Description

Deck plate and mounting parts

[0001] The present invention relates to a deck plate and an attachment member, and more specifically to a deck plate (hereinafter sometimes referred to as a "flat deck") that includes a flat plate portion and a rib protruding from the flat plate portion, and an attachment member that can be attached to the deck plate.

[0002] When such a flat deck is used for a concrete slab, concrete can be poured evenly on the top surface of the flat plate (the surface opposite the side where the ribs are provided), allowing for a larger amount of concrete in the slab, which can be advantageous in terms of improving the building's vibration performance, sound insulation, and other aspects of livability. For this reason, flat decks are widely used as useful components for building construction.

[0003] Generally, a flat deck is formed by bending a single metal plate. The ribs of the flat deck include a joint where two portions of the same metal plate are bent together. The joint extends perpendicular to the flat plate portion. As described in Patent Literature 1, for example, the end of the flat plate portion of the flat deck is bent perpendicularly to the protruding side of the rib to form a bent portion. When constructing a concrete slab, such flat decks are lined up to serve as formwork for pouring concrete. Specifically, concrete is poured onto the top surfaces of the lined up flat decks to construct the concrete slab. As described in Patent Literature 1, for example, when arranging flat decks, adjacent flat decks are fitted together and connected by inserting the end (bent portion) of the flat plate portion of one flat deck between the metal plates at the joint of the other flat deck.

[0004] In order to prevent the spread of fire in buildings, certain areas are often partitioned using walls or floors. In buildings such as apartment buildings, parting walls are constructed perpendicular to the concrete slab to separate each dwelling unit. In such cases, when a flat deck is used, ribs protrude from the side opposite the concrete pouring side (upper side). When attempting to join a partition wall or parting wall (hereinafter referred to as a "parting wall") to the concrete slab, gaps due to the ribs form between the flat deck's flat plate and the top surface of the parting wall. Such gaps can allow flames and smoke to enter rooms outside the partition wall or, in the case of a residential building, into neighboring units, which is undesirable from a fire prevention perspective. Therefore, for example, Patent Document 1 fills the interior of each rib and the space between adjacent ribs with a non-combustible material. In another example, the ribs of the flat deck where the parting wall is connected are removed.

[0005] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2023-112945

[0006] However, in the example of Patent Document 1, the construction site needs to fill in the non-combustible material, and in other examples, the construction site needs to remove the ribs. Therefore, there is a demand for a deck plate (flat deck) that allows for easy implementation of fire prevention measures.

[0007] The present invention has been made in consideration of the above points, and one of its objectives is to provide a deck plate that allows for easy implementation of fire prevention measures and a mounting member that can be used to construct a deck plate that allows for easy implementation of fire prevention measures.

[0024] Below, embodiments for implementing the deck plate and mounting member according to the present invention are illustrated with reference to the accompanying drawings. The embodiments illustrated below are intended to facilitate understanding of the present invention and are not intended to limit the present invention. The present invention can be modified or improved from the following embodiments without departing from the spirit of the present invention. In addition, in the accompanying drawings, the dimensions of each component may be exaggerated or reduced, and hatching may be omitted, in order to facilitate understanding.

[0025] First Embodiment FIG. 1 is a perspective view showing a deck plate 1 according to this embodiment. As shown in FIG. 1, the deck plate 1 is a flat deck formed by bending a single metal plate and includes a flat plate portion 10 and a rib portion 20. The flat plate portion 10 is a rectangular or square plate-like portion extending in a first direction X and a second direction Y that intersects the first direction X (orthogonal in this embodiment). The flat plate portion 10 has a surface 12 on one side (a) in a third direction Z that intersects the first direction X and the second direction Y (orthogonal in this embodiment), and a surface 11 on the other side (b) in the third direction Z. The deck plate 1 and deck plates 2 to 5 according to other embodiments described below are used such that the one side (a) in the third direction Z is vertically upward. The surface 12 on the one side (a) is provided with a rib portion 20 that protrudes from the surface 12 toward the one side (a) in the third direction Z. On the other hand, the surface 11 on the other side (b) is a substantially flat surface, but may be a surface that has been embossed or ridged for the purpose of improving rigidity or the like.

[0026] The rib portion 20 includes one rib 21 and multiple ribs 22. The ribs 21, 22 are spaced apart in the second direction Y, protrude from the surface 12 on one side (a) of the flat plate portion 10 toward one side (a) in the third direction Z, and extend in the first direction X. The rib 21 is located at the end of the rib portion 20 in the second direction Y, specifically, at the end of one side (c) of the rib portion 20 in the second direction Y. Hereinafter, the rib located at the end of one side (c) of the rib portion in the second direction Y will be referred to as the "end rib." The end rib 21 and the other ribs 22 have the same configuration except for their positions and the presence or absence of mating portions, which will be described later. That is, each of the ribs 21, 22 includes a linear portion 23 and a flange portion 24. The linear portion 23 is a linear portion extending from the surface 12 on one side (a) of the flat plate portion 10 to one side (a) in the third direction Z, and is a plate joint portion where a part (plate portion) of the metal plate is doubled by bending the single metal plate. Therefore, the linear portion is also called a plate joint portion.

[0027] The flange portion 24 is connected to the end of the linear portion 23 (the joint portion 23) opposite the flat portion 10. FIG. 1 illustrates the deck plate 1 cut at a predetermined position along its entire length in the first direction X. In FIG. 1, the cut portion is the end on one side (e) in the first direction X. As shown in FIG. 1, the cut surface of the flange portion 24 is generally triangular when viewed from the one side (e) in the first direction X. Furthermore, the ends of each of the ribs 21 and 22 on the one side (e) and the other side (f) in the first direction X are end-closed portions EC. The cross-sectional shape of the flange portion 24 is not limited to a triangular shape, and it is not necessary to end-close the ends of the ribs 21 and 22 in the first direction X.

[0028] FIG. 2 is a cross-sectional view of a concrete slab including multiple deck plates 1 along the third direction Z. As shown in FIG. 2, the deck plates 1 are arranged in the second direction Y to construct a concrete slab. Specifically, adjacent pairs of deck plates 1 in the second direction Y are interlocked and connected at a suppression portion 30. The suppression portion 30 will be described again later. The deck plate 1 has an end rib 21 near the end on one side (c) in the second direction Y. The flat plate portion 10 extends beyond the end rib 21 toward the one side (c). That is, the flat plate portion 10 includes a side end portion 13, which is a portion located on the opposite side of the end rib 21 from the side of the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 21 (the other side (d)). Meanwhile, the end on the other side (d) of the flat plate portion 10 of the deck plate 1 in the second direction Y forms a claw portion 14 bent approximately 90 degrees toward the one side (a) in the third direction Z.

[0029] Of the deck plate pairs 1, 1 consisting of deck plates 1, 1 adjacent in the second direction Y, the deck plate 1A on the other side (d) in the second direction Y is arranged with its end rib 21 and side edge 13 facing one side (c) in the second direction Y, and the deck plate 1B on the one side (c) in the second direction Y of the deck plate pair 1, 1 is arranged with its claw portion 14 facing the other side (d) in the second direction Y. By arranging multiple deck plate pairs 1, 1 in this manner along the second direction Y, the multiple deck plates 1 are laid out on a framework formed, for example, of steel frames. Note that Figure 2 shows any one of the multiple deck plate pairs laid out on the framework.

[0030] FIG. 3 is an enlarged view showing the vicinity of the portion (restraining portion 30) where adjacent deck plates 1 engage with each other in the second direction Y. As shown in FIG. 3 and as described above, the deck plate 1 is used so that one side (a) in the third direction Z is vertically upward. That is, the deck plate 1 is used so that the rib portion 20 faces vertically upward. Focusing on the end rib 21 of the deck plate 1, a hook-shaped portion 25 is provided on the linear portion 23 of the end rib 21. The hook-shaped portion 25 protrudes from the linear portion 23 to one side (c) in the second direction Y. In other words, the hook-shaped portion 25 protrudes from the linear portion 23 on the side opposite to the side of the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 21. The hook-shaped portion 25 also extends toward the flat portion 10, to a position short of the flat portion 10. In other words, the hook portion 25 extends vertically downward (the other side (d) in the third direction Z) to a position not reaching the flat portion 10. Therefore, an L-shaped gap GA is formed in the deck plate 1 by the hook portion 25, the portion of the linear portion 23 that is vertically below the hook portion 25, and the side end portion 13 of the flat portion 10.

