[0001] The present invention relates to a circuit breaker, and more particularly, to a circuit breaker having a structure capable of effectively cooling generated heat while preventing damage to a component provided for cooling.

[0002] A circuit breaker is a device that allows or blocks external current flow through the contact and separation of fixed and movable contacts. The fixed and movable contacts provided in the circuit breaker are each connected to an external power source or load so that current can flow through them.

[0003] The movable contact is provided in the circuit breaker so that it can move toward or away from the fixed contact. When the movable contact and the fixed contact are in contact, the circuit breaker can be connected to an external power source or load.

[0004] At this time, the fixed or movable contact is electrically connected to an external power source or load via a terminal provided in the circuit breaker. In other words, the terminal mediates the connection between the fixed or movable contact and the external power source or load. While the circuit breaker electrically connects the external power source and load, heat is generated in the terminal.

[0005] If the heat generated in the terminal is not dissipated, it will remain in the circuit breaker. If the heat remains in the circuit breaker for an extended period of time, the heat could damage the circuit breaker's components. In particular, since the terminal is made of a current-conducting material and is relatively vulnerable to heat, there is a risk of thermal damage to the terminal.

[0006] In this case, there is a risk that the electrical connection reliability between the terminal and the external power source or load may be reduced. Furthermore, the connection reliability between the terminal and the fixed or movable contact may also be reduced, potentially reducing the operational reliability of the circuit breaker.

[0007] Therefore, technologies are required to quickly and effectively dissipate heat generated in circuit breakers, especially terminals.

[0008] Japanese Patent Publication No. 2023-178483 discloses a blocking device. Specifically, the device can cool an arc generated in an internal space using a cooling body positioned within the internal space. The prior art discloses that the arc is quickly cooled by the cooling body, thereby preventing damage to the internal components of the blocking device.

[0009] However, the blocking device disclosed in the above-mentioned prior art merely provides a method for cooling the heat of the arc. The above-mentioned prior art fails to provide a method for cooling a configuration in which the blocking device is electrically connected to an external power source or load.

[0010] Korean Patent Document No. 10-2599372 discloses a distribution panel equipped with a cooling unit. Specifically, the distribution panel includes a cooling unit positioned at an air outlet connecting the interior space and the exterior, thereby discharging air from the interior space to the exterior of the housing.

[0011] However, the distribution board equipped with a cooling unit disclosed in the above-mentioned prior art document only provides a method for cooling components located within the internal space. The above-mentioned prior art document does not provide a method for cooling components exposed to the outside of the housing, such as terminals.

[0012] Furthermore, the above-mentioned prior literature does not provide a method for preventing a situation in which a configuration provided for cooling is damaged by the external environment as it is exposed to the outside.

[0067]

[0068] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 3, a circuit breaker (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated. The circuit breaker (10) may be provided in any form capable of connecting or disconnecting an external power source and load by contact and separation between a fixed contact (not shown) and a movable contact (not shown).

[0069] In one embodiment, the circuit breaker (10) may be equipped with an air circuit breaker. As is known, an air circuit breaker refers to a circuit breaker in which the contact and separation processes of a fixed contact (not shown) and a movable contact (not shown) are performed in air. However, the circuit breaker (10) according to the embodiment of the present invention described below may be equipped with and utilized in any type of circuit breaker as long as its technical characteristics are maintained.

[0070] The circuit breaker (10) is electrically connected to an external power source (not shown) and a load (not shown), respectively. Inside the circuit breaker (10), fixed contacts (not shown) and movable contacts (not shown) are provided so as to be electrically contactable and spaced apart from each other.

[0071] When the fixed contact (not shown) and the movable contact (not shown) are in contact with each other, an external power source (not shown) and a load (not shown) can be electrically connected to each other. When the fixed contact (not shown) and the movable contact (not shown) are separated from each other, the external power source (not shown) and the load (not shown) can be electrically disconnected from each other.

[0072] In an embodiment in which a circuit breaker (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention is provided as an air circuit breaker, the circuit breaker (10) may be configured to include a cradle and a circuit breaker body. The cradle may include a configuration electrically connected to one of an external power source (not shown) and a load (not shown), and the circuit breaker body may include a configuration electrically connected to the other of the external power source (not shown) and the load (not shown).

[0073] A predetermined space is formed inside the cradle, into which the circuit breaker body can be inserted or withdrawn. When the circuit breaker body is inserted into the space of the cradle, the above-described configuration of the cradle and the above-described configuration of the circuit breaker body can be electrically connected to each other.

[0074] At this time, the circuit breaker (10) according to the embodiment of the present invention can effectively cool the configuration that is exposed to the outside of the cradle and electrically connected to the outside. At the same time, the circuit breaker (10) according to the embodiment of the present invention has a configuration structure that is provided for cooling and can be easily changed depending on the state of the circuit breaker (10), thereby preventing damage from the outside.

[0075] Additionally, the circuit breaker (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention can easily supply power to a component provided for cooling. Accordingly, the wiring structure for providing and operating the component can be formed simply.

[0076] Furthermore, the circuit breaker (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention can have multiple components that are electrically connected to the outside world independently cooled. Accordingly, components that generate excessive heat can be cooled intensively, thereby improving cooling efficiency.

[0077] A detailed description of the above effects that can be achieved by the circuit breaker (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention will be described later.

[0078] In the illustrated embodiment, the circuit breaker (10) includes an outer frame (100), a blower assembly (200), and a bulkhead member (300).

[0079] The outer frame (100) constitutes the outer shape of the circuit breaker (10). The outer frame (100) is coupled to and supports other components of the circuit breaker (10), namely, the blower assembly (200) and the bulkhead member (300).

[0080] A space is formed within the outer frame (100). A component (not shown) corresponding to the circuit breaker body described above can be inserted or removed into the space. The component can be electrically connected to the outer frame (100) and energized. In other words, the outer frame (100) functions as the cradle or housing described above.

[0081] The external frame (100) is electrically connected to an external power source (not shown) or load (not shown). The external frame (100) can be electrically connected to an external power source (not shown) or load (not shown) at multiple points.

[0082] In the embodiment shown in FIGS. 4 and 5, the outer frame (100) includes a frame body (110), a terminal (120), a blower assembly support (130), a bulkhead member support (140), a bulkhead member coupling protrusion (150), and a power supply (160).

[0083] The frame body (110) constitutes the body of the outer frame (100). The frame body (110) constitutes the outer shape of the outer frame (100). The frame body (110) is coupled to or supports other components of the outer frame (100). In the illustrated embodiment, the frame body (110) is coupled to and supports the terminal (120).

