[0067] The technical solution of the present application will be further described below with reference to embodiments.

[0068] Note: The specifications, models and manufacturers of the raw materials used in the following examples / comparative examples are as follows:

[0069] Examples 1 to 3

[0070] A method for preparing hot melt adhesive for baby umbilical cord stickers, the raw materials of the hot melt adhesive comprising:

[0071] The preparation method comprises:

[0072] 1) adding mineral oil, 40% of the total weight of tackifying resin, and antioxidant into a reactor, and controlling the temperature to be 140-145° C. to melt the tackifying resin;

[0073] 2) After the tackifying resin in step 1) is completely melted, the thermoplastic copolymer is added, and the stirring speed is controlled at 15 to 20 r / min and the pressure is controlled at -0.8 to 1 MPa to perform vacuuming for 80 to 100 minutes until the thermoplastic copolymer is completely melted;

[0074] 3) Add the remaining tackifying resin, control the temperature to 140-145°C, the speed to 60-80 r / min, and the pressure to -1.0-0.9 MPa for 30-40 minutes;

[0075] 4) After the tackifying resin in step 3 is completely melted, cellulose and an anti-inflammatory substance are added, and the stirring speed is controlled to be 15 to 20 r / min and the pressure is controlled to be -0.8 to 1 MPa, and air is pumped for 20 to 30 minutes until the cellulose and the anti-inflammatory substance are evenly dispersed, and then naturally cooled to room temperature to obtain a baby navel hot melt adhesive.

[0076] Example 4

[0077] This embodiment is the same as Example 2 except that "C5 petroleum resin" is replaced by "rosin resin".

[0078] Through later application tests, it was found that the tackifying resin in this embodiment uses rosin resin. Since rosin resin has a certain irritation to the skin, after the navel patch was made with the hot melt adhesive of this embodiment, it was applied to the skin of the palm of an adult for a test. After 24 hours of application, a certain redness would appear on the skin surface. However, the navel patch made with the hot melt adhesive of Example 2 of this application did not produce the above phenomenon in the test.

[0079] Example 5

[0080] This embodiment is the same as Example 2 except that the "zirconium phosphate silver-loaded inorganic antibacterial powder" is replaced by "inorganic silver ions".

[0081] Comparative Examples 1 to 6

[0082] A method for preparing hot melt adhesive for baby umbilical cord stickers, the raw materials of the hot melt adhesive comprising:

[0083] The preparation method is the same as that in Example 2.

[0084] Test Example 1

[0085] In order to demonstrate that the hot melt adhesive for the baby navel patch of the present application has good application viscosity and appropriate peeling force at 35-40° C., the hot melt adhesives of the baby navel patches prepared in Examples 1-5 and Comparative Examples 1-6 were subjected to an application test.

[0086] The specific detection methods are as follows:

[0087] The samples prepared in Examples 1 to 5 and Comparative Examples 1 to 6 were distributed to laboratory personnel for patch effect testing. The patched areas were inflamed areas, and the results of each experiment were counted after 24 hours of patching.

[0088] The specific test results are as follows:

[0089] The above test results show that the hot melt adhesives prepared in Examples 1 to 4 exhibit excellent application viscosity and appropriate peel strength at 35-40°C. Further preparation of these adhesives into baby navel patches achieves the technical benefits of good application, painless tearing, and ease of removal. However, Example 4 contains a relatively high amount of rosin, which may pose a greater risk of allergies.

[0090] The zirconium phosphate-loaded silver inorganic antibacterial powders in Examples 1-4 exhibited superior temperature resistance and stability compared to the product prepared using inorganic silver ions in Example 5. Furthermore, the zirconium phosphate-loaded silver inorganic antibacterial powders exhibited the characteristic of not affecting product performance during high-temperature preparation. While the hot-melt adhesive adhesive adhesive and peel strength of the baby navel patch prepared in Example 5 exhibited moderate application viscosity and peel strength, the anti-inflammatory effect of the inorganic silver after high-temperature processing did not meet the desired level.

[0091] In comparative examples 1 to 6, in which the mass ratio of the thermoplastic copolymer, the tackifying resin, and the cellulose is not within the range of 10-20:20-30:20-50, the application viscosity and peeling force at 35-40° C. are not ideal, as shown below:

[0092] In comparative example 1, the mass ratio of thermoplastic copolymer, tackifying resin and cellulose is 5:20:20. Due to the low content of thermoplastic copolymer in the ratio, the product obtained by applying it to the navel patch is harder and has poor adhesion, but the peel strength is too high, which will cause greater pain.

[0093] In comparative example 2, the mass ratio of the thermoplastic copolymer, the tackifying resin and the cellulose is 25:30:50. Due to the high content of the thermoplastic copolymer in the ratio, the product obtained by applying it to the navel patch has insufficient viscosity, poor adhesion and is easy to fall off.

[0094] In comparative example 3, the mass ratio of thermoplastic copolymer, tackifying resin and cellulose is 10:15:20. Due to the low content of tackifying resin in the ratio, the product obtained by applying it to the navel patch has insufficient viscosity, poor adhesion and is easy to fall off.

[0095] In comparative example 4, the mass ratio of thermoplastic copolymer, tackifying resin and cellulose is 20:35:50. Since the content of tackifying resin in the ratio is relatively high, the product prepared by applying it to the navel patch has good application viscosity, but strong peeling force and strong pain.

[0096] In comparative example 5, the mass ratio of thermoplastic copolymer, thickening resin and cellulose is 10:20:15. Due to the low content of cellulose in the ratio, the product obtained by applying it to the navel patch has good initial viscosity but poor later, strong peeling force and poor sweat resistance.

[0097] In comparative example 6, the mass ratio of thermoplastic copolymer, tackifying resin and cellulose is 20:30:55. Due to the high content of cellulose in the ratio, the product obtained by applying it to the navel patch has slightly weaker application viscosity, weaker peeling force and is drier.

[0098] It can be seen from the above experiments that only when the mass ratio of "thermoplastic copolymer, tackifying resin and cellulose" in this application is 10-20:20-30:20-50, the baby navel hot melt adhesive prepared therefrom has good application viscosity and appropriate peeling force at 35-40°C, and the implementation method outside the above mass ratio range cannot achieve the corresponding technical effect.

[0099] Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solutions of the present application, rather than to limit them. Although the present application has been described in detail with reference to the aforementioned embodiments, those skilled in the art should understand that they can still modify the technical solutions described in the aforementioned embodiments, or make equivalent replacements for some or all of the technical features therein. These modifications or replacements do not deviate the essence of the corresponding technical solutions from the scope of the technical solutions of the embodiments of the present application. Industrial Applicability

[0100] The hot melt adhesive for baby navel patches provided in this application is mainly prepared from thermoplastic copolymers, mineral oil, tackifying resins, cellulose, anti-inflammatory substances and antioxidants, wherein the mass ratio of the thermoplastic copolymer, tackifying resin and cellulose is 10-20:20-30:20-50. The hot melt adhesive obtained by configuring the mass ratio of the above-mentioned thermoplastic copolymer, tackifying resin and cellulose has good application viscosity and appropriate peeling force under the conditions of 35-40°C.
