Finally, the third step of this method, the method for comprehensively displaying policy information maps, uses a web page to comprehensively display each policy information map.

[0004] Japanese Patent Application Laid-Open No. 2008-041071

[0005] Government agencies attempt to collect various data on people's social lives, analyze the relationships between factors in those lives from the collected data, formulate measures and policies based on the analysis results, and manage the progress of those measures. However, there is no infrastructure in place to centrally manage the analysis results of the relationships between factors that form the basis of the measures and the progress of the measures. This makes it time-consuming and labor-intensive to share information and hand over tasks within government agencies. In other words, a challenge is to help users (staff members) centrally understand information representing the relationships between factors that form the basis of the measures and information about the measures based on that information. The technology disclosed in Patent Document 1 cannot be said to be sufficient to solve this problem.

[0006] A main object of the present invention is to support a user in understanding, in an integrated manner, information that indicates the relationships between factors that form the basis of a policy and information about the policy based on that information.

[0007] A policy-related information display control device according to one embodiment of the present invention comprises an acquisition means for acquiring one or more pieces of inter-factor relationship information representing relationships between factors in social life, one or more pieces of policy information representing policies based on the inter-factor relationship information, and correlation information representing the correlation between each piece of the inter-factor relationship information and each piece of the policy information; a reception means for receiving instruction information instructing the display of at least any of the policy information selected by a user on a display screen; an identification means for identifying the inter-factor relationship information that is indicated by the correlation information to have the correlation with the policy information indicated by the instruction information; and a display control means for associating the inter-factor relationship information identified by the identification means with the policy information indicated by the instruction information and displaying them on the display screen.

[0008] In another aspect of achieving the above-mentioned object, a policy-related information display control method according to one embodiment of the present invention acquires, by an information processing device, one or more pieces of inter-factor relationship information representing relationships between factors in social life, one or more pieces of policy information representing policies based on the inter-factor relationship information, and correlation information representing the correlation between each piece of the inter-factor relationship information and each piece of the policy information, receives instruction information instructing the display of at least any of the policy information selected by a user on a display screen, identifies the inter-factor relationship information that is indicated by the correlation information to have the correlation with the policy information indicated by the instruction information, and associates the identified inter-factor relationship information with the policy information indicated by the instruction information and displays them on the display screen.

[0009] In addition, in a further aspect of achieving the above-mentioned object, a policy-related information display control program according to one embodiment of the present invention causes a computer to execute the following steps: an acquisition process for acquiring one or more pieces of inter-factor relationship information representing relationships between factors in social life, one or more pieces of policy information representing policies based on the inter-factor relationship information, and association information representing the association between each piece of the inter-factor relationship information and each piece of the policy information; a reception process for receiving instruction information instructing the display of at least any of the policy information selected by a user; a determination process for identifying the inter-factor relationship information that is indicated by the association information to have the association with the policy information indicated by the instruction information; and a display control process for associating the inter-factor relationship information identified by the determination process with the policy information indicated by the instruction information and displaying them on the display screen.

[0010] Furthermore, the present invention can also be realized by a computer-readable, non-volatile recording medium storing such a policy-related information display control program (computer program).

[0011] The present invention can assist users in centrally grasping information that indicates the relationships between factors that form the basis of a policy and information about the policy based on that information.

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing an example of how the policy-related information display control device 10 according to the present disclosure displays details of the inter-factor relationship information 141 on a display screen 21. FIG. 4 is a flowchart showing the operation of the policy-related information display control device 10 according to the present disclosure. FIG. 5 is a block diagram showing the configuration of a policy-related information display control device 40 according to the present disclosure. FIG. 6 is a flowchart showing the operation of the policy-related information display control device 40 according to the present disclosure. FIG. 7 is a block diagram showing the configuration of an information processing device 900 that can realize the policy-related information display control device according to the present disclosure.

[0013] Hereinafter, embodiments of the present invention will be described in detail with reference to the drawings.

[0014] First Embodiment FIG. 1 is a block diagram illustrating a configuration of a policy-related information display control device 10 according to the present disclosure. The policy-related information display control device 10 is a device that controls the display of a dashboard screen that supports policy planning, for example, in a government agency, so that users (staff) can centrally understand information representing the relationships between factors in social life that form the basis for policies and policies, which are collections of policies, and information about policies based on that information. Note that policies (policies) in the present disclosure include, for example, policies for addressing social issues formulated based on the results of an analysis of the relationships between factors in social life, policies for addressing internal government issues such as improving administrative efficiency, and so on. Furthermore, at least a portion of the policy-related information display control device 10 may be a system implemented using cloud computing.