[0031] As shown in Figure 3, in the deck plate pair 1, 1, the claw portion 14 of the deck plate 1B can fit into the gap GA of the deck plate 1A. By fitting the claw portion 14 into the gap GA, the claw portion 14 of the deck plate 1B is held between the hook-shaped portion 25 of the deck plate 1A and a portion of the linear portion 23 that is vertically below the hook-shaped portion 25, and the portion of the flat plate portion 10 of the deck plate 1B near the claw portion 14 is supported from below in the vertical direction by the side edge portion 13 of the deck plate 1A. In this way, in the deck plate pair 1, 1, the deck plate 1A and the deck plate 1B are fitted together and connected, and the deck plate 1B is prevented from falling off vertically downward from the deck plate 1A.

[0032] That is, in the deck plate 1A, the hook-shaped portion 25 that defines the gap GA functions as a fitting portion for fitting the deck plate 1B. Also, in the deck plate 1A, the hook-shaped portion 25 and the side end portion 13 (the portion of the flat plate portion 10 that is on the opposite side of the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 21 with respect to the end rib 21) function as a suppression portion 30 that fits with the adjacent deck plate 1B in the second direction Y and suppresses the other deck plate 1B from falling off vertically downward when one side (a) in the third direction Z is vertically upward.

[0033] As described above, the deck plate 1 is a flat deck including a flat plate portion 10 extending in the first direction X and the second direction Y, and a rib portion 20 in which ribs 21, 22 protruding from the flat plate portion 10 toward one side (a) in the third direction Z and extending in the first direction X are arranged at intervals in the second direction Y. When the one side (a) in the third direction Z is the vertically upper side, the deck plate 1 is provided with a suppression portion 30 that fits into another adjacent deck plate 1B in the second direction Y to suppress detachment of the other deck plate 1B vertically downward.

[0034] With this type of deck plate 1, the restraining portions 30 can connect adjacent deck plates 1 together while preventing them from falling off vertically downward. Therefore, with the deck plate 1, it is possible to lay multiple deck plates 1 on a framework without any gaps with the ribs 20 facing vertically upward, and thus multiple deck plates 1 with the ribs 20 facing vertically upward can be used as a formwork for pouring concrete.

[0035] As shown in FIG. 2 , in this embodiment, a formwork consisting of multiple deck plates 1 is constructed, and then concrete 101 is poured to an equal thickness on the surface 12 of one side (a) of the flat plate portion 10 of each deck plate 1. This results in a concrete slab 100 of equal thickness. In this concrete slab 100, the rib portions 20 face vertically upward, so that the rib portions 20 are embedded in the concrete 101. The end ribs 21 and 22 of the rib portions 20 extend in the first direction X through the concrete 101. In this embodiment, main reinforcement bars 103 (reinforcing bars) extending in the first direction X are embedded as structural materials within the concrete 101 of the concrete slab 100, specifically between the ribs 21 and 22 and between the ribs 22 and 22. Furthermore, welded wire mesh 102 is embedded within the concrete 101, specifically in the vertically upper portion of the rib portions 20, to prevent cracking of the concrete 101. Furthermore, the welded wire mesh 102 may function as a structural material (main reinforcement) or may be a reinforcing bar.

[0036] As shown in Figure 2, when a formwork is constructed using the deck plate 1 according to this embodiment, the rib portion 20 faces vertically upward, and the surface 11 on the other side (b) of the flat plate portion 10 faces vertically downward. In other words, in this embodiment, the vertically lower surface (bottom surface) of the concrete slab 100 is flat 11, so that the parting wall can be joined to the concrete slab 100 without any gaps. Therefore, with the deck plate 1 according to this embodiment, fire prevention measures can be implemented without cutting out the rib portion 20 or filling the spaces between adjacent ribs or the internal spaces of the flange portions 24 with fire retardant, making fire prevention measures easy.

[0037] Furthermore, according to the concrete slab 100 using the deck plate 1 of this embodiment, the rib portion 20 does not protrude downward in the vertical direction, which prevents the rib portion 20 from interfering with ensuring the interior height, making it easier to ensure the interior height and also reducing the height of the entire building.

[0038] Furthermore, in the concrete slab 100 using the deck plate 1 according to this embodiment, the ribs 20 extending in the first direction X are embedded in the concrete 101, so that the concrete slab 100 has unidirectional properties in the first direction X. Therefore, it is possible to bear the load acting on the concrete slab 100 by simply laying the main reinforcement bars 103 at least along the first direction X, without laying reinforcing bars as structural materials in two directions (the first direction X and the second direction Y). Therefore, the concrete slab 100 using the deck plate 1 can reduce the amount of material used to construct the concrete slab.

[0039] As described above, the deck plate 1 can also be used as a formwork material. When the deck plate 1 is used as a formwork material, the concrete slab is treated as a reinforced concrete structure. Therefore, compared to when the deck plate is used as both a formwork material and a structural material, there are fewer restrictions on the design conditions of the deck plate slab, such as the structural design specifications for the composite deck slab and the fire-resistance certification specifications for the composite deck slab. Therefore, the deck plate 1 can achieve high design convenience.

[0040] However, it is also possible to use the deck plate 1 as both a formwork material and a structural material. In this case, since the rib portion 20 itself serves as a structural material, it is possible to omit the main reinforcement bars 103 and welded wire mesh 102 extending along the first direction X, thereby further reducing the amount of material required to construct the concrete slab.

[0041] Furthermore, because the deck plate 1 is not a so-called reinforced deck plate to which reinforcing bars such as the main reinforcement bars 103 are pre-attached, at a construction site where the deck plate 1 is laid on a framework, it is possible to prevent difficulty in walking on the deck plate and prevent the cords of work equipment from getting tangled in the main reinforcement bars. In this way, the deck plate 1 also contributes to good workability at construction sites.

[0042] Second Embodiment Next, a deck plate according to a second embodiment will be described. Note that, with regard to the deck plate according to this embodiment, differences from the first embodiment will be mainly described, and other configurations will be assigned the same reference numerals as in the first embodiment and description thereof will be omitted.

[0043] Figure 4 is a perspective view showing a portion of a deck plate according to this embodiment. Specifically, Figure 4 shows the state before the deck plates 2 of a deck plate pair 2, 2 consisting of deck plates 2, 2 adjacent in the second direction Y are fitted together and connected. As shown in Figure 4, the deck plate 2 has the same configuration as the deck plate 1, except for the configuration of the end rib 221 (i.e., the configuration of the rib portion 220) and the configuration of the flat plate portion 210. Therefore, the following description will mainly focus on the end rib 221 and the flat plate portion 210.

[0044] Of the deck plate pairs 2, 2, the deck plate 2A on the other side (d) in the second direction Y is arranged with its end rib 221 and side edge 13 facing one side (c) in the second direction Y, and the deck plate 2B of the deck plate pair 2, 2 on the one side (c) in the second direction Y is arranged with its claw portions 214 facing the other side (d) in the second direction Y. By arranging multiple deck plate pairs 2, 2 in this manner along the second direction Y, multiple deck plates 2 are laid out on the framework.

