Abstract
Description
Cleaning kit and cleaning device equipped therewith
[0001] The present invention relates to a cleaning kit and a cleaning device having the same, and more particularly, to a cleaning kit for cleaning a cooking chamber of a cooking appliance and a cleaning device having the same.
[0002] Cooking appliances are a type of home appliance used for cooking food. They are installed in kitchens and cook food according to the user's preferences. These cooking appliances can be categorized in various ways based on the heat source, form, or type of fuel used.
[0003] Cooking appliances can be categorized by their cooking method. They can be categorized into open and closed types, based on the space in which the food is placed. Closed types include ovens and microwave ovens, while open types include cooktops and hobs.
[0004] A closed cooking appliance is a cooking appliance that seals the space where food is placed and heats the sealed space to cook the food. A closed cooking appliance includes a cooking chamber. The cooking chamber is the space where food is placed and is sealed when cooking. This cooking chamber is essentially the space where the food is cooked.
[0005] The above sealed cooking appliances are broadly classified into gas ovens and electric ovens depending on the type of heat source.
[0006] A gas oven is a cooking appliance that uses gas as fuel. These ovens ignite gas by supplying it to a burner, and use the resulting flame to cook food.
[0007] Electric ovens, unlike gas ovens, are cooking appliances that use electricity as a heat source. These electric ovens may be equipped with at least one heater and use the heat emitted by the heater to cook food.
[0008] Electric ovens offer advantages over gas ovens: faster cooking, higher thermal efficiency, and greater stability. Consequently, their use has been increasing in recent years.
[0009] Electric ovens can also be equipped with high-frequency electrical components, such as magnetrons, to enable cooking a variety of foods. These types of electric ovens can additionally cook food using high-frequency waves, or they can use the heat from a heater and the high-frequency waves from electrical components like magnetrons to cook food.
[0010] As described above, a sealed cooking appliance can heat food by applying at least one of heat and high frequency to food placed in a sealed cooking chamber. During the process of heating food by such a sealed cooking appliance, some of the food may splash and stick to the ceiling, walls, floor, etc. of the cooking chamber (hereinafter referred to as “inner walls of the cooking chamber”), and oil vapor generated from food, including meat, may float inside the cooking chamber and stick to the inner walls of the cooking chamber, thereby contaminating the inner walls of the cooking chamber.
[0011] In this way, food particles, oil vapor, etc. (hereinafter referred to as “contaminants”) that are attached (adhered) to the inner walls of the kitchen, if left unattended, can easily become hardened and difficult to clean (remove).
[0012] Especially in closed cooking appliances where the heater is installed at the top of the cooking chamber, it becomes quite difficult for a person's hand to touch the ceiling of the cooking chamber due to the heater installed at the top of the cooking chamber.
[0013] Therefore, contaminants on the ceiling of the kitchen are difficult to remove before they become firmly fixed, and if left to become fixed, they become very difficult to remove.
[0014] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a cleaning kit and a cleaning device having the same that can easily and conveniently remove contaminants attached to the inner wall of a chamber.
[0015] Another object of the present invention is to provide a cleaning kit and a cleaning device having the same that can reduce the difficulty of cleaning work targeting the inner wall of a chamber.

As an example, the main cover part (142) can be formed in a shape corresponding to the first surface (112), for example, a circular shape.
[0123] The side cover portion (143) can extend axially from the outer surface of the main cover portion (142). This side cover portion (143) is provided so as to cover the third surface (114) from the radially outer side of the third surface (114).
[0124] The edge cover portion (144) can extend in a radial direction from an end of the side cover portion (143). This edge cover portion (144) is provided so as to cover a portion of the second surface (113) from the other axial side.
[0125] As an example, the frame cover portion (144) may be formed in a ring shape with a hollow formed therein. The supporter (110) may be inserted into the cover (140) through the hollow formed in the frame cover portion (144). For example, the support shaft (115) may pass through the plate cover portion (141) through the hollow formed in the frame cover portion (144) and be inserted into the shaft cover portion (145), and the support plate (111) may be inserted into the plate cover portion (141) through the hollow formed in the frame cover portion (144).
[0126] When the support plate (111) is inserted into the plate cover portion (141), the main cover portion (142) covers the support plate (111) on one axial side and the edge cover portion (144) covers the support plate (111) on the other axial side, so that the support plate (111) and the plate cover portion (141) can be joined together.