[0015] The policy-related information display control device 10 is communicably connected to the terminal device 20 and the generative model 30 via a communication network such as the Internet.

[0016] The terminal device 20 is an information processing device such as a personal computer, a smartphone, or a tablet terminal, and is equipped with a display screen 21. The terminal device 20 inputs instruction information 200 (described later) input by a user through an input operation to the policy-related information display control device 10, and displays the information output from the policy-related information display control device 10 on the display screen 21.

[0017] The generative model 30 is a learning model that constitutes generative AI (Artificial Intelligence) and is operated by an information processing device (not shown). The generative model 30 outputs a response to a response request input from the policy-related information display control device 10 to the policy-related information display control device 10. The generative model 30 may be included in the policy-related information display control device 10.

[0018] Here we explain generative models in more detail. A generative model is an information analysis program that is trained, typically through machine learning or deep learning, to contextualize input data and produce output data that corresponds to the context of the input data.

[0019] More specifically, a generative model is a model (such as a large-scale language model) that learns the relationships between words in a sentence (including letters, symbols, and numbers) and the relationships between elements shown in a diagram or table, and generates related strings related to a target string from the target string. By using a generative model that has been trained on sentences and paragraphs from various contexts, it is possible to generate related strings with appropriate content related to the target string.

[0020] For example, a case where a generative model is used in question answering will be described. The generative model receives an input question such as "What kind of country is Japan?" as a target string. The generative model generates a string such as "Japan is an island country in the Northern Hemisphere..." as an answer to the question.

[0021] The method of training the generative model is not particularly limited, but as an example, the generative model may be trained to output at least one sentence that includes an input string.

[0022] As a specific example, a generative model is a Generative Pre-trained Transformer (GPT), which outputs a sentence containing an input string by predicting a string that is likely to follow the input string. Other generative models include a Text-to-Text Transfer Transformer (T5), a Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers (BERT), a Robustly optimized BERT approach (RoBERTa), and an Efficiently Learning an Encoder that Classifies Token Replacements Accurately (ELECTRA).

[0023] Furthermore, the character strings generated by the generative model are not limited to natural languages. For example, the generative model may output an artificial language (such as program source code) in response to a character string input in a natural language. For example, the generative model may receive an input question such as, "How do I retrieve data containing a specific character string from a database?" as a target character string. The generative model may output program source code for performing database processing. Alternatively, the generative model may output a natural language corresponding to a character string input in an artificial language.

[0024] Furthermore, the content generated by a generative model is not limited to character strings. For example, the generative model may generate image data, video data, audio data, or other data formats corresponding to the input data.

[0025] The policy-related information display control device 10 includes an acquisition unit 11, a reception unit 12, a display control unit 13, a storage unit 14, an identification unit 15, and a generation unit 16. The acquisition unit 11, the reception unit 12, the display control unit 13, the identification unit 15, and the generation unit 16 are examples of an acquisition means, a reception means, a display control means, an identification means, and a generation means, respectively.

[0026] The storage unit 14 is, for example, a storage device such as a RAM (Random Access Memory) 903 or a hard disk 904, which will be described later with reference to FIG. 7. The storage unit 14 stores one or more pieces of inter-factor relationship information 141, one or more pieces of policy information 144, social life collection information 147, relevance information 148, and creator identification information 149. Each piece of inter-factor relationship information 141 includes causal analysis information 142 and review process information 143. Each piece of policy information 144 includes progress status information 145 and implementation plan information 146. Details of the above-mentioned information stored in the storage unit 14 will be described later.

[0027] The acquisition unit 11 acquires one or more pieces of inter-factor relationship information 141 that represent relationships between factors in people's social lives, and policy information 144 that represents policies based on each piece of inter-factor relationship information 141, and stores the acquired inter-factor relationship information 141 and policy information 144 in the storage unit 14. Note that factors are elements (things, events) included in social lives, and are elements that should be taken into consideration when planning policies for issues in social lives.

[0028] The inter-factor relationship information 141 is, for example, information generated by a user of the policy-related information display control device 10 or the generative model 30 based on collected social life information 147 that has been separately acquired by the acquisition unit 11. The collected social life information 147 represents, for example, the results of a survey on social life conducted by government agencies, research institutions, etc., and various statistical information on social life, social structure, etc. The statistical information represents, for example, the population distribution by age, population distribution by income, population distribution by family structure, population distribution by health condition, population distribution by region, etc.

