Description

VEHICLE DOOR ACTUATING MECHANISMTechnical Field

[0001] The present application relates to the technical field of vehicles, and in particular to a vehicle door actuating mechanism. Background Art

[0002] With the continuous improvement of the intelligence and comfort of vehicles, an electric door opening solution for a side door of a vehicle has been proposed at present, so that users do not need to manually open or close the vehicle door. In the existing solution, a motor is used to drive a screw nut member and in turn drive a push rod to move, and then the vehicle door is pushed to open or pulled to close by the push rod.

[0003] For example, the Chinese Patent Application CN 114458110 A discloses an arm-lever-type electric door stopper, including a housing, and a leadscrew and a driving motor arranged in the housing, where one end of the housing is provided with a fixing bracket mounted on a vehicle door, the end of the housing corresponding to the leadscrew is provided with an arm lever, the leadscrew is movably connected in the housing, the outer circumferential surface of the leadscrew is sleeved with a sliding screw sleeve that is in threaded connection with the leadscrew, one end of the arm lever is hinged to the sliding screw sleeve, the other end of the arm lever extends out of the housing and the fixing bracket and is provided with a mounting bracket at the tip, one end of the mounting bracket is fixedly connected to a vehicle body, the other end of the mounting bracket is hinged to the arm lever via a first pin shaft, the fixing bracket has a swing slot through which the arm lever moves at the fixing bracket, and the driving motor drives the leadscrew to rotate in the housing via a gear transmission structure to enable the sliding screw sleeve to drive the arm lever to axially move in the housing and in turn adjust the distance between the fixing bracket and the mounting bracket to open or close the vehicle door.

[0004] However, in this solution, a screw nut is provided in addition to the original push rod of the vehicle, resulting in more parts, a complex structure, and a large occupied space. In addition, one end of the push rod is connected to the nut, and the nut also runs on the screw, resulting in large noise generated during operation and low operation stability.Summary

[0041] The description of the orientations that may be used in the following description, such as "upper" , "lower" , "inner" , "outer" , "radial" , "axial" , etc., unless otherwise explicitly stated, is only for ease of description, and is not intended to form any limitation on the technical solutions of the present application. The terms such as "first" and "second" are used below to describe elements in the present application, and these terms are only used to distinguish the individual elements and are not intended to limit the nature, order or number of these elements. The terms "including" and "having" are used to denote an open-ended inclusion and mean that there may be additional elements / components in addition to the listed elements / components.

[0042] A vehicle door actuating mechanism of the present application is used to actuate the opening and closing of an electric vehicle door, in particular of a vehicle door at a door frame on the side of a vehicle body. The vehicle door is typically rotatably connected, via a hinge, to the vehicle body, for example, at the door frame, and the vehicle door is actuated by the vehicle door actuating mechanism to change the opening angle to open or close.

[0043] FIG. 1 to FIG. 4 show a vehicle door actuating mechanism according to an embodiment of the present application, and FIG. 5 to FIG. 11 show a vehicle door actuating mechanism according to another embodiment of the present application. A main difference between the two embodiments lies in that there is difference in a limiting member arranged between a worm meshing member and a spherical nut. In both embodiments, like elements are denoted by like reference signs.

[0044] For example, referring to FIG. 2 to FIG. 5, in general, the vehicle door actuating mechanism of the present application includes a housing 10, a driving assembly 20, a limiting member, a spherical nut 50 and a leadscrew 70. The housing 10 is directly fixed to the vehicle body (e.g., by a bolt) , or may be indirectly fixed to the vehicle body via a fixing bracket 100 (the fixing bracket 100 will be described in detail below) . The driving assembly 20 includes a driving member 21, a worm 22 and a worm meshing member 23 all arranged in the housing. The worm 22 is connected to an output shaft of the driving member 21 (e.g., using a driving motor) and can thus be driven by the output shaft to rotate synchronously, and a tooth portion of the worm 22 also meshes with the worm meshing member 23. Since the axial direction of a worm is perpendicular to the axial direction of a worm gear, the power output direction of the driving motor can be changed. In this solution of the present application, the worm meshing member 23 may be in the form of a worm gear or a helical gear.

