Description

[0001] SELF RAZOR-MESH PANEL FENCE STRUCTURE

[0002] Technical Field

[0003] The invention relates to razor panel fence structures used in perimeter fence security systems.

[0004] The invention particularly relates to the production method of a razor panel fence structure, which is produced in two steps by welding the razor to the sheet metal in the press machine and then welding the razor sheet with the wire slot formed to the panel fence.

[0005] Prior Art

[0006] Nowadays, mesh panel fence structure is used to prevent the entry of foreign people or animals from outside to places such as gardens. Razor wires are placed on the upper part of the fence to prevent people from climbing over the fence.

[0007] In the prior art, sheet metal is processed in the press machine and all kinds of different patterns and models are formed on the sheet metal. Since the processed sheet metal is wider than the known sheet metal models and is subjected to bending several times to place the wire on it, the sheet metal cut into long strips to increase its strength is passed through the slat support sheet machine or roll form machine. The products coming out of here are welded on the panel wire fence wire and the mesh panel fence with razor wire on itself is produced.

[0008] In the state of the art, 3 different machine lines are required to produce the razor panel fence as described above. This means that:

[0009] • Machine investment cost,

[0010] • Too many operators

[0011] • It brings drawbacks such as prolonging the production period and increases production costs.

[0012] As a result of the search conducted in the literature, various structures related to the panel fence structures are found. One of these is the utility model titled "Razor Wire with Increased Razor Strength for Panel Fence Applications" with application number TRTR2018 / 12102. In the summary of the invention with classification class E04H 17 / 04, it states that: "The invention is a razor wire used in areas requiring high security; at least one pool located in the inner part or in the middle or near the middle of the razor surface, which is at a lower level than the said razor surface, and at least one step on the other surface of the razor due to the said pool, which is at a higher level relative to the said razor surface, the pool and / or step is triangular, quadrilateral, is characterised in that it can have different geometric shapes, such as pentagonal, quadrilateral, pentagonal or various polygons, that the central portion of the razor blades comprises a cavity, that the cavity in the central portion of the razor blades can have different geometric shapes, such as triangular, quadrilateral, pentagonal or various polygons, and that an alternative embodiment of the invention comprises a flat pool without a cavity." In this application, self-razor wire is produced, but there is no wire slot for the wire to fit. Joining is made by welding the wire with flat sheet metal. This causes the strength of the structure to be weak.

[0013] Another example of the aforementioned structure is the patent with the application numbered TR2016 / 17846, titled "Motifed Lath (Sheet) for Fence Systems". In the summary of the invention, the classification class of which is E04H 17 / 04, it is stated as follows: "The invention is a motif lath (sheet) used in fence and wire mesh systems; it is characterised by having one or more bends and / or corners without having a core wire, having a cross-section in the form of M or N or U or V according to the number and shape of the bends, having a monolithic structure without having a core wire, having oval, angular or circular lines of the bends or corners and containing motifs."

[0014] In this application, there is a wire slot and the razors are produced separately and then welded. Since this requires an additional machine in the production line, the production cost is high.

[0015] Therefore, these applications can be shown as examples of some of the disadvantages mentioned above.

[0016] As a result, improvements are being made in razor panel fence structure in parallel with the developing technology, and therefore, there is a need for new structures that will eliminate the disadvantages mentioned above and bring solutions to the existing systems.

[0017] Object of Invention

[0018] The invention relates to a razor panel fence structure, which, unlike the structures used in the present technique, is developed to solve the mentioned disadvantages and brings some additional advantages.

[0019] The object of the invention is to enable the sheet metal to be produced in 2 steps by forming a wire slot during the processing of the sheet metal in the press and then welding it to the panel fence and to reduce the process steps.

[0020] Another object of the invention is to realise panel fence production with press machine and welding machine. In this way, it is ensured that a machine is disabled in the production line and the production cost is reduced.

[0021] Another object of the invention is to reduce investment costs by disabling a machine in the production line. At the same time, labour operations will be reduced, and the amount of production will increase. This will again lead to a decrease in the production cost. The structural characteristics and all the advantages of the invention will be more clearly understood by means of the figures given below and the detailed description written by referring to these figures. Therefore, the evaluation should be made by taking these figures and detailed description into consideration.

