[0025] To make the objective, technical solution, and advantages of the present disclosure clearer, the technical solution in the embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the preferred embodiments of the present disclosure. In the drawings, the same or similar reference numerals throughout denote the same or similar components or components having the same or similar functions. The described embodiments are part of the embodiments of the present disclosure, rather than all of the embodiments. The embodiments described below with reference to the accompanying drawings are exemplary and are intended to explain the present disclosure, but should not be construed as limiting the present disclosure. According to the embodiments of the present disclosure, all other embodiments obtained by a person of ordinary skill in the art without making creative efforts shall fall within the scope of protection of the present disclosure. The embodiments of the present disclosure will be described in detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.

[0026] In the description of the present disclosure, it should be noted that, unless otherwise explicitly specified and defined, the terms “mount” , “interconnect” and “connect” should be interpreted broadly. For example, they may refer to fixed connections, or connections through an intermediate medium, or may refer to internal communication between two members or the interaction relationship between two members. For a person of ordinary skill in the art, the specific meanings of the above terms in the present disclosure may be understood according to specific circumstances.

[0027] In the description of the present disclosure, it should be understood that the terms “upper” , “lower” , “front” , “rear” , “left” , “right” and the like indicating orientation or positional relationships are based on the orientation or positional relationships shown in the drawings. These terms are used only for the convenience of describing the present disclosure and simplifying the description, rather than indicating or implying that the referred devices or elements must have a specific orientation or be constructed and operated in a specific orientation. Therefore, they should not be construed as limiting the present disclosure.

[0028] In the specification and claims of the present disclosure, as well as in the above-mentioned drawings, the terms “first” , “second” , “third” , “fourth” and the like are used to distinguish similar objects, but are not necessarily used to describe a specific order or sequence. It should be understood that the data used in this way may be interchanged under appropriate circumstances, so that the embodiments of the present disclosure described herein may be implemented in orders other than those illustrated or described herein.

[0029] In addition, the terms “including” and “having” and any variations thereof are intended to cover non-exclusive inclusion. For example, a process, method, system, product, or device that includes a series of steps or units is not necessarily limited to those steps or units explicitly listed, but may include other steps or units that are not explicitly listed or are inherent to such processes, methods, products, or devices.

[0030] As mentioned in the background, the existing vehicle door design is typically a hinged rotating door, that is, the purpose of opening and closing the door is achieved by rotating the vehicle door around the hinge on the front side of the vehicle door.

[0031] However, the aforementioned vehicle door requires a large lateral opening space of the vehicle, which may easily affect surrounding pedestrians or vehicles. Moreover, constrained by narrow parking spaces, the vehicle door opening may block a large portion of the vehicle door opening, affecting a passenger to enter and exit the vehicle cabin.

[0032] In view of this, the embodiments of the present disclosure provides a vehicle door mounting structure and a vehicle. The vehicle door mounting structure is applied to an opening of a vehicle body assembly of a vehicle, and provided with a vehicle door body, and a connecting component. The vehicle door body is provided with a cover part matching with the opening. The cover part is movably connected to the vehicle body assembly by a connecting component, and when in use, the connecting component is configured to rotate to drive the cover part to be displaced relative to the vehicle body assembly to switch the cover part between a first position and a second position. The cover part is stacked on the opening when the cover part is at the first position to ensure that the passenger and driver may safely travel in the vehicle, and the cover part is offset from the opening to be partially located at a lateral upper side of the opening and is opposite to an area of the vehicle body assembly near a rear end of the vehicle when the cover part is at the second position. In this way, when the opening is opened, the position design of the cover part relative to the vehicle body assembly is beneficial to reduce an included angle between the cover part and the vehicle body assembly, thereby, the effect of saving side space outside the vehicle may be realized relative to the traditional hinge door and the rotating door, the effect of saving top space outside the vehicle may be realized relative to the gullwing door and the butterfly door, and the effect of saving front space outside the vehicle may be realized relative to the scissor door; and for a parking space with narrow space, the cover part may be normally positioned at the second position to open the opening, so that the passenger may enter and exit the vehicle cabin smoothly.

[0033] Hereinafter, the present disclosure will be described in detail with reference to the drawings and specific embodiments.

