Abstract
Description
Seller-Brand Matching, Contract, and Settlement Support System and Method
[0001] The present invention relates to a system that matches sellers who act as agents for advertising and selling products of other entities, such as influencers and bloggers, with brands that plan and manufacture products, supports the conclusion of contracts between them, and supports the sales and settlement of contracted products.
[0002] The content described in this section merely provides background information for the present embodiment and does not constitute prior art.
[0003] This research was supported by the Ministry of SMEs and Startups, Small and Medium Business Technology Innovation Development (SME Accounting) Project [Small Business Owner-Social Seller Matching and Sales Platform, Cami Partner Center, Project Identification Number: 1425176712, Subproject Number: 00255887].
[0004] Influencer marketing is a marketing strategy that leverages influential social media influencers to promote products or services. Influencers often have large followings based on their expertise or interests in a specific field. Their content can inform consumers about products or services, influencing their purchasing decisions. Brands, whether they sell or manufacture products, can effectively increase awareness, increase conversion rates, and strengthen customer loyalty through influencer marketing.
[0005] Traditionally, influencer marketing involved brands selecting specific sellers and requesting them to post advertisements or reviews. However, recent trends have shifted to sellers building their own brands and selling products through group purchases, or collaborating with brands to plan new products and selling them through group purchases.
[0006] In other words, rather than brands unilaterally searching for sellers, there are increasingly more cases in which sellers also search for brands that fit their expertise and areas of interest, and influencer marketing is being conducted. This calls for a system that can support appropriate matching between brands and sellers.
[0007] Furthermore, this shift in the influencer marketing landscape has led to a diversification of sales channels, with brands selling their products on various open marketplaces rather than through specific brand shopping malls. While this diversification of sales channels can increase overall product sales, it also complicates the settlement process, potentially leading to omissions and errors.
[0008] Accordingly, the applicant of the present invention proposes a system that can match sellers and brands that plan and manufacture products, support the conclusion of contracts between them, and support the sales and settlement of contracted products.
[0009] The purpose of the present invention is to provide a seller-brand matching, contract, and settlement support system and method that can prevent omissions or errors in settlement between sellers and brands by supporting settlement for market products sold through diversified sales channels.
[0010] In addition, an object of the present invention is to provide a seller-brand matching, contract, and settlement support system and method that can support the execution of a market contract between a seller and a brand.
[0011] The objectives of the present invention are not limited to those mentioned above. Other objectives and advantages of the present invention not mentioned above can be understood through the following description and will be more clearly understood through the embodiments of the present invention. Furthermore, it will be readily apparent that the objectives and advantages of the present invention can be realized by the means and combinations thereof set forth in the claims.
[0012] According to some embodiments of the present invention, a method for supporting matching, contracting, and settlement of a seller-brand is provided, which is performed on a server, and includes: a step of supporting matching between a brand that manufactures a product and a seller that sells the product of the brand on behalf of the brand; a step of supporting a contract between the matched seller and the brand, the step including providing a contact interface for contacting the seller and the brand, and configuring contract terms through the contact interface; a step of supporting settlement of a sales amount of a product sold according to the contract terms, wherein the contract terms include at least a product for sale, a sales period, sales terms, and a sales channel; and the step of supporting settlement of a sales amount of a product sold according to the contract terms includes requesting an automatic transfer setting between a seller account of the sales channel and an intermediary account of an intermediary that is an operator of the server, and performing a settlement for at least one of the brand and the seller based on an amount automatically transferred from the seller account to the intermediary account.
[0013] In addition, the step of supporting a contract between the matched seller and the brand may include a step of collecting conversation information discussed through the contact interface; a step of analyzing the conversation information to extract contract items and contract content; and a step of configuring the contract terms and conditions based on the extracted contract items and contract content to establish contractuality.
[0014] Additionally, the contact interface is a chat interface that supports chat between the seller and the brand, and the conversation information may be text information recorded in the chat interface.
