AI Technical Summary
Existing handle structures for lifting the curtain tension pipe in cargo transport vehicles require additional attachments and components, increasing material and labor costs due to the complexity of assembly and compatibility issues.
A handle structure that integrates a handle and a holder part within the rotating tension rod, eliminating the need for separate attachments and allowing the handle to be used directly for removing and replacing the tension tube, with the handle being prevented from moving upwards by the curtain fabric.
This solution simplifies the assembly process, reduces material and labor costs, and ensures the handle remains securely positioned within the rotating tension rod without the need for additional fixing elements.

Abstract
Description
[0001] A HANDLE STRUCTURE FOR LIFTING THE CURTAIN TENSION PIPE
[0002] FIELD OF THE INVENTION
[0003] The present invention relates to the handle on the rotating tension rod that enables the opening and closing of the tarpaulin of cargo transport vehicles whose tarpaulin can be opened and closed.
[0004] The invention particularly relates to the positioning of said handle on said rotating tension rod.
[0005] STATE OF THE ART
[0006] Some of the cargo transport vehicles are obtained to be opened and closed with a tarpaulin. The reason for this is that the load can be positioned and taken into the vehicle from any desired direction.
[0007] For this reason, it is desirable to open and close the tarpaulin forming the sides of the vehicle like a curtain. Said opening and closing process is provided by a rotating tension rod placed inside the edge of said curtain. By removing the rotating tension rod, the opening and closing operation of the tarpaulin is provided by a handle.
[0008] Patent numbered EP2730443B1 relates to a transport vehicle and comprises a vehicle superstructure that can be closed at least locally by means of a tarpaulin. When viewed in the direction of the tarpaulin transport vehicle, a tarpaulin comprising a tension rod at its front and / or rear end is fixed to the tensioning profile or holding profile. The tension rod is at least locally provided with a flexible handle element that is fixed to the tension rod. This handle element is wrapped around the tension rod by means of the tension rod during the stretching of the tarpaulin, so that only a part of the handle element protrudes tangentially from the tension rod when the tarpaulin is stretched
[0009] In patent numbered DE102012111642B4, a commercial vehicle body with a sliding awning that can be moved to a closed and open position to close and open a loading opening is described. The rotating tension rod awning, which comprises a slit-shaped chamber for its end edge, and a handle for lifting said pipe. A counter bearing is obtained in the gap inside the rotating tension tube. Said counter bearing is fixed within the rotating tension tube. Said handle is fixed to the opposite bearing.
[0010] In the state of the art, a plurality of elements for the connection and positioning of said handle on the rotating tension tube and for the fulfilment of its functions in use must first be obtained and assembled in such a way that they are compatible with each other and fulfil their functions. This situation increases material production costs as well as labour costs. OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0011] The present invention aims to solve the abovementioned disadvantages by being inspired from the current conditions.
[0012] The object of the present invention is that the handle used to remove and replace the rotating tension tube on which one side of said curtain is located can be made without using an additional attachment to the interior of the said tension tube. To achieve this object, the handle itself is used. In order to achieve this object, a handle consisting of a handle obtained from the handle itself and a holder part, which is located in the cavity in the centre of the said rotating tension rod, to the extent that the said handle does not come out of the curtain locating channel when grasped and pulled. This eliminates the need for a separately configured part that is positioned in the rotating tension centre and needs to be fixed in position.
[0013] In an embodiment of the invention, the handle is prevented from moving upwards away from the ground plane in such a way that the rotating tension rod is removed from the tensioning mechanism by the curtain fabric located in the curtain locating channel. Thus, there is no need to fix the handle in the gap within the rotating tension rod. Since there is no need for fixing, there is no need for fixing elements used in the state of the art.
[0014] In another embodiment of the invention, the handle is preferably obtained by folding the end part of the textile material preferably in a circular manner and ensuring that it remains in that shape. This is the most easily achieved shape of the holder obtained by the circular wrapping process. To fix the folded version of the holder part in this way, the folded part can be sewn or glued. Thus, the handle placed in the gap of the rotating tension rod will be positioned inseparably from this gap.
[0015] The structural and characteristic features of the present invention will be understood clearly by the following drawings and the detailed description made with reference to these drawings. Therefore, the evaluation shall be made by taking these figures and the detailed description into consideration.

[0034] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF AN EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION
[0035] Figure 1 is a perspective figure showing the arrangement of the commercial vehicle with tarpaulin (100). There are curtain tension profile handles (600) located at the front and rear corners (201 ), which are used when opening and closing the curtain (200) on the left and right of the trailer or semi-trailer (100). Figure 2 is a two-dimensional figure showing the detail of the tension mechanism (400) given in Figure 1 . The task of the tension device is to collect and unload or load the curtain (200) on the right and left side of the trailer when required, and to cover and tension said curtains (200) as a side wall after the operation. The curtains (200) are fixed in a rotating tension rod (500).
[0036] Figures 3a, 3b, 3c are perspective figures that show the rotating tension rod (500) and the details where it is attached. To form the curtain (200), a curtain portion cavity (202) is made that fits into the rotating tension rod (500) of the curtain fabric (201 ). This cavity (202) is made in such a way that when the handle (600) is caught and the rotating tension rod (500) is wanted to be separated from the tension mechanism (400), it is lifted in the -x- direction so that it moves away from the ground plane and comes out of the tension mechanism (400), it prevents the movement of the handle (600) within the rotating tension rod (500). After the curtain tension profile handle (7) is attached to the curtain tension pipe (5), the curtain tension pipe adapter (501 ) is attached. In this way, the handle (600) is prevented from falling through the rotating tension rod (500) and the necessary conditions for the tension mechanism (400) to operate are provided.
[0037] Figure 4 is a two-dimensional cross-sectional view showing the position of the handle (600) inside the rotating tension rod (500). There is a gap (502) inside the rotating tension rod (500). This gap (502) is a circular gap and there is a curtain placement channel (503) that opens this gap (502) towards the outer part of the rotating tension rod (500). The holding portion (601 ) of the handle is located in the curtain placement channel. The holding portion (602) is placed within the gap (502).
[0038] Figures 5a, 5b, 5c are perspective, two-dimensional and detailed figures showing the structure of the handle (600). The handle comprises a grip (601 ) and a holding section (602). The holding section (602) is obtained by folding the end part (603) of the textile material from which the handle is obtained, preferably in a circular manner. Particularly the diameter size of the holding portion (602) is determined by the gap (502). The holding portion (602) must be large enough to be positioned within the gap (502) and at the same time not to come out of the curtain placement channel (503) when it is held by the grip (601 ) and pulled. The upward (x) movement of the grip (601 ) is prevented by the curtain fabric (201 ) placed inside the curtain placement channel (503).
