Abstract
Description
Storage assembly member set, building, and storage section construction method
[0001] The present disclosure relates to an enclosure assembly set, a building, and an enclosure construction method.
[0002] It is known to provide a storage unit such as a curtain box in the ceiling of a building (for example, see Patent Document 1). The curtain box in Patent Document 1 includes longitudinal boards, sleeve boards, a top board, a bottom board, and a cover board.
[0003] Japanese Utility Model Application Publication No. 58-111087
[0004] However, ceiling shapes vary depending on the building. Therefore, the storage units installed in the ceiling are individually made to fit the ceiling. Under these circumstances, there is room for improvement in the efficiency of installation of storage units installed in the ceiling.
[0005] (1) A storage assembly member set according to one aspect of the present disclosure is a storage assembly member set for assembling a storage section, and includes a first fixing member attached to a ceiling or a wall, and a first wall member attached to the ceiling or the wall via the first fixing member, and a first end surface of the first wall member has a first recess into which the first fixing member fits.
[0006] According to this configuration, the first wall member can be fixed to the ceiling by fitting the first recess into the first fixing member, which reduces the number of parts required to construct the storage unit and eliminates the need to create a box-shaped storage unit, thereby improving the construction efficiency of the storage unit.
[0007] (2) In the storage assembly set described in (1) above, the first wall member includes two or more wall units connected in the longitudinal direction, the wall units are configured to be connectable in the longitudinal direction via a first connecting member, and the connecting end surfaces of the wall units have insertion grooves through which the first connecting members are inserted. With this configuration, the length of the storage section can be adjusted.
[0008] (3) In the storage assembly member set described in (2) above, at least one of the plurality of wall units is configured as a dividable wall unit, and the dividable wall unit has a hollow portion, and the hollow portion is configured so that when the dividable wall unit is cut, a connecting groove is formed on the cut surface through which a connecting member can be inserted.
[0009] According to this configuration, by cutting the dividable wall unit, it is possible to form a dividing wall unit of any length having a joining groove. Therefore, if the length of the storage section is not an integral multiple of the wall unit, it is possible to easily form a storage section of the desired length by using a dividing wall unit obtained by dividing the dividable wall unit. For example, when a storage section of a length that fits exactly between two pillars or two walls is to be provided, the dividable wall unit can be used to efficiently provide the storage section.
[0010] (4) In the storage assembly set described in (2) above, the wall units can be connected in the longitudinal direction via second connecting members, and the undersides of the wall units have fitting grooves into which the second connecting members fit. With this configuration, the second connecting members can strengthen the structure of the storage section.
[0011] (5) The storage assembly set described in (2) above further includes a second fixing member attached to the ceiling so as to intersect with the first fixing member, and a sidewall member arranged to hang down from the ceiling, wherein a first end surface of the sidewall member is provided with a second recess into which the second fixing member fits. This configuration allows the side of the storage unit to be efficiently provided.
[0012] (6) A building according to one aspect of the present disclosure is a building having a storage section, and the storage section is configured with the storage assembly member set according to any one of (1) to (5). This configuration can improve the construction efficiency of the building.
[0013] (7) In the building described in (6) above, a reinforcing member is provided to reinforce the ceiling, the reinforcing member is provided on the back surface of the ceiling, and the first fixing member is fixed to the ceiling portion where the reinforcing member is provided by a mounting member that penetrates the first fixing member and the ceiling portion. With this configuration, the strength of the storage section provided in the ceiling can be improved.
[0014] (8) The building described in (7) above further includes an exterior wall having a window connected to the ceiling, and a curtain rail for a curtain covering the window, wherein the first wall member is disposed opposite the exterior wall, and the curtain rail is disposed between the first wall member and the exterior wall. With this configuration, the curtain rail can be hidden by the first wall member.
[0015] (9) The building described in (8) above further includes a wall connected to the ceiling and a lighting device that illuminates the wall, wherein the first wall member is disposed to face the wall or the ceiling, and the lighting device is disposed between the first wall member and the wall or the ceiling. With this configuration, the lighting device can be hidden by the first wall member.
[0016] (10) A method for constructing a storage section according to one aspect of the present disclosure includes a first step of preparing a first fixing member and a first wall member having a first end surface provided with a first recess into which the first fixing member fits, and attaching the first fixing member to a ceiling, and a second step of fitting the first fixing member into the first recess and positioning the first wall member so that it hangs from the ceiling. With this configuration, the first wall member can be fixed to the ceiling by fitting the first recess into the first fixing member. In this way, the storage section can be efficiently formed in the ceiling.