[0127] In this embodiment, it is exemplified that the cover (140) is formed of a material that is softer and more elastically deformable than the material of the supporter (110). Since the cover (140) is formed of a material that is elastically deformable, the supporter (110) can be easily inserted into the cover (140), and the cover (140) can be closely attached to the supporter (110) and firmly coupled to the supporter (110).
[0128] The cover (140) as described above can prevent direct collision between the inner wall of the chamber and the supporter (110) and can mitigate the impact that the cleaning kit (100) exerts on the inner wall of the chamber when the cleaning kit (100) collides with the inner wall of the chamber. In addition, the cover (140) can be detachably connected to the supporter (110), thereby providing the effect of easy replacement when necessary.
[0129] [Example of a connecting member]
[0130] Fig. 5 is a perspective view showing a first example of a connecting member, and Fig. 6 is a plan view showing the unfolded state of the connecting member shown in Fig. 5. In addition, Fig. 7 is a bottom view showing the unfolded state of the connecting member shown in Fig. 5, and Figs. 8 and 9 are plan views showing the process of the connecting member shown in Fig. 5 being coupled to a supporter.
[0131] Referring to FIGS. 4 to 7, the connecting member (130) may include a cleaning member coupling portion (131). The cleaning member coupling portion (131) may be positioned between the support plate (111) and the cleaning member (120) and coupled to the supporter (110). This cleaning member coupling portion (131) may be detachably coupled to the cleaning member (120).
[0132] In addition, the connecting member (130) may further include a supporter coupling portion (133, 135). The supporter coupling portion (133, 135) is provided to be able to couple the cleaning member coupling portion (131) to the supporter (110). This supporter coupling portion (133, 135) may be detachably coupled to the supporter (110).
[0133] As an example, the supporter coupling portion (133, 135) may include a first supporter coupling portion (133) and a second supporter coupling portion (135). The first supporter coupling portion (133) may be provided in a form connected to the cleaning member coupling portion (131). The second supporter coupling portion (135) may be provided in a form connected to the cleaning member coupling portion (131) while being spaced apart from the first supporter coupling portion (133) with the cleaning member coupling portion (131) interposed therebetween.
[0134] When the connecting member (130) is connected to the supporter (110), at least a portion of the first supporter connecting portion (133) may be arranged axially spaced from the cleaning member connecting portion (131) with the support plate (111) interposed therebetween. At this time, the cleaning member connecting portion (131) may be arranged on the other axial side of the support plate (111), and at least a portion of the first supporter connecting portion (133) may be arranged on one axial side of the support plate (111).
[0135] In addition, in the above state, at least a portion of the second supporter coupling portion (135) may be arranged to be axially spaced from the cleaning member coupling portion (131) with the support plate (111) interposed therebetween. At this time, at least a portion of the second supporter coupling portion (135) may be arranged on one axial side of the support plate (111) and may be axially coupled with the first supporter coupling portion (133).
[0136] According to the present embodiment, the connecting member (130) can be formed by one plate (1). That is, the cleaning member connecting portion (131), the first supporter connecting portion (133), and the second supporter connecting portion (135) can be formed integrally by one plate (1).
[0137] In addition, the cleaning member joining portion (131) formed by one plate (1) as described above, the first supporter joining portion (133) and the second supporter joining portion (135) are connected so as to form the same plane. In addition, the first supporter joining portion (133) and the second supporter joining portion (135) can be foldably connected to the cleaning member joining portion (131), respectively.
[0138] As an example, the plate (1) may be formed as a rectangular member having a long side and a short side. In such a plate (1), two bend lines may be arranged spaced apart from each other along the long side direction of the plate (1). Each bend line (2) may be formed as a straight line parallel to the short side of the plate (1).
[0139] The above plate (1) can be bent into a "C" shape with the bend line (2) as the center. Among the three surfaces formed thereby, the surface positioned at the center of the longitudinal direction of the plate (1) forms a cleaning member joining portion (131), and the surfaces bent around the cleaning member joining portion (131) can form a first supporter joining portion (133) and a second supporter joining portion (135), respectively.
[0140] When the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135) are folded, the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135) can form a plane parallel to the plane formed by the cleaning member coupling portion (131), respectively. The first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135) can form a plane parallel to the plane formed by the support plate (111) when the connecting member (130) is coupled to the supporter (110).