[0029] Next, factors in social life will be described. FIG. 3 shows an example of the causal analysis information 142 included in the inter-factor relationship information 141. The causal analysis information 142 shown in FIG. 3 is a graph in which each factor is represented by a double circle or a circle (node), and the causal relationships between factors are represented by arrows (edges). The node at the base of the arrow represents the factor that causes the causal relationship, and the arrow at the tip of the arrow represents the factor that results in the causal relationship. In other words, the factor at the base of the arrow affects the factor at the tip of the arrow. Furthermore, the numerical value displayed near the arrow represents the strength of the causal relationship calculated according to a predetermined calculation standard. The causal analysis information 142 indicates that the factors that directly or indirectly affect the factor "motive for purchasing a house" are "number of children," "house size," "house price," "age," "salary," "experience," and "age of the building." 3, for example, the factor "house size" is influenced by the factors "number of children" and "salary," and the strengths of the causal relationships are 0.26 and 0.29, respectively. Also, the factor "house size" influences the factors "motive for purchasing a house" and "house price," and the strengths of the causal relationships are 0.05 and 0.08, respectively.

[0030] The direction and strength of the causal relationship between the factors described above are obtained, for example, as a result of a user of the policy-related information display control device 10 analyzing the collected social life information 147. Alternatively, the direction and strength of the causal relationship between the factors can be obtained by inputting the collected social life information 147 into the generative model 30 and receiving a response from the generative model 30 in response to the input. The generative model 30 may be an existing generative model, or may be a new generative model that has learned the relationship between the collected social life information 147 and the direction and strength of the causal relationship between the factors.

[0031] FIG. 3 shows an example of the consideration process information 143 included in the inter-factor relationship information 141. The consideration process information 143 represents, for example, the results of individual considerations in the consideration process up to the formulation of measures to solve problems in social life based on the social life collected information 147. The consideration process information 143 illustrated in FIG. 3 includes the consideration processes of "facts," "considerations," and "conclusions," but the consideration processes included in the consideration process information 143 may be different. The "facts" included in the consideration process information 143 represent, for example, positive or negative causal relationships between factors whose existence is inferred from the social life collected information 147. The "considerations" included in the consideration process information 143 represent, for example, the results of consideration of the background of the "facts." The "conclusions" included in the consideration process information 143 represent, for example, the direction of measures to address problems in people's social lives, derived based on the "considerations."

[0032] The consideration process information 143 is represented, for example, as the result of a user of the policy-related information display control device 10 analyzing the collected social life information 147 in multiple stages. Alternatively, the consideration process information 143 can be obtained by inputting the collected social life information 147 into a generative model 30 that has learned to analyze the collected social life information 147 in multiple stages, and then obtaining the response from the generative model 30 in response to the input. The information shown in the "Automatic Consideration" window illustrated in FIG. 3 represents the response from the generative model 30 regarding the consideration process information 143.

[0033] The inter-factor relationship information 141 is not limited to the information representing the causal relationships between factors as described above, but may be, for example, information representing correlations between factors.

[0034] The policy information 144 represents policies that have been proposed, for example, by a user of the policy-related information display control device 10 or by the generating unit 16 (described later) in order to solve the problems in social life indicated by the inter-factor relationship information 141. An example of the progress status information 145 and the implementation plan information 146 included in the policy information 144 is shown in FIG.

[0035] The progress status information 145 represents progress information regarding individual measures. The progress status information 145 illustrated in FIG. 2 represents the measures "host event X," "issue an announcement regarding information Y," "install facility Z," and "strengthen the support system for business operator W." The progress status information 145 represents the progress of these measures using three types of statuses, namely, "under consideration," "implemented," "under consideration," and "in progress," respectively. Note that the statuses represented by the progress status information 145 are not limited to the statuses "under consideration," "in progress," and "implemented," and the progress status information 145 may represent the progress using statuses other than these.

[0036] 2 indicates that the policy decision for the above-mentioned event X is scheduled to be held on the 21st, the detailed meeting for the event X and the budget review for the above-mentioned facility Z are scheduled to be held on the 22nd, and the status check for the above-mentioned business operator W is scheduled to be held on the 24th.

[0037] The acquisition unit 11 also acquires association information 148 that indicates the association between each piece of inter-factor relationship information 141 and each piece of policy information 144, and stores the acquired association information 148 in the storage unit 14. When certain policy information 144 is created based on certain inter-factor relationship information 141, in other words, when there is inter-factor relationship information 141 that is the basis for creating the policy information 144, the association information 148 indicates that there is an association between the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the policy information 144. The association information 148 may be created by a user or may be generated by the generative model 30, for example.