[0084] In addition, the frame body (110) is coupled with and supports the blower assembly support (130), the bulkhead member support (140), and the bulkhead member joining protrusion (150). Furthermore, a power supply unit (160) is formed on one side of the frame body (110) in the height direction, the upper side in the illustrated embodiment.

[0085] The frame body (110) can be configured to receive the circuit breaker body (not shown) in a retractable manner, and can be combined with other components of the external frame (100) to support them, and can have any shape that can be combined with other components of the circuit breaker (10). In the illustrated embodiment, the frame body (110) has a rectangular column shape having a length in the front-back direction, a width in the left-right direction, and a height in the up-down direction.

[0086] A terminal (120) is coupled to one side of the longitudinal direction of the frame body (110), the front side in the illustrated embodiment.

[0087] The terminal (120) is configured to electrically connect the external frame (100) to an external power source (not shown) or load (not shown). The terminal (120) is coupled to the frame body (110) and is at least partially exposed to the outside of the frame body (110). The external power source (not shown) or load (not shown) can be electrically coupled to a portion of the terminal (120) exposed to the outside of the frame body (110).

[0088] Another portion of the terminal (120) may be exposed to a space within the frame body (110). The other portion of the terminal (120) may be electrically coupled to a circuit breaker body (not shown) introduced into the space. Accordingly, an external power source (not shown) or load (not shown), an external frame (100), and a circuit breaker body (not shown) may be electrically connected to each other.

[0089] The terminal (120) may be positioned at any location that is at least partially exposed on the outside of the frame body (110) and can be electrically connected to an external power source (not shown) or load (not shown). In the illustrated embodiment, the terminal (120) is positioned on the front side of the frame body (110).

[0090] As the terminal (120) is electrically connected to an external power source (not shown) or load (not shown) and a circuit breaker body (not shown), a large amount of heat is generated in the terminal (120). If the heat is left unattended, other components of the terminal (120) and the circuit breaker (10) may be damaged by the heat, which may lower the operational reliability of the circuit breaker (10).

[0091] Accordingly, the circuit breaker (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention includes a separate component, i.e., a blower assembly (200), for effectively cooling the heat generated at the terminal (120). The blower assembly (200) provides a conveying force to a fluid remaining outside or inside the outer frame (100). The fluid flowing by the conveying force provided by the blower assembly (200) can cool the terminal (120) and then be discharged to the outside.

[0092] Accordingly, the heat generated in the terminal (120) can be discharged to the outside and the terminal (120) can be cooled at the same time.

[0093] The terminal (120) may be formed of a material having high electrical conductivity and rigidity. In one embodiment, the terminal (120) may be formed of copper (Cu) or an alloy material containing copper (Cu).

[0094] A plurality of terminals (120) may be provided. The plurality of terminals (120) may be spaced apart from each other along the width direction or height direction of the frame body (110).

[0095] In the illustrated embodiment, the terminal (120) includes a first terminal (121), a second terminal (122), and a third terminal (123). The above configuration is due to the fact that three-phase current is applied to the circuit breaker (10) according to the embodiment of the present invention. The number of terminals (120) may vary depending on the type of phase of the current applied to the circuit breaker (10).

[0096] The first terminal (121) constitutes a portion of a plurality of terminals (120). A plurality of first terminals (121) are provided, and are positioned offset to one side in the width direction of the frame body (110). In the illustrated embodiment, the first terminals (121) are provided as a pair spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction, and are positioned offset to the left side of the front of the frame body (110).

[0097] The second terminal (122) constitutes another part of the plurality of terminals (120). The second terminals (122) are provided in plurality and are located in the middle part in the width direction of the frame body (110). In the illustrated embodiment, the second terminals (122) are provided in pairs spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction and are located in the center part in the left and right directions of the front of the frame body (110).

[0098] The third terminal (123) constitutes the remaining portion of the plurality of terminals (120). The third terminals (123) are provided in plurality and are positioned offset from each other in the width direction of the frame body (110). In the illustrated embodiment, the third terminals (123) are provided in pairs spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction and are positioned offset from the front right side of the frame body (110).

[0099] In the above embodiment, the first terminal (121) and the third terminal (123) are arranged to face each other with the second terminal (122) interposed along the width direction, i.e., the left-right direction, of the frame body (110). The first to third terminals (121, 122, 123) are arranged to be spaced apart from each other along the width direction, i.e., the left-right direction, so that current flow between them can be blocked.

[0100] At this time, the first to third terminals (121, 122, 123) may be configured to be physically and electrically insulated from each other. In addition, the fluids cooling the first to third terminals (121, 122, 123) may be physically separated from each other. Accordingly, the first to third terminals (121, 122, 123) may be cooled independently from each other. This can be achieved by a bulkhead member (300), a detailed description of which will be described later.

[0101] The blower assembly support (130) is coupled to and supports the blower assembly (200). The blower assembly support (130) is positioned on one side of the frame body (110) in the height direction, that is, on the upper side in the illustrated embodiment. The blower assembly support (130) is positioned at a portion adjacent to the terminal (120), that is, on the front side in the illustrated embodiment.

[0102] At this time, the blower assembly support member (130) may be spaced apart from the terminal (120) by a predetermined distance along the longitudinal direction of the frame body (110), i.e., the front-back direction. A blower member (230) provided in the blower assembly (200) may be positioned between the blower assembly support member (130) and the frame body (110).

[0103] The blower assembly support (130) is formed to cover the space formed inside the frame body (110) on one side in the height direction, in the illustrated embodiment, on the upper side.

[0104] The blower assembly support (130) may have any shape capable of supporting the blower assembly (200). In the illustrated embodiment, the blower assembly support (130) has a polygonal prism shape in which the length in the left-right direction is longer than the width in the front-back direction and the height in the vertical direction is greater. In the above embodiment, each end of the blower assembly support (130) in the longitudinal direction may be supported by being coupled to the frame body (110).

[0105] In one embodiment, the blower assembly support (130) may be formed to correspond to the shape of the blower body (210) provided in the blower assembly (200).

[0106] The bulkhead member support (140) supports the bulkhead member (300). The bulkhead member support (140) is located on one side of the frame body (110) in the longitudinal direction, i.e., the front side in the illustrated embodiment. The bulkhead member support (140) is located on one side of the terminal (120) in the height direction, i.e., the upper side in the illustrated embodiment. The bulkhead member support (140) is spaced apart in the height direction, i.e., the vertical direction, with respect to the terminal (120).