[0015] Additionally, the contact interface is a call interface that supports calls between the seller and the brand, and the conversation information may be voice information recorded in the call interface.
[0016] In addition, the step of analyzing the above conversation information to extract contract items and contract contents can be performed using a text analysis model that identifies contract items from the above text information and determines confirmed contract contents based on the identified contract items.
[0017] Additionally, the step of supporting a contract between the matched seller and the brand may provide a contract interface that forms a contract according to the contact interface and the contract terms.
[0018] In addition, the step of supporting matching between a brand that manufactures a product and a seller that sells the brand's product on its behalf may include the step of providing a contract configuration interface; the step of receiving condition information input through the contract configuration interface; and the step of inputting the condition information into a pre-trained artificial intelligence-based recommendation model to recommend a contract counterparty.
[0019] In addition, the recommendation model may include a product suitability output model that outputs product suitability for each influencer, indicating products suitable for each influencer, based on data related to each influencer; and a seller recommendation model that recommends a seller based on contract terms entered by the seller and product suitability for each of the multiple influencers.
[0020] A seller-brand matching and contract support system according to some embodiments of the present invention comprises: a brand terminal of a brand that manufactures products; a seller terminal of a seller that sells products of the brand on behalf of the seller; a server that provides a brokerage service between the brand terminal and the seller terminal, supports matching between the brand that manufactures products and the seller that sells products of the brand on behalf of the seller, supports a contract between the matched seller and the brand, and supports settlement of the sales amount of products sold according to the contract terms; and a plurality of market servers where the products are sold, wherein the server provides a contact interface for contacting the seller and the brand and further supports configuring contract terms through the contact interface, wherein the contract terms include at least a product for sale, a sales period, sales conditions, and a sales channel, and the server requests the setting of an automatic transfer between a seller account of the sales channel and an intermediary account of an intermediary that is an operator of the server, and performs a settlement for at least one of the brand and the seller based on an amount automatically transferred from the seller account to the intermediary account.
[0021] A computer program according to some embodiments of the present invention is stored in a medium to execute a method for supporting matching, contracting, and settlement of seller-brands in combination with hardware.
[0022] A seller-brand matching, contract, and settlement support system and method according to some embodiments of the present invention transfers sales proceeds from each sales channel to a brokerage account on the server via automatic transfer, and settles the seller and brand based on the brokerage account. Even when products are sold through multiple sales channels, settlements are centralized based on the brokerage account, preventing settlement omissions or errors.
[0023] In addition, the seller-brand matching, contract, and settlement support system and method according to some embodiments of the present invention can mutually recommend sellers (influencers) and brands through an artificial intelligence-based recommendation model, and can support the formation of a successful market by matching suitable sellers and brands.
[0024] In addition, the seller-brand matching, contract, and settlement support system and method according to some embodiments of the present invention can support easy formation of a contract between a seller and a brand by supporting a contact interface through which a seller and a brand can freely discuss the contents of a contract and forming a contract based on the contents discussed in the contact interface.

[0081]
[0082] Referring to FIG. 5, a method for supporting matching, contracting, and settlement of a seller-brand according to some embodiments of the present invention includes a step (S100) of supporting matching between a seller and a brand, a step (S200) of supporting a contract between a seller and a brand, and a step (S300) of supporting settlement of the sales amount of a product sold according to contract terms.
[0083] First, the server (100) supports matching between sellers and brands (S100).
[0084] In step (S100), the server (100) can support matching between the user and a contractual counterparty with whom the user will form a market. If the user is a brand, the contractual counterparty may be a seller. The server (100) can support matching between the seller and the brand by recommending a seller that meets the conditions entered by the brand. Furthermore, if the user is a seller, the contractual counterparty may be a brand. The server (100) can support matching between the seller and the brand by recommending a seller that meets the conditions entered by the seller.