[0141] With respect to the longitudinal direction, the length of each of the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135) may be more than half the length of the support plate (111). Accordingly, the coupling between the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135) may be formed in a state where at least a portion of the first supporter coupling portion (133) and at least a portion of the second supporter coupling portion (135) overlap each other in the axial direction. In addition, the support shaft (115) penetrates at least a portion of the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135) that are coupled to each other in this manner.
[0142] As an example, the connecting member (130) may include Velcro. For example, the plate (1) may be provided in the form of a Velcro having a surface on which a plurality of hooks are arranged and a back surface on which a plurality of hooks are arranged, and the connecting member (130) may be formed by the plate (1) provided in the form of a Velcro in this way. The surface of the Velcro may form one of the two sides of the plate (1), and the back surface of the Velcro may form the other of the two sides of the plate (1).
[0143] In the connecting member (130) formed as described above, the surface of the cleaning member connecting portion (131) facing the cleaning member (120) may be formed as a surface of Velcro. That is, a plurality of hooks may be arranged on the surface of the cleaning member connecting portion (131) facing the cleaning member (120). One surface of the cleaning member connecting portion (131) formed as described above may be detachably connected to the cleaning member (120) that is provided to be attachable to the surface of the Velcro.
[0144] And, among the first supporter connecting portions (133), the surface that connects with the second supporter connecting portion (135) may be formed as one of the front and back surfaces of the Velcro, and among the second supporter connecting portions (135), the surface that connects with the first supporter connecting portion (133) may be formed as the other of the front and back surfaces of the Velcro.
[0145] For example, when the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135) are folded around the cleaning member coupling portion (131), the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135) can be coupled in the axial direction, and at this time, the coupling of the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135) can be achieved by coupling between the front and back surfaces of the Velcro.
[0146] In addition, the connecting member (130) may be provided with insertion grooves (134, 136). The insertion grooves (134, 136) may be provided in at least one of the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135). In the present embodiment, it is exemplified that the insertion grooves (134, 136) are provided in both the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135).
[0147] The insertion groove (134, 136) is provided so that the support shaft (115) can be inserted into the insertion groove (134, 136). This insertion groove (134, 136) can be formed in a shape in which a portion of the first supporter coupling portion (133) or the second supporter coupling portion (135) is sunken.
[0148] As an example, the insertion grooves (134, 136) may be formed in a shape in which a portion of the end of the plate (1) along the longitudinal direction is sunken toward the inside of the plate (1) along the longitudinal direction. For example, the insertion grooves (134, 136) may be formed at the end of the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the end of the second supporter coupling portion (135) along the longitudinal direction, respectively, and the insertion grooves (134, 136) may be formed in a shape in which the end of the first supporter coupling portion (133) or the second supporter coupling portion (135) is sunken in the longitudinal direction.
[0149] When the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135) are coupled, the insertion groove (134) formed in the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the insertion groove (136) formed in the second supporter coupling portion (135) can be axially connected. The insertion grooves (134, 136) formed in this manner can form a passage in the connecting member (130) necessary for the support shaft (115) to pass through the connecting member (130) when the connecting member (130) is coupled to the supporter (110).
[0150] Meanwhile, a recessed portion (3) may be provided in the connecting member (130). The recessed portion (3) may be provided between at least one of the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135) and the cleaning member coupling portion (131). In the present embodiment, it is exemplified that the recessed portions (3) are provided between the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the cleaning member coupling portion (131), and between the second supporter coupling portion (135) and the cleaning member coupling portion (131). In addition, in the present embodiment, it is exemplified that the recessed portions (3) are provided on both sides in the short-side direction of the plate (1).
[0151] The recessed portion (3) may be formed in a shape in which a portion of the end of the plate (1) along the short-side direction is recessed toward the inside of the plate (1) along the short-side direction. As an example, the recessed portion (3) may be formed in a shape in which a portion of the plate (1) is cut from the end of the plate (1) along the short-side direction in the short-side direction.
[0152] As an example, each recessed portion (3) may be formed in a shape in which the width along the long side direction increases as it gets closer to the end of the plate (1) along the short side direction. For example, each recessed portion (3) may be formed in a shape in which the portion of the plate (1) where the fold line (2) is formed is shaped like a wedge.
[0153] By the recessed portion (3) formed in this way, not only can the folding positions of the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135) be effectively guided, but also the folding of the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135) can be accomplished more easily.