[0045] The deck plate 2 is used so that one side (a) in the third direction Z faces vertically upward. That is, the deck plate 2 is used so that the rib portion 20 faces vertically upward. Focusing on the end rib 221 of the deck plate 2, two holes 226, 227 (hereinafter, sometimes referred to as "hole pairs 226, 227") are formed in the linear portion 223 of the end rib 221 on a straight line extending in the third direction Z. Except for this point, the end rib 221 (rib portion 220) has a configuration similar to that of the end rib 21 (rib portion 20) according to the first embodiment. In this embodiment, a plurality of hole pairs 226, 227 are formed in the linear portion 223 of the end rib 221 at a predetermined interval in the first direction X. In the pair of holes 226, 227, the hole 226 is formed on one side (a) in the third direction Z, and the hole 227 is formed on the other side (b) in the third direction Z. The holes 226, 227 have the same configuration except for the positions where they are formed. Therefore, the configuration of the hole 226 will be described below, and the hole 227 will be assigned the same reference numeral as the hole 226 and will not be described again. The number of holes on a straight line extending in the third direction Z is not limited to two, and may be one, or three or more.

[0046] The hole portion 226 penetrates the linear portion 223 in the second direction Y. In the present embodiment, the hole portion 226 is formed in a keyhole shape and includes a first hole portion 228 formed on a side closer to the flat plate portion 210 (the other side (b) in the third direction Z) and a second hole portion 229 formed on a side farther from the flat plate portion 210 (one side (a) in the third direction Z). In the present embodiment, the first hole portion 228 is formed in a half-track shape with the third direction as its longitudinal direction. Note that the shape of the first hole portion 228 is not limited to a half-track shape. The second hole portion 229 is connected to an end portion of the first hole portion 228 on one side (a) in the third direction Z (the end portion opposite the end portion on the flat plate portion 210 side). The second hole portion 229 is formed so that its length in the first direction X is longer than that of the first hole portion 228 in the first direction X. That is, the second hole portion 229 is formed to be wider than the first hole portion 228. In this embodiment, the second hole portion 229 is substantially circular, and the diameter of the second hole portion 229 is larger than the width (length in the first direction X) of the first hole portion 228. Note that the shape of the second hole portion 229 is not limited to being substantially circular.

[0047] On the other hand, the flat plate portion 210 of the deck plate 2 has claw portions 214 having a different configuration from the claw portions 14 according to the first embodiment. Specifically, unlike the claw portions 14, the claw portions 214 have two folded portions 216, 217 (hereinafter, sometimes referred to as "folded portion pairs 216, 217") formed in a straight line extending in the third direction Z. The flat plate portion 210 has the same configuration as the flat plate portion 10, except for the claw portions 214. In this embodiment, the claw portion 214 has a plurality of folded portion pairs 216, 217 formed at predetermined intervals in the first direction X. In the folded portion pairs 216, 217, the folded portion 216 is formed on one side (a) in the third direction Z, and the folded portion 217 is formed on the other side (b) in the third direction Z. The folded portions 216, 217 have the same configuration, except for their positions. Therefore, the following describes the configuration of the folded portion 216, and the description of the folded portion 217 will be omitted and it will be denoted by the same reference numeral as the folded portion 216. Note that the number of folded portions on a straight line extending in the third direction Z is not limited to two, and may be one, or three or more.

[0048] The folded portion 216 includes a first folded portion 218 and a second folded portion 219 folded toward opposite sides. The first folded portion 218 and the second folded portion 219 are arranged on a straight line extending in the first direction X. The first folded portion 218 protrudes from the claw portion 214 toward the opposite side (the other side (d) in the second direction Y) from the side of the rib portion 20 (the one side (c) in the second direction Y) and extends to one side (e) in the first direction X. The second folded portion 219 protrudes from the claw portion 214 toward the opposite side from the side of the rib portion 20 and extends to the other side (f) in the first direction X. Note that the first folded portion 218 and the second folded portion 219 may be offset from each other in the third direction Z as long as they are on a straight line extending in the first direction X.

[0049] Here, the width from the end on one side (e) of the first folded portion 218 to the end on the other side (f) of the second folded portion 219 (the length of the folded portion 216 in the first direction X) is smaller than the diameter of the second hole 229. Furthermore, in the third direction Z, the distance between the folded portions 216, 217 corresponds to the distance between the holes 226, 227. Therefore, by moving the deck plate 2B toward the deck plate 2A in the second direction Y, the folded portion 216 of the deck plate 2B can be passed through the second hole 229 of the hole 226 of the deck plate 2A, and the folded portion 217 of the deck plate 2B can be passed through the second hole 229 of the hole 227 of the deck plate 2A.

[0050] 5, when the deck plate 2B is moved vertically downward relative to the deck plate 2A from this state, the inner wall 223iw (see FIG. 4) of the linear portion 223 that defines the first hole 228 of the deck plate 2A is sandwiched between the first folded portion 218, the second folded portion 219, and the claw portion 214 of the deck plate 2B, and the portion of the flat portion 210 of the deck plate 2B near the claw portion 214 is supported from below in the vertical direction by the side edge portion 13 of the deck plate 2A (see FIG. 4). In this way, in the pair of deck plates 2, 2, the deck plate 2A and the deck plate 2B are fitted together and connected, and the deck plate 2B is prevented from falling off vertically downward from the deck plate 2A.

[0051] That is, in the deck plate 2A, the holes 226, 227 function as fitting portions for fitting the deck plate 2B. Also, in the deck plate 2A, the holes 226, 227 and the side end portion 13 (the portion of the flat plate portion 210 on the opposite side of the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 221 with respect to the end rib 221) function as a suppression portion 230 that fits into another adjacent deck plate 2B in the second direction Y and suppresses the other deck plate 2B from falling off vertically downward when one side (a) in the third direction Z is vertically upward.

[0052] As described above, the deck plate 2 is a flat deck including a flat plate portion 210 extending in the first direction X and the second direction Y, and a rib portion 20 in which the ribs 21, 22 protrude from the flat plate portion 210 toward one side (a) in the third direction Z, extend in the first direction X, and are arranged at intervals in the second direction Y. When the one side (a) in the third direction Z is the vertically upper side, the deck plate 2 is provided with a suppression portion 230 that fits into another adjacent deck plate 2B in the second direction Y to suppress falling of the other deck plate 2B vertically downward. More specifically, in the deck plate 2, the fitting portions are holes 226, 227 that penetrate the linear portion 223, and the holes 226, 227 include a first hole 228 formed on the side closer to the flat portion 210 and having the third direction Z as its longitudinal direction, and a second hole 229 that is connected to the end of the first hole 228 opposite to the end on the flat portion 210 side and is wider than the first hole 228, and the suppression portion 230 includes the holes 226, 227 and the side end 13.

[0053] According to such a deck plate 2, a concrete slab similar to the concrete slab 100 according to the first embodiment can be constructed, and the same effects as those of the deck plate 1 can be achieved.

[0054] As a modified example of this embodiment, although not shown in the figures, a folded portion similar to the folded portions 216 and 217 may be provided on the straight portion 223 of the deck plate 2A, and a hole portion similar to the hole portions 226 and 227 may be provided on the claw portion 214 of the deck plate 2B. That is, in this modified example, the fitting portion of the deck plate 2A includes a first folded portion 218 that protrudes from the linear portion 223 to the side (one side (c) in the second direction Y) opposite to the side of the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 221 (the other side (d) in the second direction Y) and extends to one side (e) in the first direction X, and a second folded portion 219 that protrudes from the linear portion 223 to the side opposite to the side of the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 221 and extends to the other side (f) in the first direction X and is aligned with the first folded portion 218 on a straight line extending in the first direction X, and the suppression portion 230 includes the first folded portion 218, the second folded portion 219, and the side end portion 13. Furthermore, at least one pair of folded portions and holes is required, and their shapes and orientations may be any that enable the deck plate 2A and the deck plate 2B to be integrated. Furthermore, even without providing such a mechanism, the deck plate 2B may be placed on the side edge 13 of the deck plate 2A, and the deck plate 2A and the deck plate 2B may be integrated (i.e., connected) by a measure that achieves integration to the same extent as the integration of the folded portion and the hole, such as by screwing or welding. In this case, the suppression portion may include the screwed or welded portion of the deck plate 2A and the side edge 13 of the deck plate 2A.