[0107] The bulkhead member support (140) may extend in the width direction of the frame body (110) or along the direction in which the plurality of terminals (120) are spaced apart. In the illustrated embodiment, the bulkhead member support (140) extends in the left-right direction.

[0108] One end of the bulkhead member support (140) in the extension direction is coupled to one side of the frame body (110), the left side in the illustrated embodiment. The other end of the bulkhead member support (140) in the extension direction is coupled to the other side of the frame body (110), the right side in the illustrated embodiment.

[0109] At this time, the bulkhead member support (140) may be spaced apart from the terminal (120) by a predetermined distance along the longitudinal direction of the frame body (110), i.e., the front-back direction. As best illustrated in Fig. 5, the bulkhead member support (140) may be positioned on the rear side relative to the terminal (120).

[0110] The bulkhead member support (140) may have any shape capable of supporting the bulkhead member (300). As described above, the bulkhead member support (140) has a polygonal column shape having a length in the left-right direction and a thickness in the up-down direction.

[0111] The bulkhead member support member (140) is coupled with the bulkhead member joining projection (150).

[0112] The bulkhead member joining protrusion (150) is joined to the bulkhead member (300). The bulkhead member (300) is joined to the bulkhead member joining protrusion (150) so as not to arbitrarily fluctuate and can be maintained in a state supported by the bulkhead member support member (140).

[0113] The bulkhead member joining protrusion (150) is joined to the bulkhead member support (140). The bulkhead member joining protrusion (150) is formed to protrude upward from one side in the height direction of the bulkhead member support (140), i.e., the upper surface in the illustrated embodiment. The bulkhead member joining protrusion (150) is inserted into the bulkhead hollow (320) provided in the bulkhead member (300) and is supported by the bulkhead body (310).

[0114] The bulkhead member coupling protrusion (150) can be formed at a position corresponding to the position where the bulkhead member (300) is to be placed. In the illustrated embodiment, the bulkhead member coupling protrusion (150) is positioned between a pair of terminals (120) that are positioned adjacent to each other among a plurality of terminals (120).

[0115] Accordingly, the bulkhead member (300) coupled with the bulkhead member coupling protrusion (150) can be positioned between a pair of terminals (120) positioned adjacent to each other. Accordingly, the bulkhead member (300) can prevent arbitrary mixing of the fluids exchanged with each terminal (120).

[0116] The bulkhead member joining protrusion (150) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the bulkhead member (300). In the illustrated embodiment, the bulkhead member joining protrusion (150) has a polygonal prism shape with a rectangular cross-section and a vertical height. The shape of the bulkhead member joining protrusion (150) may be changed to correspond to the shape of the bulkhead hollow (320) provided in the bulkhead member (300).

[0117] A plurality of bulkhead member joining protrusions (150) may be provided. The plurality of bulkhead member joining protrusions (150) are spaced apart from each other and can be joined to the plurality of bulkhead members (300), respectively. In the illustrated embodiment, a pair of bulkhead member joining protrusions (150) are provided.

[0118] One of the pair of bulkhead member coupling protrusions (150) is positioned between the first terminal (121) and the second terminal (122). The one of the bulkhead member coupling protrusions (150) is coupled with the bulkhead member (300) positioned between the first terminal (121) and the second terminal (122).

[0119] Another of the pair of bulkhead member coupling protrusions (150) is positioned between the second terminal (122) and the third terminal (123). The other bulkhead member coupling protrusion (150) is coupled with the bulkhead member (300) positioned between the second terminal (122) and the third terminal (123).

[0120] The number and arrangement of the bulkhead member joining protrusions (150) may be changed depending on the number and arrangement of the terminals (120) or bulkhead members (300).

[0121] The power supply unit (160) is electrically connected to the blower assembly (200). The power supply unit (160) can provide power and control signals necessary for the operation of the blower assembly (200), specifically, the blower member (230).

[0122] The power supply unit (160) can be electrically connected to other components of the external frame (100) to receive and transmit power and control signals. In another embodiment, the power supply unit (160) can be electrically connected to a circuit breaker body (not shown) coupled to the external frame (100) to receive and transmit power and control signals.

[0123] The power supply unit (160) is placed in the frame body (110). In the illustrated embodiment, the power supply unit (160) is located on one side, i.e., the upper side, in the height direction of the frame body (110).

[0124] The power supply unit (160) may be positioned opposite the terminal (120). Accordingly, the power supply unit (160) is not directly exposed to heat generated from the terminal (120), thereby preventing damage caused by the generated heat. In the illustrated embodiment, the power supply unit (160) is positioned on the rear side, opposite the terminal (120) which is positioned on the front side.

[0125] The power supply unit (160) is electrically connected to the blower assembly (200). In one embodiment, the connection may be achieved by an electric wire.

[0126] A plurality of power supply units (160) may be provided. The plurality of power supply units (160) may be electrically connected to the plurality of blower members (230), respectively, to transmit power and control signals. At this time, the plurality of power supply units (160) may independently transmit power and control signals to the plurality of blower members (230).

[0127] In the illustrated embodiment, the power supply unit (160) includes a first power supply unit (161), a second power supply unit (162), and a third power supply unit (163).

[0128] The first power supply unit (161) is electrically connected to the first blower member (231) to transmit power and control signals. The first power supply unit (161) can be electrically connected to the first blower member (231) in any form. In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1, the first power supply unit (161) is electrically connected to the first blower member (231) by a first wire (e1).

[0129] The second power supply unit (162) is electrically connected to the second blower member (232) to transmit power and control signals. The second power supply unit (162) can be electrically connected to the second blower member (232) in any form. In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1, the second power supply unit (162) is electrically connected to the second blower member (232) by a second wire (e2).

[0130] The third power supply unit (163) is electrically connected to the third blower member (233) to transmit power and control signals. The third power supply unit (163) can be electrically connected to the third blower member (233) in any form. In the embodiment illustrated in FIG. 1, the third power supply unit (1630) is electrically connected to the third blower member (233) by a third wire (e3).

[0131] As the first to third power supply units (161, 162, 163) are electrically connected to the first to third blower members (231, 232, 233) by the first to third wires (e1, e2, e3), the first to third power supply units (161, 162, 163) can independently transmit power and control signals to the first to third blower members (231, 232, 233).

[0132] Accordingly, the first to third blower members (231, 232, 233) can be controlled independently of each other, so that the first to third terminals (121, 122, 123) can be cooled independently of each other.