[0045] FIG. 4 and FIG. 6 show a perspective view of the worm meshing member 23, and FIG. 10 and FIG. 11 show an internal structure of the worm meshing member 23 in cross-sectional views. As shown in the figures, the worm meshing member 23 has a first cavity 231 therein, and the first cavity 231 has first openings 2311 at both ends. The limiting member is arranged in the first cavity 231, the shape of the outer wall of the limiting member is matched with the shape of the side wall of the worm meshing member 23 corresponding to the first cavity 231, and the shape may be any shape, such as a cylinder, a spheroid, or a combination thereof, so that the limiting member can be embedded in the first cavity 231 of the worm meshing member 23. The limiting member has a second cavity 31, and the second cavity 31 has second openings 311 at both ends. The spherical nut 50 is arranged in the second cavity 31, and the outer circumferential wall thereof is matched with the inner circumferential wall of the limiting member. For example, when the outer surface of the spherical nut 50 is generally spherical or approximately spherical, the second cavity 31 formed by the limiting member is also generally spherical or approximately spherical, so that the spherical nut 50 can rotate in the cavity of the limiting member.

[0046] Referring to FIG. 4, one end of the leadscrew 70 is connected to a vehicle door (not shown) . One end of the leadscrew 70 may be provided with a mounting bracket 72 connected to the vehicle door, and the mounting bracket 72 is rotatably connected to the vehicle door, so that the vehicle door is indirectly connected to the end of the leadscrew 70. The leadscrew 70 passes through the first opening 2311 and the second opening 311 on the left side as shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, is then threaded through the center of the spherical nut 50, and then extends out from the first opening 2311 and the second opening 311 on the right side. The mounting relationship of the leadscrew 70 with the nut and the limiting member can also be viewed from FIG. 3. The worm drives the worm meshing member and in turn drives the spherical nut 50 to rotate, so that the leadscrew 70 can extend or retract relative to the left side of the spherical nut 50, so as to open or close the vehicle door.

[0047] Referring to FIG. 4 and FIG. 6, in order to effectively transmit power of the driving member 21 to the spherical nut 50, one of the worm meshing member 23 and the limiting member may be provided with a first protrusion 41, and the other may be provided with a first groove 42 matched with the first protrusion 41. The first protrusion 41 and the first groove 42 may be configured to have a function similar to a spline and a keyway, so that the worm meshing member 23 and the limiting member may be in concave-convex fit at least in a part of them to transmit power. Similarly, one of the outer circumferential wall of the spherical nut 50 and the inner circumferential wall of the limiting member is provided with a second protrusion 61 circumferentially staggered from the first protrusion 41 and the first groove 42 along the leadscrew 70, and the other correspondingly has a second groove 62 matched with the second protrusion 61. For example, in the embodiment shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, the second groove 62 is arranged in the inner circumferential wall of a second limiting member 33, and the second protrusion 61 is arranged on the outer surface of the spherical nut 50. In the embodiment shown in FIG. 6 and FIG. 10, the second groove 62 may be arranged in the outer surface of the spherical nut 50, and the second protrusion 61 may be arranged on the inner circumferential wall of the second limiting member 33. The second protrusion 61 and the second groove 62 are provided to enable the spherical nut 50 and the limiting member to be in concave-convex fit at least in a part of them to transmit power. In view of the above embodiments, power can be conveniently and smoothly transmitted from the driving member 21 to the spherical nut 50 via the worm 22, the worm meshing member 23 and the limiting member in sequence to drive the spherical nut 50 to rotate, and the leadscrew can swing relative to the axis of the worm meshing member via the connection between the worm meshing member, the limiting member and the nut.

