Abstract
Description
Information processing program, terminal device, information processing method, server, rotating machine, and information processing system
[0001] The present invention relates to an information processing program, a terminal device, an information processing method, a server, a rotating machine, and an information processing system.
[0002] Standard pumps, which are general-purpose products, have certain characteristics. These characteristics may not necessarily match the characteristics desired by the customer. As a result, some settings may be required for the standard pump. Therefore, it is possible to perform such settings at the factory before shipping. However, this would result in a problem of longer delivery times. Another option is to have the customer perform the settings on-site after shipping. However, it is not easy and time-consuming for the customer to perform the settings themselves.

FIG. 10 is a sequence diagram illustrating the processing operation of the pump setting system according to the third embodiment. FIG. 11 is a sequence diagram illustrating a modified example of the processing operation of the pump setting system according to the third embodiment.
[0035] Hereinafter, an embodiment of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings. Although a pump is shown as an example, the present invention is not limited to pumps and can be applied to any industrial machine (especially a rotating machine) that requires setup after shipment.
[0036] First Embodiment Fig. 1 is a block diagram showing the schematic configuration of a pump setting system according to a first embodiment. The pump setting system includes a pump 1, a terminal device 2, and a server 3. The pump 1 is, for example, a standard pump, and has given characteristics. However, these characteristics do not match the characteristics desired by a customer, and the pump 1 must be set to match the characteristics desired by the customer. This setting is performed using the terminal device 2.
[0037] The pump 1 is equipped with a wireless communication board 11, and is capable of wireless communication with the terminal device 2 (for example, short-range wireless communication compliant with Bluetooth). Note that "equipped" means that the wireless communication board 11 may be built into the pump 1, or that the wireless communication board 11 may be externally attached to the pump 1. Pump identification information "AB:CD" is set in the pump 1 to identify the individual pump. This pump identification information may be the MAC address of the wireless communication board 11, or may be information arbitrarily set at the time of shipment.
[0038] The pump 1 also includes an inverter 12, a sensor 13, a setting unit 14, etc. The inverter 12 determines the rotation speed of a main shaft (not shown) in the pump 1. The sensor 13 is, for example, a pressure sensor provided at the suction port (not shown) and / or the discharge port (not shown) of the pump 1. Alternatively, the sensor 13 may be a temperature sensor or a flow rate sensor. The setting unit 14 sets the pump 1 (for example, sets the rotation speed of the inverter 12) based on setting information (described later) from the terminal device 2.
[0039] The terminal device 2 is typically a smartphone and includes a display 21, a communication unit 22, and a control unit 23. The display 21 displays a screen or the like corresponding to order information in accordance with control by the control unit 23. The communication unit 22 wirelessly communicates with the wireless communication board 11 of the pump 1 and communicates with the server 3 via the Internet. The control unit 23 performs the processes described below, for example, by having a processor execute a predetermined program.
[0040] The server 3 has a communication unit 31, a control unit 32, and a storage unit 33. The communication unit 31 communicates with the terminal device 2 via the Internet. The control unit 32 performs the processing described below, for example, by having a processor execute a predetermined program. The information stored in the storage unit 33 will be described below.
[0041] 2A and 2B are diagrams schematically illustrating information stored in the memory unit 33. In response to an order from a customer, information identifying the order (hereinafter referred to as the "order identification number") and order information for the pump 1 are associated and stored in the memory unit 33 by any method ( FIG. 2A ). The order information may include, for example, one or more of the following: key points (flow rate and head), control method (constant pressure, constant temperature, or constant flow rate), and sensor range (target value of the sensor 13 of the pump 1). Then, in response to the shipment of the pump 1 in response to the order, the pump identification information of the shipped pump 1 and the order identification number are associated and stored in the memory unit 33 by any method ( FIG. 2B ).
[0042] As a result, the pump identification information of the pump 1 is associated with the order information via the order identification information. The processing operation of the pump setting system will be described assuming that such information is stored in the storage unit 33 and the pump 1 is shipped and delivered to the site.
[0043] FIG. 3A is a sequence diagram illustrating the processing operation of the pump setting system according to the first embodiment.