[0085] Referring to FIG. 6, step (S100) may include a step (S110) of providing a contract configuration interface, a step (S120) of configuring condition information in the contract configuration interface, and a step (S130) of inputting condition information into a recommendation model to output a contract counterparty according to the condition information.
[0086] A contract configuration interface that allows the user to input condition information for matching between sellers and brands is first provided (S110).
[0087] Figure 7 illustrates an exemplary operation screen of the contract configuration interface (I5). Figure 7 illustrates an exemplary operation screen in which the user is a brand (Z brand). In some embodiments, an operation screen substantially identical to the example in Figure 7 may be provided even if the user is a seller.
[0088] The contract configuration interface (I5) allows users to specify products for sale on the marketplace. The contract configuration interface (I5) can provide a product name entry menu for entering product names. The contract configuration interface (I5) can further assist users in specifying products by providing registered products corresponding to the text entered in the product name entry menu through the product information interface (I6).
[0089] Additionally, the contract configuration interface (I5) allows users to specify the sales period for the market. The contract configuration interface (I5) further provides a calendar interface (I7) that allows users to specify dates, thereby supporting users in specifying the sales period.
[0090] Additionally, the contract configuration interface (I5) may provide a commission input menu for entering sales terms (commission). Here, the sales terms may refer to the sales commission between the brand and the seller, which may be determined as a fixed percentage, but is not limited thereto. Furthermore, the contract configuration interface (I5) may provide a menu for entering information related to events to be held in connection with the market. Furthermore, the sales terms may include information regarding the brokerage commissions provided by the seller and the brand to the broker. In some embodiments, the broker may determine a rating based on the seller and brand's use of the brokerage service, and a brokerage commission corresponding to the determined rating may be determined.
[0091] Users can configure condition information by entering corresponding information through the contract configuration interface (I5) (S120). In some embodiments, the condition information may include the product name, sales period, and sales conditions.
[0092] In step (S130), a contract counterparty corresponding to the condition information can be output.
[0093] The server (100) may include a recommendation model (RM) that outputs a contract counterparty corresponding to the condition information. Referring to FIG. 8 , the recommendation model (RM) may be an AI-based recommendation model pre-trained to recommend a contract counterparty that matches the condition information. At least one contract counterparty determined through the recommendation model (RM) may be output to a contract counterparty recommendation interface (I8) included in the contract configuration interface (I5).
[0094] Here, the recommendation model (RM) may include a product fit output model (RM1), an influencer recommendation model (RM2), and a brand recommendation model (RM3).
[0095] The product fit output model (RM1) can determine products suitable for each influencer based on various information related to that influencer. The product fit output model (RM1) analyzes the influencer's sales history, keyword data, and quantitative posting data to output product fit for each influencer.
[0096] The server (100) can collect SNS posting data by crawling data posted on the SNS accounts of multiple influencers at regular intervals.
[0097] The SNS posting data collected by the server (100) may include at least the posting date, posting content, and feedback. Here, the SNS posting data may be, but is not limited to, advertising or sales postings for products. The posting content may be data crawled from the text included in the title and body of a post uploaded by an influencer. Additionally, the posting content may include at least one image and video included in the post. The feedback content may be information related to the response of at least one of a follower, the influencer, and another influencer in response to the post. In some embodiments, the feedback content may include positive response information (e.g., "like"), negative response information (e.g., "dislike"), and reply information for the post. The reply information may be data crawled from comments written by at least one of a follower, the influencer, and another influencer in response to the post.
[0098] The server (100) can process the collected SNS posting data to generate keyword data and posting quantitative data. The server (100) can analyze the SNS posting data to determine whether the posting is for product advertising or sales. In other words, the server can identify whether the posting is for product advertising or sales, rather than a posting related to the influencer's general daily life, and can extract advertising posting data from multiple SNS postings. In addition, the server (100) can identify the product being advertised from the advertising posting data and identify product classification information. In addition, the server can analyze the advertising posting data to generate keyword data and posting quantitative data. The server (100) can analyze multiple SNS posting data to extract advertising posting data, identify the advertised product from the extracted advertising posting data, and analyze the advertising posting data to generate multiple keyword data and multiple posting quantitative data.
