[0003] The present invention relates to air fryers generally used for cooking food.

[0004] In particular, the present invention relates to an air fryer for protecting the induction module, which provides the heating function in induction air fryers, and the electronic board for controlling the induction module, from the heat emitted in the air fryer.

[0006] Today, air fryers, known as airfryers or fast fryers, are frequently used for cooking many dishes. Air fryers offer crispy, tasty and healthy meals as a much healthier alternative to deep-frying. Potatoes, vegetables, coated foods, pastries, red meat varieties, seafood and many other different foods can be cooked with the air fryer, which enables deep frying at high temperatures. In this sense, interest in air fryers is increasing day by day. Air fryers, which offer users a healthy cooking method, can perform the frying process using a very small amount of oil.

[0007] One of the air fryers used in the state of the art is induction air fryers. In these air fryers, an induction module heats an induction compatible basket positioned above it to cook the food in the basket. However, these air fryers do not have a structure that protects the induction module and the electronic card that controls the induction module from the heat emitted in the air fryer. [0013] The main object of the present invention is to reveal an air fryer for protecting the induction module, which provides the heating function in induction air fryers, and the electronic board for controlling the induction module, from the heat emitted in the air fryer.

[0014] An object of the present invention is to prevent the inner part of the air fryer from getting too hot and to ensure that cleaning is carried out easily and without waiting too long for the air fryer to cool down, as the inner chamber base element is a material suitable for cleaning.

The induction compatible basket (8) is also positioned on the inner chamber base element (8). By positioning the inner chamber base element (7) made of glass material between the induction module (2) and the induction compatible basket (8), the induction module (2) is protected from the heat coming from the induction compatible basket (8). Again, a cooling fan (4) is located next to the induction module (2) in order to protect the induction module (2) and the electronic board (3) from the heat emitted from the induction compatible basket (8). At the same time, the cooling block (5) placed next to the cooling fan (4) protects the electronic board (5) from the heat emitted from the induction compatible basket (8) and prevents deformations that may occur in the components thereon due to the voltage. Said cooling block (5) is made of aluminium.

[0036] With the help of the cooling fan (4) and cooling block (5) used in the inventive air fryer (1), the induction module (2) and the electronic board (3) are protected from the heat emitted in the air fryer (1) and therefore from malfunctions that may occur. At the same time, with the help of the inner chamber base element (7) made of glass material and positioned between the induction module (2) and the induction compatible basket (8), the effect of the heat of the induction compatible basket (8) on the induction module (2) is reduced. In addition, the inner chamber base element (7) is made of glass material for easy cleaning.

Claims

CLAIMS1. An air fryer (1) of the present invention for cooking food, comprising an induction module (2) for heating an induction compatible basket (8) and an electronic board (3) for controlling the induction module (2); characterized in that, the present invention comprises the following;• cooling fan (4) to protect the induction module (2) and electronic board (3) by dissipating the heat reflected from the induction compatible basket (8) and• cooling block (5) that dissipates the heat reflected from the induction compatible basket (8) and protects the components on the electronic board (3) from heat-induced deformation due to voltage-induced heating.

2. Air fryer (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that; it comprises an inner chamber base member (7) made of glass material positioned in an inner chamber base frame (6), which is positioned on the induction module (2) and on which the induction compatible basket (8) is positioned.

3. Air fryer (1) according to claim 1, characterised in that; said cooling block (5) is made of aluminium material.
