[0032] Embodiment one
[0033] Referring to FIGS. 1-11, the lamp of the embodiments of the present application is mainly adapted to the occasion of connecting the internal cable and the external cable of the lamp through the wiring connector. The wiring connector can be referred to the related art, and needs to be assembled and fixed on the lamp through the inner nut, which will not be described here. It can be understood that the lamp can be applied to the general occasion requiring illumination, or the special occasion requiring high sealing performance of the lamp itself, that is, whether the lamp has a sealing structure is not a limitation in the embodiments of the present application.
[0034] The lamp includes a lampshade 10, a connecting seat 20 and a locking structure. The lampshade 10 is provided as a closed structure, and has a cavity inside. The cavity is internally provided with structures including but not limited to a light source and an internal cable connected with the light source. The light source can be an LED light plate or a lamp tube, a lamp bead, etc., which will not be specifically limited here. In order to quickly connect the internal cable and the external cable outside the lampshade 10, a threading opening 121 communicating the cavity and the outside is formed on the lampshade 10 as shown in FIG. 4. The locking structure is configured to fix the connecting seat 20 in the lampshade 10. The connecting seat 20 is provided with a threaded hole 24 coaxial with the threading opening 121. The wiring connector can be threadedly connected with the connecting seat 20 through the threading opening 121.
[0035] In the above lamp, the connecting seat 20 provided with the threaded hole 24 is preliminarily fixed in the lampshade 10 by the locking structure. When connecting the internal cable and the external cable, the internal cable only needs to be led out from the lampshade 10 through the threading opening 121 and connected with the external cable on the wiring connector. Then the wiring connector is inserted into the cavity through the threading opening 121, and the connection between the wiring connector and the connecting seat 20 can be achieved by screwing the wiring connector. The wiring connector can be assembled on the lampshade 10 without opening the lampshade 10, which is simple to operate and shortens the assembly time. The connecting seat 20 in the embodiments is an independent accessory, which is simple to manufacture and low in cost. The connecting seat 20 is preliminarily detachably fixed in the lampshade 10, that is, the installation, disassembly and replacement of the connecting seat 20 are all relatively convenient to implement, which solves the problems of high mold opening and production cost of the lampshade with a special thickness near the threading opening 121 in the related art, and facilitates the configuration of the connecting seat with different sizes for different specifications of the lampshade, and facilitates the function selection or upgrade of the product.
[0036] In an embodiment, the threading opening 121 can be formed on the side wall of the lampshade 10, or on the top wall or bottom wall of the lampshade 10.
[0037] Referring to FIG. 1, in some embodiments, the lampshade 10 is in the shape of a long strip extending along a first direction (X direction in the figure), and the cross-sectional shape of the lampshade 10 along a second direction (Z direction in the figure) can be circular, rectangular, or other shapes, which are not specifically limited herein, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. In an embodiment, the lampshade 10 includes a first shell 11 and a second shell 12 distributed along the second direction, wherein the first shell 11 has an opening facing the second shell 12, the second shell 12 has an opening facing the first shell 11, and the first shell 11 and the second shell 12 are connected by means including but not limited to clamping, screwing, etc. to enclose a cavity. When a seal is required, a sealing ring is further provided between the first shell 11 and the second shell 12.
[0038] Taking the threading opening 121 provided on any side wall of the lampshade 10 along the first direction as an example, in some embodiments, the locking structure includes a limiting slot seat and a limiting plug 60 arranged in cooperation, a plurality of limiting slot seats are distributed on opposite sides of the connecting seat 20 along the third direction and abut against the opposite sides of the connecting seat 20, a limiting slot extending along the third direction is provided on the limiting slot seat, and the limiting plug 60 is arranged on the side of the connecting seat 20 along the third direction and is inserted and matched with the limiting slot on the limiting slot seat one by one. It should be emphasized that the limiting plug 60 is in contact with the bottom of the limiting slot.