[0017] (11) In the method for constructing a storage section according to (10), the first wall member includes two or more wall units connected longitudinally, the wall units being configured to be connectable longitudinally via a first connecting member, and the connecting end surfaces of the wall units have insertion grooves through which the first connecting members are inserted, and the second step includes a first sub-step and a second sub-step, in which the first sub-step fixes one of the wall units to the first fixing member with the first connecting member attached to the insertion grooves of the connecting end surfaces, and the second sub-step connects the wall units to each other by inserting the first connecting member of the previously fixed wall unit into the insertion groove of another of the wall units. This configuration makes it possible to easily lengthen the storage section in a ceiling-mounted storage section.
[0018] The housing assembly member set and the housing section construction method of the present disclosure allow for efficient formation of the housing section, and the building of the present disclosure allows for improved construction efficiency of the building.

[0026] [Receiving Assembly Member Set] The receiving assembly member set 20 will be described with reference to Figure 3. The receiving assembly member set 20 is a member set for assembling the receiving section 15. The receiving assembly member set 20 includes a first fixing member 21 and a first wall member 23. In this embodiment, the receiving assembly member set 20 further includes a first vertical fixing member 22.
[0027] [First Fixing Member] The first fixing member 21 is attached to the ceiling 2 or the wall 5. In this embodiment, the first fixing member 21 is attached to the ceiling 2. The first fixing member 21 is coupled to the first end surface 23A of the first wall member 23.
[0028] The first fixing member 21 is provided on the ceiling 2 at a portion where the first end surface 23A of the first wall member 23 comes into contact. The first fixing member 21 is configured to have a rectangular cross section. The first fixing member 21 is configured from wood, a resin member, or a metal member. The first fixing member 21 is fixed to the ceiling portion where the reinforcing member 8 is provided by an attachment member that penetrates the first fixing member 21 and the ceiling portion. The attachment member is a member that can penetrate the first fixing member 21. Examples of attachment members include screws, wood screws, and nails.
[0029] The first vertical fixing members 22 are attached to the pillars 6 or the wall 5. The first vertical fixing members 22 are fixed to the pillars 6 or the wall 5 by mounting members. In this embodiment, a first vertical fixing member 22 is attached to each of the two pillars 6. One of the two first vertical fixing members 22 provided on the pillars 6 is positioned so that it can be coupled to the second end surface 23B of the first wall member 23. The other of the two first vertical fixing members 22 is positioned so that it can be coupled to the third end surface 23C of the first wall member 23.
[0030] [First Wall Member] The first wall member 23 is disposed so as to face the wall 5 or the ceiling 2. The first wall member 23 is attached to the ceiling 2 or the wall 5 via a first fixing member 21. In this embodiment, the first wall member 23 is disposed so as to face the exterior wall 3 on which the window 4 is provided. The first wall member 23 is attached to the ceiling 2 so as to hang down from the ceiling 2.
[0031] The first wall member 23 has a first end face 23A in the width direction, a second end face 23B in the longitudinal direction, a third end face 23C opposite the second end face 23B in the longitudinal direction, and a fourth end face 23D opposite the first end face 23A.
[0032] 4 and 5 , a first recess 25 into which the first fixing member 21 fits is provided in the first end surface 23A of the first wall member 23. A first insertion groove 26 into which the first vertical fixing member 22 passes is provided in the second end surface 23B and the third end surface 23C of the first wall member 23. The groove width of the first insertion groove 26 may be equal to the groove width of the first recess 25. The first insertion groove 26 has the same configuration as the first recess 25.
[0033] [Wall Unit] The first wall member 23 may include two or more wall units 30 connected in the longitudinal direction. In this embodiment, the first wall member 23 is configured with two wall units 30 and a divideable wall unit 50 formed from one dividable wall unit 40. The wall units 30 are configured to be connectable in the longitudinal direction via first connecting members 27.
[0034] The wall unit 30 has a first end surface 30A and a connecting end surface 30B. The connecting end surface 30B is a surface that is perpendicular to the first end surface 30A. The connecting end surfaces 30B are surfaces that come into contact with each other when two wall units 30 are connected. When the first wall member 23 is formed by connecting multiple wall units 30, the connecting end surface 30B of the wall unit 30 at the end forms the second end surface 23B or the third end surface 23C of the first wall member 23.
