of cutting off at least one part from said painted shell 10 obtained as a result of performing step 950, or the possibility of cutting said obtained shell 10 in at least one place.

[0125] It should be noted that in the method 900, the movement of the extrusion device 200 along the rectilinear guide 800 is carried out under the control of the control device of the system 1000 in response to control instructions issued by the control device of the system 1000 to the control unit of the extrusion device 200. The control device of the system 1000 controls the movement of the extrusion device 200 along the rectilinear guide 800 and the rotation of the mandrel 10 to ensure uniform winding of the thermoplastic onto the mandrel 10 along the length of the mandrel 10 from the initial location, the achievement of which is controlled by the initial position sensor 270 and in which the control device of the system 1000 turns on the extrusion device 200 to begin the winding process of the thermoplastic, to the final location, the achievement of which is controlled by the final position sensor 840 and in which the control device of the system 1000 turns off the extrusion device 200 to complete the winding process thermoplastic. Before the extrusion device 200 reaches its initial location on the guide 800, in which the control device of the system 1000 turns on the extrusion device 200 to ensure that the extrusion device 200 fulfills its purpose, the control device of the system 1000 ensures that the extrusion device 200 moves in the switched-off state on the carriage along the guide 800 from the initial parking place in which the extrusion device 200 was initially placed. After the extrusion device 200 reaches its final location on the guide 800 and, consequently, switches off this extrusion device 200, the control device of the system 1000 moves the extrusion device 200 in the switched-off state on the carriage to the parking place 810 on the guide 800.

[0126] In addition, in the method 900, the movement of the laminating device 300 along the rectilinear guide 800 is carried out under the control of the control device of the system 1000 after the placement or stopping of the extrusion device 200 in the parking place 810.The control device of the system 1000 controls the movement of the laminating device 300 along the rectilinear guide 800 and the rotation of the mandrel 10 with the provision of uniform winding of the laminating film 310 on the thermoplastic, previously wound on the mandrel 10 by means of the extrusion device 200, along the length of the mandrel 10 from the initial location, the achievement of which is controlled by the initial position sensor 340 and in which the control device of the system 1000 turns on the laminating device 300 to begin the process of winding the laminating film 310, to the final location, the achievement of which is controlled by the final position sensor 840 and in which the control device of the system 1000 turns off the laminating device 300 to stop or complete the process of winding the laminating film 310.Before the laminating device 300 reaches its initial location on the guide 800, in which the control device of the system 1000 switches on the laminating device 300 to ensure that the laminating device 300 fulfills its purpose, the control device of the system 1000 ensures that the laminating device 300 moves in the switched-off state on the carriage along the guide 800 from the initial parking place in which the laminating device 300 was initially placed. After the laminating device 300 reaches its final location on the guide 800 and, consequently, switches off this laminating device 300, the control device of the system 1000 moves the laminating device 300 in the switched-off state on the carriage to the parking place 820 on the guide 800.

[0127] In addition, in the method 900, the movement of the winding device 400 along the rectilinear guide 800 is carried out under the control of the control device of the system 1000 after the laminating device 200 is placed or stopped at the parking place 820.The control device of the system 1000 controls the movement of the winding device 400 along the rectilinear guide 800 and the rotation of the mandrel 10 to ensure uniform winding or uniform application of the glass roving impregnated with a binder onto the laminating device 310, previously wound or applied to the thermoplastic layer formed on the mandrel by means of the laminating device 300, along the length of the mandrel 10 from the initial location, the achievement of which is controlled by the initial position sensor 480 and in which the control device of the system 1000 turns on the winding device 400 to begin the process of winding the glass roving impregnated with a binder, to the final location, the achievement of which is controlled by the final position sensor 840 and in which the control device of the system 1000 turns off the winding device 400 to stop or complete the process of winding the glass roving impregnated with a binder. Before the winding device 400 reaches its initial location on the guide 800, in which the control device of the system 1000 turns on the winding device 400 to ensure that the winding device 400 fulfills its purpose, the control device of the system 1000 ensures that the winding device 400 moves in the switched-off state on the carriage along the guide 800 from the initial parking place in which the winding device 300 was initially placed. After the winding device 400 reaches its final location on the guide 800 and, consequently, switches off this winding device 400, the control device of the system 1000 moves the winding device 400 in the switched-off state on the carriage to the parking place 830 on the guide 800.
