Abstract
Description
[0001] A TURKISH COFFEE MACHINE
[0002] TECHNICAL FIELD
[0003] The invention relates to a Turkish coffee machine.
[0004] PRIOR ART
[0005] Coffee maintains its place as an indispensable beverage in human life. Different cooking techniques are used for different types of coffee. One of the most favorite ones among the types of coffee is Turkish coffee. The most traditional method for cooking Turkish coffee is to cook it in a coffee pot. In this cooking method, it is possible to heat the coffee pot on stove, on embers or in sand. Electric coffee pots have been produced for situations where these heating methods cannot be used. Also, automatic Turkish coffee machines have been produced so that Turkish coffee can be cooked more quickly and effortlessly. The common point of these machines is that resistance is used under the cooking chamber for heating. Resistors heat up thanks to their resistance to the electric current applied to them. The problem caused by the use of resistance is that the coffee machine becomes unusable when the life of the resistance expires.
[0006] In conclusion, all the problems mentioned above have entailed an innovation in the respective technical field.
[0007] SUMMARY OF THE INVENTION
[0008] The present invention relates to a Turkish coffee machine to eliminate the abovementioned disadvantages and bring new advantages to the respective technical field.
[0009] The object of the invention is to develop a Turkish coffee machine that does not require use of resistance. In order to realize all the objects which are mentioned above and which will be described in detail hereinafter, the present invention relates to a Turkish coffee machine with a cooking chamber. Accordingly; it comprises a heating pipe associated with the cooking chamber and configured to pass steam therethrough for ensuring that the said cooking chamber is heated, in order to cook Turkish coffee. Thus, it is ensured that the cooking chamber is heated and the coffee is cooked without the need to use resistance.
[0010] In a possible embodiment of the invention, the heating pipe is provided such that it surrounds the cooking chamber at least partially.
[0011] In a possible embodiment of the invention, the heating pipe to extends at least partially along the edge where a side wall and a base of the cooking chamber meet.
[0012] A possible embodiment of the invention comprises at least one steam generator associated with the heating pipe.
[0013] BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE DRAWINGS
[0014] Figure 1 shows representative cross-sectional views of the Turkish coffee machine of the invention.
[0015] DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF INVENTION
[0016] This detailed description the Turkish coffee machine (10) of the invention by examples that will not constitute any limiting effect and are merely for better understanding of the subject.
[0017] The Turkish coffee machine (10) of the invention has a cooking chamber (20). The said cooking chamber (20) is provided in an essentially cylindrical form. There is a mixer (23) provided at a base (22) of the cooking chamber (20). The said mixer (23) rotates with the drive it receives from a motor (24) and ensures the mixing of water, coffee and sugar, if any.
[0018] The Turkish coffee machine (10) has a water tank (70). A supply pipe (71 ) associated with the said water tank (70) opens into the cooking chamber (20) from a water inlet port (211 ). The said water inlet port (211 ) is on the side wall (21 ) of the cooking chamber (20) in a possible embodiment. Thus, the water pressed by a pump (72) passes through the supply pipe (71 ) and the water inlet port (211 ) and is poured into the cooking chamber (20).
[0019] There is an outlet port (221 ) provided in the form of a hole in the cooking chamber (20). While the said outlet port (221 ) is provided at the base (22) in a possible embodiment, it can be provided at the part of the side wall (21 ) close to the base (22) in another possible embodiment. The outlet port (221 ) is connected to a serving port (60) through a supply pipe (71 ) that will allow Turkish Coffee to be served. There is a valve (50) provided in the said supply pipe (71 ). The said valve (50) can be opened and closed with the drive it receives from a valve motor (51 ). Thus, it can be ensured that the Turkish coffee cooked in the cooking chamber (20) is served. There is a cup positioning platform (80) provided at the bottom of the serving port (60). When the coffee cup is positioned on the said cup positioning platform (80), it is ensured that the coffee poured from the serving port (60) enters the cup. In a possible embodiment, it can be ensured that two cups are served simultaneously with the two holes provided in the serving port (60).
[0020] There is a heating pipe (222) associated with the cooking chamber (20) in the Turkish coffee machine (10) of the invention. The said heating pipe (222) is provided in the form of a channel that circulates at least partially within the body of the cooking chamber (20) in a possible embodiment of the invention. In a possible embodiment, the heating pipe (222) extends at least partially along the edge where the base (22) and the side wall (21 ) meet. In the preferred embodiment, the heating pipe (222) at least partially surrounds the cooking chamber (20). The said heating pipe (222) is configured so that hot steam passes therethrough. To achieve this, the heating pipe (222) is associated with a steam generator (not shown in the figure). Thus, the steam produced in the steam generator is circulated through the heating pipe (222), ensuring that the cooking chamber (20) is heated, thereby, Turkish coffee is cooked.
[0021] While cooking is made in the Turkish coffee machine (10) of the invention, first, a lid (30) provided to cover the cooking chamber (20) is opened and ground powder Turkish coffee is poured into the cooking chamber (20). Optionally, sugar can also be put into the cooking chamber (20) at this stage. Then, the lid (30) is closed and the pump (72) is activated to ensure that water is sent from the water tank (70) into the cooking chamber (20) according to the amount of Turkish coffee to be cooked. Also, the amount of water sent to the cooking chamber (20) can be controlled by a flow meter (73) associated with the supply pipe (71 ). After the Turkish coffee, water and sugar, if any, are put in the cooking chamber (20), the motor (24) is activated and causes the mixer (23) to start rotating. With the rotation of the mixer (23), Turkish coffee and sugar, if any, are dissolved into water. Then, the mixer (23) is stopped. Afterwards, the steam generator starts to work and hot / superheated steam is sent to the heating pipe (222). Thus, the steam passing through the heating pipe (222) heats the cooking chamber (20) and ensures that Turkish coffee is cooked. When the cooking of Turkish coffee is completed, the steam generator is stopped. Then, with the drive provided by the valve motor (51 ), the valve (50) is opened and it is ensured that the cooked Turkish coffee is poured into the cup by passing through the outlet port (221 ), discharge channel (40) and serving port (60).
[0022] Thanks to the Turkish coffee machine (10) of the invention, there is no need to heat the cooking chamber (20) with the resistance. Therefore, since the use of resistors is eliminated, resistance malfunctions are eliminated. In this way, a long-lasting Turkish coffee machine (10) is produced.
[0023] The protection scope of the invention is specified in the appended claims, and it may in no way be limited to the disclosures made for illustrative purposes in this detailed description. Because, it is evident that a person skilled in the art can present similar embodiments in the light of the foregoing without deviating from the main theme of the invention.