[0035] A recess 31 similar to the first recess 25 described above is provided in the first end surface 30A of the wall unit 30. An insertion groove 32, into which the first connecting member 27 is inserted, is provided in the connecting end surface 30B of the wall unit 30. The insertion groove 32 is configured so that the first connecting member 27 fits snugly. The insertion groove 32 extends from the connecting end surface 30B to the first end surface 30A. The groove width of the insertion groove 32 is equal to the groove width of the recess 31.
[0036] In the first wall member 23 formed by connecting multiple wall units 30, the insertion groove 32 of the wall unit 30 at the end forms the first insertion groove 26 of the second end face 23B or the third end face 23C of the first wall member 23.
[0037] The wall unit 30 is composed of a core material 35 and two plate materials 36 sandwiching the core material 35. The recess 31 and insertion groove 32 are formed by attaching the plate materials 36 to the core material 35 so that a portion of each plate material 36 protrudes from the end face of the core material 35. The recess 31 and insertion groove 32 may be formed as follows: The recess 31 and insertion groove 32 may be formed by partially cutting the core material 35 from a plywood made of the core material 35 and the plate materials 36 whose end faces are aligned.
[0038] [Dividable Wall Unit] At least one of the plurality of wall units 30 may be configured as a dividable wall unit 40. The dividable wall unit 40 is a member for adjusting the length of the first wall member 23. The dividable wall unit 40 may be used as the wall unit 30. When the dividable wall unit 40 can be used as the wall unit 30, unlike the example in Figure 6, the dividable wall unit 40 is provided with insertion grooves 42 at both ends in the longitudinal direction.
[0039] In the embodiment, the members formed by dividing the dividable wall unit 40 are referred to as divider wall units 50. As shown in Figure 6, the dividable wall unit 40 has a first end surface 40A and a second end surface 40B. The second end surface 40B is a surface that is perpendicular to the first end surface 40A.
[0040] A first end surface 40A of the dividable wall unit 40 is provided with a recess 41 into which the first fixing member 21 fits. A second end surface 40B of the dividable wall unit 40 is provided with an insertion groove 42 into which the first vertical fixing member 22 passes.
[0041] The dividable wall unit 40 is composed of a core material 45 and two plate materials 46 sandwiching the core material 45. The recess 41 and the insertion groove 42 have structures similar to the recess 31 and the insertion groove 32 of the wall unit 30.
[0042] The dividable wall unit 40 has a hollow portion 43. The hollow portion 43 is provided within a core material 45. It is preferable that two or more hollow portions 43 are provided within the core material 45. With this configuration, when the dividable wall unit 40 is cut so as to divide one of the two hollow portions 43, the annular core material 45 can be left within the dividing wall unit 50. This allows the strength of the dividing wall unit 50 to be maintained.
[0043] The hollow portion 43 is configured so that, when the dividable wall unit 40 is cut along a line along the up-down direction, a coupling groove 52 into which the coupling member 53 can be inserted is formed at the cut surface 51. The groove width of the coupling groove 52 may be the same as or different from the groove width of the insertion groove 32 of the wall unit 30. In one example, the groove width of the coupling groove 52 is smaller than the groove width of the insertion groove 32. By configuring the groove width of the coupling groove 52 to be smaller than the groove width of the insertion groove 32, the thickness of the groove wall that constitutes the coupling groove 52 can be made thicker. This improves the strength of the groove wall against cutting.
[0044] The joining member 53 is a member for joining the wall unit 30 and the dividing wall unit 50. The joining member 53 is configured so as to be able to be inserted into the insertion groove 32 of the wall unit 30 and the joining groove 52 of the dividing wall unit 50.
[0045] 1 to 3, in this embodiment, the storage section 15 is provided between the two pillars 6 as described above.
[0046] The storage section 15 includes a first wall member 23 and a first fixing member 21. The storage section 15 may further include a first vertical fixing member 22. The first fixing member 21 is provided on the ceiling 2 connected to the exterior wall 3 having the window 4. The first fixing member 21 is fixed parallel to the exterior wall 3. One first vertical fixing member 22 is provided on each of the two pillars 6. The first vertical fixing member 22 is connected to the first fixing member 21 fixed to the ceiling 2, and is arranged along the vertical direction.