[0154] In addition, by the recessed portion (3) formed as described above, the shape of the cleaning member joining portion (131) can be made to be close to a circle, for example, a hexagon, which is the shape of the support plate (111), so that the rotation area of the supporter (110) and the rotation area of the connecting member (130) can be formed similarly.
[0155] The connecting member (130) of the present embodiment formed as described above can be installed on the supporter (110) by the connection between the first supporter connecting portion (133) and the second supporter connecting portion (135).
[0156] For example, as illustrated in FIGS. 7 and 8, the connecting member (130) is unfolded so that the back of the Velcro faces the supporting plate (111), and the first supporter coupling portion (133) can be folded while the supporting plate (111) is placed on the connecting member (130). At this time, the supporting plate (111) is arranged between the cleaning member coupling portion (131) and the first supporter coupling portion (133), and the first supporter coupling portion (133) covers the supporting plate (111) on one axial side.
[0157] In this way, when the first supporter coupling part (133) covers the support plate (111), the back side of the Velcro in the first supporter coupling part (133) may face the support plate (111) and the surface of the Velcro may be exposed in the opposite direction. In addition, the support shaft (115) may pass through the first supporter coupling part (133) through the insertion groove (134) formed in the first supporter coupling part (133).
[0158] In the above state, as illustrated in Fig. 9, the second supporter coupling portion (135) can be folded. The second supporter coupling portion (135) folded in this manner can cover the first supporter coupling portion (133) on one axial side. In addition, the support shaft (115) can pass through the first supporter coupling portion (133) through the insertion groove (136) formed in the second supporter coupling portion (135).
[0159] At this time, in the second supporter coupling portion (135), the back side of the Velcro may face the support plate (111) and the first supporter coupling portion (133), and the surface of the Velcro may be exposed in the opposite direction. That is, when the first supporter coupling portion (133) and the second supporter coupling portion (135) are sequentially folded, the back side of the Velcro provided in the second supporter coupling portion (135) faces the surface of the Velcro provided in the first supporter coupling portion (133) in the axial direction.
[0160] In this state, when the first supporter coupling part (133) is brought into close contact with the second supporter coupling part (135), the first supporter coupling part (133) and the second supporter coupling part (135) are coupled by the coupling between the surface and back of the Velcro. And, by the coupling between the first supporter coupling part (133) and the second supporter coupling part (135) formed in this manner, the connecting member (130) can be detachably installed on the supporter (110).
[0161] [Other examples of connecting elements]
[0162] The above-described form of the connecting member is merely one embodiment of the present invention, and various modified embodiments related to the connecting member may be provided by the present invention. Various modified embodiments of the connecting member are exemplified below.
[0163] Fig. 10 is a drawing showing a second example of a connecting member, and Fig. 11 is a plan view showing an unfolded state of the connecting member shown in Fig. 10. In addition, Fig. 12 is a perspective view showing a third example of a connecting member, and Fig. 13 is a cross-sectional view showing a state in which the connecting member shown in Fig. 12 is coupled to a supporter. In addition, Fig. 14 is a cross-sectional view showing a fourth example of a connecting member, and is a drawing showing a state in which the connecting member and the cleaning member are separated, and Fig. 15 is a cross-sectional view showing a coupled state of the connecting member and the cleaning member shown in Fig. 14.
[0164] First, referring to FIGS. 10 and 11, in the cleaning kit (200) according to the second embodiment of the present invention, the connecting member (230) may be provided to have a shape close to a cylinder when installed on the supporter (110). In this connecting member (230), the cleaning member connecting portion (231) may be formed in a shape close to a circle, that is, in the shape of the support plate (111). For this purpose, the recessed portion (3) may be formed in a round shape.
[0165] In addition, the first supporter coupling portion (233) and the second supporter coupling portion (235) may also be formed in a shape corresponding to a portion of a circle formed by the cleaning member coupling portion (231). For example, the first supporter coupling portion (233) and the second supporter coupling portion (235) may be formed in a shape that does not protrude in the horizontal direction relative to the cleaning member coupling portion (231) when folded on one axial side of the cleaning member coupling portion (231).
[0166] The connecting member (230) formed in the shape described above can improve the stability of the rotational operation of the cleaning kit (200) by minimizing the presence of a portion of the connecting member (230) that is eccentric with respect to the rotational center of the supporter (110), and can also reduce the possibility of unnecessary collision between the inner wall of the cooking chamber and the connecting member (230).