[0038] The reception unit 12 receives, from the terminal device 20, instruction information 200 instructing the terminal device 20 to display the policy information 144 selected by the user on the display screen 21 of the terminal device 20. Alternatively, the reception unit 12 receives, from the terminal device 20, instruction information 200 instructing the terminal device 20 to display the inter-factor relationship information 141 selected by the user on the display screen 21 of the terminal device 20. The instruction information 200 is information generated by an input operation by the user to the terminal device 20.

[0039] When the received instruction information 200 indicates certain policy information 144, the identification unit 15 identifies inter-factor relationship information 141 that is indicated by the relationship information 148 to have a relationship with the policy information 144. Alternatively, when the received instruction information 200 indicates certain inter-factor relationship information 141, the identification unit 15 identifies policy information 144 that is indicated by the relationship information 148 to have a relationship with the inter-factor relationship information 141.

[0040] When the instruction information 200 indicates certain policy information 144, the display control unit 13 associates the policy information 144 with the inter-factor relationship information 141 identified by the identification unit 15, and displays them on the display screen 21 of the terminal device 20. That is, as illustrated in Fig. 2 , for example, the display control unit 13 displays the identified inter-factor relationship information 141 together with the policy information 144 indicated by the instruction information 200 on the same screen of the display screen 21.

[0041] Furthermore, when the instruction information 200 indicates certain inter-factor relationship information 141, the display control unit 13 associates the inter-factor relationship information 141 with the policy information 144 identified by the identification unit 15, and displays them on the display screen 21 of the terminal device 20. That is, for example, as illustrated in FIG. 2 , the display control unit 13 displays the inter-factor relationship information 141 indicated by the instruction information 200 and the identified policy information 144 on the same screen of the display screen 21.

[0042] 2 , for example, when the instruction information 200 indicates pressing (clicking) the “Enlarge” button in the window of causal analysis 1 in the inter-factor relationship information 141, the display control unit 13 enlarges the window of causal analysis 1 and displays it on the display screen 21. Also, when the instruction information 200 indicates pressing the “Details” button in the window of causal analysis 1 in the inter-factor relationship information 141 in the display screen 21, for example, the display control unit 13 transitions the screen displayed on the display screen 21 to the screen shown in FIG. 3 , which shows detailed information about the window of causal analysis 1. In this case, when the instruction information 200 indicates pressing the “Return to project screen” button in the display screen 21, for example, the display control unit 13 returns the screen displayed on the display screen 21 to the screen shown in FIG. 2 before the transition.

[0043] 2 , for example, when the instruction information 200 indicates pressing the “Edit” button, the display control unit 13 transitions the screen displayed on the display screen 21 to a screen for editing at least one of the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the policy information 144. In this case, the acquisition unit 11 reflects the editing content indicated by the instruction information 200 received by the reception unit 12 while the transitioned screen by the display control unit 13 is being displayed on the display screen 21, in at least one of the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the policy information 144.

[0044] On the display screen 21 illustrated in FIG. 2, for example, if the instruction information 200 indicates pressing the “return to menu screen” button, the display control unit 13 transitions the screen displayed on the display screen 21 to the original menu screen from which the “policy planning support dashboard” can be selected.

[0045] Furthermore, on the display screen 21 illustrated in FIG. 3, the display control unit 13 may display, in the causal analysis information 142, an edge with a stronger causal relationship between factors, with a thicker arrow representing the edge.

[0046] 3 , for example, when the instruction information 200 indicates pressing the “Edit” button for an entry with a certain item number in the consideration process information 143, the display control unit 13 transitions the screen displayed on the display screen 21 to a screen for editing the information of the entry in the consideration process information 143. In this case, the acquisition unit 11 reflects, in the consideration process information 143, the editing content indicated by the instruction information 200 accepted by the acceptance unit 12 while the transition screen is being displayed on the display screen 21 by the display control unit 13.

[0047] On the display screen 21 illustrated in Figure 3, for example, if the instruction information 200 indicates pressing the "Delete" button for an entry with a certain item number in the review process information 143, the display control unit 13 deletes the entry on the display screen 21 and also deletes the entry from the review process information 143 stored in the memory unit 14 via the acquisition unit 11.

