CLAIMS 1.- Footwear element, characterized in that it comprises a plantar-shaped body (1) that has a means of fixing it to the sole of the footwear, and has at least one cavity (1.1) compatible with the studs or anchors of the footwear on which the element is fixed. 2.- Footwear element, according to claim 1, characterized in that the body (1) has at least one end, a tongue (2).

3. A footwear component according to claim 1, characterized in that the means of attachment to the sole of the footwear is a perimeter rim provided by the body (1) and which surrounds part of the edge of the footwear.

4. A footwear component according to claim 1, characterized in that the body (1) is made of a non-slip material.