[0035] It should be noted that the vehicle 500 in the embodiments of the present disclosure may be a family vehicle, a small SUV (Sport Utility Vehicle) , a compact crossover vehicle or a shared vehicle, which is not limited by the embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0036] It should also be noted that, in the description of the embodiments of the present disclosure, with reference to the whole vehicle coordinate system, as shown in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3, the X direction may be understood as a longitudinal direction of the vehicle, that is, a traveling direction of the vehicle; the Y direction may be understood as a width direction of the vehicle; the Z direction may be understood as a height direction of the vehicle, that is, an arrangement direction of the ground and top of the vehicle.

[0037] Specifically, the cover part 522 of the vehicle door body 520 is configured to cover the opening 502 of the vehicle body assembly 510, so as to abut and seal a periphery of the opening 502, ensuring the safety and sealing of the vehicle 500 during driving. In specific implementations, the cover part 522 is a frame of the vehicle door body 520. The vehicle door body 520 may further include a shielding part 536, which is provided on the cover part 522. The shielding part 536 is configured to cover the opening 502 when the cover part 522 abuts and seals the periphery of the opening 502. The shielding part 536 may be transparent glass or tinted glass.

[0038] The vehicle body assembly 510 represents a collection of all components constituting an external covering part and a structural framework of the vehicle 500. Exemplary, the external covering part, i.e., an outer shell of the vehicle 500, may include a left vehicle cover, a right vehicle cover, an engine cover, and a trunk cover; the structural framework, i.e., a skeleton of the vehicle 500, is configured to support the outer shell of the vehicle 500.

[0039] By providing the cover part 522 matching with the opening 502, it is ensured that the cover part 522 is stacked on the opening 502 when the cover part 522 is at the first position, a good sealing effect may be realized.

[0040] It should be noted that only one opening 502 may be provided on the vehicle body assembly 510. When the vehicle body assembly 510 is provided on the vehicle 500, the opening 502 may be located on a left side or a right side of the vehicle 500. Alternatively, two openings 502 may be provided on the vehicle body assembly 510. When the vehicle body assembly 510 is provided on the vehicle 500, the two openings 502 may be located on the left side and the right side of the vehicle 500, respectively. The embodiments of the present disclosure do not limit this.

[0041] The connecting component 540 is a key component for enabling a displacement of the cover part 522 relative to the vehicle body assembly 510. By movably connecting the cover part 522 to the vehicle body assembly 510 by the connecting component 540, the cover part 522 may be switched between a first position and a second position, ensuring the convenience and stability of operations.

[0042] Exemplary, as shown in FIG. 3, the connecting component 540 is connected to a region of the vehicle body assembly 510 located at the rear end of the vehicle 500, that is, a connection point between the both is located behind the opening 502. During the process of displacing the cover part 522 from the first position, where it covers the opening 502, to the second position by utilizing the connecting component 540, the connecting component 540 rotates to apply an external force to the cover part 522, causing the cover part 522 to move toward a direction close to the connection point between the connecting component 540 and the vehicle body assembly 510, thereby reaching the second position.

[0043] Furthermore, as shown in FIG. 3, the cover part 522 at the second position is offset from the opening 502 and partially located at a lateral upper side of the opening 502, opening a passage for a passenger to enter and exit the vehicle cabin. The cover part 522 is opposite to an area of the vehicle body assembly 510 near a rear end of the vehicle 500, which indicates that when the cover part 522 is in the first position and the second position, each axis of the cover part 522 passes through the vehicle body assembly 510, such that an included angle between the cover part 522 and the vehicle body assembly 510 remains relatively small, thereby reducing the occupation of the lateral space outside the vehicle 500 by the cover part 522.

[0044] To sum up, the vehicle door mounting structure is provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure. When in use, the connecting component 540 is configured to rotate to drive the cover part 522 to be displaced relative to the vehicle body assembly 510 to switch the cover part 522 between a first position and a second position, where the cover part 522 is stacked on the opening 502 when the cover part 522 is at the first position to ensure that the passenger and driver may safely travel in the vehicle, and the cover part 522 is offset from the opening 502 to be partially located at a lateral upper side of the opening 502 and is opposite to an area of the vehicle body assembly 510 near a rear end of the vehicle 500 when the cover part 522 is at the second position. In this way, when the opening 502 is opened, the position design of the cover part 522 relative to the vehicle body assembly 510 is beneficial to reduce an included angle between the cover part and the vehicle body assembly, thereby, the effect of saving side space outside the vehicle may be realized relative to the traditional hinge door and the rotating door, the effect of saving top space outside the vehicle may be realized relative to the gullwing door and the butterfly door, and the effect of saving front space outside the vehicle may be realized relative to the scissor door; and for a parking space with narrow space, the cover part may be normally positioned at the second position to open the opening, so that the passenger may enter and exit the vehicle cabin smoothly.