[0039] The insertion and matching of the limiting slot seat and the limiting plug 60 restrict the movement of the connecting seat 20 along the first direction, and the contact of the limiting plug 60 with the bottom of the limiting slot restricts the rotation of the connecting seat 20 around its axis. Meanwhile, the limiting slot seats distributed on opposite sides of the connecting seat 20 along the third direction and abutting against the connecting seat 20 further restrict the movement of the connecting seat 20 along the third direction.
[0040] In order to prevent the limiting block 60 from being separated from the limiting groove, that is, to prevent the connecting seat 20 from moving in the second direction, the locking structure further comprises a limiting block 70 which can be arranged on the connecting seat 20 or on the side wall of the lampshade 10. For example, the limiting block 70 is arranged on the side wall of the lampshade 10 which is provided with the threading opening 121 and abuts against the side of the connecting seat 20 away from the bottom wall of the lampshade 10. The side of the limiting block 70 away from the bottom wall of the lampshade 10 gradually inclines towards the bottom wall of the lampshade 10 from the first end of the side wall of the lampshade 10 to which the limiting block 70 is connected to the second end of the side wall of the lampshade 10. When the limiting block 60 moves towards the limiting groove, the connecting seat 20 extrudes the guide surface of the limiting block 70 to deform the limiting block 70 until the connecting seat 20 moves below the limiting block 70 and abuts against the limiting block 70. The limiting block 70 returns to its original shape and cooperates with the groove bottom of the limiting groove to limit the movement of the connecting seat 20 in the second direction. Alternatively, the limiting block 70 is arranged on the side of the connecting seat 20 facing the side wall provided with the threading opening 121. Different from the limiting block 70 arranged on the lampshade 10, the side of the limiting block 70 facing the bottom wall provided with the threading opening 121 gradually inclines away from the bottom wall of the lampshade 10 from the end connected to the connecting seat 20 to the end away from the connecting seat 20. At this time, the side wall of the lampshade 10 needs to be provided with a limiting block hole. When the limiting block 60 moves towards the limiting groove, the limiting block 70 extrudes the side wall to deform the side wall until the limiting block 70 is inserted into the limiting block hole. Considering the sealing performance and processing difficulty of the lampshade 10, the limiting block 70 is preferably arranged on the side wall of the lampshade 10 and integrally formed with the side wall of the lampshade 10.
[0041] At this time, based on the limiting block 70 and the limiting groove and the limiting block 60 cooperating with each other, the connecting seat 20 is fixed in the lampshade 10. Therefore, when connecting the internal cable and the external cable, it is only necessary to screw the wire connector in the connecting seat 20 from the threading opening 121 without the need to open the lampshade 10.
[0042] In some embodiments, the limiting block 60 comprises a first limiting block 60a and a second limiting block 60b. The first limiting block 60a is fixed on the side of the connecting seat 20 away from the bottom wall of the lampshade 10, and the second limiting block 60b is fixed on the side of the connecting seat 20 close to the bottom wall of the lampshade 10. Correspondingly, the limiting groove comprises a first limiting groove and a second limiting groove. The limiting groove on the first limiting groove is for the first limiting block 60a to be inserted, and the limiting groove on the second limiting groove is for the second limiting block 60b to be inserted. The end face of the second limiting groove away from the bottom wall abuts against the connecting seat 20 to better limit the rotation of the connecting seat 20.
[0043] In some embodiments, the cross section of the first limiting slot gradually increases from the slot bottom to the direction of the slot opening inserted into the connecting seat 20. In this way, the difficulty of inserting the first limiting plug 60a into the first limiting slot and the difficulty of moving the connecting seat 20 below the limiting block 70 or the difficulty of the limiting block 70 being clamped into the limiting block hole can be reduced.
