Description

[0001]

[0002] Manned flying device

[0003] Field of technology

[0004] The proposed technical solution relates to the field of aeronautics, in particular, concerns a controlled piloted flying device (drone). The device is used to move various loads in space. The proposed technical solution is called "Aerostatoplan".

[0005] Prior art

[0006] The invention of the Montgolfier brothers is well known - a piloted hot air balloon or aerostat, consisting of a cylinder or balloon filled with hot air. The basket or gondola is attached to the balloon on ropes from below and can carry a pilot and a passenger. Hot air is obtained by burning liquefied gas, which is in a special cylinder in the gondola. Hot air gets into the middle of the balloon, fills the aerostat and, thanks to the lifting force of the hot air, lifts the device above the ground. This allows the pilot and passengers to move in the direction of the wind together with the balloon. The flight takes place with the wind flow, only the climb and descent or landing are controlled.

[0007] From patent UA 43339 a balloon is known which contains a shell, a gondola, an exhaust valve and a control valve, where at the end A pulling device is attached to the control halyard. The pulling device is a system of movable blocks, one of which is connected by an elastic element, such as a spring, to the body of the pulling device. In the contracted state of the pulling device, its elastic element is in a stretched state. When the pulling device is turned on, the elastic element, contracting, pulls one of the blocks, the movement of this block is transmitted to other blocks, and then to the control halyard, which is passed through the block. The speed and magnitude of movement of the control halyard corresponds to the speed and magnitude of movement of the end of the elastic element, increased by the value of the multiplicity of the pulley formed by the movable blocks. The pulling of the control halyard occurs automatically without the help of a person, who only turns on the pulling device immediately before use.

[0008] Thanks to the development of technology, man has learned to obtain and use gases that are lighter than air. In the twentieth century, they began to fill balloons for flights with hydrogen, and later - with safer helium. Thanks to this, manned controlled airborne flying devices, known as airships, appeared.

[0009] Thus, an airship is known (patent UA 3850) - a fat ship containing an outer and inner shell, which form a cavity divided into sections filled with a carrier gas, a central gas duct with side gas outlets, a pilot's cabin, an air-jet engine installed near the entrance of the central gas duct, where the inner shell is made movable and heat-resistant, a cavity The inner shell is filled with air and connected to the atmosphere, and a central gas duct runs inside it, while the side gas ducts run between the shells.

[0010] Also known is a flying hyperboloid airship, which is distinguished by the fact that it contains four pneumatic vacuum engines with propellers in the upper part of the ship and four pneumatic vacuum engines with a power half that of the upper ones in the lower part of the ship, and also contains a pneumatic vacuum electric station and braking and guiding flaps (patent UA 41050 U).

[0011] Also known is an airship-lighter carrier, which contains airships, fuel-carrying balloons, in which lanterns, nose and tail power units, containing aerostatic lift control devices and compensation-transforming devices are connected to each other in a common aerodynamically streamlined shape (patent UA 33159).

[0020] Disclosure of the technical solution

[0021] The objective of this technical solution is to create a controlled piloted flying device that uses heated air and helium for flights and is designed with the ability to maneuver and maintain a given course (the ability to control the direction of movement), despite air resistance.

[0022] The stated task is solved by the proposed technical solution of a controlled piloted flying device, which contains air cylinders, engines, wherein in the middle of the air cylinders there is a frame mounted on a frame, wherein the frame is made with the possibility of giving the device the shape of a zeppelin, wherein the frame consists of longitudinal and transverse locks-compressors and tubular racks between them, wherein the racks are made with the possibility of connecting to each other using intermediate and end brackets, and the locks are made with the possibility of fixing after closing by the compressors in such a way that opening of the locks is possible after the intervention of the user of the device, wherein the fabric of the device shell is made attached to the frame by means of a lock-compressor made with the possibility of holding the fabric of the device shell, an aerodynamic fairing is installed in the nose part of the device, located above the fabric of the device shell, where the frame is attached externally, on stands, under the air cylinders, and the frame of the device consists of light tubes and is made in the form of a rectangle with a longitudinal crossbar, where a gondola or cabin is mounted in the middle, as well as helium cylinders, wherein a fuselage is attached to the frame on the outer surface of the device, which has a vertical wing, where cables are connected to the fuselage, and the fuselage is designed with the possibility of controlling the device in the air from the cabin or gondola along the cables, wherein the engines are mounted on the frame or cabin or gondola, and the engines have active rudders and nozzles designed with the possibility of controlling the flight of the device along a given course, wherein helium cylinders are mounted symmetrically on both sides of the device, forming a trimaran, wherein auxiliary gas cushions with helium or another light gas are attached to the bottom of the frame.