[0045] With reference to FIG. 3, in some embodiments, in a extending direction of the cover part 522, the cover part 522 has a first connection point 524 and a second connection point 526; a distance between the first connection point 524 and the second connection point 526 in a height direction of the vehicle 500 increases sequentially when the cover part 522 is switched from the first position to the second position; and one of the first connection point 524 and the second connection point 526 is located at the lateral upper side of the opening 502 when the cover part 522 is at the second position.

[0046] In this way, the cover part 522, driven by the connecting component 540, offsets from the opening 502 in a rotational upward direction relative to the vehicle body assembly 510. In the process of switching from the first position to the second position, the cover part 522 may more effectively avoid obstacles around the vehicle 500 and ensure that when the vehicle 500 is in a narrow parking space, the cover part 522 may normally open the opening 502 to provide passengers with a passage to enter and exit the vehicle cabin.

[0047] Exemplary, the vehicle body assembly 510 is provided on the vehicle 500. When the cover part 522 is in the first position to stack on the opening 502, the extending direction of the cover part 522 may refer to a longitudinal direction of the vehicle 500, i.e., the X direction of FIG. 2. In the first position, a first connection point 524 is close to the front end of the vehicle 500, and a second connection point 526 is close to the rear end of the vehicle 500. A distance between the first connection point 524 and the second connection point 526 in a height direction, i.e., the Z direction of FIG. 4 of the vehicle 500 may be greater than or equal to 0.

[0048] Further, in the process of switching the cover part 522 from the first position to the second position, the cover part 522 is driven by the connecting component 540, so that the first connection point 524 is displaced downwards and the second connection point 526 is displaced upwards relative to an original position, so that the distance between the first connection point 524 and the second connection point 526 in the height direction of the vehicle 500 gradually and sequentially increases. In this way, the cover part 522 offsets from the opening 502 in a rotating upward way. When the cover part 522 is located at the second position, the second connection point 526 will be located at the lateral upper side of the opening 502.

[0049] To sum up, it may be understood that the connecting component 540 rotates to drive the cover part 522 to displace relative to the body assembly 510, and the displacement is caused by the upward rotation movement of the cover part 522 and the movement of the cover part 522 moving towards the rear side of the vehicle 500 relative to the opening 502.

[0050] With continued reference to FIG. 3, in some embodiments, the vehicle door mounting structure further includes a guiding member, which is configured to be connected to the vehicle body assembly 510; where the guiding member has a guiding part 550 matching with a movement path of the cover part 522, and the guiding part 550 is configured to, when the cover part 522 is switched from the first position to the second position, contact with the cover part 522 in a longitudinal direction of the vehicle 500 in a sliding way, so as to guide the cover part 522 to move face away from the vehicle body assembly 510 and toward the area of the vehicle body assembly 510 near the rear end of the vehicle 500.

[0051] In this way, the guiding member may provide additional support and stability for the cover part 522, ensuring that the cover part 522 may maintain good structural stability when in the first position and the second position, and reduce the interference between the cover part 522 and the vehicle body assembly 510 during the movement.; by providing the guiding part 550 to match with a moving path of the cover part 522, the cover part 522 may move smoothly and accurately along a predetermined path when switching from the first position to the second position. In this way, it is beneficial to enable the cover part 522 fit an outline of the vehicle body better during a moving process, and reduce the demand for the external space of the vehicle 500.

[0052] In practical implementation, the guiding part 550 may be a guide rail.

[0053] Further, the guiding part 550 is further configured to, when the cover part 522 is switched from the first position to the second position, contact with the cover part 522 in a width direction of the vehicle 500 in a sliding way, so as to guide the cover part 522 to move face away from opening 502.

[0054] In this way, the interference between the cover part 522 and the vehicle body assembly 510 may be reduced, so that the cover part 522 may effectively avoid obstacles on the vehicle body assembly 510, thus providing the passenger with a smoother experience of opening and closing the vehicle door body 520, and reducing the inconvenience caused by jamming or unsmooth operation.