[0099] Here, the keyword data may be derived from a qualitative analysis of an advertisement posting. Specifically, the server (100) can analyze the content of an advertisement posting to identify key keywords and count the frequency of use of the identified key keywords. In other words, the keyword data may consist of key keywords identified in the content posted by the influencer and their frequency of use, and the identified key keywords and frequency of use may be mapped to the posting date.
[0100] Posting quantitative data may be derived from quantitative analysis of advertising posts. The server (100) may analyze the content and feedback of a post to generate posting quantitative data that includes quantitative information related to the format of the post and quantitative information related to follower responses. In some embodiments, the posting quantitative data may include the number of positive responses, the total number of comments, the number of comments written by the influencer, the number of images, and the number of videos.
[0101] Additionally, the server (100) can collect sales history data from multiple market servers (500) that can be used to verify the status of product sales by multiple influencers. The server (100) can collect sales history data periodically, and can collect product sales history for each influencer within a period corresponding to the period.
[0102] Here, sales history data may include at least the items sold, classification information for the items sold, sales quantity, and sales date. Furthermore, sales history data may include the sales price of the items sold. Here, classification information refers to defining multiple items into specific categories based on preset criteria. For example, refrigerators and air fryers may be classified as kitchen appliances, while multivitamins and probiotics may be classified as health foods. The server (100) may store the collected sales history data in association with influencer accounts.
[0103] The server (100) can store keyword data, posting quantitative data, and sales history data for each influencer account. The product suitability output model (RM1) may be pre-trained to output products suitable for the influencer based on the influencer's keyword data, posting quantitative data, and sales history data. The product suitability output model (RM1) may be a prediction model based on a deep learning algorithm, and deep learning algorithms applicable to the present invention may include a deep neural network (DNN), a convolutional neural network (CNN), a recurrent neural network (RNN), a long short-term memory (LSTM), a bidirectional short-term memory (BLSTM), and the like.
[0104] As illustrated in the example in Figure 9 (a), the product suitability output model (RM1) can output product suitability for each influencer based on the influencer's keyword data, posting quantitative data, and sales history data. This influencer-specific product suitability may change as the data underlying the judgment is collected and updated.
[0105] If the user is a brand, the condition information corresponds to brand condition information, which is a condition set by the brand. As shown in the example of Figure 9 (b), the influencer recommendation model (RM2) can recommend influencers who will advertise products suitable for the brand by considering the brand condition information, product suitability by influencer, and market schedule. Here, the market schedule refers to the schedule of the market that the influencer and the brand are currently conducting or plan to conduct. The influencer recommendation model (RM2) can select influencers who can conduct the market by comparing the sales period according to the brand condition information and the market schedule. In addition, the influencer recommendation model (RM2) can recommend as a seller influencers who have a high suitability for the products sold by the brand condition information among the selected influencers.
[0106] If the user is an influencer, the condition information corresponds to the influencer's condition information, which is the condition set by the influencer. As shown in the example of Figure 9 (c), the brand recommendation model (RM3) can recommend brands that manufacture products suitable for the influencer's advertising by considering the influencer's condition information, the influencer's product suitability, and the market schedule. The brand recommendation model (RM3) can compare the sales period and market schedule based on the influencer's condition information to select brands that can conduct the market. In addition, the brand recommendation model (RM3) can determine the influencer's product suitability and recommend brands that manufacture products based on the product suitability.
[0107] At step (S130), a contract counterparty can be recommended through the process described above. There can be at least one contract counterparty, and the user can select the desired contract counterparty and establish a contract. In the example of Fig. 7, the contract counterparty (seller) corresponding to the condition information configured by Brand Z is displayed in the contract counterparty recommendation interface (I8). The user (Brand Z) can select the desired seller and proceed with the contract for market operation and establishment.