[0055] Third Embodiment Next, a deck plate according to a third embodiment will be described. Note that, with regard to the deck plate according to this embodiment, differences from the first and second embodiments will be mainly described, and the other configurations will be assigned the same reference numerals as in the first and second embodiments, and description thereof will be omitted.

[0056] Figure 6 is a view from a first direction showing how deck plates according to this embodiment are fitted together. Specifically, Figure 6 shows the state before the deck plates 3 of a deck plate pair 3, 3 consisting of deck plates 3, 3 adjacent in the second direction Y are fitted together and connected. As shown in Figure 6, the deck plate 3 according to this embodiment differs from the deck plate 1 according to the first embodiment and the deck plate 2 according to the second embodiment in that the end rib 321 does not have a fitting portion and that the end 314 of the flat plate portion 310 opposite the end rib 321 does not have a claw portion such as the claw portion 14. However, the deck plate 3 according to the first embodiment has the same configuration as the deck plates 1, 2.

[0057] Of the deck plate pairs 3, 3, the deck plate 3A on the other side (d) in the second direction Y is arranged with its end rib 321 facing one side (c) in the second direction Y, and the deck plate 3B on the one side (c) in the second direction Y is arranged with its end 314 of its flat plate portion 310 facing the other side (d) in the second direction Y. By arranging multiple deck plate pairs 3, 3 in this manner along the second direction Y, multiple deck plates 3 are laid out on the framework.

[0058] The deck plate 3 is used so that one side (a) in the third direction Z faces vertically upward. That is, the deck plate 3 is used so that the rib portion 320 faces vertically upward. Focusing on the flat plate portion 310 of the deck plate 3A, a bent portion 318 is provided near the end rib 321 by bending the corresponding portion of the flat plate portion 310. The bent portion 318 is provided between the end rib 321 and the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 321 in the second direction Y. More specifically, the bent portion 318 is provided between the end rib 321 and the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 321, on the side closer to the end rib 321. In this way, the bent portion 318 is provided in a portion of the flat plate portion 310 of the deck plate 3 near the end in the second direction Y. When viewed from the first direction X, the bending portion 318 has a shape that expands to one side (c) and the other side (d) in the second direction Y as it moves toward one side (vertically upward) in the third direction Z, and in this embodiment, has an isosceles trapezoidal shape.

[0059] Next, focusing on the flat plate portion 310 of the deck plate 3B, a bent portion 319 is provided near the end portion 314 of the flat plate portion 310 by bending the corresponding portion of the flat plate portion 310. In other words, bent portions 318, 319 are provided near both ends of the deck plate 3 in the second direction Y. The bent portion 319 has a configuration generally similar to the bent portion 318, except for the position where it is provided.

[0060] Like the deck plates 1 and 2, the deck plate 3 is a member formed by bending a single metal plate, and the flat portion 310 of the deck plate 3 has a predetermined elastic force. Therefore, the deck plate 3A can be bent toward one side (a) in the third direction Z (vertically upward). Furthermore, when the application of the bending force to the deck plate 3A is stopped, the deck plate 3A returns to its initial state (linear) due to the elastic force. In other words, by bending the deck plate 3A toward one side (a) in the third direction Z, the bent portion 318 of the deck plate 3A can be variably widened. In this embodiment, the deck plate 3A is bent to widen the bent portion 318, and the bent portion 319 of the deck plate 3B is positioned inside the bent portion 318. Then, the application of the bending force to the deck plate 3A is stopped. The bent portion 318 of the deck plate 3A then returns to its original shape, allowing the bent portion 318 of the deck plate 3A to fit into the bent portion 319 of the deck plate 3B.

[0061] That is, in the deck plate 3A, the bent portion 318 functions as a fitting portion that fits the deck plate 3B. Also, in the deck plate 3A, when one side (a) in the third direction Z is vertically upward, the bent portion 318 fits into another adjacent deck plate 4B in the second direction Y and functions as a suppression portion 330 that suppresses the other deck plate 3B from falling off vertically downward.

[0062] As described above, the deck plate 3 is a flat deck including a flat plate portion 310 extending in the first direction X and the second direction Y, and a rib portion 320 in which ribs 321, 22 protrude from the flat plate portion 310 toward one side (a) in the third direction Z, extend in the first direction X, and are arranged at intervals in the second direction Y. When the one side (a) in the third direction Z is the vertically upper side, the deck plate 3 is provided with a suppression portion 330 that fits into another adjacent deck plate 3B in the second direction Y to suppress detachment of the other deck plate 3B vertically downward. More specifically, in the deck plate 3, the fitting portion is a bent portion 318 provided in a portion near the end of the flat portion 310 in the second direction Y, and the bent portion 318 has a shape that expands to one side (c) and the other side (d) in the second direction Y as it moves toward one side (a) in the third direction Z when viewed from the first direction X, and the suppression portion 230 includes this bent portion 318.

[0063] With such a deck plate 3, a concrete slab similar to the concrete slab 100 according to the first embodiment can be constructed, and the same effects as those of the deck plate 1 can be achieved.

[0064] (Modification 1) In the third embodiment in which the suppression portion is provided on the flat plate portion of the deck plate, the following modification 1 may be configured.

[0065] Fig. 7 is a perspective view showing a portion of a deck plate according to Modification 1. Specifically, Fig. 7 shows a state before the respective deck plates 3 of a deck plate pair 3, 3 consisting of deck plates 3, 3 according to Modification 1 adjacent in the second direction Y are fitted together and connected. As shown in Fig. 7, the deck plate 3A on the other side (d) in the second direction Y of the deck plate pair 3, 3 according to Modification 1 is arranged with its end rib 321 facing one side (c) in the second direction Y, and the deck plate 3B on the one side (c) in the second direction Y of the deck plate pair 3, 3 according to Modification 1 is arranged with its end 314 facing the other side (d) in the second direction Y. By arranging a plurality of deck plate pairs 3, 3 according to Modification 1 in this manner along the second direction Y, a plurality of deck plates 3 according to Modification 1 are laid out on the framework.

[0066] Focusing on the vicinity of the end rib 321 of the deck plate 3 according to the first modification, a hole 390 is formed in the flat plate portion 310. Note that, for convenience, one hole 390 is shown in Figure 7, but multiple holes 390 may be formed in a straight line extending in the first direction X. The hole 390 is provided between the end rib 321 and the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 321 in the second direction Y, and more specifically, is provided on the side closer to the end rib 321 between the end rib 321 and the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 321. In this way, the hole 390 is provided in a portion of the flat plate portion 310 of the deck plate 3 near the end in the second direction Y.

[0067] The hole portion 390 penetrates the flat plate portion 310 in the third direction Z. In this embodiment, the hole portion 390 is formed in a keyhole shape and includes a first hole portion 391 formed on a side closer to the end rib 321 (one side (c) in the second direction Y) and a second hole portion 392 formed on a side farther from the end rib 321 (the other side (d) in the second direction Y). In this embodiment, the first hole portion 391 is formed in a half-track shape with the second direction as its longitudinal direction. Note that the shape of the first hole portion 391 is not limited to the half-track shape. The second hole portion 392 is connected to the end of the first hole portion 391 on the other side (d) in the second direction Y. The second hole portion 392 is formed so that its length in the first direction X is longer than that of the first hole portion 391 in the first direction X. In other words, the second hole portion 392 is formed wider than the first hole portion 391. In this embodiment, the second hole portion 392 is substantially circular, and the diameter of the second hole portion 392 is larger than the width (length in the first direction X) of the first hole portion 391. Note that the shape of the second hole portion 392 is not limited to being substantially circular.

[0068] The positions of the first hole portion 391 and the second hole portion 392 may be reversed in the second direction Y. That is, the hole portion 390 may include the first hole portion 391 formed on the side farther from the end rib 321 (the other side (d) in the second direction Y) and the second hole portion 392 formed on the side closer to the end rib 321 (one side (c) in the second direction Y).