[0055] With reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, in some embodiments, the connecting component 540 includes a connecting member 542, a first hinge member, and a second hinge member; one end of the connecting member 542 is connected to the vehicle body assembly 510 through the first hinge member, and the other end of the connecting member 542 is connected to the cover part 522 through the second hinge member; the first hinge member is configured to rotate to sequentially drive the connecting member 542 and the second hinge member to rotate, and the second hinge member is configured to, when rotating, drive the cover part 522 to rotate and move.

[0056] In this way, through the coordinated interaction of the first hinge member and the second hinge member, the movement and multi-angle rotation of the connecting member 542 may be realized, thereby adjusting the motion trajectory of the cover part 522 as it switches from the first position to the second position. This ensures that when the cover part 522 is in the second position, a portion of the cover part 522 may be partially located at the lateral upper side of the opening 502, and the cover part 522 is opposite to an area of the vehicle body assembly 510 near a rear end of the vehicle 500.

[0057] Specifically, the connecting member 542 serves as a bridge between the vehicle body assembly 510 and the cover part 522, functioning to transmit power and provide support. The first hinge member may perform angle adjustments within a relatively large range, providing appropriate degrees of freedom for the movement of the connecting member 542 and the second hinge member, thereby enabling the cover part 522 to switch positions smoothly. The second hinge member may be designed with dual-axis or multi-axis rotational capabilities to ensure the displacement accuracy of the cover part 522.

[0058] In specific implementations, the design of the first hinge member, the second hinge member, and the connecting member 542 is conducive to enhancing the mechanical strength of the vehicle door mounting structure after assembly, ensuring that it may maintain good performance during long-term use. Additionally, the hinge design helps to distribute stress at the connection point, thereby extending the service life of the connecting component 540.

[0059] In specific embodiments, the first hinge member includes a first hinge part and a second hinge part 546 matching with the first hinge part, the first hinge part is provided on the vehicle body assembly 510, the second hinge part 546 is connected to one end of the connecting member 542, and the first hinge part is hinged with the second hinge part 546; the second hinge member includes a third hinge part and a fourth hinge part 544 matching with the third hinge part, the third hinge part is provided on the cover part 522, the fourth hinge part 544 is connected to the other end of the connecting member 542, and the third hinge part is hinged with the fourth hinge part 544.

[0060] In this way, through the cooperation of the first hinge part and the second hinge part 546, the connecting member 542 is driven to perform an initial angle adjustment. On this basis, the position and angle of the cover part 522 are further fine-tuned through the cooperation of the third hinge part and the fourth hinge part 544, enabling the position switching of the cover part 522 more flexible.

[0061] In specific implementation, with the above configuration, any hinge part may be replaced or repaired, which helps to reduce maintenance costs and improve the maintainability of the connecting component 540.

[0062] The embodiments of the present disclosure do not limit the specific structure of the first hinge part and the second hinge part 546. For example, the first hinge part and the second hinge part 546 may be pivot hinges or ball joint hinges.

[0063] Furthermore, the embodiments of the present disclosure do not limit the specific structure of the third hinge part and the fourth hinge part 544. For example, the third hinge part and the fourth hinge part 544 may be pivot hinges, or a composite hinge formed by a combination of pivot hinges and sliding hinges.

[0064] With reference to FIG. 3, in some embodiments, the cover part 522 includes a first sub-cover part matching with a first sub-opening of the opening and a second sub-cover part 530 matching with a second sub-opening 506 of the opening; where the first sub-opening and the second sub-opening 506 are sequentially connected, and the first sub-opening is configured to be locate at a lateral side of the vehicle 500, and the second sub-opening 506 is configured to locate at a upper side of the vehicle 500.

[0065] In this way, by providing the opening 502 to include a first sub-opening and a second sub-opening 506, more space may be provided for a passenger to enter and exit the vehicle cabin. When the passenger is entering or exiting the vehicle cabin, the first sub-opening provides space to accommodate parts of the passenger's body, while the second sub-opening 506 provides space to accommodate the passenger's head, reducing collisions between the passenger and the vehicle body assembly 510 and enhancing the user experience.

[0066] In specific implementation, the first sub-cover part includes a first side beam 528, a second side beam 532 and a third side beam 534; the second side beam 532 and the third side beam 534 are connected to opposite ends of the first side beam 528, and the second side beam 532 and the third side beam 534 are located at a same side of the first side beam 528; the second sub-cover part 530 includes a first section 530a, a second section 530b and a third section 530c which are connected sequentially, where one of the first section 530a and the third section 530c is connected with the second side beam 532, and the other is connected to the third side beam 534; where a length of the third side beam 534 is greater than a length of the second section 530b.