[0108] Next, it supports contracts between sellers and brands (S200).
[0109] In step (S200), the server (100) provides a contact interface for discussing the contents of a contract between the seller and the brand, and automatically reflects matters discussed in the contact interface in a contract, thereby supporting smooth progress of the entire contract process including the drafting of a contract between the seller and the brand.
[0110] Referring to FIG. 10, step (S200) includes a step (S210) of providing a contact interface for contact between a seller and a brand, a step (S220) of collecting conversation information discussed through the contact interface, a step (S230) of analyzing the conversation information in real time to extract contract items, and a step (S240) of automatically reflecting the extracted contract items in a contract.
[0111] In step (S210), the server (100) may provide a contact interface to the brand terminal (300) and the seller terminal (200). The server (100) may receive a request from a user to provide a contact interface for contacting a contract counterparty, and after receiving confirmation of participation from the contract counterparty, may provide a contact interface to each of the user and the contract counterparty, thereby supporting a conversation between them.
[0112] Referring to FIG. 11, the server (100) receives a request for a contact interface with a specific seller from a brand terminal (300) (S211), confirms participation in the contact interface in the corresponding seller terminal (200) (S212), and provides a contact interface to each of the brand terminal (300) and the seller terminal (200) to support a conversation between the seller and the brand.
[0113] In step (S220), the server (100) may collect conversation information discussed through a contact interface. Here, the contact interface may be a chat interface supported by chat between the seller and the brand. In the chat interface, the seller and the brand may enter text to initiate a conversation for contract formation. In step (S220), the collected conversation information may be text information recorded in the chat interface.
[0114] However, embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto, and the contact interface may be a call interface that supports calls between a seller and a brand. Here, the call interface may be a phone call that supports audio input and output, or a video call that supports both audio input and output and video input and output. Through the call interface, the seller and the brand can engage in a conversation to establish a contract through speech. In step (S220), the collected conversation information may be voice information recorded on the call interface.
[0115] Next, the server (100) can analyze conversation information in real time to extract contract items (S230) and automatically reflect the extracted contract items in the contract (S240).
[0116] Referring to FIG. 12, a brand and a seller can engage in conversation through contact interfaces provided on the brand terminal (300) and the seller terminal (200), respectively. The server (100) extracts conversation information and analyzes contract terms from the extracted conversation information. In some embodiments, the server (100) may include a text analysis model that identifies contract terms from text information and determines the final contract content based on the identified contract terms.
[0117] In addition, if the text information is voice information, the server (100) can convert the voice information into text information and perform the analysis process described above. The server (100) may further include a voice conversion model that converts the voice information into text information. Here, the voice conversion model may be implemented as an end-to-end, bidirectional LSTM (BLSTM), or convolutional neural network (CNN) based on a Transformer, but embodiments of the present invention are not limited thereto.
[0118] In some embodiments, the text analysis model can perform language processing, such as entity recognition, noun extraction, and automatic spacing, on text information. The text analysis model can recognize proper nouns, such as names, place names, and terms, and can be configured to understand the meaning of at least one sentence contained in the text information and the user's intent through the recognized noun. Furthermore, the text analysis model can identify at least one contract keyword from the text information and determine the contract content corresponding to the contract keyword. Here, the contract keyword can refer to the main contract terms constituting the contract. The contract keywords can include at least the contracting parties, the product sold, the commission, the sales period, and the sales channel. The text analysis model can identify the contract keywords in the conversation between the brand and the seller and determine the contract content corresponding to the contract keyword. Here, the contract content can continuously change as the conversation between the brand and the seller progresses. The text analysis model can understand the meaning of the sentences constituting the text information and the user's intent, and determine the contract content that is ultimately agreed upon. The server (100) can automatically compose a contract based on the contract terms identified through the text analysis model and the contract content corresponding to the contract terms. The server (100) can provide the configured contract to the brand terminal (300) and the seller terminal (200), and the brand terminal (300) and the seller terminal (200) can complete the contract configuration by signing after confirming the contract items and contract contents of the contract.