[0133] The arrangement of the first to third power supply units (161, 162, 163) may be determined in accordance with the arrangement of the first to third blower members (231, 232, 233). In the illustrated embodiment, the first to third power supply units (161, 162, 163) are arranged to be spaced apart from each other along the separation direction of the first to third blower members (231, 232, 233), i.e., the left-right direction. It will be understood that the direction is the width direction of the frame body (110).

[0134] As will be described later, the arrangement of the first to third blowing members (231, 232, 233) can be determined in accordance with the arrangement of the first to third terminals (121, 122, 123). Accordingly, it can be said that the arrangement of the first to third power supply units (161, 162, 263) can be determined in accordance with the arrangement of the first to third terminals (121, 122, 123).

[0135] The blower assembly (200) generates a conveying force for the fluid residing inside or outside the circuit breaker (10) to flow. As will be described later, the blower assembly (200) is located outside the terminal (120), and thus, it can be said that the blower assembly (200) primarily provides a conveying force to the fluid residing inside the circuit breaker (10).

[0136] The above fluid can be flowed by the conveying force provided by the blower assembly (200) to cool the terminal (120) and then discharged to the outside of the circuit breaker (10).

[0137] The blower assembly (200) can be electrically connected to an external frame (100) or a circuit breaker body (not shown). Power and control signals required for the operation of the blower assembly (200) can be provided from the external frame (100) or the circuit breaker body (not shown).

[0138] As described above, the blower assembly (200) can be directly and electrically connected to the power supply unit (160) via wires (e1, e2, e3), and can be electrically connected to the external frame (100) or the circuit breaker body (not shown) via the power supply unit (160).

[0139] In another embodiment, the blower assembly (200) may be directly electrically connected to an external control unit (not shown) and a power source (not shown). In the above embodiment, the power and control signals required for the operation of the blower assembly (200) may be provided from an external control unit (not shown) and a power source (not shown).

[0140] The blower assembly (200) is coupled to the outer frame (100). Specifically, the blower assembly (200) is coupled to and supported by the blower assembly support (130). The blower assembly (200) is at least partially secured to and supported by the blower assembly support (130), and other portions of the blower assembly (200) may be positioned outside of the blower assembly support (130).

[0141] At this time, the blower assembly (200) may be positioned adjacent to the terminal (120). In the illustrated embodiment, the blower assembly (200) is supported by being secured to one portion of the front side of the blower assembly support (130), and the other portion is positioned on the upper side of the terminal (120).

[0142] At this time, a separate configuration may not be positioned between the other part of the blower assembly (200) and the terminal (120). That is, a hollow space may be maintained between the other part of the blower assembly (200) and the terminal (120). Accordingly, the fluid flowing through the blower assembly (200) may be discharged to the outside of the circuit breaker (10) immediately after heat exchange with the terminal (120).

[0143] The blower assembly (200) is coupled to the bulkhead member (300). The blower assembly (200) can support the bulkhead member (300) on one side in the height direction, i.e., on the upper side in the illustrated embodiment. The fluid flowing by the conveying force applied by the blower assembly (200) can flow along a space set by the bulkhead member (300) and then be discharged to the outside of the circuit breaker (10).

[0144] In the embodiment illustrated in FIGS. 6 to 8, the blower assembly (200) includes a blower body (210), a bulkhead member joining groove (220), and a blower member (230).

[0145] The blower body (210) constitutes the outer shape of the blower assembly (200). The blower body (210) is a portion where the blower assembly (200) is coupled to the blower assembly support (130) of the outer frame (100). Other components of the blower assembly (200) may be formed on the blower body (210). In addition, the blower body (210) may be coupled to other components of the blower assembly (200) to support them.

[0146] In the illustrated embodiment, a bulkhead member joining groove (220) is formed in the blower body (210), and a blower member (230) is joined thereto.

[0147] The blower body (210) is supported by the blower assembly support (130). At this time, a part of the blower body (210) is supported by the blower assembly support (130), but another part may be exposed to the outside of the blower assembly support (130).

[0148] In the illustrated embodiment, one side in the width direction of the blower assembly support (130), i.e., the rear side, is supported by the blower assembly support (130). The other side in the width direction of the blower assembly support (130), i.e., the front side, is exposed to the outside of the blower assembly support (130).

[0149] A bulkhead member joining groove (220) is formed in the blower body (210). The blower body (210) can be joined to and support a bulkhead member (300) joined to the bulkhead member joining groove (220). Specifically, the blower body (210) is accommodated in an insertion space (333) of a blower member joining portion (330), and its thickness direction, i.e., upper and lower sides, are supported by a fixing protrusion (331) and a supporting protrusion (332).

[0150] The blower body (210) is coupled to the blower member (230). The blower body (210) can support the blower member (230) so that it can conduct electricity with the power supply unit (160). In the illustrated embodiment, one side of the blower body (210) in the thickness direction, i.e., the lower side, is coupled to the blower member (230).

[0151] At this time, a groove or a through hole may be formed in the part of the blower body (210) where the blower member (230) is coupled. The groove or the through hole may form a passage through which the fluid flowing from the lower side to the upper side by the blower member (230) can be discharged to the outside of the circuit breaker (10).

[0152] As will be described later, a plurality of blower members (230) may be provided and spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the blower body (210). Accordingly, a plurality of the grooves or the through holes may also be formed and arranged adjacent to each of the plurality of blower members (230). The plurality of grooves or the through holes may constitute an outlet passage for fluids flowing by the plurality of blower members (230).

[0153] The blower body (210) has a partition wall member joining groove (220) formed therein and is coupled with and supports the blower member (230), and may have any shape that can be coupled with the blower assembly support member (130) and the partition wall member (300), respectively. In the illustrated embodiment, the blower body (210) is a polygonal plate shape in which the length in the left-right direction is longer than the width in the front-back direction and the height in the up-down direction is greater.

[0154] At this time, the length of the blower body (210), i.e., the length in the left-right direction, may be equal to the length of the blower assembly support member (130). In addition, the length of the blower body (210) may be formed to be longer than the distance between the first to third terminals (121, 122, 123).

[0155] In the above embodiment, one side in the width direction of the blower body (210), the front side in the illustrated embodiment, is exposed to the outside of the blower assembly support member (130), and a bulkhead member joining groove (220) is formed. The other side in the width direction of the blower body (210), the rear side in the illustrated embodiment, is supported by being seated on the blower assembly support member (130).

[0156] The bulkhead member joining groove (220) is where the blower assembly (200) is joined to the bulkhead member (300). The bulkhead member joining groove (220) accommodates a bulkhead body (310) provided on the bulkhead member (300). The bulkhead member (300) accommodated in the bulkhead member joining groove (220) is joined to the blower body (210) by the blower member joining portion (330).