[0048] An important improvement of the present application is as follows. In the prior art, a ball head swings in a ball socket base along a swing slot in which a ball joint linkage shaft is inserted, so that vehicle door can be automatically and fully opened or automatically closed. Although the vehicle door can be automatically and fully opened and automatically closed, there are a large number of elements, the assembly is complicated, and the ball joint linkage shaft may fall off during the assembly. Compared with the prior art, in the present application the matched structures are directly formed on the corresponding components, so that there is no need to assemble multiple components separately. Since the second protrusion 61 extends along the axial direction of the leadscrew 70, and the shape of the outer circumferential wall of the spherical nut is matched with the shape of the inner circumferential wall of the limiting member, during the opening or closing of the vehicle door, the leadscrew 70 drives the spherical nut 50 to swing at a certain angle in the second cavity 31, and the spherical nut 50 swings with its inner circumferential wall being always attached to the inner wall of the second cavity 31, so as to ensure that the second protrusion 61 is always located in and does not easily disengage from the second groove 62, and the matched protrusion and groove makes the operation more stably.

[0049] The specific structure of the driving member 21 is not limited in the present application. For example, the driving member 21 may be a driving motor, preferably one of a servo motor, a stepping motor, a torque motor, a switched reluctance motor and a brushless direct current motor. Of course, other types of motors may also be selected as needed. The worm 22 is directly connected to an output shaft of the driving motor to directly output the power of the motor. In addition, the driving member 21 may also use a transmission mechanism, such as a planetary gear transmission mechanism and a multi-stage fixed-axis gear transmission mechanism, to output the power of the motor.

[0050] According to an exemplary embodiment in which the worm meshing member 23 forms the first cavity 231, as shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, the first cavity 231 includes a cylindrical cavity 2312 and a hemispherical cavity 2313 arranged in the axial direction of the worm meshing member 23. The limiting member includes a cylindrical first limiting member 32 and a hemispherical second limiting member 33, the first limiting member 32 is arranged in the cylindrical cavity 2312, the second limiting member 33 is arranged in the hemispherical cavity 2313, and the first limiting member 32 and the second limiting member 33 jointly form the second cavity 31. Specifically, the first limiting member 32 may abut against the second limiting member 33, and the second cavity 31 formed by the first limiting member 32 and the second limiting member 33 abutting against each other is a structure that is open only at the two second openings 311. The first limiting member 32 may not abut against the second limiting member 33, and in this case the first limiting member 32 and the second limiting member 33 abut against at least a part of the spherical nut 50, and can thus adapt to spherical nuts 50 of more diameters or specifications, achieving improved compatibility.

[0051] As shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 4, in an embodiment, the first limiting member 32 includes, along its axial direction, a fixed cover 321, an end cover 322 and an elastic member 323 sandwiched between the fixed cover 321 and the end cover 322. The elastic member 323 can move the fixed cover 321 in the axial direction, eliminating the gap between the fixed cover and the spherical nut 50. The fixed cover 321 forms a part of the second cavity 31, so that the fixed cover 321 can be attached to at least a part of the spherical nut 50. The end cover 322 is connected to the inside end of a left end of the worm meshing member by a bolt, and closes a left end of the second cavity 31 to form one of the second openings 311 for the leadscrew 70 to pass through. When the spherical nut 50 is held between the second limiting member 33 and the fixed cover 321, the axial pre-tightening force of the end cover 322 on the elastic member 323 can ensure that the spherical nut 50 is in surface contact with the fixed cover 321, so as to bear larger load and reduce the axial movement of the spherical nut 50 relative to the fixed cover 321, thereby reducing the abnormal noise generated when the vehicle door swings. In this embodiment, the first protrusion 41 is arranged on outer surfaces of the fixed cover 321, the end cover 322 and the second limiting member 33.