[0044] In some embodiments, the first limiting plug 60a and the second limiting plug 60b are provided with two and are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the connecting seat 20 along the third direction. The first limiting slot and the second limiting slot are also provided with two and are symmetrically arranged on both sides of the threading opening 121 along the third direction. In other embodiments, the first limiting plug 60a and the second limiting plug 60b can also be provided with one respectively and are located on both sides of the connecting seat 20 along the third direction. Or the first limiting plug 60a is provided with two, and the second limiting plug 60b is provided with one. Or the second limiting plug 60b is provided with one, and the second limiting plug 60b is provided with two. In summary, as long as the connecting seat 20 is provided with limiting plugs 60 on both sides along the third direction and the limiting slots matched with the limiting plugs 60, for example, only two first limiting plugs 60a or only two second limiting plugs 60b are provided.
[0045] Referring to FIGS. 7 and 9, under the premise that the first limiting plug 60a and the second limiting plug 60b are provided with two respectively, the side of the connecting seat 20 perpendicular to the axial direction is in the shape of a mushroom as a whole, including a cover part and a handle part, the two first limiting plugs 60a are located on opposite sides of the cover part, and the two second limiting plugs 60b are located on opposite sides of the handle part. At this time, the first limiting slot abuts against opposite sides of the cover part, and the second limiting slot abuts against opposite sides of the handle part and is located on the side away from the bottom wall and abuts against the cover part. Specifically, the limiting slot bottom on the first limiting slot is on the same straight line as the axis of the threaded hole 24, so as to ensure uniform force during screwing of the wire connector.
[0046] In order to avoid the connecting seat 20 occupying too much space in the lampshade 10, the connecting seat 20 is arranged in abutment with the side wall of the lampshade 10 provided with the threading opening 121. In order to avoid the limiting slot affecting the installation of other components in the lampshade 10, the thickness of the limiting plug 60 along the first direction is less than the thickness of the connecting seat 20 along the first direction. In an embodiment, the limiting plug 60 is in abutment with the side wall provided with the threading opening 121. Based on this, the lamp includes a first limiting seat 80a, the first limiting seat 80a is integrally injection molded with the side wall provided with the threading opening 121, and the first limiting seat 80a is arranged in an L shape to be able to cooperate with the side wall to form the limiting slot provided on the first limiting slot. In an embodiment, in order to further reduce the processing difficulty of the first limiting seat 80a and at the same time improve the structural strength of the first limiting seat 80a, the first limiting seat 80a is connected with the bottom wall of the lampshade 10.
[0047] The lamp further comprises a second limiting seat 80b which is integrally injection molded with the bottom wall of the lampshade 10, and cooperates with the side wall having the threading opening 121 to form a second limiting groove seat, and there is a gap between the second limiting seat 80b and the side wall having the threading opening 121 to form a limiting groove on the second limiting groove seat.
[0048] In some embodiments, the connecting seat 20 is processed by using the inner nut connected with the wiring connector in the related art, and the simultaneous forming of the connecting seat 20 and the limiting plug 60 is realized by thinning the four corners of the inner nut. The first limiting seat 80a, the second limiting seat 80b and the limiting block 70 can be based on the lamp model in the related art to be secondly opened, and integrally formed with the lampshade 10, which has low transformation cost. Other components in the lampshade 10 can also use the structure, size and shape in the related art without changing.
[0049] In some embodiments, in order to avoid that foreign matters in the outside enter the inside of the lamp through the threading opening 121 during transportation or storage, the lamp further comprises a cover 40 which is detachably connected with the lampshade 10 and blocks the threading opening 121. For example, the outer periphery of the cover 40 has external threads, and the cover 40 can be inserted into the threading opening 121 and screwed with the connecting seat 20.
[0050] Referring to FIGS. 10 and 11, in some embodiments, the cover 40 can be selected from the screws in the related art, such as cross slot screws. When wiring is needed, the cover 40 can be screwed off from the lampshade 10.