[0119] Referring to Figure 13, Brand Z and Seller H can conduct a conversation by entering text through the contact interface (I9), extracting contract items from the text information and determining the contract content corresponding to the contract items. The text analysis model can extract Brand Z and Seller H from the text information to configure the parties (C1). The text analysis model can configure the sales products by extracting the women's shoulder bag and product information from the text information (C2). The text analysis model can configure the sales period based on Seller H's response of 10 to 7 days and Brand Z's positive response to it (C5). The text analysis model can configure the sales channel based on Seller H's opinion that the sale will be held in a secondary market and Brand Z's positive response to it (C6). The text analysis model can finally configure the commission as 10,000 won per unit based on Seller H's negotiation with Brand Z's commission proposal and Brand Z's positive response to it (C4).
[0120] In some embodiments, the server (100) may highlight keywords identified as contract terms and contract content in the conversation information of the contact interface (I9), thereby informing the brand and seller that the relevant content has been reflected in the contract. As shown in the example of FIG. 13, keywords identified as contract terms and contract content are highlighted, for example, by underlining. This highlighting allows the brand and seller to confirm which keywords from the conversation and text information have been reflected in the contract.
[0121] In some embodiments, the server (100) may provide a contact interface (I9) and a contract interface (I10) constituting a contract together to the brand terminal (300) and the seller terminal (200). The contact interface (I9) and the contract interface (I10) may be provided side by side on the operating screen of the brand terminal (300) or the seller terminal (200). The contract interface (I10) may be configured to display contract items and contract contents, and may provide a function that allows the contracting parties to perform electronic signatures.
[0122] Brands and sellers can engage in real-time conversations through the contact interface (I9), and the contracts being formed based on the conversations can be confirmed in real-time through the contract interface (I10). Accordingly, the contracting parties can jointly review the contract content created through the contact interface (I9) through the contract interface (I10), and the process of modifying the contract content can be supported.
[0123] Brands and sellers can establish a contract through the contract interface (I10) and complete a contract that confirms the contract terms. The contract terms may include the product being sold, the sales period, sales conditions, and sales channels. A sales channel may refer to a specific market. In some embodiments, a sales channel corresponds to at least one of the following: a first market linked to the intermediary operating the server (100), a second market linked to the brand, and a third market linked to the seller.
[0124] Brands and sellers may promote and sell products in accordance with the terms of the contract. Products are sold through sales channels established according to the contract terms, and the sales proceeds paid by consumers are deposited into the account of the relevant entity configured within the sales channel (market server). For example, sales proceeds from a secondary market may be deposited into the brand account configured within the secondary market (secondary server). Since sales proceeds are deposited into the respective entity's account for each sales channel (market server), settlement delays or errors may occur with other entities.
[0125] The server (100) according to an embodiment of the present invention can prevent settlement delays and errors between participants in a configured market by providing an automatic settlement function through account transfer in a plurality of sales channels in step (S300).
[0126] Step (S300) may include requesting an automatic transfer setting between a seller account of a sales channel and an intermediary account of the server, transferring the sales amount deposited in the seller account to the intermediary account, and performing a settlement for at least one of the brand and the seller based on the intermediary account.
[0127] The server (100) may request the market server (500) to proceed with the market according to the contract terms in the contract. Specifically, the server (100) may provide market information to the market server (500) corresponding to the sales channel. Here, the market information may include contract information and an automatic transfer request including broker account information. The market server (500) may support the proceeding of sales of products for sale according to the contract information in the market information, and may support setting up an automatic transfer from the seller's account to the broker's account in response to the automatic transfer request. The market server (500) may provide the sales status of products for sale to the server (100) in real time or near real time, and may support brands or sellers to check the sales status through the service environment of the server (100).