[0052] According to an exemplary embodiment of the first protrusion 41 of the present application, as shown in FIG. 6, FIG. 10, and FIG. 11, the first protrusion 41 includes a first section 411 and a second section 412. The first section 411 extends along the axial direction of the first limiting member 32 and is arranged on the outer circumferential wall of the first limiting member 32, and the second section 412 extends along an extending direction of the first section 411 and is arranged on the outer circumferential wall of the second limiting member 33. Correspondingly, the first groove 42 runs through the inner circumferential wall of the worm meshing member 23 along the axial direction of the worm meshing member 23. In this way, in order to mount the limiting member and the spherical nut to the inside of the worm meshing member, the second limiting member 33 may be placed first, and the second section 412 arranged on the second limiting member 33 slides to the hemispherical cavity 2313 through the second groove 62. Then, after the spherical nut is placed, the first section 411 arranged on the first limiting member 32 slides through the second groove 62 and then abuts against the spherical nut.

[0053] According to a preferred embodiment of the present application having a first protrusion 41 and a second protrusion 61, as shown in FIG. 6 to FIG. 11, two first protrusions 41 and two second protrusions 61 are provided. When viewed along the axial direction of the second limiting member 33, the two second sections 412 on the second limiting member 33 are oppositely arranged (i.e., 180° apart from each other) and extend outwards from the outer circumferential surface of the second limiting member 33, so that the second section 412 can be fully embedded in the first groove 42. The two second protrusions 61 on the inner circumference of the second limiting member 33 are oppositely arranged (i.e., 180° apart from each other) and extend inwards from the inner circumferential surface of the second limiting member 33.

[0054] According to an exemplary embodiment of the present application having a second cavity 31, as shown in FIG. 10 and FIG. 11, the second cavity 31 includes a first conical cavity 312 and a first arc cavity 313, both of which are arranged along the axial direction of the first limiting member 32 and communicate with each other. The cross section of the first conical cavity 312 gradually increases in the direction away from the first arc cavity 313, so as to provide clearance for the leadscrew 70 when the leadscrew 70 deflects. It is defined here that the end of the first conical cavity 312 close to the first arc cavity 313 is a first small end, and the end thereof away from the first arc cavity 313 is a first big end. The first arc cavity 313 faces the side where the spherical nut 50 is located (as shown in FIG. 3, the spherical nut 50 is located on the left side of the first limiting member 32, or as shown in FIG. 9, the spherical nut 50 is located on the lower side of the first limiting member 32) , and is configured to accommodate at least a part of the spherical nut 50 (the right part of the spherical nut 50 as shown in FIG. 3, or the upper part of the spherical nut 50 as shown in FIG. 9) , so that the spherical nut 50 can abut against the inside wall of the first arc cavity 313 corresponding to the first limiting member 32. One of the second openings 311 is provided at the first conical cavity 312 and corresponding to the first big end of the first limiting member 32.

[0055] In a further embodiment, the second cavity 31 further includes a second arc cavity 314 arranged inside the second limiting member 33, the second arc cavity 314 faces the side where the spherical nut 50 is located (as shown in FIG. 3, the spherical nut 50 is located on the right side of the second limiting member 33, or as shown in FIG. 9, the spherical nut 50 is located on the upper side of the second limiting member 33) , so that when the first limiting member 32 and the second limiting member 33 are arranged at a distance, the second arc cavity and the first arc cavity 313 may be respectively attached to at least a part of the outer circumferential wall of the spherical nut 50 (the left part of the spherical nut 50 as shown in FIG. 3, or the lower part of the spherical nut 50 as shown in FIG. 9) . The other second opening 311 is provided on the part of the second limiting member 33 corresponding to the middle part of the second arc cavity 314, so as to facilitate the leadscrew 70 to pass through the second opening 311 on the left side, the spherical nut 50 and the second opening 311 on the right side in sequence.

[0056] Still further, the first cavity 231 further includes a second conical cavity 2314 arranged on the side of the hemispherical cavity 2313 away from the cylindrical cavity 2312, and the cross section of the second conical cavity 2314 gradually increases in the direction away from the hemispherical cavity 2313, so that it can be defined that the side of the second conical cavity 2314 close to the hemispherical cavity 2313 is a second small end, and the side of the second conical cavity away from the hemispherical cavity 2313 is a second big end. With the provision of the second conical cavity 2314, a space can be formed on the right side of the inner circumferential wall of the worm meshing member 23 to provide clearance for the leadscrew 70 when the leadscrew 70 has a deflection angle. It should be understood that one of the first openings 2311 is arranged at the first limiting member 32 and corresponding to the end of the cylindrical cavity 2312 away from the hemispherical cavity 2313, and the other first opening 2311 is arranged at the end of the second conical cavity 2314 away from the hemispherical cavity 2313, so that the inner circumference of the entire worm meshing member 23 forms an approximately tubular structure.