[0048] 2 , the display control unit 13 may not necessarily display the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the policy information 144, which are related to each other, on the same screen of the display screen 21. For example, the receiving unit 12 may receive instruction information 200 instructing transition between a first screen that displays the inter-factor relationship information 141 on the display screen 21 and a second screen that displays the policy information 144 on the display screen 21. In this case, the display control unit 13 transitions the screen displayed on the display screen 21 from the first screen to the second screen or from the second screen to the first screen, based on the instruction information 200.

[0049] Furthermore, the association information 148 may include information indicating the degree of association between each of the plurality of pieces of inter-factor relationship information 141 and each of the plurality of pieces of policy information 144. In this case, the display control unit 13 may, for example, prioritize (give higher priority to) the policy information 144 that is more highly associated with the inter-factor relationship information 141, or the inter-factor relationship information 141 that is more highly associated with the policy information 144, and display it on the display screen 21. In this case, the display control unit 13 may, for example, display the policy information 144 or the inter-factor relationship information 141 in order of priority from the top of the display screen 21, or may not display the policy information 144 or the inter-factor relationship information 141 with a lower priority on the display screen 21.

[0050] The generation unit 16 generates the policy information 144 based on the generation criterion 160 and the inter-factor relationship information 141. The generation criterion 160 is a criterion for generating the policy information 144 according to the inter-factor relationship information 141. The generation unit 16 may use the generative model 30 as the generation criterion 160. In this case, however, the generative model 30 includes a learning model that has learned the relationship between the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the policy information 144.

[0051] The acquisition unit 11 may also acquire creator identification information 149 that identifies the user or the generative model 30 that created each of the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the policy information 144. In this case, the display control unit 13 associates the creator identification information 149 with each of the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the policy information 144 and displays it on the display screen 21. For example, the display control unit 13 displays the creator identification information 149, such as "Creator: xxx," near the display portion of each piece of information on the display screen 21 illustrated in FIGS. 2 and 3 .

[0052] The display control unit 13 may also manage the disclosure levels of the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the policy information 144 and limit the disclosure of the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the policy information 144 depending on the attributes of the user. For example, the display control unit 13 displays only the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the policy information 144 that are permitted to be disclosed to the logged-in user on the display screen of the policy planning support dashboard illustrated in Figures 2 and 3. Then, with regard to the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the policy information 144 that are not permitted to be disclosed to the logged-in user, the display control unit 13 displays a message such as "Disclosure is not permitted," and does not display the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the policy information 144.

[0053] Next, the operation (processing) of the policy-related information display control device 10 according to the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the flowchart of FIG.

[0054] The acquiring unit 11 acquires the inter-factor relationship information 141, the policy information 144, and the relevance information 148, and stores the acquired information in the storage unit 14 (step S101). The accepting unit 12 accepts instruction information 200 representing an input operation by a user on the screen of the policy planning support dashboard from the terminal device 20 (step S102).

[0055] If the received instruction information 200 does not represent an addition, update, or deletion of the inter-factor relationship information 141 or the policy information 144 (No in step S103), the process proceeds to step S105. If the received instruction information 200 represents an addition, update, or deletion of the inter-factor relationship information 141 or the policy information 144 (Yes in step S103), the acquisition unit 11 adds, updates, or deletes the inter-factor relationship information 141 or the policy information 144 represented by the instruction information 200 (step S104), and the process returns to step S102.

[0056] If the received instruction information 200 does not indicate that any of the policy information 144 will be referenced (No in step S105), the processing proceeds to step S107. If the received instruction information 200 indicates that any of the policy information 144 will be referenced (Yes in step S105), the identification unit 15 identifies inter-factor relationship information 141 that is related to the policy information 144 indicated by the instruction information 200, and the display control unit 13 associates the policy information 144 indicated by the instruction information 200 with the inter-factor relationship information 141 identified by the identification unit 15 and displays them on the display screen 21 (step S106), and the processing returns to step S102.

[0058] The policy-related information display control device 10 according to the present disclosure can assist a user in centrally grasping information representing the relationships between factors that form the basis of a policy and information about the policy based on that information. This is because, in response to instruction information 200 instructing that policy information 144 be displayed on the display screen 21, the policy-related information display control device 10 associates inter-factor relationship information 141 related to the policy information 144 with the policy information 144 and displays it on the display screen 21.

[0059] The effects achieved by the policy-related information display control device 10 according to the present disclosure will be described in detail below.