[0044] The wireless communication board 11 of the pump 1 transmits the pump identification information "AB:CD" of the pump 1 to the terminal device 2 (step S1). The communication unit 22 of the terminal device 2 receives the pump identification information "AB:CD" from the pump 1 (step S11) and transmits it to the server 3 (step S12). The communication unit 31 of the server 3 receives the pump identification information "AB:CD" of the pump 1 from the terminal device 2 (step S21).
[0045] The control unit 32 of the server 3 accesses the storage unit 33 (FIGS. 2A and 2B) to acquire order information associated with the pump identification information "AB:CD" of the pump 1 (step S22). As a specific example, the control unit 32 acquires the main points, control method, and / or sensor range associated with the order identification information "A01" associated with the identification information "AB:CD" of the pump 1.
[0046] The control unit 32 then generates setting information for configuring the pump 1 based on the acquired order information and the characteristics of the pump 1 (step S23), and the communication unit 31 transmits this information to the terminal device 2. Specific examples of the setting information will be described later. Note that the server 3 can also generate the setting information and transmit it to the terminal device 2 as control information required to control the pump 1.
[0047] The communication unit 22 of the terminal device 2 receives the setting information from the server 3 (step S13). Then, the control unit 23 preferably displays a screen corresponding to the setting information on the display 21 (step S14). Because the setting information is generated based on the order information, this screen can also be said to be a screen corresponding to the order information, and includes, for example, key points, a control method, and / or a sensor range. The customer may manually configure the pump 1 based on this screen.
[0048] More preferably, the communication unit 22 transmits the setting information to the pump 1 (step S15). The wireless communication board 11 of the pump 1 receives the setting information from the terminal device 2 (step S2). Then, the setting unit 14 sets the pump 1 based on the setting information (step S3).
[0049] In the above, the control unit 32 of the server 3 generates the setting information from the order information. To generate the setting information, it is necessary to understand the characteristics of the pump 1. Such characteristics may require a large amount of data, or complex processing may be required to generate the setting information. Therefore, it is preferable to generate the setting information on the server 3. However, the setting information may also be generated on the terminal device 2, as described below.
[0050] 3B is a sequence diagram illustrating a modified example of the processing operation of the pump setting system according to the first embodiment. Steps S1, S11, S12, S21, and S22 are the same as those in FIG. 3A, and the control unit 32 of the server 3 acquires order information (step S22).
[0051] In this embodiment, the communication unit 31 then transmits the order information to the terminal device 2 (step S25). The server 3 can also transmit the order information to the terminal device 2 as control information required to control the pump 1.
[0052] The communication unit 22 of the terminal device 2 receives the order information from the server 3 (step S130). Then, the control unit 23 generates setting information for setting the pump 1 based on the acquired order information and the characteristics of the pump 1 (step S131). The subsequent processes (steps S14, S15, S2, and S3) are the same as those in FIG. 3A.
[0053] Specific examples of pump 1 settings and setting information are described below. As an example, pump 1 has a characteristic Q (flow rate)-H (head) performance curve shown by the solid line in FIG. 4 . However, the key point in a customer's order (order information) is not on the Q-H performance curve, but below it (shown by a black circle). In such a case, the solution is to reduce the rotational speed of inverter 12. Therefore, the control unit 32 of server 3 (in the case of FIG. 3A ) or the control unit 23 of terminal device 2 (in the case of FIG. 3B ) calculates the rotational speed of inverter 12 to achieve the key point in the order information and generates setting information to achieve the calculated rotational speed. In other words, the setting information in this case is information for setting inverter 12 so that its rotational speed corresponds to the order information.
[0054] As another example, suppose a customer's order (order information) specifies a constant pressure control method and a sensor range for the pressure sensor. In this case, the control unit 32 of the server 3 (in the case of FIG. 3A) or the control unit 23 of the terminal device 2 (in the case of FIG. 3B) calculates the rotation speed of the inverter 12 so that the value detected by the sensor 13 falls within the sensor range, and generates setting information to achieve the calculated rotation speed. In other words, the setting information in this case is information for setting the inverter 12 so that the value detected by the sensor 13 corresponds to the order information.
[0055] As described above, in this embodiment, the pump 1 can be easily configured using the terminal device 2 even after shipment.
[0056] (Second embodiment) By configuring the pump 1 according to the first embodiment described above, operation should be performed in accordance with the customer's order information. However, in reality, this may not always be the case. Therefore, in the second embodiment described below, it is determined whether operation is actually being performed in accordance with the order information, and an alarm is issued if necessary.