[0057] FIG. 12 shows a schematic exploded view of a worm meshing member and a spherical nut of a vehicle door actuating mechanism according to yet another exemplary embodiment of the present application. FIG. 13 shows an overall schematic diagram of the worm meshing member and the spherical nut shown in FIG. 12. As shown in FIG. 12 and FIG. 13, in this embodiment, no limiting member in the middle is provided, but the outer surface of the spherical nut 50 is in direct contact with the inner surface of the worm meshing member 23. Specifically, the spherical nut 50 is accommodated in the first cavity 231, and has the outer surface matched with the inner surface of the first cavity 231. As an example, the worm meshing member 23 has a third groove 43 extending along the axial direction of the worm meshing member 23, and the spherical nut is provided with a third protrusion 63 that can move in the third groove 43. Of course, the positions of the third groove 43 and the third protrusion 63 are interchangeable, as long as they can be matched with each other.

[0058] As a preferred embodiment, the worm meshing member 23 is integrally formed. Specifically, the entire worm meshing member 23 is a plastic part, and the spherical nut 50 is a metal part. The worm meshing member 23 is formed as an integral part by means of insert injection molding, the inner surface matched with the outer surface of the spherical nut 50 is formed in the worm meshing member 23, and the spherical nut 50 is directly located in the worm meshing member 23, thereby eliminating the assembly step.

[0059] Preferably, multiple, for example, two, third grooves 43 may be provided, and the two grooves are arranged 180° apart from each other in the circumferential direction. Accordingly, the third protrusion 63 may be of a structure similar to a pin or the like, and mounted in a hole of the spherical nut 50.

[0060] Further, it is also conceivable that the worm meshing member 23 further has another groove 44 in the axial section where the third groove 43 is provided, so as to reduce the contact area between the outer surface of spherical nut 50 and the inner surface of the worm meshing member 23 and in turn reduce the friction to achieve smoother operation.

[0061] According to an exemplary embodiment of the housing 10, as shown in FIG. 1, the openings at both ends of the housing 10 are relatively closed, and the limiting member, the spherical nut 50 and other components cannot be directly mounted inside the housing 10, so that the housing 10 is divided into a first housing 13 and a second housing 14 approximately symmetrical with each other. In the embodiment as shown in FIG. 5, one end of the housing 10 has a large opening, and the limiting member, the spherical nut 50 and other components may be directly mounted inside the housing 10, so that the housing 10 may be of an integral structure, and the large opening of the housing 10 is closed by some components (e.g., the fixing bracket 100) .

[0062] According to a further embodiment of the vehicle door driving structure, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 5, the vehicle door actuating mechanism further includes a fixing plate 80 and a dust cover 90 connected to one end of the housing 10. A first through hole 81 for the leadscrew 70 to pass through is provided in the middle of the fixing plate 80, and the end of the leadscrew 70 away from the vehicle door passes through the first through hole 81 and is then arranged in the dust cover 90. The end of the leadscrew 70 arranged in the dust cover 90 is provided with a retaining spring 71, and the inner ring of the retaining spring 71 is elastically held at the end of the leadscrew 70 and is fixed to the leadscrew 70, so as to limit the stroke of the leadscrew. As another feasible alternative, buffer and stop structures may also be provided to limit the stroke of the leadscrew. For example, a baffle and a buffer washer may be provided at the predetermined part of the dust cover 90, so that the tip of the leadscrew can be limited when being in contact with the buffer washer without generating vibration and noise. Of course, the buffer washer and / or the baffle may also be arranged at the tip of the leadscrew.