[0069] Meanwhile, a folded portion 380 is formed near the end 314 of the deck plate 3 according to the first modification. While FIG. 7 illustrates one folded portion 380 for convenience, multiple folded portions 380 may be formed on a straight line extending in the first direction X. The folded portion 380 includes a first folded portion 381 and a second folded portion 382 folded on opposite sides of each other. The first folded portion 381 and the second folded portion 382 are arranged on a straight line extending in the first direction X. The first folded portion 381 protrudes from the flat portion 310 to one side (a) in the third direction Z and extends to one side (e) in the first direction X. The second folded portion 382 protrudes from the flat portion 310 to one side (a) in the third direction Z and extends to the other side (f) in the first direction X. The first folded portion 381 and the second folded portion 382 may be offset from each other in the second direction Y as long as they are on a straight line extending in the first direction X.

[0070] Here, the width from the end on one side (e) of the first folded portion 381 to the end on the other side (f) of the second folded portion 382 (the length of the folded portion 380 in the first direction X) is smaller than the diameter of the second hole 392. Therefore, by moving (raising) the deck plate 3B in the third direction Z toward the deck plate 3A, the folded portion 380 of the deck plate 3B can be passed through the second hole 392 of the hole 390 of the deck plate 3A.

[0071] Then, from this state, as shown in Figure 8, when the deck plate 3B is moved in the second direction Y relative to the deck plate 3A (in this modified example 1, it is moved to one side (c) in the second direction Y), the inner wall 310iW (see Figure 7) of the flat plate portion 310 that defines the first hole portion 391 of the deck plate 3A is clamped between the first folded portion 381, the second folded portion 382, and the flat plate portion 310 of the deck plate 3B. In this way, in the deck plate pair 3, 3 according to modified example 1, the deck plate 3A and the deck plate 3B are fitted and connected, and the deck plate 3B is prevented from falling off vertically downward from the deck plate 3A.

[0072] That is, in the deck plate 3A according to the first modification, the hole 390 functions as a fitting portion into which the deck plate 3B is fitted. Also, in the deck plate 3A, when one side (a) in the third direction Z is vertically upward, the hole 390 functions as a suppression portion 330 that fits into another adjacent deck plate 3B in the second direction Y and suppresses the other deck plate 3B from falling off vertically downward.

[0073] In the first modification, the hole 390 of the deck plate 3A may include a first hole 391 whose longitudinal direction is the first direction X and a second hole 392 connected to an end of the first hole 391 in the first direction X. In this case, the deck plate 3B may be formed with a folded portion 380 including a first folded portion 381 extending to one side (c) in the second direction Y and a second folded portion 382 extending to the other side (d) alongside the first folded portion 381 in a straight line extending in the second direction Y. With this configuration, after the folded portion 380 of the deck plate 3B is passed through the second hole 392 of the hole 390 of the deck plate 3A, the deck plate 3B can be moved in the first direction X relative to the deck plate 3A (moved toward the first hole 391 of the deck plate 3A). This allows the deck plates 3A and 3B to fit together and connect, and prevents the deck plate 3B from falling off vertically downward from the deck plate 3A. Note that the first folded portion 381 and the second folded portion 382 may be misaligned in the first direction X, as long as they are on a straight line extending in the second direction Y. Furthermore, at least one pair of folded portions and holes is required, and the shape and orientation of each of the folded portions and holes can be changed as appropriate as long as they allow the deck plates 3A and 3B to be integrated (i.e., connected).

[0074] (Modification 2) In the third embodiment in which the suppression portion is provided on the flat plate portion of the deck plate, the following modification 2 may be configured.

[0075] FIG. 9 is a bottom view showing a portion of the deck plate 3 according to Modification 2. Specifically, it is a bottom view showing the flat plate portion 310 near the end rib 321 of the deck plate 3A on the other side (d) in the second direction Y of the pair of deck plates 3, 3. As shown in FIG. 9, a folded portion 380 is formed on the surface 311 on the other side (b) in the third direction Z of the deck plate 3A according to Modification 2. Note that, for convenience, one folded portion 380 is shown in FIG. 9, but multiple folded portions 380 may be formed on a straight line extending in the first direction X. The folded portion 380 is provided between the end rib 321 and the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 321 in the second direction Y. More specifically, the folded portion 380 is provided between the end rib 321 and the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 321 on the side closer to the end rib 321. In this way, the folded portion 380 is provided in a portion near the end of the flat plate portion 310 of the deck plate 3 in the second direction Y.

[0076] The folded portion 380 of the deck plate 3A includes a first folded portion 381 and a second folded portion 382 folded in opposite directions. The first folded portion 381 and the second folded portion 382 are arranged on a straight line extending in the first direction X. The first folded portion 381 protrudes from the flat portion 310 to the other side (b) in the third direction Z and extends to one side (e) in the first direction X. The second folded portion 382 protrudes from the flat portion 310 to the other side (b) in the third direction Z and extends to the other side (f) in the first direction X. Note that the first folded portion 381 and the second folded portion 382 may be offset from each other in the second direction Y as long as they are on a straight line extending in the first direction X.

[0077] On the other hand, in the deck plate 3B of the pair of deck plates 3, 3, which is on one side (c) in the second direction Y, a hole portion (see Figure 7) similar to that formed in the deck plate 3A of variant example 1 is formed in the flat plate portion 310 near the end rib 321, although this is not shown in the figure.

[0078] Therefore, by moving (raising) the deck plate 3B in the third direction Z toward the deck plate 3A, the folded portion 380 of the deck plate 3A can be inserted into the second hole of the hole in the deck plate 3B. Then, from this state, when the deck plate 3B is moved in the second direction Y relative to the deck plate 3A (toward the first hole of the deck plate 3B), the inner wall of the flat portion 310 that defines the first hole of the deck plate 3B is clamped between the first folded portion 381, the second folded portion 382, and the flat portion 310 of the deck plate 3A. In this way, in the deck plate pair 3, 3 according to Modification 2, the deck plate 3A and the deck plate 3B are fitted and connected, and the deck plate 3B is prevented from falling off vertically downward from the deck plate 3A.

[0079] That is, in the deck plate 3A according to the second modification, the first folded portion 381 and the second folded portion 382 function as a fitting portion for fitting with the deck plate 3B. Furthermore, in the deck plate 3A, when one side (a) in the third direction Z is vertically upward, the first folded portion 381 and the second folded portion 382 function as a suppression portion 330 that fits with another adjacent deck plate 3B in the second direction Y and suppresses the other deck plate 3B from falling off vertically downward.

[0080] In the second modification, the folded portion 380 of the deck plate 3A may include a first folded portion 381 extending to one side (c) in the second direction Y and a second folded portion 382 extending to the other side (d) in a straight line extending in the second direction Y, parallel to the first folded portion 381. In this case, the deck plate 3B may be formed with a hole including a first hole having a longitudinal direction in the first direction X and a second hole connected to an end of the first hole and wider than the first hole. With this configuration, after the folded portion 380 of the deck plate 3A is passed through the second hole of the hole of the deck plate 3B, the deck plate 3B can be moved in the first direction X relative to the deck plate 3A (moved toward the first hole of the deck plate 3B). This allows the deck plates 3A and 3B to be fitted and connected, and prevents the deck plate 3B from falling off vertically downward from the deck plate 3A. The first folded portion 381 and the second folded portion 382 may be offset from each other in the first direction X as long as they are on a straight line extending in the second direction Y.

[0081] Fourth Embodiment Next, a deck plate according to a fourth embodiment will be described. Note that, with regard to the deck plate according to this embodiment, differences from the first to third embodiments will be mainly described, and other configurations will be assigned the same reference numerals as in the first to third embodiments and description thereof will be omitted.

[0082] Figure 10 is a cross-sectional view along the third direction showing how deck plates are fitted together according to this embodiment. Specifically, Figure 10 shows how the deck plates 4 of a deck plate pair 4, 4 consisting of deck plates 4, 4 adjacent in the second direction Y are fitted together and connected. For convenience, in Figure 10, the deck plate 4A on the other side (d) of the deck plate pair 4, 4 in the second direction Y is shown with a solid line, and the deck plate 4B on one side (c) is shown with a dashed line.