[0067] In this way, by connecting the second side beam 532 and the third side beam 534 to the opposite ends of the first side beam 528, a relatively stable frame structure may be formed, ensuring the overall rigidity and strength of the vehicle door body 520. The second sub-cover part 530 adopts a segmented design, allowing the position and angle of the second sub-cover part 530 to be adjusted based on the position of the second sub-opening 506 relative to the first sub-opening, thereby improving adaptability.

[0068] For example, by providing the length of the third side beam 534 to be greater than the length of the second segment 530b, an area of the first sub-opening is overall larger than that of the second sub-opening 506. This ensures that a passenger may enter the vehicle cabin normally while also contributing to a more reasonable and compact layout of the overall vehicle door mounting structure.

[0069] The first side beam 528, the second side beam 532, the third side beam 534, the first segment 530a, the second segment 530b, and the third segment 530c may be manufactured using an integrated molding process. Specifically, integrated molding process represents completing an entire component forming process in a single mold. Compared to traditional step-by-step manufacturing processes, the integrated molding process may simplify the manufacturing process, avoid issues of loose connections, and offer high precision, production efficiency, and low production costs.

[0070] Certainly, the first side beam 528, the second side beam 532, the third side beam 534, the first segment 530a, the second segment 530b, and the third segment 530c may also be fixed together by welding, which is not limited by the embodiments of the present disclosure.

[0071] With reference to FIG. 1 to FIG. 6, the embodiments of the present disclosure also provide a vehicle 500, which includes a vehicle body and the vehicle door mounting structure provided on the vehicle body according to any one of the foregoing embodiments.

[0072] The overall structure and the working principle of the vehicle door mounting structure are the same as those in the foregoing embodiments, and will not be repeatedly described herein.

[0073] In specific implementation, as shown in FIG. 2 to FIG 6, each of a connecting component 540 and a guiding part 550 of the vehicle door mounting structure is connected to the vehicle body assembly 510, the connecting component 540 is located at a rear side of an opening 502 of the vehicle body assembly 510, the guiding part 550 is located at a lower side of the opening 502, and a cover part 522 of the vehicle door mounting structure is stacked on the opening 502; the connecting component 540 is configured to drive the cover part 522 for a composite movement, causing the cover part 522 to offset from the opening 502; the guiding part 550 is configured to guide the cover part 522 to move toward a rear side of the vehicle 500 during the composite movement of the cover part 522; where the composite movement represents the cover part 522 moving towards the rear side of the vehicle 500 while simultaneously rotating towards to the upper side of the vehicle 500.

[0074] The vehicle 500 is provided by the embodiments of the present disclosure. By providing the vehicle door mounting structure, when in use, the connecting component 540 is configured to rotate to drive the cover part 522 to be displaced relative to the vehicle body assembly 510 to switch the cover part 522 between a first position and a second position, where the cover part 522 is stacked on the opening 502 when the cover part 522 is at the first position to ensure that the passenger and driver may safely travel in the vehicle, and the cover part 522 is offset from the opening 502 to be partially located at a lateral upper side of the opening 502 and is opposite to an area of the vehicle body assembly 510 near a rear end of the vehicle 500 when the cover part 522 is at the second position. In this way, when the opening 502 is opened, the position design of the cover part 522 relative to the vehicle body assembly 510 is beneficial to reduce an included angle between the cover part 522 and the vehicle body assembly 510, thereby, the effect of saving side space outside the vehicle 500 may be realized relative to the traditional hinge door and the rotating door, the effect of saving top space outside the vehicle 500 may be realized relative to the gullwing door and the butterfly door, and the effect of saving front space outside the vehicle 500 may be realized relative to the scissor door; and for a parking space with narrow space, the cover part 522 may be normally positioned at the second position to open the opening 502, so that the passenger may enter and exit the vehicle cabin smoothly.

[0075] Finally, it should be noted that the above embodiments are only used to illustrate the technical solution of the present disclosure and is not intended to limit it. Although the present disclosure has been described in detail with reference to the foregoing embodiments, those of ordinary skill in the art should understand that they can still modify the technical solution described in the foregoing embodiments or equivalently replace some or all of the technical features. These modifications or replacements do not cause the essence of the corresponding technical solution to deviate from the scope of the technical solution of the embodiments of the present disclosure.
