Abstract
Description
[0001] DESCRIPTION
[0002] Versatile kitchen
[0003] OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
[0004] The invention, as the title of this specification indicates, is a cooking griddle. This is an innovation that, within current technology, offers previously unknown advantages.
[0005] TECHNICAL SECTOR
[0006] The present invention falls within the scope of everyday life needs, in furniture, household items or appliances, coffee grinders, spice grinders and vacuum cleaners in general, specifically in grills, barbecue grills, sandwich grills.
[0007] STATE OF THE ART
[0008] The present invention arises from the need of many people to have a cooking griddle that is practical and allows them to cook a variety of foods easily and in a manner similar to how they are prepared in restaurants or bars.
[0009] There are certainly different irons on the market, but they end up taking up a lot of space and don't offer the versatility required for various needs.
[0010] Consequently, this invention presents a cooking griddle that allows you to prepare a wide range of dishes easily and in the same style as restaurants and bars. It's also easy to store and provides the versatility needed for a variety of cooking needs.
[0011] Currently, the existence of any cooking griddle is unknown, which has structural and constitutive technical characteristics equal to or similar to those described in this specification, as claimed.
[0012] DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
[0013] The object of the present invention is the creation of a versatile kitchen, which provides a notable innovation within its field of application in the current state of the art, the characterizing details that make it possible being conveniently included in the final claims that accompany this description.
[0014] The present invention relates to a versatile kitchen, which comprises at least one griddle connected to rotating elements and damping devices with a brake system that facilitate the folding movement of said griddle on a cooking surface.
[0015] So when we want to use the griddle for cooking, we place it on the surface of the burners, and when we don't want to use it, we raise it to clear the burners, and we can even hide it inside a compartment provided for this purpose.
[0016] This innovation offers a practical and convenient solution for cooking a variety of foods efficiently and versatilely, providing a high-quality culinary experience.
[0017] This griddle is highly convenient, as it not only offers a large capacity for preparing dishes, but also saves space thanks to its foldability, making it ideal for kitchens with limited space.
[0018] The griddle is made of durable, rust-resistant metal materials, especially when hot, ensuring its high durability and performance when cooking food at high temperatures.
[0019] Its foldable, lightweight design allows for easy storage, either lifted up behind the cooking surface or stored in the same cabinet that houses the stove or supports the hob, optimizing space and making it easily accessible.
[0020] In addition, its deployment system is supported by rotating elements that cooperate with damping devices and a brake system that ensure smooth, controlled movement, preventing damage when deployed and placed on the cooking surface.
[0021] An important feature is its large cooking surface and its ability to be disassembled, making it easy to clean and maintain. Additionally, its electric design adds a significant variable that contributes significantly to high-performance cooking, ideal for various culinary settings such as bars or restaurants.
[0022] To use this griddle, simply grab its handle to unfold it and fold it down, placing it on the previously lit cooking surface.
[0023] Then, when you're done preparing food, disassemble it, clean it, and reattach it for storage, either by leaving it upright like a dashboard or by returning it to its compartment to await further use.
[0024] EXPLANATION OF THE FIGURES
[0025] To complete the description being made and in order to help better understand the characteristics of the invention, this descriptive report is accompanied, as an integral part thereof, by some figures in which, for illustrative and non-limiting purposes, the following have been represented.
[0026] Figure 1 shows a perspective view of the raised, abatióle grill plate when not in use.
[0027] Figure 2 shows a perspective view of the folding grill plate stored in its compartment when not in use.
[0028] Figure 3 shows a perspective view of the folding grill plate in use on the cooking plate.
[0029] PREFERRED EMBODIMENT OF THE INVENTION.
[0030] The versatile kitchen is one that comprises a cooking surface (4) with burners, such that it also comprises a cooking plate (1), the plate (1) being fixed to the kitchen by means of a folding or removable fixing means.
[0031] In one embodiment, the iron (1) is connected to rotating elements (2) at one end and to damping devices with a brake system (3) that facilitate the folding movement of the iron (1) on a cooking surface (4).
[0032] In a preferred embodiment, the griddle (1) is lightweight and is made of durable, rust-resistant metallic materials, such as stainless steel, cast iron, hard chrome, aluminum, among other materials suitable for cooking food at high temperatures.
[0033] In another preferred embodiment, the griddle (1) is arranged vertically when not in use, either raised behind the cooking surface (4), as a backsplash, or built-in and stored in the cabinet (7) behind the cooking surface (4). This feature allows its use and location to be adapted to suit needs, saving space and facilitating access when required.
[0034] In the preferred embodiment, the griddle (1) can be hidden using profiles or guides (5) that allow it to slide within a compartment (6) included in the furniture (7) that supports the cooking surface (4), from where it can be unfolded for use.
[0035] Generally, the rotating elements (2) include a bar and / or rotating shafts coupled to the rear of the iron (1), capable of facilitating its folding movement forwards and backwards, which allows easy handling with the ability to be disassembled for maintenance.
[0036] Generally, damping devices with brake system (3) are small shock absorbers that are attached, and can be removed, to the rear sides of the griddle (1) and use a braking mechanism that slows down the unfolding movement of the griddle (1) on the cooking surface (4). This ensures a smooth and controlled movement to avoid sudden impacts that could damage the cooking surface (4).
[0037] Preferably, the griddle (1) is wide enough to cover the cooking surface and its length is equal to or less than the cooking surface, allowing a second griddle to be used in a parallel position on the same cooking surface (4).
[0038] Preferably, the iron (1) has a handle (8) on its front part that allows easy handling of the iron (1).
[0039] Preferably, the iron (1) has a lateral coupling means that allows it to be coupled to a second iron in use.
[0040] In another preferred embodiment, the griddle (1) includes an electrical system with heating elements to raise the temperature. This feature is especially useful in situations where a large cooking capacity is required, such as in bars or restaurants, among others.
[0041] Generally, the griddle (1) is surrounded by a highly heat-resistant metal frame that provides support with angles at the corners, acting as legs, providing support to the griddle (1) on the cooking surface (4).
[0042] Typically, the cooking surface (4) is the top of a stove or cooktop such as gas, electric, glass ceramic or induction cooktops.
[0043] Having sufficiently described the nature of the present invention, as well as the manner of putting it into practice, it is not considered necessary to explain it further so that any expert in the field may understand its scope and the advantages derived from it, stating that, within its essence, it may be put into practice in other embodiments that differ in detail from that indicated by way of example, and to which it will also achieve the protection sought provided that its fundamental principle is not altered, changed or modified.