[0157] A bulkhead member joining groove (220) is formed in the blower body (210). The bulkhead member joining groove (220) is formed on one side of each side in the width direction of the blower body (210) facing the terminal (120), in the illustrated embodiment, on the front side.

[0158] The bulkhead member joining groove (220) is formed recessed toward the rear side from the end of one side of the blower body (210), in the illustrated embodiment, the front side end. In other words, the bulkhead member joining groove (220) is formed recessed along the width direction of the blower body (210).

[0159] The bulkhead member joining groove (220) extends in the width direction of the blower body (210), i.e., in the front-back direction in the illustrated embodiment. One side of the extension direction of the bulkhead member joining groove (220), i.e., the front side end in the illustrated embodiment, is formed open. The bulkhead member (300) can be accommodated in the bulkhead member joining groove (220) through the one side, i.e., the front side.

[0160] The other end of the extension direction of the bulkhead member joining groove (220), i.e., the rear end in the illustrated embodiment, is closed. The bulkhead member (300) can be inserted into the bulkhead member joining groove (220) until its outer surface comes into contact with the other end, i.e., the rear end.

[0161] The bulkhead member joining groove (220) is formed penetrating in the thickness direction of the blower body (210), in the vertical direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0162] The bulkhead member joining groove (220) may be formed in a shape corresponding to the shape of the bulkhead member (300). In the illustrated embodiment, the bulkhead member joining groove (220) extends in the front-back direction by a first length (L1) and in the left-right direction by a first width (W1). That is, the horizontal cross-section of the bulkhead member joining groove (220) is formed as a rectangle in which the front-back direction length is the first length (L1) and the left-right direction length is the first width (W1).

[0163] At this time, the first length (L1) may be greater than or equal to the second length (L2), which is the length of the bulkhead body (310). In addition, the first width (W1) may be greater than or equal to the second width (W2), which is the width of the bulkhead body (310).

[0164] Preferably, the first length (L1) may be equal to the second length (L2), and the first width (W1) may be equal to the second width (W2). In the above embodiment, the partition member (300) accommodated in the partition member joining groove (220) may be prevented from being accidentally detached.

[0165] A plurality of bulkhead member joining grooves (220) may be provided. The plurality of bulkhead member joining grooves (220) are spaced apart from each other along the length direction of the blower body (210) and may be joined to a plurality of bulkhead members (300), respectively.

[0166] In the illustrated embodiment, the bulkhead member joining groove (220) includes a first bulkhead member joining groove (221) and a second bulkhead member joining groove (222).

[0167] The first bulkhead member joining groove (221) is joined to the first bulkhead member (300a). The first bulkhead member joining groove (221) is positioned on one side of the longitudinal direction of the blower body (210), in the illustrated embodiment, to the left. When the blower assembly (200) is joined to the outer frame (100), the first bulkhead member joining groove (221) can be positioned between the first terminal (121) and the second terminal (122) along the longitudinal direction of the blower body (210).

[0168] Accordingly, the first bulkhead member (300a) coupled with the first bulkhead member coupling groove (221) can be positioned between the upper side of the first terminal (121) and the upper side of the second terminal (122). Accordingly, the fluid cooling the first terminal (121) and the fluid cooling the second terminal (122) can be prevented from being randomly mixed inside the circuit breaker (10).

[0169] The second bulkhead member joining groove (222) is joined to the second bulkhead member (300b). The second bulkhead member joining groove (222) is positioned on the other side of the longitudinal direction of the blower body (210), that is, to the right in the illustrated embodiment. When the blower assembly (200) is joined to the outer frame (100), the second bulkhead member joining groove (222) can be positioned between the second terminal (122) and the third terminal (123) along the longitudinal direction of the blower body (210).

[0170] Accordingly, the second bulkhead member (300b) coupled with the second bulkhead member coupling groove (222) can be positioned between the upper side of the second terminal (122) and the upper side of the third terminal (123). Accordingly, the fluid cooling the second terminal (122) and the fluid cooling the third terminal (123) can also not be randomly mixed inside the circuit breaker (10).

[0171] The blower member (230) substantially performs the role of generating a conveying force for the fluid remaining inside or outside the circuit breaker (10) to flow. The fluid can flow by the conveying force provided by the blower member (230), cool the terminal (120), and then flow out to the outside of the circuit breaker (10).

[0172] The blower member (230) can be electrically connected to the external frame (100) or the circuit breaker body (not shown). The power and control signals required for the operation of the blower member (230) can be provided from the external frame (100) or the circuit breaker body (not shown). In one embodiment, as described above, the blower member (230) can be electrically connected to the power supply unit (160) via wires (e1, e2, e3) to receive power and control signals.

[0173] The blower member (230) may be provided in any form that can provide a transporting force to the fluid remaining inside the outer frame (100) and cause it to flow to the outside of the outer frame (100) after passing through the terminal (120). In one embodiment, the blower member (230) may be provided in the form of a suction member for sucking the fluid.

[0174] In the above embodiment, the blower member (230) may be provided in the form of a fan including a plurality of blades.

[0175] Specifically, in an embodiment in which the blower member (230) is provided in the form of a suction member, the blower member (230) can suck in a fluid that remains inside or outside the outer frame (100). The fluid sucked in by the blower member (230) exchanges heat with the terminal (120) and cools the terminal (120) and then can flow in a direction toward the blower member (230), that is, in a direction from the bottom to the top in the illustrated embodiment.

[0176] That is, it will be understood that the flow of fluid formed by the blower member (230) is formed in a direction toward the blower member (230) through the lower terminal (120) and the upper terminal (120) sequentially inside or outside the outer frame (100).

[0177] The blower member (230) is coupled to the blower body (210). The blower member (230) is coupled to one side of the blower body (210) in the thickness direction, the lower side in the illustrated embodiment. In other words, the blower member (230) is positioned on one side of each side of the blower body (210) facing the terminal (120), i.e., the lower side.

[0178] As described above, a groove or through hole may be formed in the portion of the blower body (210) where the blower member (230) is coupled to discharge the fluid transported by the blower member (230). Accordingly, the fluid moved from the lower side to the upper side may pass through the groove or through hole formed inside the blower body (210) and the blower member (230) and be discharged to the outside of the circuit breaker (10).

[0179] Accordingly, the blower member (230) can apply a transfer force, i.e., a suction force, in a direction from the bottom to the top to the fluid remaining inside or outside the outer frame (100).