[0167] Referring to FIGS. 12 and 13, in the cleaning kit (300) according to the third embodiment of the present invention, the connecting member (330) may be formed in a shape corresponding to the shape of the support plate (111), for example, in a circular shape.
[0168] As an example, the surface of the connecting member (330) facing the cleaning member (120) may be formed as a Velcro surface. That is, a plurality of hooks may be arranged on the surface of the connecting member (330) facing the cleaning member (120). One surface of the connecting member (330) formed in this manner may be detachably coupled to the cleaning member (120).
[0169] In addition, the surface of the connecting member (330) facing the support plate (111) can be attached to the support plate (111). At this time, the connecting member (330) can be attached to the support plate (111) using an adhesive or can be attached using a double-sided tape.
[0170] The connecting member (330) formed as described above can be manufactured to be very small and light and installed on the supporter (110), so that not only can the size and weight of the entire cleaning kit (300) be reduced, but also the rotational stability of the cleaning kit (300) can be improved.
[0171] Meanwhile, referring to FIGS. 13 and 14, in the cleaning kit (400) according to the fourth embodiment of the present invention, the connecting members (430, 435) may include snap buttons. For example, the connecting members (430, 435) may be provided in the form of snap buttons including top parts (430) and under parts (435) that are detachably coupled to each other. Either the top part (430) or the under part (435) may be installed on the supporter (110), and the other of the top part (430) or the under part (435) may be installed on the cleaning member (120).
[0172] For example, the top part (430) may be installed on the surface of the support plate (111) facing the cleaning member (120), and the under part (435) may be installed on the cleaning member (120). The coupling between the supporter (110) and the cleaning member (120) may be achieved by coupling between the top part (430) and the under part (435), and when the coupling between the top part (430) and the under part (435) is released, the coupling between the supporter (110) and the cleaning member (120) may also be released.
[0173] The connecting member (430, 435) formed as described above can be manufactured to be very small and light and installed on the supporter (110), so that not only can the size and weight of the entire cleaning kit (400) be reduced, but also the rotational stability of the cleaning kit (400) can be improved.
[0174] [Operation and effect of cleaning device]
[0175] Fig. 16 is a drawing showing an example of a cooking appliance, and Fig. 17 is a drawing showing the inside of the cooking appliance illustrated in Fig. 16. In addition, Fig. 18 is a perspective view showing a state of use of a cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present invention, and Fig. 19 is a cross-sectional view showing a state of use of a cleaning device according to an embodiment of the present invention.
[0176] Hereinafter, the operation and effect of the cleaning device of this embodiment will be described using an example of a case where the cleaning device cleans a cooking appliance among home appliances.
[0177] Referring to FIGS. 16 and 17, the cooking appliance has an exterior formed by a main body (10). The main body (10) may be provided in a shape that includes a roughly rectangular parallelepiped shape, and is formed of a material having a predetermined strength to protect a number of components installed in its internal space.
[0178] The above body (10) may include a cavity (11) forming the skeleton of the body (10), and a front plate (13) positioned in front of the cavity (11) to form the front of the body (10). A cooking chamber (12) is formed inside the cavity (11), and an opening that opens the cooking chamber (12) forward is formed inside the front plate (13).
[0179] A cooking chamber (12) is formed inside the main body (10). The cooking chamber (12) is formed in the shape of a hexahedron with an open front, and the internal space of the cooking chamber (12) is heated while the cooking chamber (12) is sealed to cook food. That is, in the cooking appliance, the internal space of the cooking chamber (12) is the space where food is actually cooked.
[0180] At the front of the main body (10), a door (15) is provided that can be rotated to selectively open and close the cooking chamber (12). The door (15) can open and close the cooking chamber (12) in a pull-down manner in which the upper part of the door (15) rotates up and down around the lower part.
[0181] In addition, the cooking appliance is provided with a heating unit that heats the cooking chamber (12). As an example of such a heating unit, a convection unit (17) that heats the internal space of the cooking chamber (12) by convection of hot air may be provided at the rear of the cooking chamber (12).
[0182] In addition, an upper heater (19) that heats the inner space of the cooking chamber (12) from the upper side may be provided as a heating unit on the upper side of the cooking chamber (11). The upper heater (19) is placed inside the cooking chamber (12) and may be installed at a position adjacent to the upper surface of the cavity (11).