[0047] The first wall member 23 is provided to span from one of the two pillars 6 to the other. The first wall member 23 is configured so that a front surface 23S of the first wall member 23 is flush with a front surface 6A of the pillar 6. The first wall member 23 is formed by connecting two wall units 30 and a dividing wall unit 50. A first end surface 23A of the first wall member 23 is connected to a first fixing member 21 provided on the ceiling 2. A second end surface 23B and a third end surface 23C of the first wall member 23 are connected to a first vertical fixing member 22 provided on a side surface 6B of the pillar 6. A storage space S is formed between the exterior wall 3 and the first wall member 23.
[0048] As shown in Fig. 2, in this embodiment, a support plate 29 is disposed within the storage space S. The support plate 29 is configured to fit along the outer wall 3. The support plate 29 is connected to the outer wall 3 and the first wall member 23 via runners. A curtain rail 7 is attached to the underside of the support plate 29. The curtain rail 7 is disposed between the first wall member 23 of the storage section 15 and the outer wall 3.
[0049] [Construction Method of Storage Section] The construction method of the storage section 15 includes a first step and a second step. The construction method of the storage section 15 may also include a third step.
[0050] In the first step, a first fixing member 21 and a first wall member 23 are prepared. In this embodiment, a wall unit 30 and a dividable wall unit 40 are prepared as members that constitute the first wall member 23.
[0051] Next, the first fixing member 21 is attached to the ceiling 2. Specifically, the first fixing member 21 is attached so as to be parallel to the exterior wall 3. Furthermore, the first vertical fixing member 22 is attached to the side surface 6B of the pillar 6. Specifically, the first vertical fixing member 22 is attached to the pillar 6 so as to be aligned in the vertical direction.
[0052] In the second step, the first fixing member 21 is fitted into the first recess 25 of the first wall member 23, thereby positioning the first wall member 23 so that it hangs down from the ceiling 2. This will be described in detail below. The second step includes a first sub-step and a second sub-step.
[0053] In the first sub-step, one of the plurality of wall units 30 is fixed to the first fixing member 21 with the first connecting member 27 attached to the insertion groove 32 of the connecting end face 30B. Regarding the first connecting member 27, after one of the plurality of wall units 30 is fixed to the first fixing member 21, the first connecting member 27 may be attached to the insertion groove 32 of the connecting end face 30B.
[0054] A detailed description will be given below. First, the first connecting member 27 is attached to one of the insertion grooves 32 in the wall unit 30 with an adhesive (see FIG. 7). Then, with the first vertical fixing member 22 inserted into the insertion groove 32, the wall unit 30 with the first connecting member 27 attached is pushed up. Furthermore, the recess 31 of the wall unit 30 with the first connecting member 27 attached is fitted into the first fixing member 21. After this, an attachment member (e.g., a screw) is driven into the side of the recess 31 of the wall unit 30 so that the attachment member reaches the first fixing member 21. Fixing with the attachment member may be performed after the second sub-step.
[0055] In the second sub-step, the wall units 30 are connected to each other by inserting the first connecting member 27 of the previously fixed wall unit 30 into the insertion groove 32 of another one of the wall units 30. This will be described in detail below.
[0056] Another one of the multiple wall units 30 may be the wall unit 30, the dividable wall unit 40, the dividing wall unit 50, or the additional wall unit 60 shown next. In this embodiment, the additional wall unit 60 is connected to the previously fixed wall unit 30. The additional wall unit 60 is configured as follows.
[0057] As shown in FIG. 7 , in one example, the additional wall unit 60 is composed of a wall unit 30 and a partition wall unit 50 of the dividable wall unit 40. The length of the additional wall unit 60 corresponds to the length of the storage section 15 minus the length of an integer number of wall units 30 (one unit in this example) (hereinafter referred to as the remaining length). The length of the partition wall unit 50 corresponds to the length of the remaining length minus the length of an integer number of wall units 30 (one unit in this example) (hereinafter referred to as the division length). The partition wall unit 50 of the division length is cut out from the dividable wall unit 40. Then, a connecting member 53 is inserted into the connecting groove 52 of the partition wall unit 50, and the insertion groove 32 of the wall unit 30 is fitted into the portion of the connecting member 53 exposed from the connecting groove 52. An adhesive may be applied between the connecting member 53 and the insertion groove 32. An adhesive may also be applied between the connecting member 53 and the connecting groove 52. In this way, an additional wall unit 60 is formed by combining the dividing wall unit 50 and the wall unit 30.