[0180] At this time, the blower member (230) may be positioned on one side of the width direction portion of the blower body (210) facing the terminal (120), i.e., on the front side in the illustrated embodiment. As described above, the bulkhead member joining groove (220) is also positioned on the one side of the width direction portion of the blower body (210) facing the terminal (120). Therefore, it can be said that the blower member (230) is positioned adjacent to the bulkhead member joining groove (220).

[0181] A plurality of blower members (230) may be provided. The plurality of blower members (230) may be arranged at different locations and positioned above the plurality of terminals (120). In the illustrated embodiment, three blower members (230) are provided, including a first blower member (231), a second blower member (232), and a third blower member (233).

[0182] The first blower member (231) is located on one side of the blower body (210) in the longitudinal direction, on the left side in the illustrated embodiment. The first blower member (231) is located above the first terminal (121) located on the left side, and applies a suction force to the fluid staying at or near the first terminal (121).

[0183] The second blower member (232) is located at the middle portion in the longitudinal direction of the blower body (210). The second blower member (232) is located between the first blower member (231) and the third blower member (233). The second blower member (232) is located above the second terminal (122) located at the central portion, and applies a suction force to the fluid staying at or near the second terminal (122).

[0184] The third blower member (233) is located on the other side of the blower body (210) in the longitudinal direction, on the right side in the illustrated embodiment. The third blower member (233) is located above the third terminal (123) located on the right side, and applies a suction force to the fluid staying at or near the third terminal (123).

[0185] The first to third blower members (231, 232, 233) can be operated independently of each other. In other words, the first to third blower members (231, 232, 233) can be operated simultaneously or at different times to provide conveying forces of the same or different magnitudes.

[0186] Accordingly, the cooling effects of the first to third terminals (121, 122, 123) can also be formed independently as needed. Accordingly, the cooling efficiency of the terminal (120) can be improved.

[0187] At this time, a plurality of bulkhead member joining grooves (220) and a plurality of blower members (230) are arranged alternately along the longitudinal direction of the blower body (210). That is, a first blower member (231), a first bulkhead member joining groove (221), a second blower member (232), a second bulkhead member joining groove (222), and a third blower member (233) are arranged sequentially along the longitudinal direction of the blower body (210), i.e., the left-right direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0188] Accordingly, the fluid flowing by the conveying force applied by the first blower member (231) and the second blower member (232) is not arbitrarily mixed inside the circuit breaker (10) by the first bulkhead member (300a). In addition, the fluid flowing by the conveying force applied by the second blower member (232) and the third blower member (233) is not arbitrarily mixed inside the circuit breaker (10) by the second bulkhead member (300b).

[0189] Accordingly, the fluid can flow smoothly and cool the terminal (120), and the cooling efficiency of the terminal (120) can be improved because the pre-heated fluid, i.e., the fluid that has pre-cooled the terminal (120), does not flow to another terminal (120).

[0190] The bulkhead member (300) is configured to prevent the fluid cooling any one of the plurality of terminals (120) from being randomly mixed with other fluids inside the circuit breaker (10). The bulkhead member (300) is positioned between the plurality of terminals (120) or the plurality of blower members (230). The bulkhead member (300) physically partitions the space through which the fluid flows toward each terminal (121, 122, 123) or each blower member (231, 232, 233).

[0191] The bulkhead member (300) is coupled with the outer frame (100). Specifically, one side of the bulkhead member (300) in the height direction, the lower side in the illustrated embodiment, is coupled with the bulkhead member coupling protrusion (150) and is supported by the bulkhead member support member (140).

[0192] The bulkhead member (300) is coupled to the blower assembly (200). The bulkhead member (300) is inserted into the bulkhead member coupling groove (220) on the other side in the height direction, the upper side in the illustrated embodiment, and supports the blower body (210).

[0193] The bulkhead member (300) may be formed of a material with high heat resistance and electrical insulation. This is to prevent damage caused by heat generated from the terminal (120) and to prevent arbitrary current flow with other components of the circuit breaker (10). In one embodiment, the bulkhead member (300) may be formed of a synthetic resin material.

[0194] A plurality of bulkhead members (300) may be provided. The plurality of bulkhead members (300) may be spaced apart from each other and may be respectively coupled with a plurality of bulkhead member coupling protrusions (150) and a plurality of bulkhead member coupling grooves (220). The plurality of bulkhead members (300) may be positioned between a plurality of terminals (120) along the width direction of the frame body (110), i.e., the left-right direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0195] In the illustrated embodiment, the bulkhead member (300) is provided as a pair including a first bulkhead member (300a) and a second bulkhead member (300b).

[0196] The first bulkhead member (300a) is inserted into the first bulkhead member joining groove (221) located on the left side and is positioned between the first terminal (121) and the second terminal (122) or between the first blower member (231) and the second blower member (232). The first bulkhead member (300a) physically partitions the space between the first terminal (121) and the first blower member (231) and the space between the second terminal (122) and the second blower member (232).

[0197] The second bulkhead member (300b) is inserted into the second bulkhead member joining groove (222) located on the right side and is positioned between the second terminal (122) and the third terminal (123) or between the second blower member (232) and the third blower member (233). The second bulkhead member (300b) physically partitions the space between the second terminal (122) and the second blower member (232) and the space between the third terminal (123) and the third blower member (233).

[0198] The first bulkhead member (300a) and the second bulkhead member (300b) are arranged facing each other with the second terminal (122) or the second blower member (232) interposed therebetween.

[0199] The first bulkhead member (300a) and the second bulkhead member (300b) differ in their placement positions, but their structures and functions are identical. Accordingly, the common contents of the first bulkhead member (300a) and the second bulkhead member (300b) are collectively referred to as the bulkhead member (300) hereinafter.

[0200] In the embodiments illustrated in FIGS. 9 to 12, the bulkhead member (300) includes a bulkhead body (310), a bulkhead cavity (320), and a blower member joint (330).

[0201] The bulkhead body (310) constitutes the body of the bulkhead member (300). The bulkhead body (310) is a portion where the bulkhead member (300) is coupled with the external frame (100) and the blower assembly (200). One side in the height direction of the bulkhead body (310), the lower side in the illustrated embodiment, is coupled with the bulkhead member coupling protrusion (150) of the external frame (100) and is supported by the bulkhead member support (140). The other side in the height direction of the bulkhead body (310), the upper side in the illustrated embodiment, is received in the bulkhead member coupling groove (220) and is supported by the blower body (210).