[0128] In some embodiments, the market server (500) may activate automatic transfers between sellers and intermediaries during the sales period, and may be configured to perform automatic transfers in response to sale completion information. The market server (500) may perform a settlement of the sales amount of the product being sold and generate sale completion information. Here, the sale completion information may indicate that the market established between the brand and seller has ended and may include information on the sales amount of the product being sold. Furthermore, based on the sale completion information, the market server (500) may provide the settled sales amount to the server (100) to support settlement on the server (100).
[0129] Specifically, step (S300) includes identifying a sales channel according to contract terms. The server (100) can identify the sales channel according to the contract terms and can support the following settlement process based on the identified sales channel.
[0130] Step (S300) may include, if the identified sales channel is the first sales channel, performing a settlement from the first sales amount to the broker account of the server and the seller's seller account and the brand's brand account, respectively, according to the sales conditions.
[0131] The server (100) may include a brokerage account (ca), a brand account (ba), and a seller account (sa). In the present invention, settlement of a sales amount may refer to a state in which an amount is deposited into an account within the server (100) of an entity (broker, brand, seller) associated with a specific market, in accordance with the terms of the contract. The brokerage account (ca) may refer to the account of the operator providing the server (100) services.
[0132] Referring to (a) of FIG. 14, when a sale is completed on the first market server (510), the first sale amount may have been deposited into the first seller account of the first market server (510). Here, the first seller of the first market server (510) may be an entity linked to the broker. For example, the first seller and the broker of the first market server (510) may be the same entity. The first market server (510) may transfer the first sale amount to the broker account (ca) via bank transfer. When the sales period according to the contract terms has expired and delivery completion information for the last sold product is received, the first market server (510) may generate first sale completion information. The first sale completion information may include information on the first sale amount deposited in relation to the product sold according to the contract terms. The first seller account may transfer the first sale amount to the broker account (ca) in response to the first sale completion information. That is, the first seller account may be configured with an automatic transfer to transfer an amount corresponding to the first sale amount to the broker account in response to the first sale completion information. The server (100) may perform settlements to the seller account (sa) and the brand account (ba) from the first sale amount transferred to the broker account (ca) according to the sales conditions. Here, the sales conditions may include a sales commission between the seller and the brand and a brokerage commission of the broker. Settlement may be performed based on the sales commission determined between the brand and the seller from the amount after deducting the brokerage commission from the first sale amount.
[0133] Referring to (b) of FIG. 14, when a sale is completed on the second market server (520), the second sales amount may have been deposited into the second seller account of the second market server (520). Here, the second seller of the second market server (520) may be an entity associated with the brand. For example, the second seller and the brand of the second market server (520) may be the same entity. The second market server (520) may transfer the second sales amount to the brokerage account (ca) via bank transfer. The server (100) may perform settlement to the seller account (sa) and the brand account (ba) respectively from the second sales amount transferred to the brokerage account (ca) according to the sales conditions. Settlement may be performed based on the sales commission determined between the brand and the seller from the amount after deducting the brokerage commission from the second sales amount.
[0134] Referring to (c) of FIG. 14, when a sale is completed on the third market server (530), the third sale amount may have been deposited into the third seller account of the third market server (530). Here, the third seller of the third market server (530) may be an entity associated with the brand. For example, the third seller and the brand of the third market server (530) may be the same entity. The third market server (530) may transfer the third sale amount to the brokerage account (ca) via bank transfer. The server (100) may perform settlement to the seller account (sa) and the brand account (ba) respectively from the third sale amount transferred to the brokerage account (ca) according to the sales conditions. Settlement may be performed based on the sales commission determined between the brand and the seller from the amount after deducting the brokerage fee from the third sale amount.