[0058] The additional wall unit 60 is then connected to the previously fixed wall unit 30 as shown below. The first connecting member 27 attached to the previously fixed wall unit 30 is inserted into one insertion groove 62 of the additional wall unit 60, and the first vertical fixing member 22 fixed to the pillar 6 is inserted into the other insertion groove 62 of the additional wall unit 60. The additional wall unit 60 is then pushed up. Furthermore, the recess 61 of the additional wall unit 60 is fitted into the first fixing member 21 fixed to the ceiling 2. Next, an attachment member (e.g., a screw) is driven into the side of the recess 61 of the additional wall unit 60 so that the attachment member reaches the first fixing member 21.
[0059] The additional wall unit 60 may be configured with other combinations. The additional wall unit 60 may be configured with a combination of two or more types of wall unit 30, dividable wall unit 40, and dividing wall unit 50. Furthermore, the number of units that make up the additional wall unit 60 is not limited. Therefore, the additional wall unit 60 may be configured with three or more units.
[0060] In the third step, the cloth 59 is attached continuously to the ceiling 2, the front surface of the first wall member 23, the underside of the first wall member 23, the back surface of the first wall member 23, the underside of the support plate 29, and the inner surface of the exterior wall 3.
[0061] [Operation of the Present Embodiment] The storage assembly set 20 includes a first fixing member 21 attached to the ceiling 2 or wall 5 and a first wall member 23 attached to the ceiling 2 or wall 5. The first end surface 23A of the first wall member 23 is provided with a first recess 25 into which the first fixing member 21 fits. This structure facilitates creating a hanging wall on the ceiling 2 or a horizontal wall extending horizontally from the wall 5. Furthermore, when L-shaped metal fittings are used to secure wall members, unevenness occurs at the base of the wall member, making it difficult to stretch the cross member 59. In contrast, with the storage assembly set 20, the first fixing member 21 is housed within the first recess 25, reducing unevenness at the base of the first wall member 23 attached to the ceiling 2 or wall 5. This facilitates stretching the cross member 59.
[0062] [Effects of this embodiment] (1) The storage assembly member set 20 includes a first fixing member 21 and a first wall member 23 that is attached to the ceiling 2 or the wall 5 via the first fixing member 21. A first recess 25 into which the first fixing member 21 fits is provided on a first end surface 23A of the first wall member 23. With this configuration, the first wall member 23 can be fixed to the ceiling 2 by fitting the first recess 25 into the first fixing member 21. This reduces the number of parts required to configure the storage unit 15 and eliminates the need to create a box-shaped storage unit 15, thereby improving the construction efficiency of the storage unit 15.
[0063] (2) The first wall member 23 includes two or more wall units 30 connected in the longitudinal direction. The wall units 30 are configured to be connectable in the longitudinal direction via first connecting members 27. An insertion groove 32 through which the first connecting members 27 are inserted is provided on the connecting end surface 30B of the wall units 30. With this configuration, the length of the storage section 15 can be adjusted.
[0064] (3) The dividable wall unit 40 has a hollow portion 43. The hollow portion 43 is configured so that, when the dividable wall unit 40 is cut, a coupling groove 52 is formed at the cut surface 51, through which a coupling member 53 can be inserted. With this configuration, by cutting the dividable wall unit 40, a divider wall unit 50 having the coupling groove 52 of any length can be formed. Therefore, when the length of the storage section 15 is not an integral multiple of the wall unit 30, the desired storage section 15 of a predetermined length can be easily formed by using the divider wall unit 50 obtained by dividing the dividable wall unit 40. For example, when a storage section 15 of a length that exactly fits between two pillars 6 is to be provided, the dividable wall unit 40 allows the storage section 15 to be provided efficiently.
[0065] (4) The building 1 has a storage section 15. The storage section 15 is configured by a storage assembly member set 20. This configuration can improve the construction efficiency of the building 1.
[0066] (5) The building 1 includes a reinforcing member 8 that reinforces the ceiling 2. The reinforcing member 8 is provided on the back surface of the ceiling 2. The first fixing member 21 is fixed to the ceiling 2 on which the reinforcing member 8 is provided by an attachment member that penetrates the first fixing member 21 and the ceiling 2. This configuration can improve the strength of the storage section 15 provided in the ceiling 2.
[0067] (6) The building 1 further includes an exterior wall 3 having a window 4 and connected to the ceiling 2, and a curtain rail 7 for a curtain covering the window 4. The first wall member 23 is disposed opposite the exterior wall 3. The curtain rail 7 is disposed between the first wall member 23 and the exterior wall 3. With this configuration, the curtain rail 7 can be hidden by the first wall member 23.