[0202] The bulkhead body (310) extends between the bulkhead member support (140) and the blower assembly (200). In the illustrated embodiment, the bulkhead body (310) extends in the vertical direction.

[0203] A bulkhead cavity (320) is formed inside the bulkhead body (310). The bulkhead body (310) at least partially surrounds the bulkhead cavity (320). In the illustrated embodiment, the bulkhead body (310) surrounds each side in the width direction of the bulkhead cavity (320), i.e., the left and right sides, and one side in the length direction, i.e., the front side.

[0204] The bulkhead body (310) is coupled with the blower member coupling portion (330). The bulkhead body (310) can be coupled with the blower body (210) via the blower member coupling portion (330). In the illustrated embodiment, the blower member coupling portion (330) is positioned on one side of the bulkhead body (310) in the height direction, i.e., on the outer surface of the upper side.

[0205] The bulkhead body (310) is supported by the bulkhead member support (140) by being coupled with the bulkhead member coupling protrusion (150), and may have any shape that can be accommodated in the bulkhead member coupling groove (220). In the illustrated embodiment, the bulkhead body (310) has a rectangular cross-section in which the length in the left-right direction is a second width (W2), the length in the front-back direction is a second length (L2), and is formed to have a height in the vertical direction.

[0206] As described above, the second width (W2) may be less than or equal to the first width (W1). In addition, the second length (L2) may be less than or equal to the first length (L1). Accordingly, the bulkhead body (310) may be fitted into the bulkhead member joining groove (220). In addition, in the above embodiment, the width of the bulkhead member joining protrusion (150), i.e., the length in the left-right direction, may be less than or equal to the second width (W2).

[0207] In addition, the height of the bulkhead body (310) may be greater than or equal to the shortest distance between the bulkhead member support (140) and the blower body (210). Accordingly, the bulkhead body (310) may be supported by the bulkhead member support (140) and may be at least partially exposed to the upper side of the blower body (210) while being inserted into the bulkhead member joining groove (220). As a result, the blower member joining portion (330) located on the upper side of the bulkhead body (310) may be joined with the blower body (210).

[0208] The space formed inside the bulkhead body (310) is defined as a bulkhead cavity (320).

[0209] The bulkhead cavity (320) is a space formed inside the bulkhead body (310). The bulkhead cavity (320) is defined by being at least partially surrounded by the bulkhead body (310). In the illustrated embodiment, the bulkhead cavity (320) is defined by being surrounded by the front, left, and right sides of the bulkhead body (310).

[0210] The bulkhead cavity (320) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the bulkhead body (310). In the illustrated embodiment, the bulkhead cavity (320) is formed as a polygonal prism-shaped space having a width in the left-right direction longer than the length in the front-back direction and a height in the up-down direction.

[0211] At this time, it will be understood that the width of the bulkhead hollow (320) is less than the second width (W2), and the length of the bulkhead hollow (320) is less than the second length (L2).

[0212] As the bulkhead cavity (320) is formed, the weight of the entire bulkhead member (300) can be reduced. Accordingly, the installation of the bulkhead member (300) can be easily performed, and even when the bulkhead member (300) is provided, the increase in the weight of the entire circuit breaker (10) can be minimized.

[0213] One longitudinal side of the bulkhead hollow (320), in the illustrated embodiment, the rear side, is formed open. That is, among each side of the bulkhead hollow (320), the side where the bulkhead member (300) is inserted into the bulkhead member joining groove (220) is formed open.

[0214] Accordingly, when the bulkhead member (300) is inserted into the bulkhead member joining groove (220), it can be easily inserted into the bulkhead member joining groove (220) in a state where the distance between a pair of surfaces located on the one side, i.e., the rear side, of the bulkhead body (310) is reduced. In addition, when the insertion of the bulkhead member (300) is completed, the pair of surfaces are separated from each other and restored to their original shape, and the bulkhead member (300) can be supported by the blower body (210).

[0215] In addition, as the rear side of the bulkhead hollow (320) is formed open, the bulkhead member (300) can be coupled with the bulkhead member coupling protrusion (150) not only in the height direction but also in the length direction. Accordingly, the bulkhead member (300) can be moved in the horizontal direction and simultaneously coupled with the external frame (100) and the blower assembly (200).

[0216] Each side in the height direction of the bulkhead hollow (320), the upper side and the lower side in the illustrated embodiment, are formed as open. At this time, a bulkhead member coupling protrusion (150) is accommodated on one side in the height direction of the bulkhead hollow (320), the lower side in the illustrated embodiment. The bulkhead member coupling protrusion (150) can be supported by the surface of the bulkhead body (310) surrounding the bulkhead hollow (320).

[0217] The blower member coupling portion (330) constitutes another portion where the bulkhead member (300) is coupled to the blower assembly (200). The blower member coupling portion (330) at least partially accommodates the blower body (210) and supports the blower body (210).

[0218] The blower member coupling portion (330) is coupled to the bulkhead body (310). The blower member coupling portion (330) is located on one side of the bulkhead body (310) in the height direction, in the illustrated embodiment, at the upper end.

[0219] The blower member joint (330) extends along the outer periphery of the bulkhead body (310). In the illustrated embodiment, the blower member joint (330) is formed on the outer periphery of the bulkhead body (310) along the front-rear and left-right directions.

[0220] The blower member coupling portion (330) is coupled to and supports the blower body (210). Specifically, the blower member coupling portion (330) accommodates a portion of the blower body (210) surrounding the bulkhead member coupling groove (220), and can support the portion in the thickness direction of the blower body (210).

[0221] To this end, in the illustrated embodiment, the blower member coupling portion (330) includes a settling protrusion (331), a support protrusion (332), and an insertion space (333).

[0222] The mounting protrusion (331) supports the blower body (210) on one side in the thickness direction, i.e., the upper side in the illustrated embodiment. The mounting protrusion (331) extends along the edge of the upper end of the bulkhead body (310). In the illustrated embodiment, the mounting protrusion (331) is configured to include a pair of parts extending in the front-rear direction. The mounting protrusion (331) is formed to protrude in the width direction, i.e., the left-right direction, from the outer surface of the bulkhead body (310).

[0223] The mounting protrusion (331) surrounds the above-mentioned portion of the blower body (210) on one side in the thickness direction, in the illustrated embodiment, on the upper side. In one embodiment, the mounting protrusion (331) may be mounted on the upper surface of the above-mentioned portion of the blower body (210).

