Claims
1. A clamp for fixing a wire harness to a vehicle body, comprising: a vehicle body side part; and a harness side part detachably attached to the vehicle body side part, wherein the vehicle body side part includes an attachment receiving portion and a locking claw that locks into a locking hole formed in the vehicle body, the harness side part includes an attachment portion attached to the attachment receiving portion and a harness fixing portion fixed to the wire harness, wherein the attachment portion before attachment to the attachment receiving portion is attachable to the attachment receiving portion by receiving a force in one direction along the attachment direction, and the attachment portion after attachment to the attachment receiving portion is detachable from the attachment receiving portion by receiving a force in the other direction along the attachment direction, and wherein the locking claw can lock into the locking hole when the vehicle body side part and the harness side part are attached, A clamp in which the vehicle body side component and the harness side component are attached and the locking claw is locked in the locking hole, and the attachment receiving portion and the attachment portion are detached, thereby enabling separation of the vehicle body side component and the harness side component.
2. A clamp according to claim 1, wherein the mounting direction is a direction along the locking direction in which the locking claw is locked into the locking hole.
3. A clamp as claimed in claim 2, wherein the mounting portion has an insertion portion that protrudes from the harness fixing portion in the mounting direction and a first convex portion that extends further than the insertion portion in a direction intersecting the mounting direction; the locking claw has a pillar portion extending in the locking direction, a claw portion that protrudes from one end of the pillar portion, and a flange that protrudes from the other end of the pillar portion; the mounting receiver has a mounting hole that is formed from the other end of the pillar portion towards the one end and into which the insertion portion is inserted, and a second convex portion that is formed on the inner surface of the mounting hole and engages with the first convex portion; elastic deformation of at least one of the vehicle body side component and the harness side component allows the first convex portion to pass through the second convex portion in the mounting direction, and after passage, at least one of the vehicle body side component and the harness side component elastically returns to its original state; and after the first convex portion has passed through the second convex portion in the one direction along the mounting direction, the second convex portion is located around the insertion portion on the base end side of the first convex portion.
4. A clamp according to claim 3, wherein the second protrusion is thicker in the mounting direction than the first protrusion.
5. A clamp according to claim 4, wherein the first convex portion gradually increases in size projecting from the insertion portion from the distal end side toward the proximal end side of the insertion portion.
6. A clamp as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a joint part interposed between the vehicle body side part and the harness side part, wherein the joint part includes a joint mounting part formed in a shape corresponding to the mounting part and mounted to the mounting receiver, a connecting plate part extending from the joint mounting part, and a joint mounting receiver formed on the connecting plate part and to which the mounting part is mounted, and wherein the mounting part and the joint mounting part are spaced apart in a direction intersecting the mounting direction.
7. A clamp as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 5, further comprising a joint part interposed between the vehicle body side part and the harness side part, wherein the joint part includes a joint mounting part formed in a shape corresponding to the mounting part and mounted to the mounting receptacle, a connecting plate part extending from the joint mounting part, and a joint mounting receptacle formed on the connecting plate part and to which the mounting part is mounted, wherein a plurality of the joint mounting receptacles are formed on one connecting plate part and a plurality of the harness side parts are provided, and a harness side part is mounted to each of the plurality of joint mounting receptacles.
8. A wire harness comprising: a clamp according to any one of claims 1 to 5; and a wire harness body fixed to the harness fixing portion.
9. A clamp set for fixing a wire harness to a vehicle body, comprising: a first harness side part; a second harness side part; and a vehicle body side part to which either the first harness side part or the second harness side part is selectively attached; the vehicle body side part has an attachment receiving portion and an engagement claw that engages with an engagement hole formed in the vehicle body; the first harness side part and the second harness side part each have an attachment portion attached to the attachment receiving portion and a harness fixing portion fixed to the wire harness; the attachment portion before attachment to the attachment receiving portion can be attached to the attachment receiving portion by receiving a force in one direction along the attachment direction, and the attachment portion after attachment to the attachment receiving portion can be removed from the attachment receiving portion by receiving a force in the other direction along the attachment direction; and when the vehicle body side part and the first or second harness side part are attached, the engagement claw can be engaged with the engagement hole; a clamp set in which, when the vehicle body side component and the first or second harness side component are attached and the locking claw is locked in the locking hole, the attachment receiving portion and the attachment portion can be detached to separate the vehicle body side component from the first or second harness side component, and the attachment strength between the attachment receiving portion and the attachment portion in the first harness side component is stronger than the attachment strength between the attachment receiving portion and the attachment portion in the second harness side component.