[0083] The deck plate 4 includes a deck plate main body 401 and mounting members 431. In this way, the deck plate 4 differs from the deck plates 1, 2, and 3 according to the first to third embodiments in that it includes the mounting members 431.

[0084] The deck plate main body 401 comprises a flat plate portion 10 and a rib portion 320. That is, the flat plate portion 10 of the deck plate main body 401 has a configuration similar to the flat plate portion 10 according to the first embodiment, and the flat plate portion 10 is not provided with a fitting portion. Furthermore, the rib portion 320 of the deck plate main body 401 has a configuration similar to the rib portion 320 according to the third embodiment, and the linear portion 323 of the end rib 321 is not provided with a fitting portion. That is, the deck plate main body 401 differs from the deck plates 1, 2, and 3 according to the first to third embodiments in that the deck plate main body 401 is not provided with a fitting portion.

[0085] The deck plate body 401 is used so that one side (a) in the third direction Z faces vertically upward. That is, the deck plate body 401 is used so that the rib portion 320 faces vertically upward. Furthermore, of the deck plate body pairs 401, 401 consisting of deck plate bodies 401, 401 adjacent in the second direction Y, the deck plate body 401A on the other side (d) in the second direction Y is arranged with its end rib 321 facing one side (c) in the second direction Y, and the deck plate body 401B on the one side (c) in the second direction Y of the deck plate body pair 401 is arranged with the claw portion 14 of its flat plate portion 10 facing the other side (d) in the second direction Y. By arranging multiple deck plate body pairs 401, 401 in this manner along the second direction Y, multiple deck plate bodies 401 are laid out on the framework.

[0086] If the deck plate main body 401 is used with the rib portion 320 facing vertically downward (i.e., with one side in the third direction Z facing vertically downward), the deck plate main body 401 itself can be used as a deck plate. For example, by inserting the claw portion 14 of the deck plate main body 401B between the linear portions 323 of the end ribs 321 of the deck plate main body 401A, the deck plate main body 401B can be connected to the deck plate main body 401A without the need for the mounting member 431. Therefore, the deck plate main body 401 can also be interpreted as a deck plate in a broad sense.

[0087] The mounting member 431 is a member that fits and connects the deck plate main body 401A and the deck plate main body 401B when used so that one side (a) in the third direction Z is vertically upward, and adjacent deck plate main bodies 401, 401 in the second direction Y are connected via the mounting member 431 to form a deck plate pair 4, 4. In other words, the mounting member 431 can be attached to a deck plate that has a flat plate portion 10 extending in the first direction X and the second direction Y, and ribs 321, 22 (rib portions 320) that protrude from the flat plate portion 10 toward one side (a) in the third direction Z and extend in the first direction X. The material that makes up the mounting member 431 may be metal or resin.

[0088] Fig. 11 is a perspective view showing the mounting member 431. As shown in Fig. 11, the mounting member 431 has a generally L-shape in a side view and extends in the depth direction D. The mounting member 431 includes a hook portion 432, a connecting portion 433, and an engaging portion 434. The connecting portion 433 connects the hook portion 432 and the engaging portion 434. In other words, the hook portion 432 is connected to the engaging portion 434 via the connecting portion 433 (i.e., indirectly).

[0089] The connecting portion 433 includes a first portion 435 extending in the depth direction D and a width direction W that intersects the depth direction D (orthogonal in this embodiment), a second portion 436 extending from the first portion 435 with a gap G1 in the height direction H that intersects the depth direction D and the width direction W (orthogonal in this embodiment), and a connecting portion 440 that connects the first portion 435 and the second portion 436. In this embodiment, at least the second portion 436 of the connecting portion 433 is elastic. Note that the entire connecting portion 433 or the entire mounting member 431 may be elastic.

[0090] The first portion 435 and the second portion 436 are formed in a rectangular shape when viewed from the height direction H. The connecting portion 440 extends in the depth direction D and the height direction H, and is formed in a rectangular shape when viewed from one side (p) in the width direction W. The first portion 435 is connected to the hook portion 432 at an end 438 on the other side (q) in the width direction W. In other words, the end 438 of the first portion 435 is a connection portion with the hook portion 432. The first portion 435 is on one side (r) in the height direction H, and the second portion 436 is on the other side (s) in the height direction H.

[0091] The total length of the second portion 436 in the width direction W is longer than the total length of the first portion 435 in the width direction W. That is, the end 439 on the other side (q) of the second portion 436 in the width direction W is on the other side (q) of the end 438 of the first portion 435. In this embodiment, the end 439 is inclined at a predetermined angle (e.g., 45°) from the other side (s) to one side (r) in the height direction H, and also at a predetermined angle (e.g., 45°) from one side (p) to the other side (q) in the width direction W. The engaging portion 434 is connected to the end of this end 439 on the other side (q) in the width direction W. That is, the end 439 of the second portion 436 is the connecting portion with the engaging portion 434.

[0092] The first portion 435 extends from its connection (end 438) with the hook portion 432 toward the opposite side (one side (p)) of the hook portion 432 from the side of the engaging portion 434 (the other side (q)) in the width direction W. The second portion 436 extends from its connection (end 439) with the engaging portion 434 toward the opposite side (one side (p)) of the hook portion 432 from the side of the engaging portion 434 (the other side (q)) in the width direction W, leaving a gap G1 between them. As shown in FIG. 10 , the minimum distance of this gap G1 in the height direction H is slightly greater than the thickness (length in the third direction Z) of the flat portion 10 of the deck plate main body 401. The length of the gap G1 in the width direction W is also slightly greater than the length of the side end 13 of the deck plate main body 401 in the second direction Y.

[0093] As shown in FIG. 11 , in this embodiment, the second portion 436 includes a curved portion 437. In this embodiment, the curved portion 437 occupies approximately half of the entire length of the second portion 436 in the width direction W and is located on the other side (q) of the second portion 436. Note that the range of the curved portion 437 in the width direction W is not limited to approximately half of the entire length in the width direction W and may be changed as appropriate. The curved portion 437 curves from a portion near the center of the second portion 436 in the width direction W toward the other side (s) in the height direction H and connects to the end portion 439. In other words, the curved portion 437 curves toward the side opposite the first portion 435 and connects to the engagement portion 434 via the end portion 439. Note that providing the curved portion 437 is not essential.

[0094] The engaging portion 434 is connected to an end 439 of the second portion 436 and protrudes from the other end (q) of the end 439 in the width direction W toward one side (r) in the height direction H. When viewed from the other side (q) in the width direction W, the engaging portion 434 is a flat portion having a rectangular shape with the depth direction D as the long side and the height direction H as the short side. The engaging portion 434 has a predetermined rigidity; specifically, it has a rigidity sufficient to prevent deformation when the engaging portion 434 is inserted between the double plate portions of the linear portion 323 (plate joint) of the deck plate main body 401. In other words, the engaging portion 434 is configured to be insertable between the double plate portions of the linear portion 323 (plate joint) of the deck plate main body 401 and to be able to engage with the double plate portions of the linear portion 323 (plate joint).

[0095] The hook portion 432 is connected to an end 438 of the first portion 435 and protrudes from the end 438 toward one side (r) in the height direction H. When viewed from the width direction W, the hook portion 432 has a rectangular shape with the depth direction D as the long side and the height direction H as the short side. One side (r) of the hook portion 432 in the height direction H is folded back to one side (p) in the width direction W and to the other side (s) in the height direction H. As described above, the end 439 where the engaging portion 434 connects to the connecting portion 433 is on the other side (q) in the width direction W with respect to the end 438 where the hook portion 432 connects to the connecting portion 433. Therefore, the hook portion 432 extends along the engaging portion 434 while being spaced apart from the engaging portion 434 in the width direction W. That is, a gap G2 exists between the hook portion 432 and the engaging portion 434. As shown in Figure 10, the spacing of this gap G2 in the width direction W is slightly larger than the thickness (length in the second direction Y) of one of the plate portions 323a of the double plate members of the linear portion 323 (plate joint portion) of the deck plate main body 401.