[0135]
[0136] In some embodiments, the market server (500) may first calculate a commission for the seller of the market server (500) according to the terms of the contract, and may calculate the remaining amount after deducting the commission from the sales amount.
[0137] Referring to FIG. 15, the server (100) may provide market information that may request a market to be conducted on the market server (500) (S311). The market information may include contract terms and account transfer setup requests, and the contract terms may include sales terms (sales commission and brokerage fee). The market server (500) supports the seller in selling the product according to the contract terms and may set up an automatic transfer from the seller's account on the market server (500) to the brokerage account on the server (100). When the sale is completed, the market server (500) may settle the remaining amount by considering the sales price, the sales commission and brokerage fee included in the sales terms. If the specific entity forming the contract and the seller are the same entity, the settlement amount for that entity is stored in the seller's account on the market server (500) and the remaining amount is transferred to the brokerage account (ca), thereby allowing the settlement for the remaining entities.
[0138] Referring to (a) of FIG. 16, when a sale is completed on the first market server (510), the first sales amount may have been deposited into the first seller account of the first market server (510). The first market server (510) may calculate the first remaining amount from the first sales amount by taking into account the brokerage fee. In other words, the first remaining amount, which is the amount obtained by deducting the brokerage fee from the first sales amount, may be settled, and the settled first remaining amount may be automatically transferred to the brokerage account (ca) of the first server (100). The server (100) may perform settlement on the seller account (sa) and the brand account (ba) respectively, based on the sales fee, from the first remaining amount transferred to the brokerage account (ca).
[0139] Referring to (b) of FIG. 16, when a sale is completed in the second market server (520), the second sales amount may have been deposited into the second seller account of the second market server (520). The second market server (520) may settle a second remaining amount by considering the brokerage fee and sales fee according to the sales conditions from the second sales amount, and may automatically transfer the settled second remaining amount to the brokerage account (ca). Here, the seller's profit according to the sales fee may be calculated from the second sales amount, and the brand fee burden that the seller (brand) must bear according to the brokerage fee may be calculated, and the second remaining amount may be calculated by adding the seller's profit and the brand fee burden. The server (100) may settle the amount obtained by deducting the brand fee burden and the seller fee burden from the second remaining amount transferred to the brokerage account (ca) to the seller account (sa).
[0140] Referring to (c) of FIG. 16, when a sale is completed on the third market server (530), the third sale amount may have been deposited into the third seller account of the third market server (530). The third market server (530) may settle the third remaining amount by considering the brokerage fee and sales fee according to the sales conditions from the third sale amount, and may automatically transfer the settled third remaining amount to the brokerage account (ca). Here, the brand profit according to the sales fee may be calculated from the third sale amount, and the seller fee burden that the seller must bear according to the brokerage fee may be calculated, and the brand profit and the seller fee burden may be added to calculate the third remaining amount. The server (100) may settle the amount obtained by deducting the brand fee burden and the seller fee burden from the third remaining amount transferred to the brokerage account (ca) to the seller account (sa).
[0141] A seller-brand matching, contract, and settlement support system and method according to some embodiments of the present invention transfers sales proceeds from each sales channel to a brokerage account on the server via automatic transfer, and settles the seller and brand based on the brokerage account. Even when products are sold through multiple sales channels, settlements are centralized based on the brokerage account, preventing settlement omissions or errors.
[0142] In addition, the seller-brand matching, contract, and settlement support system and method according to some embodiments of the present invention can mutually recommend sellers (influencers) and brands through an artificial intelligence-based recommendation model, and can support the formation of a successful market by matching suitable sellers and brands.
[0143] In addition, the seller-brand matching, contract, and settlement support system and method according to some embodiments of the present invention can support easy formation of a contract between a seller and a brand by supporting a contact interface through which a seller and a brand can freely discuss the contents of a contract and forming a contract based on the contents discussed in the contact interface.
