Description

[0001] DESCRIPTION

[0002] Color-matching toy with moving spheres

[0003] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION

[0004] The invention, as the title of this specification states, is a color-matching toy with movable spheres. This is an innovation that, within current technologies, offers previously unknown advantages.

[0005] TECHNICAL SECTOR

[0006] The present invention falls within the sector of everyday needs of life, especially in sports, games and entertainment, in the classification corresponding to card games, roulette or board games, indoor games that use small mobile game elements and games not provided elsewhere.

[0007] STATE OF THE ART

[0008] This invention emerges as an exciting and versatile gaming alternative for those seeking an innovative and entertaining option.

[0009] This invention presents a color-matching toy with moving spheres that allows users to enjoy hours of entertainment and explore various color combinations, stimulating their creativity and motor skills.

[0010] Currently, there is no known existence of any color-matching toy with movable spheres that has structural and constitutive technical characteristics equal to or similar to those described in this specification, as claimed.

[0011] DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION

[0012] The object of the present invention is the creation of a color-matching toy with movable spheres, which provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently collected in the final claims that accompany this description. The present invention concerns a color-matching toy with movable spheres, which comprises a frame that surrounds a base containing movable spheres that allow the user to match the colors of the base with the colors of the spheres, requiring strategy and skill to ensure that the colors fit together correctly.

[0013] This innovative game solves the problem of monotony and lack of visual stimulation in traditional toys.

[0014] This invention represents an effective solution for stimulating creativity and developing cognitive skills in people of all ages.

[0015] The color-matching toy with movable spheres comprises a frame surrounding a base containing movable spheres. The movable spheres have different colored divisions or markings and are visible on at least one side of the base. These movable spheres are capable of rotation by means of a gear system that allows them to perform controlled rotational movements on at least two axes (alternatingly), with each gear system connected to two or more movable spheres.

[0016] The goal of the color-matching toy with moving spheres is to move the spheres two by two in any of four possible directions: up, down, left, or right. The challenge is to align the colors of the spheres with those of the base.

[0017] This is achieved by strategically moving the spheres to form combinations and match colors. As you progress through the game, the difficulty increases, and new challenges arise that require more strategy and planning.

[0018] It's worth noting that the color-matching toy with moving spheres is compact, making it suitable for carrying in a pocket.

[0019] EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES

[0020] To complete the description being provided and to aid in a better understanding of the features of the invention, this specification is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by figures in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following are represented: Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the gear system of the color-matching toy with movable spheres.

[0021] Figure 2 shows a view from one side of the color-matching toy with moving spheres.

[0022] Figure 3 shows a side view of the color-matching toy with moving spheres.

[0023] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION.

[0024] The color-matching toy with movable spheres comprises a frame (1) surrounding a base (2) containing movable spheres (3) that allow the user to match the colors of the base (2) with the colors of the spheres (3), requiring strategy and skill to get the colors to fit correctly. The movable spheres (3) have different colored divisions or marks. The movable spheres (3) can be seen on both sides of the base (2), and can be rotated by means of a gear system (4) that allows them to perform controlled rotation movements. This gear system (4) rotates the movable spheres (3) as a group, that is, by acting on the gear system (4) two or more movable spheres (3) always rotate.

[0025] In a preferred embodiment, the frame (1) is composed of profiles (1.1) of light and firm material that are assembled together at their ends.

[0026] In preferred embodiments, the profiles (1.1) have equal, even or unequal lengths, which determine different shapes or figures of the frame (1).

[0027] In another preferred embodiment, the base (2) is a flat, thin and firm surface that contains the mobile spheres (3), ensuring their stability and safety.

[0028] Preferably, the base (2) has vertical and horizontal stripes (2.1) that determine sections (2.2) of different colors or marks.

[0029] In a preferred embodiment, the movable spheres (3) are at least four spheres that are equidistant from each other and embedded in the base (2). Preferably, the divisions (3.1) are delimited by conical depressions (3.2) that provide a precise fit with the gear system (4). The conical depressions (3.2) are arranged along three mutually perpendicular great circles.

[0030] Generally, the gear system (4) uses pinions (4.1 ) with conical teeth (4.2) that fit into the conical depressions (3.2) of at least two of the movable spheres (3), allowing them to move simultaneously in pairs, in four different directions. Each movable sphere (3) will be meshed with two pinions (4.1 ) by means of the conical depressions (3.2) of two great circles. The third great circle is loose. Thus, by acting on one gear system (4), the other gear system (4) acts as an axis of rotation of the corresponding movable sphere (3) until the other great circle is aligned with the base (2).

[0031] Generally, the gear system (4) includes spherical elements (4.3) with springs (4.4) on the sides opposite the pinions (4.1). These elements ensure smooth and precise operation, absorbing impacts and reducing friction, as well as serving as another end of the pivot shaft if necessary.

[0032] In one solution, the toy has two parallel rows of movable spheres (3), generally with two movable spheres (3) each, resulting in four movable spheres (3) forming a square. In that solution, rotary controls can be arranged on the edges of the base (2) that act on the movable spheres (3) (two or more per control). The gear system (4) that transmits the axis of the rotary control to the axes of the movable spheres (3) can be held by a belt. A clutch system allows connecting and disconnecting the movable spheres (3) from the two rotary controls that act on each one. In order not to simplify the game, the clutches connected to each rotary control will be activated or deactivated in parallel. Thus, either all the movable spheres (3) of a rotary control rotate or none of them rotate, being in the latter case "crazy" to be actuated by the other rotary controls.

[0033] Preferably, the frame (1), the base (2) and the movable spheres (3) have a compact size that makes them suitable to fit in a pocket.

[0034] Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to explain it further so that any expert in the field may understand its scope and the advantages derived from it, stating that, within its essence, it may be put into practice in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example, and to which it will also achieve the protection sought provided that its fundamental principle is not altered, changed or modified.