[0224] The support protrusion (332) supports the blower body (210) from the other side in the thickness direction, i.e., the lower side in the illustrated embodiment. The support protrusion (332) is spaced apart from the upper end of the bulkhead body (310) downward by a predetermined distance and extends along the outer surface of the bulkhead body (310). In the illustrated embodiment, the support protrusion (332) is configured to include a pair of parts extending in the front-back direction. The support protrusion (332) is formed to protrude in the width direction, i.e., in the left-right direction, from the outer surface of the bulkhead body (310).

[0225] In one embodiment, the shape of the support protrusion (332) can be formed to correspond to the shape of the settling protrusion (331).

[0226] The support protrusion (332) supports the above-mentioned portion of the blower body (210) from the other side in the thickness direction, in the illustrated embodiment from the lower side. In one embodiment, the above-mentioned portion of the blower body (210) can be secured to the support protrusion (332).

[0227] The support protrusion (332) is positioned with respect to the mounting protrusion (331) in the height direction of the bulkhead body (310), and in the vertical direction in the illustrated embodiment. The space formed between the support protrusion (332) and the mounting protrusion (331) can be defined as an insertion space (333).

[0228] The insertion space (333) is a space where the blower member coupling portion (330) accommodates the blower body (210). The insertion space (333) is formed by a mounting protrusion (331) and a supporting protrusion (332) being spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction. In other words, the insertion space (333) is a space formed between the mounting protrusion (331) and the supporting protrusion (332).

[0229] In the direction from the upper side to the lower side of the bulkhead body (310), a mounting protrusion (331), an insertion space (333), and a support protrusion (332) are sequentially arranged. The mounting protrusion (331) and the support protrusion (332) are arranged to face each other with the insertion space (333) interposed between them along the height direction of the bulkhead body (310), i.e., the up-down direction in the illustrated embodiment.

[0230] The insertion space (333) accommodates the inner circumference of a portion of the blower body (210) surrounding the bulkhead member joining groove (220). The insertion space (333) may have a shape corresponding to the shape of the inner circumference of the portion of the blower body (210). In the illustrated embodiment, the insertion space (333) is configured to include a pair of portions extending in the front-rear direction.

[0231] At this time, each side in the extension direction of the insertion space (333), the front side and the rear side in the illustrated embodiment, are formed as open. The inner periphery of the above-mentioned part of the blower body (210) can be introduced into the insertion space (333) through one side in the extension direction of the insertion space (333), the rear side in the illustrated embodiment.

[0232] The insertion space (333) may be formed to have a predetermined height, i.e., a vertical length in the illustrated embodiment. In one embodiment, the insertion space (333) may be formed to have a height greater than the thickness of the blower body (210).

[0233] The width of the insertion space (333), the length in the left and right directions in the illustrated embodiment, can be determined corresponding to the protrusion lengths of the fixing protrusion (331) and the supporting protrusion (332).

[0234]

[0235] Referring to FIGS. 13 to 15, the coupling structure of each component of a circuit breaker (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated as an example.

[0236] Referring to Fig. 13, the outer frame (100) is coupled to and supports the bulkhead member (300). In addition, the outer frame (100) is coupled to and supports the blower assembly (200). Furthermore, the blower assembly (200) and the bulkhead member (300) are coupled to and support each other.

[0237] In the above state, the first blower member (231) is electrically connected to the first power supply unit (161) by the first wire (e1). The first blower member (231) is positioned above the first terminal (121) and applies a conveying force in a downward-to-upward direction to the fluid remaining at or near the first terminal (121).

[0238] The second blower member (232) is electrically connected to the second power supply unit (162) by a second wire (e2). The second blower member (232) is positioned above the second terminal (122) and applies a conveying force in a downward-to-upward direction to the fluid remaining at or near the second terminal (122).

[0239] The third blower member (233) is electrically connected to the third power supply unit (163) by a third wire (e3). The third blower member (233) is positioned above the third terminal (123) and applies a conveying force in a downward-to-upward direction to the fluid remaining at or near the third terminal (123).

[0240] Referring to FIG. 14, a state is illustrated in which the space between each terminal (121, 122, 123) and each blower member (231, 232, 233) is physically partitioned by a bulkhead member (300).

[0241] That is, the second bulkhead member (300b) extends between the bulkhead member support (140) and the blower body (210). Accordingly, the second bulkhead member (300b) can physically partition the space between the second terminal (122) and the second blower member (232) and the space between the third terminal (123) and the third blower member (233). Accordingly, the fluid that cools the second terminal (122) and the fluid that cools the third terminal (123) do not flow back into the circuit breaker (10) or are arbitrarily mixed inside the circuit breaker (10).

[0242] Although not shown in a separate enlarged view, the first bulkhead member (300a) can also physically partition the space between the first terminal (121) and the first blower member (231) and the space between the second terminal (122) and the second blower member (232). Accordingly, the fluid that cools the first terminal (121) and the fluid that cools the second terminal (122) may not flow back into the circuit breaker (10) or be randomly mixed inside the circuit breaker (10).

[0243] As a result, with the bulkhead member (300) provided, heat generated at each terminal (121, 122, 123) can be heat exchanged with the fluid flowing by the conveying force applied by each blower member (231, 232, 233). Accordingly, each terminal (121, 122, 123) can be cooled independently of each other, thereby improving cooling efficiency.

[0244] Referring to FIG. 15, a process of discharging heat generated in a circuit breaker (10) according to an embodiment of the present invention is illustrated as an example.

[0245] As the circuit breaker (10) operates, heat is generated in a pair of terminals (120) that are spaced apart from each other in the vertical direction. When the blower member (230) located above the terminals (120) operates, a conveying force is applied to the fluid inside the circuit breaker (10). The fluid flows in the direction toward the blower member (230) and exchanges heat with the terminals (120), so that the terminals (120) can be cooled.

[0246] Considering that the direction of heat movement is from the bottom to the top, the cooling efficiency of the terminal (120) can be improved as the blower member (230) forms a transfer force in the direction from the bottom to the top.

[0247] Additionally, in an embodiment in which a plurality of terminals (121, 122, 123) are provided, a plurality of blower members (231, 232, 233) are provided so that each of the plurality of terminals (121, 122, 123) can be cooled. Furthermore, the space between the plurality of terminals (121, 122, 123) and the plurality of blower members (231, 232, 233) is physically partitioned by a plurality of bulkhead members (300a, 300b).

[0248] Accordingly, each terminal (121, 122, 123) is cooled independently of each other, and the fluid that has exchanged heat with each terminal (121, 122, 123) does not flow back. As a result, the cooling efficiency of the terminal (120) can be improved.