[0051] In an embodiment, when wiring, the internal cable in the lampshade 10 needs to be taken out from the lampshade 10, then connected with the external cable on the wiring connector, and then put back into the lampshade 10. Therefore, in some embodiments, the cover 40 is detachably connected with the internal cable. For example, the end of the cover 40 inserted into the lampshade 10 is provided with a slot for the internal cable to be inserted, and the end of the internal cable away from the light source is inserted into the slot. When the cover 40 is separated from the lampshade 10 and moves away from the lampshade 10, the end of the internal cable away from the power source moves with the cover 40, so as to exit the lampshade 10.

In an embodiment, the fastener is a bolt.
[0059] In order to improve the stability of the connecting seat 20, the connecting column 100 and the fixing lug 90 are respectively provided with two, wherein the two fixing lugs 90 can be arranged on the side of the connecting seat 20 away from the wire passing opening, or on both sides of the connecting seat 20 along the third direction (Y direction in the figure). The connecting column 100 is arranged on the bottom wall of the lampshade 10 in the third direction and corresponds to the fixing lug 90, and the third direction is perpendicular to the first direction and the second direction.
[0060] Considering the limited space in the lampshade 10, the connecting seat 20 should be as thin as possible while meeting the structural strength and fixed wire joint requirements, therefore, the fixing lug 90 is arranged on the side of the connecting seat 20 away from the wire passing opening, and is preferably welded to the connecting seat 20.
[0061] In an embodiment, the two fixing lugs 90 are symmetrically arranged on opposite sides of the threaded hole 24, in order to ensure uniform force during screwing of the wire joint, the fixing lug 90 and the axis of the threaded hole 24 are on the same straight line, and the connecting column 100 abuts against the fixing lug 90.

[0068] In the above lamp, the connecting seat 20 provided with the threaded hole 24 is fixed inside the lampshade 10 by the locking structure, when connecting the internal cables with the external cables, the internal cables only need to be led out from the lampshade 10 through the threading opening 121 and connected with the external cables on the wire connector, and then the wire connector is inserted into the cavity through the threading opening 121, and the connection between the wire connector and the connecting seat 20 can be achieved by hanging the wire connector, without the need to open the lampshade 10 to assemble the wire connector on the lampshade 10, which is simple to operate and shortens the assembly time.
[0069] In some embodiments, the locking structure comprises a positioning hole 21 and a positioning column 30 which cooperate with each other, one of the connecting seat 20 and the lampshade 10 is provided with the positioning hole 21, and the other is provided with the positioning column 30, the positioning column 30 is inserted and fixed with the positioning hole 21, so as to realize the locking between the connecting seat 20 and the lampshade 10. It should be noted that the positioning column 30 is completely inserted into the positioning hole 21 and does not protrude from the positioning hole 21, so that the positioning column 30 and the connecting seat 20 share the same space, compared with the lamp in the related art, the positioning column 30 does not occupy additional space, and therefore other structures in the lamp can adopt the structures, sizes and shapes in the related art without the need to change.
[0070] In consideration of the size limitation of the lampshade 10 thickness on the positioning hole 21, in some embodiments, the positioning hole 21 is formed on the connecting seat 20, and the positioning column 30 is fixed on the lampshade 10 and integrally injection molded with the lampshade 10. In actual production of the lamp in the embodiments of the present application, the lamp model in the related art can be directly used for secondary mold opening, and the modification cost is low. The connecting seat 20 can be based on the nut in the related art, and the connecting seat 20 can be obtained by cutting and drilling.
[0071] In an embodiment, the threading opening 121 can be formed on the side wall of the lampshade 10, or on the top wall or bottom wall of the lampshade 10. Correspondingly, the placement direction of the connecting seat 20 needs to be adaptively adjusted to keep the threaded hole 24 coaxial with the threading opening 121.
