AI Technical Summary
Existing portable toilets face issues with extreme temperature exposure leading to waste freezing and lack of mobility and safety during transport, especially in inclement weather conditions, and require significant energy consumption for heating or cooling.
A modular system with individually self-contained toilets within insulating walls and thermal insulation materials, combined with electrical resistors to maintain waste temperature, and an ampliroll system for safe transport, eliminating the need for sewage and water connections.
Enhances thermal insulation to prevent waste freezing, reduces energy consumption, and ensures safe, efficient transport and installation without height-related hazards.

Abstract
Description
[0001] AMPLIROLL CONTAINER PROVIDED WITH SELF-CONTAINED TOILETS.
[0002] DESCRIPTIVE MEMORY
[0003] Description of what is known in the field:
[0004] The availability of toilets is one of the most basic infrastructure requirements for people. Their absence entails significant risks to human health and the environment. However, they are not always sufficiently available, nor is the economic or time feasibility for their construction. Restrictions such as those described occur, for example, at large events or during economic activities. In this case, given the impossibility of having a sewer connection, the option is to use portable toilets, also known as chemical toilets or self-contained toilets. However, given the inclement weather found in certain areas, problems often arise such as extreme temperatures that users must endure inside the cubicles, which in some cases lead to the freezing of waste and toilet water.Faced with this, solutions such as placing multiple toilets inside containers and air-conditioning the space emerge, however, this creates mobility problems and handling difficulties.

[0012] Detailed description of the invention:
[0013] The present invention consists of an arrangement of individually self-contained toilets (3) inside modular spaces with the purpose of improving the thermal insulation of waste and washing water, facilitating transport, avoiding lifting maneuvers and avoiding the risk of maneuvers at height during transport. To this end, modules (1) are created with a polygonal base built with insulating walls (2) forming spaces isolated from the environment and inside which individually self-contained toilets (3) are arranged. By arranging the self-contained individually in each toilet, it is avoided that a failure paralyzes the operation of the entire system as occurs with those devices that use a single self-contained for all toilets. Each individually self-contained toilet (3) is placed on layers of thermal insulating materials (4) to avoid heat loss from the waste located in the containers of these (3).Additionally, both on the outside and inside of the container of each individually self-contained toilet (3), electrical cable resistors (5) are placed that increase the temperature of the waste contained in the containers of these (3). In this way, together, the elements mentioned above prevent a decrease in the temperature of the waste to the point of reaching its freezing point. All these insulation elements reduce the energy consumption that must be used in air conditioning or heating systems that require their use.
[0014] Externally, at the base of the module, parallel profiles are installed that at one end of the module are joined by means of a hook, generating the grip of what is known as the ampliroll system (6) that allows trucks equipped with special hydraulic arms to take the entire structure and load it by means of a quick and safe maneuver, avoiding dangerous lifting and dangerous work at height by operators in the connection of the lifting points during the loading and unloading process of the transport maneuver. In addition, once the module (1) with the system already operational is installed, it is not necessary to have a connection to sewage systems or a connection to a drinking water supply, since special vehicles load the storage containers with water and remove the waste that accumulates during use.
[0015] In conjunction with the aforementioned elements, hand-washing systems are placed within module 1) whose water reserves are less prone to freezing due to the thermal insulation described. Also within module (1) each individually self-contained toilet (3) is located within an individual cabin to provide the corresponding privacy and at the same time these individual cabins are isolated in joint vapors for the corresponding collective isolation, such as the separation that usually occurs between men and women, with separate accesses for each group.
Claims
CLAIMS 1) Arrangement of self-contained toilets in modular spaces, to provide toilets in spaces limited by construction impossibility or temporality, as occurs in high-altitude mining operations where waste freezing occurs and where it is necessary to permanently mobilize the toilets, or as occurs in events with high attendance for limited periods. CHARACTERIZED in that it comprises a module (1) that has thermally insulated side walls (2), and the self-contained toilets are individual (3), it also comprises layers of thermally insulating material (4) on which the self-contained toilets are arranged, an electrical resistance of cables (5) to increase the temperature of the waste and an ampliroll system (6) to load the module for transport. 2) Arrangement according to claim 1, CHARACTERIZED in that the module (1) comprises a polygonal base. 3) Arrangement according to claim 1, CHARACTERIZED in that the electrical resistance (5) is arranged on the outside and inside of the receptacles of the individual self-contained toilets (3). 4) Arrangement according to claim 1, CHARACTERIZED in that the outer part of the base of the module (1) comprises two parallel profiles that are joined at one end by means of a hook to form an ampliroll fastening system (6), which makes it possible to avoid lifting maneuvers and work at height during the loading process for transport.