[0096] As shown in FIG. 10 , the mounting member 431 can be attached to the deck plate main body 401 by orienting the mounting member 431 so that one side (p) in the width direction W is one side (c) in the second direction Y and one side (r) in the height direction H is one side (a) in the third direction Z. FIG. 10 shows an example in which the mounting member 431 is attached to the end rib 321 of the deck plate main body 401A of the pair of deck plate main bodies 401, 401. Specifically, because the second portion 436 of the connecting portion 433 of the mounting member 431 has elasticity as described above, the second portion 436 can be bent vertically downward (toward the other side (b) in the third direction Z). Bending the second portion 436 in this manner widens the gap G1 of the mounting member 431, making it easier to accommodate the side edge 13 of the deck plate main body 401 within the gap G1. Furthermore, by bending the second portion 436, the engaging portion 434 is tilted relative to the linear portion 323 of the deck plate main body 401, allowing the engaging portion 434 to be smoothly inserted between the double plate members of the linear portion 323 (the joint portion). When the force bending the second portion 436 is released, the elastic force of the second portion 436 causes the second portion 436 to return to its original state, and the engaging portion 434 is inserted further between the double plate members of the linear portion 323 (the joint portion) (toward one side (a) in the third direction Z). As a result, the side end portion 13 of the deck plate main body 401 fits into the gap G1 of the mounting member 431, and one plate portion 323a of the double plate members of the linear portion 323 (the joint portion) of the deck plate main body 401 fits into the gap G2 and is clamped between the engaging portion 434 and the hook portion 432. Alternatively, multiple mounting members 431 may be fitted at predetermined intervals between the double plate members of the linear portion 323 (the plate joint portion). In this manner, the mounting members 431 are attached to the deck plate main body 401, and the deck plate 4 is formed.

[0097] In this embodiment, since the second part 436 includes the curved portion 437 as described above, the second part 436 can be curved more flexibly via the curved portion 437, and the mounting member 431 can be attached to the deck plate main body 401 more easily.

[0098] As shown in Figure 10, in the deck plate 4A, the mounting member 431 is attached to the end rib 321 and the side end 13. The hook-shaped portion 432 of the mounting member 431 extends to one side (a) in the third direction Z. The hook-shaped portion 432 is folded back to the side opposite the engaging portion 434, i.e., to one side (c) in the second direction Y and to the other side (b) in the third direction Z. The folded back portion of the hook-shaped portion 432 extends to a position that does not reach the flat portion 10 of the deck plate main body 401. Therefore, the claw portion 14 of the deck plate 4B can be fitted into this hook-shaped portion 432. The deck plate 4B fitted onto the hook-shaped portion 432 is supported from below in the vertical direction by the first portion 435 of the connecting portion 433 of the mounting member 431 and the side edge portion 13 of the deck plate main body 401, which is located vertically below the first portion 435. In this way, in the pair of deck plates 4, 4, the deck plate 4A and the deck plate 4B are fitted together and connected, and the deck plate 4B is prevented from falling off vertically downward from the deck plate 4A.

[0099] That is, in the deck plate 4A, the hook-shaped portion 432 of the mounting member 431 functions as a fitting portion for fitting with the deck plate 4B. Also, in the deck plate 4A, the hook-shaped portion 432 of the mounting member 431, the first portion 435 of the connecting portion 433 of the mounting member 431, and the side end portion 13 of the deck plate main body 401 function as a suppression portion 430 that fits with another adjacent deck plate 4B in the second direction Y and suppresses the other deck plate 4B from falling off vertically downward when one side (a) in the third direction Z is vertically upward.

[0100] As described above, when one side of the deck plate 4 in the third direction Z is vertically upward, the deck plate 4 is provided with a suppression portion 430 that fits into another adjacent deck plate 4B in the second direction Y to suppress falling of the other deck plate 4B vertically downward. The straight portion 323 of the end rib 321 of the deck plate 4 is provided with a hook-shaped portion 432 that protrudes from the straight portion 323 toward the opposite side (one side (c) in the second direction Y) from the side of the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 321 and extends toward the flat portion 10 to a position short of the flat portion 10. The suppression portion 430 of the deck plate 4 includes the hook-shaped portion 432 and first portion 435 of the mounting member 431, and the side end portion 13 of the deck plate main body 401 (a portion of the flat portion 10 that is opposite the side of the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 321 from the end rib 321). The configuration of the connecting portion 433, second portion 436, and engaging portion 434 of the mounting member 431 is one example of a configuration that enables the hook portion 432 to be attached to the deck plate 4A with a certain degree of strength. In other words, the mounting member 431 only needs to have at least the hook portion 432, and by fixing this minimum mounting member to the deck plate 4A by, for example, screws, welding, or adhesive, it can achieve the same function as described above.

[0101] With such a deck plate 4, a concrete slab similar to the concrete slab 100 according to the first embodiment can be constructed, and the same effects as those of the deck plate 1 according to the first embodiment can be achieved.

[0102] Furthermore, in the deck plate 4 of this embodiment, the fitting portion and the suppression portion 430 are formed by the mounting member 431, and therefore, as described above, there is no need to provide a fitting portion in the deck plate main body 401. Therefore, with the deck plate 4 of this embodiment, the process of forming a fitting portion in the deck plate is not required during the manufacturing of the deck plate, which makes it possible to prevent the manufacturing process from becoming more complicated and the manufacturing costs from increasing.

[0103] Fifth Embodiment Next, a deck plate according to a fifth embodiment will be described. Note that, with regard to the deck plate according to this embodiment, differences from the first to fourth embodiments will be mainly described, and other configurations will be assigned the same reference numerals as the first to fourth embodiments and description thereof will be omitted.

[0104] Figure 12 is a perspective view showing how deck plates are fitted together according to this embodiment. Specifically, Figure 12 shows how the respective deck plates 5 of a deck plate pair 5, 5 consisting of deck plates 5, 5 adjacent in the second direction Y are fitted together and connected. For convenience, in Figure 12, the deck plate 5A on the other side (d) of the deck plate pair 5, 5 in the second direction Y is shown by a solid line, and the deck plate 5B on one side (c) is shown by a dashed line.

[0105] The deck plate 5 includes a deck plate main body 401 having a configuration similar to that of the fourth embodiment, and an attachment member 531. In this way, the deck plate 5 differs from the deck plates 1, 2, and 3 according to the first to third embodiments in that it includes the attachment member 531.

[0106] The mounting member 531 is a member that fits together and connects the deck plate main body 401A and the deck plate main body 401B, and adjacent deck plate main bodies 401, 401 in the second direction Y are connected via the mounting member 531 to form the deck plate pair 5, 5. In other words, the mounting member 531 can be attached to a deck plate that has a flat plate portion 10 that extends in the first direction X and the second direction Y, and ribs 321, 22 (rib portions 320) that protrude from the flat plate portion 10 toward one side (a) in the third direction Z and extend in the first direction X. The material that makes up the mounting member 531 may be metal or resin.

[0107] Fig. 13 is a perspective view showing the mounting member 531. As shown in Fig. 13, the mounting member 531 extends in the depth direction D. The mounting member 531 includes a hook portion 532 and a pair of engagement portions 533, 533. In this embodiment, the entire mounting member 531 is elastic.

[0108] When viewed from a width direction W that intersects with the depth direction D (orthogonal in this embodiment), the hook portion 532 has a rectangular shape with its long side aligned with the depth direction D and its short side aligned with a height direction H that intersects with the depth direction D and the width direction W (orthogonal in this embodiment). One side (r) of the hook portion 532 in the height direction H is folded back to one side (p) in the width direction W and to the other side (s) in the height direction H.