[0040] In this detailed description, the preferred embodiments of the inventive razor panel fence structure (1) are described solely for the purpose of a better understanding of the subject matter and without any limiting effect.

[0041] Structure principle:

[0042] The razor panel fence structure (1 ) comprises a razor sheet (10) and fence wires (20). Figure 8 shows the combination of these two elements.

[0043] The razor sheet (10) comprises razors (11), wire slots (12), strength-enhancing channels (13) and razor holes (14). The razor sheet (10) is thicker and wider than the currently used razor wire sheets. Razor (11) models and patterns are formed on this sheet. Razors (11) are sharp parts that are machined on the sheet. They can be in different models, sizes and patterns. Figure 9 shows razors (11) designed in different patterns.

[0044] The wire slot (12) is the slot formed in the central part of the razor sheet (10) in which the razor sheet (10) is inserted into the fence wire (20). This slot can be in V-N-M-U or half circle-half moon shapes. Figure 1 shows the perspective view of the razor sheet (10) formed from the U-shaped wire slot (12). Figure 3 shows the perspective view of the razor sheet (10) formed from the V- shaped wire slot (12) and Figure 4 shows the perspective view of the razor sheet (10) formed from the M-shaped wire slot (12).

[0045] Due to the width of the razors (11 ) on the razor sheet (10), strength-enhancing channels (13) were formed in order to increase the strength and to gain strength for a smoother stop. Figure 4 shows the mentioned strength-enhancing channels (13). These channels can be more than one and the number of wires to be welded on it can also be more than one.

[0046] Razor holes (14) can be drilled to increase the sharpness on the above-mentioned razors (11 ) and deterrence of the razor sheet (10). These holes can be made in different geometrical patterns. Figures 6 and 7 show the perspective view of the razor holes (14) with different geometrical structures. This operation can be done optionally.

[0047] Fence wires (20) are the wires that are placed and welded into the wire slot (12) of the razor sheet (10) and form the main structure of the razor panel fence structure (1 ). It is shown in Figure 8.

[0048] Production method and steps

[0049] • Processing the razor sheet (10) in the press and forming the razors (11 ),

[0050] Razor sheet (10) is obtained by forming the models and patterns of the razors (11) on the sheet by processing the sheet by means of mould in eccentric or hydraulic press. According to the model here, razor holes (14) can be drilled in the centre of the razors (11). Opening of wire slot (12) and optional strength-enhancing channels (13) on the razor sheet (10)

[0051] When the razor sheet (10) is processed in the press, a wire slot (12) is opened on the sheet for the wire to pass through. This method is also obtained by means of the same mould during processing in the press. Furthermore, the razor sheet (10), which has a wide structure, is given one or more bending operations in the same mould to increase the strength. In this way, more than one channel is formed and the structure is strengthened.

[0052] • Cutting the razor sheet (10) to certain dimensions

[0053] The razor sheet (10) processed in the press in cut in certain dimensions. This cutting process is also carried out on the press.

[0054] • Welding of razor sheet (10) and fence wire (20)

[0055] U-n-m-w-v half-moon-shaped wire slots (12) in different shapes on the razor sheet (10) processed in the press are placed on the horizontally positioned fence wire (20) and spot welding-strip seam welding, laser welding or welding is performed to produce the self razor-mesh panel fence structure (1). Figures 2 and 5 show the fence wire (20) welded to the wire slots (12). Figure 8 shows the front view of the razor panel fence structure (1) formed by welding the razor sheets (10) to the fence wire (20).

[0056] In addition to all these, the pattern and model razors (11 ) and the razor sheet (10) may be wide or narrow in the centre for different models and patterns. Patterns, models and razors (11) may be filled or hollow. As shown in Figures 6 and 7, a sharper looking razor sheet (10) can be obtained by drilling the razor holes (14), i.e. hollowing them out. The razor sheet (10) can be of different thicknesses. The razor sheet (10) can be in different patterns and models, as well as in different angles and positions in the x-y axis or x-y-z axes as in the existing systems.