[0057] 5 is a sequence diagram illustrating a modified example of the processing operation of the pump setting system according to the second embodiment. It is assumed that the pump 1 has already been set using the method described in the first embodiment.
[0058] The wireless communication board 11 of the pump 1 transmits values detected by the sensor 13 to the terminal device 2 (step S31). The communication unit 22 of the terminal device 2 receives the sensor values from the pump 1 (step S32). The control unit 23 then estimates the actual operating status of the pump 1 (hereinafter referred to as the "actual operating status") based on the sensor values (step S33). Furthermore, the control unit 23 compares the operating status according to the order information (hereinafter referred to as the "planned operating status") with the estimated actual operating status, and determines whether the difference between the two is within expectations (step S34).
[0059] If the difference between the two exceeds a threshold value, or if a predetermined relationship that is deemed unexpected is satisfied (NO in step S34), the control unit 23 issues an alarm, judging that operation according to the order information has not actually been performed (step S35). The alarm may be issued by voice or may be displayed on the display 21.
[0060] Specific examples of operating conditions are described below. An example of an operating condition is an operating point (head and flow rate). The sensor 13 is a pressure sensor provided at the suction port (not shown) and / or discharge port (not shown) of the pump 1. In this case, the control unit 23 estimates the actual operating point (actual operating condition) based on the pressure detected by the sensor 13 and the Q-H performance curve of the pump 1, etc. For example, assume that the head is estimated to be 5 m and the flow rate to be 120 L.
[0061] On the other hand, the order information has key points set, such as a head of 5 m and a flow rate of 150 L / m, as shown in Fig. 2A. That is, the operating point (planned operating status) according to the order information is a head of 5 m and a flow rate of 150 L / m.
[0062] In this case, the difference in flow rate is 30 L, which is a difference of 20% from the order information. Therefore, the control unit 23 causes the display 21 to display a screen as shown in Fig. 6 and issues an alarm.
[0063] In this way, in the second embodiment, the actual operating status can be compared with the operating status according to the order information at the site where the pump 1 is installed.
[0064] (Third Embodiment) In the first embodiment described above, the pump 1 is configured using a terminal device 2 such as a smartphone. In contrast, in the third embodiment described below, the pump 1 is configured by communication between the pump 1 and a server 3. The following description will focus on the differences from the first embodiment, and the description of the commonalities will be omitted or simplified.
[0065] 7 is a block diagram showing a schematic configuration of a pump setting system according to a third embodiment. The pump setting system includes a pump 1′ and a server 3. The pump 1′ has a communication unit 11′ for communicating with the server 3 (e.g., via the Internet).
[0066] FIG. 8A is a sequence diagram illustrating the processing operation of the pump setting system according to the third embodiment.
[0067] The communication unit 11' of the pump 1' transmits the pump identification information "AB:CD" of the pump 1' to the server 3 (step S1). The communication unit 31 of the server 3 receives the pump identification information "AB:CD" of the pump 1' from the pump 1' (step S21).
[0068] The control unit 32 of the server 3 accesses the storage unit 33 to acquire order information associated with the pump identification information "AB:CD" of the pump 1' (step S22). Then, the control unit 32 generates setting information for configuring the pump 1' based on the acquired order information and the characteristics of the pump 1' (step S23), and the communication unit 31 transmits this to the pump 1' (step S24).
[0069] The communication unit 11' of the pump 1' receives the setting information from the server 3 (step S2). Then, the setting unit 14 sets the pump 1' based on the setting information (step S3).
[0070] In the above, the control unit 32 of the server 3 generates the setting information from the order information, but the pump 1' may also generate the setting information as described below.
[0071] 8B is a sequence diagram illustrating a modified example of the processing operation of the pump setting system according to the third embodiment. Steps S1, S21, and S22 are the same as those in FIG. 8A, and the control unit 32 of the server 3 acquires order information (step S22).
[0072] In this embodiment, the communication unit 31 then transmits the order information to the pump 1' (step S25). The communication unit 11' of the pump 1 receives the order information from the server 3 (step S110). The setting unit 14 then generates setting information for setting the pump 1' based on the received order information and the characteristics of the pump 1' (step S111). The setting unit 14 then sets the pump 1' based on the setting information (step S3).
[0073] In this way, the pump 1' may directly communicate with the server 3 to perform the settings.