[0109] The pair of engaging portions 533, 533 consists of an engaging portion 533A connected to one end of the hook portion 532 in the width direction W, and an engaging portion 533B connected to the other end. The pair of engaging portions 533, 533 are connected (directly) to the other end (s) of the hook portion 532 in the height direction H. Note that the connection portion of the pair of engaging portions 533, 533 on the hook portion 532 is not limited to both ends in the width direction W, nor is it limited to the other end (s) in the height direction H.

[0110] The engaging portion 533A includes a main body portion 534 and a protrusion portion 535. In this embodiment, the height (length in the height direction H) of the engaging portion 533A is uniform. The main body portion 534 has a rectangular shape when viewed in the height direction H and extends in the depth direction D and width direction W. In the width direction W, the engaging portion 533A protrudes from the hook portion 532 to the other side (q). That is, in the width direction W, the engaging portion 533A protrudes on the side opposite to the side where the hook portion 532 bends. Furthermore, the hook portion 532 is folded back to the side opposite the engaging portion 533A. In the width direction W, a protrusion portion 535 is provided at the end of the other side (q) (opposite the hook portion 532) of the main body portion 534. In this embodiment, the protrusion 535 has a rectangular shape with its longer side extending in the depth direction D and its shorter side extending in the width direction W when viewed from the height direction H. In the width direction W, the protrusion 535 of the engaging portion 533A protrudes from the main body 534 toward the side opposite to the engaging portion 533B.

[0111] The engaging portion 533B has the same configuration as the engaging portion 533A, except that the convex portion 535 protrudes in the width direction W on the side opposite to the engaging portion 533A side.

[0112] 12 , the linear portion 323 (plate joint portion) of the deck plate main body 401 has a plurality of holes (crimping holes KH) formed when the double plate portions are crimped, and the crimping holes KH are aligned in the first direction X. The crimping holes KH penetrate the linear portion 323 in the second direction Y. The engaging portion 533A of the mounting member 531 can engage with the crimping hole KH on one side (e) in the first direction X of the crimping holes KH, KH adjacent to each other in the first direction X, and the engaging portion 533B of the mounting member 531 can engage with the crimping hole KH on the other side (f) in the first direction X of the crimping holes KH, KH adjacent to each other in the first direction X.

[0113] 12 , the mounting member 531 is oriented so that the other side (q) in the width direction W is the other side (d) in the second direction Y and one side (r) in the height direction H is the one side (a) in the third direction Z, and the mounting member 531 is positioned on one side (c) of the end rib 321 of the deck plate main body 401, and this mounting member 531 is moved toward the crimping hole KH in the end rib 321 (i.e., toward the other side (d) in the second direction Y). Because the mounting member 531 is elastic, as described above, the mounting member 531 can be curved so that the one side (c) in the second direction Y is convex. When the engaging portions 533A, 533B of the mounting member 531 in this curved state are inserted into adjacent crimp holes KH, KH in the first direction X, the convex portions 535 of the engaging portions 533A, 533B are positioned on the other side (d) of the linear portion 323 of the end rib 321. When the force bending the mounting member 531 is subsequently released, the mounting member 531 returns to its original state, whereby the convex portions 535 of the engaging portions 533A, 533B are biased toward the other side (d) of the linear portion 323 and come into surface contact with the other side (d) of the linear portion 323. In this way, the engaging portions 533A, 533B are engaged with adjacent crimp holes KH, KH in the first direction X, and as a result, the mounting member 531 is fitted into the linear portion 323 of the end rib 321 of the deck plate main body 401 without falling off. The mounting members 531 may be fitted into all or some of the multiple crimping holes KH formed in the linear portion 323. That is, multiple mounting members 531 may be attached to the linear portion 323 while lined up in the first direction X. In this manner, the mounting members 531 are attached to the deck plate main body 401, and the deck plate 5 is constructed.

[0114] As shown in FIG. 12 , in the deck plate 5A, the mounting member 531 is attached to the end rib 321. Here, the hook-shaped portion 532 of the mounting member 531 extends to one side (a) in the third direction Z. The hook-shaped portion 532 is folded back toward the side opposite the engaging portion 533, i.e., toward one side (c) in the second direction Y and toward the other side (b) in the third direction Z. The folded back portion of the hook-shaped portion 532 extends to a position that does not reach the flat portion 10 of the deck plate main body 401. Therefore, the claw portion 14 of the deck plate 5B can be fitted into this hook-shaped portion 532. The deck plate 5B fitted into the hook-shaped portion 532 is supported from below in the vertical direction by the side edge portion 13 of the deck plate 5A. In this way, in the pair of deck plates 5, 5, the deck plate 5A and the deck plate 5B are fitted together and connected, and the deck plate 5B is prevented from falling off vertically downward from the deck plate 5A.

[0115] That is, in the deck plate 5A, the hook-shaped portion 532 of the mounting member 531 functions as a fitting portion for fitting with the deck plate 5B. Also, in the deck plate 5A, when one side (a) in the third direction Z is vertically upward, the hook-shaped portion 532 of the mounting member 531 and the side edge portion 13 of the deck plate 5A function as a suppression portion 530 that fits with another adjacent deck plate 5B in the second direction Y and suppresses the other deck plate 5B from falling off vertically downward.

[0116] As described above, when one side of the deck plate 5 in the third direction Z is vertically upward, the deck plate 5 is provided with a suppression portion 530 that fits into another adjacent deck plate 5B in the second direction Y to suppress detachment of the other deck plate 5B vertically downward. The straight portion 323 of the end rib 321 of the deck plate 5 is provided with a hook-shaped portion 532 that protrudes from the straight portion 323 toward the opposite side (one side (c) in the second direction Y) from the side of the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 321 and extends toward the flat portion 10 to a position short of the flat portion 10. In the deck plate 5, the suppression portion 530 includes the hook-shaped portion 532 of the mounting member 531 and the side end portion 13 of the deck plate main body 401 (a portion of the flat portion 10 that is opposite the side of the rib 22 adjacent to the end rib 321 from the end rib 321).

[0117] With such a deck plate 5, a concrete slab similar to the concrete slab 100 according to the first embodiment can be constructed, and the same effects as those of the deck plate 1 according to the first embodiment can be achieved.

[0118] Furthermore, in the deck plate 5 of this embodiment, the fitting portion and the suppression portion 530 are formed by the mounting member 531, so there is no need to provide a fitting portion on the deck plate as with the deck plate 4 of the fourth embodiment, which prevents the deck plate manufacturing process from becoming more complicated and the manufacturing costs from increasing.

[0119] In this embodiment, an example has been described in which the mounting member 531 has two engaging portions 533, but the number of engaging portions 533 is not particularly limited as long as the engaging portions 533 can be attached so as to engage with the crimping holes KH of the linear portion 323 (plate joint portion) and not fall off from the linear portion 323.

[0120] Furthermore, in this embodiment, an example has been described in which the entire mounting member 531 is elastic, but as long as the engaging portion 533 engages with the crimping hole KH of the linear portion 323 (plate joint portion) and is attached so as not to fall off from the linear portion 323, only the engaging portion 533 may be elastic, or the convex portion 535 of the engaging portion 533 may be elastic.

[0121] Furthermore, in the present embodiment, an example has been described in which the engaging portion 533 of the mounting member 531 engages with the crimping hole KH due to the elasticity of the convex portion 535. However, this is not limited to this as long as the engaging portion 533 engages with the crimping hole KH of the linear portion 323 (the plate-jointing portion) and is attached so as not to fall off the linear portion 323. For example, the engaging portion 533 may be engaged with the crimping hole KH of the linear portion 323 (the plate-jointing portion) by fastening the convex portion 535 and the linear portion 323 with a threaded member such as a screw. Alternatively, the engaging portion 533 may be formed only from the main body portion 534, and the main body portion 534 may be fitted into the crimping hole KH, thereby engaging the engaging portion 533 with the crimping hole KH of the linear portion 323 (the plate-jointing portion).

[0122] In addition, those skilled in the art can appropriately modify the deck plate and mounting member of the present invention in accordance with conventional knowledge. As long as such modifications still provide the configuration of the present invention, they are of course included in the scope of the present invention.