[0072] For example, the threading opening 121 is formed on the side wall of the lampshade 10, and the positioning column 30 is fixed on the bottom wall or top wall of the lampshade 10 and arranged close to the side wall of the lampshade 10. At this time, the axis of the positioning hole 21 is arranged perpendicular to the axis of the threaded hole 24, and the axis of the positioning column 30 is also perpendicular to the axis of the threaded hole 24, so as to reduce the limitation of the space size of the cavity on the movement of the connecting seat 20 to the direction of the positioning column 30. Or the threading opening 121 is formed on the bottom wall or bottom wall of the lampshade 10, and the positioning column 30 is also fixed on the top wall or bottom wall of the lampshade 10. At this time, the axis of the positioning hole 21 is arranged in the same direction as the axis of the threaded hole 24, and the axis of the positioning column 30 is also arranged in the same direction as the axis of the threaded hole 24.
[0073] Referring to FIG. 1, the lampshade 10 is arranged as a long strip extending along a first direction (X direction in the figure), and the cross-sectional shape of the lampshade 10 along a second direction (Y direction in the figure) can be circular, rectangular or other shapes, which is not specifically limited here, and the second direction is perpendicular to the first direction. In some embodiments, the lampshade 10 includes a first shell 11 and a second shell 12 distributed along the second direction, wherein the first shell 11 has an opening facing the second shell 12, and the second shell 12 has an opening facing the first shell 11, and the first shell 11 and the second shell 12 are connected by means including but not limited to clamping and screwing to enclose a cavity. When a seal is needed, a sealing ring is arranged between the first shell 11 and the second shell 12. At this time, the threading opening 121 is formed on any end face of the first shell 11 or the second shell 12 along the length direction.
[0074] To improve the versatility of the connecting seat 20, referring to FIG. 15 and FIG. 18-19, in some embodiments, the connecting seat 20 is provided as a thin sheet structure approximately rectangular, and the threaded holes 24 pass through opposite sides of the connecting seat 20 along the thickness direction of the connecting seat 20. At the same time, the positioning holes 21 of the connecting seat 20 include first positioning holes 21a and second positioning holes 21b, the axis of the first positioning holes 21a is arranged perpendicular to the axis of the threaded holes 24, and the axis of the second positioning holes 21b is arranged in the same direction as the axis of the threaded holes 24. When the threading opening 121 is opened on the side wall of the lampshade 10, the placement direction of the connecting seat 20 is adjusted so that the threaded holes 24 of the connecting seat 20 are coaxial with the threading opening 121, and at this time the positioning column 30 is inserted and matched with the first positioning hole 21a; when the threading opening 121 is opened on the bottom wall or top wall of the lampshade 10, the placement direction of the connecting seat 20 is adjusted so that the threaded holes 24 of the connecting seat 20 are coaxial with the threading opening 121, and at this time the positioning column 30 is inserted and matched with the second positioning hole 21b.
[0075] In some embodiments, in order to further improve the stability of the connection between the positioning hole 21 and the positioning column 30, two first positioning holes 21a and two second positioning holes 21b are respectively arranged and spaced apart on opposite sides of the threaded hole 24, and correspondingly, two positioning columns 30 are also spaced apart. In an embodiment, the distance between the two positioning columns 30 is not less than 3.6 cm, in order to adapt to the size of the nut on the market.
[0076] In some embodiments, the highest points of the positioning columns 30 inserted into the two first positioning holes 21a and the axis of the threaded hole 24 are on the same straight line, and the positioning columns 30 inserted into the two second positioning holes 21b are arranged on the radial sides of the threaded hole 24 (that is, the second positioning holes 21b are arranged on the radial sides of the threaded hole 24), in order to ensure uniform force during screwing the wire connector. In an embodiment, the first positioning hole 21a is provided as a blind hole, the center of the end face of the blind hole is on the same straight line as the axis of the threaded hole 24, and the second positioning hole 21b is arranged on one side of the closed end of the blind hole. The second positioning hole 21b is a through hole.
[0077] In order to realize complete locking between the connecting seat 20 and the lampshade 10, and prevent the threading opening 121 and the threaded hole 24 from being decentered due to the movement of the connecting seat 20 during transportation or installation, in some embodiments, the positioning column 30 and the positioning hole 21 are interference fit, and the assembly is simple.