[0023] The engines can be designed as aircraft engines.

[0024] The device may contain four or more additional gas cushions.

[0025] Due to the fact that a frame is located in the middle of the air cylinders (air balloons), they are given the shape of a zeppelin (airship), which reduces air resistance and improves the controllability of the device.

[0026] Due to the fact that an aerodynamic fairing is installed on top of the fabrics in the nose of the balloon, additional rigidity of the structure is achieved when resisting air.

[0027] The use of a frame and a lock holding the fabric of the balloon envelope attached to the frame gives the balloon (zeppelin) structure integrity, and also provides the ability to attach a frame and a gondola or cabin with control devices and gas supply to the burners to the outside of the balloon (zeppelin) on struts.

[0028] The cylinder frame consists of both longitudinal and transverse compression locks, as well as tubular posts between them. The posts are connected to each other by intermediate and end brackets. After closing, the locks are fixed by compression locks in such a way that opening is possible only after human intervention.

[0029] A vertical fuselage is attached to the frame on the outer surface of the aerostat, helping to control the device in the air. The vertical wing of the fuselage is controlled from the cabin via cables connected to the fuselage.

[0030] The movement of the device in the air is provided by two engines mounted on the frame or cabin, which have active rudders and nozzles, with the help of which the flight of the device is controlled along a given course.

[0031] A gondola or cabin and auxiliary helium cylinders are mounted on a frame made of light tubes and designed as a rectangle with a longitudinal crossbar in the middle. The helium cylinders are mounted symmetrically on both sides of the hot air balloon, forming a trimaran. The helium in the two cylinders compensates for the weight of the structure, and the hot air balloon provides the payload with its lifting force.

[0032] Attached to the bottom of the frame are four auxiliary gas bags filled with helium or another light gas, which creates additional lift and helps soften the landing of the device.

[0033] The helium cylinders are mounted symmetrically on both sides of the hot air balloon, forming a trimaran. The helium in the two cylinders compensates for the weight of the structure, and the hot air balloon provides the payload with its lifting force.

[0034] In another design of the device, gas cushions can be used separately for horizontal balancing of the device and increasing the lifting capacity of the device.

[0035] The device has a frame made of tubes (3), brackets (2) and a lock (1) that attaches the fabric of the device shell to the frame and creates a zeppelin (airship) shape in order to hold air resistance during controlled movement during flight. The compression lock is a lock whose design is disclosed in the Ukrainian patent for invention No. 95736 (author and owner of the patent - Remizov Pavel Pavlovich).

[0036] The device has a nose cone (6), which is attached to the frame of the balloon (7) through the fabric of the shell (8), creates air resistance and maintains the shape of the zeppelin during movement.

[0037] The device has an external frame made of tubes and brackets (5) and a frame (9), which create a rigid structure of the device, which allows it to carry a cabin (10), engines with control

[0038] (11) and additional gas cushions (4), which are installed below the frame.

[0039] Industrial applicability

[0040] The device works as follows.

[0041] The vertical lift of the device is achieved by feeding hot air into the middle of a frame structure with a fabric shell (thereby ensuring the lifting of the payload), which has the shape of a zeppelin and an opening at the bottom.

[0042] Additional lifting force is provided by cylinders and cushions filled with helium gas, which are designed to compensate for the weight of the device itself.

[0043] Horizontal control of the device's flight is accomplished by two means.

[0044] The first is due to the mechanical control of the fuselage wing, which is connected from the outside of the cabin to the wing via cable transmissions mounted on the outer brackets of the aerostat frame. The second is due to aircraft engines that provide movement of the device and devices mounted on the frame on the sides of the aerostat and having active nozzles and air rudders, which have mechanical control from the cabin via cables or remote control devices.

[0045] The flight control of the aerostat is carried out by the pilot's command or remotely via radio communication thanks to the control system by means of filling or releasing hot air from the balloon from the burner and aircraft engines, which are installed on the sides of the balloon or behind the cabin and have active rudders.

[0046] It should be understood that the above examples and embodiments are merely illustrative and that those skilled in the art are encouraged to make various modifications and changes that fall within the scope of this application and the scope of the claims.

[0047] It should be understood that the above information in no way limits the scope of rights under the application.