[0183] The upper heater (19) includes a plurality of heat pipes (19a) that are arranged laterally spaced apart at a predetermined interval. The plurality of heat pipes (19a) are connected to each other at the front or rear of the upper heater (19) to form one upper heater (19). In addition, each heat pipe (19a) may be arranged spaced apart from the upper surface of the cavity (11) downward by a predetermined interval, for example, a interval in the range of about 5 to 10 mm.
[0184] The upper heater (19) is positioned so as to occupy most of the ceiling area of the cooking chamber (15). Accordingly, most of the ceiling area of the cooking chamber (12) is covered by the upper heater (19).
[0185] Referring to FIGS. 1 to 4, the cleaning device of the present embodiment is provided to be capable of cleaning the interior of a cooking appliance provided in the form described above. This cleaning device may be provided in a form in which a cleaning kit (100) is connected to a driving shaft (151) of a driving device (150).
[0186] The cleaning kit (100) may be provided in a form in which a supporter (110), a connecting member (130), and a cleaning member (120), each of which is provided separately, are combined. In other words, the cleaning kit (100) may be provided as a result of the connecting member (130) being installed on the supporter (110) and the cleaning member (120) being installed on the connecting member (130). At this time, the connecting member (130) may be detachably coupled to the supporter (110), and the cleaning member (120) may be detachably coupled to the connecting member (130).
[0187] For example, the connecting member (130) can be detachably connected to the supporter (110) by the connection between the first supporter connecting portion (133) and the second supporter connecting portion (135) that is formed by attaching the back side of the Velcro to the surface of the Velcro. In addition, the cleaning member (120) can be detachably connected to the connecting member (130) by attaching the cleaning member (120) to the surface of the Velcro provided in the cleaning member connecting portion (131).
[0188] In the cleaning kit (100) provided in this form, the cleaning member (120) and the connecting member (130) can be replaced as needed. For example, a cleaning member (120) that has become contaminated or damaged due to repeated use can be removed from the cleaning kit (100) and another cleaning member (120) can be installed on the connecting member (130), and another connecting member (130) can be installed on the supporter (110) instead of the damaged connecting member (130).
[0189] The cleaning device of the present embodiment is provided to clean the interior of a cooking appliance, as illustrated in FIGS. 18 and 19. This cleaning device may be provided in a form in which a cleaning kit (100) is connected to a driving shaft (151) of a driving device (150).
[0190] The cleaning device of the present embodiment can be inserted into the cooking chamber (12) to clean the inner wall of the cooking chamber (12). For example, when a user operates the driving device (150) while holding the driving device (150) by hand and pressing the cleaning kit (100) against the inner wall of the cooking chamber (12), the cleaning kit (100) can rotate while pressed against the inner wall of the cooking chamber (12), and accordingly, the cleaning member (120) can rub against the inner wall of the cooking chamber (12) to remove contaminants attached to the inner wall of the cooking chamber (12).
[0191] Among the contaminants attached to the inner wall of the cooking chamber (12), those that have not been removed for a long time or are firmly adhered are very difficult to remove. To remove such contaminants, the inner wall of the cooking chamber (12) with the contaminants must be scrubbed with great force for a long time using a cleaning material (120).
[0192] However, the task of scrubbing the inner wall of the cooking chamber (12) with a cleaning material (120) for a long time and with great force in the narrow space inside the cooking chamber (12) is inevitably a very arduous task. Furthermore, since the above task has to be performed in a narrow space with poor visibility, the problem of not being able to properly remove contaminants inevitably arises even if the arduous task is performed in a very difficult posture.
[0193] Considering these points, in the present embodiment, a cleaning kit (100) including a cleaning member (120) is used while being connected to a driving device (150). This cleaning kit (100) uses the power provided by the driving device (150) to rub the cleaning member (120) against the inner wall of the cooking chamber (12), thereby allowing the user to easily and conveniently remove contaminants attached to the inner wall of the cooking chamber (12) without exerting much force.
[0194] In addition, the cleaning kit (100) of the present embodiment and the cleaning device equipped therewith can enable the user to perform cleaning work by simply holding the driving device (150) with his / her hand and operating it without having to perform difficult movements repeatedly for a long time in a difficult posture.