[0060] Government agencies collect various data on people's social lives, analyze the relationships between factors in those lives from the collected data, formulate measures and policies based on the results of the analysis, and manage the progress of those measures. However, there is no infrastructure in place to centrally manage the analysis results of the relationships between factors that form the basis of the measures, as well as the progress of the measures. This means that sharing information and handing over tasks within government agencies takes time and effort. In other words, the challenge is to help users centrally understand information that shows the relationships between factors that form the basis of the measures, and information about the measures based on that information.

[0061] To address this problem, the policy-related information display control device 10 according to the present disclosure acquires one or more pieces of inter-factor relationship information 141 representing relationships between factors in social life, one or more pieces of policy information 144 representing policies based on the inter-factor relationship information 141, and association information 148 representing associations between each piece of inter-factor relationship information 141 and each piece of policy information 144. The policy-related information display control device 10 receives instruction information 200 instructing the display screen 21 to display at least one piece of policy information 144 selected by a user. The policy-related information display control device 10 identifies, based on the association information 148, the inter-factor relationship information 141 that is indicated to be associated with the policy information 144 indicated by the instruction information 200. The policy-related information display control device 10 then associates the inter-factor relationship information 141 identified by the identification unit 15 with the policy information 144 indicated by the instruction information 200 and displays them on the display screen 21. In other words, the policy-related information display control device 10 associates inter-factor relationship information 141 and policy information 144 with each other and displays them on the display screen 21, thereby helping users to grasp in a unified manner the information representing the relationships between factors that form the basis of the policy and the information regarding the policy based on that information.

[0062] Furthermore, the policy-related information display control device 10 according to the present disclosure accepts instruction information 200 instructing the display of at least one of the inter-factor relationship information 141 selected by the user on the display screen 21. The policy-related information display control device 10 identifies policy information 144 that is indicated to have a relationship with the inter-factor relationship information 141 indicated by the instruction information 200. The policy-related information display control device 10 then associates the identified policy information 144 with the inter-factor relationship information 141 indicated by the instruction information 200 and displays them on the display screen 21. In this way, the policy-related information display control device 10 can assist the user in centrally grasping information indicating the relationship between factors that form the basis of a policy and information about the policy based on that information.

[0063] Furthermore, the policy-related information display control device 10 according to the present disclosure displays the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the policy information 144 on the same screen of the display screen 21. Alternatively, the policy-related information display control device 10 receives instruction information 200 instructing transition between a first screen that displays the inter-factor relationship information 141 on the display screen 21 and a second screen that displays the policy information 144 on the display screen 21, and transitions the screen displayed on the display screen from the first screen to the second screen or from the second screen to the first screen based on the instruction information 200. As a result, the policy-related information display control device 10 can present the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the policy information 144 to the user in a manner that is easy for the user to view, depending on the amount of information in the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the policy information 144.

[0064] Furthermore, the policy-related information display control device 10 according to the present disclosure acquires relevance information 148 indicating the level of relevance, and prioritizes displaying policy information 144 having a higher relevance to inter-factor relationship information 141, or inter-factor relationship information 141 having a higher relevance to policy information 144, on the display screen 21. This allows the policy-related information display control device 10 to assist the user in efficiently and centrally grasping information indicating the relationships between factors that form the basis of a policy, and information about the policy based on that information.

[0065] Furthermore, the policy-related information display control device 10 according to the present disclosure generates the policy information 144 based on the generation criteria 160 for generating the policy information 144 according to the inter-factor relationship information 141 and the inter-factor relationship information 141. This allows the policy-related information display control device 10 to appropriately support the user in the policy planning work.

[0066] Furthermore, the policy-related information display control device 10 according to the present disclosure generates policy information 144 using a generative model 30. For each piece of policy information 144, the policy-related information display control device 10 acquires the policy information 144 including creator identification information 149 that identifies the user or generative model 30 that created it. The policy-related information display control device 10 then associates the creator identification information 149 with each piece of policy information 144 and displays it on the display screen 21. This allows the user to know the creator of the policy information 144, allowing the policy-related information display control device 10 to appropriately support the user's policy planning work.

[0067] Furthermore, the policy-related information display control device 10 according to the present disclosure displays inter-factor relationship information 141, including consideration process information 143, which indicates the consideration process from social life collected information 147 to the formulation of a policy, on the display screen 21. Furthermore, the policy-related information display control device 10 displays policy information 144, which includes at least one of progress status information 145 and implementation plan information 146, related to the policy, on the display screen 21. This allows the policy-related information display control device 10 to more reliably support the user in centrally grasping information indicating the relationships between factors that form the basis of the policy and information related to the policy based on that information.