[0078] In an embodiment, as shown in FIG. 17, the positioning post 30 comprises a tapered column 31 and a plurality of convex beads 32. The column 31 is tapered, i.e. the cross section of the column 31 gradually decreases from the end connected to the lampshade 10 to the end away from the lampshade 10. The plurality of convex beads 32 are arranged along the outer circumferential surface of the column 31. When the positioning post 30 is inserted into the positioning hole 21, the convex beads 32 are elastically deformed, so that the positioning post 30 is clamped in the positioning hole 21.
[0079] In other embodiments, the positioning post 30 can also be bonded with the positioning hole 21 to prevent the positioning post 30 from being separated from the positioning hole 21. Alternatively, other structures, such as a buckle structure, can be used to limit the connecting seat 20.
[0080] In order to minimize the space occupied by the connecting seat 20 in the lampshade 10, in some embodiments, the side of the connecting seat 20 facing the threading opening 121 abuts against the lampshade 10.
[0081] For example, the threading opening 121 is formed on the side wall of the lampshade 10 in the length direction (X direction). As shown in FIGS. 15-17, in order to further reduce the difficulty of inserting the positioning post 30 into the positioning hole 21, the lamp further comprises a baffle 50. Two baffles 50 are symmetrically arranged along the third direction (Y direction in FIG. 1) and are arranged on the opposite outer sides (the outer side refers to the side of the positioning post 30 away from the opening 121) of the two positioning posts 30. The distance between the baffle 50 and the side wall of the lampshade 10 on which the threading opening 121 is arranged gradually decreases from the first end of the baffle 50 close to the threading opening 121 to the second end of the baffle 50 away from the threading opening 121. When the connecting seat 20 moves towards the positioning post 30 along the second direction, the baffle 50 guides the connecting seat 20, so that the connecting seat 20 smoothly slides into the mounting position of the positioning post 30. Moreover, the second end of the baffle 50 is connected to the lampshade 10, and the first end of the baffle 50 can also serve as an auxiliary limiting structure for the wiring post in the lampshade 10, reducing the difficulty of assembling the lamp. The first direction, the second direction and the third direction are perpendicular to each other.
[0082] Specifically, the baffle 50 is integrally injection molded with the lampshade 10. The first end of the baffle 50 is connected to the lampshade 10 to increase the structural strength of the baffle 50 and reduce the possibility of deformation of the baffle 50.
[0083] In order to ensure the structural strength of the connecting seat 20 while reducing weight and cost, referring to FIG. 19, in some embodiments, a plurality of first weight-reducing grooves 22 are arranged around the threaded hole 24 on the side of the connecting seat 20 away from the threading opening 121. The shapes of the plurality of first weight-reducing grooves 22 can be the same or different, which is not specifically limited in the embodiments of the present application, but it should be noted that the side of the plurality of first weight-reducing grooves 22 facing the threaded hole 24 is arc-shaped and collectively forms a ring structure, and the threads are arranged on the inner wall of the ring structure to form the threaded hole 24. At this time, the groove wall shared by adjacent first weight-reducing grooves 22 acts as a reinforcing rib, which can ensure the structural strength of the entire connecting seat 20, especially near the threaded hole 24, and the first weight-reducing grooves 22 are arranged away from the positioning hole 21.
[0084] Referring to FIG. 20, in some embodiments, a plurality of second weight-reducing grooves 23 are arranged around the threaded hole 24 on the side of the connecting seat 20 facing the threading opening 121. The shapes of the plurality of weight-reducing grooves are the same and are located on the end face of the ring structure.
[0085] In some embodiments, in order to avoid foreign matter entering the lamp interior through the threading opening 121 during transportation or storage, the lamp further comprises a cover 40, which is detachably connected with the lampshade 10 and seals the threading opening 121. For example, the outer periphery of the cover 40 has external threads, and the cover 40 can be inserted into the threading opening 121 and threadedly connected with the connecting seat 20. The structure and installation of the cover 40 refer to Embodiment I, and will not be specifically described in detail in this embodiment.