[0195] The cleaning device of this embodiment can provide the effect of enabling the user to perform cleaning work with only easy and convenient movements, thereby enabling the user to efficiently remove contaminants while accurately confirming the location of the contaminants at ease.
[0196] The ceiling area of the cooking chamber (12) where the upper heater (19) is installed is one of the most difficult areas to clean within the cooking chamber (12). This is because it is difficult for a person's hand to reach the ceiling of the cooking chamber (12) due to the upper heater (19) installed on the upper surface of the cavity (11).
[0197] In particular, since the gap between the upper surface of the cavity (11) and the upper heater (19) is only a distance shorter than the thickness of a human finger, for example, an adult woman's finger, the area of the ceiling of the cooking chamber (12) covered by the upper heater (19) can be said to be the area that is most difficult to clean within the cooking chamber (12).
[0198] The cleaning device of this embodiment can provide an effect that enables cleaning of the ceiling area of the cooking room (12) to be easily and conveniently performed.
[0199] According to this embodiment, the user can perform cleaning work on the ceiling of the cooking chamber (12) while holding the driving device (150) by hand at a position spaced apart from the cleaning kit (100) by the length of the support shaft (115) and the driving shaft (151).
[0200] That is, the user can perform cleaning work on the ceiling of the cooking chamber (12) by simply operating the driving device (150) at a position sufficiently spaced from the upper heater (19), without having to put his hand into the space between the laterally spaced heating tubes (19a) or the space between the upper surface of the cavity (11) and the upper heater (19).
[0201] As an example, the cleaning member (120) may be provided in the form of a washcloth formed of an elastically deformable material. The volume of the cleaning member (120) may be reduced by pressure applied to the cleaning member (120), and when the force applied to the cleaning member (120) is released, the volume of the cleaning member (120) may be restored to its original state.
[0202] For example, when a user applies axial pressure to the cleaning device and brings the cleaning kit (100) into close contact with the inner wall of the cooking chamber (12), the axial length of the cleaning member (120) may be reduced as the cleaning member (120) is compressed. Hereinafter, the minimum axial length of the cleaning member (120) that may occur when the cleaning member (120) is compressed to the maximum is defined as the “minimum thickness of the cleaning member (120).”
[0203] According to the present embodiment, the axial length of the region including only the cleaning member (120), the connecting member (130), and the support plate (111) among the cleaning kit (100) may be set shorter than the gap between the upper surface of the cavity (11) and the upper heater (19). For example, the minimum thickness of the cleaning member (120) and the axial length of the connecting member (130) and the support plate (111) may be set shorter than the gap between the upper surface of the cavity (11) and the upper heater (19).
[0204] That is, the cleaning kit (100) of the present embodiment can be provided with a thickness that can be inserted into the space between the upper surface of the cavity (11) and the upper heater (19). Even if the cleaning kit (100) is normally maintained to be thicker than the gap between the upper surface of the cavity (11) and the upper heater (19), if the user applies axial pressure to the cleaning device to the extent that the cleaning member (120) is compressed to the maximum, the cleaning kit (100) can be provided with a thickness that can be inserted into the space between the upper surface of the cavity (11) and the upper heater (19).
[0205] The cleaning kit (100) provided as described above can be inserted into the space between the upper surface of the cavity (11) and the upper heater (19) as needed, and can rub against the inner wall of the cooking chamber (12) while being inserted into the space between the upper surface of the cavity (11) and the upper heater (19), so that contaminants attached to the area of the ceiling of the cooking chamber (12) covered by the upper heater (19) can be efficiently removed.
[0206] The cleaning kit (100) of the present embodiment as described above and the cleaning device having the same can provide an effect that allows the user to easily and conveniently remove contaminants attached to the inner wall of the cooking chamber (12) without exerting much force by frictionally applying the cleaning member (120) to the inner wall of the cooking chamber (12) using the power provided by the driving device (150).
[0207] In addition, the cleaning kit (100) of the present embodiment and the cleaning device equipped therewith can effectively reduce the difficulty of the cleaning task by allowing the user to perform the cleaning task only with the easy and convenient action of holding and operating the driving device (150) by hand without having to perform difficult actions repeatedly for a long time in a difficult posture.
[0208] In addition, the cleaning kit (100) of the present embodiment can effectively remove contaminants attached to an area of the wall of the cooking chamber (12) covered by the upper heater (19), thereby contributing to providing improved results in cleaning work targeting the cooking appliance.
